Too expensive!!!. If you like, spending a lot of money on a game, this game is for you! It cost me money almost every single level. I gave up!

Pay to play. It’s a great game w great potential. Bad thing is you can play fairly a few levels then be ready to empty your pockets on nonsense upgrades that allows you to be able to play the hard level cuz if not u gon keep loosing.

Fun game but…. Okay so after playing for a little over 2 weeks I can finally give an honest review . Game is fun , nothing special but I like it. There is one huge problem with the game and that is the unrealistic opportunity to upgrade items. I understand that a game needs to be challenging but I have spent real money for coins and gems and still somehow can’t keep up with upgrades. The revenue to upgrade scale is largely imbalanced. For example, right now on average I make 5 to 6 hundred coins a level. Each upgrade is at least $2,000 and when I finally save enough to purchase that upgrade, guess what ? You guessed it , the chefs then need to be upgraded. Impossible to keep up and kind of ruins the game. Yes, there are extra rewards after some levels but 8/10 chance it’s chump change. My suggestion is if I’m paying more to give the chefs and upgrade, then they need to be paid more per customer for their “ promotion”. Also , there are other ethnicities than Caucasian . Please include some diverse avatars. Sad to have to mention this in 2024.

Fun!. Fast paced, very challenging, love it

Don’t Start Playing. Unbelievable!! Doesn’t matter how you play and how much “help” you get from the “speedy items” thingy, you won’t pass a level without buying a bunch of coins to upgrade the restaurant!! Don’t start playing, you will be ending up like me spending a lot of money, just to pass a level!!

Addicting but like the pics. You dont dice or chop fish or weigh products so the ad is a but misleading for that ai give 4 stars as thw game is fun

Money hungry. Reached out to correct a problem with the game. Saved screenshots to show proof, received feedback that it’s an issue with the program and would take an unknown amount of time to correct. I will be finding a similar game as I did enjoy playing. In order to move forward in the game you will need to spend money to correct the program issue.

Fun game rigged system. Designed to make you fail to spend money. If you stop playing for like a day or two gives you things to progress. Also does subtract or adds up right. I had 36 games and spent 25 it left me with 1. I can tell when I’m playing right because it gives me customers with speed ups. I mean otherwise it’s a good game.

A Critical Flaw in the Daily Reward. The game falls short in maintaining a fair and rewarding experience. Theoretically users can start the game and get free daily rewards by watching a couple of ads. The rewards includes money, diamonds and tools. However, I noticed that the diamonds from the daily rewards just disappear for no reason. No purchase, no upgrade, nothing, and the diamonds just get lost. It happened to me at least 3 times in one week, which is very disappointing and frustrating. Such a bad user experience.

The game is rigged. The game was a fun, but after a few levels it’s impossible to beat levels. Most games like this, customers pay for food delivered. This game the customers eat to slow, so even if you serve all customers if they don’t finish before time is up,they don’t pay.

two stars. I give this app two stars because a lot about this app is great! I just CANNOT STAND the staff service time restarting… oh my GOD it’s the actual worst… what is the POINT of even spending your money just for everything to restart you spend the whole game worrying about the staff and spending money on them just for them to restart? Taking up to a minute like what even is all of that about? There’s no reason for the app to do that, it makes it impossible to waste money on other things like the devices or revenue. Please please fix this. Not a big fan of the fact that you can’t replay levels but honestly that’s more bearable than the cooks service time restarting every three minutes.

Going downhill. The game was so fun in the beginnning. It hooks you in but eventually it’s impossible to beat without spending actual money. Customers are too impatient and the things you buy in game, like server speed, resets so you’re constantly spending to upgrade. It’s impossible. I’ve been stuck at level 55 for so long I’m officially giving up and deleting the game. It’s impossible to pass. I’m sad.

Good game but….. Really geared to cost money to even pass some levels frustrating to say the least. I like the game but refuse to continue to pay to play

Fun, but false. Game is fun but NOT as advertised. Basically “diner dash” different name. There is no variety in activites as advertised. You are serving customers that is it!! If tht is all there is to it fine, but don’t make it seem more interesting than it is. Also you will constantly upgrade your staff to the maximum then have to do it again to the same staff a few levels later. As I said “fun” but being honest is better.

No black characters. Why isn’t there an option to have a black avatar?

I like the game, but deleted the game. I did like the games. However I ended up deleting the game. There is no way to delete your progress and start over. I asked they said you need Facebook. I’m not getting Facebook just to do that. This is the main reason I deleted the game. Also everyone else is right about upgrading the servers. It is a pain or a hassle. I can either upgrade the server or upgrade an item. Whatever one you pick is the wrong one to upgrade. They could at least make all the servers upgrade together. So instead upgrading each server to level two. They all upgrade till level two.

Too slow. The animation moves so slow and does not sense my selections well. It is frustrating to play because she is not doing what I am tapping her to do to taking forever to do it even with upgrading the speed. Make it better so I can like this. Right now I want to quit and find something else to play.

Fun game but has multiple flaws. I love games like this, fun to play but with most typical games like this, the hook and pull eventually comes through. You find yourself spending money for servers, and restaurant upgrades which gets costly. It’s not cost effective for us as players to keep spending real money for servers, it gets frustrating. You can get by a few levels without purchasing upgrades but eventually you end up needing to do so to continue with the game. It would be a nice start if servers didn’t need to be constantly upgraded. Also, offering more coins after level completions and decreasing some prices of the upgrades would be helpful. It’s ridiculous to have to spend real money constantly on a mobile game like this, I rather pay $30 upfront than having to keep with these micro transactions. Therefore, I eventually see myself stopping this game after completing a few restaurants but definitely not a game I’ll be playing long term. To me , it would be a better business motto to keep your customers overtime than to only have them be able to play for a short while. I also would recommend more diverse people of color in the game too.

Game stopped. Games stop working in the middle of nowhere .

Need lots of boosters. This was fun to start, but each new level gets so much more challenging that it’s virtually impossible to advance without spending money. I’m now on he fire and ice restaurant and it doesn’t matter how many boosters I use, it’s too hard to win.

another pay to continue time management game. Coins from completing Levels and even with daily free currency, will not keep up the cost of upgrades. Even after reaching the third location, had no coins and no Diamonds.

Do not waste your time. This game is a waste of time unless you want to spend your money on upgrades that you can’t keep up with. It’s fun for the few levels you can play. After a while you will have to start spending your own money to upgrade the speed of the chefs and when you do spend your own ,only on those upgrades they don’t even help because you will need another upgrade. This game is the worst I’ve ever played. I DONT mind spending a few cents for coins if the money I spend will help me advance in the game but it doesn’t. If you don’t have the game don’t bother and if you do delete it because there are other games you can play that will allow you to advance in levels. This one is not it!! And the developers don’t care. They will just respond with the same generic response they give to all reviews. All the while they are counting the money you just put in their pockets.

Worker upgrades. The game is great besides the fact that every few levels the workers need upgraded. You finally get through upgrading them all so you can move onto other things. And bam again you have to update them. It’s ridiculous and makes the game horrible to play because if you ignore upgrading them and go for other things. They end up incredibly slow and it’s so much harder to win levels.

Need more coins. The game doesn’t play like the first three pictures so it’s misleading. It’s a fun game to play though, the game just needs to give more coins away because it’s really hard to upgrade even if you win 3 keys. The worse part is having to upgrade the servers and their time speed will increase after you upgrade for the time to decrease. Only fun for a short while i see i’ll need to pay to play.

No. The levels are UNBELIEVABLY difficult as it goes on, and you forced to spend money. It’s not a time management game if you’re forced to spend money to pass. It’s actually ridiculously irritating that you have to pay to upgrade the chefs as the levels go on even though you already paid money to upgrade them!!!! You also earn pennies so all the upgrades that you need to pay to pass, you can’t.

Don’t waste your time. So here’s the thing, you guys need to go back and learn how time management games work. If I have 1:56 to get a certain amount of coins why are the customers not moving from the tables faster? Why the speed walking boost only last a few seconds? Whi does it cost so much diamonds for certain upgrades ? This is pure rubbish and you guys designed this game as an attempt to get people to spend $. There’s no way the levels should be extremely difficult to pass. I’ve played other time management games and it’s not like this. Shame on you for trying to force players to spend $, that takes the fun out the game immediately.

Great potential but a balance flaw. I really like the playing style of this game. The levels are fun and the game is a cool take on the time management concept with nice graphics. BUT there’s a huge balancing issue. The chefs need to be upgraded and - unlike with most games - there’s no end in sight. As you pass more levels (which you have to do to get coins) then the chefs have to be upgraded more. It never ends. There’s never a time where you are fully upgraded and the math doesn’t work to even keep up with the levels they recommend. I also can’t see a way to “farm coins” without making the levels harder and harder so that’s frustrating. Shorter: Great until a point, then literally impossible without spending cash.

Works are reset all the time. This game would be great, except that every 5-6 levels, your chefs are all reset and you have to upgrade them again. Really irritating. The game turns into earning coins so you can upgrade the chefs and so you can win levels and earn coins to… upgrade the chefs again.

GAME PLEASE HELP. I love this game.. but it’s now frozen on a level & I’m so upset I’m gonna have to delete this game. It’s the Charm of Paris restaurant on level 32. You’re supposed to send the mysterious customer to the reception desk.. but my game won’t work. As many times as I drag the customer to the desk it just won’t work.. If someone can help to fix this bug I’d leave a better review but for now 🥲

Pay to play. This game is so fun at first then if you don’t spend money you just can’t pass levels. Not my game wasted 2.99 to not even get enough coins to upgrade something I needed to to win then didn’t win. Over it.

Love the game but…. So, I’ve been playing this game for a while now. I was quite excited to see a game with a similar concept to the hospital game. This game is enjoyable to play. However, as much as I love playing it, I don’t recommend it, unless you’re willing to spend money. It becomes very difficult to advance after a while. With each restaurant, the upgrades become VERY expensive and it’s difficult to upgrade because the money you make with each level doesn’t compensate at all. Don’t get me wrong, I love a challenge but the prices for the upgrades are a bit ridiculous. From my personal experience, this is the most expensive game I’ve played. In terms of upgrades and I’ve played a lot of games with this concept. I’m not sure if I’ll keep the game. I’d like to because I enjoy playing. But like some of the reviews here you’re gonna have to spend money eventually in order to move up. Other than that it’s a great game to play. If the company does decide to change some of the prices of the upgrades I’ll definitely keep the game and edit my review.

Scam?. I've noticed that when you upgrade all the chefs on a level their work time increases again and you have to pay to bring it back down. Nowhere is it made clear that chef upgrades are temporary so that either needs to be clarified or the time upgrades should be permanent. It's ridiculous that a chef goes from 8 seconds to 35 seconds work speed AFTER I've paid for multiple upgrades.

cute but dumb. as everyone else is saying in their reviews, it literally makes no sense for the servers to need to be upgraded every few levels. it should be maybe two or three times a location. it’s also dumb how you can’t actually go back and look at specific levels that you haven’t reached full stars on. so now getting the boxes/keys is at a constant uneven number. too many upgrades, not enough coins earned. it also wouldn’t make sense to spend actual money on this game bc there’s 40+ upgrades each location.

Starting to burn my out. This game is fun and interesting but i feel like once you upgrade the workers to the max you shouldn’t have to keep paying to get them back maxed out every other round. It’s getting annoying at this point.

Money/ Upgrade Ratio. The game is fun. But wow, the people saying the money you make does not match how fast you need upgrades are right. Either upgrades in the game get cheaper to match the level you are on, or make more money per level. I’m not very far in the game and I’m already struggling

hasn’t worked since update. I love this game but since the last update a week or so ago, the game will not get past “loading” page. happy to revise this review when it’s working again. Edit: moved to 1 star as I was told to contact developer through app, which I clearly explained does not open past loading page. nowhere to contact via website. Hope they get it together.

Would be good if. Like the game set up and addicting play. Great graphics. Hate the way you get to a point that there is no winning without paying. Also the game takes away money and gems from your total without you doing it ~ all the while appearing to give you “free” money and gems if you watch a zillion ads. Spent money on the game without much difference in progress in game play. Would be a good game if not so frustrating.

Great but costly. Great game! But there’s no way to get ahead without spending lots of money. Every couple beat levels the cooks levels go up and you can never make enough coins to upgrade all of them before they go up again! Even the endless starts at unattainable levels.

Great at first, then impossible. This game is typical in the fact that as you progress through the levels it becomes impossible to play unless you spend real money for upgrades of your workers and equipment. It’s a shame because the game is really fun. I’m on restaurant 3 now and the joy I had for the game is becoming increasingly frustrating. By the time you grind the levels out while watching 20 ads to try to get more coins little by little (and I do mean little) you end up right back in the same spot. You finally upgrade all of your workers and you may get one level to play then they all need upgraded again. Never mind the fact that you need to upgrade the equipment regularly, upgrade the prices of your items and make sure your customers are patient throughout the game. I have grown people bills so I can’t blow money on games. I doubt I will play much longer because I won’t be able to. It’s supposed to be relaxing but it isn’t anymore.

Problem. I love this game and I would give it 5 stars but the ads go to a black screen and I have to close the game and reopen it. So it’s a pain.

Great time management game!. These types of games are my favorite. They keep my brain active. I particularly like this one because you can get through most levels without spending a lot of money. I have bought a few game packs for fun, but I could probably make it through the levels without the rewards. It's cute and they're constantly updating the game too!

Dialogue issues. It always annoys me when people who create and release programs without doing their due diligence in making sure it’s accurate and appropriate! I’m guessing the creators main language isn’t English. You need some help with translation!

Service Time grab by developers. Ice and Fire chapter level 119-120 I noticed my service time increase from 7 seconds to 19 or whatever and kept increasing after I paid to the max…. could have been happening all along. I should only reset after completing chapter and starting new. Commercials got longer… 60 full seconds for one of them and if you want to keep playing without purchasing time limited power ups you have to watch the commercials. its a shame developers do this now…. very shady and disappointing. I realize that’s their way to make $$ but this is extreme. What happened to the time when you pay for an app and you bought a new release after a few years of play? Really thought I had a keeper.

Great game but there is a catch!. Like others before me have stated, this game starts off fun! No real money is needed to progress on the first area. The second you move on to the next if you aren’t spending your own money to level up, you’ll be watching all the ads. For example: it takes 2000 coins to level up a station but you only make 500-800 per level while they continuously get harder. Starts off as fun then becomes a money grab game.

Prices not right. I LOVE the game. Only issue is in the game it says I can get 1200 gems for $19.99. When I try to purchase them, the game tries to charge me $35 that’s not okay.

不. 是通关模式，但是如果卡在某一关，不升级过不去，想升级但是没钱。不能选择既往关卡赚取金币，看广告获得钻石和金币少，剩余方案只能选择充钱购买金币器具提升等级，不充钱过不去，死循环。想要过关就要升级器具，升级器具要金币（要么就是钻石买金币），但是金币获得方法就是看广告，过关的金币，钻石买金币。广告一天获得有限，钻石也没钻石，不过关只有几十金币，升级器具一个最少要上千金币。
