Progress deletes when updated. I used to play this a lot and had many things unlocked. Now my daughter has started playing and I’ve found that all progress has been deleted despite all the account backups made. Also there is no way to skip opening credits scene. It’s at least five minutes come on!

Freezing. This game glitches more than the Pepsi commercial and back to the future needs attention and needs to be updated if it’s going to be currently sold in today’s market I personally would like a refund not worth 499

Want my money back!. I just spent $9.99 on coins! The app was working great so I decided to buy coins now I have no coins. But my money sure is gone along with progress. Keeps making me watch the intro and pick my starting turtle like I never played the game!

Cool game but I never play it. When I got the game I always played it 😁 But when I got other games this game just faded away🙁 So it was good but it will suddenly fade away 😐

Money grab. I bought this because my kids love the series on Netflix and the characters look similar. Instant regret - only one playable character - everything needs bought or unlocked. 4 bucks to find out you’re poor. Shredders revenge is free and way better

Great game!. When I was little I used to play this game a lot. I downloaded it again on my phone and just started playing again. I’ve only found one issue, and that is that sometimes I’ll be running and then my character freezes. Once I tap to jump they come unfrozen like nothing ever happened. Not much of an issue and I don’t really pay much attention to it, as it doesn’t happen often. Great game!!!

Why is it worse?. I first bought this game 5 or 6 years ago when it came out. It was incredibly fun, smooth and responsive. Fast forward all these years I finally got an iphone again so I got it from the cloud. This once fantastic game is filled with game ending glitches and I mean CONSTANTLY. I fail to see how the game runs so much worse on better hardware??

Won’t download. We purchased it and it won’t download. I thought maybe it was the iPad but it won’t load on my phone either.

Updates??. Can y’all please start working on the game again I finally got it back and I just wanted to say that the game is still great and is still my favorite. The only problem is that u get stuck sometimes and then u have to restart the game but that’s the only thing I noticed really but, otherwise it’s still great and one of my favorite games. :)

Fix the glitch. My kid loves the game but half the time it freezes on the krang level. Would be 5 star if they fix it.

Love TMNT. I love this game! It’s so fun, but I wish there was a way to skip the intro scene, sometimes I love watching it but other times I just want to skip it. Other than that I love the game.

Baxter attack. When I am playing with Casey in Baxter attack when I get captured I spend mutagen it only gives me a little health I hope you can fix that oh and that doesn’t happen a lot.

Magic. As soon as I download this game my iPad started floating it gave me so much memories 10 out of 10 this is the best game

Deserves 5* but........ We really like this game, our only issue is it never saves so we don’t get that far. It would be great if there were check points or something maybe after beating the boss like Baxter or something. Think we’ve only made it to Krang ship 1x. No fun when we have to play same level over & over for just putting iPad down, especially when it mostly kids playing the game.

Loved this game but there’s a glitch. Loved this game and had to download it again on my apple device. Brought back memories but every time I get to a rail or bump in the game my turtle freezes and won’t go over it. Please fix it. Frustrating and starting to make me regret my purchase.

Disappointed. I used this app with kids at work. They would choose it as their reward. All of a sudden it started crashing on opening and is not able to be used. I have deleted and reloaded and it still doesn't work. Thumbs down!!!

Love this game. This may be my favorite game on my device but I recommend a skip button for the intro, and also fix some bugs cause when I was fighting Kraang I got stuck on literally nothing and couldn’t move

Not Bad. Sooooooo... I played this app A LOT when I was younger, and yes, it was very addicting to me. Although, I feel like there could be more characters. Not to mention, the last update was 3 years ago. And yes, this review with commas, capitalization, and correct punctuation is written by a 9 year-old.

Awesome!. I love this game a lot! But a problem for me is that my characters keep getting stuck and they wont move at all. And for some reason although this might happen to some others as well, whenever i use the smoke bomb on the streets and i get turtle time on the rooftops the character and the turtle time turn invisible and all thats left is the background until the time runs out in turtle time.

Update it. Can you give this game one last update

Don’t download. I use to have a iPhone 4 and it got on phone it was fine but then in 2 weeks it loaded to 99 percent then it crashed or said can not load

Game review. This game is broken it’s good but broken sometimes I’ll be running fighting the Kraang boss fight and I’ll get stuck on nothing I was fight the boss one hit away from dying and I die so I use a mutantgen to keep going and not even two seconds later I get stuck also when doing the turtle time on the roof tops it’s will sometimes sink the character your playing as into the ground or sometimes it’ll make you repeat some of the moves and will make your character frozen until you either don’t tap and lose turtle time or you end run also I feel like it should be more up to date change the stealth model to the way they look when they defeated the mutant shredder also the pricing is a bit expensive and also fix the sliding mechanic when going on pipes I get stuck on them

Please do a slash update!. OK I love this game! And I love TMNT! But I noticed when I was looking at the characters despite the fact that this is 2012 TMNT for season one and not two is that there was no slash. I love slash and he’s my favorite character out of the whole entire franchise! So, please do a slash update! We need it! New update issue. After the latest update, we are unable to access the App as it crashes every time we try to enter into it.

Fun but issues.. I've been playing this game for a while and I really like it, however some glitches are driving me crazy. Coming out of turtle time in the shellraiser I'm floating in mid air, plus I keep getting the same missions over and over with Don, level 12 seems to be the highest with each character and I can't get my other character up levels if I can only play missions with Don it's very frustrating.

Get it together. The game is fun, however. There are a bunch of things that are broken. The coins you win in the pizza spin don't seem to show up on my game. I've done the math, and it doesn't calculate. Overly expensive bonuses that don't actually contribute to the character you are playing as is the height of grind. I know infinite runners are designed to be Grindy, but seriously. And Dogpound as the expensive character?!?!? Why not splinter? Or Shredder??? I love the tmnt, but I don't love this. P.s. let us turn off the catchphrases. After 20 minutes, they get insanely annoying.

Crashes mid game. This game is great but it crashes when u get so far on an iPod 5. And without notice, like no lag prior to crash.

Fix this app. Just loaded this app for my son, after seeing the ad on nickelodeon and it keeps crashing. It allows me to press play, goes through a scene and then play button comes up again. Then it escapes out of the app everytime! Please fix or refund my money.

More character and areas. It's an excellent game just wish that characters like slash or rhazar maybe even bepop and rocksteady and vechiles like the party wagon and also areas like dimension x could you do that please if you can people will love this game for eternity maybe

Lame poker machine.. Feel the magic as your child racks up a massive bill then cries. What a loser concept for game making. Just because you pay money at the start doesn't mean you get anything. This type of game needs its own genera so we can identify it and stay the hell away from it. Remember people if you keep buying it, they'll keep making it, so do us all a favour and don't buy it. The 3 dollars I gave them should be enough to keep them out of the bins.

Disappointed. My 7 year old loves this game, but it seems to be very glitchy since the up date, when we swipe left to right in the turtle van it doesn't move :/ he's playing on iPod 4th gen. Hopefully it's fixed soon as its an expensive game in comparison to others.

Good fun. I purchased this game for my son, I can't stop playing it. Great graphics, some nice animation, original voice talent and addictive game play that you can play any time for as little or as long as you like. I'm using this on my iPad 3.

Roof top run. Great game, but it is always crashing, I spend more time waiting for it to reload then I do playing! Maybe removing or changing some of the sound files will help? Idk, but something has got to make the crashing stop! Me and my kids just want to play! I would definitely rate it much higher if it didn't crash so much!

Crashes and loses coins and progress. Worst is that it usually crashes after or during a really successful run so you lose thousands of coins. Boo. The coins should be added en route so a crash doesn't lose them.

Non stop crashes. Game doesn't even start the first level before it crashes. Asks you to unlock your first turtle then boots you back to home screen.

I absolutely love Tmnt especially 2012 Unfortunately I used a lot of my money on this game and when it got deleted by accident I downloaded it again immediately but All the purchases I made could not be "redeemed" I had all but one character and tons of upgrades and items I hope that this will be fixed

Why can't everyone just enjoy the pizza?. I really enjoy playing this game. The only thing I found troublesome is that when you get a pizza all the characters respond with how much they love pizza or something positive, except April. She responds with "that's going straight to my hips." Just because she is the only girl why does she have to respond with negative body image? This bothered me more than it should have.

My 3 year old cat is heartbroken!. OH MY GOSH. I have an iPhone 4 and a 4s and I just bought this app without reading the reviews and I had NO IDEA it was going to crash every time I try to play it. That makes this the WORST APP EVER. I want my money back nickelodeon! I don't know how you'd go about giving me a refund since that's not possible but I'd really like you to try :( Seriously people, read the reviews before you buy. I bought it knowing it might crash (and it does) but this is nickelodeon we're talking about, huge company, they'll have a fixed update in a few days. Go outside and enjoy the weather.

TMNT Rooftop Run. I really love the game,and I am a HUGE ninja turtles fan. I want to suggest some more characters you could add in an update. You need to make Dogpound look different now that he is double mutated. You should also get to play as Master Splinter,and he should be the most coins. Finally,since Spike got mutated, you should get to play as him,too. Or maybe you could fight him or something! You should also get to fight Master Shredder or play as him,or play as Karai! I really hope you use my suggestions,because me and a bunch of my friends really though people would love them! Sincerely the biggest ninja turtle fan, Cassidy Tucker

Fun, but.... The game is fun. My 4 year old loves this game, and I don't mind playing for a while to earn coins so he can buy upgrades and characters. With the latest update, the boosts actually work and the game is more enjoyable. On the downside, whose idea was it to include April as "coming soon?" Don't the developers know that little kids with no concept of coming soon will continue to ask "can we buy April now?" I'd happily rate this game higher if the developer didn't insist on me repeatdly explaining to my 4 year old why we can't get April yet. Note: I realize this is a 9+ game, but it's younger-kid friendly as well. Simple mechanics that are easily learned by young ages.

Okay, lol at the people who think you have to grind for hours to get upgrades. first upgrade is 500 coins, you can easily get 1000 per game, anddddd there is an upgrade you buy with 500 coins, that boosts the amount of coins you earn, it literally took me two games to upgrade everything to level 2 which is as far as you can go till you get to a higher level, also I have enough to get casey, he is only 5000, like seriously, this is not "grinding" this is balanced and the IAP fill completely optional, like I can't even tell they are there. Just give the game a chance before putting it down, it could be worse, at least it doesn't force the IAP on you or make you wait to recharge an energy system. I love this game though :)

BEST GAME EVER! (TMNT RULE!). I love this app! 😄 It's super cool! My only problem is about the characters and a problem with the game "lacking behind" me in some zones on the game. 😢I end up dead because of it. 😢Unfortunately, that means I can't level up my characters as quickly as I'd like. 😢I ask that the problem is fixed. It's the least you people can for us TMNT fans because we paid $4.00 or more for it.... 😔Anyway, please give us more characters! 😄I'd like for Fishface to be added and Rahzar if possible.😄 Oh, and maybe add an ultimate level on it so the characters have to battle Shredder! 😃That would be the most epic thing EVER! 😃I really like this game, so please keep this game's awesomeness going!😉 Thank You and God Bless. 😊 Have a great day! 😄 (P.S. Rooftop Run ninja turtles 5 STARS. Really good game for kids 🙂🙂🙂

Could be so much better.... This game is wasted as an endless runner. If it was a platformer with a D-pad on the left and an attack button on the right, fighting foot soldiers on rooftops and bosses at the end of each level, it would have been epic. If it went even further and added a player 2 via Bluetooth, I'd call it legendary. Old school gameplay meets new age graphics, you could gladly take more of my money! I'm sure developers would've brainstormed these ideas, how we ended up with this as a TMNT game is beyond me. Seriously who's idea was it to use the same action (tap) for jumping AND attacking? Half the time I want to attack, I'm jumping! Wouldn't dedicated buttons for both have been better? Make a TMNT platformer game like this and I will buy it.

Extremely glitchy!. iOS 7.1.2 iPad mini 64GB: This game is a lot of fun. Having said that, the number of bugs it contains just takes away from the joys of hours of play! After the first street run (foot soldiers on top of cars), you're started on the roof with a negligible amount of energy if you ended the street run with a turtle power run. Also, the game goals tend to get stuck on repeat! After completing one task, I get the same task and over and over! This is especially aggravating since two of the three tasks are for the primary character (I think since Leo was the first character I started with) that I have completed upgrading. That means that upgrading the remaining characters can only be done through one task at a time!!! The second and third loop of Krang ship battles are IMPOSSIBLE!! The bombs land in awkward positions without any hope of being dodged! Moreover, after using a mutagen to continue, you start by exploding in a bomb and losing power even though there is no bomb there! These are just the glitches I can no longer stand... There are more! Too many technical difficulties take away from the fun...

Booyakasha!!. The game is good, but I have the original iPad, and it crashes more than it should. All games crash, just not this much. It always crashes when I lose on the Shellraiser levels, and sometimes just at a random time. Other than that, most of the time, it doesn't crash on any other part. The game is good enough to keep playing over and over again, and the character selection is good, the only complaint is to have even more selection than you already do. Shredder, Splinter, Karai, you get my drift. Overall, it is a great game. If there were 1/2 stars, this would get 3 1/2. To finish, great game, but fix the Shellraiser glitch.

The truth. I have a few issues for the money I paid. First the game has very little content, super short and only 6 playable Characters. shortly after my son was playing he was crying to me about some glitch in the game, At first I thought my child was just not doing it correctly until I tried and after beating Krang the first time it does not allow you to finish another turtle time. I kept running on the foot clan lv after beating Krang and repeated the turtle time 6 times in a row each time not allowing me to hit the counter circles. This game is way to short and has to many basic problems. If it wasn't for the many problems and lack of imagination it would have been the best side runner game developed.

Completely unacceptable!. So I bought this for my kids iPod Touch 4gen. Their compatibility info said this would work and allowed install. Crashes constantly and hasn't been able to play it once. Very upset 5 year old. I know not a big deal, but still, I bought this to make him happy not sad. Now I check back and they have added a line to the description "updating" compatibility to cover their butts now that it doesn't work as they described. And it still allows installs on the models they claim aren't "supported". They better fix this. This is not how you support software or any product. If it was properly tested and not rushed out the door they would have caught this. The paying public are not beta testers and shouldn't be treated as such. They have an opportunity to fix this immediately and simply apologize for the issues. I hope they take it.

Very bugged game with great potential!. I got this game as soon as it released, it has always had problems with glitches. I currently cannot collect coins, I earn them but they no longer count towards my total. Making it impossible to buy upgrades. However, it is a fun game. I do enjoy the gameplay and graphics. The mini games are a fun break in the running, and the boss fights rock. I will really enjoy this once the major bugs are fixed. Has potential to be my favorite app of all. Can't wait for April to be released, I hope I can someday earn the coins to unlock her :) *crosses fingers*

Unrewarding. This game has great potential, but the coin and reward system lacks the speed necessary to keep people interested. This does not bother me, but my son keeps asking why he can't play as this or that turtle. When I looked, I was shocked to find out that each turtle, after the initial selection, costs 3000+ coins. So, I gave it a try and found that the coin collection goes awfully slow. So slow in fact, that I considered just buying a coin upgrade to push things along for the little guy. When I saw the cost of the coin bundles, I just told him we'd have to find another game to play. For a game geared toward kids, it certainly has an adult's level of greed. I will not be downloading any more Nickelodeon games or games from this developer.

Fun but needs progression. The setup of this game and the graphics is nice. It will keep your standard elementary school age kids entertained for hours. But, for someone who is more mature looking for a game with depth, this app is more than unsatisfying. I agree with many of the reviews here that my biggest problem is that once I beat the boss, I would expect to progress from there and not be forced to start all over again...and again. This really turns on the boring button for me but I guess how else can the app sell a boat load of mutagens (which I will never buy). I really love TMNT and had high expectations for this game. Nice try but almost doesn't count.

Very Good and Fun! I recommend to buy.. About a week ago I bought an iTunes gift card. My brother didn't have any money so I surprised him, and bought this app for him. He loves it! He watches the show, he has a few TMNT Legos and he says this app is really fun and addictive. And I have been reading a few of these reviews, and some of them report crashing bugs. My brother plays this game on our iPad mini, and it never seems to crash. Just to wrap it all up, if you are debating whether to get this app or not, I recommend it to you if you are a fan of TMNT.

Good game but buggy. I like this game, but it is quite buggy. For one thing levels will occasionally fail to load important visual elements (like streets during street time, or the orbs during street time, or even the laser blasts from Baxter (they still damage you, but you can't see them). Occasionally it will bug on the streets and you are just driving on a sky screen and you go until you run out of ooze because there is no way to get more... Or get out of that level. Also, takes an insane amount of time to level up... And you have to do so with each character. And after you have upgraded it is almost impossible to complete challenges like "get x # of orbs in 1 run" because you are in turtle time every 20 seconds.

Fun game, let down.. After picking your first turtle you are forced to either earn enough coins through playing the game or by purchasing them. Each turtle costs about .99 each which wouldn't bother me if it wasn't a paid up front app. The game is fun but could be a bit difficult for some kids. So far any coins or turtles you purchase can't be unlocked across devices, I have unlocked a few turtles in my spare time to allow my son to have them on his iPod, so far that doesn't matter so it makes me wonder what if I get my son another iPod? Will the purchases not transfer then as well? Fun game, bit of a let down that they are price gouging kids games.

Disappointing. This game has a ton of potential that unfortunately it does not live up to. It has a little of things going for it even for a simple 'runner' the animations are great and it's backed by a huge property. But, it's not executed properly. Running on the rooftops looks and feels great I believe that should be expanded on maybe even lead to different maps instead of just the NYC rooftops. The driving segments on the other hand are awful and out of place. In a game about the TMNT the last thing I want to do is drive their truck. Those segments are completely uninspired and what's worse is that the game will oftentimes spawn your vehicle right in front of an obstacle so you have a split second to react, but you will more than likely fail to get out of the way on time. While I know it's unlikely I truly hope these vehicle segments are removed while the actual "runner" segments are expanded upon. 2 stars from me.

TMNT best. This is the best TMNT game I’ve played!!!

Good but..... I grew up on TMNT. I get the is a runner but I wish they would have added check points. At least then it would feel like there was levels when there isn't. Maybe that would be a good middle ground for the people that hate runners but love TMNT like me. I bought this game to support TMNT. I really would like to see a rebirth of them in some really great games. Soooo it's 4 out of 5 for a runner and it would be 5 of 5 if it had some feel of leveling/ short term check point. As for a runner this is the only one ill probably ever play and return to on road trips or plain rides.

Repetitive. The game starts out good, but gets boring fast. It keeps repeating through the exact same screens with the same enemy placement. I thought purchasing another character would provide some variety but it did not. Each time you lose you have to start over at the beginning. Also, it is impossible to find instructions for the game. Beware, when you first okay you have to choose your turtle and the only way to change it is to buy another. The coins on this game add up ridiculously slow. My son has his heart set on dog pound, but I cannot even imagine how many hours we would have to play to earn him. On the positive side, there are nice graphics of the beloved turtles.

Take the Money and Run. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a great way to get children to spend their parents money. Unfortunately, the game does not work and crashes right after the intro. It is wonderful trying to explain to an upset 5 year old that his game that he was so excited about playing does not work because someone has found a way to steal kids money by putting their favorite cartoon characters on an app that neither the company who owns the characters or the App Store bothered to verify even worked. Thanks corporate America for stealing a little more trust and innocence from a child through either your own negligence or capitalistic corruption. Needless to say everyone should get their money back for this purchase.

Awesome game, plagued with lameness.... The game is fantastic. My son loves it. I love it. I have it on my iPhone5 and iPad Mini and it runs great on both BUT… it doesn't sync our play between the devices! Every other iOS game I have syncs between both devices and especially since you want people to make in app purchases you should allow them to be used on ALL their iOS products. Also, if you delete the game and then reinstall it you LOSE EVERYTHING. There is also no ability to restore in app purchases once you've uninstalled the game and re-installed. (like I did trying to get the two devices to sync up.) My game center on my iPad mini shows all the achievements we've unlocked, but the acts like it's newly installed still. Please allow syncing between devices.

Almost there. Everything about the game is great. All I ask in the next update is to change the swiping and turning of the shell truck. Whenever I try to swipe or turn, I end up just going down a hole. That means I can't fight bosses,or get 100 orbs in one run in the truck. Thus I can't get level 8 with raph for his cyber gear, and fix Leo's and Mikey's cyber gear, they don't look like Donnies and Raphael, that's all! Otherwise great game!!! 🙌 oh! And also I finally got to the boss level. I was so happy, he was like 1 slither of health left,and when I shot the game froze then crashed. I didn't get the xp from 2 challenges and missed out on all the coins. It sucked. But I can do it again. Just fix the fudging crashiiiiiinggg!!!

Much better. Still crashes often, though. Since the last update, this is much better. I have a 4S and before the update, it would crash if i beat the 2nd level and you get no coins awarded for that run. Now, when it crashes, it waits until I beat the whole game, tells me I just earned 2500 coins, crashes, and I get no coins awarded for that run. Very disappointing. Not every time, though. It has waited until I beat it twice in a row, earned over 7500 coins, and got credit for zero! Also I noticed that if I play with any turtle other than Leonardo, it will only credit a fraction of the coins earned. You earned another star, but please fix the new bugs. New review: Now even playing with Leo doesn't add any coins. Only by playing with Dogpound can I earn any coins, and it crashes when I beat the game with him, giving me zero coins! I would have about 40,000 more coins right now if it wouldn't crash every time I beat it!

Great game but the update kills it!. I downloaded this game for my 5 year old son about 6 months ago and he plays it every other day. I recently updated the game last night and when he gets on the game it loads up then crashes! It is very irritating because I paid for this app and I feel bad now because I feel like I should have never updated it! please fix this bug so my 5 year old can finish this game! Please please fix the bug!

Fun initially, but flawed to continue. Nice graphics, nice animations. Good dynamics and simplicity making this a good runner. However beating same boss over and over and jumping over same level is definitely not fun. Unlike some generic runner this one offers some kind of progression, or it feels this way with tougher levels and boss fights. I imagined once i beat the boss, even at cost of some mutagen i wont see him again and continue, but no you start every time from the beginning. Another significant flaw that in app purchases are awfully expensive comparing to the rate game tries to catch using it. This is a bad practice and instead support developer for a good game such going to uninstall. just check with Tiny Tower - they are understand ftp model and apply it wisely with value for customer. All in all 3 stars max from me. Slight redesigns would help to make it fun. Good luck.

Best endless runner!!!. This game is so much fun and so addictive! My wife and i cant stop playing it and my daughter thats 4 loves it as well. Its totally worth the 2 bucks and dont listen to others about the whole freemium aspect, there is no need to buy coin you earn enough through each play through to get new characters and gear pretty fast. People need to pay attention to what devices are compatible this game deserves a better score than its getting atm. I love being a turtle!!

Hope you fix next update. *sigh* I am disappointed.. I used to like this game, but I HATE the update so much, I didn't even want to play it anymore. Let me just start off with the mutagen gem thing. It's basically just another money grabber that literally every single game has nowadays and its completely useless because I spent all of my mutagen on the FRUSTRATING shellraiser minigame. Let me get to that next, when I raised my turtle's turtle time bar, I suddenly ziplined into the shellraiser and smacked headfirst into Subway Surfers! The controls were so buggy and confusing I literally searched the menu screen for an option to turn it off, but found none. Also, the game crashes.. A lot. I was also angry to see that all my updates for my turtles disappeared! It also takes a lot of time to raise the bar of your turtle time add on. I was actually stuck on one level for 2 mins to try and collect ooze.

AWESOME game but.... I have seen this game around this internet and whatnot for a while (I couldn't get it due to account issues) but I finally did get the same last night. That being said, I haven't want to stop playing it since. The graphics are fairly decent and I'm not sure if the voices are the actual actors from the show, but they sound pretty close to me, which just rocks. I only have a few things to report, the biggest of which is that this game crashes. It's never in the same spot, but after a while of gameplay, it just cuts off without saved progress. My other small issue is that sometimes the character doesn't respond to my tapping. Just sometimes, once or twice here and there. Also, just recently, when I've battled Stockman, it's just a silhouette, as are the bombs. Not sure if it's just from the game crashes or what. But it's a great game. Worth the buy. Just please, fix the crash glitch. 👍🏻🍕🍕🍕🍕

Good game but.... This ain't a bad good its actually pretty good except for two things. First the game crashes each time I pass a level with some characters, for example Casey who is still stuck at level one. Second the controls really need to be improved since when u are running u only have one button and that button does the attack and jump making it hard to be specific with what command u want. And when u beat a level and u are in the truck u swipe to move and tap attack but some times it ignores my command in times that I need to react fast provoking me to fail. Please fix these things!!!!!! :(

Lovin it!. For one, everyone who rated this 1 star due to the game crashing before it can even start, to them I say the issue is very likely your device. Either try restarting it once in a while or perform a restore. I am using the game on an iPhone 4S with iOS 6.1.3. And the game runs perfect. Any app can experience the issue they describe and almost always, and I say this as a previous Apple retail employee who worked the Genius Bar and below customers all day with that symptom. It's truly almost never the app in question. Issues aside the app is great fun. I'm a huge fan of the turtles and love games like temple run so this app is no exception. Challenging, good graphics, easy gameplay and all the turtle awesomeness from the new cartoon. Good times indeed. My only complaint so far is that you ca only play as the turtle you initially select upon first launch. Afterwards the other turtles get locked requiring you to earn enough coins to unlock them which can take a bit. That aspect isn't so bad but I just wish the game would have informed me of that aspect before I picked my turtle. May have thought a bit more about it. But hey, at least now I have something fun to work towards. Either way I give this game two big turtle thumbs up!! 👍👍🐢🐢Get it and enjoy.

Radical Nickelodeon!. thank you for dropping the prices of all of the stuff in the store and characters. Plus you should add fish face and splinter or shredder and Baxter stockman. Also thanks for adding more money to completing turtle time and the Boss Battle is Wonderful this app is way worth 3.99. After Showdown the one hour special. You should add a Kraang Prime Main Boss battle and add mini boss battles like Shredder, Baxter, Dogpound, FishFace but when you unlock these certain characters you will battle Raphael, Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Splinter is the anticipated battle that's a little more difficult plus if you lose the fight the Kraang should be able to abduct your character. I don't know about this but could there maybe be a Casey Jones character when season 2 premieres this fall?

Worth the money, mostly.. I love this app! The only problem I have had so far is whenever this app updates, my battery dies before the download bar gets to 50%. Other than that, it is ny favorite app!!! I do have a suggestion though: in street mode, it is a little overwhelming with all the stuff you have to dodge. Also, I would really appreciate it if you could update the street mode to be quicker, as in not lagging. Because of the slowness of the shellraiser (and possibly other vehicles), I have been crashing into things when I obviously swiped my thumb to avoid. Other than those things, Rooftop Run is a great game to pass the time when at the orthodontist!!! 😄😄😄

Update does nothing. I don't know if they really fixed the minor bugs, but they sure left the major ones. Out of the 50 times I've completed turtle time in area 2, the game has crashed 49 times. The one time I made it to area 3, the game crashed on its own mid jump. Their app support website still does not work. I'm trying to play on a 4S, so clearly this game doesn't even work on supported devices. Don't waste your time or money. How did this huge glaring issue get past QA? I will never buy anything from these guys again. Such a disservice to fans. UPDATE: Now I can't even get past selecting my turtle. He jumps into the pipe, it goes to loading screen, and then it quits. App support website still not working.

Fun until I could not advance game due to glitches. This was a fun game but I can't move forward in the game because the tasks that allow you to upgrade the turtles are glitching because the programming is reversed for goals you are supposed to achieve in one run versus many runs. All of the calls that I need to get to upgrade my turtles are things like "travel 19,000 meters". It does not say in one run, but the software glitch is treating it like I have to travel that far in one run. That can't be done because the second and third kraang warships throw the purple bombs at a medium height which cannot be avoided so impossible to live through those and run that far in one run.

Awesome runner. Been playing this since it came out. Don't know what's with all the awful reviews. The game has never crashed once. To those that it does, clear your memory, reboot your device and try again. It's your device not the app. And for older generation devices what do you expect? Next gen games do not play well on old gen devices like iPhone 4. The A-4 processor doesn't cut it. Onto another note... Super fun, kind of a grind. Donatellos voice is awful and I want to see splinter and more environments in the future... But overall awesome game! Best 2d runner on the market IMO
