Terrible San Francisco map. The router does not factor in 'the wiggle' route that connects golden gate park and downtown with a nearly flat route. Every cyclist I talked to about commuting mentioned the wiggle as essential, and it is also explicitly called out on the SF bike routes map.

bad data. even though I put that green ways are highly preferred, this app bypassed the most notable bicycle trail in The boots and spider hat made it work! I would wear that outfit sans the rain jacket. ;)) to route on a busy arterial. Bad data supports this app.

Worst initial App Experience Yet. Beware! Listed as free from Google Maps App. $3.99 required for any functionality. Sadly, I paid but could not navigate past security questions in setup. It didn't like my entries. Tried various attempts before getting an iTunes warning stating my account was about to be locked. Quit. Can't use App. Lost 4 bucks. Lame!

Unusable. With the redesign of this app, it has become so buggy that it is unusable. I used to use this app all the time to plan my trips through the city and now I can't even enter an address without the app freezing up, let alone get into the preferences menu. I thought maybe the bugs would be ironed out after the first update after the redesign, but the app is unfortunately still the same - useless!! What a shame!! I'd be happy to give it a 5-star rating if it became useable again.

Nice stuff once you buy fictions. It is a good app to discover roads that will be more cycle friendly. Some time the search of destination takes some time to find. Needs to enter a right search format. Might not always be conducive

Well designed. I love that I can avoid certain streets due to how busy they are, or the pavement quality. Must have for urban cyclists. :)

Wish I could vote 0 stars. You get in the app and just when you're ready to go for a ride, because you didn't do research beforehand, you press start route AND you have to upgrade and pay to be able to use this. DONT DOWNLOAD ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND A SCAM.

Area not supported. I thought this app would be great when traveling to areas I'm not familiar. The concept is great however, with my first searches, the maps for the areas I'm traveling in are not supported- Even in metropolitan areas!

It's a great app! I wish there was an Apple Watch app for it!. I think this app is great and very simple to use. Getting biking directions and ETA, which is more than enough! Thank you for making this app! If I may suggest, please make the Apple Watch version too so it would be easier to look at the watch for directions instead of the phone :) Thank you again!! Keep it up!!

Generally useful, needs UI/UX polish. The routing in Berlin is nice and lets you avoid cobblestones as much as possible. Three major downsides: the UI is confusing and hard to use (I never know which button to press to get what I want), in realtime nav mode you can't zoom out to get an overview of your route, and (a big one): the app doesn't reroute when you've gone off course. Overall worth your time because of the superior routing in Berlin, but it would be really nice to fix these UI issues.

Never worked for me. I tried to use this app multiple times, even purchased the full app, and on my trips to and from Charlottenburg to Mitte and every time I had to stop using it and use google maps instead. Please fix location pinpointing: The app never accurately pinpointed my location. I was constantly told “you are lost” in the most annoying droid lady voice imaginable. The app would not reroute me when I was off track, which would be a good feature. It’s a nice idea but didn’t work for me.

Waste of time and a scam.. Sure it says free but once you go to use the app it asks you to pay the 3.99 ridiculous.

Don't waste your money!. One of the the few apps I've bought and it useless. Navigation fails to update and location service for start & finish points can't find most addresses. Steer clear bike riders!

Crashes. I love the idea of the app and design but constant crashes and pro version constantly not responding and forgetting personal set information for example home address and unable to restore pro I look forward to the next update

Great Idea but clunky implementation. New to riding so downloaded, but everything from trying to find the location you’re trying to get to (doesn’t have half the listings that Google maps does) to actually using it is just too hard. Search functionality needs to be updated. Everything after search is locked behind a paywall. The app doesn’t show the possible bike paths like the online version does… Needs a full overhaul. Good idea, but I uninstalled because Google Maps is better, and free.

Doesn’t update location when you take a different way. Great idea. I don’t have confidence with riding so loved the idea of this guiding me through quieter roads. It took me through a creek and where it wanted me to cross, there was... a creek! It doesn’t update its directions based on your location and as I got increasingly flustered, it was harder to reset the map to find my way around the creek. I hope it updates the feature. I’ll keep using it. But it gets two stars today because I almost had an asthma attack from the stress and had to get my husband to pick me up. I’m sorry for the grumpy review. Ps. I changed it to 3 stars, because it really is a good idea.

awfull. Awful scam is my perception. You cannot use any relevant features of the app unless you buy. I might have bought it if it would have been mentioned the price instead of fakely being free.

Lots of potential. The premise is great. A fully customizable bike router which generates routes based on safety, proximity, and biking habits. If the developers iron out a few issues it will be 5 out of 5. Such as: nav needs to be as intuitive and functional as the iPhone maps app. The interface is a little clunky and could be refined with specific user feedback. And there needs to be route choices opposed to the one route fits all. Other than that it has to be admitted that this app plans better bike routes the Google maps.

Timing of journey. It would be good to have the timing of the journey included. Otherwise, great!

Watch app does not work. I bought this to get directions on the watch app but the watch app does not work. It just tells you to open the phone app--and it insists on opening itself and telling you that even after quitting it on both the watch and the phone. A complete waste of money.

Horrible app. Don't bother, google maps is much quicker and easier to use.
