Great. Better then I expected!. This by far the best fitness app I have tried. The workouts are great. It is like having an instructor work out with you. It is a bonus that they can import my own music and adjust the BPM. I really love love love this. Wish it had many more workouts. I am looking into the other Lolo apps.

Works Anywhere. This is now my new favorite fitness app. I can get a killer workout in my living room with just my little dumbbells. I even did one workout in my hotel room with nothing and was sweating buckets. Good thing I was a few feet from the shower. So simple and easy to use and the coaching is great. I love my new personal trainer. Update: I've been through the beginner and intermediate programs and now on to advanced. There is a lot of variety between the programs. I didn't expect their to be so much new stuff in each program.

Very cool app and way cheaper than joining a club!. I was at an expensive boot camp gym ($140 per month for 3x per week) for 2 months. This app is way better because I was able to load my favorite songs and the app calculates the beats per minute and changes the music as needed. The demonstrations are great. The variety is awesome. I wish it had a countdown timer for each move but not a big deal. I wish it could ignore me when I hit pause! I currently have it set for beginner and I'm sure there is much more intensity awaiting me. I haven't figured out how to get it to sync with myfitness pal yet though. Your supposed to be able to add the workout to it automatically somehow. I also think that this could be good for apartment dwellers as there's not a whole lot of jumping and bouncing. Allot of floor work and yoga type moves. Worth the money to be able to hop out if bed, do this exercise routine and have your own tunes. Would highly recommend .

So far so good!. I just started this app two days ago and I absolutely love it! It's hard for me to stick to an exercise routine because I don't have a gym membership and I don't like going out, this is perfect because it has intervals instead of going all the way through with no breaks. I recommend this app to anyone who's just starting out! What makes it even Better and is its !

Love it exceeds expectations. This app exceeds expectation, it is my own personal trainer and it really works I see my fat going away& and I'm shrinking !!! Its not just you watching the phone it adjust to what you are able to do and takes it from there .So worth the money

Beginner. The video says it is for beginners, but does not give you directions on proper form. I know nothing about how to workout, and blew out my knee during day one because I didn't know how to do squats properly. Now I have to wait at least a couple weeks before my knee is in shape to even walk fast enough to exercise. Don't buy this unless you are experienced with workouts. Not describing proper form is irresponsible

Thumbs up. Easy to use, very user friendly app. Love the fact that videos are used to ensure exercises are executed efficiently. I would love the option to share with Twitter to be included though. Thanks.

Love this app!. There are some issues with this app, such as it won't keep up with what day I am on for some reason. However, I have lost nearly thirty pounds in a little over a month. I need to loose about fifty more if that tells you where I started out. It is not easy, but I though with lots of determination it was doable. I will continue using this for sure!

Overall Good. I like the app and the workouts are different everyday which keeps it interesting. My only complaint is that when she's counting reps for you it doesn't match the video and she goes way too fast for most of the exercises. Otherwise it's a good app if you're looking for something different.

Wow!. I'm really, really impressed with this app. I don't know if I've been missing them, or nobody is doing this, but not having to touch my ipod to go through a workout is really awesome. And the movies look great!

Hand in hand with Bootcamp-challenge®. This app is by far the best I have seen yet. I have the new P90X app from Beachbody and have taken the course on it from Beachbody. It is an amazing app, but is a totally different idea plus confusing. Which is fine, P90X is a program. Bootcamp-Challenge (BCC) is totally different. The point of this BCC LoLo app from what i see is to get the most out of what YOU can give. The live video is to show The "correct" form and how to do each exercise. Not to show you up on reps. It's all about form when it comes to BCC. I can look over and correct myself and slow down if I am out of form. Prevents injury. I can log in reps and play my own music. You are to do recurring exercises and not stop, push yourself. If you can't do that, this app is not for you! "Hoo-Aah"!!

New Year's Resolution ^_^. This app is totally worth the money. You'll start seeing (and feeling) the results in just ten days. Although I am just a beginner in Boot Camp, Lolo has made me realize that my goal is attainable. Thanks, Lolo! Keep up the great work!

Finally a lolo strength app!. I'm a big fan of lolo's fitness apps. Been weighting for them to build a strength training app for a while and it does not disappoint. Clean, simple interface, very easy to use, and the video plays while you're working out. Believe it or not, but that's pretty rare in the app store. Fantastic app.

I highly recommend it!!!. I really enjoy working out with this app. the exercises are easy to follow but though. You will see results if you put your heart into it. My only complaint has to do with the app. Maybe they should try to improve it. I have to adjust the settings every time I'm going to work out.

Useless!!!!!. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. I would give this negative stars if I could because this is deceptive!!! It will work for a while, but then you won’t be able to get in. I used to really like this app but now Lolo did some sort of upgrade and I cannot even get into it. I paid for this app and not I cannot even get into it and there is not even anywhere on the login page to contact anyone for help! They make it so you cannot even get back in. You have to re purchase it!!! DO DOT BUY THIS APP!!! Unless of course you don’t mind throwing your money away.

Great app. It's good like every one says my only problem is that when she is telling you to do reps you can't follow the video of her I wish she went the pace that she tells you to do reps at.

Does not link with My Fitness Pal. Despite being advertised in the MyFitnessPal app and having directions for linking on the lolo website the linking option is not functional pending an update with no anticipated release date. IN THEIR DEFENSE... Customer service offered me a refund on the app purchase once this was made known. It was just a bit frustrating trying to link it assuming it was my device with the problem and not the app. Probably should correct their website to display accurate information. I am choosing to keep the app anyway because I am enjoying the extra push to work just a little bit harder every time.

Great app. I really like this app, but I would like to see exercise options using more equipment like and weights and exercise balls. I would also like to have a little more instructions, like reminders on keeping core muscles tight, stuff you can't see, but need to do to get a good workout.

I'd give it 100 stars!!!. I'm in my late 30's, mom of triplets & not since my teen years have I stuck w/ any kind of exercise regimen. I'm not a runner or fan of the gym, in my limited time I love that I can do this in my own home. The variety & flexibility are KEY to keep my interest - love that I can swap out exercises, increase or decrease the intensity and levels. I've done 31 workouts on an every other day schedule since I got the app and already see positive changes in my body & fitness. So worth the few bucks it costs! Love love love it!!!

Good Stuff. I tried Easy Abs and loved it, so I grabbed this one too. This takes the personal trainer concept to a whole new level. It assesses where you're at so you can track your improvement and then gives you a full body workout to burn fat and tone up. Kind of wish I lived near one of her in person bootcamps, it would be cool to meet the actual trainer.

Happy. Great workout. I like being able to substitute exercises. I would like to be able to see the number of reps from the assessment day However since my phone updated I have to continually open the program I got it to work today I'm worried about tomorrow

Perfect for anyone!. I share this app with my husband. He's the crazy fitness type and says the advanced really pushes him. I'm feeling just fine with the beginner because I'm using it to supplement my run training. I may give intermediate a try after my race. Really interesting program, never boring. Lots of changes from upper to lower body, so use when you think you can't take anymore, she switches to another body part so you can keep your heart rate up while your muscles recover.

It's excellent!!. I actually get bored pretty fast doing any workout but with this app it's different every day and sometimes you feel you just hate her!!! but it's worth all the efforts!!! Love it!!!

Awesommme. This app is amazing! Always something different and challenging. Also if you go to history in the app click "connect" a calendar will pop up and you select the date then click "My Fitnesspal" in the top right corner. THIS is how you sync it...so all other users take heed. It's not broken, it just works differently

Great home workout. I bought this and used it right away. Very simple and easy to get started. I looked at the beginner program and thought it looked a little easy for me so I went intermediate. I worked out right in my living room and I got a great workout. LoLo's tempo shifting thing for your music works just as well for this as it does for running. I like the new trainer too, she's got great personality.

Nice. Looks great, works great nice way to get a quick workout when you do not feel like going to gym but would rather work out at home. Not much more to say. When is the HD version coming out with full ipad support?

Love!. I love this app! I really "feel the burn" after each of the workouts, and I'm already seeing results. As for the one review about the 2 minutes of pushups, that's only the first workout, and that's just to measure where your fitness level is. If you move on to the other workouts, you'll see that you're actually working out at your own pace. You need to explore the app before writing a bad review...

Excellent step up from Easy Abs. I really liked their Easy Abs app and wanted a full body routine. This one is just great. Combines strength training, calisthenics, and stretching. You can get an awesome full body workout in your living room. And I have. I also don't mind the sign up thing. You don't like it, don't sign up. It's optional, goofball. I think it's a great feature.

Gets Better Every Day!!!. Every time I use this app, I find more things I like about it. The workouts are great, yes, but the music bpm matching is soooo motivating. I really work harder with music that matches the pace of the exercise! I also love the ability to change my intensity at anytime DURING my workout... instead of AFTER the workout, like most other apps I've used. I'm recommending this app to everyone I know.

Wow great tool!. I really enjoyed my workout, you can actually custom fit the set to your fitness level. It's easy to use the interface is really good. You have no excuses for not working out even if you are nowhere near a gym! Well done.

Surprisingly impressed.. I've just started using it after looking at it for a month. I'm actually more impressed than I expected. The app does a really good job giving you verbal instruction as to how to proceed with your workout so you don't have to look at the screen. This of course means you need to be familiar with the workout before you begin. I'm motivated to continue using it and hopefully it will make a big difference for me.

I love this app!. I have been exercising for the last 3 years and get bored of the se routine quickly. My sister-in-law told me about the Lolo Easy Abs app first. And as I was looking at the apps, I decided to get the Bootcamp app. I couldn't be happier with it! The exercises are always different and I actually look forward to my morning workouts!

Again, needs some changes. This app needs work PLEASE! The exercises should be broken up differently, there's just no need to do one set of triceps ext (or others) for TWO minutes! I prefer more of a circuit style with more repetition of focus on muscle groups. And even if put in settings that you have a variety of equipment it doesn't really include them in the workout. Also, when the trainer counts reps it results in the volume of your music going up & down, up & down. Keep the timing feature, maybe get rid of counting reps. Thank you so much!

First Two Workouts Rocked!. I'm not sure why the reviewer below says you have to log in…. i just pressed 'No thanks' and the app work greats. You can login if you want to track workouts online, but you're not forced to… chill!

Great workouts but music needs help. I love these workouts. So much variety & a definite challenge. However if you decide you like the day's workout and leave the app for some reason you will likely come back to a different workout. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the music randomizer/player needs major help. It plays the same songs over and over (with 500 songs to choose from) and will sometimes change songs back to one already played. About to turn off the beat sync and maybe that will help. Very frustrating to have to stop my workout to change music (which often will only let me fast forward or rewind to one of two songs in my playlist). Other than the fact that the music randomizer needs an overhaul, this is a great fun way to workout.

Needs Updates FAST!!!!. This app is great but it really needs some new updates fast!!!!! I have lost almost 10lbs with it but it's starting to mess up big time now! I love this app and I don't want to loss it now! Please fix it fast!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does not work with IOS 5 anymore!!!

Good little boot camp app!. This boot camp app is simple but effective! You can pick your level, what equipment you have or don’t have, change the intensity, and switch the exercises if you don’t want to do certain ones. I love boot camp classes but I really can’t afford a gym membership and this is a great option for me. I’ve gotten a lot stronger and my body has definitely changed for the better. It works you up time wise to longer workouts each time you do it. I do it probably 2 times a week. If you’re looking for inexpensive way to workout and do a boot camp class, this it.

Looped video, unreasonable expectations. First thing I noticed is that they stole some sounds from the Nintendo Wii (namely the sound when you click a button while on an interstitial screen, which takes you back to the Wii main menu. Aside from that, it was easy to set up a routine based on the tools you have to work with (dumbbells, chair, bench, etc.) but I immediately lost interest when the first exercise was doing push-ups for two minutes. You're told to count how many you do, but I stopped the entire thing after 45 seconds of doing push-ups at the same speed I saw the girl in the video doing them. Why? Because she's only done ONE push-up! She's on a loop! So of course she can do push-ups for two minutes straight and not crash to the ground. I was on the beginner setting and push-ups were supposed to last two minutes. I stopped at 45 seconds at the rate she was going. Lowering the intensity to the lowest setting granted me some slack and the exercise set lasts only a minute, but still... it's not very motivating knowing that girl's on a loop while you're doing the real work. Reps would be a much better way to start out and be able to build up to more advanced routines, not the number of minutes spent doing a particular exercise. I'd ask for my money back, but someone else paid for this app.

Wonderful for beginners too!. I've always worked out, until an injury and surgery halted it. I've been laying around eating junk for 9 months. I decided it's time and trying your program. I love it!!! I'm only on day 6 but I can keep up and already feeling progress. It's a winner!!! :-)

Lots of issues with program now. The exercise on the left does not always match what she is doing on the right. The count is off for reps way too fast! Lots of talking over counting. She some times stops counting down. Lots of problems now, was way better before the update. Please fix as I love this app! 😊

Great workout app. This is a great app to have to keep you doing some exercise even with a busy schedule. I love how customizable it is and how it works for different intensity levels. If you have a hard time fitting exercise in with work, etc. This makes it really easy to slip in a quick workout at home.

Love it!. I love the new lolofit Boot Camp app. I like that I can use the music or turn the music volume off and still hear the instructions. It is a great workout - but remember to allow more time than it shows initially as there is time added between exercises!

get started!. I've downloaded lots of apps to try and get a good exercise routine but none of them worked for me. then I found this one... GET IT! why are you still reading? you should be downloading.

Love the workouts, hate the bugs. This is a great workout app, it gives a video showing proper form as you go. It syncs music. However some days I need to open the app 3-4 times for it to really work. There are a few bugs such as double talking, a big picture blocking the video, and a few others. They only happen randomly.....I'd recommend this to everyone if it weren't for the inconvenient bugs

Love love love this app!. I've been looking for a great workout app for months and I've hated most I've found so far so when my boyfriend found this, needless to say i was extremely skeptical. The workouts vary by day and it syncs to my music which I love. Currently I'm on day 7 and my muscles are sore but I love it. This is definitely worth it.

If it would only work like it's supposed to. I am so tired of it never starting where I left off. The scroll of exercises in the left will stop, but the exercises keep going. I have to take a snapshot of what exercise I'm on because it always starts over at #3. I've followed tech support advice to reinstall it. Can't you just fix it? Love the program, sick of the glitches. Easy abs and arms does the same thing.

Another lolo great!. These guys know how to make fitness apps. The login is so you can track all your results in one place. which is all I ever wanted. I wish they would let me log results from other fitness apps into it, but I guess they don't want us using their competitors.

Terrible app. Really boring, no variation past a point, the only way to increase intensity is by increasing the time you do one of the moves, only 10-15 different moves. Also not really safe, there's no guidance on how to get into each move correctly and do if safely and it's very rushed

Wonderful app. I feel the burn in my legs! Although I cannot catch up to the simulator as it is going way too fast for me to catch up. Nevertheless it is a very handy app.

From Couch to Cut. Couldn’t get in to this 5 years ago, tried it now to get rid of the Covid pounds while all the gyms and activities are closed. Finished the Beginner program and on to Intermediate, noticing a big difference and am always challenged. Modify as needed. Enjoy! It’s nice to have a fitness app you can buy and don’t have to subscribe to.

2nd Favorite App. Ever!. I love this app! It shows a person doing the exercises with you and before you work out you can click on the exercise and see a written description of what to do. Every day is different and it combines aerobic exercise, strength training and stretching. It even allows you to create a play list for your workout, figures out the BPM, and plays songs at the right tempo for the workout! I just finished day 6 and am very happy with it. The only thing that could use improvement is that the counting at times is faster than the video. Oh, I forgot to mention, if the workout is too hard or too easy you can change the intensity. It is like having a personal trainer in your i-product.

Love ALL lolofit apps so far!. My only suggestion with this one - is to allow us to have the option of rep or countdown here too. I'm very fit, but find the reps too fast, since I practice the 'slow and steady' method with weights, paying attention to alignment, endurance etc. Even with low weight/high reps, I find it hard to keep up (... and the woman in the video is going more my pace! ) Regardless, I've adapted by simply counting the given reps as 1-up, 2-down, 3-up etc. instead of trying to fit the whole action into one count. Thanks again! You guys do awesome work.

Cardio aspect could improve. There's a lot of classic conditioning/pilates moves, but I think it could use an update with plenty more cardiovascular moves--it's cardio that burns the fat. The higher the heart rate, the more calories you burn, and boot camp in my opinion, lacked that aspect. I say it's still a pretty decent app. The format and style is very neatly put together--lolo always does a good job with this.

Loving it so far!!. This is exactly the kind of workout app I have been searching for. I actually look forward to working out now! Love that it's completely customizable. Definitely recommend this app!

Great. It's a must have app. Im on day 3 of beginner weight loss workout. It is soo simple. My muscles are so sore as I hadn't done any exercise for over a year due to pregnancy. But ya she could be fast at times so I do the best I can. It's like having a personal trainer in your pocket.

Worth it!. I love this app. I'm on day 23..and I went from beginner to intermediate in two weeks. The only problem is every time I open the app I have to sync my playlist all over again. Other then that 👍

Army girl in my pocket. I love the variety of workouts and how she mixes it up. She's right there working out with me and throwing tips and how much time is left.... It's a personal trainer in your pocket. And you adjust the level of difficulty so the workouts are adjusted to you , with or without equipment. Just let her know what you have,,,, awesome app

Finally a convenient workout!. I feel like I have my own personal trainer! I picked the equipment I have at home, my fitness level and my music (adjusts the tempo) and presto! I have a workout plan that changes each day! The intensity can be increased/decreased for an exercise too. So many features to personalize. Finally, I think I will be able to get exercise into every day. Thank you so much for the great app! Love the voice and encouragement of the trainer too!

Had potential. The workouts look like they had some potential but ended up being too repetitive and boring (amount of time spent on one move). I stopes using it after a few tries.

Great. The first workout app that I might actually follow.

BUGS. Will not connect with myfitnesspal like it says it can, when trying to connect it connects me to the App Store to download the bootcamp app...I have it already! Please fix bug stopping the connection between myfitnesspal and bootcamp

A must have!. Lori is the best! Simply a great person and a terrific trainer. This app is just what I needed to finally commit to getting fit. It will not let you down!

The Best!!. This is the best workout app, you will feel the workout the next day!

Boot Camp Kicks Butt!. The first workout is an assessment then day 2 kicks it into gear! This app is great because it gives you just enough for your body to adjust to an intensive training without feeling bored. The music will speed up based on the exercise and the motivation is just enough to kkep going. Worth the price.

Lori's the Best. Love the workout, love the app, and love Lori, she's a great trainer and her energy really comes through in the app. Must have for anyone really trying to hit a goal.

Wow!!!. I am part of Bootcamp challenge boot camps here in my town and my trainer actually suggested this. I love how it shows you how to do the exercises that are done!!! Love it so far!!!

Good but needs some updates. Videos are better suited for iPad so the app needs to be universal. And why isn't there built in music like the treadmill and elliptical apps?

The Good & The Bad. I bought this app because it's supposed to sync with myfitnesspal but every time I try to send the info to myfitnesspal I get an error. But outside of that I really like it. I use it at the gym and it's easy to follow even if you don't have headphones in.

Go lolo!. I just got this app this weekend after meeting Lori and I already love it! Lori is awesome! So is the app!

Freezes. Freezes after starting exercises. Useless.

Love it!. Best workout app out there! I've wasted money on other workout apps and I'm happy to say this app is well worth the money.

Stop making app that make you log in. Every app that makes you log in to use (there is absolutely no reason *ever* for this) will get a 1star rating. Stop creating apps that that I PAY FOR that want ME to save MY personal data on someone else's server to use to sell for advertising. If it was possible to give NO STARS I would.

Bad app. It has bad ui interface and it crashes a lot.

I love working out now!. This work out is tailored to you! You control the intensity and the exercises. And a bonus is that it is to your own music! Great for beginners!

Great, but keep crashing. I love this app. Every day is a great workout. However, I'm on day 5 and it keeps crashing. Not sure what the issue is.

Great Training App. This is a cool app. My wife and I decided to get in shape and signed up for a 5K. Using this app is getting us ready for it. Definitely worth every penny!

A M A Z I N G!!!. I LOVE this app! I have a tendency to get very bored doing exercises...not with this app. Holds my attention, keeps me moving and uses my music in the play list. Awesome!!

Great app. Love these workouts. I don't have to to spend at the gym. I can do these great workouts at home while the kids run circles around me. :) I'll bump it up to 5 stars when they fix the connection issue with My Fitness Pal.

Won't sync. Apparently I'm not the only one that can't sync to MFP. Can't fully rate application since I'm on day 1. Update!!! To sync to MFP - click on history. On the bootcamp application. :) easy.

Great app. Ok, yes, maybe the app is for women, but it's intense as hell. I'm on day 5 and I changed the workout level to intermediate. It barely left me alive. So yea... Great deal of workout... Hope to see those muscles soon xD
