Not right. I started playing Viking rise and was doing good so far and I started my own clan. I was playing everyday right before Mother’s Day and I didn’t play for one day when I was demoted from my own clan and someone else was made leader. That is not right. I do have a life so I can’t be on every second. I was hoping this game would be something I could take my time on and play at my pace. I can’t believe I spent money on this game just to have this happen to me. The devs make playing games like this undesirable.

Same old hours to update.. The game itself is interesting with some differences from the genre. That said the developers follow the same tired model of hours to research, update, etc. of course you cannot update x without first spending hours updating y and z. There is no reason for any research, etc to take hours. It does not make anything realistic and just destroys the game play.

Great game, just can’t play with friends.. I have had a lot of fun playing the game. However, as with a lot of mobile games, you would expect that you could play with your friends. Unfortunately, it’s just not the case at the moment. The game places you into a server when you get to a certain stage of development, but what they don’t tell you is that you cannot change servers or request server change to play with your real life friends. So kids don’t be like me and spend money on a game that doesn’t allow you to do such a simple thing like enjoy companionship of your local friends. Until there is a fix for this I will not be removing this review. Thank you for reading.

Vikings Rule!!. So, I have only been playing the game for about 45 minutes to an hour now so I haven’t been able to see ALL the hidden cons of the game yet. But so far, so good. Love the storyline and graphics. Seems a bit too adolescent as it pertains to the language used in game. Would like it to be more rated R than PG like it is. Other than that, the game seems to be doing great. Although I’m pretty sure the free to play as I, won’t stand a chance against the pay to play players. Make that a level playing field and this game would be perfect!!

Creative game interaction.. Just started my game and already I enjoyed the storyline and gameplay all around. Extremely easy to learn and complete tasks while still finding new players and exciting new challenges.

RoK. RoK clone just without passive resource generation. So it kills the free to play player base. Has its issues like constant crashes because of optimization even with a low graphics setting. Has a better hero customization than RoK but that’s about it. The game is only 6 months old so I’m investing for what they may change in fix. But I may be a fool..

Game is okay 😕. So I downloaded it and played it snd made pretty good progress. Then I didn’t play for like a half a month and I joined back, and it deleted all of my data and I had to start over. (Unless there was a save button that I didn’t see) overall, the game was kinda boring. I liked it a little bit, but nah.

Changing my review. Updated 2023 Dec. At first I hated this game. I came in to a server late. An didn’t give the game a fair review. Now after playing in a new server and meeting people from all over the world. It’s so much fun. The language translate helps with talking with new people. I love it. My have a tribe in the top 10 and we enjoy all the events in the game. Really love the campaign and open world pvp. This game has a lot of depth. An you can play free. They give you access to enough you can grind for free. I look forward to next you with this game. And check out their discord and tik tok and socials. So many free gifts. That’s real love.

1 Aspect Change Recommended. Great game all in all. Fun things to do, fun ways to build your town and what not even exploring is great and collecting. But this game sends WAYY TOO MANY notifications at once for the same thing. “Pikeman is done training” x10 like not okay to have my phone ring like a phone call for a notification.

AWESOME GAME. Surprisingly this game doesn’t have any ads at all, I haven’t came across yet and pretty far into the game. It’s not like any regular game where you just train and build. The graphics are great and the game looks alive

Toxic Servers. Normally I’d just Star up from laziness/complacency. But after having an entire server(the big $ HOK was first) quitting due to toxic behavior and the kingdom chat it need said. There is no active moderation in chat. So while the game was worth me finding a new server be ready to give up and lose your $ and time because the developers do not care if they are talking like pedophiles for “laughs” or simply chasing you across server’s via the English chat to harass you. Do they spend yes..but not all of them and let’s be real HOK has tribes/alliances/guilds in all of these games..yet it’s too toxic for them? Sad a great game is abused by children mascarading as adults.

Typically Wack. When I first saw this game, I was like “this looks like one of those town building games where you grind to grow, only to be attacked and have all your stuff stolen, unless you pay to play’. But something about it seemed different. It felt like I could actually grow my town and build up, and engage in the multiplayer fray on my terms. And for weeks I built up my town and it was good. But now - I feel like a sucker. It IS one of those games. I’ve been in hard grind mode for the last two weeks, trying to build up enough supplies to just complete the next campaign battle. But now, I’m regularly being attacked by players who are stealing all my resources. I don’t even have enough resources to heal my troops. All my work over the past month - for nothing. Which is why I’m claiming bulls*** on all the positive reviews on here. There is no way the bulk of them are legit. This is just the same old, re-skinned, pay to play, world building abusive multiplayer game we’ve seen for years.

[Player report to dev’s]. Hello there dev team for starters I hope your having a good day, (Gameplay) Overall the game runs clean easy and smooth, learning is easy and if your willing to give a little bit of time then the game really rewards you for that, furthermore if you like (AoE) this game adds that effect to that, (combat) is simple, I have yet to try player vs player, however I don’t fancy it in games like this. I gave this review for a few reasons, 1. Rewards the games seems to give constant rewards as you play 2. The development team and the people who put time into doing the voice overs, 3. Style 4. Combat and 5. Its well polished and given love. I really hope you developers keep giving it your all and do things YOU want, make changes for good not for worse keep the balancing up and allow everyone to get everything at a reasonable rate I.E free to play and pay to win, allow elevation to either side and make it compete-able but never forget to do it in your own way, as for the rest of you players who enjoy or want to enjoy the game please give proper feedback and allow games like this to grow in good ways recommend this to your friends family and strangers dive into it and become a worthy champion!! Awesome. Great game been playing it for a straight week now only issue is that it takes a couple of hours to make like troops at a high level but you can use speed ups awesome game no ads good graphics 10/10

Seems very suspect.. The animations / graphics / cut scenes have a very unauthentic vibe to them. Seems like one of those knock off pocket grabbers.. Everything about it. Just seems very low in fidelity. And so flat. I wouldn’t even waste your time. Cookie cutter duplicate. Absolutely no essence nor attractive qualities other than the app icon and maybe the details/screen shots. Don’t you dare waste a dime on this. Let’s stop feeding these horrible games money.

Other than Copyright infringement, it’s decent. While the game is surprisingly complex, I highly doubt Ubisoft would look kindly on the fact you ripped off their main character from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Not only is the name the same (Ivor) but the even the nickname of “wolf-kissed” was stolen as well as a large amount of the character design itself. Vikings were incredibly diverse peoples; the fact you couldn’t come up with one of your own does not speak well for your respect of existing characters and copyrights.

Gives clan I paid for away. I started off having fun since I was excited to play this game. They wanted you to join a clan, so I decided to pay and make my own so that way I don’t have to worry about getting kicked out for inactive or not doing what the clan wants. Instead the game decided, since I hadn’t logged in for a week due to life, to remove my leadership/owner of the clan and give it to someone else. Once again I was excited to play this game but it now lost all value to me. Will not be recommending this game at all

Tedious. EXTREMELY fun at first: great graphics, very generous with gold, resources, and space; LOTS of different things to do that keeps the game fresh and interesting; HOWEVER, after some time everything becomes repetitious. E.G. tasks to send workers on, fun to look for at first, then after just the right amount of time they begin pointing out all the different tasks. You think ‘great! Good move by the game-maker’s, I was starting to bore of looking around (albeit the rewards are substantial). But then that gets old: they take you around the streets to all the errands needing done, you point, click, then click gather-for EACH task. JUST HAVE a sign to click once: SEND WORKERS ON ERRANDS! Ugh! And it’s that way with Eagle Scout discoveries (I forget what it’s called, but again, it pays great dividends—just gets old after a while, sigh. And there is an attack map that gets old, too, after a while. You’re having to do all this clicking that originally was beautiful in order to collect enough goods to build buildings and make troops. I’m a geek who enjoys keeping files, but choosing AND equipping the leaders with the correct skills is way too much studying/research if you’re going to do the job right. I made mistakes BOTH times I played the game: and I keep notes. I’d like to love it, but I’m quitting. And it’s a shame because I feel the makers put a lot more effort into this game than most of the other game makers.

CRASHING. The game crashes every 20-30 minutes regardless of what the player is doing. This MUST BE FIXED NOW!!!!!! No more events or game packs until the crash issue is fixed. Will update my review after fix The developer’s response is useless if I don’t know why or when the game crashes I can’t give details I don’t have. You are the developer and it is YOUR responsibility to find and fix the issues players tell you

Pay to Win. This entire game is Pay to Win. They spam you with purchase offers. Servers are totally unbalanced. Pretty much impossible to progress without large purchase amounts. They don't allow server transfers untill a event and then you can only leave if the “pay to win king” allows it by setting the might levels required to leave also have to have about 10 “migration passes” which cost a insane amount. Unless you are rich or want to max your credit cards, keep looking for other games.

To complicated. This game hase decent graphics but lacks in usability. Too many things, insufficient resources and way too complicated for casual play. Also difficult to exit game. Didn't see if purchasing additional items with real money would make easier but definitely feels like the only way to progress in a timely manner would be to hand over your bank account. I don’t mind paying to speed through stuff but this is not worth it and would give negative stars to this game.

Fun but…. It’s fun to play to the game, but it’s completely pay to win, you can’t do anything against players who pay lot of money. Also it’s a problem the fact that you can’t change of kingdom forcing you to start again. So many friends leave the game because of that and finally I did the same thing.

Game for a day. It was fun at first, but it’s overwhelming, too much of everything and by the time I figured it out, I actually stuck at some point, because I couldn’t raise skills level; And there is no option to do that; also couldn’t win monsters anymore, besides, I had all of the resources, and red stones, and everything but I couldn’t move forward;So, I just deleted the game

Great/Poor. Excellent work on the game and the graphics. I realize you engineer the game to make a profit. However making things take far to long to keep me in game. Takes down your numbers of players. It is a thing with so many games to have fake videos for your game. Which is a problem.

A bit different than most. Sure you will eventually have to pay if you want to stay up to speed on things but I love the many events and activities that they have, which are not all pay to play or even pay to win for that matter. They try to keep things fun for everyone not just the spenders. I had my doubts too at first but this way excels in more ways than other similar games ive played before. #Kingdom151

PvP is not the dev’s strong suit. I have spent lots of money on this game. Battle of the ruins did not match any tribes properly, and my tribe [Raze] deserves a walkover in the event. The kingdoms are in an uproar about the intense mismatches of the battle of the ruins. Im leaving five stars because I genuinely love the game, but I’m leaving a bitter note because I was promised, by the developers, that my tribe would walk over the event if there were no tribes around mine’s power to match with. My 33 million might tribe was paired against a 172 million might tribe and I’m very disappointed that I’ve made so many preparations, used so many heals, and drained my tribespeople so much so that we need days to recover. $20-$30 worth of instant healing went down the drain today without a chance. I’ve stayed up all night until dawn I just celebrated someone’s birthday I’m so tired. But I forced myself to stay awake because I love this game so much just to get shot in the face with the worst pvp event algorithm I’ve ever seen in any game ever.

I wouldn’t play this game. Stronger players can attack you relentlessly and send you death wish wishes and tell you they’re going to make you quit the game. They won’t do anything to help, blocking the player doesn’t stop them from attacking you. If you seek help through their support, you’re wasting your time because they won’t help you while you’re being bullied out of game. They tell you to wait for n email, I guess that how they get you to spend money. I really liked this game until now. Im really disappointed

Leaving this… again!. So I play faithfully… like everyday… I have an 80+ day streak… I LOVE this game and I LOVE my tribe mates. HOWEVER, I HATE bullies and my entire server is OVERRUN with them. The top tribe has like 10-15 different “sub tribes” that bully you and relentless attack you until you join their clan. Having to keep a shield up so my city doesn’t get attacked but then if my troops are out gathering they can still be attacked.. I have literally lost half of my original tribe due to these bullies. I understand it’s a war game but there should be more balance to the servers and give a PvE option. I wouldn’t have continued like I have if I knew right from the get go that it was this bad… especially with the server I’m in. And trying to talk to Customer Service is a JOKE.

Just started out. I just started out on this game but so far it has proven to be fun and had engaging gameplay my only complaint is it will sometimes take like 1-3 minutes tii in load an action while playing a spinning wheel on my screen but this happens very infrequently and there is no adds overall a lot to love and not much to hate

Hard to develop tribe. I absolutely love this game and will likely play for several years to come, but as a tribe leader it is difficult to grow with being online 24/7. Worse, all the piers and beast lairs are controlled by the two major tribes, and have multiple tribes that ACTUALLY WORK FOR THEM, making them INVINCIBLE. It is also difficult because the kingdom stops getting that many new players after about a month, which sounds like a lot of time but it is really not enough, and only people like YouTubers and other influencers can get members.

So far it’s good. I just started this game and it’s to early to tell if it’s one to remember,but as of right now I’m enjoying it the game hasn’t had a pop up yet to make a purchase so far so that’s always a good thing I am moderate spender on these types of game though if it like them keep your eye out for my updated review! Awesome game but…. Awesome game but game but it would be great if there was no limit of how much troops you are able to put on the fights in your kingdom against the neeflunges. It would also be great if you could go into first person mode you like be a troop or a hero. But like I said awesome game I love it but I would love it if you put that in.

Good game, but….. At 1st I loved this game. But after a while it has gotten much harder to build and research. 6 days to upgrade village hall is just way too long. Same with training and research. I have spent over $100 of my own real money only to be raided by much larger and stronger tribes. They came during the night and camped outside of our villages and just hit us time and time again. Took most of our resources. We are a small tribe and not very strong. So it seems unfair that they could do this. Strong tribes should only be able to hit other strong tribes. I will not spend any more of my own money on this game. So not it is boring and we are afraid to do much at risk of being attacked again. Also in game resources take too much time to gather. The game forces you to spend gobs of $$$$. I was playing for hours every night. Now I’m just doing the bare min because it takes so long to collect items for building and I will not spend real money to be stolen by bullies in game

Amazing game.. To start off, I found this game while playing another. An ad popped up and it looked interesting. It sure is. It's an amazing game with amazing graphics and storyline. Can't wait to see what the future holds!

No annoying Ads. This is a massive game with ZERO Ad interruption! It’s for young and old, with lots of in game fun. It’s not hard to get items either and the in game purchases are not expensive, if you’re into that.

Good game, but needs fast fix. Overall it’s a good game, great graphics, ptw obviously.. but one major concern is I just watched a player feed himself with 100 level 5 “leaders” and he just keep kicking out and bring new ones into an alliance. This was going on for awhile just carts after carts feeding himself… it was interesting to watch but very concerning if it is allowed to continue on.

Loving it so far. I’m a sucker for Viking stuff so I decided that I would try this game out. It’s actually pretty fun so far. I like the aesthetic of it. I haven’t gotten very far yet, and maybe I’ll write another review later. Great little base builder game.

Pay to win. This is a pay to win game. After you reach tier 2 characters it takes over 36 hours to advance and researching new developments in this game also takes far too long 12+ hrs per research item at level T2 unless you purchase gems or skips. This is not a free game in any way they give good support up until chief hall level 7 but after that it’s a major drag and takes way too long to build. In order to play this game enjoyably it will cost some serious $$$. Game function is great and very similar to AoE but the wait times are far too much reduce those to reasonable times and this game would be awesome.

Unfair player advantages. This game is great in many areas but unfortunately there are things that ruin a player experience. The game recently launched KvK. We have been endlessly bullied by a player who has the funds to keep himself well armed. To win KvK mist times the same kingdom must cooperate to compete against the opposing side. In our end its not the same. If a tribe member is not following rules set by leadership, we have the option to remove them. During KvK you are unable to do so. Which in result the player can do as he/she pleases. In our case, a player is breaking all rules taking advantage of his ability to do so. In a way its cheating since he is aiding the opposing kingdom. Customer service sees this as a Okay strategy and the game is designed to be PvP. So I share my review with 1 star since its a frustrating situation when I am also competitive and cheating is allowed in a game. This game was extremely fun until this happened. I wont come back to it and I will request a full refund despite what their policy states. This game is no longer what it used to be. I hope one day the game is balanced correctly.

Pretty good game with some flaws. Well intentioned, but has some balancing problems. For example, to be attacked by a superior enemy is devastating. Far too damaging to recover quickly, if at all, even with clan assistance. Skill and hero progression is far too slow. Too few clan and cross-clan activities. Little to no “structure” to the game beyond your introductory “leveling up” goals. Far too many microtransaction offers. Resource harvesting does not well match city improvement requirements. There are some bright minds at work, but needs ongoing updates, and a few at that.

I give it a 4.9. I gave it a 4.9 in stead of a 5 because, you have to have internet to play it but there is still a lot more games that you need internet to play. But other than that I think that it’s a fun game. To the developer(s): I love the game and I think you guy(s) should keep it up.

Concerns. I like this game. I’d give it a 8 outta 10 in fact. But I have some slight concerns. First thorny crowns, cute but way too rare. I finished the quest to do 18 bounties, out of all those maybe two or three dropped them and no nilflungs on world map have dropped them either. I have been able to upgrade my watchtower to 10 so far though so that’s great! My next thing is not a concern just a small critique ;) You guys named your battle pass Viking Horn and there’s not one Viking horn in the whole dang bp is what it looks like even if you purchase premium you don’t receive Viking horns. It’s like kfc being out of chicken you know ? Otherwise really like this game

Ehh. Good. So far it’s got a cool concept, unfortunately it makes the game a bit much. This is definitely for the person who has vast amounts of time to sit and be dedicated. Like other games , rise of kingdoms, call of dragons, etc… you manage your camp and scout the outside world. In Viking rise you have a camp and several other camps within your camp to manage making it a lot of click up-keeping. Definitely for a multi-tasker. Zooming out would be nice but only give you small portion of your camp before zooming out to real world cause you to zoom back in. Lag seems to be an issue, constantly buffering on my new iPhone. Overall I’ve played a few hours and it’s abit overwhelming. As a free to play father of 4 it’s not for those who don't have dedicated time otherwise your left behind and with so much more to manage vs other games listed above, it’s a definite possibility you will get kicked later on out of guild.

Vikingrise. I have just down loaded viking rise and not played long and l am on leaveal tean it’s real easy to play and I love it I hope I can see more games like this thank you for making this game beast of luck my nick name is lover boy

Love this games, ADHD fulfilled 😎🏄‍♂️. I have ADHD so I’m always looking for a way to play something. This game is relaxing and aggressive at the same time, but I’m down for it. It reminds me of league of legends a little bit. The literal #1 PC game in the nation. Nice work.

Tyson. I will say this for sure the game is great but there is something that I don’t like about it the game makes you buy stuff with the gems and it goes up too much and after a while it just becomes too frustrating to play but it is a really fun game experience. Another thing I would like to say is that when you go to battle it will say you have to have a certain amount of soldiers to win but it also says close to same strength but victory is uncertain. That kind of get annoying. I really love the game keep up the good work I have faith that you can make it happen. Thank you for your service.

Game lags and company wants more private info.. Game lags sometimes and you press over and over to get something to happen, I have a IPHONE 14 pro max its the game. In addition this company is all about collecting data, To ask them to delete your account they want all the IP addresses you have used, Pictures of any transactions with the game / Receipts etc. They also asked me for my home information just to delete. Do not trust them they are more about stealing or trying to steal your information that information is not needed to delete an account. I am not about to give more private info to delete something. Apple should not allow companies like this on their app store. You have been warned.

Good but the paywall is crazy if you want anything good. While,I love this game I do not Ike the paywall at all. Each week or season you entice players with the next best things (like the 3 heroes now in kvk) and put them behind a paywall. While you can grind for these items it is exceedingly difficult to achieve unless you throw money at it. Glitched events occur often like rat eradication which shut off 24 hours too early, kvk battle day that was a real cluster with lag and game crashes, and the list goes on. I have played from the beginning and still find it a struggle to complete everything……I unless I drop money. I will not. I understand cash is needed to run the servers and pay the help but make event attainable if you wish to sustain current player levels.

Me. Best game

Bugs, bugs and more bugs. This game has the potential to be great but the underlying bugs are so frustrating. It really needs some serious maintenance and development works if it expects people to play and spend money. Some of the issues I’ve found - unable to transport to tribal base - lagging with collecting completed items - loosing hero’s and troops - lots of items are hard to find like completed tasks Overall I have only played this game a couple of days & was frustrated enough to write a review.

Don’t waste your $$$. I have to say it was really easy to get addicted to this game, in the early days it was fun to see the progression but now that we’ve moved to their kvk map (kingdom vs kingdom) the disparity between pay for play players and cashed up “whales” highlights the imbalance of the way the game is setup. This game rewards players who spends thousands of money, so it’s not about how good you are as a player, it’s how much you are willing to spend. I guess it’s a fun game if you have disposable income! Our server will die off after we complete our mayhem tasks, and players who invested their hard earn money will most likely leave in droves. The higher your army/troops are the more expensive it is to heal - you can spend a whole week farming resources and you’ll still won’t have enough - you get your entire tribe donating and it’s still not enough. The ratio to heal your troops vs the resources you can came is insane. Which is a shame, because I’ve forged some good friends within the game. Sadly I won’t be staying here for long when our KVK ends.

I think you should be able to choose the gender of the hero as us females like to play too. Wicked, addicting game!. Awesome game , very addicting, although if not in an active tribe it’s pretty limited to what you can do, but find an active tribe and it’s great! Would be good if the system automatically translated language in the chat tho, annoying having to wait for the translation on every comment in the chat

Toxic. WARNING! Stay away. It cost our king $20 000 in real money to be king!!!!! Game lures you in to free to play but you never compete and it becomes obvious half way through KvK. More problems when ask IGG.COM to delete my account, stuffed around for more then 3 weeks with them refusing to delete account. Support are useless! All up very toxic and game should have R rating due to gambling themes!!

Steer clear. Absolute garbage a quick bite off better games with an over complicated control UI system and constant dropouts like every few minute's it’s really not good on the continuous streaming concept it keeps needing to play catch-up seems more like a freshly minted game that’s in its use the players to hunt the bugs part of its conception .

Really enjoyable game. Little lag from time to time but it’s to be expected with a new game really enjoying it so far

P2W HARD. I generally don’t write reviews since every game in this genre is P2W but I still love the genre. This game is visually very nice, quite engaging, and is brand new and shiny. The actual gameplay is extremely lacking compared to others currently out and the game is EXTREMELY P2W. A player from a certain Asian country was able to buy 70 million power in literally two days. And then destroyed the whole server. What the Fk is the point of playing if that’s how easy it is. Every single aspect of this game is monetized and you can straight up buy the next level troops in packs. Save your time and your money, do not play this P.O.S.

You’ll hit wall. Another p2w of course , first couple weeks is all right . Game is basically copy of game of thrones with some additional stuff . Once you reach few weeks and no big spenders in server you’ll be bored. As you wont be able to progress without spending a lot and few others .game is missing soul . And if you do spend some money you won’t get refund of course cause apple don’t care

You need to gather your ressource on the land and you can capture village to help your base home ! Honestly im hooked to this game haven’t like a game like this for a while !! This is an awful game. Every single menu is trying extract money from you. You’ll get to a point in the game where you can’t progress without spending $$ because other people can just attack you when you aren’t even online. After the third time of logging on only to have my entire army eliminated while I went to sleep or work I decided my time and money would be spent elsewhere. Complete waste of time.

Viking Rise is fire 🔥. Other then endless times of grinding while I should be working.. lol. It’s all out a fun game you can join tribes and work together to build the best Viking kingdom! Would love more events to get legendary cards, and more resources, also gems 💎 would be cool as well. As a player u can earn these things for free, and u can also buy them to make ur kingdom grow extremely fast! No purchase is necessary, but as you play your most likely going to want to spend at least 2$ to grow your support to developers. Thanks for this game from BPK

Can’t get past the title screen. Every time I load it up on my iPad it basically freezes on the title screen. I can’t do anything except leave the app. I have tried deletin*and redownloading but even that didn’t work.

Not Allowed To Sleep. One person attacked and wiped me out 17 times while I was asleep. I woke up to find I’ve lost literally everything and do not have the resources to heal troops. I didn’t even know there was any PVP, otherwise I would have never touched it. This game seemed fun, but losing all progress overnight means an instant uninstall.

Not working. Ask app not to track, no notifications on. Game loading, game error. Perhaps not working because they absolutely want to track?

Resources. There are no resource buildings, and when pay2play players zero you down, you can’t even gather resources anymore. Resource buildings within city would be helpful

Deleted game. Was great until you continuously get stomped by players who are way stronger than you. There is no balance to the servers and all your hard work will be taken from you. If you like putting effort in to be strong than have some one 10x stronger than you come and take you out this is the game for you. Literally ruined the experience for me

Lost all my progress. I enjoy the game, style and story have a nice charm to it as well as nice gameplay. Didn’t play for a couple months, came back and was logged out, so logged back in and now starting back at square one. Not impressed.

BEST GAME. So I was trying to find a game and I found this game and it’s so good!

Viking rise. Played for a couple months and all was fine. Now the game won’t load on my iPhone 8. Have to delete app and reinstall then update. That can take over a day. When the game is playable I enjoy it

Painful. What happened to games? Is Ios now the land of amature garbage??? This viking game is painful at best. Just seconds into this game and you get to test what looks and sounds like a highschool developer beta app. AI voice over sounds like trash, game design is useless and without telling a story…. The story, well it could be in there somewhere but it certainly is not connected to the game design…. And music well stock, might be ok but is an afterthought, not designed to tell a story either. This is how not to build a game.

Great Dynamic. Vikings is a great game that gives all the in play elements that real-time strategy games provide. I personally like the additions of exploring a larger territory inside your own keep. Combined with team work, monster hunting, alliance dynamic that most players enjoy, Vikings to me gives quite a bit to do which is especially handy when your team waiting on upgrades.

Viking Rise. I love the graphics. I feel there could be more exploration freedom and less structured gameplay.

Game of war. No difference, accept the cash grab is resources. You cannot switch kingdoms any time soon. If your in low kingdom, the game is a complete bust. Battlefield is frantic and two button attack system. Example : One 10 minute fight would cost alliance over a billion resources in troops loss to heal. Cost is around 1000 dollars to complete healing from resources. Game is definitely not worth it. Math is out to lunch.

Viking rising is a good game but it has it’s fair. 1 smooth and polish as much as you devs can in environment and non graphics 2 add ads or at least more of them for like reducing the time for the buildings and troops which makes sense 3 the walking speed of troops there so slow even with all the speed of upgrades to make them go faster there too too slow another upgrade for troop speed like 10% until 5 on the upgrade that’s winning maxes out that would benefit of all players and it would reduce the time significantly 4 you can go on multiple attacks on the same players base which seems a bit OP so one attack you can do and you get all the points instead of you have to go multiple times to get all the points which would cut players time by a lot but it make more sense 5 the performance server and engine needs to be upgraded 20% or more because he struggles bad in certain situations 6 I have a better day night cycle if it doesn’t have one already 7 more resources should regenerate every two hours in every possible location that you can put them if the devs of Viking rising reading this this is potentially problems with your game so please take into account and maybe use them because all players will benefit from it and it will not be OP more balanced if you ask me if other players agree then what does that tell ya

Pay to Win is REAL. The other reviews saying the same are very true. I’ve been playing for 2 months now and it’s way too easy for one person to buy their way to being the strongest. Tl:dr - stay away if you want a F2P casual experience You can buy literally everything in the shop - resources, speed ups for research and troops, building faster, etc. I have played on 2 different servers and both times one person purchased their way to being the strongest, nobody could defend against them. They would burn entire tribes (clans/guilds) if they didn’t follow that persons rules. Not a user-friendly game. This game favours those with more money than sense. The devs are getting very rich though, so I guess it’s successful. On the positive side - joining a tribe and co-ordinating events such as killing a beast or assaulting a shrine are fun, the teamwork and planning is very cool. But all it takes is one person with a very large credit card to erase all of your progress by repeatedly attacking your city and killing your troops, stealing your resources. Progress in this game is NOT FAIR and favours P2W players.

A pleasant surprise. this game was pleasantly surprising, I did not anticipate it to be as good as it is. Think sim City meets Clash of Clans, with an old Norse twist. Very eager to see more of what the game has to offer and update my review as I go!

Very fun but it has to many micro transactions. As soon as you exit the tutorial your entire screens fills up with micro transactions. Aside from that the game is very fun and I’m glued to it!

Viking with tropic. This game is legit, it's all about workers instead on time like the other games. You can build efficiently without no stress and build power over time.

We need a Ukrainian Chat Language. We need Ukrainian Chat language and I think we need other languages chat so some of us can learn how to say it or speak it. And also this game is fun to play.

It’s so fun!. First, it was hard to fight the boss near the camp l lost so many times after training alot of people l finally won the battle and saved so many vikings.

Bad one. This game is just way too complicated and way too slow to process through. They just added way too many unnecessary options to make this game way to complex to navigate through. It’s definitely for for someone who just wants to have some fun and don’t have that much time to invest in.

Great game. Story line is okay and the game play is also okay. A lot of more room to grow. Hate to say it but definitely having a “pay to win game” vibe, hopefully it isn’t really like that. So far I’m hooked.

Lags. It’s a good game tho it’s lags a lot when your trying to claim gems or speeding up things. Honestly if they fixed that it basically just another rise of kingdoms but with Vikings.

Resources are a problem. The game is fun and all but I’m level 15 and I spend all of my days trying to get resources which is boring! Please fix this!!! The events and stuff are fun and the game is good overall but it isn’t supposed to be a farming game.

Ok so far!. Very laggy at times and the advertising takes up too much of the screen! We see them and would be nice to minimize after reviewing them.

Generic. Just another one of those “strategic” cookie cutter kingdom building games. There are thousands like this one, the characters in the intro aren’t even unique. Low fidelity and boring plot line, like something straight from AC Valhalla; even their ‘Ivor’ looks like eigor. Advertising was completely different from the gameplay. Save your time and money, plenty of better versions of this style of game.

Same old money milker l, different sceane. Typical time sink, cool new theme. Standard pay to play. Nothing new here. For the love would someone please make a real game! League of Legends is free to play and has ways to earn most everything through grinding. They make tons of money through their system

I love the game so far. Viking rise has proven to be my favorite. I’m not one for investing time in every game but this game in particular has my attention

Nothing like the adds. Not even close to what the adds showed. It’s fun for about a day until you run out of time advancements. Then you get stuck at a stand still and have to wait literally days for stuff to build/ create. Very sad it could have been so fun

OK for a little bit. The game was fine for awhile, it’s just slow with certain things like, accumulating stone. It took forever to get some so I could upgrade to be able to train level 2 troops. And just yesterday (Sunday, April 30th), the game logged me out and I couldn’t log back on so, I deleted the game from my iPad. Needs work!

Equality or cheating. I watched a player take out two other players then wiped me out on law of the jungle. I attacked a weak player and another player came up behind that player and SOMEHOW took the credit for the kill. Watching this over and over again after spending as much as I have on this game is disheartening. This game is a bust.

Amazing. The game is absolutely amazing I enjoy playing it and I just started I’m in love with the Vikings and this game brings it to life I love it

Game, Viking. Great game, I do enjoy it much, however I feel that adding a logging camp inside village and the ability to add many in the village would be most beneficial, wood is just too scarce.

Unless you like anger. The game is fun but the chats, groups are full of angry people typing garbage at each other for hours. So many other games exactly like this, just differently themes, it’s not necessary to put up with this kind of stupidity. Much more fun to play with people who are open to everyone and are just trying to have a good time.

Great Viking game to play. This is 1 of the best Viking game I have played and other Viking worriers by your side it will feel like your playing in the mid evil times

Stress free. I hate sim games that are too much work. This one is peaceful and pretty simple. Only complaint is that it sometimes freezes and needs to be restarted.

False advertisement. I’ve been playing the game for a week and the game advertisement I was shown looks nothing like the actual Viking Rising. If you stand behind your game then you won’t lure people into a fake advertisement. I’m deleting the app and I won’t be playing again.

Addictive. The only complaint I have is that I would start to miss out on RL…because I was stuck in the game!!

Horizontal playing view.. I would play this I could have the horizontal view option for my iPad Pro not just vertical, I think it would be a great game if I could play it comfortably like all the others I play. So is there a possibility for a horizontal game play option in the near future?

Another P2W. It gets boring very fast. More importantly it does not let you delete your account. It has you ‘apply’ to delete. The application requires you to give photo access to your device for some reason, plus when and where you first downloaded. Feels very untrustworthy

Another pay to play game. A pointless game without much strategy. Everything is based on how much time or money you spend on leveling up so you can be better than the next guy. Graphics are great for what it is, but at the end of the day, it’s still another pay to play game without a real purpose.
