Sincerely: Vent & Confess Comments & Reviews 2026

A safe-haven. I really enjoy this app. I’m on my 9th day streak and I have written 8 letters & 34 responses. Yes, there is a subscription but you don’t have to buy it. If one ad every so often bugs you that much, then that’s a you problem lol (It’s an ad that you can almost immediately click out of. It’s really nothing.) I’ve gotten a lot of responses on my letters, all of which have been helpful (aside from a select few which you can report) and this app has really grown to be a safe haven for me. Critique: - I wish I could write 2 letters a day. I really don’t mind waiting, but it does get a little annoying. -Or maybe we can refresh letters twice a day instead of once. - MOST IMPORTANTLY!! I wish there was an easier way to see all of the responses you’ve gotten on your letters. For example, when I click on a letter I’ve written, I wish I could just scroll down and see every response. Instead, it just shows me my letter and then I have to search my inbox for each separate response. It is pretty inconvenient when I want to reread what people have said. Other than that, I really love this app. Keep it up! 🧡

Idk. I like this app other than the fact you’re making it to where you have to buy this stuff we already were able to do on here. Like I like drawing on my notes which was free and then you have to pay like monthly or yearly for it for something that was originally free. And you could add music but now it costs money. And you could also share the app to write another letter which I loved but now I don’t see that option. I get you’re trying to make money but you should’ve added aomethtjng new that costed money or something so we didn’t have to get something we already had. It’s crappy and also the robot thing hasn’t been replying to my messages when I type soemthijg to it it will type for a while but I’ll wait for a while and it won’t send the reply so I close the app and open it again and it will do the same thing or say I’m out of messages it’s such crap.

Sincerely, -Asteria. This app is a life saver, and life changer… I love using this app. It REALLY DOES HELP to read allllllll these letters and either respond with written words or even just giving a simple reaction to let the person know you read the letter and that they feel heard. You go through levels too. Based on how many responses you have written. I have written 122 responses and my goal is 600, I’m on a 19 day streak and have written my own letters of 10. This app is my safe haven and I’ll never delete/uninstall it. I highly recommend this app for your mental health or emotional support in general. Also. You pick your mood daily too. It’s a check in. Another great thing is that you get to choose your user name and pronouns and what topics you read about/see from others. You can also swap letters, if you dont like what you see and if what you see looks like a crisis or is someone talking about harming themselves and/or others you get to report it and swap it for another letter too. You can also block that user as well. I love this app. You will too. So go ahead. Download it now! Also thank you to all the developers/creators and contributors to this app! You have given the world a wonderful gift making this app. PS: They also have a discord server! You join it and then be directed to the upgraded server. Once you join the upgraded server you can leave the old one — or stay. Up to you. I think that covers everything lol. Sincerely, -Asteria Moon

I adore this app. Hi! If you are lonely, need help or want to help others then this app is the sweetest. It is really intimate and personal without sharing any info. I adore your app but there are a few things I would like to mention. When I message people and I am in the chat, I get the banner notification, but their message does not show up. I either have to exit the chat or completely exit the app and then re-enter the chat/app for it to refresh. It is a little annoying. I would also say that in the friends inbox, I think that whatever you message them should be the last message that shows for that user. Then it is easier to remember which conversation is which. I also think that whoever you chatted with last should move to the top of the inbox. Kind of like text or really any other messaging app. It makes it less confusing. I love your app and have never written a review as I didn’t care that much. But I would love to continue using this app and would enjoy it more if you changed these things.

Have to pay premium to delete a letter you wrote. I find it absolutely ridiculous that if you want to simply delete a letter you wrote that you no longer need or want( and yes people keep viewing and responding to it alerting your notifications), you have to upgrade to premium. That should be a basic feature and honestly feels wrong on so many levels to even attempt to lock it behind a paywall, especially on an app like this where people are sharing secrets, so much for that “safe space” that was mentioned. Other than that the app is actually pretty nice and seems like a helpful tool to help others with. But, unfortunately, due to blocking basic features even with ads currently enabled, I don’t recommend anyone get this app until that is fixed. This app cares more about attempting to make an extra dollar than the people using it’s services. As soon as I realized what the developers are doing I lost all respect. If they actually cared about their users and listened, I wouldn’t have minded using the subscription service, however, 7.99 a week is a ridiculous price, lower it and I guarantee you would have more people purchase the service. Unfortunately for me I never will after this experience 🫤

Please!. Update: so they added an option to delete your post but of course it’s locked behind a paywall. Disgusting money hungry app developers. I’m deeply ashamed of the developers and this app. You should be disappointed in yourselves. If you’re reading this review, don’t download this app. It’s a waste of space. This app desperately needs the option to either delete or archive posts. I made a post abt a problem i had and wanted advice for, ans the problem has now long since been solved but I’m STILL getting responses to it 2 weeks later and I’m absolutely sick of it. I have another post I made id like advice for but it’s not being shown to anyone, only the post that I don’t even want up anymore. I’m going to loose my mind if I keep getting responses to the 2 week old post. It also needs the option to filter out keywords or when you report a post, never show it to me again. I’ve reported several posts and I kept seeing them pop up again to the point I just had to block the user so I’d stop seeing that post. I’d genuinely rather not get or see posts about people essentially saying they’re going to off themselves and to not stop them. It happens way to often that I see those posts and I hate it.

Absolutely NEEDED this App in my life!. I love everything about this app! Such a great idea. So glad I came across this! The letters are something I look forward to every night! I’ve made some great connections of people with the same issues that I have. As you get older I feel like most people don’t listen, so this makes it a way to help someone through my experiences in life, and of course they will read my response, so I am feeling heard. I feel good about helping others and it just gives me more ways to help. Expanding my reach! I would love to meet the creators of this app, actually I would love to work with them to create even more helpful apps. I have a few ideas. 😊😊 I would love to know how this app came about. Thank you to the creators for creating this safe environment for all who choose to share. You have made my life a little lighter!! You guys are great! Keep creating 💜👏🙏😊

Good idea. TL;DR It’s worth downloading, I personally like it a lot, but there are some issues with responses. I really like this app, it’s nice being able to send out anonymous letters every night as a sort of journal almost just to get stuff off of my chest, and it makes me feel good about myself to respond to people’s letters every day and try to give them some good advice. However I think I’m one of the few people who actually cares about responding because it seems like my letters never get responses. I understand people join mostly to vent, but maybe there could be some sort of incentive for people to respond more frequently? Also the emoji responses are stupid because people can just use those as a way to reach their streak and level up without giving an actual response… anyways, very good idea, but the execution and the community aren’t very good. It could be improved though into a really awesome app! It’s definitely still worth using despite its issues.

Exceptionally awesome app!. This app is beyond incredible and actually inspires you to be more open with your love or friends/family. When it’s hard to explain in words what your feeling to anyone, typing/writing it is a huge help. Once you get use to reading the words your expressing that’s coming from your emotions, coming from the inside, it becomes much easier to provide the words and understanding to anybody. Express yourself alone, or take the next step with this app in knowing that what you have said is being truly and sincerely read by a person/people. Once you put it out into the universe, all goes uphill from there. You can’t go wrong with this app!! Download it. I also love to write/type and connect and conversate so that’s a +! 🩷⭕️

Great app for comfort. I honestly love this app. It lets you put in your age so you can get people around your age, which is especially comforting as a young teen. I can write all i want without having to worry about someone near me finding it because it’s completely anonymous. You have the option to respond to a message given to you, or you can send them a hug. This is extremely useful for me since I have a really hard time thinking of ways to respond to people, but a simple acknowledgment that a message has been read is so much better then being completely ignored. I 100% recommend that you get this app, especially if there’s things you want to get off your chest.

Interesting but not for me. The app itself is interesting. However, I’m unsure as to why you can download the app for free as you cannot use the app for free. Once you download, you’re prompted to make an account and cannot proceed without one. You are then informed that you must sign up for the free trial and cannot use the app without paying a weekly or annual subscription after the few day (I think 3?) trial is up. I tried the app for about 30 minutes and decided it wasn’t for me. I then deleted my account and then deleted the app. I was then charged for a subscription without even having an account for it to be sent to. I find that beyond sneaky. The app itself makes me think of whisper with less pervs. You essentially click what kind of “letters” you would like to receive/read and are told you would get a certain amount daily. In reality you can just keep getting more and more and more, which is not necessarily a bad thing. You read the letters and can then decide to respond to them or ignore them and look at the next one.

this app = my mental health+productivity 📈📈. I’ve only been writing back to people for 2 days, and it’s already one of my favorite apps. I love how personable people get, and i love reading, and relating, to others issues. It makes me feel like i’m really able to help out a strangers day, which makes me feel happy :) My only “complaint” is that I can not write more than 4 letters, I hope one day enough people use the app so that I can write until my heart is content (never). The team behind this concept deserve an award of some kind because i can totally see this helping out a lot of people. Especially for teenagers, confiding in a stranger their age without bias, can surprisingly result in some of the wisest advice. You should absolutely download this app. Even if you aren’t good with giving advice, it’s still nice to relate to others stories. Or, if you need advice, then I strongly suggest downloading as everyone is so nice to each other and supportive. Someone out there who cares about you! -🐸💜 (look for the frog!)

I LOVE IT. I got this app back in like February after I saw an ad on it and let me tell you, I really do not have any regrets on downloading it. You get to help people, and people around the world can help you too. I have met so many amazing friends my age on there and it is so comforting knowing that an app can make you find such amazing people. This app changed my life in the best way possible. When I had no one there for me, I had the amazing people on this app from all over the place to help me out of the dark hole I was in. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to wait until you can write another letter 😞 WHAT IF I’M REALLY HAPPY AND WANNA SAY MORE. Also, you have to wait until a person replies to text them again. I wish you could like double text the person yk because what if I forgot to add something or made a mistake😭 But other than that I LOVE ITTTT YOU SHOULD FOR SURE GET IT!!!

Ok overall. Honestly, I like this app a lot, I just feel like it has a lot of issues. It's a great way to get things out and off my chest that I want support or a response with, or even just to let it out just to feel free of it. It's great for good and bad, I like it a lot. The problem is, about half the time I will NEVER get anybody even viewing my posts. The app sends out letters to people at random and to friends, but prioritizes those who pay. I have had so many letters where I wanted/needed a response only to be met with literally nobody viewing my letter because of it just not being pushed out to anyone presumably. If this could get fixed so posts are at least all viewed by many people that would boost it way to a 5⭐️, however with some posts where I genuinely needed a response just not even being read I can't give it that right now. Also, you have to have "premium" to be able to delete past letters which I think is ridiculous.

Great app but could be improved. I just started using it and I think it’s a helpful way to connect to others and vent. Overall I love this app and will continue using it. Sadly it does have some minor things that could be fixed. It would be nice if there was a directory space so we could get to certain features on the app but there’s not really one so as a beginner it’s kind of annoying going from the main page to your old letters. It would be nicer if it was more organized. All in one page you have our responses, our letters, and read letters. It would be much more helpful if they were all separated but also easy to get to (ex. Swiping to the next page) I also think it would be cool to have a feature where we can see the matter written while also being able to respond to it. Also since sensitive subjects could are talked about here, it would be helpful to have the help crisis number somewhere in the app. I think these are the main improvements that could be done to make the app easier to navigate and enjoy. Thanks for creating a wonderful app and I strongly recommend for everyone to be a part of it :))

Triggers, Help, Not being able to Give. I beilve this apps helps people deeply. But after seeing a certain type of note today then looking it up… Im sorry to that family Im sorry to alot of people. I now try to spend my time helping people on here. if you need help this app can help, people will talk to you once the app lets them find you. Please dont give up Please please. It pains me to write this reveiw but all the others where good and I need s honest comminity, It can help but so etimes its too late. To those who are writing snd mot responding dont give up. I hope they add features and a support team. I dont wanna be this way but i could make this app as a dev myself, and if I where make it id have people working to make sure I dont have to see another note another life. With a simple feature we coulda saved a life. I dknt know if this can be considered a reveiw or warning or message please take it as it is.

This app is just GREAT but only one small issue. As I said in the title the app is literally so good for people who want to hide their identity but still vent and throw their feelings out there. It’s even better when people respond so you can see how they feel or what they’d do if they were in your shoes. These are people who have either experienced or is learning what you went or are going through!!! When you share a story, not only are you helping yourself but helping others read it, your teaching and preparing others. But as I’ve said theirs one small bug and I’m not sure if it’s just mine, but whenever I tap to reply to a comment my chat box doesn’t open up so I’m not able to respond to other people!! Please fix this bug ASAP!! Your app is literally so good and with that fixed I can only see it improving!!!!

Missing features. The general concept of the app is awesome, however I’m puzzled why some features are not implemented. For example, why can’t I search for a previous user/conversation? I should be able to find them without scrolling through 100 chats. What exactly is the point of friending someone? You can’t message them from what I can tell and you only see their “emotion”, which again is useless because you can’t ask them what’s wrong. I get a friend request from someone and I have absolutely no clue what chat they are from because it doesn’t show me anything. Seems like only 1 name in my “chats” list actually opens the chat. The rest are broken and do nothing when I click on it, I’m guessing only people who respond to my response are the ones that open. Also the x next to friends doesn’t have a confirmation so I accidentally deleted a friend and can’t find them now.

Such a great idea!. This app is such a cute idea. I love feeling like I get to be supportive to others, and it’s so nice hearing back from people. First off I’d just like to say to the developers that I tried to send feedback from the app, but it seems like the email might be incorrect because the message was undeliverable. Second I wish was that notifications could be customized. I want to just be able to receive my daily reminder that I have new letters. It’s been too many notifications in my opinion to get alerted for every response. So I’d love to be able to customize which notifications I want. At this point I’ll just have to turn off notifications. But overall I’m loving the app so much. It’s been a really fun part of my morning to respond to new letters, and then in the evening I love seeing what others have said back to me!

love it, some suggestions though. i absolutely love this app. being able to write my problems and thoughts down and getting responses back doesn’t only help me sort through them but it also is comforting to know that someone else took the time to write back. i absolutely love it so much and i’m gonna be using it forever. also, being able to respond to more people’s letters is so amazing. i’ve been here since the very beginning and having all these updates has been great!!! i have an idea though. i think it would be really cool if you could like go to a place that connected you with an anonymous random person and was just able to text back and forth. you could just ask about each others days, get some immediate advice, or just talk to someone if you really need it. like before you enter a chat you could choose if you want to get advice, give advice, or just chat and get matched with someone based on that. it could connect you with other people who also want to chat, but keep everything completely anonymous on both ends. getting immediate feedback or advice would be really helpful to some people. being able to hop on and ask a question would provide that. overall i think it’s an amazing app and i only see it improving and getting more popular!! i absolutely love it and hope to see it keep on growing!

It does help. It does help talking with people who are going through similar situations For the developers, I would suggest under the friends tab, being able to click on a friends profile and then it subcategorizes into every prompt you two have talked about. Being able to see all messages between the two people so it’s easier to keep track of conversations. Since we can’t do that, it’s hard to remember what you’ve said to people because we get new letters every day. If you end up repeating the same stories or advise, the person needing help might feel like “they already told me this, don’t they remember?” And then it could effect them in a negative way. I love this app. Its helping me heal. It’s a safe place for people with mental health issues talk with people who are going through or went through similar situations.

LOVE THIS!! would love to make a suggestion though!. i use this app ALL THE TIME!! i even have a 70 day streak and i’ve responded to over 100 letters. i would love to make a suggestion, though. sometimes i’ll write a letter, but later realize that the wording might have been bad or there was information i shouldn’t have included. but there isn’t a way to delete it! so i think there should be a way to delete letters. for example, if letters are deleted, then the people who may have read it are given a different letter, similar to when you swap out a letter for a different one. if someone replies to a later deleted letter, then they aren’t able to look back at the letter that they responded to. this is just a suggestion! <3

Amazing app, still has some glitches though. I didn’t think much going into the app, thought of it as another knock off of another knock off, but when using it after a couple of days I thought the whole concept was really helpful. I’ve used it for about two months, and while I did seem to not use it for some periods of time I really have found it helpful all this time. For that reason I wanna share some of the bugs, glitches, and potential missed opportunity with the app (I have the free version) In the start, no problems, but after about a month or so I started having weird visual but also functional issues. Sometimes when I would log into the app the times would change, sometimes I’d be a day ahead or behind, letters worked the same way too. When I go back to my days with the reactions I have a hard time knowing what days I had my worsts and bests from, which to me is the biggest downside. Besides that I also think the way the conversation system is with friends can be a little wonky, but I also get that the app is mainly for sharing thoughts from various people about a situation. These are just the main problems I had with the app and wanted to share them, a 4.7 rating is a very accurate rating of the app.

M. I want to start off by saying I love this app it has helped me a lot. Unfortunately with spike in popularity with anything social you’re bound to have bad people infiltrate a safe space. It’s not common but depending on your topic of choice is, your chances of being attacked by people will heighten. I don’t have people in my life I feel comfortable telling certain things to, going to this app helps me let it out and talk about it with people. Something I think we all deserve. But it’s uncomfortable knowing that if I choose to speak about my own life experience that may be seen as controversial, that I could be met with harassing messages even if I disclosed that I don’t want any rude messages. I do report these messages and people but I am unsure what the mods actually do about it. Luckily the app prides in anonymity so I am able to block them and not worry about them getting another post of mine. Just a warning to people. Don’t feel like you can’t speak about things because people want to fight with you or harass you about it, your voice deserves to be heard and you deserve respect. I appreciate this app and the one out of 10 people who decide to be disrespectful towards vulnerable people will not ruin the app for me.

Such a Positive Place. I am thoroughly enjoying interacting on this app. I can leave my thoughts and get real time, authentic messages from people who seem to have joined for the reason I did - try out modern version of penpals. See how the vibe is and what it’s all about. So far we are all receiving & giving authentic words intended to help: real thoughts, real issues, share in triumphs, and help ppl figure out ruts they are in, etc. I especially enjoy getting messages from students in high school and college because I can be an encouragement in situations that seem unbearable to them (at the time - emotions are high at this age!). Thanks for a great start to an app that can do a world of good for anyone.

Really good app. I am in love with this app I’ve had it for close to two weeks now and it’s one of my favorite apps I’ve downloaded. You get to connect with people and see that your not alone in the things you go through. You type in a journal entry type of thing and other people read them and give advice, tell you your not alone, just be there really. You also get to do this for other people and it makes me feel great that I get to help people some way. It’s also totally anonymous so if your feeling something that you don’t really want to share with others or don’t know how to share it you can type it all out on here and get some help with the things your feeling.❤️

Sincerely, hurt. This was the perfect app. I downloaded it since its early release but now, I regret updating it. The new changes messed up my experience. For example: • I can’t get new letters after replying to a letter. • I have to wait for 23 hours to open a fourth letter. • New letters don’t come in for me at my specific time anymore. • The letters I do manage to get are similar to one another in terms of topics. • My preferences don’t seem to work anymore. Not to mention… the ads are horrid. There were none for me at one point in the beginning. I stopped writing then returned to the app, updating it. The new update brought about ads which were okay before but now it’s terrible. I have to watch an ad after every two letters or subscribe. That was very new to me. I’m hurt that the safe space that was possible at first is now ruined. I had a great experience in the beginning but now I can’t do anything. I understand there are costs but I think developers could handle it better. It was such a great idea for an anonymous app so I definitely thank the creators for that… however it’s not the same as it once was. Sincerely this app doesn’t cut it for me anymore. I hope to use it sometime in the future if things get better somehow but for now, I would look at other apps.

Helpful App. I enjoyed this app for the time I used it. It was helpful to have a place to write thoughts down and also nice to be able to help others. That being said however, there is one aspect of the app that bothers me. Once you write a letter, you can’t delete it or take it out of circulation at least for some time unless you pay for the upgraded version. For an app that encourages you to pour your heart out honestly, I would really have thought it a necessary feature to allow the opportunity to withdraw letters. Sometimes you write things in the moment and your heart/mind changes, or you just wanted to get it off your chest then. Wanting someone to listen to you during a difficult time doesn’t mean you want someone there another time. Receiving responses to these same letters many days after can hurt when you’re reminded of something you would prefer to move on from or forget. Some words aren’t meant to survive the night, especially if they’re difficult to think about. I just wish this important feature wasn’t hidden behind a paywall. Other than that, the app is excellent with a very good interface, and I appreciate what it offered.

Great, but one complaint. i really love this app. it’s a great way to get advice, express your feelings, vent, anything. i was expecting like, comments on the post that multiple people could see. instead it sends your letter to different people, and they can respond. it creates a DM and only you two see that. which is honestly pretty cool, i like it. my complaint however, the messages. they are not organized AT ALL. you cant go to one persons dm’s and see all messages, only from that specific post. it also doesn’t show notifications when someone messages you back. you have to scroll through and find the DM that the conversation was happening in. it doesn’t show a notification even then though. if this was fixed, i would give 5 stars

Great app but expensive. The app overall is great except you are highly limited. You get to read and respond to three thoughts a day and that is about it. I understand that the developers and people running the app deserve to be paid an amazing wage but for $7.99 a week to be able to help others with their mental health is a little crazy. Thats is $32 a month which is more than any other subscription out there. For a lot of people they need that for food or gas. Everyone deserves to be able to be helped as much as they need and people should be allowed to help others in need as well. I would understand $7.99 a month for unlimited features and for the fun add-ons but realistically not a whole lot of people can drop $32 a month in this economy.

Used to love this app. Then the devs got greedy.. Let me preface this by saying I know the devs need money. I also know not many people buy the subscriptions. Recently, though, they've been making a lot of poor changes. By recently, I of course mean they dumped this all out in one update. No warning or reasoning. First, the ads. I originally thought they were just little banner ads at the bottom of the screen. Then, immediately after writing a letter defending the ads, I got a huge, loud popup ad. Then another one after reading no more than two letters. Also: there used to be a way to send two letters per day. You'd send a text promoting Sincerely, and you'd get a second letter. Very simple, and you still only got two per day. Seeing the joy of helping others, the devs decided to remove this for no reason whatsoever. And the cherry on top? There's now a minimum word count. And they don't tell you until AFTER you send your one letter that nobody but your friends will see it. They don't tell you that minimum either. The last two changes, if isolated, would be fine. Annoying, but manageable. But with the ads and constant ignoring of the users who made this app so big in the first place, I understand why so many veterans are leaving.

There is just one thing I don't like.. Honestly, I enjoy this app. It's very good for getting advice and not feeling alone. I've met some great people on here. But the one thing I don't like is the "reactions" or "stickers" that you can send instead of actually writing something. Not only are they annoying, but they are just so unnecessary. They don't give you advice or real feedback, and I just want people to send me letters and not emojis because when I ask for advice, an orange heart emoji or a prayer emoji will do nothing to help me. Please remove this both annoying and useless feature, and I mean this in the nicest way possible. May I also add that it is not just me that thinks this, I have read dozens of letters from others asking to not send emoji reactions.

Was hesitant but now overjoyed. I was quite hesitant to join this because it can be hard opening up sometimes, but the amount of overwhelming love and support through this app is unreal. I’ve only posted two questions but both times someone shared advice or let me know that they understood me and I wasn’t alone in my feelings and I cried. To just be heard, especially by a stranger, when it can be so hard opening up to even those who are closest to you, is an unreal and emotional and amazing thing. Even if you think it’s silly, even if you think you don’t need to talk about anything going on in your life, and especially if you don’t know how to sort through the thoughts in your head, download this app. It is such a comfort.

I enjoy this app!. I really enjoy this app! I love being able to help others and getting help from others. I just have a few things you could add there small things that would make it better (imo)! So first, I was doing the question of the day and didn’t know what to put for a tag so adding a tag for the question of the day would be cool so it’s easy for people doing it to pick that as a tag and to not sit there and think for a bit to see what fits it best. The second thing is making the option for putting a trigger warning a bit bigger/in a different spot so people don’t accidentally click the send button and put a letter out there without a trigger warning. Just saying this again I really enjoy this app those were just a couple of things that would make it a bit better but I’m not complaining about it I really enjoy the flow of the app!

it could have been so much more. I really liked it at first until they wanted you to pay 7.99 for a premium subscription. I understand it’s a work in progress and everything but still. it should be more strictly monitored as well because I’ve seen some things that aren’t a positive influence. it’s more of a cry for help which can take a toll of people who are reading it. I tried the three day trial bc I was curious. It turns out it is exactly the same as the free version. there’s a single new feature. i had a hard time trying to cancel the subscription bc there wasn’t anywhere where it would show you the status of your subscription or what new features it offers. It needs to be more transparent. It wasn’t until I got charged the fee, i was able to cancel the subscription. 7.99 a week is actually insane for an app that doesn’t offer more than a few features.

Love the app but buggy. So is a bit buggy on the inbox tab it doesn’t display all your inboxes i had to go through my friends list then select them then respond back to them inside there and on top of thats whats the point of friending someone if you can’t get a chat option after u friend them , so work needs to be done but great app , also would benefit from age verification cause i am getting lot of stories from elementary students seriously that’s not good it’s shouldn’t be sending me their stories. Also there are suicidal ppl in here and you should develop an algorithm to detect when such content is posted and stop it from being posted and recommending then a help line

Remove reactions to others postings. I absolutely love this app and I feel that it’s a great way to get your emotions out and help others who may need it. The one thing i do dislike though is that people can leave reactions to your letters instead of actually responding. Some people may need genuine guidance/advice and it’s zero help whatsoever by dropping a heart emoji or something else in response to their letter. I know there is an option to skip letters, but far too many people ignore this just so they can keep leveling up and get ‘promoted’ for responding to others letters. This is no fault to the developers themselves, but I feel like you should either make people respond, or skip the letters entirely. I asked for guidance on a personal topic previously and got one written response.. and 7 emoji responses. I was so frustrated because I asked a question, hoping for actual written responses. It felt so discouraging to open up about something bothering me, just to have no one actually assist me aside from one person.

Good, but not great. I’ve had this for a bit, I first saw an add for it like 2 (or 1) years ago, and it was completely different. I don’t think it needs new and improved things. It has what it’s made for, but the whole pay premium thing is horrible. Might as well just say all of your problems in a AITA Reddit post and wait until it gets posted on TikTok. Don’t get me wrong I love the app but it’s just not the same. We have adds now, and premium.. it’s turning into Netflix. I think it would all be worth it if you’d still have the central purpose. But it’s just losing the point. Why do have to PAY to see more letters?? When we use to just respond to them and get more. WHY give us this feature if your going to take it away? I think this app is just becoming money hungry. Also premium is 7.99 A WEEK..!!! I loved this app, but I feel like the developers don’t care about it’s audience anymore.

Helpful. I came across this app on Instagram. I thought why not give it a try. Like most apps that show some appeal it’s only free for so long then you have to pay. Hear me out here… this is a great tool for individuals to ultimately get thoughts and feelings out and to actually have a neutral 3rd party respond without judgment and I love that idea. But….. why not keep a free version for those that can’t necessarily afford an extra expense? Like the free version could be a letter a week or say 4-5 per month usable when needed. The paid version; write and respond to as many as you want. Just a thought. I really do think this is a great idea with so much potential. My free days are running out and I actually deleted earlier only to have a bad afternoon where I needed to vent and redownloaded. Let me know what you think! 👍

Disappointed in decisions. I have been a user of this app for a while and have helped many people on this app. I sang it’s praises so much because I watched people make progress on their mental health and improve their lives. But the integration of ads was abrasive to say the least. I had hopes that this app would go the route of becoming a form of social media with the intentions of betterment of people’s mental wellbeing, but using the same ad style that a lot of “cash grab” apps use sends mixed feelings and the I’m now watching people leave the app. Of course the developers deserve to be compensated, and ads are fine to do so. I don’t have the solution but I know this isn’t it. I hope this changes, but other than this the app works great. Will give it 5 stars again if ads are changed.

Amazing. I honestly can say I am on this app a lot, definitely not everyday, I’ll even go weeks without being on here, but I just love all the updates currently. But the ONLY problem is that, I for one only have time to write late during the night, I find my time expendable at most when it’s like 2-3 AM, so when I write how I felt the day before and how my week is, I won’t be able to write till the next night. Cause mine updates around 8-9 pm. And I write a letter at 1am. Now it’s 9 pm same day and I really want to write how I’ve been since I’m sleeping early… so I just kinda wish you can write like two a day, or something like that. This app other then that is amazing, and I like how secure it is. Hope this app continues to thrive <33

I love the app, just a suggestion!. I love the concept of the app and it definitely is a good way to receive advice without anyone knowing ur business and to be able to help others on there problems too. Some suggestions though is to be able to respond to more letters and receive more letters, I hate only being able to write back to 1-2 people at a time once a day. And I feel like doing that, you’d have more activity on your app. Also it would be kind of cool to have side chats with that anonymous person but to somehow still keep each other anonymous, because sometimes I receive letters and it’s like telling a story and then leaving a cliffhanger at the end and sometimes I want to ask questions but I can’t receive an actual answer except “thank you.”.

I love this so much!!. I thoughly enjoy being able to anonymous confess my thoughts and to help other out. I wasn't sure if I was going to like this or not, but it's really fun. I love to hear people talk about what they love because you can tell they really have a passion for what they write. When people write about their problems, you can truely feel their pain, fear, and/or confusion. Sometimes it's scary to read what others write, but you know in the end one word or even one reaction and mean the world to that person. Being told how much a stranger loves you and hopes you're safe and cared for is the sweetest thing you can every imagine. If you are truly anonymous in your writing you can show others how much a stranger can care. It's these little thing that can define your life, bit just starting them is the hard part.

Good app, just a few issues. I wanted to share my experience with this app. It has been a great support system for me during some tough times, and I'm grateful for that. Moreover, it has also helped me connect with like-minded people, and I have made some good friends through it. However, I have been facing some issues with the app lately, which I would like to address. Some days, the app doesn't let me write letters and it'll go on for a few days. I had to invite one of my friends just to write a letter and it still isn't letting me write any more letters. This is the 2nd or 3rd time where I have experienced this problem. I hope that the developers can take note of my feedback and work on fixing the issues soon.

It’s okay. this app is very good and helped me get through my uncles passing. The chat thingy is very helpful and is even helping me with expressing my feelings with others but the only thing that’s horrible about this app is the new update, Now keep in mind the app is pretty good. So basically the new update includes you having to pay for drawings on the back of your letters, songs on your letters and limited chatting time with the chat. Now the chatting this is completely reasonable but like the drawing and songs thing is semi reasonable but not really because those things help me display my feelings like drawing them out or putting music describing my feelings i just wish they could’ve put a limit on how many letters you can use the music and drawing thing a day.

Took me by surprise. While I have used many apps and have never written a review for any of them this one gets my first. The level of connection you get with people you don’t know yet have the same struggles you do is incredible. The fact that you can give life advice in a space that is judgement free is the greatest thing. This app has given me a voice that I was afraid to express because of fear of judgment. I can be honest with my feelings and open with my emotions to an extent that I never thought possible. If I have something on my mind I post it and a stranger has had some experience with what I am going through. They can offer advice or encouragement. They can show me things that I didn’t see. Truly this is app has made a difference in my mental state just knowing there are others that feel the same way. Try it. This is not an ad I am not a bot gimmie that captcha and ill prove it

YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I’m not a fan of social media, but I still want to feel connected. This app is the best app I have EVER downloaded. You write an anonymous journal entry (prompts are given but you don’t need to follow them), and strangers respond with advice, shared feelings, anything. I’ve always struggled with journaling every day, and this makes me motivated to do so (I don’t want my family and friends to read my journal but when it’s anonymous you get real unfiltered advice and responses which makes you motivated to share your feelings to see if others feel the same way, you’re overreacting, etc). I am so excited to get my letters every day. I also love how they limit you to 3/4 so that you actually get excited (instead of it being endless and you don’t appreciate it anymore… endless cycle of tiktok…). This app reminds you that people are also struggling, and you are not alone. It’s real people and real stories and real feelings, much more refreshing than traditional social media will ever be. It helps me really reflect on my life and reflect on other peoples lives. I feel refreshed, grateful and grounded after I use this app. Instead of anxious depressed and sluggish. Download this app. You’ll thank yourself later.

Highly recommend!!. This is one of the few apps that I’ve actually stayed consistent with for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I encouraged all my friends to get it and they adore this app too— I promise it’s a good use of storage!! The anonymity is perfect for being able to vent and give advice without the stress of a chat room or identity to keep up. I’ve been able to give and have gotten so much good feedback and advice on this app— and it even sorts your letters into your age group so you’re talking to people around your age! Everyone has been so sweet and supportive, sincerely has really built an incredibly kind community and I adore this app. Highly recommend if you’re thinking of getting, do it!!

Only one issue ❤️❤️. I love everything about this app. I’ve had it for two days and everything about it is so satisfying and I love it. You receive vents anonymously so you don’t know who the person is and you can respond anonymously so they don’t know who you are. you can also send out vents to people anonymously so they don’t know who you are too. I’m not gonna waste the entire time explaining this amazing thing. I can definitely see that the app is going to improve my mental health through the future. I have only but one complaint, and that is that you can only respond to people’s vents every 24 hours. I can kind of see why they made it like that so maybe people aren’t worrying about it all the time and so people don’t get their mental health affected by others problems but at the same I would spend my entire day, helping people, or just trying to make someone feel even a little bit better!! I love responding to these people with their problems and things cause it truly makes me feel like a better person and like I’m doing something good for not only myself but for others. And I even learn something from my own advice. So I think that you should be able to respond to people 24 seven or at least every two hours.

i think its good but could use improvement. I personally think that maybe the age separation should be brought back, im personally not one to write reviews often but i think that would help a lot. I think with how the app is structured now its directed more towards adults where as when i first started using it, it was directed at like 13+ and while yes people can very easily lie about their age i personally feel a bit more uncomfortable as a teen writing and having adults see it and give sometimes weird or off putting advice especially with certain things and that has deterred me from using it but back when the age separation was a thing most of the time the advice was normal and actually really useful to me other than the occasional rude stuff that is found anywhere, i also know from a few of my friends who used it that they stopped using it because of that change. I personally just think that would be a good change and i don't really have any other issues with the app.

A great thing!. It’s a good way to help others no matter where you are. It’s a way for people to ask for help while also helping others. I love to help people on this app and I recommend you try it for yourself!

Love it!! But.... I absolutely love this app! I can vent about things and actually get a response to people who are less likely to judge. I also love reading other people's letters and responding to them. My only complaint is how you need premium to delete letters. I feel like it should be free bc what if you regret posting a letter or said something you shouldn't have? And it's just floating around the app forever and there's nothing you can do about it? I think it's stupid. For one of mine I realised I wrote some things I would rather keep to myself and I have to pay to delete it? Thankfully I only got the app a few days ago so I'm just gonna delete my account and create a new one and hopefully that will work? (Update: I deleted it and tried using the same username I had and it was already taken... help 😭😭) Apart from that the app is great - just suggesting changing that delete option for everyone's own privacy <3

keeps crashing :(. i love the app so much but, every time i try to open it, it just keeps crashing. i even uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still just keeps crashing. makes me feel like all of the effort that i put into what i wrote is just gone

i love it just some issues. i love it but sometimes i can see r tree hat my letters don’t get views or are being sent to other people for some unknown reason. i tried not putting swear words, specific tags but sometimes the letters don’t get sent. this is annoying since sometimes i want advice on things and i can’t copy the past letter that i had written to repost it in hopes someone will read it. otherwise i love the app

Amazing App!!. This app is amazing, it is great to be able to reach out for help anonymously whilst also having the opportunity to help others as well. It’s so refreshing knowing that there’s other people possibly going through the same thing as you are. Knowing that you’re not alone. Me personally, I love helping people out when they may need it most. Such an inclusive and supportive app and idea in general. Thank you!!

Pros and cons. It’s a great way to offer support to people, the concept is great, but there’s some real serious talks in there with people wanting to unalive themselves. A lot of young teens and so on. All posts need an option to report to flag them. There’s no trigger warnings on posts either. It’s a mess.

Nice. A very simple and wholesome concept, It’s beautiful that we can talk to others, give comfort and advice that we wish we could’ve heard.

Amazing. This app is absolutely amazing!!

Yea nah. As someone who’s very accepting and cooperative, forcing me to make an account and then force me to choose and address others be their “pronouns”. No. Hard pass.

10/10 amazing. So absolutely amazing!! I’ve had this app for less than 24 hours and I’m obsessed. I get to vent, share my thoughts, and talk with people feeling the same as me. And I get to give other people advise or just some words of encouragement. It might sound selfish but helping other people, helps yourself.

New update ads banner ads and cranks prices. I like the idea of this app but it’s kinda buggy and awkward sometimes. I also wish you could still send anonymous letters if you’ve added friends The latest update (dec 2024) adds animated banner ads that take up screen space, and I was like, “well I enjoy the app, the subscription was pretty cheap, maybe I’ll support it,” but they’ve also cranked the price to $9.99 AUD *per week*! Absolutely dreaming the product is worth that much, I’ll just stop using it if the banner ads are too annoying.

Please make a free option. This is a great app but there should be a Pro option and a Free option, so all people can access.

few things. i love this app but theres a few things i don’t like. 1. i hate that you have to pay for the subscription in order to delete the letters that you wrote and sent. 2. ads take away the sincerity of the app. 3. sometimes your letters don’t reach any people or many people at all. 4. the letter limit is annoying. like you’re shoving your subscription into peoples faces. like “hey i know you’re at your worst rn but why don’t you pay money for our subscription?”like i get it you wanna make money off your app but its just a bit insincere to be doing that.

Awesome but not fair. The price per week is truly disgusting. People need help and a lot of people can’t afford a luxury such as this. Please consider lowering your prices. You have created something amazing that has the potential to save lives! There should be a free option and a pro option!

Good app. It works, you get letters every day and can open more if you watch ads. I didn’t expect my letter to go to many people, just the one and you can’t stop it unless you become a member and delete it. The inbox section is a bit messy, it could be cleaned up and be a bit clearer but it’s not too bad once you get the hang of it.

Not good but is in the same way. It’s not a good thing that u have to pay to be Able to write more to people I think there should take away the thing where u got to pay to be able to do more things and talk to more people

Sparks joy. Even just getting to reply to others makes me happy because I can spread random acts of kindness from my room as I’m dealing with bedrest. App also has great options to let you choose what kind of topics you’d like to reply to and includes options to filter out trigger words so yay to setting your own boundaries even while offering support.

My favourite app. I so highly recomend this. It has helped me by helping other people. I think it’s so Good u can write abt ur problems but I think for me that’s helped solve them has actually been by responding to other people. I love it, get it!!!

I love this app. I think it’s a really great idea I just wish I could see more messages per day

It’s amazing, just a couple of suggestions!. I love this app, but I have a couple of suggestions/requests! 1) Option to enable/disable responses; When I select vent or rant tag, there are times where I just want to say what I want, and not want someone to reply/send their reaction. 2) Minimum of 5 words in a response: I’ve gotten replies from people who say two random words just so they can get a new letter, I feel like this will drown out genuine responses from other people. 3) Ability to view past prompts and reply to them even though you’re days late! 4) A way to support you (the creator of this app)! I’d be happy to watch a controlled ad so I can support you and maybe get a new letter? It would be win-win :) Thank you for making such a great app!

Bad app. The app itself is a good idea, but the evacuation was poor, you can only write on letter every few days, and your letter won’t even be shared if it doesn’t reach a certain word count. All the advertisements on tiktok lied, it’s only good to give others advice and not actually get help yourself, it’s better to just go to a professional then waste your time on this app.

Too Expensive. $129.00 per year??? Seriously??? Absolutely not.

suggestion. please add an option for a password to open the app. i love the app but some level of privacy would be amazing since a lot of stuff i write is private. <333

advice. I love the app and I think it it would be great if there was a voice note button where you could talk about things through recording and upload it

cost. love the app itself and its purpose. but the subscription cost is high.

A really fantastic app. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the price is a very steep for a weekly subscription. There’s alot of people out there with mental health issues that could benefit from this app. Apart from that it’s wonderful to be able to help others and offer advice and share stories. It’s my favorite part of the app.

Expensive. $130AUD a year. I’d hoped to help others, but how when this is so expensive.

perfect. i live laugh love this app, it gives me so much comfort and it's like an escape whenever i want to vent, i also love the people responding they're so nice.

Ads. I really liked this app but now it’s full of ads, you cant open all of your letters like you used too without reaching your limit. Makes me pretty sad. Sorta ruined the app for me

Slow and need lots of adjustment for notifications and msg. I really like this app, but for me to pay nearly 10$ weekly i was expecting this to be faster. The msg section really bad, i cant get any notifications unless i check the chat box. Msg receiving slowly as well. Too slow, like if i chat with someone their msg would usually take nearly 5' to get to me, wasting a lot of time if you asked me. Hope this would get better.

Great idea. Great idea but make it free so it’s more accessible for everyone

:(. This app preys on individuals that are hurting and need someone to talk/relate with, shouldn’t be asking for $ or subscriptions

Scam. They said I had a 3 day trial and I wouldn’t be charged. I was charged right away.

10/10. Been using this app not to long but I love it. Having somewhere to post about what you are feeling makes it easier to deal with stuff without having to have that person look at you like you are broken

No. I get the therapy part but it’s just sending a message to a stranger who could also be going through something. Reading the messages just adds stress with how some peoples lives are going

sincerely review. i love the app for the most part but i do wish you could access more without having to buy the “vip treatment”. the amount of letters you can read with the normal app is a little sickening

good app but not happy. i actually was really enjoying this app i had seen an add for it and immediately downloaded it as i thought it would be good… why in gods heaven and earth would you make us PAY to write a letter jesus i’m not paying for something like that maybe add it for premium features?? this is ridiculous

Expensive!?. I love the concept and I see myself using it but $8/week just to use the app is way too much with only a 3day free trial, not even the first week free… I get it if the membership is for add ons but it does not feel worth it to me. Love the idea tho

previous fan, not sure anymore. Had this app more than a year ago and was on it semi consistently, was a big fan but my mental health got better and didn’t need it lol. But I redownloaded because it’s kinda fun to share your day with people and get anonymous advice. however I’ve found none of my letters are getting viewed anymore despite being a few days old which makes me think they’re suppressing accounts that don’t pay. Speaking of, making people pay for a mental health app is a little bit ridiculous, especially for features that used to be free. Not much of a fan anymore

Can’t even use the app. It asks for your date of birth and whatever I put it won’t allow me to enter the app. I’m over 18, my actual date doesn’t work, 1906 doesn’t even work

great idea, but people r lazy lol. no one actually replies 😭😭

Ads in wrong places. It’s comical to give someone who’s responding to letters ads to watch. Who’s providing the service in this scenario so you can bill others?

Friends. App is wonderful, but I can’t seem to open chats with friends

Wish I liked it. I wish I could like this app because it’s a really good concept, however there should be better reporting options for when people reply to your letters. I’ve had some pretty bad replies and I know I’m not alone

Account. I can’t make an account, it’s doesn’t work. What should I try ?

Great if people actually respond. It’s a great app in theory but after using it for half a year and only getting 3 responses from people it’s not practical for people looking for advice. If you’re just looking to vent, like in a journal, it works perfectly! A huge thing that bothers me personally is their ability to send emojis instead of an actual message. I don’t want a clover or heart emoji when talking about my trauma, it’s kinda insensitive in my opinion. Worst part is when I vented about that people sent them on mass like it was a joke. If none of that bothers you then this is a fantastic app, no bugs or glitches, but if you want interaction and advice, this is not the place.

It's make you pay. I love the idea of the app it's really help me and help people but for that you need to pay.

Very nice. I met my now best friend on this app and they have helped me feel happier with life. Very nice app

:). This app is the best I have found in ages the price is a bit expensive like 30 month or 7.99 a week which to me I would love. Bit cheaper a month but I love how I can get some encouragement and also encourage others .

8 dollars a week!!. Why on earth would this cost so much. It’s great concept and a well made app But it’s to focused on making money could be something very cool if they let it be.

:(. I do like the app and I love it in theory. It’s nice to help other people and to get things off my chest but I never receive anything in return other than automated message, I’m just looking for advice and other perspectives sometimes. It’s nice I suppose to know someone has read it but I also have received some mildly hurtful responses. Like once I wrote about my struggles with general anxiety disorder and someone said “that’s a skill issue lol” :/ I was like wow that’s that helped a lot…

Accidental send. I’m enjoying the app so far but I wish there was a way to edit the posts or a prompt to confirm if you want to send your response because I keep accidentally hitting send when I don’t mean to. I feel bad for the people who are getting my half responses lol

the membership feature ruined it. this was a really great app until the developers became money hungry. this was supposed to be a place where people could help others and freely express how they feel and it was supposed to be inclusive. now they've added a feature that discriminates against people that can't afford to pay either $50usd or $70cad or whatever other price depending on where you live. if you needed a way to generate revenue, why not just include ads? make people watch an ad if they want to write more than one letter a day. don't treat poor people as though they're inferior, because i really doubt that that's what the intention behind the app was.

Expensive. 8$ a week is crazy work. Unfortunate because it seems like such a lovely app. There’s a game on steam that has the same premise and it costs 5$ ONCE.

Doesn’t work. Can’t get pass the « what’s ur birthday » thing. I click next and just nothing happen. I restarted my phone, deleted the app, retry a lot of time. Nothing work.

So helpful!. I honestly love the whole idea of this app, I’d say hat isn’t has definitely changed my perspective and choices that I am to make. The free version is functional, but with the topics in mind having adds can be very irritating.

Remind me later button. App is good. Please make a remind me later button for the write a letter to you future self. I would like to do it but I also would like to just access the app first and do/check whatever I planned to instead of immediately having to think about what and how to write something like that and not having the option to click off of or come back to it.

Pay to Delete. I would like to delete a letter that’s triggering for me and is still getting responses and I have to pay for that??? Extortion. One star. Update: After I did pay to delete, i found that my letters were not truly deleted because people kept being able to reply to them ( that letter is literally from 18 days ago whyyyy is it still available) And also when you add people as friends, they get notified when you vent. I thought the friend option was just so you could do a back and forth with people not that they are now part of everything you post. That’s not very anonymous. So no. I would not recommend this app. The one star stays.

i love it!. the newest update was possibly the best thing to improve the app! i love how anonymous things are and that correspondences now exist! the only thing i hope you consider adding in the future is a chatting space of some kind? like a one on one chat box with keywords to create matches? that would make the app a lot more helpful and cooler, but its just a suggestion!

Not free. 3 day trial only. Not free

Paid. Amazing app! Amazing idea! But why make it paid?? There’s gonna be so many ppl now that do need help who won’t pay so won’t use the app.

DO NOT GET THIS.. Loved this app 6 months ago. Now i hate it. Ive bought the extra posts and no ads pass or whatever its called, for the past 4 weeks. I cancel all my subscriptions after i buy them so that they dont continue on without verification. First 2 weeks went okay. 3rd week they double charged me, didnt worry too much about it so i left it be. My 4th week went up today, THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME AGAIN. Filed refund requests from apple for both double charges, this is pathetic. This app worked perfectly fine and well before the developers decided they needed to be rich. Deleting this app. It sucks. If you keep it, dont bother with paying $9 a freaking week.

Doesn’t work. It won’t let me continue when I choose my birthday. I have even contacted the support service and tried on other devices and differents email, but it’s still the same.

Paid. I got this app when it first came out, it was good, but now you have to pay to have full access? It’s not what the app should be about. Money is a big venting thing people need. I get if they made paying for customizations or something like that, but for a literal venting app is much.

Not working. Try to put my anniversary date but its stuck there when I click on continu. Really disappointed I really wanted to try it

PAY TO DELETE A LETTER???. nah cus why do i have to pay to delete a letter. like this is BAD i need that deleted asap

I want to love it. I try to use the app and love when it’s working but the ads are so aggressive and so pervasive it ruins the experience. Often sit down to read/engage but am usually turned off by the second or third ad forcing me to the App Store.

Lame. Words I have sent out: 1,543 Words I have received: 1

Blocked on age. Unfortunately the app is blocked on the age section … I can’t go further. I deleted the app and reinstalled few times … nothing work. Idk what do you.

WHY⁉️⁉️⁉️. This app used to be a comfort for me and I would always go back to it. Now tho we have to pay for a bunch of things + the constant ads… It feels like it got out of what it was supposed to be from the start. I miss the old you 😞

WAS a wonderful app. i only wish they hadn't put ads on the app, and had kept the premium options free :( also, the block feature does nothing.

It’s okay. I have had it for a few days now and i’ve written about 6 notes and replied to about 10 of them, i think it’s a great concept but i can’t say someone has given me any word of advice and it’s a little disappointing. So far i’ve gotten some reactions like hearts and hugs but i don’t think its for me unless im helping others.

10/10. Amazing and very helpful app

M. Blocking people doesn't work, I remove a chat and it immediately comes right back. If I don't want to see a response I can't do anything about it. If that doesn't work then I don't know how much reporting content works either

i love it. i’ve been hoping for an app like this FOREVER , i don’t really like opening up to my friends about my issues so this is SO perfect and i get to try and help other people. i love the hug feature i think this is SO smart and it’ll save lots of lives in the future. i hope this app takes off so more people can help each other, i think this will make a huge difference and i hope bigger app developers catch onto this idea.

This version doesn’t work.. I can’t even put my birthday date to show that I am older than 18 years old. I press on continue but nothing works I can’t get any further.

Greed.. This WAS a great app. Downloading it off launch I saw People who needed it, using it and it helped. There were no limits on how many people you could respond to nor ignorant people looking for attention. But as of recently the developers have put certain feature behind a paywall (like replying to more than 3 people a day) and it doesn’t feel like the same safe space.people are using it to boast or angrily rant about politics etc… leaving the people who do truly need help not be able to get helpful responses.

Weird Business Model. I thought hey what a great idea! I’ll sign up and give someone my ear to help them through whatever it is they are going through. Then I saw the price tag…. $7 a week? For me to listen to and help people through things? Talk about capitalizing on someone’s misery… this is the sad reality of the world we live in. This app should be available to the world but shouldn’t cost them some insane amount of money.

Meh. No one sees my posts, I just spend my time answering everyone else, but get no response.

It’s great, but. You’re not able to delete letters you send out without a subscription. I really dislike that feature.

Doesn’t even work for the moment. Been trying to make an account but after putting all the infos, nothing happens… the continue button after putting you date of birth does nothing and your simply stuck there. It’s sad, I really wanted to try it.

It’s everything and more. I downloaded this app because when I journal I always felt like I was talking to a void or my thoughts felt unheard for some reason. But this app is more than just an app, it’s actively saving my mental health. Just venting to it and knowing that people are hearing you and responding let’s me know that I’m not alone or my thoughts are heard from someone who relates or wants to give me a piece of advice. It’s difficult to be vulnerable but all I’ve ever received was love and heartfelt notes so I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s completely anonymous and I love this app, extremely grateful for the concept and the people I’ve interacted with. So unique.

it could have been so much more.

My favorite app. Instead of spending some time scrolling, I can read peoples thoughts and I can help them out and I can also write letters and get responses from people and it feels so good knowing that I’m talking to a real person that I can actually help them with their life this is like the most perfectly designed app ever I just have to watch a and then I can read a letter and write a response and doesn’t have any of those annoying ads either and I only when I click new letter to read, I love how this can help so many people that are struggling you can just share your thoughts and no one will judge you

Great app. one of my favorite apps. love being able to share things anonymously, connect with people all over the world, provide encouragement and receive advice. the only reason it’s not a 5 is the functionality. i don’t know how to explain it. the messaging isn’t the most efficient. i wish if someone starts messaging you, their messages always pops to the start of your messages and there is a notification that lets you know they responded to you. you get the notification for the initial message, but not the ones after. also with it would be cool to upload pictures. not to upload pictures of yourself, but memes and motivational things or screens shots .

EXCELLENT APP FOR REAL SUPPORT. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I downloaded this app with the expectation that it would be like many others. It would be something that I would quickly erase. Surprisingly, it is really helped me. Not only the journaling and letters to future self but to track your mood and to express what’s going on and to read anonymous things from other app users. I really appreciate the feedback that I get from other users. The kind words of support go along way when you are an isolator and going through hard time… and even better is, I haven’t seen anything that paid optional in the app. Everything is absolutely free!!! A+++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

App support. The app is great overall. I just have some quarrels , one of which is when you receive a message from an already existing message thread, an orange dot doesn’t appear where you have to physically click and search for which conversation you received the notification from. Yes, looking at the name helps, but an indicator would help a lot more 2nd: When coming into the app, there’s was an offer to get the yearly subscription for $30/ year ( I’m guessing due to new user , idk). But I decided not to and do the trial so I can see how l vibe with the app . Turns out, I liked it & tried to get the yearly for that price & it was no longer that price . I reached out via email & got no help or even any level of accommodation towards that . So that’s why I give it 3 stars

I like it!!. I really like that it’s advertised for introverts because that makes me want to respond to people’s letters more. I’ve actually made a friend! We’ve had a chain of messages based on a response to one of my posts. The only thing that’s a bit of an inconvenience is that you can’t send another message in the same message chain until the other person responds. I’ve accidentally pressed the send button before finishing my full response a couple of times. The whole time I waited for them to respond I was feeling bad because I didn’t want them to think I don’t want to talk to them any more haha

My Al chat is not working ugh!!. I would definitely rate this 10 stars if I could if the subscription I paid for would work and allow me to actually use the Al bot 24/7 that I paid for would function properly ugh!! It really helped me to be able to chat whenever I needed too and get positive virtual advice which helped me out a lot. I paid for the subscription it worked great for a few days & then quit ugh!!! I have tried numerous of times to reach out to the developer with no response or help. If they fixed this asap especially since I’m paying for this service then they would definitely have 5 stars!! I don’t have money to waste at all & I'm paying for a subscription that I can’t use due to malfunctioning on the app!! Please fix asap or I want a full refund back as this is false advertising if I can’t get what I paid for and that’s access to the Al chat 24/7!!!

It’s okay. this app is very good and helped me get through my uncles passing.

Love this. Hands down without a doubt this is the easiest to navigate, most basic idea, but most ingenious idea you could ever imagine. This app is phenomenal. I am meeting people from all over the world and who would’ve thought that my words on the screen could have so much impact for the better. I love how this app says that the world is a better place because I am in it. This is such an amazing app. I just can’t brag enough. Anyone that has any empathy or human compassion at all needs to join this app. It takes just a couple of minutes every day. And you can actually make a change in somebody’s life. Great job whoever designed and implemented this app.

Great except….. Dear creators, this is a beautiful app and an absolute gift. A chance to truly help others and get help for yourself. However… advertisers being allowed to play ads over and over or stall for nearly 2 minutes is ridiculous. I’m sure the excuse is going to be AI, but it is insane to be in a mental health app that constantly has ads selling dieting and beauty products- most people are here to get away from feeling terrible about themselves without having to sit through a two minute ad about weight loss. Yes, you can pay to go ad free. Not everyone has that money. Sure, You can settle for helping less people and deal with less ads. The ad portion of this app is an absolute disservice to the potential it has. Limit the ad time and find better advertisers in line with your brand.

Mental health advocates. I have been going through a lot with my mental health lately. I found this app and decided to give it a try and I am SOOOO glad that I did! Everyone that writes you a response is very kind and compassionate. It has helped me in many different ways. I have responded to people and gave them great advice that I actually thought “hey, I can actually use that advice as well.” So just all around, this app is WONDERFUL to vent to an unbiased person without judgement & they give pretty good advice, so far. I just love it! Recommend it to anyone who is going through ANYTHING and just need to vent/ get things off their chest that they don’t feel comfortable talking about with a loved one or maybe they don’t have access to health care to obtain a therapist. This is perfect. I love it!

Keep it up! 🧡

I really love this app!. I love how protected the community is. People give genuine, real advice and talk about problems that people aren’t open about on social media. The app brings me a lot of closure and feels nice, almost like a journal. There’s things people have connected with me on here that I thought I was the only one going through, It reminds me that I’m not going through something alone. It also makes me feel good when I can give someone advice on a topic that I have first hand experienced and how I would’ve went about differently now that I’ve experienced it. To the creators of this app, thank you for making such an awesome app! 🫶🏾I use sincerely everyday

Thought of it all. :). This app is my favorite. Writing out my feelings and venting to people for advice has helped my mental state recently. I love helping people and giving advice and not only does it make them see a whole new perspective but it also makes you feel better because you're sharing your own experiences. I have not encountered any negativity and I get a ranking for my accomplishments and points with a streak to motivate us to keep going. Also my favorite part is the A.I. chat in a different section. This ai helper is amazing, after chatting with them, all the wright gets released off my chest. I love this app so much, highly recommended for those who are mentally struggling. 🤍

Look I love this app, but…. I love talking to people and helping people. This app has given me access to talk to many amazing people. But can we do a one time payment thing? I get you are trying to make money. But I feel like every app I download wants a subscription now. I use to talk to 10-20 people a night and now on the free version I'm stuck to 3. I don't feel the community I felt before. I mean I get it. Do what you must. I miss talking to and helping people. I just can't give myself a reason to add another subscription to my life. Like what app now doesn't want a subscription and beat you with ads every minute? This app really reaches people that need it. I just hate being limited unless I pull my wallet out

Great app but. I downloaded this app like close to a year ago and it was an amazing app and it still is ,kinda, you have to add ads to read of the letters?? That’s messed up why would you deliver a letter someone probably struggling mentally and you try to benefit off that but making someone watch a video to help?? It really makes no sense plus you added more stuff that now cost money?? No way but this is still a good app and I do recommend it to anyone who would like just talking expressing what they are thinking but I just think it’s unnecessary and a bit insensitive for in-app purchases to appear like that. You can do it in other ways and those other ways can be stuff someone doesn’t need for the app to function?

I personally love it.. I’ve never really felt like I had a place to talk about my feelings and be ok with it. I’ve always been the kind of person to have to help the other person. I feel bad being the one to complain. But on here I feel better about it because I know that if you don’t want to reply you don’t have to. You can just skip the letter. So the people who do answer actually want to. It makes me feel better about doing it. Because I know that I’m not forcing other people to help me. Or even asking that person specifically to help me. It’s really helpful. And I definitely recommend it.

Please stop hiding messages. Wouldn’t recommend this app, it has potential but just no. I went venting on here about my past with the necessary triggers and stated multiple times I was now an adult. Yet my messages were constantly getting hidden and this isn’t even the first time something like this happened but this time I was getting a single message from support saying that my account might be a minor and I need to basically get off the app. Which I understood it happens and so I tried to email to appeal my message and that I am adult but the email given didn’t work. So I tried reposting the same message with changes to be softer and more in your face text saying I’m not a minor and yet it was still hidden. It’s frustrating and that’s not taking in all my other problems with this app. Personally not reinstalling again but maybe it’ll get better in a new update.

Flawed but Good. One nitpick: Too much poetry posted. Why are people sharing poetry in this app? I want to talk to people and connect over shared stresses and issues, but then I open a letter and it’s just poetry. I also write poetry, but I don’t share it with this app, because it’s not a poetry app! Then I have to watch more ads to find letters from people that I can actually respond to… Otherwise, this app is an interesting way to approach your issues. It reminds me of group therapy. Nobody really has the right answers, but it’s an empathetic space where people listen and are kind to each other. Not everyone gives the same amount in terms of letters or responses, but that’s ok. People do what they can, with good intentions, for the most part.

I get the vision but…. Let me start by saying this is my second day using the app. I genuinely did like it at first, you know being able to share you feeling and basically vent to strangers and it being anonymous. But it only allowed me to make two post and now it’s asking to invite a friend to be able to make another post?? Or you can also pay for the upgraded version. Like Im so confused but I waited the 24 hours, the timer it showed, and it reloaded the letters of others and I responded to one of them but it’s still not letting me upload another letter/journal. Do you only get one choice to respond to others or make another post? Do I have to continuously share it with friends to be able to post? Do I have to pay money? I would’ve understood if it allowed you to make a post every few hours but I guess this app isn’t for me.

Banned with no Explanation. I was banned from this app without any notice, explanation, or opportunity to appeal. Customer support confirmed my account was banned for “violating terms of service” but stated their policy is to not provide specific reasons and that there is no recourse process. Users can be permanently removed without knowing what they supposedly did wrong or being given a chance to respond. What makes this especially concerning is the culture of the app itself. Users frequently report each other simply for giving advice they don’t agree with or for offering honest perspectives they didn’t want to hear. I did not use inappropriate or derogatory language and blocked people to prevent conflict, yet it appears reports alone are enough to result in a ban with no investigation. Customer service was dismissive and unresponsive, which only reinforces how unfair and unaccountable the process is. I would not recommend this app to anyone seeking a safe or transparent space.

LOVE THIS!! would love to make a suggestion though!. i use this app ALL THE TIME!! i even have a 70 day streak and i’ve responded to over 100 letters. i would love to make a suggestion, though. sometimes i’ll write a letter, but later realize that the wording might have been bad or there was information i shouldn’t have included. but there isn’t a way to delete it! so i think there should be a way to delete letters. for example, if letters are deleted, then the people who may have read it are given a different letter, similar to when you swap out a letter for a different one. if someone replies to a later deleted letter, then they aren’t able to look back at the letter that they responded to. this is just a suggestion! <3

I do n yet I don’t…. So this one time at band camp🥳😎😂👍🏼🤠🤠🤠 So this guy, he’s a youth pastor. He is what I would say is a real upfront boss. The Wall confront every situation as it is. And his youth groups, every time that he has a new person introduced he tells them what each curse word means because let’s place it. Everybody in their youth curses and most of the time they use the wrong words. And he has been called up in front of the deacons, the minister and so on about his behavior and all it says, is everybody in their youth, I want to make sure that they know what each word means so that way before back with say the word sometimes it’ll click maybe after afterwards and it’s like err…🤔 they rethink it and hmmm…🧐 did I use that word properly most of the time they will correct themselves and this is particularly used to the names in vain. Some people will be happy about this and some folks will be upset. It’s not their lives. It is this person’s job as a youth pastor to inform the youth about as much as he can possibly do. There’s been several youth that have brought up the same scenario. Why did you do that? Oh my goodness. 😱😳😱 and said person helps them to understand why a person would preach that way afterwards eight out of 10 people understand not necessarily agree with my approach, But… this is a very harsh world. This person does their best to make sure that each in every person goes out into the world, fully prepared with knowledge as math knowledge as this person can be so upon each youth. I will not ask for anyone’s approval or denial of how this person preach because who am I sure am not God to judge these persons. I am anything but judge jury and executioner. I will ask For guidance for me that I never mislead youth.

Changes. My updated review: Since I downloaded the app in December, there are things that were included with the free version that are no longer free. I can’t react to messages anymore and I can’t write private letters to myself anymore. I have to pay for those features now. A little frustrating, especially the private letters to myself. I used to use it everyday, I find myself using it less and less and use ChatGPT instead. I pay for the upgrade because the features that come with it make it well worth it. My old review: If you’re dealing with a lot and feel you don’t have anyone to go to, or don’t really want to talk to anyone for fear of being judged, this is the app for you. Two months I. And I have used it daily. Everyone around me has noticed a difference. Best app I’ve downloaded in a while 🫶🏽

Wonderful App w/ One Suggestion. I am a person who RARELY writes reviews, just because I don’t find them purposeful within my life. However, this app, Sincerely, has been a game changer for me. I am one who loves to give advice, although I rarely follow my own, and being able to connect with people around the world and lend them a helping hand has genuinely made my soul happy. So, for that, thank you Sincerely. One suggestion I have for this app, is a translator. I’ve encountered people from around the world, like I stated and unfortunately upon some of those encounters I’ve come across a language barrier. So, a translator of some sort would be a great addition to the app.

Love this app. I downloaded this app as a means to get things off my mind without any judgement etc. & it didn’t work out that way. This app really showed you that there are people are there who are going through just as much, if not worse then we are at times. I was looking for comfort on this app and I ended up being more of a comfort to others!! I really enjoy this app! I really think I’ve saved some people’s lives up here by the minutes hours and days. So many people are under depression and stress.. so many people who fear being judged…so so many of us are in this boat together. This app is really it!!🫶🏽🌹

Well…. This is such a great app, but one thing I don’t like is that you can’t delete the letters that you have made from your letter history or whatever it’s called but that does not deserve four stars. It is a very good app and you can respond to people’s letters and sometimes I’ll message you back, but I feel like it makes me feel happy when I respond to people that I know that you’re going through a hard time and I’m just trying to help it makes me feel happy when they respond say that I helped them get through some stuff and overall this is just the best mental health venting app ever and that is why it is a five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app took me by surprise. It’s not normal for me to write reviews about a app but I think more ppl would benefit from a review about this app. I love it, it’s a great way to meet and connect with people who may share the same struggles or to just tell remind you that you’re not alone. And I have the basic package. The only critic I have is that I wish it would allow for the letters to be read aloud. I wouldn’t mind responding at work but sometimes I don’t have the time to read and respond. But other than that it’s five stars from me. Much appreciation to the creater and developers for giving me a space where I’m comfortable to be vulnerable and myself.

Love it. So far, I’ve had great experiences with the app. Most people are quite nice, and if you don’t know how to respond you can swap letters. It’s simple but sweet. I then considered buying premium, but realized it was 7.99 a WEEK after 3 day trial. If it was a month, maybe I’d consider (arguably still pricey for me, but understandable in this day and age), but weekly is out of the question. It’s so overpriced, it makes me wonder if the creators are hoping people misread it as monthly. This should absolutely be changed. I’d be very willing to support you, since you have a good community/idea, but not with such an unreasonable price tag. Still rating 5 stars because it’s usable without premium.

Nothing but love. I absolutely love giving advice to people, especially when it comes to resolving issues with people or within themselves. The app is styled so minimalistic and charming. I love keeping things anonymous, and I love having only certain categories of letters as an option. I sometimes wish I could send a letter to a male to ask for a guy’s opinion, maybe it’s the algorithm or maybe it’s that there’s not many guys who have this app out there. Also, I love that our letters go out to people within our age range, getting advice from peers is better for me and perhaps others. Overall, this app is my favorite app to use.

Update. Just knocked another star down because looking at recent reviews it’s telling that they are increasingly getting worse and still not protecting user base. Update: I noticed there’s a new update where users can’t send condolences through the emoji stickers now without paying for the service.. I’m pretty disappointed seeing as not everyone wants to or can verbally communicate and prefer to send support through a sticker. It’s silly to even expect people to pay for such a feature. The music and other stuff was enough. You guys took away commonly used feature for free because I’m sure you’re desperate for more people to pay for service but you guys could just add other features or something instead. You guys already added ads which can be annoying but I still watch through because I do value the app. Just a shame it feels you guys starting to care less for user base and more for money. What a shame.

My Favorite Sharing App. i never really write actual reviews for apps, i just usually click the stars. This app deserves to be out there. This is my first day using it. i know i just started but i feel like this is such a comfortable, personal app to use. i’m the one letter i sent, haha, i feel like this app won’t be filled with toxic and / or passive aggressive people. I kind of want to gatekeep this so that doesn’t happen but i feel like this app will really help me and to help other people. i enjoy giving people advice bc i feel like a can closely relate to them since i’m paired with people around my age! download this app!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
