DO NOT GET!!!. horrible, i downloaded this app it claimed to have a 5 day free trial and said i can cancel anytime but as soon as i started my 5 day free trial it charged me right away. i have been trying to remove my card from the app but it seems to be impossible. don’t waist your money on this they have charged me multiple times in the same month, DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!!

Continuous Disappointment. We are a multi-family group. We have had multiple occasions where the app has failed to locate back when we paid, tracked improperly, and for a couple of us, even after deleting, clearing and reloading the app, it just crashes. This is three different families we have talked to and ourselves having the same or similar issues.

Decent job. App does a decent job of tracking. Has some delay even on a paid version. Delay sometimes take up to an hour to recalculate the position of the member.

Zero stars was a thing i would be doing that!. No refunds. I emailed them the day i downloaded it saying this is not the kind of app i thought it was!!! Instead of saying i understand that you didnt use the app for a day or week and then contact us it was the day you got the app i can surely get you a refund. Nope policy is no refunds! I get it cause there are some stupid people out there! AND yet i contacted them with in minutes of realizing this is not the app i needed.

Terrible customer service. I downloaded the app after $4.99, and realized the app had no use for me. Tried to cancel it and that’s when problems started. App doesn’t have transparency when customer needs to cancel service. So I emailed developer and they emailed me back saying that I had to cancel subscription through the app. I couldn’t do it and sent another email asking to cancel. Guess what? They kept charging me, $10 a month. I want a refund because I clearly expressed myself that I didn’t want to keep this subscription and it had no use for me and I that I couldn’t do it on the app. Have developer solved my problem?? Nope

Scam. Please don’t get this first it is not real that you cannot be seen. Second they tried charging 40$ then 30 then finally they made it with 10. I tried everywhere to cancel the subscription and I haven’t being able to find it at all on my iPhone . I sent multiple emails and they still doing it. It has been a nightmare

Useless. I signed up for the free trial and was immediately billed for a subscription. I cancelled the subscription but I am still being billed. Why do you keep trying to bill me when I cancelled this foolishness?!! Once again you idiots keep trying to bill me. Thankfully I blocked you but STOP TRYING TO BILL ME! I don’t want your service and I ALREADY CANCELLED ONCE! Next time I will report you to BBB

App doesn’t work, charged for multiple subscriptions. I downloaded this app with a week subscription to try. Following week I was charged another subscription then a premium subscription. With out even confirming. While I purchased 1 week. I don’t see how you can just charged me for 12 more with out confirming. As well the help page says go to your accounts. Well none of my accounts have subscriptions. To this app, so they just charge on a single purchase. I have sent 2 emails to the help email address. Doubtful for a refund. Hopeful to atleast stop getting robbed

I was charged 3 separate charges.. This is what I dislike of these apps. You make a payment for a specific amount of time then when you check your bank account, my blood pressure goes up when I see three charges that were not specified. What gives the right to an app you’re getting a specific product for a specific amount of time suddenly tack-on a few more charges they were not supposed to. So now, I have to tell my bank that I did not authorize al of the charges to my account.

Terrible. Don’t buy this. Scam. You must install the app on each other person’s phone and it’s visible on the phone. I don’t want my teenager to know, see, or have ability to turn the app off whenever it’s “convenient”. Worst part is after they don’t disclose it (well they say they do in the small print”), then there is no refunds!

Doesn’t really know where you are. The app has an issue and can’t triangulate location or use GPS very accurately. My 73 year old mother constantly shows leaving her home at 2 and 3 am and it wanders around within a couple MF miles all while she is actually home sleeping. I purchased to keep up with my teenage driving son, my pilot husband so I could remember where he was each night, and my mother who never sits still and is always out and about (during the day). It has been a waste of money and doesn’t always locate. My son was home last night for an hour before it said he was “entering the safe zone home”. Don’t bother with this one.

I’ll look for better. It’s great because I can see where my son is. What’s not great is I don’t know how many times I’ve paid the fee for “lifetime” tracking, which is history and real-time tracking. I’m not sure what gets screwed up here but it’s annoying. And it’s like $15 each time. Lifetime usually means forever. Also know, there is an option for yearly as well. I’ll do some research and be looking for another tracking app.

Double and triple billing!!. I first tried to sign up for one week $6.99 Within minutes, I had another charge of $9.99 A few minutes later, I had a 50 Cent charge for God knows what. I sent a message to Support asking why are they illegally billing me? And screenshot of my transactions. No response. I got their contact number from the bank with the transactions occurred. I left several voicemails no response. They’re disclaimer says you cannot cancel subscription unless there’s a hardware error or something wrong with the program so no refunds. it did not mention illegal billing to get a refund. Having my bank refuse and Block further transactions from this company. Next is a Complaint to BBB. Update: They responded…unsatisfactory. The key point when my Apple Pay is charged for anything I have to double click to confirm.!!! I got the double click for the $6.99. But nothing for the $9.99?!?!? What is going on here? Ghost ripoff out of my bank account? nowhere during the sign-up process was the $9.99 mentioned they just took it out of my account. I am requesting a refund immediately through this update for both the $6.99 charge and the ghost $9.99 charge that I never authorized!!!

Simply doesn’t work. I can only see my own location. Everytime I try to access my husband or kids I get an offline message. It only works when they are on a wifi somewhere close by, not when they are on mobile. Needs some serious work, and to think I bothered to purchase the full version too! Waste of money.

App. Was so excited with this service as able to locate my husbands missing phone, but on the other hand I am having trouble canceling this service.

Doesn’t work. So, I downloaded this app and was navigating through the set up and was trying to figure out how it works. Been through many family trackers, so I wanted to make sure this was good. It was somewhat glitchy and upon flipping through it, I accidentally purchased it. I would like a refund considering I didn’t purchase it and now I can’t get my money back. I wanted to track my 4th grade child who was on a school trip 4 hours away and it wouldn’t locate him. I sent check in after check in and nothing. The SOS didn’t work and we’ve tried it before he went on the trip. Not worth it to download or even purchase. In which again, I did not intend to do.

Good. It’s great but I hate invisible mode... and I hate that sometimes it doesn’t update for hours, or maybe that’s my partner using the invisible mode to be deceptive... but I love that you can see which direction they are and exactly how close they are to you

Rip off. All this app has done is charge my account fraudulently, my card holder alerted me today that they were trying to charge me for $50 that I have no idea for what. I’ve had to lock my card so they won’t charge me again Reach out to them and they continue to give me the run around. DON’T download this app it’s a scam You’ll be sorry

Waste of money. What’s the point of paying for an app when you can just use the one that’s built into your phone if you’re going to be sharing your location with a People do you want to locate anyway. The one that’s built into the phone is free and does the same thing this one does and you don’t have to pay for it in the wind is it already on your phone actually works. Or this one doesn’t don’t waste your money.

Horrible customer service support. I downloaded the app since I noticed that the rating was not that bad but when I tried to cancel the subscription I couldn’t I’ve try contacting them and of course it’s only email no chat or phone number. In the email I had to wait for three days but it’s past three days now and I got charged for something I don’t want anymore. I advise you guys to be aware of this scam

Scam. This only works if your family puts the same app on their phone. Which means each one has to buy into the app. Caution it is not a spy app. You can use your find my phone app on your phone for free if you all turn on the feature. Wish this had a try for free before you have to buy. No refund either if you buy into this tearable app.

Ok. So I got this for my daughter and it was great but I was running errand and I was by the airport. It kept sending me notifications about flights I didn’t have I logged off and now I can’t get back on. I was a little disappointed with the app. The object is ok I wish it didn’t do that. Please turn my frown upside down!☹️🙃😫😫

Don’t download this app !!. I just downloaded this app cause I want to try a gps app between mine and another phone, when I realize that they charge I say to myself never mind I’m not gonna pay so I delete the app and now just today they charge me 29 usd. And when I go to the app to try cancel they show me a message saying the premium subscription is active ! I want my money back and the cancelation of my plan cause is doesn’t appear in my iPhone subscriptions, so I can’t cancel. Please help me I don’t to pay again 29 dollar for nothing.

Keeps taking money off, a scam!!. I used Family Locator to try and find my lost phone and logged in with my card for access. Unfortunately, the service gave me absolutely nothing in return—it didn’t help locate the device at all. To make matters worse, the app continued charging me even after I unsubscribed. I’ve had no luck reaching support, and the charges just keep coming. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

It is not what I thought!. This App is certainly not what I bargained for I have enough messaging apps and I can ask my family where they are. This App has to get the other person to respond to know where “they are”! So if you are wanting to secretly check on your kids, your spouse, your gf/bf, etc they must give you consent and join. So far it isn’t working for me I won’t be renewing another 3 month’s subscription sorry to say.

Help?. When the app works, it’s wonderful knowing that my kids are safe. When it works, it’s nice when the kids know where my husband and I are without texting us..especially when we’re driving and can’t answer them. I wish there were an update that could help the app work more often. I just checked on my kids and it has been over 24 hours since the app updated. Is there anyway to correct this without having the kids phones here with me?

Free very? Nope. Your description is very deceiving it says you have a free version , and yet you don’t even offer a trial, or a way to find your free version if you do have one ? It forces you to choose a paying option before you can go on. I’ll just give my money to people with integrity. Bad decision. I downloaded this app to attempt to use for my family. But due to my busy schedule I never had a chance to do anything. Decided it was best to delete, as it don’t work properly in my region (Cayman Islands) didn’t do so before it charged my card. Reached out to customer service to be told they don’t do refunds. First time ever having to deal with a company that steals your money, but it is what is is and I have to cut my lose on this as they refuse to refund me regardless.

Accuracy off. It seems the accuracy is off majority of the time. Bought the in purchase to have all the features and it I’m the only one who can view history in my family circle. The other family members would have to pay. Notifications are late. And I’m not able to make the location spots smaller to a pin point location. Not able to recommend features in the app because I can’t see the submit button under the box to write the recommendations. Would be a great app if they would let the family circle access what needs to be accessed without both parents paying. For the feature. I hate to say it but might go back to life 360. (Sighs).

Terrible app. I’m really disappointed with this app. I bought it because my daughter flew to France two weeks ago and I wanted to truck her ways. She came back last week and, according with this app, she still in France. I could not see her ways there, this app took forever to update and still. I will never recommend this app to anyone.

Not so great. At first I liked the app but then I noticed the accuracy was off but they claim it getting a premium plan you would be able to get real time tracking this is a lie I purchased the lifetime one it doesn’t work at all it just says the family members aren’t responding everything you try to use the feature. I tried contacting support via email like the help section says they were no help at all basically told me google play or iTunes controls the purchases.... I’m very disappointed and I want my money back paid 15 dollars for nothing at all 😡😡😡😡

Scam. I have told these people for weeks that I want to cancel my subscription and they keep charging my card they will not respond. I’ve even now I’m asking for my money back. And I want my subscription canceled. Can’t get anybody to respond on email support or anything do not sign up for this thing. It will keep charging your card now I’m gonna have to change my card out in order for them to Stop charging it

Good. Tracks safe zones, so I know when someone is entering the house, and danger zones, when someone is entering or leaving a danger zone. I think it is a very generous 5 star, but still, it will come in handy in the future for me and all of you

Don’t bother with this useless app. Constantly stops working and does not accurately show locations. Sometimes it goes more than 24 hrs without updating and very frequently says a person is one place when they are another. Today as I write this a family member’s location has not been updated for 2 hrs and they are away out of town so I have no idea if they are safe or not using this app. Not reliable at all!

Not accurate. I downloaded this app for sole purpose of sharing my CURRENT location with trusted loved ones and it’s basically useless because it’s practically never accurate. It’s always 2+ hours old and it’s very frustrating. I hope this new update fixes the issue

Understanding Family Locator:. Unfortunately I have tried this app before and I didn’t understand how to use it then nor do I understand how to use it now. I need someone to actually explain to me this app, because I doubt the loved ones I want to know their whereabouts is not just readily going to answer a random call and accept this sort of invitation, so I’d like to know how this works or if it does and if it doesn’t I’ll be wanting to cancel my subscription, but I have high hopes!! 😊 Thank you

Disappointed. Even though I bought the premium version the location is off most of the time, I am unable to receive any notifications, and the app glitches almost every day. I contacted app support two weeks ago and STILL haven’t received a response. VERY unhappy with this app!!

Fraud can’t find a phone number. I’m trying to find a phone number for the family locator every time I ask for a refund it states I do not have a subscription. I have tried everything and I cannot get through. I asked to get a new password and I don’t receive an email. This is very frustrating. I need to cancel this. I do not want to be charged again. The site did not help me in anyway

Worst app ever. Do NOT get this app! Life360 is so much better and I want my $40 back!!!! It’s very delayed and you have to zoom way in and still then it is not accurate at all!!!!! I will be sitting here with my family and it will say mom left the safe zone etc !! It is so awfulllllll!!!!! Do not waste your money! I would give this 0 stars if I could!!

Terrible. It doesn’t work. Keeps showing my husband currently being at places he left hours ago. I see him walking in the house and this useless app shows him in another State. It’s only gotten worse and worse. I’m deleting this app . There are many much more reliable family tracking apps. I hope they fix whatever problems they have . I am done waiting for their fixes. PS. Notice all the good reviews are years old. This app is nothing like it USED to be. It’s garbage now.

Love this!. This app is amazing! I can see my whole family as they move from activity to activity. I have a sibling who travels for work, and I can see her all over the globe! I can keep tabs on my kiddos as they hang out with their friends or go to their after school activities. I can even see as they are driving down the street! An added bonus is the SOS button. My kiddos can use it if they need me to get to them quickly. I can’t say enough about this app. I love it.

No “real-time” tracking!. I don’t know if there is a bug or what. Attempted to real-time track nanny and it said it couldn’t locate her. It then asked me if I wanted to send a notification. I selected yes. It didn’t send anything. I attempted to real-time track my wife’s phone who was sitting right next to me. Same thing. Couldn’t locate. Send a message? Yes. Nada. It will update a users location on the map every 45 mins or so. This is not real-time tracking. You all need to fix this.

Simply A1. I found out my partner was cheating on me when I checked through her phone remotely with the help of a skilled private investigator named Derek at (DARKHATGURU @ gmail com). His services are five-star rated and reasonably priced. Coming through for me at my lowest was profound, I had no words because I was a bit skeptical and doubtful at the beginning, but look at me now. I have the knowledge of everything she had been doing behind my back.

Great App! Perfect for.... Everything!. This app is great for everything! It is great for summer especially. When kids are camp, parents can see on the app to make sure, just because we are all paranoid that way😂 But seriously, this app is great! I would recommend it to anyone! False advertising. They falsely advertised you can’t find anyone with just their number you can’t even fine a phone that you are the person to give the permission to tack it it is a big waste of of money google and apple track is free and you can give permission without having to have some thing that going to take up memory in you phone that most like never be useful in anyway

SCAM. try to charge me with no authorization, extreme caution UPDATE: support contacted me and only gave me instructions on canceling the service which all that was done already… Apple support has been contacted and you are currently being investigated for fraud within and out of Apple Support with local authorities … you know what you’re doing so I suggest you do the right thing and stop… expect a knock on your door by authorities very soon…

Used to be good, is now useless. Years ago I paid $15 (it was a lifetime subscription then, not reoccurring) for this app to be able to keep track of my teenager. It worked great then. It would update in the background, the zones I set up worked nearly flawlessly, and every time I opened the app it would load locations of family members almost instantly. This app would even let you see a family members movements for a specific day. So you could see if they took the train, where they stopped and for how long, and what routes they took. Very convenient to keep track of kids. Now, it only works if you have the app open, which makes it useless. If a family member doesn’t just keep the app open, it is no longer able to locate them. Before you ask, yes I have it enabled to update in the background and location services on even when the app is closed, on each family members phone. I have checked this so many times that I can’t keep count in the last few years hoping that it would start working again. Even if it was free it’s not worth it. It doesn’t track anything. It used to be so good… Now I have my elderly mother living with me and I’d love to have this app working like it used to so that I could keep track of where she is when she’s out alone in case something happens. Oh well. I guess I got my $15 out of it when it worked, just too bad it is just a waste of space now.

Needs tweeking. When checking in it gives a property number and street address that is inaccurate. Need to be able to verify or modify checkin is correct before it sends notification. Perhaps a "verify checkin" button that will allow number change with no option to change street address. The SOS alert needs different levels of alert or other option buttons for "need assistance, non-life threatening situation" and "urgently need assistance, life threatening situation". Needs feature "create/add regular checkin" button for saying things like "home safe" and "arrived at ••• safe" and "leaving ••• now" Needs option to "send/update to "administrator/parent only" or "all members" or just to "selected members" as well as automatically sending to administrator/parent. Make these few changes and the app will be totally awesome and user friendly. Other that that it appears ok. It is easy to use and understand. Cheers

Overrated GPS tracker. I thought the app would be better at locating if I paid the $22.99 and got full subscription, but I was wrong. It rarely located my children’s phones whilst they travel by bus to school. Life360 and Find My iPhone are much better apps! I have set up notifications when leaving certain zones, but I am yet to receive a notification from this app. I wish I could get my money back, but I cannot see that being an easy task! Be careful of this app as it is not very good quality!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! 0 STARSSSS. Tried it and decided not to go within the same hour of testing. Deleted my account and still got charged for 1 month fees. Checked via app and my account is already frozen. It’s not even in my Purchases in App Store. You should have your system’s talking. I apparently signed up from the website but I redid my steps and I was led to app and not sign up from browser. Everything goes back to App. Talking to online customer service fee is TERRIBLE!!! Requested for refund - DENIED. Asked to cancel 2x - still no proper confirmation. We’re back and forth on why my “deleted account” is still live. If anyone’s reading, PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!

Disappointing. Real time tracking takes you to a map of the world and rarely is in the right spot when it does pinpoint an area. Shows my son being about 8 blocks away when he’s sat with me! Disappointed I paid for premium as it’s not worth it. SOS messages go to junk mail in emails even when you’ve added the address so they don’t come straight to your phone. Seems pointless

An OK App. I purchased the premium app but it has me generally in the correct locations when I look at it but the other family members are rarely correct and when the family members look for me I am generally incorrectly placed.

More often than not inaccurate. I cannot use this with any reliability at all. Frequently it shows my son still at school yet he has already arrived at the train station 7 kms away. I know his mobile is connected to the network as he is usually watching YouTube or texting friends, and often he has just spoken to me. Why on earth it doesn’t update it beyond me.

Subscription. Just to let everyone know they say they have a 3 day free trial but there is no where to cancel when you send an email via the link it doesn’t go through you have to retype the email as well as it says to go to apple subscription to cancel it doesn’t even show up in Apple subscriptions. They are very rude with customer service and will not issue a refund even though you think they had canceled the subscription because they had sent you a previous refund

It doesn't show accurate, it shows sometimes place and hours never been there before I have written support team an email than l got automatic replay that says (because of high volume email we will contact you shortly) it was two weeks ago☹️ So that's why l found this application useless By the way you can not open other review

Not accurate. That application not good for iOS, the location too slow updates as well as not accurate. I tested while I and my wife together but the application showed we are away around 20m. So bad :(

Doesn't work properly!!!. This app is hardly updating positions off my group. I will delete this app and use "life360" which works almost perfect. Very dissapointed knowing sygic is usualy very reliable.

Don't waste your time. Positive reviews are fake. Spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out, installed the app, added the zones, invited the people, very difficult to understand, not intuitive. My own location was completely off. Looks pretty but that's it, no substance, complicated, expensive, unintuitive and doesn't do what it says it does.

Taking money after I have requested the cancellation of this subscription. I sent an email 2 weeks ago, after being charged double the posted price. I asked for the subscription to be. Cancelled, again tonight, there was 3 attempts for different amounts to be taken from my account. Not impressed. I do not have the subscription in my apple subscriptions, there is no place else to look. I am not happy!!

Very poor service. I downloaded the app for the first time and they made me pay an amount and in just 5 days, they’ve taken money from my card again. This is horrible. The money I’m using for my hospital bills has now reduced because of them.

SCAM. absolutely horrible app, there’s no way to cancel the subscription as it doesn’t show in your settings and the app itself does not provide anywhere to cancel it. save your money and don’t waste your time with this app.

SHADY APP DONT DOWNLOAD. I availed the Free trial thru their website and even if I didnt put authentication code from my bank, somehow, it goes through. Now when I tried to cancel mg Free Trial, I cant find it in my apple subscriptions and cannot log in to the website since they didnt give me emails to reset my password. There is NO WAY to cancel Free Trial so you are forced to pay even if you dont enjoy the app. I emailed them and no response.

They have been charging me without any previous notice. I was charged without my consent, and the app never appeared in my Apple subscriptions, making it impossible to cancel normally. They didn’t send any notification before charging every month or renewing, and I never knowingly subscribed. I am still waiting for their Support team to see if they will be helpful and responsive. This feels deceptive and misleading. Be very careful if you install this app.

App doesn’t work. I got charged for premium even though I cancelled in trial period and there is no way to reach the company. Opened PayPal case ALSO app doesn’t work.

Not Happy. Very disappointed with the underhand way this organisation works. I signed up for a very limited time span at a very reasonable price. That did not happen. I was charged much more than I signed up for and would like to expose the way this company operates.

Don’t waste your money. The app is difficult to use. My issue was that I canceled the subscription through the app but was charged anyway. They say that subscriptions have to be cancelled through customer service but that is not specified in the app. So $80 down the drain for an app I didn’t use. Buyer beware I guess.

Bref, j’ai un nouveau fils. Eg le mien a rejoint une autre famille… Miguel, en Ontario, si tu lis ce message, quitte notre famille, stp. Au moins le service à la clientèle a répondu, mais ça ne fait pas très sérieux.

THEY ARE SCAM DONT INSTALL. I installed the app and uninstalled it because it’s too complicated to operate and I was experiencing technical difficulties. I never opted in for paid subscription however my bill shows that you charged me for subscription. I reinstalled the app and tried to find out subscription tab but you have none. Are you scamming people? There are no place to go, check and manage subscriptions, so how did I subscribe?

Really annoying app. Don’t bother. This is really annoying. The pay screen keeps coming up and can’t get past it. Total waste of time. It’s deleted and I’m looking for a better one.

Don’t waste your money. Terrible app. Bought it on 2 phones and it actually worked better when it was the unpaid version. Only purchased it to get real-time tracking and now doesn’t track at all. Look for another tracking app and save your money!!

Does not work, waste of money. Tried it out on two phones before purchasing subscriptions. The notifications feature and real time tracking feature worked. After purchasing subscriptions ($20/phone) these features stopped working. Customer support has not answered my query (still waiting for reply after 4 weeks).

Scammers. They keep deducting money of my visa and I have no way to cancel it as the subscription is not showing up anywhere. I keep emailing them, but keep getting an automated message back. Do not download this app.

Time lag. Often, family position is hours old; accurate position updates every few minutes would be helpful.

SCAM. Do not use this. Once you realize it’s a scam, and email them to cancel, they ignore and charge you anyways. Once you email again, then they cancel and tell you they can’t refund that charge! I turned off my card so they weren’t successful but they SCAM and STEAL!

Cancel subscription. There’s no number to customer service to even try to cancel your subscription. An email is all that they have I think they waiting for the renewal to start over that is really unprofessional

Just bad. This app is not good. Harder to use than others of its kind and suffers from the same issue where we can’t track a phone properly even with their real time mode. This is worthless.

DONT GET!!!. It worked for a few days then stopped and did its own thing. It would b show he’s at home when he’s gone with his Gigi. I’m deleting it now because we left the house early this morning and it never showed that he left we got home at 5 about 30 minutes later it says that he just left. There is no point in this app!

Cancel. Trying to cancel this app and can’t find how to. Suppose to find people and they not know you are but in order to do that you have to invite them to use the app. Want to stop them from taking money out of my account and can’t find a way to do it.

app disappointment. Do not use it, apart from the fact that it is slow, it never helped me solve my problem, apart from this, they charged me $39 that was not authorized at any time. I made the claim and they never refunded me, this is disappointing to me.

False advertising. Claim that you can keep track of anybody just enter the number, but that’s not true, also it won’t give you the right target location, i immediately cancel my subscription, not recommended, save your money

Tracking history. We changed to new iPhones and now we look at the history for the day while we are at home and shows us going everywhere over 20-30 miles away. This is not good

Terrible scam. Things a terrible company and after you join there is no way to cancel subscription. Email says they will Contact you in 3 business days back but this never happened even with multiple email attempts.

Unreliable. GPS not tracking accurately, it lags behind 30 minutes later. It worked great the first month I subscribed now its not worth having. No number to call about the issue. I recommend to future subscribers go somewhere else.

Terrible app. I paid for premium years ago. It worked till last year. I contacted the people at the locator app. They said I had premium. But it doesn’t work. I try to see the track history of myself and my friend but it keeps telling me I need to purchase premium. I have premium but it doesn’t work.

Family locator. Easy to use

Doesn’t help find a stolen phone. I just bought this tonight to help a co-worker find her missing phone. I paid for 1 week, but this app can’t even track the phone. It will find it, but it won’t show you where. All it does is send a text to the missing phone. $11 to send a text that can’t even be answered 😂

Worth less app. This app will not give you exact locations, this app needs work on updating on locations. It tells you there still at one location when their already home.

Its ok. When it works. It does not update the status/location for hours. I worked with support but no luck. Perhaps it is by design to force the users to buy the paid version.

Do not get this app. It is not accurate 1/2 the time. It crashes a lot so you don’t actually know where the other person is. And if you purchase the subscription there is no place to unsubscribe, their instructions just take you in an endless loop.

Ok. This app was ok but decided to go with a different app and when I tried to delete from my two son’s phone it wouldn’t let me. I tried contacting the makers and they basically told me it’s not their issue. So I have been trying to delete it with no luck so far.
