Awesome!. I’m glad they finally released an app for Verizon home internet!!!

Internet is a little fast. The internet is a decent amount fast but it’s good WiFi if u live somewhere out in the city

Verizon is difficult. No matter what Verizon makes things difficult. To authenticate my account I need my zip. I’ve lived in two zips my whole life and it’s neither. I just don’t get it. I don’t understand how the simplest tasks with Verizon are always impossible. I hate this company

Broken. Doesn't work 90% of the time while my device is working perfectly fine. Ridiculous app.

Works after router restart. When I first installed the app it was completely useless, immediately erroring out when opening up with a page that says “looks like something went wrong”. However, with help from the support team, they suggested a restart my router after which the app started functioning properly. The UI is nice and there’s some nice features here like a speed test on the router itself as well as the ability to share WiFi information via qr code. Sometimes the initial loading is a bit slow so definitely room for improvement there. Additionally, I caused the app to crash by checking the history of the speed test before running a successful speed test (although I did try to run a speed test and near the very end it just failed). Overall, no longer useless and I’ll definitely be using it to share the WiFi at the very least.

Connectivity. This app is worthless. I can’t never connect to my account.

Horrible app. This app is super non-friendly. Takes forever to accomplish anything, if ever. Already encountered a huge bill for disconnect because could not get on. Have gone to 2 of your stores that “figured it out” but not really. I hate that I am saddled with Verizon! Did not even get print out of anything I supposedly signed…how long do I need to endure this. I so prefer mint mobile. Finally received a bill yesterday! Does not reflect any price I was quoted! Wow. Such a horrible greedy lying company to us elderly people. I need to get on to start deleting services

Not a replacement for the Fios app. I am on a family plan with my father on verizon. Because he will not set up the account correctly and when I try it overnights my identity and everything will change to register under his name because of the ss number. My bank account, gaming accounts, social media and every other account that uses my cell number for two factor authentication. No matter the email without his cooperation I can’t use my verizon wireless phone because of it. I can’t get ownership of it without losing my 22 years of data keeping my accounts alive. I got Fios to try and find a way to do that and still can’t stop it from happening. So I used the Fios app and it worked keeping my accounts separate until it was retired. Using the my verizon app just created a problem that caused my account to lose the data and then turned it into a work number for him. This app was a good idea to finally solve the problem and access my router but it won’t let me use the digital secure and firewall options from home protect just the basic change password and reboot options. It is just useless for anything other than basic setup and the my verizon app does the same thing. It solves the control my router problem but that’s it. I don’t know what the point of this app is for but verizon has to fix the account issues with the owner overriding and giving the primary account owner everything if not registered properly. As soon as I used this app all the services went from fios to wireless and now my father pays for my services adding $20 to his bill. As for this app it controls my router and extender but not the security services and using wifi 6 mode won’t allow my phone to connect to control it. I had to use my ipad with wifi 6 to get it back on the legacy settings. Verizon please turn this app into the new fios app or fix my account problem. The only good thing about this app is it didn’t turn my ipad into a new device for my father but it did turn a bionic chip device into an iphone based on apple my ipad pro is a iphone so I used an m1 ipad and problem solved. This is like every other verizon app use it on a tablet and it becomes a phone. I would log into my account and router except the same thing happens my father gets ownership. Home is only useful for controlling your router it can’t setup the equipment as advertised not entirely useless but I really need a solution to the account problem. My verizon app on my tablet has caused apple to mistake it for a cellular enabled device and this app on my phone lets me control the basics. Last is how often it crashes and freezes. I am reviewing this to ensure verizon knows they have ruined my accounts and my ss number on fios did nothing but turn my phone into a work device for my father and my tablet into a phone registered with the home number. This has happened so much that they know it is happening and this app fixes nothing. Unless you already setup your devices this app is useless and keep it off a tablet unless you want it to be a phone.

Why. A very unnecessary change to add a separate app after the original plan combined the Verizon Wireless and Verizon FiOS apps Just a few years ago. Verizon spending unnecessary money reversing what they did.

Doesn’t work. Downloaded and no matter how many time I try, it tells me my router is offline… never mind that all of my devices are connected to it and working fine, so I know that’s not the case. And without it connecting to the router, it… does nothing.

Doesn’t work. Just recently found this app, thought it would be nice to be able montitor my Verizon home internet from an app instead of the MyVerizon app. I can’t even get logged in, and the rare occurance I can get logged in, I’m plagued by a “Oops something went wrong” message. FIX THIS OR REMOVE IT

Doesn’t work. Signed in on my Verizon phone on Verizon WiFi with Verizon router and it tells me I have no Verizon supported equipment. What? ☹️

Very helpful 🤩. This is a very nice approach and very helpful app to create groups to use parental control to manage the name of your Wi-Fi to do a speed test and much more options. I really like it thank you for making the app. Keep up the good work, Verizon. Need to add advance options

Lost a potential customer because of your app. Was going to switch from xfinity to verizon because I thought it would be easier to manage/access and I can’t even get past the login page. Looks like I’m sticking with xfinity

Don’t waste your time. The app doesn’t work

App Doesn’t Work. Tried several times but like other folks posted, the app doesn’t ever connect to anything after the PIN; either not responsive or returns an error message (Try Again Later).

Unable to login. As others have noted, the new app doesn’t accept login credentials. There is strong demand for the new functionality so I truly hope Verizon rises to the occasion. This level of problems a month after release is what happens with a monopoly/duopoly.

Login has never worked. I have been unable to login to this app for months now. It takes you in endless loops of resetting credentials, providing one time passcodes…only to end in generic system errors and never signing you in.

Works but still stuck with my Verizon app it seems? 😡. The “my Verizon” app is super slow and annoying. Was hoping for better with this app so i can control/group devices and run parental controls. Unfortunately, since home network detection was already setup in my “My Verizon” app, this app says I can’t use it to group devices etc. not sure whether to turn off the home network detection on the other app or not and whether this new app will let me setup better family controls…

This app doesn’t work - But it does NOW. After a week of my initial review of this app, the support team has resolved the issue and now I can manage my next via the app. I appreciate them for working on this and more importantly fixing the issue.

Verizon home internet app. I received the email this morning and thought “Great” due to my Verizon internet had be just plain crappy the past 3 days! Anyway I loaded it right away, approximately 10:30 am it is now 1:48 am and it is still doing the circle of death! Starting to think I should just delete it!! Renee

Does not work. This app does not work for me. I just added the home internet to my plan. Have been unsuccessful in creating an account. It keeps telling me “something went wrong” no kidding.

Sign in doesn’t work. My existing My Verizon credentials failed. Get account locked message. They work fine on all other Verizon apps and websites. Support was useless. They wanted me to change password. I’ll wait until they fix their single sign on.

Don’t work. As typical Verizon fashion this app does not work… doesn’t even allow you to sign in. Tells you to contact customer service.
