Not Connected to Internet/Server. I want to connect to my Facebook acct but every time I try, I get a message saying there’s something wrong with the server or that I’m not connected to the internet. This happens whether I’m just using my mobile data or if I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Please fix this I really like this game.

The Memories. Me and my mom used to love this game in 2016. Then we kind of forgot about it but then I remembered about it and it made me cry.

Frustrated. Last bug fix is horrible. Since I he last bug fix, I can no longer buy upgrades. The apple store charges me, but Juice Cubes doesn’t connect to the App,e Store. It is not a store problem, and I am going to have to ask apple for a round and report Playlab. The Playlab support page goes to a 404 page, and my two emails have gone unanswered. Terrible support for users.

Annoyed. I absolutely love this game, but all of the bugs need to be fixed. This is ridiculous that we can’t even enjoy your product because you guys won’t fix it. The game won’t let me log in with my Facebook, so that I can get back to my original level. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed. It has lasted long enough.

Don’t download this app. Loved this game until two weeks ago. App is now freezing up particularly if you want to buy some gold bars. You can purchase and they will take your money. The app will freeze after that and your purchase does not come through to the. game. I deleted the app last week from my iPhone and just deleted it from my iPad tonight after two days of a frozen screen.

Annoyed. I’ve played this game for years and I’ve always loved it. I love how after 24 hours I get a chance to spin the wheel to get a prize. Now when the game isn’t letting me spin the wheel anymore because, according to the game, I have no connection when I do. Updating the app doesn’t make a difference either. When I try to watch a video to gain extra hearts or other things the app freezes up on me... please fix this... 😞

Juice Cubes is awsome. 910 now! I have been playing this game FOREVER I have completed level 790 and waiting for next update to see how much further the game goes. Every time I think I am at end of game they give more levels. I LOVE THIS GAME. Can be quite frustrating at times but that is only because some levels can be very challenging that you really have to think in order to beat it. LOVE JUCE CUBES. Definitely a game to play!!!! Update I am now waiting for next update. I have completed #910 Wish I could post screen shot picture. I have had levels that would completely stump me for weeks. Although the curiosity on how far this game goes and how far I can get. keeps me playing. While waiting on updates I just go back and redo levels that I didn’t get all three stars and try to get all three stars.

System problems. I can’t log into my Facebook! I was like on level 367 and now I’m starting over

Not receiving purchases in app and still being charged. I tried to make a purchase one time for 1.99 and was charged four times. Bout only charged four times but never received the purchase. It kept telling me the app was unable to connect to the server and I should restart the app.

Unable to connect to Facebook, Gameplay limited. The game offers to connect to Facebook but seems unable to do so (on multiple networks, on Wi-Fi and through cellular data) and progression is no impossible without purchase. Fix the glitch.

HORRIBLE! They steal your money!. I purchased the 24 hour unlimited lives and was never given it. I reached out the developer and all they had to say was sorry we’re having issues and haven’t responded to me since! It has been over a week. I will be reporting to my bank! Scam!

Fun but buggy and expensive. I enjoyed this game. But deleted it. First it kept telling me I could get 10 gold if I signed into Facebook. But every time I tried it gave me an error. I really needed those gold. They pretty much don’t give you any and they are necessary to buy anything. So you better plan on buying large amounts for real money. I hate games that make you pay to do well. I will gladly watch videos or do surveys but spending my real hard earned money on these silly games just ain’t gonna happen.

My childhood. When I used my stepdads iPad this was my favorite game and got me into puzzle games

Great game but technical support can be weak. This is a great game and we love Playlab. However when technical issues arise be it their server or their interface to FB which gives one the account info and levels... When these go down it can take them quite a while to repair.

A great game. No matter how many times I get rid of the game I always end up downloading it again. It’s just really fun and I think the fruits are just adorable ☺️.

Juice cubes. For some reason it won’t let me connect to Facebook. I can’t do a daily spin or anything. I have Wi-Fi at home and cellular data when not at home. I know it’s not my service because my signal is great anywhere and I’m able to play any other games. I can’t play as much as I want because once I’m out of lives I have to wait because like I said, I can’t connect it to Facebook to ask friends for lives or start at the level I was at previously. I had to start back at one. Please fix the issue; then I’d be happy to give 5 stars. Over all, the game is just as fun as I remember years ago when I played.

Money scheming game. I wanted to give this game a second chance, but I see why I stopped playing it. Looks can be deceiving, even with cute characters. When the game got difficult, they offer to buy gold through money, for this power move, or for the next level. NOT GONNA FALL FOR IT. This is why Candy Crush does so much better they don’t constantly throw offers at you. Just make the levels a bit easier for players to pass instead of offers. “Berry-annoying.”

Messy and repetitive. In-app purchases either don’t show up or you can’t get off the purchase screen to return to game. Too many pop-ups. Timed games seem to be intended to force purchases. Feels like the same 3 puzzles over and over.

Absolutely amazing game. I love this game so so so much and if you are considering getting this app, or are not sure weather to buy it or not, I recommend buying/downloading this app. (it's free) you can make many cute cube friends that just want to be matched and sliced. They just look so sad when you don't finish a line ITS SO CUTE!!! <3

Christmas level ten ruined this game for me. Level ten in the Christmas challenge, the boss challenge is horrible. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the game because I just can't break through it. Love the 30 days of unlimited hearts but level ten is ruining it.

Where are my purchases and other bugs. I was happy to see this game updated, even if I did have to start over at level one. I purchased the starter pack but never received anything. Also, I can’t connect to Facebook so I can spin the wheel. This was a problem a couple years ago too. I really liked this game before, but if it’s not going to work, I’ll be moving on.

Morninglory. I enjoy this game and almost play it daily. I would like it to have a “skip a game” reward because some of the games that have the sand blocks appear can be extremely frustrating and make you want to stop playing. I had to play one game with the sand blocks and I couldn’t get past the level so I deleted the entire game and started over with the download. I really tried to pass that level but after 28 tries I was to frustrated to try anymore. If I get to that point again, I’ll just delete the game for good.

Used to love this game. Deleting.. Was hooked on this game for a long time. Some levels can take weeks to solve. I'm stuck at 182 and I can't get past. Sorry, I play games like this to relax, not get frustrated. I made pretty good progress but hit a point where I simply can't clear this level. Plus the timed lives and Facebook login is not for me and many others. Screw it. Moving on.

Daily bonus spin. Is this ever going to get fixed?? All it does is spin and there no way to stop it. Been doing this a long time.

Charges me for buying gold bars but never gives it to me. I love this game and would've given 5 stars if it weren't for taking my money and not giving the gold bars I paid for. After three years I decided to buy gold bars to help me get through one of the tougher levels. I've tried three times and it tells me to restart the app, which I've done but it doesn't give me the bars. Charges have come out of my bank account for them, but NONE given. Please reimburse me.

Best mobile game ever 😊😊😊. I bought this game when I was very young and I recently just re downloaded it and, oh my god I miss it so much! The characters are so cute and adorable and the game will keep you engaged and want to to keep playing this game is great! Definitely recommend you will love it! 💖💖

Cute and fun!. This is way better than candy crush!

So fun and addictive. I love the ways how your hearts come back so fast, the game isn’t complicated but also very entertaining and addictive at the same time. The art style and noises are so beautiful and I can’t wait to see what updates come or in the future. The only problem I have with the game is you will get an occasional level that makes you make buckets fall and those aren’t to fun and challenging. You often don’t get these levels but when you do they aren’t fun.

Almost a five. The gameplay up untill about level 45 is fine, but after that, it is basically pay to play.

Do Not Buy Gold Bars!. I have purchased gold bars on several occasions but never received them. The owners of the game will not do anything about it. It's just a loss. This has happened several times. I have contacted them several times but nothing is ever done. Buy a lottery ticket instead. You'll have a better chance.

Juice cubes level 225. I’ve been on this level 225 for three weeks the walk Thur isn’t the same as u try to play . Got down to 5 one time then when I try again I’m back to 13 . Need to get out of 225 and move to the next level. I watched the level on tv and try to play from my phone game and walk Thur never as u see it on the walk Thur . No good at all tired being stuck on the same level

Don't bother !!!. I am deleting this app too !!! Was great to start with, but because I have Facebook on my ipad, I can not get past the first stage !!! Only one other friend plays, so I can't get two other different people to unlock & I refuse to pay to play these games that get so hard i decided its not worth bothering. My husband who does not have Facebook can get through each stage by going on each day for 3 days & unlocking to the next level. i tried deleting it & reinstalling but didnt connect it to Facebook but still I don't get the option to unlock the next level

Great but.... This is a fun game but I dislike the fact that I can't move past a certain level without getting my friends to join. There is no way that I can see to get past this level without them. It's not even working anyway. The ability to win gold bars so you don't have to do this would be nice. Also even though I won bonuses when I go to use them it tells me I don't have enough gold bars! It's a very addictive and fun game but these annoyances are enough to make me delete it. Please fix!

Addictive but drains battery. This game is fun and additive but it drains the phone battery quicker than other games. Probably because it tries to connect to the internet after every level and loads some ad on other games.

Frustrating. Really quite annoying how this app doesn't sync between my iPhone and my iPad properly. Is linked to Facebook but scores are still different in each device and friends scores don't update. I'm through to the next island on my iPad but my iPhone is still saying I need two more helpers (which I got, incidentally, it just didn't register them). Otherwise I love the game, but this lack of syncing is really painful.

Candy crush copy. I have been playing this game for the last couple of days... Yes I have paid to advance, but it's my only addiction!! The levels are basically identical to candy crush. Level 65 is set out similar but was much easier to pass than the candy crush version!!

Help!!!. Good addictive game. I am not able to connect to fb hence I cannot send friends keys to open their next level or send them lives. Also my buckets are not going when they reach the bottom they just get stuck. Plz have the problems fixed or might need to find new game to play. Thanks

Loved it. Loved this game. Sadly my friends don't play it, and like candy crush you need help from others to progress in the game. So unfortunately I ran out of levels to play :( but it is fantastic. Much better than candy crush.

Missing gold bars. I’ve got a major concern I purchased gold bars but it’s saying I’m all set but the gold bars are not appearing please fix this.

Very good/Addictive. This is an excellent game that I can't stop playing, it is very similar to candy crush but has better qualities, there are 2 problems for me, the add that comes up after each level and sometimes when I try and connect the fruits, they don't connect or only some of them connect, otherwise it is a fantastic game.

It's ok!. Like all the other matching games it's great. Really dislike though that you need to request friends to help you move levels if you have no gold and it doesn't tell you clearly which Facebook friends are already playing. There is nothing more annoying than having to send friends that don't want to play games requests...

Like it but needs a fix. Like the game a lot, once I got to level 215 and needed to put new updates on it now won't let me past level 216. Bombs won't blow up when used together and if I complete the level it just freezes there. Wish I could keep playin as it is so addictive and fun!

Facebook connection. The app now requires me to login to Facebook to reload my progress, but it is still apparently in development mode when trying to connect to Facebook. Not able to play at all

My game progress wiped. My iPad updated the app but when I clicked to play it, it put me back to level 1, with only 5 hearts, no power up and no freeze clock... So disgusted and angry as I was up to level 570...

Great game. But need help with maps.. I am not able to send maps to Facebook friends and they to me. We are stuck & can't go any further. Love the game. A cool alternative to switching boxes etc. would love to see or available to play on Facebook.

Great. I like this game. Easy to catch on to. Not frustrating at all but still has its challenges. Haven't been stuck for weeks on one level. That's why I changed to this game cause I just couldn't get any further on the other game like this.

Chele. This is a great game, but as with all things in life, it has its floors. The higher the levels you get it Keeps just randomly dropping out, and i think its unfair that you have to buy coins to start the next level. If you get 3 stars you should be awarded coins.

Juice cubes. As fun & addictive as this game is I've found it irritating that it won't connect to FB anymore which means you must buy gold bars to continue the game. Now I'm trying to open the game to play & it opens but as you press play it reverts back to the iPhone home screen. Frustrated to say the least..

More levels. Such an additive game but I'm always left waiting for an update as I finish to quickly. Last update didn't add many extra levels and I'm now half way through a world an have to wait again. Please update more levels I'm addicted

Broken. Used to be my favorite game but the last 2 updates introduced ridiculous bugs - connecting a rainbow bomb to a round bomb just makes both disappear, and when you have more than 2 rainbow bombs on the screen, connecting them just makes them disappear. Essentially you're reduced to only using rainbow bombs with striped bombs and have a round bomb next to a rainbow is a punishment. Not sure how you'd even get past the training stages!

I enjoy the game. Buying agree the amount of spending you expect is a bit much don't you think? And it doesn't filter out friends that are playing on Facebook it just shows everyone.. If you fix the bugs and the spending it has the potential to be a great game. :-)

Juice cubes. I’ve been having a major with being able to access my free spins and also being able to get a free fruit slice for watching a add? I’ve emailed numerous times support with no feed back what so ever . I be even tried to post on the Facebook page with out any contact. It’s very frustrating not to hear anything back at all it’s very rude.

juice cubes. This is a fun game with lots of twists and turns. I think though you should be rewarded gold bars when you complete a game. Having to pay for more turns and waiting for friends to help send maps takes the fun away. Come on guys more rewards and less money raking.

Adorable!. I am a huge fan of graphics so even if a game is fun but the graphics are bad, I will most likely not like it. But the graphics in this game is ADORABLE and super colourful! Love the ideas and the game isn't as frustrating as Candy Crush so it does make my mood happier. Super summer and sweet feeling, couldn't be happier with this game!

Nice but it does hv some problem. Nice game! Simple and yet interesting. One problem I encounter each time when I request ticket from my friends. there will always be someone who do not get my request. And when I tried sending another request, I can't seem to find that person. I guess is because I hv sent it earlier and so that person name is taken off the list. Can u pls fix this because it is very upsetting when u knew u hv sent but the other party didn't get it. The whole game just stops there! Pls FIX ASAP!

Highly addictive!. Loving this game even though I'm stuck on level 151. Since passing level 95 I have not been able to send my friends extra lives and this is not fair. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars.

Love this game. 22 May update: Music turns off after the ads. Pity, because the music is pretty cool. Waste seconds in timed games turning the music back on after an ad. 8 May 15 update: oops, the cool music keeps turning itself off :( It's addictive, fun, has cool music, neither too easy or too difficult. App Crashes A lot. Your App seems to crash a lot and it’s frustrating when you are half way through a game and it goes back to the Apple Home Screen... I love this game, but I just want it to work!!

Needs an update. Hi love the game but needs an update it won’t connect to Facebook when trying to do the daily collection.

Was great but not anymore!!. The only way to get to the next chapter is PAY!! For over a month it will not let you ask friends to unlock the next level, nor will it let you help friends! It looks as though its going to work then it just stops. Very disappointing I'd think this would of been fixed with the update but no. Looks like a money grabbing scam to me

Not impressed. I was happily playing this game and had reached level 104 when my app decided to force close on me, this issue has since continued for a week. Every time I try to even open the app it gets as far as the loading screen before forcing me back to my home screen. I have tried resetting my iphone and reinstalling the app several times to no avail. Please fix it or will have to delete on a permanent basis.

Disappointed. Great game, I've really enjoyed playing it. I got to level 50 and can't go any further, need to collect puzzle pieces from friends on Facebook. It won't connect to Facebook. I would love to continue with the game but can't, so this app has lost me now unless they can fix this problem :( Not happy

Fruit salad bomb not working. The fruit salad bomb doesn't work properly anymore.. it will not work with any other bombs like it used to. ?? The link to support is not active I can't find any other contact details. I have sent a Facebook message to explain the issue and no response . I am considering deleting the app. The fruit salad bomb won't work anymore and it is making progressing impossible.

Fun but. It's a fun game I think you should get it but when you keep playing you find out they just want your money. Even if you buy only the $1.99 one it will only get you too a few levels and at the end you will just end up spending a lot of money, so I'm saving you if you want to get it and you read this DON'T because it's very addictive and when you get to the bit that you have to pay (if your young) don't go to your parents and make them do it (if your older than that) don't bother with it I'm really trying to save you. So what I'm saying at the end is just don't do it.

I hope this app works better on FB. Cannot connect with FB so cannot play with friends or excel to the next stage of the app. Annoyed because some friends from work gave this game high praise and encouraged me to 'play with them'... I've reinstalled a few times without any luck. If I could connect to the game centre at least I could play with some of my friends!!!

Fun, but um....... Well it kinda treats you like a 2-year-old sometimes. I mean, come on. EVERY level it tells me how to draw a line to connect three or more cubes. Other than that, fun to mock and pretty easy at times, I recommend it if you don't mind a couple (thousand) offers for you to give up your cash!

Another game that wants money to get levels 😟. Was good until I can't get past level 3 because you need fb friends to send stuff and nobody plays it. I got someone to play but they send me stuff and I never get it so what's the point??? And I'm not paying money to unlock every level. Disappointed cause I liked it up until then. This was advertised as "better than candy crush saga" It could be but definitely not the way it is now. If you think by doing this you're forcing people to pay money it ain't working. All it's making me wanna do is give up and delete it.

Flawed. Good game, but without Facebook -or in-app purchasing-, you can't progress past level 20. I was really enjoying it but that has ruined it. Come on Rovio, you're better than this. I'd give you 5 stars for the game, because it is really quite fun, but you lose 2 for this fatal Facebook related flaw. I am disappoint.

Addictive for all ages. Both my six year old and I are addicted. If you get enough points you earn gold and don't need to get friends to send you map pieces via Facebook. I prefer this to other strategic games as it doesn't lock you out for a time period if you lose, you can retry the level over and over. Good fun and teaches lateral thinking for kids.

Needs fixing quickly. This used to be a great game. Now the number of ads and bugs makes it too frustrating. The bombs no longer work as they should, and the number of ads are off putting. Will be deleting soon if it's not fixed; there are too many similar apps available to put up with substandard ones like this.

Glitch. When I press invite players, the pop up instantly closes. You cannot connect to Facebook, it says I don’t have permission because game is in development phase. There is no way to get free gold. (Other than the start)

Level 245. I love juice cubes, nut am completely stuck on level 245. It seems impossible to get a score of 40,000! I note when I google how to beat this level that the score required used to be only 18,000, which is much more achievable. I can't even get close and am going to have to give up, I refuse to buy my way through a level!

Broken & just wants you to pay $$$ for in app upgrade. Absolute rubbish since recent upgrades. I used to love this game & recommended it to many friends but of late it seems that there has been a new programmer who has not continued the same features for point scoring. There are many bugs post game 350 where the game freezes & then jumps time in games against the clock - is this design so you have to pay $$$ to buy your way to the next level? This also happened in Jungle Cubes a game I no longer play because the same flaw existed in that. Poor poor programming for a game that was really good until the last 6 months 🙈👎👎👎👎

Good game. Now stuck. I really enjoy this game, more so than candy crush. But the only issue I am having is I cannot get any further in the game. I only have three friends that play this game but now one of them has stopped so now I cannot get any further!!!! It would be great if you did something like candy crush where you can play mini games to unlock the levels. Reasonable and rather fun. Decent game, as long as you don't need to climb fast. It can take many repeats until luck meets skill so you can win. I'm at Level 60 this go round. Don't always believe the game's suggestions!

I think they were trying to make it work for the 6s with the differential pressure on the screen, but on my iPhone 5, everything is absolutely slow and unresponsive with the touch screen. When you need to be precise with where you drag and what you connect, this game right now is unplayable. I'll wait until an update fixes this before I can play again. Please fix!!
