Poor management.. I’ve been muted for awhile because of I guess my language which I understand but I spend a lot of money on this game and yet other people continue to talk to me in a bullying manner . I’ve emailed them to unmute me and no response. They ignore you. I’d hate to move to another game.

Freezes. Sometime it does ok, but it freezes and it's hard to play because sometime it hide my cards, the pot, and it also kicks me out when it freezes because of the time limit. I feel that it's time for a new update. Pronto. ASAP.

Updates. I really like this app! Now I'm having issues playing it will not open. Now it's showing that it just got updated its asking for me to update but it's not allowing me to do it. By the way I just purchased an iPhone 6s is this not compatible?

Worst poker game ever made. This game is not so great poker mafia is way better poker deluxe will rip you off take a lot of your chips then not pay out , kicks you off the table mid hand and never comps or credits what is owed due to you you have to buy your gifts then they take what you have purchased away from you so you have to keep paying for overpriced merch that they rob from you and never get the chips back I give it a star only because I'm addicted to poker but the way poker deluxe is a lame version of poker that literally robs the fun and joy out of poker including all your chips and gifts when it comes down to it at least during poker mafia they allow you to choose a bank to rob and pays you while your playing through out the entire game to make sure your taken care of poker deluxe just takes you & robs all your chips poker mafia has my respect and nothing bad to say about it poker deluxe is a sorry excuse for a game that has a virus ...

It’s a scam. I’ve been playing poker on this app since 2012. I bought chips and gold. After winning a lot of chips on 2 accounts with about 40 billions chips total, they banned my accounts. They said the reason is that I used inappropriate language which is impossible because they have censor system in place. Even words like “come”, “casino” are censored. They have their goons on every table harassing players with continuous bombardments of friend requests and bad gifts to tick people off. As soon as you say something, you will get banned. All your chips that you have paid for and won will be taken. I had quit for 5 years after they banned my first account with 8 billions. With all my years on there, I’ve seen a lot of people got banned for this fabricated reason. They have lost more than 80% off players since 2016 because of this scam and rigged cards. If you don’t believe me, get on and see for yourself. Do not buy chips. This app is a scam. I wish Apple would do something about this.

Full of cheaters. This application is a great game but it is full of cheaters and people who tags all the time! IGG locked account for absolutely no reason and you lose all your chips! It out of control! People are selling chips and stole your chips by raising and reraise you all the time. They come with many account in the same table and cheat! They also put bot and fake person’s! This application is a real joke and a waste of time! I don’t recommend this game to anyone!
