It’s a fun game but there are issues..... Where do I begin. I’m having fun with the game but there are some glaring issues with the optimization and the “free” aspect to it. For starters, anything you do, whether it be playing a race, looking through cars, upgrading, or literally anything that makes you switch screens there’s an ad, either a video or a pop-up. It gets extremely annoying especially when it comes to the optimization. Currently I’m running the game on an iPhone 7 Plus. The game graphics are great, however, the internet connection is downright terrible. If I’m using my own data, the game with sometimes say there’s no connection when I’m having no problem in other games. If I’m using WiFi, same issue, nothing will load sometimes or it’s really slow. Again, this is the only game I’m having issues with it. However, sometimes when an ad pops up it fixes the issue. Could be on my end but with it only being an issue with this game I highly doubt it. All in all it’s a decent game, could be better though if it went back a few versions ago where it wasn’t littered with ads and latency issues.

review. I really liked this game but i do have a couple of problems about it first, back in 2017 or 2018 the game was pretty focused on grinding but you could actually get a decent amount of tokens through the multiplayer system and the cars that are for sale through tokens were a lot cheaper but now you either have to watch adds for credits and fusion coins or still grind to get the amount of money you need for a car. second is the fact that a lot of the cars from the older days are either no longer on sale or they have a tremendous price tag to them or they were just downgraded in rank and stats like the ds survolt. it used to be a b class car now it’s d. and finally is the entire fusion coin currency it was a good idea at first to only upgrade your cars but now you need 4 million coins to buy a car that should really only cost 2 mil or should just be for sale with credits. also the car hunts are a complete ripoff now unless you buy the pass.i had an old account where pretty much all the s class cars i had were obtained through the earliest cars hunts those being the aspark owl, torino design super sport, and bugatti divo now you either get nothing on level 37 or it’s some random d class car that isn’t worth while for all the grind.

I Miss the Old. I’ve only seen one comment so far that talks about missing the game’s old look, and I fully agree. I think there should be a choice for using the old style of the care garage instead of the new, or the interface as a whole. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, the old garage where you got to see your cars was open and bright, with a window looking out. It had so much more life and charm than the now dark and isolated look. It couldn’t be too hard to revert to something that was already in the game to begin with. My other only gripe is that upgrading cars almost guarantees a forced ad. I know that you can use fusion packs, but those have so many better uses. This really slows down the pace of a game where speed is one of its focal points. Especially if most of your cars are overpriced and are forcing people to bleed their wallets dry to buy them, these forced ads really shouldn’t be necessary since upgrading cars is so important.

Excellent. I’ve been playing this game for like 6 years now I love everything about it and this year it has been really exciting to play it and when the la Ferrari was available omg it was everything I ever wanted it’s soo fast I’ve upgraded and maxed it out and now it’s a rocket ship but I have some problems with the game like for example the fact that I have to buy storage for the cards all the time is really frustrating do you guys know how hard it is to get the tokens !! And at the end spend them on storage !!! It’s a very unhappy story I can’t buy tokens I have to earn them and I can’t and will not spend them on more storage for the blueprints and cards, I now have over 100 unopened boxes that could help me upgrade my cars and finally unlock some cars but now I can’t do anything I’m stuck so please guys please remove that storage thing and have it unlimited please and please bring some more cars perhaps some Ferrari’s and lambos and I would love to if I could buy the centenario it’s not available for purchase only on R&d occasionally ❤️❤️

Great game!. One of my most fav. games played on my ipad. I have made a few purchases. Matter of fact it was the very first app I played on the iPad... The only comment I wish to add is, I wish that players who didn't have a lot of time nor the cash, could earn cash and cars quicker. But I think y'all have kinda fixed that since the last time I played. I also have recently been playing more and more csr racing and csr classics. Not a bad game either. Other than that i love the graphics and scenery of this game far more than any others out there!!! That was my first comment... now I think the controls handle like crap, I use to hardly ever crash... now every time I make a turn seems like I’m crashing... I would have given 5 stars, but I lost my progress... didn’t get a lot of my cars and races completed back. Please look into these problems I’ve mentioned... then I will consider given the game 5 stars again.

I will consider myself a Veteran. I’ve been playing this game ever since I was in fourth grade, I’m a junior now. And I can probably guess why are you shook up with tier so much. Probably because of balance making all the vehicle ratings similar in one tier. So I had almost half of class S now I barely even have one percent of it. Not much is changed over the course of these years. More maps is not making it more fun for me, and shaking up the classes sure is not making it a lot more fun for me. Excuse the salt but that’s just how I feel about it. Not to mention now it’s a little bit more difficult to complete the career races now. Because I only have what? Like one or two classes S cars now and they’re not making the cut. You know it’s really difficult to play this game it’s now merging into the phase of “Pay to Win” and I’m a “free to play” player. I earned my ranks and cars. I got it all taken away. Sure you sugarcoated that by giving us hundreds of thousands of credits and compensation for the elite cars but that still doesn’t put the Band-Aid on the cut. I’m sorry but I’m playing this game a whole lot last now; on my way to need for speed and real racing three

Pay2Win Trap. Asphalt used to be about fast cars in exotic locations doing amazing street races with all kinds of fun quirks. Nitro, knockdowns, drifting, upgrading, and now jumping stunts (which is cool, actually, not gonna lie). But the more I play this, the more I realize I can’t even get past a D Class Tesla without grinding thousands of credits for something worth playing with. The turnout for credits is too low, and the fact the prices for credits/tokens are so high for something worth while makes this game feel too much like a pay2win. I loved Asphalt 6, the cars were awesome, the gameplay was fantastic, and upgrading and getting new cars was fair and worth the time to save if you had patience, but with the new update of iOS, i’m forced to play AS8. It’s beautiful and all, don’t get me wrong, but the fact the controls are.. mm.. I’d say okay at best, and the prices are so ridiculous, (even the R&D and the unrealistic goals forcing you to test with Tokens which, in itself, is a money eater) that even if you did have the money, it’s more expensive than just going out and buying something that will last. It’s sad, really.

Annoying mobile controls that make the cars near imposter to drive. I play this game on my iPad and I use tilt controls in this game. But, every couple of days, my tilt controls switch. You will see what I mean now. Every couple of days my tilt controls mess up and it caused the cars to be almost impossible to drive properly. The first time this has happened to me, I was driving my Porsche 959 in mastery. At the beginning of the race, when I tilted my iPad right, my car turned left instead of right. I was like”What the truck is happening?”, and later in the race I have also realized that tilting my iPad right turns the car left and turning my iPad left turns the car right. A few seconds later, I changed controls because of how difficult it was to control the car with these new tilt controls. Tilt controls in this game are not new. After the race, I have decided to learn these new controls. I decided to start in Tokyo Reverse where they no turns for a while. I used my motorcycle and in the race, I was not able to control the bike at all with these difficult tilt controls, so I have decided to quit the race and by the way, this was a solo race. I have found that using a control different than tilt controls actually turns the tilt controls back to normal if you use a different control. Please please please please fix this, Gameloft.

Suggestions and Complaints (Gameloft Please Read). I love this game and I finally got my first car from S Class maxed... the Lykan Hypersport (it took a month of grinding out campaign racing). I then saved up to buy the Lamborghini Gallardo and max it for the season 9 race. Then I spent all week after Christmas grinding up for the McLaren P1 because it was on sale for 2.7 million. And when I was at 2.5 million I took a break and when I came back it set me back to 1.2 million, the coin amount I am at right now. My account is CloverDash9517 (Incase you were wondering). There is my complaint. My suggestion however is to one make the Bentley EXP10 Speed less blueprints or just credits because I really want this car. Also in one of the next updates you should add free roam because that is really what I’m looking for in a racing game. Also maybe make during championships you don’t have to max pro the car for it because I can’t afford it with the time I have. Thanks for reading.

UPDATES and REVIEWS. This game is feeling more boring since Forza Motorsport 7 came out, so here are some things that can you can do to make the game way better. You should make something called a free game. A free game would be something that people would join then once your in it you can drive anywhere you want you can race smash and stuff. You should get damaged instead of getting wrecked. Sometimes when I play the graphics hurt my eyes so at least you can lower the graphic a tiny bit. You should also add spoilers to the game to style you car. And the last please add more hot wheel cars and add hot wheels track. But the last one is add new cars for example Bugatti Chiron Bugatti Veyron also the SL and more. So next the thing is ads the ads are so dumb about this stupid goldfish thing I don’t even like goldfish and this dumb catch the flash mini game. You also don’t get this this a do a barrel roll but it end up as a flip I don’t land and events why stars can’t you at least get all 1st on a season and then unlock the other seasons and money why is it so hard to money can’t you get 9,000 money each race and that’s all if you don’t stop I’m down to 1 star.

Very great game 🏎 💨. This game is very great I love it I had it on my iPod and I finally got the Mazda furai on there then my iPod broke so now in starting over please don't make it where you have to get cards for the Mazda furai you already did that to the marrusia b2 and that was my other favorite car. I do have a question though no I'm not a angry 10 year old but some people on multiplayer are some times always in respawn mode and are like ghost is it a glitch for me or a power up thing? Maybe hacks again I'm not a angry 10 year old please respond to my question 😊 oh yeah some people play dirty like targeting you by crashing into you, again (x3) not a 10 year old really. Btw idea you should add the Delorean form BTTF with different body types from all the movies and you would have to be at 88 mph to use you boost you build up I imagine it like effects on the screen and the effects on the car time traveling idk just an idea.

The game cheats and needs to be fixed 🤦🏾‍♀️. The game is a ok game if you don’t have anything to do and want to lose soul in this hellish game. When I played the game I had a goal and it was to buy all the cars with the credits I won from races and events not by buying the credits. this misfortune of a game has always had my good review, because of how long I’ve been playing this game and cause I liked this game. Now I got back on the game and went into a match and I swear to the bed I lay on this game cheats. How does the leader of the multi player match or race become last in a CAR THAT EVERYONE WAS USING!!??!?! I mean at first I was first and no one was passing me. (So I thought) I come to find out on the 2nd lap everyone was ahead of me and for some odd reason they had infinite nitro, like what upgrade do you have to get to have that golden WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET this game when u see the cheating will raise your blood pressure and give you cholesterol when u don’t even know it 😤. I swear on everything I love if this game was a real person I would throw the hands and run it over I can’t with this game. This game is worse then falling into a trap from fortnite.

Fun but you have to pay to progress. I love this game but I hate how slow you make credits. To get 1,000,000 credits you would need to play at least 70 to 85 hours if you never watch any ads to get more! You usually get around 400 credits a race and it would take 2,500 races to get 1M credits. This amount in can buy you maybe 3 C-class cars and 2 B-class cars! It can only buy you ONE A-class if there is one 1M credits or less! However, there are events (like a battle pass) where you can get free cars. You have to complete missions which give you tokens. And with the tokens it levels you up. But guess what, it doesn’t give you near enough tokens to complete the whole event! And if you buy the premium you don’t get any extra tokens. The only way to get more tokens is by joining token events, where you need to be in the top 10% or less to event make a dent in the amount of tokens actually needed! I rate this a 3 out of 5 stars because it’s fun BUT unless you pay real money you aren’t gonna complete the game very fast. ( I do realize that the game is meant to last awhile but it you shouldn’t need to pay in order to get new levels)

All great games still have issues.... When I saw ads for this game, I really wanted to try it out, so I downloaded it and was instantly impressed. The beautiful graphics and UI just blew me away! The entertainment this game brings will make play it for hours at a time. However, all great games aren’t perfect. It is very hard to progress in this game, as cars either cost too much, or the blueprints for them are too rare. Finding 40 blueprints for a single car really just isn’t worth it, so can this maybe be nerfed GameLoft? Also, bugs... though they can be hard to find, they really can annoy someone after a while. For example, when I am racing online, the momentary invincibility after a wreck will sometimes stay on other racers, making it impossible to knock them down. Another example, in multiplayer, when the cars start, some of the other user’s cars wont move, grinding you to a sudden halt, but then they teleport forwards, putting you in nearly dead last. One more bug that ticks me off, where you respawn after wrecking. One time on the map “London Eye” I was knocked down in midair during a jump over a river. I kept respawning right in front of the ramp and couldn’t build up enough speed to make the jump, making an endless loop of me crashing. Though these bugs tick me off, I still love the game, and will keep playing it for a long time, despite the minor and sometimes major annoyances that pop up. Keep up the good work GameLoft!

Pleasantly Surprised. I was expecting a normal 🏇 type of game but this game subverted my expectations in all the right ways. While the EA loot box rates are too low (.1% chance good gear) it has a good progression and career system in place. Matchmaking is fair but elite redistribution that I’ve played against is rigged. I’ve sunk about 15 dollars into the game and it has a lot of content from unique cars and plenty of side content (you can still ghost replay for career mode as customary) but most of it is relegated to blueprints which is kinda a shame 🏎. Vertical pathways like the games title are amazing features and the multiple pathways are for the keen eyed players and really make returning to a stage an adrenaline rush instead of the grind it devolves into in other racing games. While it’s nothing to harp about, I like how much customization and interesting layout there is in the game and subsequently it definitely rises above the mediocrity bar of most other racing games.

This game steals from you. Been playing asphalt 8 for a few years now and have lost items in the game, it happens life goes on. Have asked for a few bigger items to be given back to no avail. Game Loft always ask for a screen shot showing that you had the items so I guess you should take a video of all your items, credits and tokens everyday so you can prove you owned them before the disappear. But with this update 3.3.0 it is out right theft. When you try to win a car or they allow you to upgrade a car that they let you try in a special event, it always says all upgrades will be there when you purchase or win the car. With this up grade that is not the case these updates have been lost. It takes hours if not days of farming for credits or real money to buy credits and tokens for some these cars and now all that work and money has been stolen by Game Loft. I encourage everyone to give this game a 1 STAR rating. I think a class action lawsuit it's an order for the thief. Even if it was a coding error Game Loft should make it right with Asphalt 8 players.

New play is Weak, same old same old!. Great game play, awesome graphics. I’m ok with the paying and have played for years and amassed a great garage with not paying, so I understand that to get more ultra-Premium rides, one should pay, that’s all good. I have noticed that there has not been any Season updates in forever, finished all I could basically a few years ago and it’s still the same as it was then (a few new things piped up last year or so, but not much). Also events changed from having rather cool events that changed every few days (with that one with the boost and shooting, that was really awesome!!), but now it’s only three events and they are the basically the same every time featuring a different car...gets boring. Also when adding the new purple coins and taking away the cards or something changed there that just made it more confusing when upgrading cars. Overall the game play is nothing new and course are nothing new, and unless I spend a good amount of cash, no new cars...again I’d be more inclined to spend money on premium cars if there was some fun exciting and new game play to play with them on, but I’m tired of the same old stuff. That’s for the app though, would like to get back to playing daily and spending money but it’s just same old same old now.

Great!. I love this game! I play it almost everyday, and the developers of this game have done an exceptional job! There is only one complaint I have, and it has come with the recent update. When the new update for asphalt 8 came out, I was very excited. As time progressed, I started to notice that something was wrong with the controls(when you are in a race). When I first noticed this, I was playing in career mode, and for some reason, when I’m steering, the car seems to always lean towards the right. Its kind of hard to describe, but when your device is straight, and you want you car going straight, the car always moves to the left and stays like that, and it usually makes my car crash. This is very upsetting, because that’s how I usually lose races. I have tried everything, like reducing the steering sensitivity, changing the controls I use, and much more, but none of those worked. This problem occurs in career mode, events, and everywhere else. If you could please fix this problem, I would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Awesome game. Bro I can’t tell you how well this game is made and all the mechanics that this game has to put it all together. They always update the latest models of sports cars which I love because I keep track of the newest lambos and Bugatti’s and asphalt 8 is pretty good at keeping up to date which is awesome. After playing for a while you can learn to get pretty good at the game and you can actually get decent cars. This is cool because most games it takes SOOOO LOOONG to get an upgrade on games and hold you back by forcing you to use your in game money on other things. But the fact that this game allows you to actually work and save for specific cars that you want makes the game absolutely worth playing. The only downside is that I had completly maxed out an S level bugatti veyron so it was insanely fast and top of the line but they changed it and brought it down to an A level which sucked cuz I couldn’t race in the S races anymore since I didn’t have an S level car. It was a put down but not to much I was able to just get a new S level car that wasn’t as good but still I would’ve liked to be able to make more in game money on more professional car races

Well.... The game is not bad, but why have supercars if a D-class car can keep up with it. And before some ho-bo says “Oh, but it’s an arcade racing game, that’s what happens.” Well, no, but why can a hypercar or racecar survive a ten story drop without a scratch AND go off-roading. It also feels IN GENERAL that the cars handle the same. Also, developers, PLEASE start adding more actual real cars in the game. Because when a ten-year-old plays this, he or she sees a cool car like the Trion Nemesis or something like that and wants to buy one when they get older. Only to find out it’s not real and their life gets ruined. Also there is an error(actually two, one of them is during racing) with customization that really bugs me; WHY CAN YOU UPGRADE THE EXHAUST ON AN ELECTRIC CAR? ALSO HOW CAN NITRO FIRE ON AN ELECTRIC CAR? NITRO DOESN’T WORK LIKE THAT. I have it 4 stars because of these errors. Great game!! Ps. I really like showdown mode, it’s like Mario Kart!:D Pps. Change the prices back to how they were please! Keep up the good work, thanks for adding our requests!

The others. Ever since this game came out I’ve loved it. But the one problem I have is not the game itself it’s it’s three former predecessors. Ever since IOS 11 came out I have not been able to use asphalt 5, 6, or 7. They were great games and I really think it’s possible to bring all the games back to the AppStore. I know they don’t have the best graphics or the best cars. But they all had such a thriving community. These were games I grew up playing. This was what really got people into the asphalt franchise before asphalt 8. Although they don’t come close to the technology that asphalt 8 and 9 have. I think it would great to be able to go back and play them. I feel the reason why game loft took the games off of the AppStore is because it would affect their brand as an image. However this is a very specious argument because playground games and EA booth let their players play their older gam games. I also feel why this could be possible is because about two years ago game loft put GT racing two back on the AppStore for people to play again. Although they took the servers down the game was still fun to play. I really feel like this could be possible for game loft to do and I don’t think it would effect asphalt 8 and 9’s popularity. I hope that someday we will be able to play these games again.

Great game, but updates have robbed earned cards. Following recent updates in late 2019, no longer is there class B and class A cards that many users like myself have accumulated over many months to years of strategic gameplay, rewards or purchase. This loss of earned vehicle credit is unacceptable and the infusion of dozens of other upgrades and cards (engines, new vehicles, upgrades through cards, parts) not only reduces odds of completing those remaining S-class cards and prior in-game upgrades but essentially thefts hard-earned and collected car availability. Really unfortunate and would insist that these cards be returned to use (please allow for car build from previously collected Class C, B, and A cards and continue to infuse the game with this cards. I was nearly completed with the McClaren 4/8 (class B) Porsche B-class, other Indy-type racer and Aston Martin A class vehicles... Need to return those builds ability or give users with more than half the cards collected the vehicle free to offset this dilemma. Otherwise great gameplay, fun style challenges, keep lofty rewards including tokens and also allow for engine card purchases of smaller quantities (and more reasonable token amounts (like 10-20 V6 cards for 750 tokens or so))

Amazing!. This game is so much fun! I play this more than any other game because of how well it’s set up. It’s setup in just the right way where there are always new challenges and races and cars! I really like how you earn coins and stuff for doing well in races and all sorts of other reasons and I like that you can use those coins to get cars or upgrades and stuff! There are also lots of options for real money to buy things which is nice. Don’t change a thing and thank you for an AMAZING game. The only thing I would like to see is an added view so that it looks like your inside the car while driving. Other than that it’s great!!!!! Update: still an amazing game! Would like there to be an option where you can sell things in you inbox for credits instead of just fusion coins. That would be awesome. Also, I think you should be able to sell cars for credits or fusion coins.

This game is good, but.... This game is great however it is super heavy on micro transactions, yes I get it’s a free game and you can play “everything” without using your precious real life coin it’s just that they very much want you to buy it and it’s not like it’s cheap either they charge a stupid amount for their tokens and you’ll have to pour in a lot of hours to actually allow yourself to see any progress as well as the game isn’t fun in the beginning personally I didn’t play in the beginning I played the event when they had the really fast cars out for about a few days to everyone and I didn’t get much cash but at least it was fun however only having that car for 3-4 days removed the fun out of it when it’s then on sale for just a few tokens off the next few days basically begging you to throw money at them also this game throws ads after ads at you like it’s insane but the gameplay is fun I think they tried to go for an asphalt 6 again my personal favourite and they did a good job it’s only the micro transactions that pull the game down so much

I very dislike that gold fish go cart add it crashes my game. A couple months ago you guys had simple mobile as your add sponsor and that was nice because you had a 300mph car that was really fun and and the add wouldn't crash my game but this add "Goldfish Gokarts" crashes my game almost every time or gives me the wrong boost over and over and over please take that add off and also I don't really don't like the blue prints and the cars in class B and up are way too expensive and I like TropicalTrapfire03's comment about the game crashing. when you wreck it takes like 5 second to look at the word wreck while CPU are whizzing by. And when your driving along perfectly with any mcLaren race car out of the blue you suddenly spin out of control then you wreck then it takes 5 seconds to look at the word wreck and then your in last please fix that and the ads, wrecking and the car prices speaking of prices the Ducati monster is 99,999 tokens soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo not worth it was 100,000 credits I think that was a reasonable price but that is unacceptable. the app would be a better if you fixed that thank you😄

Great, but too expensive.. I absolutely love this game. It’s super fun and addictive and I’ve been playing for a long time. The thing is, I only have a couple cars and I can’t upgrade things because it’s all way too expensive. It takes too many credits and it’s like the game is forcing your hand into making purchases. I would like to have a chance to get at least 1 car in each class without spending that much. I can’t participate in races because my rank is too low, and races don’t give enough money so I can’t upgrade. I like a good challenge. But this is too challenging, because over all of my years, I still only have A and C class cars. Even R&D events are hard because you have to keep upgrading and there’s too many races to do because I never have enough time. I like the festival format better, with the challenges. I am almost at level 8 and about to finally have an s class car. The problem with that is besides multiplayer, I can’t use it in career, because I am only in season 4. And I can’t do any of the C class races in season 4 because my rank is too low, and I only have 1 C class car. So if possible, please reduce prices, scrap R&D events, make races give more money, and maybe at the beginning of the game, give the player 1 car in every class, so at least they can play in events.

Why mobile gaming market is completely screwed.. Asphalt 8, the game that is considered "essential" on the AppStore. I'm going to be honest here by saying this game is not terrible. The gameplay is very arcade like and nicely showcases the power of graphics on your phone making for a fun experience gameplay wise. Then you go to the main menus and as your scrolling through, a pop up advertisement..... after that a banner along the screen for yet another advertisement. Game is full of it! Then as you play there are better "elite" cars that are numbers wise better and is only paid through endless grinding or throwing you entire back account at the game. Upgrades are just random number generators that don't give you anything good. Now back to the gameplay, I remember playing this on an iPhone 5 that ran the game relatively well for its time, flash forward to a iPhone 7 and the game stutters frequently, performance is terrible, clearly unoptimized. This game is the reason why "free" games aren't as fun as the used to be. Recently star wars battlefront 2 came out and EA was shamed for its pay to win/play ethic, yet we are letting this pass and the developers aren't going to listen to what the community says because they are making money. Just don't play it/ don't spend until the developers are begging for some ad revenue.

Used to be a good game, ruined by extensive monetization. I remember playing this game a few years ago, then I had to leave it for a bit. Before, everything was at least a decent price and YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY THE NOW OVERPRICED CARS FOR THE EVENTS, to name a few. After I came back, it was pretty much a completely different game (in a bad way). The car prices were completely changed and inflated (like around 100k for a Pagani Zonda R a few years ago to 1mil for the same exact car now) while money earned stayed relatively the same from some years ago. They've also introduced things like kits that eat up all your ingame money, among other things. I won't give it 1 star because the gameplay is actually pretty decent for a game like this, but I can't give any more because its just become a money pit. Companies and games are going in a bad direction towards increasingly invasive and un-user-friendly monetization tactics, almost forcing you to watch ads or pay real hard-earned money, and that is a sad contrast to games long ago that were rewarding and fun without the need to grind away useless hours at a game. The new game also follows the same principles and it is sad to see so many games width great ideas and potential ruined by greedy companies.

Price Changes. I would like to start by saying I enjoy playing this game a lot. This is one of my favorite games by far. I’ve recently re-downloaded the game, and I have seen many car classifications change, which is fine by me. My question is, why did some cars go up in price? I remember when some were around 300k-400k coins, and now they’re over a million! I just don’t quite understand that. Also, why are all the S-tier vehicles only purchasable by tokens and fusion coins? I would like to have the option to purchase with coins. Lastly, why did the “Ultimate” feature have to put on some cars? I know that this feature has been in the game for a while now. In my opinion, that’s a very dumb feature, because I remember working very hard to buy the Koenigsegg Agera R, my favorite car, and almost max it out completely. Then, after an update, I see that “Ultimate” forms of cars were added. This included the Agera R, and I was not pleased. The car I worked hard to improve didn’t have that great of stats anymore! If I’m the only one who feels this way about the “Ultimate” cars, then that’s ok. I would just prefer there to be no “Ultimate” cars. If this change could be made down the road, I would be very happy. All in all though, thank you for making a great game! It has brought much joy to my gaming life.

The game was great, but. Several “updates” made things worse. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Clearly some devs didn’t get that memo. Imagine grinding and pouring countless hours into the game to unlock A-class and S-class cars, only to have them nerfed down to B. Seriously. Before the update, the DS Survolt was B-class, but somehow went down to C. And now because of this, some events are no longer available. And then theres the ugrades system. It was fine on its own, no need to mess with it but you did anyway. I wanted to be able to simply upgrade my cars without any extra bs. But now the pro kit system was changed in a way that made it harder to do so. Like you used to be able to use just regular credits to install the pro kit upgrades but now the “fusion coins” bs just had to happen to make things worse. All the things I did to earn the good cars now just went to waste. That’s just scummy, in my opinion. You can’t just have someone work hard for something great but suddenly devalue it. Just revert everything to its original state without the extra bs please. Ive been playing this game for at least 4 years now and it was better then.

Can not play.. So first you I download the app when it is done downloading I open the app. Then When I am done playing for now, I close the app. Next, I come back to play the game about five minutes later and it says that I need to update it. So I press update and it brings me to the App Store as usual, but where it would say update it says open, like it does when you open an app from the App Store. I press open, because there is no other way possible way to update it in this case and I know because I looked, and it brings me to the app and to where I pressed update. I press update on the app again and the same thing happens. I looked at the settings on my phone and it said that I was had cellular connection. I change it to my regular Wi-fi and I get the same thing on the app I press update and I got a notification that said that my connection was timed out. I just got the app and even worse the was no way to close it the update on this app, so the same thing keeps happening it is annoying and confusing. Please tell me what is wrong.

Love it but...... Literally impossible to get a decent car. Requires too many blueprints or straight up too much money when only 1,000 or less is given for each task. They make it that way so you’ll purchase. Too bad I’m not a game addict! Luckily actually! That is just ludicrous. And asphalt 9 isn’t any better as far as wanting 40 something blueprints for one car! And only giving 1 at a time for every few tasks. Would’ve been a five star app if they weren’t trying to push people into making a purchase to have better options. I’ll never be able to upgrade my car to the third star because of the ridiculous amount of blueprints they want. I understand making it a challenge to win those things but that is just unbelievable. I wouldn’t mind having to win 300 matches or something for the cars but that many blueprints? Get it together please. Only one blueprint come in the packs as well! And then have the nerve to want like 50 of your hard earned tokens for one blueprint out of the 45 that they’re asking for!

Car games sometimes don’t work on me.. I’ve played this since It was born but for no reason when I was gonna play, it wouldn’t let me play. So can you tell me why it won’t work because it won’t let me play anymore and I’ve played it since I was 12 and now I’m 15 and it won’t let me play. (MUST READ IF YOUR GETTING THE GAME) Absolutely awesome game! If it wasn’t 99% pay to win. I love cars, like really love cars, and this game is just absolutely amazing and was super fun, until the final update.. (this update) this update has now made it 99% pay to win, what I mean is, want tokens? The main currency? How about you get 200 after spending 10,000 and then having to buy everything with tokens that you don’t have. Before the update, it was still pay to win, but less , you could still get some and use them, and the prices were mainly in fusion coins, (a much better currency) but now, they ruined it, prices, went at least 150% up for everything BUT tokens, Festivals for free cars and rewards? Nope, no good cars anymore, only if you pay :/ I used to love this game, but all the company wants is money, draining every penny from your hands. Don’t get it, although it’s a little fun, it’s not enjoyable knowing it used to be fair and fun, now it’s barely fun and is pay to win. They ruined it and I’m disappointed. RIP this game with such good opportunity, but they screwed it. 1 star. Period

Skillz Tech Review. Great game very fun, the graphics are really nice and all the cars look the same as they would in real life, asphalt 7 was a lot more realistic with the gameplay only difference between the two are the car stunts / tricks, but the reason I gave this game 3 stars is because of the crazy ads, I’ve seen this ads so much that I now know them word from word it’s really annoying they just randomly pop up I wish they would just keep the ads for 2x credits only or free gift instead of having them pop up all over the place. I took another star off because of the fact that a lot of the cars in this game you have to pay for and I’m not talking cheap bucks for a car some cars are like $100 which is dumb also you gotta do crazy grinding to get some of the cars in this game they need to tune it down a little you would think because of all the ads that pop up all over the place cars would be grind only or a lot cheaper. “”This is a Skillz Tech Review””

Great, but I don’t like the new update. This was my favorite game ever until the latest update. I hate how there are actual people that you buy helmets and clothes and stuff for. The old garage and home screen was way way better, and the old profile pictures were also way better then these new ones. This review is just my personal opinion, I understand that some of you might like the new changes. But when I logged on for the first time in a bit and saw these changes, I stayed on for about eight seconds and closed off to play something else. I really don’t get why they updated (and ruined, in my opinion) Asphalt 8 instead of just making an Asphalt 10. I don’t play any of the other versions, but I assume those other versions also got “changed” to say the least. I stead of changing the game, why not just make a new one with all the things that were changed on the 8? At least the driving of the car is the same, so actually playing is still ok.

Forces you to use real cash to get somewhere in the game. Gotta be real, loved this game at first, until I realize the ratio of winning credits/receiving tokens to the amount I’m required to spend to really get anywhere and/or buy the cars I need. I won’t ever spend money on iAPs when the app itself is free, or at least make it more reasonable so I’ll just keep replaying the same races 100s of times 😜. Even the extra nitrous, extra credits for one day, performance upgrades right before your race starts is way too expensive. You guys really need to chill out and stop being money hoggers. Also, with this newest update, how does AI manage to catch up to you without using nitrous, pass you, and maintain the lead when you yourself have a maxed out car and on nitrous? That to me makes no sense at all. It’s as if you guys improved the ‘physics’ and added a little magic to AI, to make us work for the impossible and then force us buy iAPs when that shouldn’t even be possible IRL. I’ve also had a multiple times where AI purposely crash into the wall, then the car bounces off and flies toward the opposite way, and you’ve got no chance to avoid it and you end up crashing too. Not only do they crash, when you attempt to knock them out during stronger NOS, they somehow resist, then all of a sudden turn and you both end up crashing on the sidewall with no chance of you recovering. That was never the case before the update. Come on guys, be realistic.

Cool but why. When I join the game I had to pay 127,290 game money but I literally just started the game and it has made me do lots of things but I don’t know why it keeps asking me to get 1000 something money because it’s just hard and I haven’t even played this game for a lunchtime time I do it’s all the things with me make a silly delete it only things I made it deleting all of things I do you know what’s playing in the vaccination do you need to explain it more in New York it’s weird and it’s it’s better that it was like back in and I just think it’s a cool game but it’s times like in a tick so think it takes so much space from your phone and everything like an hour to just install it and it’s just annoying Kinda it’s better than that it’s it’s better that they make it good or an exhaust patch is it please come and done with your things and have a beer blah blah blah

Potential cars, paints, and hacker crackdowns. So I actually like this game because of its competitive nature, but I noticed that even with power ups some cars cannot be beaten, which is expected. What I do not like to deal with is hackers that are with it your game. I have a tendency to record my races and on a few occasions my race placing is hacked even when I crossed the finish line before someone else. I notice this only happens with races with hackers present, which even glitch out so they cannot be knocked down or even seen when they’re right in front of you on the minimap. I like most of the cars in this game, one example being the Nissan GT-R cars present in this game, albeit I would love there to be all the Skyline GT-R cars. I also would suggest adding in the Toyota Corolla AE86 with Initial D’s Fujiwara Tofu Shop decal on the AE86, and for more cars using the rotary engine, the RX-7 FC3S and FD3S, or other Nissan cars like the Nissan Silvia cars, and the Mazda MX-5 Miatas. As of right now I’m also experiencing a problem with rating in competitive multiplayer, where my ranking is 1,885 but I was still counted as a silver, so when I tried to collect my rewards for the season, I wasn’t and still haven’t been able to obtain them, disallowing me from playing multiplayer at all. If this could be patched on my account(Pinoiboi Lyle)I would greatly appreciate it.

Amazing a few things tho. Okay first of all this game is the very best!! I hate how much some of the cars cost. You’d have to play for days to get a class C and up car. It took me about a few weeks of play to get the Mercedes Benz Biome which I kind of regret. One problem I have is Class B cars and up tend to suddenly spin out and crash. Which frustrates me because sometimes it happens when I’m @ a good spot but then it just suddenly spins out and I go down to like 24th place. It’s happened with my Mercedes Benz Biome, and Bugatti Centodieci. So about the Mercedes Benz Biome and me regretting it a little bit. It has next to zero drifting capability. So don’t play sector 8 with the Mercedes Benz Biome. You have to drift a lot in that one It’s spun out on me about 3 times on the first like 5 races I played with it. I still love the game don’t waste your money on paint jobs tho. The cheapest on on a class D car is like 18,000 game credits. UPDATE I love the new update that came just barely. It’s awesome! Could you please In the next update add more tracks. Because Wright now all the tracks are getting a little old and I think it’s time you’ve added more tracks.

Definitely worth playing but... Don’t get me wrong, I love playing this game. The graphics, effects, sounds, and music are phenomenal. I first started playing on my tablet then eventually started playing on my phone. I’ve had my progress reset when I first got it on my phone but I didn’t really care much. I don’t really play racing games much but this one is just too good to stop playing. But there’s a problem. About 3 weeks ago, I opened up the game to find out I’ve been banned for no reason. I don’t know what I did because I never hack in any games and I think hackers are losers. It’s been over two weeks and I’m still banned. If this is just some kind of bug, then I just want you to fix it so I can start playing again. If it’s not a bug, please reply to me and tell me why I was banned. I understand that you are just trying to make the game fun but I didn’t do anything wrong to get a ban. Also please don’t delete my progress because I have some nice things I want to keep. Thanks for making the game fair at least. I still give you 5 stars though.

OK, Real Talk. I’m not gonna lie, the game is great. But only if you turn off wireless and Wi-Fi. The thousands of in-app purchases are ridiculous. The billions of ads are insane. The company is greedy and they want the player to “help support the game by paying for something” because they don’t know what the definition of “enough” is. If you are just viewing the garage to decide which of your cars you’re going to use for a race, twenty ads pop up. You’re admiring your car in the main menu? Seven ads pop up. Plus, when you are just preparing for a race and the item menu shows up, if you accidentally slide your finger over one, including the watch ad nitro, it will activate it and waste your life. If you are opening a crate? An ad pops up before and after. Viewing the crates? Ads. Restart? Ads. Selecting a mode, such as career? Ads. Choosing a race track? ADS! Enough with the ads, you uncultured swines! Also, learn to respond to issues and reviews! You’re not making a great name for your company, Gameloft. It’s annoying how the game wastes 50% Battery in two minutes as well. Update it. Fix it. Don’t break it. Don’t make it worse. Recreate it. Really make it “free to play.” And if you don’t, just throw yourself against some real asphalt and hurry up and get lost. I’m tired of it. Idiots.

Shameful. I have been playing the game for 8 years on and off and the Gangster Vegas Update is the worst one in years. It’s not that the season was bad or something like that but the new upgrading system needs to revert back to its former state. Or at the very least, it shouldn’t be extremely expensive to upgrade a D Class car. And this is a shame as the game was heading in a good direction during the previous seasons with balance changes and QOL improvements that the community generally liked. And I don’t mean that every festival should be F2P friendly or F2P players should get more ultimate upgrades, but what I am saying is to make the game a little bit more F2P friendly and not introduce an update where upgrading your car will take many months. I am not making this review out of hate, I am making it out of care because I feel like the game is in a bad direction. I hope somebody at Gameloft will read this not as hate but as constructive criticism.

I love this game although I have one problem. I’ve had this game for the longest time and am one of their happy users I really have no complaints about the game itself I’m happy with it and enjoy trying to win races not to mention the graphics are amazing. Although I purchased myself a new iPad and re downloaded asphalt 8 to be able to continue playing since my data is saved but my screen is stuck on the home page it loads the daily reminder and I exit out of it to soon hear the sound of exiting out the reminder over and over again and the screen seems to be stuck on the page where it’s glitching out. I mean what????? I love this game and I can even seem to play it which really disappoints me and I don’t know whether it’s the game or my iPad although my iPad hasn’t had any problems with any other games but this one. Nonetheless i do hope you can help me with what’s going on. I have the new iPad Pro 11in could it possibly be that?

Wow what happened to my review. Deduct a star for erasing my review.. First review complained of spending $40 USD on a super car to be outrun by a Dodge Dart. Don’t understand this at all. Money should purchase power. It will cost approximately $300-$400 (or more) USD to purchase enough credit to buy a super duper car. When it’s not on the track, it better be in my driveway. Update: things get fishy Apple TV 4K Dual Shock. So many bugs work it out. Cars not responsive. This is not good when spending money and the clock is ticking when we add cards for extra nitro or double point. The 5 min cards are useless considering it takes 5 min sometimes to start the game. The least you can do is make the car react immediately to the DualShock so we are not wasting more time for a non responsive car. Seems like you all have got it worked out for making the maximum benefits to the developer $$$$$ and that’s fine the game is fun in all actuality I rate it five stars but not when you’re playing with my time and money, and lining your pockets in the meantime. But love the game♥️Now work on having my overall score reflect it. Because I’m going to hate to keep giving up my money and having it played with in this sense. Because the problems obviously can be fixed. And all of my devices are brand new. And I have the best internet.

Very good game....but, needs a certain update in...... It needs an update with the customization, I think the customization could be really amazing if you do it right, like, different tires, brakes, kit, windows, mirrors, exhausts, etc, all that stuff, would make it so much more enjoyable than just having fun racing 👍🏻👍🏻 So, since the new motorcycle update, I have thought of another idea, the new gameplay for the motorcycles are very good, because it makes you want to use the ramps, and it's just very good in general. So what I think needs to happen is this, revamp the gameplay for the cars, such as maybe when you start out, you do the whole drag racing thing every time you start, which will give you more boost right away, or maybe a full boost, or maybe just increased take off speed right away. The part that I'm about to say might be a little too much, but would make it cooler. So when you drift, as a car and motorcycle, you could have it so that you can have somewhat of a "drift racing" mechanics in there, which if you drift good, you can get a better increase of boost, but all you have to do is stop drifting, it's not like it would take away from racing all together, it would just be cool to have the little bit in it, especially on some maps where there's a large space that you'll have to drift in. Anyways, that's it!! 👍🏻👍🏻

If your not planning on spending…. Might as well not even play. The costs in this game have made great playing experiences out of reach for anyone just starting. They give you a few ads per day to make a few credits (12k) and that’s it. The fusion coins you need to upgrade 95% of the vehicles can only be won in events and, when ever your luck is good and spinning the wheel, ads. You can make 50k fusion coins. They took away credit farming, not that it would be useful today since you need fusion coins to purchase or upgrade. Also, you need the vehicles pro kit cards. To get those, you need to win wild cards in events…which you can not do without a decent vehicle. If you win them, you change them into you vehicles pro kit…that’s 180 of them costing 100,000 each. Remember when I said I get 12k per add a few times a day. 12k per ad, How long will it take you to reach 200,000,000? So u got your cards, now u need to use the cards to upgrade the vehicle. That needs fusion coins…another thing you only win during events. this game caters to those who have the money to play and not much more.

Entirely too many ads, mirotransactions. I ended up deleting this game solely due to the fact that once you hit a certain point, you cannot advance without buying credits. The motorcycle career cannot be completed without buying packs to try to get the KTM motorcycle. Cars are insanely expensive, and upgrading the ones you have results in negligible improvements. Credit payout is much too low. Even with a perfect run (5 stars) and the double credit bonus, I get less than 5,000 credits. That means I'd need to complete over 35 races perfectly in order to buy a mid-level car. Then that car may only be eligible for maybe 4 races per season, which means I'd need to buy 5 or 6 of those mid-level cars to advance to the next level. That's nearly 200 races. There's simply no way to advance beyond entry-level cars in this game. If you have hundreds of dollars to throw away on buying credits and packs, then go for it. Otherwise skip this game. The only reason I rated it 2 stars was because it was a good time killer for the 30+ hours I played it.

I’m a bit disappointed…. I have been playing this game for many years, and when I say many years, I mean I’ve been playing ever since 2014, so trust me when I say I’ve been apart of this game for awhile now. I’ve been able to see how asphalt has drastically changed over these years and when I say “drastically” I’m not exaggerating when I say this, it’s because I no longer recognize this app. I am fine with little changes since this app is getting older and there needs to be some sort of a improvement, however I longer recognize this app. Over the years I have noticed that this game has become a pay-to-win game, you’re literally forced to spend money in the game in order to have some sort of success. It’s become very hard earning tokens/credits and trying to buy way over priced cars, which just makes it un-fun. The memories I have of the game in its earliest years will never leave me, and that’s because it was that unique and lovable, now I look at the game and I don’t feel those feelings any longer. And no, the world does not revolve around me and my feelings of the game, but I am sure others out there feel the same way I do. I hope the game will maybe one day be somewhat like it was back then. I just want that original uniqueness back. Thank you for reading.

--. I'm not stunned by this game, but I am definitely satisfied with it. I recently went on a game-downloading frenzy because I was going on a 12-hour overseas flight in Economy (which if any of you have been there, it is quite torturous if you can't sleep and have nothing that interests you). This game alone was enough to keep me from dying of boredom from the car-ride to the airport all the way to the 12 hr flight. I'm not really one to play many games, especially car-themed games, so I will be honest in the sense that I have not played any other racing games to compare Asphalt 8 to... But as far as I know the mechanics, the graphics, and the overall gameplay would be a generally pleasant experience for everyone-- certainly for me at least. I also particularly enjoy that there's a 'diverse' selection of gamemodes ranging from the Infectious gamemode to the Knockdown one to the plain, fun, casual racing gamemode. I can't really name anything that I truly dislike. Like I said, this game won't make you excel in exhilaration or excitement -- but, in my opinion, it is very-much so satisfactory. Not to be a smart-alec but If I could I would've given the game a 4.1 or 4.2 star review 😂🤔

Better than the new Asphalt 9 Legends. Can I tell you something, I love your games and play it non-stop. Such an old game with new graphics and updates always coming to entertain. Too expensive to upgrade. Hi Gameloft! This game is amazing but I wrote to ask why it’s so expensive to upgrade my Lamborghini Urus. I am not really a fan of the fact it costs 100,000 fusion coins to upgrade my car. With that setback I am unable to complete the Lamborghini event. Other than that the game is great. I just got logged out of my account driver 5856 and I lost my progress during the Lamborghini season and I almost passed stage 2 and I lost all my money and cars pls get me back on my account thanks a bunch though

Can’t express my dissapointment. Five years ago i started playing. I unlocked cars i liked, the UI made sense and it wasn’t just pay to win. Then three years ago they updated, so many cars were removed and they added in another currency. I’ve held out on deleting the game for a while in hopes everything would go back to normal. Today i open the game and find it only has 3 of my hours saved, i have barely any cars all in class D (i really miss my S class lotus and it still shows it as my top used car) and the coins are worthless because you cant even buy new cars with them anymore. From one of my favourite games to a permanent sore spot. Don’t waste your time.

Feature Request? For Apple TV?. Asphalt 8 is a fun racing game to play. The new cars, events and additional limited edition vehicles are one of the things that make it awesome! But, it’s way more fun when playing with friends. Could there be a party mode added where racers on mobile devices can join the party on the Apple TV on local wifi and instead of one racer taking up the entire screen racing, it could be like a spectator mode divided up into smaller screens showing each individual racer? It can be for those parties and events where not everyone races but can spectate on the races and everyone can see where everyone else are? Or instead of smaller screens, it can be a full screen of each player but every seconds or so it changes?

Addicting Game but found known issue. This game is addicting that I almost played this nearly an year! But since I updated my IOS to 11.1 (IOS 11.0 worked), the gyro effect started to tilt to one side and I was struggling to tilt my car, eventually it became worse. I haven’t restarted and checked yet, but this is just what I saw the issue. If you can fix this issue and maybe more IOS support for gyro effects, then I can continue the online races and events. Thanks for making this game better!

Best game but one thing. Best racing game. I did some math (not to scale) and worked out if I wanted to get the Keonigsegg One:1 (1,650,000 credits) I would have to play 550 races on career, each race earning roughly 3000 credits and taking 2 mins to complete on average. All this gaming would take 1100 hours or 45.8 days or 8% of a whole year of gaming. I’m instead going to save up for the cheaper Keonigsegg Agrea R (450,000 credits) which could take 71 hours, nearly three days of gaming. Please make cars cheaper like the Keonigsegg Agrea R being a fair example.

Love Game. Have loved game ever since I got it 3 Years ago. It is a fabulous game and has tons of cool things in it like motorbikes. I saw a comment that there should a place where you can sell your cars. I really think this a good to idea for example if you don't have that much cash then you can just sell your old cars you don't need anymore. More would love a sort of bidding feature added especially since most of the cars cost so much. Overall I loved the game when I got it and still do now

Festivals. In my opinion I love this game and have finally learned the reason for doing all of the events and stuff, but I now come with a question. Why do you not give us cars in the festival without having to pay? That is the only way for people to get cars when they don’t have money from having fast cars and playing the gauntlet, please put at least one free car back into them. Ps: good game love everything including how many cars you guys have

Playing with friends online not on the same netwirk. Hey game,off. This game is insane but there’s one thing that would be amazing. There should be a way to play with friends online. It says local play for friends but what if we want to play online with friends it would be nice if you added a online and local toggle so we can play with friends the we added as a friend request so if you see this messege please add online friend rooms not just local friend rooms

Epic game in all but the older version was better. My S-class car was much faster and better before the “ultimate” update even though it wasn’t fully upgraded it goes 20kmh slower than before. Also I think the credits are too hard to get and too many cars need them. At my stage half my cars either don’t exist or you need credits to buy them. The pro-kit coins are annoying because I lost most of my blueprint cards because the got rid of the cars so I can’t get more of them because I need more storage which costs more credits! So I can’t make any more progress. Apart from those annoying things it is an amazing game hard for newcomers and I definitely recommend it. They tried to bribe me by giving me credits daily but I still want the old keonigsegg Agera R

Unfair. First, the multiplayer races matches you up with players with boosters giving them an advantage if you don’t have the boosters. Second, the blueprint cars that were obtained when they required blueprints, the owners must get something because they have obtained them while they were requiring blueprints. Blueprints are a pain to get and the drivers must get a refund of what the car is now worth. Also, now that fusion coins are a thing, there is no alternative way to get pro kits apart from using and buying tokens with real money making this game a pay to win game and many people, children in general are not allowed to spend money reducing the amount of people playing the game.

Terrible ads system. Playing from iPad became a nightmare. Every single time you want to play a game you are forced to watch 30 seconds ad and after you have an option to download an advertised product or wait for another 15 seconds to skip it. However, what really made me frustrated is that bug where this skip “x” button never appears. You watch an ad and you literally can’t skip it. You have to close down and restart an app and after there is a gamble which ad you gonna have. The reason I wrote that comment is because I have activated all 3 “5 mins boosters “ and wanted to play a gauntlet race. Before starting I had an ad which is impossible to close(was waiting for over a minute), so I restarted the game and got that ad again. I repeated that process several times and when I finally got through what ad I’ve realized that all my 5 mins boosters have already expired. Was playing Asphalt for years and always had so much joy, but spending more time fighting with that ads rather then racing takes all the fun away from me. Hope Gameloft will address that issue and fix that issue.

It used to be better. Back before 2018, it was a real pedal to the metal driving game, to get new cars you’d have to save up credits and tokens. But nowadays they have these new cars costing you to do these kit things, but they are extremely difficult; So basically to beat these things and get new cars you either have to be a god, or you have to pay to win. And blueprints... Don’t get me started on blueprints, they ruined the game. However, In the time I played I had a good time. I just gonna pray for future players. 4*

Is there a bug?. At some point in the last week, credits earned for a win have reduced by 90% and at the same time upgrade costs for Boost etc. have increased by over 300% (in the Career element of the game). Really hoping this is some sort of bug related to how in-game credit is applied - and hopefully it'll be resolved soon. Could it be that Gameloft have intentionally applied this adjustment to shift the goal post, having a sole focus on their own bottom line and revenue? As a well-known entrepreneur once said "Look after your clients and they'll look after you". I really hope this is just a bug, and not Gameloft taking their clients for granted. If the former - great, looking forward to the fix. If the latter - I'm out for good, and will avoid Gameloft altogether, as will my whole family. Thank you and good day.

Long time player with a lots problems. I started playing this game in 2014, back when the DS Surolt was around 10k credits, this then increased to around 50,000 but this was understandable considering how powerful the car was but this car now sits at 300,000 credits which is absolutely absurd. Before for 300k you could get an S class vehicle. Now you can barely afford a base C tier. Another problem I have is cloud saves. I stopped playing this game in 2019 before resuming this year and I have noticed the fact that my old cloud games are not recognised and I always have to restart the game. When I stopped playing in 2019 I had over 550k credits with multiple cars in S tier. After coming back I has to completely restart.

uhm?. I’m obsessed with this game there’s not rlly much I would change apart from the space it takes up but still love it anyway. The only problem is the app is telling me to update the game but there is no update even when I refresh my entire device it still tells me to update to then I delete the game and get it again and still tells me about the update? I want to ignore it but I can’t exit out of the update sign it’s so annoying because I want to keep playing it but I can’t please fix this bug!

Game glitches when I don’t play it for a long time. Hi Gameloft, I really liked the game when I first installed it, but when I started to get bored and delete the game, but I am happy that it saves your data. After a long time I decided to reinstall the game, but when I reinstalled it, it glitches so I cannot play, and I tried restarting my iPad, deleting the tab, deleting the app and reinstalling it but is kept glitching. The glitch noise is the noise when you go into the garage and you press the arrows to see the next car, that is the noise the glitch, and I hope you can fix it. By the way, this game is very fun and good.

Fix this -An OG player. You need to fix the local wifi joining program. It does not work for some people due to the difference in each settings. Despite devices being of the same brand, they still have different settings. My phone does not have “allow access to local network” while other settings do. This is the cause of me being unable to join other members even while being connected to the same wifi. I am only able to turn on my data which still does not let me join to others, even if shared since settings are different.

A problem and a bug. I’m an og player. Trust me. I remember the times where asphalt 8 had the old garage with the city in the background. But it’s surprised to see how much has changed, especially car prices. It’s very hard to get powerful cars from near end of all classes. And tokens are ridiculously so hard to get and so is cash. I’ve played asphalt 9 ever since it came out on a different device and I can tell that currency is easier to get. And with my bug problem issue when my IPad and asphalt 8 updates are up to date I simply cannot play. When I tap the app it loads and say new update ready to roll with only the update button and it brings me to the App Store. I downloaded it again for a trip of nostalgia but it won’t let me. Please fix this problem.

So Good But.... The game is legit the best car game I came across. Everything about the game is so good but there is one reason which annoys me. When I first started playing the game the events, the store and multiplayer mode were available and were very fun. But the second time I played it they weren’t available and it said to check my internet connection. So I checked it and my internet was already on. Until today I can’t access the events, the store and multiplayer mode. PLZ FIX THIS PROBLEM PLEEEEEEEEEEEZE.

Great game!. It’s easier to get credits now with daily rewards in MP and also good rewards for ranking up. The career mode is great when you can’t race online and takes a good amount of time to progress through (I still haven’t finished). I don’t know if it’s just me but about 1 in 3 games my car just suddenly swerves to the side and crashes itself messing the whole race up so I go down in MP:( other than this it’s an awesome game:)

WORST car racing game I’ve ever played. This game is honestly a joke. The steering mechanism is absolutely useless, no matter what controls or sensitivity you have, the car won’t turn and it’ll just crash into a wall, wrecking and allowing other people to overtake you. When you use nitro, which is literally the only way you’ll overtake anyone, the steering becomes even LESS responsive. Same with the drifting. It does nothing. It just slows you down and half the time it doesn’t even work. Playing with real people is the worst because you’ll get into games with idiots who just slam you into a wall when you get close to them. Plus, other people may have better cars with better acceleration/nitro, which means that no matter what you do, it’s an unfair race. Everything is outrageously expensive (if you buy a car there will be PAINTS for it that COST MORE than the car itself!) and you can tell the developers are just money-hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this sorry excuse for a game to my worst enemy. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Cars are too expensive. The cars are too expensive and it takes me so much time to buy the car that I need. I am on season 3 but I can’t play it because I CAN’T BUY A CAR FROM THE C CLASS! I just have to repeat the races from season 2 again and again and watch ads to get multi-credits again and again. This makes the game boring. I would really appreciate you awesome developers to reduce the prices of cars. Other than that, the game is a masterpiece! I really hope you act upon this review. Why don't you? FYI this just happened to me for the 2 time. Why don't you guys make it so that when you accidentley go out of the game in multiplayer you get the you would have received if you kept on going at that position with the nitro or with out it. Also when we loose our internet connection at even the start of the race you receive the points in that position and for the ones that didn't loose there connection they still get there position points at the end of the race and you can only accidentley press out of the game once per 3 months you'd be surprised at how many people make this mistake at least once every 3 months!.

Great game but it won’t let me in after update. Ok I just want to say I love this game and I support it very much and prefer it to 9 but I have had an issue with the game ... so I load up and then it says get the latest update. So I go to the App Store/play store and I see that it’s already updated... ummmm ? Online Multiplayer suggestion. Thank you for adding more cars, motorbikes, features, events, and race tracks to this game. About the Online Multiplayer mode, it would be even better if we could choose what Race Mode to have, not from voting, but from having 2 options to choose from before entering a room. These 2 options should be “Classic”, and “House Rules”. - “Classic” - Normal race every time. - “House Rules” - Randomise every time between “Elimination”, “Infected”, and “Showdown”. That way, people who want to play “Classic Race” would certainly get to play that mode all the time if they wish. People who want to mix things up with a different variety of Race Mode gets to do that. Because I’ve noticed when I was playing the game, most people want to play “Classic” mode, and a few players want to play other Race Modes. The result was that it was always Classic, and people who wanted to play other modes didn’t get what they want. Please ask me any question or anything. I’d be very happy to respond to them. Because I want to help you make players have even more fun. Also, with the nitro system, I would also like Level 3 nitro to be Red instead of Purple. I want Perfect nitro to no longer have the blur effect, because Perfect nitro isn’t any faster speed than Level 3 nitro. With having Red for Level 3 nitro, and Purple for Perfect nitro, it would be much easier to distinguish the difference.

I would like it more if car were a bit cheaper as there like millions and its hard to earn. The credit after races are to low. Hello. I am kristy and I have been playing Asphalt 8 for about 4 years now and I love it, but a few updates ago you change how much credit we get after finishing a race. So now it takes even longer to buy cars or upgrades and so on. One other thing, with the festival I find it so stressful that I can’t get enough upgrade cards to upgrade my cars. Could you please add in like a store or card box so we can still get them with out buying the premium as some children also play this game. Amazing game, but.. This game is one of the most brilliant games in the world! I have had this for quite a while and i deleted the game for some weird reason. But i have recently come back to cars and have come back to the game realising that all my stuff and real money purchases are gone. This game, literally stole my money! I can not forgive game loft for not giving back my purchases after i did “restore purchases.” I hope my stupidity fixes this, because im starting to get mild depression.

This game has been ruined. I used to play this a ton and, though it was a grind, it used to be able to be viably played free. Now, even to get a bang-average car you NEED to pay (as in, the currency to buy or the car itself is not available any other way than paying). Even upgrading cars is near-impossible without either grinding events for a solid many weeks or paying $100+ PER CAR. I was ready and happy to put in a little cash to grab a head-start now that I’ve started playing again, but now I wouldn’t dare because it won’t even give that head-start anymore, and most of the cars I had in the past have either been removed from the game or just removed from my profile and locked behind a paywall. Gameloft, fix it up and make your game worth playing

Tips and ideas. I really enjoy this game. However it has become far from what I remember it as. I feel that many of the upgrades and cars are to expensive to get as they were. It could be also noted that many of the races that were once considered challenging and entertaining to me are now way to easy. It would be greatly appreciated if their was a bit more of a challenge in the lower classes as the Dodge Viper going against a much slower car is no fun at all. If you take anything from this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I got good things and bad things to say. Firstly I really like the new multiplayer and here’s a tip for all players, get the Porsche Taycan turbo s, it destroys everything in multiplayer when it gets to rank 1450 and over. Something else I need to say is that the creators of this game need to fix up the festivals. I’m not asking for much, just this, stop with festival premium pass. Only ultimate cars should be on premium pass. My family is struggling financially and if I could I would by premium pass but I respect my family, so please stop putting cars on premium pass. Only ultimate cars should be on premium pass. I love this game I want the best for it.

Wow wait OMG. Yes this game is amazing and great but just because it’s update does it mean the car get more expensive, like a Austin Martin db11, is some how more expensive than the old priced Mercedes Benz biome, and a s class going to a A class, 1 million, tokens are hard to achieve but it’s fine, some are moved to the wrong place, this game is to me as 999 level jaw drop. If an millionaire had 3 million they can only buy 1-5 cars, please update it to the normal price, I thought it will be cheaper like the db11 would be 80,000, al little more from the normal price not a 300,000 dollar difference. I would announce as this game is brilliant but dead. I rather play asphalt 9 now even though in my feeling that asphalt 9 also isn’t the right game for me so probably for now on if there’s a new update, decrease the price and make money easier to earn like 1 completed mission would be able to give you 50,000 dollars.

Hey devs, just answer me this: are the cars and credits being made ridiculously expensive in order to force people onto asphalt 9, so that you can eventually remove this game from the App Store? You only seem to respond to people who are complimenting you or have minor bugs/problems, which leaves us, your players, to guess and come up with our own conspiracy theories. Very harmful to your image. You aren’t addressing the elephant in the room. Prove me wrong by responding with more than just an auto - generated, generic, “we’re going to look into it” reply. If there is no response, that is kind of an answer in and of itself.

Boo Hiss. I’ve been playing this for years & have literally spent many thousands (real money) on buying and upgrading my fleet & the latest update is utter rubbish. The new multiplayer restricts you to the lowest cars until you ‘earn’ the right to go up a class. Rubbish. If I want to race my fully upgraded Bugatti Divo why can’t I??? Flogging around with D class cars that suddenly seem to be very vulnerable to knockdowns from a bit of light contact from the guy next to you... ridiculous. Every time these guys do an update it gets harder and more expensive to keep supporting this game. Greedy! Buy credits to be in a race to win a upgrade card that I then have to spend credits to use... worse than the tax department. I think it might be time to delete & go find something else to spend my money on.

Probably best mobile racer! Just a few issues... Hey Gameloft and A8:B devs! I really love this game! It’s a nice time passer. Just a few issues I have with this game.. 1. Buying cars. I feel like there should be a feature when you buy a new car it says “Are you sure?” and has yes or no to make sure if you wanna buy it or not. I remember accidents buying a car I didn’t want cause my finger brushed by the button. 2. New rank? I wish there was a separate class name “X” for race cars or touring cars. So for the F1 cars and some other cars like the Pagani Zonda R (or whatever it is), they could have their own class. 3. A “sell car” feature. WE NEED A SELL CAR FEATURE! If you bought a car and decided “ehh i don’t want it anymore” you should be able to sell it and earn half of the money back (i.e: car costs 10k, i would get 5k back for selling it)! But this wouldn’t work on event earned cars. That’s all! Thanks to anyone who is reading this! Buh bye!

Cars are too expensive. Hi Gameloft, I’ve been reading through some of the reviews for your brilliant game and they all have the same issue as me. The cars are too good expensive to buy and take an lifetime to save up for the. This means that you can’t keep progressing in career because you need more stars and you don’t have the cars to get them. A few suggestions if I may, First of all either make credits easier to get your hands on or make the cars less expensive. Secondly, the token system takes even longer to save up for, so perhaps give tokens to racers after the race and lastly, A search bar for cars you wish to buy rather than going through the whole collection to find the one. In terms of the game, it is to say the least, Sensational. I first heard of the game from a friend a completely love it. It could be a five star review from me if my suggestions were implemented but for now a 4 star will have to do.

Where are the Holdens?. This game is ridiculous. Not only does it glitch and put cars in 24th position, and way behind, in front of you when you’re in first, but there aren’t enough REAL everyday rides, or Holdens. You need to put the SVJ, SF90, COUPE 60, AND “SCION FR-S”- TOYOTA 86 on PERMANENT sale. Also, the 86 which you call the “FR-S,” should be in C class. As for Holdens, add HQ, CV6 AND CV8 MONAROS, VF, VK, VE, AND VL COMMODORES- ALL THE COMMODORES AVAILABLE AS SS-V, CALAIS, AND THE VF, VK AND VL ALSO AVAILABLE AS DIRECTORS. THE VL DIRECTOR A SIMILAR PRICE TO AN S CLASS- THEY ARE RARE CARS. THE SS-V COMMODORES OF THE VE AND VF SERIES CAN GO IN EVERYDAY RIDES, THE VF SS-V HAS AN LS3 ENGINE, MAKE IT FAST, and the SS-V VE Commodore also has V8, but not a Corvette engine. Put it in C. If you haven’t broken the game trying to add those cars, add a Porsche Taycan in A class on permanent sale, and the GR, A80 and A70 Supras. Don’t put the VK and VL commodores in everyday rides, they are rare. If you add these cars before June 14th 2020, I will be infinitely grateful. Do it for Australia! Also, a non race mode would be great.

Good game but a few bones to pick. I will start by saying I got this game about 3 months ago and I am practically addicted to it because I love it so much. But....... there are some issues that need to be addressed, specifically THE PYHSICS! Please, please, please fix the physics, mainly the ‘wreak’ feature, I am sick of crashing into a wall or something( with brakes on )and still witnessing the car literally explode, the only time this would be reletivly appropriate would be when hitting traffic(from the front)making the car suffer collision damage, cracked windshield, dents, ect would be much more realistic. Otherwise, thank you for your efforts to make this game as great as it is

I mean it’s still fun. I have been a long time player but had a break for about a year. I’ve returned recently and I love playing it but a lot of the cars have changed class. While I am understanding of the reason to add more interest in getting new cars, I now have no S class cars. I feel like as well they’ve made it harder to get coins and then the high class cars don’t cost coins at all, it gets to the point where you pretty much have to be a pay-to-play player for the best cars (again understandable for application support). Another thing I don’t really like is how in order to upgrade cars you have to max out the car first. You used to be able to upgrade either max or pro kit but now you have to max our first, which I have noticed as well is very expensive in coins now. Final thing, where have the 2 lap races gone in career??!! I love 1 lap races but 2 laps were more interesting and more could happen. I distinctly remember there being 2 lap races in career but if there weren’t any 2 lap races I’m happy to be corrected. Overall I still enjoy playing but my experience has changed from what it once was and I will struggle to buy an S class car

The best!!!!!. They have the best events and in festivals you can get fast cars Like I got a Bugatti Chiron S car in the 20th anniversary for free because I got 207 festival coins to get it. So asphalt 8 airborne is the best! It is fun racing and event are fun like the showdown event it was amazing! In the showdown event you pickup power ups then use them to like defend, attack or anything like that. But the only thing I wish is why don’t they make the tracks more epic like a tornado comes or there is a war going on that you dodge the bombs otherwise you get wrecked. Asphalt 8 now becoming UNPLAYABLE on new and later versions. I’ve been playing Asphalt 8 for very long time, credit farming in this version has became far slower grind than the older versions. It’s making all other players can’t play well. Fusion coins update become the worst part because fusing pro kit cards into coins and upgrading to pro car upgrades are too expensive. I cannot afford spending another car with tokens. I saved around 30k for something. I’ve got tons of credits around 4 million because in past version. Originally upgrading cars with credits have been beneficial in the past rather than latest version. There are lot of Special events I have not completed or participated r&d,edd,championship are the ones i have not completed or participated due to the expensive upgrades or skipping parts. I missed tons of opportunity that i cannot afford with The festival event become more disgusted in goals you don’t earn 8 festival coins in most goals. I only collect 3 to 5 festival coins per goal its clearly not worth. Premium became IAP as the worst case in festival. Great job GL for putting hard time for me and all other players Its time to go back to Real Racing 3 or F1 if you want more benefical of racing than Asphalt 8 or 9. It is totally not worth in new version. I cannot go back to the older versions

Gameloft ruined this game.. I’m not happy with the new update. They made upgrading cost a fortune and buying cars is almost impossible. It’s like Gameloft wants you to spend real money, that’s the only way to progress in the game. Also players need to be connected to the internet to modify anything. Please Gameloft if you’re reviewing this, I want you to enable offline upgrades. This game was much better before all the changes and I know because I got the game when it first launched. Some people might disagree with my statement but I really liked it when you could play the full game offline and not have to worry about saving thousands of tokens and credits to upgrade a simple car. As of now, I don’t recommended getting this game. It used to be very good until Gameloft decided to get greedy.

PLEASE READ THIS! IT’S URGENT!. Now I have been playing thus game since 2017, and it was such a fun and addictive game. But what completely wrecked my gaming experience was the 15th anniversary update (5.0.0). The cars are way more expensive, and at the same time, credits are now harder to get! For example, I can do a race in Barcelona in the exclusive metal section. Before this update, I got around 3500 credits per race (no double credits). Now I get around 750 credits per race! This basically means that Asphalt 8 has become a pay to win game. And the upgrades are also more expensive. I would be so happy if you could bring back the fun in the next update.

Overpriced cars. Ashphalt 8 have ruined the game as they have made the cars way to pricey. I was saving up for the Bugatti. At the time it was 300 thousand dollars. I thought this was a fair price as it was achievable but still hard to get. Now that same car is in the millions and I will never be able to afford that as you get about 3 grand per race. Some of the cars have been moved down classed as new ones have been moved in. This means that my best car is only in b class now. Finally the starting system is horrible because I used to be able to race in higher leagues now I’m back down a few so some of my cars are now useless. You also need a certain amount of stars to compete in events. And the last thing I have to say is that you should be able to use pro kits at any level instead of having to max out a car. The upgrading is way to pricey because you have to spend at least 600 grand just to level everything to level three. Thanks

Lit game! Just a few problems. I got this game last year and ever since I have been addicted to it and it’s actually one of the best games I’ve ever played! There’s soo much cool things to do on there. But the ‘Wreck’ feature is really annoying me because you smash and the car literally explodes even when the smash isn’t that bad. My friends have this game to and we play together and we all think that the wreck feature needs changing. Please change ASAP. Also sometimes I want to sell a car but I can’t, so please please please fix that!!!But otherwise it’s a great game and I love everything else about it!!😄

Over charging your bank account. When you buy things in the game, sometimes they will charge you almost twice as much as what they say they do. What they say costs 30 dollars can sometimes cost almost 60 dollars. Buyer beware. Watch the money they take out of your bank account, it can be twice as much. Other than that it is a great game with nice graphics

Winter Update 2018. Ever since the Winger Update 2018 my game can’t connect to the internet. I can’t do events, multiplayer, R&D, Championship, buy pro boxes and so on. So I tried later when i deleted the app and then download it back again, signed into my account and so far everything was smooth. It could connect to the internet again. In about an hour later it was glitched again and i could no longer. I checked my wifi and everything was good. I dont know if i am the only one experiencing this but if you could fix it, it would be nice

Fix replay kit. Good game but replay kit almost never works and is very difficult to work with because of all the problems with small glitches that could be fixed (big focus on bikes)

Got worse over time. I used to play this game ever since I was 5 years old and I absolutely loved it For a long time the updates didn’t really affect me but the recent update where everything is different and now you have to pay excessive amounts of $ for everything and they just changed the look of everything it made it more confusing and it’s not the same as my once favourite childhood game It’s really fun and realistic but it’s not the same and rlly expensive

It’s been a great time. Let me first start off by saying that this used to be a great game. The cars / liveries are great and the maps are all really cool. The different paths you can choose in each races is amazing, and feels as if Gameloft has spent a lot of time and energy on the different routes, as they are reactive and engaging. The game is challenging and fun. I have played it for so long now, and will always remember the memories. However, with all the new updates, I find the UI (User Interface) difficult to use, and all the different events happening all at once feels overwhelming. I used to play it everyday, and then I stopped for a while, and have come back now, and I have noticed a huge difference in Before and After. Before, the cars could only be purchased with Credits or Tokens, and there was only one event going on at a given time. Only Credit and Token currencies existed, and the game was a ton of fun, and I enjoyed many, many hours of playing it. After, there seems to be an overwhelming amount of events happening, and the new Fusion currency seems pointless, as it makes the upgrades and cars difficult to obtain. Sadly, I believe that the game has become more Pay-To-Win, as a “Premium Pass” type feature has been introduced, as well as new “Seasons” (I’m not really sure what these are, as they confuse me). Gameloft has been adding faster and faster (and more and more “overpowered” cars, in my opinion) which makes half of the original cars irrelevant, as they are no longer fast enough to even compete with the new ones. This frustrates me because I spent days earning Credits to buy a car that was one of the fastest (at the time), and some other person who has been playing for a few days, can buy a car that is twice as fast as mine, for $29.99 . In conclusion, I hope Gameloft can listen to me (and the people who agree with me) and restore Asphalt 8 Airborne, to the game it once was. It pains me to see one of my favourite games in this state. (I do hope Gameloft sees this, as I spent almost an hour on this review.) Anyways, much love to Gameloft for creating this brilliant game, and I hope to see a more fair game, that is closer to the one I fell in love with years ago. It’s been a great run, Davide

Great game but.... Edit: WTF did you guys do to the game? You guys took all my boosters, all my upgrades and you absolutely SABOTAGED the car classing system, not only did the 10 S Class cars I had suddenly jump down to 1 but literally EVERY SINGLE car is 5x more expensive then it was before. You guys are ABSOLUTELY ruining the game with your greed for money. As an OG player who’s been playing on and off for the last 5 years I think it’s time for me to resign. This game used to be amazing... but now it’s ruined and I truly think this is the death of this game. Also why tf is there literally no way to grind credits anymore? You guys took away our farming from mastery, Season 9 and now the medal events? The death of this game is inevitable, you guys just keep on ruining it along with other games... So I think it’s time I completely resign from all games made by Shameloft. It was a good run guys Asphalt 8 used to be an amazing game. I remember it being so popular you wouldn’t spend anymore then 3 seconds trying to get into a full or near full lobby... now it’s about as dead and dry as the Salt flats in Utah, it takes a good 5 minutes to find even one player for MP. Asphalt 8 used to be gearing towards the users enjoyment instead of chasing after their bank account. I remember when cars were easily obtainable, you didn’t have to pay thousands of tokens for cars that were originally BP or credit cars. I remember when you were able to PRO your cars without those stupid purple token things. But, even though it’s old Asphalt is still saveable... 1. Get rid of the purple token things. They’re stupid, annoying, and make me want to delete the game. I’ve spent enough money on this game in the past. Let us PRO our cars without the nuisance of those stupid tokens 2. Bring back BPs I remember at one point opening a crate was one of the most exciting things because it might’ve been the crate that unlocked that sick car you’ve been grinding for. You guys took out BPs right before I unlocked around 10 cars with BPs. I had 14/16 BPs for the Civic Type R and I don’t even get a token discount or nothing. It might’ve been one of the stupidest yet best things this game has added and now all the BP cars are either for tokens or aren’t available to buy anymore 3. Stop making every other car a token car I remember at one point you were able to buy almost every single car without tokens. When the Trion Nemesis was worth 4 million credits. Now it’s a token car. It used to be so nice to spend your day grinding S9 races to make 10k a race to save up for a car you’ve been wanting and making out other cars on the way 4. Bring back our old grinding methods. I know you guys are extremely money hungry but that really strips away at the fun that used to be in grinding in mastery, S9 and other races. 5. Listen to your audience Listen to your players for once... take in mind of what they have to offer and maybe you can end this game in a good way. You should always listen to your players in every game as it could add features or fix bugs and glitches that take the enjoyment out of the game. All it takes is a couple people looking through reddit, Instagram or Facebook to find some players suggesting ways that could significantly improve your game.

Game went from Arcade Fun to Cash Grab over time.... This was, until this recent update, my favourite game. I played it religiously every day for 6 years now. 42 days @ 24hrs/day played! This latest update is nothing but a serious cash grab by the developers. That’s it. I am done. I am used to finishing in the top 1% or better always. Now to do that will cost $100’s of dollars a month. A REAL car payment AND insurance. Forget it. I am not giving them another penny of my money.

Old version was better. So this game is something my brother and I have enjoyed for well over a couple years or so now, and we loved it. Don’t get me wrong I still love this game, but now ads are being pushed more than ever, you only get about 700 Credits after a race when you used to get about 1300-1500 after you finish a Career race for the first time, now you have to watch ads to get close to that. There are also some unnecessary additions that just demand you to use money on the game, such as customizing your Racer. Gameloft is really greedy. April 2019 they decided to cut credits by 50% when you win a race in career mode and increase car tuning prices by 50%. Cheap shot, considering that there is a lot of pubs in the game. But Gameloft seems to be greedy, to the point they do not consider losing players..... Extreme and bad move that will have consequences.

Money magnet. I played this game when I was around 12 years old and it was great with less ads and less things trying to take your money, but now it’s just a money magnet for people with nostalgia about this game.

3 star. Very hard grinding process used to be a little easier and funner but I don’t like it I only get 300 credits average every time I beat a race but get 5k if I watch a ad but I can usually only watch like 10 before it won’t allow me and then I get bored

The remake of the menu. I used to loved this game until they remade the menu. Ever since then my data was all wierd, I had missing cars, negative money, seasons reset for me. Any ways let me just let you know I spent some money on this game too. But other then that the gameplay isn’t bad.

Was an excellent playing experience. This was once an excellent playing experience but now unfortunately you spend as much time playing whack-an-ad as you do playing the game itself. I find the graphics amazing, as are many of the career races, once you can get beyond the ads. I think an ad every 5 races would be acceptable, as long as the ads themselves are tolerable to watch and are no longer than 15 seconds.

It’s changed... A LOT!. This game once was amazing! The graphics are still great, however, you can’t play without spending enormous amounts of money on it! Gamelofts Goal used to be to have Happy customers but now their goal is sucking the life out of their users, and losing players. We all need to stand up against Gameloft if we want our beloved game back or else they will ruin it until there is no one else playing!!!

Great game, eBay motors ad is stalling it out!. I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s the best racing game available. Recently they have been running eBay motors ads that request personal info. And now, you cannot proceed past the ad without either giving them your personal info or by just logging out of the app. Do Not download this game until Gameloft stops taking eBay motors money!

Recent update really broke the game. I started playing this game about 3 years ago. I uninstalled it for about a year and just recently came back. The new integration of the drivers, their skins and the new coins are HORRIBLE!!! First of all, the drivers do NOT look good. Also now if you want a new skin for your car or ANYTHING, you need to pay. Or you need to spend DAYS just to get one car. I liked it better before when you just played for fun. Got coins, got better cars and kept playing. Game sucks now

Please let this game die. Howdy, ex-veteran speaking. Having played this game ever since R&D started, and quitting shortly after the Fall Out Boy campaign ended, I’m sad to say I miss the good old days. Frankly, I’m not happy with the way Gameloft has been treating this game, and to hear that Pro upgrades now need yet another useless, blatantly shilling currency just hurts my heart. Xtreme was a joke from launch for me, and 9 is a dumpster fire all on its own. I deleted my entire garage shortly before I left this game, getting rid of both fantastic and terrible memories in one fell swoop. Part of me regrets it, honestly, but I’d much rather tell Gameloft to stuff it in as many ways as I can than keep dealing with the bull they’ve been giving us. If you’re still playing this game hoping it will be as good as it once was, you’re shooting yourself in the foot. Go find another game to play. Don’t waste your time on Asphalt 8 anymore. Please. Just let the game die before it burns you out.

Awful update (sep 2022). Latest update is awful … they are making it almost impossible to upgrade the vehicles Single upgrade for a d class vehicle is 120k which means it’s almost 3 million credits or fusion coins to fully upgrade 1 d class car They’ve ruined the game by more then 1 way They just changed all the fully upgraded vehicles to un upgraded which means they can make you upgrade the same vehicle as many times as they want Once they changed vehicles class like reduced their speeds and accelerations and put them into lower class so you have to buy new cars for ultimate class which is more expensive They’re doing everything to make more money So now they’re losing the customers I have uninstalled the game I wish I could rate it in minus

They want you to spend money. We all know games are getting better and better each year . So when people talk about this game having a very good graphics that's normal not something we should be all so surprised about. Having sad that the only question is left is how long is the game can entertain without us giving actual money to this company . Well not long because the money you Winn is not enough to buy the cars that you need to win other races so ... Yes you can play over and over the same crapy race track so you can save money to buy the car which will open the next track . But let's just say some of the cars in the S class is worth up to 1000000 - Lamborghini Aventador and even in the S class race tracks you get max 20000 for a first place if you win,so where is the equal set up for you to have all the good fun. Oh yes Online gaming :) if you don't have a good car I mean really good car they will crush you . But yes who doesn't spend money on games these days .

Hate Fusion currency. Remove it. It’s the biggest hindrance in vehicles updates. Fused most of my cards and still not able to update cars! It’s the most pathetic currency in this game.

If your looking for a good racing game here is the one. This game is the best racing game that I know of so far so if you are scrolling and find Asphalt 8 I definitely recommend getting it. It’s a free driving game with lots of fun track and cars.

Adpocalypse Sell-Out Stimulator 8. This game is fun to play initially, but gets old slow, and the absolutely insane amount of ads and pay to win mechanics is just torture. I want to get better cars? You need money, I try to get money, it takes 5 mins for 1000 coins (MAYBE), and then the car I want costs at least 100 000 coins. I also need to either see ads or pay money for anything useful. It’s a complete let down for an otherwise pretty good game, I enjoy playing it whenever there isn’t ten ads Which now that I think about it, is LITERALLY ONLY WHILE RACING THE SAME MAP OVER AND OVER AGAIN IN ORDER TO BUY A SLIGHTLY BETTER CAR THAT WILL UNLOCK NEW MAPS AND REQUIRE EVEN MORE GRINDING TO MAKE GOOD. Ugh, this game makes me feel dirty with the amount of greed the developers obviously have

No longer a fun racing game. I (VIP 9) didn’t mind spending real money to play this game before several updates. It was fun and enjoyable. But now, it is NO longer fun and enjoyable. GL is screwing up this game and cheating the players with unfair tasks in events. I am loosing interest in this game and will not spend real money.

Less and less fun with each update. I have been playing A8 for over 3 years now and with their recent introduction of Fusion Coins, its next to impossible do do anything with what you have, unless you are prepared to pay $ for them. Im not going to mislead anyone, its been fun while it lasted, but with each new update Gameloft has taken the fun out of A8 and I believe this is their intent. Nothing comes for free and that is very true with A8 today. The game is as boring and predictable as would be expected after playing for as long as i have, and now really unable to do much with my vehicles because turning them Pro requires Fusion Coins. I think its honestly time to call it a day because ultimately thats what Gameloft is doing with A8, calling it a day.

The state of the game is really bad now !. Hi there I’m a big fan and player of Asphalt 8 which was a really great , fun and amazing game back in the day when it wasn’t pay 2 win game and although I spent so much money on it back then because I enjoyed it but now it’s an awful game because of all of these new events like festival which no one can max the cars unless pay 100 s of dollars as make the game only pay to win ! And also this fusion coin system is frustrating because you can’t get any fusion coins unless you fuse your saved boxes which needs a lot or you buy 1.8 million fusion coins with 100 dollars ! That’s really insane ! And also the last festival event of Drako GTE you can’t even win a BP with regular way you need to pay to get blueprints which is really disappointing and makes players quit (including me )this beautiful game as it was back then . So please remove this fusion coins system or make these coins more present in the game by like adding them to seasons like regular coins so we can farm some ! WORST customer support in an otherwise Fantastic racing game plagued with glitches. The good One of the best racing games that you can play on Apple TV with just one upgrade - controller. The bad The game is super addicting and become much more fun if you are ready to pay. This is more true for new players unlike old players who have invested time and money over the years to be in a position to play without IN-app purchases. THE UGLY App crashes, lost progress, missed gifts and rewards have been happening of late very frequently. The customer support is PATHETIC. They do not care if you have brought time limited purchases like boosters to play the game and win a event. App crashes, list progress etc after paying 30-100$/month leads to frustration and wasted time. So far 8-10 emails, discord group messages, twitter messages has led to ZILCH. BOTTOMLINE If you are ready to accept THE UGLY, install this app and play. If not, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. Settle for a second or third best alternative. Anything but asphalt 8 or Gameloft. You can buy a game console rather than spending 200 -500$ or more for in-app purchases to play this game with lousy, callous and practically non existing customer support.

Wasted my time!. I spent 5 hours trying to unlock a festival reward, I completed all the challenges... I was confused after realizing that I had not received the reward. I then realized to get the reward I had to pay 13.99 to even have a small chance of receiving that. What a waste of time and a scam

VERY BAD UPDATE. The game lagged a lot in this new update and there wasn't a tutorial for motorbikes. When i entered the game first thing popped up took me into a run test for the bike. Didn't know how to drive one, i wrecked 15+ times and got disqualified. Worst thing was it happened twice and i only got 3 tries!!! It was very hard to get qualify checks and when disqualified i couldn't even keep them. VERY VERY VERY VERY BAB UPDATE

Listen(or read) everyone. This game has been my favourite game of all for 4 years. But now, it’s become the worst racing game of all. What i loved about it is that it was a skill based racing game, slightly pay to win. You could still progress without paying anything. I understand that mobile games are made for money, but this isn’t fun. A race that before gave me 4500$ now give 570$? Are you serious. I guess i’ll never understand marketing. I mean even if you pay for cars, and money, you won’t even have fun! It has become super grindy. Before the update it was kinda balanced and fun. You could pay and have fun but even without buying in app purchases it would still be nice. Now even if you “invest” a lot of money in the game you’ll still have to grind. People buy in app purchases for this game mainly to skip grinding races or for cars they like. Would you pay to have a nice car and lots of credits, but still be grinding and doing races after races. I mean what’s fun about a game is when you progress, not when you do the same f thing all over again and again! Gameloft, what the f were you thinking? Making this game like EA’s games(pay or grind 50 hours)? Making it more painful than hugging a cactus? In short, just don’t play this game, until maybe gameloft understand that making a game 2000% pay to win is the dumbest idea

Would be better if you added the old cars. The reason why I gave a 2 star is because game loft decided to remove some cars from the shop like the Tesla model S, DS survolt and many more. And I just don’t like how much expensive it cost to just upgrade one car 100,000 fusion coins just to upgrade a D class car? I do like fusion coins but could you please lower it please? And the cars that got way more expensive I get it that you want it to be harder and more challenging but lower the prices of the cars. And what’s the whole point of moving cars to lower classes like the gta spano that was an S class car that got moved to B class Or the Koenegsegg that got moved to A class Most cars that get removed to lower classes are way too fast for the class like the GTA spano and the Vencer sarthe but what I really want is for you to add back some cars and maybe add the Tesla roadster to the game. Over I still think it’s fun to play but it’s not the same and easy anymore.

Barely deserves 2 stars. I used to love this game. I haven’t played in a few years now and decided to download it again. I can’t say even one good thing about the changes since I played it last. The newer UI is terrible and hard to navigate. There are long, often Unskippable ads every time you open a new section of the complicated Menus. And the biggest fault is the micro transaction. Corporate greed has ruined this game. Everything costs money and the new idea of adding drivers is just a ploy to hustle kids into paying for some pointless cosmetic and the car upgrade cards system is just as bad. The game was much better before this greedy company decided to blow it up with ads and poor “upgrades.” Very disappointing. I would rather pay a few dollars up front and never see these ads again. I hate trying to click the little “x” in the top right corner which is intentionally small so you miss it and get taken to the App Store. Giving the advertiser more revenue for your click. So greedy

Nostalgic but not special. I’ve played this game for a good bit since 2014 and I e enjoyed it for the past few years and still enjoy it. However it’s not as fun as it used to be since all of the newer cars are clones of other cars and they’re all just noted as “the fastest cars in the game” because there’s about 20 of them. Some of them you have to pay for some of them you don’t, the ones you have to pay for usually come fresh out of the box and are maxed for you, the ones that are free you don’t have to grind a lot for you have to max yourself, and the free ones that take a lot of effort are also fresh out of the box and are maxed. A lot of people own cars that do the exact same thing in this game however so it’s not as fun as it used to be but still very fun. I would recommend downloading this as long as you don’t spend any real money on this game.

Thx for ultimate upgrades. maybe an option in garage to sort cars by price, with sorting by token price removing the tc(trade coins) and credits cars so you can look through the token cars you can afford, same thing for tc cars and credits cars, and maybe an option to sort not owned cars by starting rank, and owned cars by current rank. Also, unfair s quick race match up 1640 rank Bailey blade special edition vs 1738 rank Bugatti Chiron and also 1640 Bailey blade special edition vs 1717 rank trion nemesis. Please stop these unfair matchups and make it so opponent cars can be within 15 rank above or below your car in quick races also thank you for ultimate upgrades and ad upgrades will not upgrade my Mercedes-Benz vision eqs past drivetrain level 2 but I can still watch the ads. Additionally I got to level 8 in the current festival but it gave me 8 superb wild cards, which I can’t even use on the Vitesse instead of like idk some free upgrades for the Vitesse

Can’t play. It’d be great if I could actually play the game. It’s been about 6 months or so that I’ve played. At first my multiplayer wasn’t working, I contacted gameloft multiple times and their suggestion was just to delete and reinstall the app. When that didn’t work I left it alone for a while. Well a couple of months ago I figured I would see if it was working yet. I reinstalled the app and there’s a pop up that will ask if I want to use cloud data or local data. Well the profile I use is on my cloud, but when I try to use it it force closes the app and goes to the local data profile instead. Again I contacted gameloft numerous times and they said that they sent me some sort of file, which I never got, and that’s it. So now I can’t even get on to the correct profile and guess what? I STILL CAN’T USE MULTIPLAYER. I have gotten so tired of trying to make this game work that I just want to give up on it, which is such a shame I really used to love this game but now I can’t even play.

Ok this game is dying.. So if you are a starter and don’t have a lot of anything, the game will force you to mandatory pay money for so random crap, now with this update car changed class, they are very expensive, freaking fusion coins, mandatory pay2win, ENOUGH! Don’t you guys know that you are killing this game and people throw tons of money then after a few years you end the game! Also now it’s harder to get any car even for the Audi Etron since every race (career, multiplayer, special events, mastery and Moto blitz) only gives a few hundred which will be harder to even get 1.000 credits. That’s it, you have enough money, you guys are very greedy and only care about money. Please don’t kill this game, remake it how it was before.

Love the game just to pay to win. First of all, I would like to say that I have been playing this game ever since it released. I remember how fun it was early in the game when things weren’t so expensive! I’ve started to notice that it’s more efficient to watch adds to make money than actually playing the game and having fun. You barely make any money by playing the game anymore and the only way to get S cars even if you grind for hundreds of hours is by paying money. This is due to every S car being worth Fusion coins and tokens. The only way to get those is by paying money and watching ads. It makes me even more mad that I have been playing for hundreds of hours and grinder for all these cars and then someone can pay 20 bucks and be better than me. Due to the changes in money this game is no longer any fun so don’t download it if you don’t want to waste money!

Fix this and regain my trust!. I’ve been playing this game for at least two years and I gave it a glowing review even in the beginning when other people were complaining about things that I felt was nitpicking, like having to pay for extra stuff to advance quickly in the game, which I thought was rubbish. You don’t have to pay for anything to play this game except for some exotic cars, some of which by the way you can win in certain gameplay if you’re good enough. Ok, that said, I’m unhappy with this game because of a glitch I’ve pointed out months ago and it still hasn’t been fixed in numerous updates and upgrades. When your playing time-limited games and the network hangs while loading, it quits the game and still take your tokens. In the test games to win the car same thing happens, when you win sometimes the game claims “no network connection” though my browser and every other app on my device says differently, if you quit without uploading you lose your status, if you take too long to upload you get “error while uploading...”, either way you’re screwed and you won’t get that key back. It wouldn’t be so tragic if you guys didn’t charge real money for token that you then use to add keys, which get hung during gameplay with no refund! FIX IT PLEASE!!

New changes. I’ve been playing this game for 5+ years, with 145 cars in my collection. I love the game. I always make adjustments with new changes/versions of Asphalt 8. However, I am not happy about the new fusion parts. I got rid of the blueprints after Gameloft got rid of the need for them, only to find out they could’ve been converted to fusion parts later on. I had 250+ blueprints. A certain Lamborghini needed 145 parts and I had 100. You get the idea. I’m in a bad spot with so little of fusion parts and so many cars that now require fusion parts. I have a lot of cash and tokens, but I am not given an option to use those to install the needed parts. I shouldn’t be required to buy fusion packs - I’d like to earn fusion parts or be allowed to make up the difference in fusion parts with tokens or cash.

Here We Go Again.... Okay so I’ve been playing this game (with the same profile) for about 5-6 years now and I adore it. However, this is the second time this issue has happened. The first time I let it go because it was server-wide so it didn’t happen to just me and the issue was corrected fairly quick. This time though, I’m having difficulties claiming my rewards for the Easter Day race. It’s been almost a week now since it’s been over and my internet is ridiculously fast; so I ask you... is there any way you guys can help out? I’ve tried to resolve it on my own and I’m not getting anywhere and I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game; I’m a stickler, and don’t want to let this account go... this is the only racing game I’ve played consistently for over 5 years. Amazing game! Just a few things. Ok, so I got this game and I love racing people and knocking them out haha I think it’s so fun! My friends suggested this game to me so I got it and I played and it was so fun! The tutorial didn’t make much sense though, like I didn’t know how to speed up the first time I played multiplayer. Maybe you could fix that? Another thing is I don’t understand the tier awards like I’m level I don’t know 9 on tier awards and it shows cars and stuff but I don’t get the cars. Also, when I’m playing everyone has a cool name and I’m just Driver 8723, like there is no place to change it. I suggest making your game a little more understandable and showing you the home controls instead of leaving people to try and figure it out because I still don’t know a lot 😂 please make your game more understandable I would really appreciate it and besides that I LOVE the game!

A must have!!. So, let’s start with the positives, graphics are great, download size is impressively small for all the game is and the graphics quality, the cars feel good and like they are actually real, it’s an action packed ride full of variables you need to take into account quickly if you wish to succeed. Obviously it’s not hyper realistic as you can’t drive of like 100foot cliffs but it’s more fun this way :D. It’s offline and online which is fun, cars are a bit of a challenge to get without paying but oh well. Downsides, Getting credits is slow and takes a while. Cars a very pricy with how slow you get credits, multiplayer can yield higher rewards, but still a little slow. Sound track is good, it’s all great, thanks for making such a beautiful, fun, crazy game.

Too many bugs. If there weren’t so many bugs in this game it would be great. Every time there is an upgrade, you lose a feature in the game play. Rewards are not given when completed. You can’t even purchase new cards with the credits you win in the game if they are actually awarded to you; or up grade the cars you have because all new cars can only be upgraded with can plans. The wild cards you use to convert to car plans don’t have plans for all the cars only a select few. You can only now buy cars with either fusion coins or tokens and the cars are 20 times the cost than when you could buy them with game credits. The rewards that you get from completing you collections have been grossly diminished. You barely earn any credits now from completing any of the races. It’s a great game if you just like driving around, but it is nowhere near the great game it was when it was launch. And if you are experiencing any issues, good luck trying to get a response from Gameloft.

Great graphics and campaign. Not enough earnings.. I have had this game for a while and I enjoy playing it. The gameplay is great and the graphics are stunning. The multiplayer works pretty well and the cars are fantastic. The only problem for me is that there aren’t enough earnings in races. Although you may finish multiple races in first place, you don’t get enough credits for winning. After you buy the cheaper cars, it can take months if racing to get the next car. I am one of those people who loves to beat a game completely. On behalf of myself and others who share this concern, I would love it if we could earn more credits and tokens to get all of the cool gadgets in your game. That way people don’t have to spend real money to get fast cars. Overall, I still love the game but I think it would improve it overall if we could get better rewards.

Game is made for spending money. When I played this game I thought it was fun but when I saw the value packs I was surprised of how expensive the packs are I did not want to buy them but the game is good just a few problems that should be fixed I’m dying from these stupid packs even fusion coins cost money like what is wrong you can just get fusion coins you don’t have to spend that much money on fusion coins I mean come on fix the problems I like asphalt 9 the same as this game but these 2 games are designed to make you waste your bank account. Foul Play. This game is so over ran by foul play? Whether it be from cheating or greedy Loft? This game does not represent true patrons and honest players. I know this will not be seen by many. Karma is your best friend? A8 is a scam! Now, do I have a right to say that? Being a loyal customer, and being treated the way that I am from Gameloft and more than half of the A8 community when I complain about unfair gameplay, whether that be from cheating or the server? Which I think it has to do with more cheating then the server from my experience of playing this game for six years and seeing that there are not many people at VIP level 15 and they should be for as long some have been playing this game? So now, I guess I will be treated like Kyrie Irving and Ye? I’m the bad guy?🤣…  It’s not this life that concerns me most? Its what’s next, you liars and cheats.💗 TruthSeeks-U

Sigh… more games turn to paywalls and spending. This game used to be the best racing game on mobile. I left the game after I couldn’t transfer my progress onto my phone. About a month or so ago I redownloaded it and it made me sad. The seasons are different now, it is more direct progression (There are no C-class races[2nd lowest category] until season 3 but they used to be available in seasons 1 and 2) Another thing is the car classes changed. For example, the D.S. Survolt was the classic entry level B-class car. Now it is the entry level C-class car and is more expensive than before. The car hasn’t changed, just the rating. You only get about 1,000 credits a race with triple credits being locked behind an ad. Progress is extremely slow now and it just makes me sad seeing how this game has fallen from grace.

Can’t use multiplayer or events. I have been playing this game for a long time, it is a great game, but I have been getting messages that say “use iCloud account, or proceed with this account” and I click “proceed with this account” because I have 40 dollars on there. But now, even while I am on WiFi and internet, i can not use multiplayer or events. The multiplayer option says “updating information” and the events just will not load. I have had this problem for about 2 updates now and have been hoping it was just a bug that would have been fixed by one of those updates, but I still have the same problem. Can you tell me what I should do to be able to play both of those racing options without loosing my data, because as I said earlier, I have been playing for a long time and have a lot of progress in the game. Please help.

Great Game. Please make one change.. I’ve been playing this game for quite awhile. Great way to pass some time. Two features that I would love to see changed in multiplayer mode is 1- Remove the ability to knockdown from the start line. Take this feature away. If a player is knocked down at the start line it is virtually impossible to get back in the race. Let all cars begin race equally and bump around. Then enable knockdown feature after a 5 second delay for example. If a player is playing straight up without tune kits, extra boosts, etc it it a real disadvantage to repeatedly get knocked down from a car behind at the start with extra features enabled. That brings the second thing I wound love to see. Give the option to race other players straight up, head to head without extra features - tune kits, nitro starters, etc. Then it becomes more about race ability and less bonus features.

Fun but way too pay-to-win. Downloaded this game in August 2020, so I missed out on its earlier “glory days” of just-pay-a-little-to-win. Now you can spend $100 just to get a single car!! I haven’t paid anything for this game, and progress is ludicrously slow. Many career events are locked behind pay walls, and I’m always steeply disadvantaged in the TLEs and Multiplayer races because I refuse to shell out hundreds of dollars. It is pretty satisfying to play TLEs with level playing fields (like the recent Lykan Hypersport one) and to beat other racers despite these disadvantages, but the amount of money that you can spend on the game is just ridiculous.I probably won’t stop playing because of how fun and visually impressive it is, but please lower some of the pay walls, GameLoft! Maybe making credits the only currency would be a good idea (this would allow all players to eventually unlock all the cars!).

There are some problems 👍🏾👎🏾. For starters I’d like to say that this game is good and it has good graphics. Playing online is also a lot of fun, with a lot of options in cars you would like to race in. But the money is the thing affecting me, at the beginning of the game it’s like Gameloft expects you to already have those cars in the first season you’re only able to complete about four races because you have little money and you’re trying to earn your way up and you can’t complete races. And in the other races you need different cars that you cannot afford, you need to buy more cars for more classes so that’s double the money you have to earn so I just don’t like how they trying to force you to spend real money in the world to be able to play the game. Why do we have to spend and earn so much money it is pretty hard to do not all people have money to spend like that.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?. This used to be my favorite game. 10/10. The graphics are killer, the strategy is there, and the gameplay is unlike any any other. I took a break about a year ago for personal reasons, and I just hopped on again a couple weeks ago to get back into it. First off, I lost all of my cars. I had a garage that included a fully upgraded LaFerrari, F12 Berlinetta, FXX, Nissan GT-R, Koenigsegg Agera R, Mercedes biome, and many others. This progress represented months of gameplay, as all my assets were earned organically. When I restored my backed up cloud save, I lost all of my progress and money (except my chips, for some reason) but I had -$150,000. What kind of penalty is that? I could re-start from the beginning, but Gameloft has inflated the prices of cars so much it’s insane. Cars you used to be able to buy for $45,000 and $80,000 are being sold at ridiculous increases at often near 10x what they were a year ago. Buying credits with real money is also pretty expensive, so that really isn’t an option for me either. Please change it back to the way it was before. Sorry, not trying to be a downer here. This really used to be an incredible game. You’re better than this Gameloft!! If any of you could do something about this, it’d be greatly appreciated by myself and every other asphalt fanatic out there. You’ve already created a legend of a racing game, that hundreds of thousands (who knows, maybe more) love to play. Don’t let that legend die like this.

Money wins...if you have it to spend. This app is turning into a Pay2Win app. The fun of doing the R&D and other special events is gone. You’d have to spend a couple hundred in credits to be able to “win” the car. I have better thing to spend the kind of money on...which lasts. While I still like to play the game, it feels like I’m getting priced out of upgrades. Too bad for them...I used to really enjoy the game. Since I know the situation is for them to make more money, I’ll just bide my time and play the old way...slowly acquiring credits and tokens so I can upgrade vehicles little by little. Which stinks when so many new vehicles are introduced weekly...it seems. And now there are motorcycles to buy and upgrade. I like them but again it comes down to what I want to spend my paycheck on. Not this game.

Dont get me wrong its a great game. I like this game and I've had it for years but it has to much going on now it was better when there weren't a bajillion and a half things happening at once I liked it better when you raced got coins bought a better car raced a better race and got better, and if you wanted to you could buy coins Now it seems like they are begging for money and there is so much clutter and items festivals etc it really drains from the game and makes it less fun and more annoying and quite frustrating if you don’t want to spend money Before it wasn't pushy just more of a grind to play without paying but now to get a class s car for just in game feels near impossible and way more time than I will spend on this game With All the premium ways to pay its not worth it anymore to play it hit a pay to progress point an i am disappointed

Has potential. Needs work. When I started playing this game, I loved. However, it got boring VERY fast. I thought that the moto blitz was kinda cool but it turns out, you need A credits for pretty much all of the motorcycles! I don’t think many people are willing to pay money just to get some A credits for a motorcycle. Also, career mode got boring too. After a festival I got a Bugatti which I thought was great but then it turns out I can’t play with it in career mode because it is in the S section. The only way I could play with the Bugatti is by doing a quick race. Again almost all the awesome cars need A credits! I know that this is an incentive for buying A credits using real money but I’d appreciate if Gameloft would at least make some of the good cars cost C credits. Even if it’s for a higher price. I don’t mind. All in all I thought this game was good but it would be nice if you took my suggestions into consideration. Thank you Gameloft.

No customer care. Great game with no customer care availability on iOS. I made 2 subscription purchases for 30 days each, of which only 50 were awarded, even though I logged in every day. From the first day, one of the login days immediately became unavailable, leaving only 28 days remaining (the first day was immediately awarded). Additionally, because of a delay in rendering, I accidentally tapped the purchase button on a car that I didn’t want, which wiped out all my funds. A confirmation step would have prevented something like this from happening, and since a single car can cost a months-worth of gameplay, it would be nice to have a little more certainty on the purchase buttons in the interface, especially since the interface is so cluttered, and doesn’t always behave as expected with a controller on the Apple TV. Last, I tried to submit a customer care request through the Apple TV form and got all the way through the entire process, only to have the button not do anything when you click “submit”. I tried restarting the Apple TV and redoing the form - I tried filling out the form on a different day - nothing worked, and since they don’t have an alternative customer care portal on the web that actually allows you to submit a request, I basically can’t communicate with them besides this 1-Star review on the App Store. Would be willing to update my review if they caught this and made the situation right. Guess we’ll see...

Fun game but.... Too many ads. If you have in app purchases, you shouldn’t need ads too. It’s also super frustrating that you can get wrecked from behind with no warning because someone hits the nitro and runs into you. This is such a lame aspect of the game. Especially since players who have been playing for longer and have a faster car do it at the very start of the race all the time. Then you start out in last place way behind the pack, and the rest of the race is trying to catch up. It’s also terrible when you’re running a perfect race, in first place, and out of nowhere someone takes you out, and you end up in fifth place or whatever. It would be a lot more fun if you actually had to race and beat someone to win. It takes a lot more skill than just getting behind someone and hitting nitro and taking them out. Other than that very annoying feature, and the ads, the game is great. Unfortunately, those two things are going to cause me to delete the game. It’s ust not worth the frustration.

Updates. I love this. game but it’s just the updates. The thing is that a couple years ago the game was super popular and I was playing. Until that one update that includes tuning credits and I thought they were good well they still are. But it was the prices. My friends were starting to play the game and they loved it! And they loved the new updates but one update that was awful. it made all the car prices change and now they all are super high and I’m a veteran in the game so that means I have a lot of cars (54 to be exact) so it wasn’t really a problem but for my friends it was awful because they could no afford them and now I can’t get a new car without saving 1,000,000 credits. and I hate it! The game is ok but the prices! if you are reading this plz change the prices!

Update April 2021. The April 2021 multiplayer update is upsetting. Only 10 multiplayer races per day, so now we get to play for around twenty minutes and have to wait for the next day. This is obviously unacceptable. I spent thousands of dollars purchasing and upgrading a ton of exclusive cars and now I can’t even race them unless i make elite, but Gameloft hasn’t done anything to fix the blinking ghost cheat still so now only the hackers and cheaters will win enough races to drive the cars i spent money on. This is also quite obviously unacceptable. I have 70 days worth of boosters activated that i purchased with real money that are now only good for ten multiplayer races, this is also very obviously unacceptable. Gameloft has not considered these changes properly. Do not make the game more like Asphalt 9, we don’t play Asphalt 9 because it isn’t as fun. You are ripping us off taking away the multiplayer races and changing stats for cars like the Porsche 959. I really hope there are more changes coming because the game is only good for twenty minutes of D class racing now.

Improvements (pls read). Through recent updates in this game, and since I have been playing this game for over 4 years, this game is great. The cars and boosts, with all the tricks you can do, I really love it. Its one of the things that I grew up with. I really think this is a great game. And I wanna make some improvements..... First of all, I think the car you have at the beginning of the game should be different... it should be a “starter car”. I mostly recommend the Dodge Challenger, because it is a fast and smooth car, perfect for rookies! And second of all, you could make the game kinda like GTAV, except your in a car all the time and you can select races easily by Making a match finder to locate matches and play them with friends! Third of all, the maps and game should have Easter eggs. This can make your game bigger with more mysteries and stuff and it makes really cool! I really love games with Easter eggs, because I can go around founding them with mysteries around each corner! The Easter eggs could be stored in shortcuts somewhere, and since it is automatically drives then it’ll be harder To find them. I really hope your read/reading this. It could make this game 2x more lovable and cool! I really hope you take my advice

Great yet not close to the best sadly.... Now yes, I don’t mean that asphalt 8 is a bad game, yet we also know that Asphalt 9 came out, and you guys want to let us play Asphalt 9, yet people (like me) do not really like Asphalt 9 and want to continue playing Asphalt 8. But you ended up adding many things that us gamers do not like. For example, Fusion Coins:People just do not like it and prefer the old way of using credits to Pro cars because #1: they are hard to get; meaning you (in some cases) need to pay real money in order to get Fusion Coins. #2: Because of the fact you need to pay for Fusion Coins, people are moving to other racing games like CSR 2. Now the other problem is that Asphalt 8 Youtubers ( Arischeesegod,Doc and Afiq,Feuerum Films, etc.) are either moving to Asphalt 9 “because Asphalt 8 is a pay-to-win/play game” or they are moving to, again, other racing games like CSR 2

I don’t see what all the fuss is. So I’ve had this game since I was like 4 and I loved it. Now, I can appreciate all the crazy graphics and UI. The ads are not a problem because they are usually optional, and if they aren’t, you can skip them in 2 seconds. Also, what I really like about this game is that you don’t have to buy anything to make anything fun. The whole entire game is unlocked, so the only thing you would be buying is the cars and the currency. Lastly, The attention to detail is amazing. The cars are incredibly accurate, but as if that weren’t enough, you can customize them and upgrade each one. there are also like 50 different maps, and you can race on all of them for free. All in all this is an really good game that I would definitely recommend.

Amazing game but a few little things…. This is an amazing game and you should definitely download it, yes it does take a while to get the better cars, but if you think about it, when you finally get the car you feel really great about yourself and you get a feeling of accomplishment, and once you start getting better and better cars then it gets easier to win races and get coins. The one thing I would change is that on when Im drifting sometimes the car and then stop pressing the drift button the car will keep drifting and turn 180 degrees and then go the opposite direction, it’s cost me lots of races, also can you make the prices of the S tier cars less I’ve been playing for a long time and still don’t have an S tier car. Anyways I would definitely recommend this game and to play it a lot!!!

Really disappointing in pretty much every way imaginable. Poorly designed levels, and very few of them. Gets boring VERY quickly. The career mode is dependent on purchasing vehicles that are very expensive to complete. Acquiring in game currency is a painfully slow grind. Very clearly pushing people to buy overpriced in-app purchases. Multiplayer is an absolute disaster. Full of bugs and glitches. Impossible to win most multiplayer matches because of getting matched with people who are very clearly cheating (teleporting around the track, impossible to knock down) or are in a completely overpowered class of car. I play this game for a couple weeks every six months or so and all of these problems have only gotten worse. They’ve also made a new type of currency that you need to perform upgrades to your vehicles, so that’s really disappointing too. Just a very poorly-made game on all fronts. It’s held together just enough to keep casuals entertained, but it’s not worth the download. Bad game.

Great Idea, Absolutely Horrible Execution. First off, I get that free games need a source of income, but there are WAY too many ads plastered throughout the game. Gameloft, you make plenty of money off in-app purchases. There’s no need to be this greedy to the point that actual gameplay is ruined because I have to sit through an ad before I can even choose the game mode I want to play. Speaking of in-app purchases, you’re gonna need a lot of those if you’re planning to 100% this game. Almost all the cars require tokens to purchase them, which you can only get by paying ACTUAL MONEY. I can understand a small handful of special cars requiring actual money, but almost every car requires actual money. Gameloft, please fix this by allowing all the cars that are required for career mode unlockable by gold coins, or don’t make those cars required for the mission at all. Also all the side modes are just filler. Don’t waste your time.

Some serious issues. This is a great game. It's easy to understand the controls, it's reasonably grindy, and they really pulled off the graphics tricks to make everything seem faster. But the customer support is absolutely awful, just like any Gameloft game. Which is one reason I avoid playing them. If you have any problem, don't even bother going to support. They will stall, they will lie, they will do everything they can to prevent you from getting a fair play. I've had a ticket going for 2 years in "Spider Man: Unlimited" (an endless runner game), about a Premium Portal (how you get new characters) I didn't get from an event. Of course, this wasn't in Asphalt, it's just an example from another Gameloft game. Overall, I suppose I would and would not recommend this game, depending on the kind of service you're expecting. If you think when you have a problem (and you will), you'll get support, then stay away from this. If you know you'll have problems and will have to live through them without any support whatsoever, go ahead. It is fun if you ignore the flaws. It's very annoying, because it is a really fun game, but I'm not going to support this kind of behaviour. I would give 5 stars, if not for the awful customer support. Oh, and... make the app lighter. Almost 2 GBs is too much.

A very fun game. Asplath is a really fun game. It’s cool, unique, and so addicting. The moment i got the game I automatically fell in love. If any of you guys heard or played forza horizon 4? It’s a really fun game and it’s sort of like asplath 8 but just quite different. Anyways Asplath 8 doesn’t really has any adds or pop ups which makes better and the graphics of the game look so realistic. Ive played other mobile racing games and some of them are pretty good but they aren’t really thrilling except the asplath 8. Another thing I love about asplath 8 is that it’s just endless and full of updates, there is so much to do in the game and so many cars to unlock it’s just insane. I’m a big fan of cars and hard work alsplath 8 so keep up the great work

Great game...but ruined by gameloft’s greed. At first I gave this game a 5-star rating for the graphic, gameplay that held place in my phone as my most played game. However as the game’s getting its direction recently it’s getting harder and harder to grind for stuffs. Yes this update did clarify a lot of stuffs. But it also kill off new player experience and grinding spots. I stopped playing this game for a long time, since the X2 update for the huge paywall to get cars, cards and cost for upgrade. While the gameplay and graphic and the pace of the game still place this game as the best non-simulation TRUE racing game on mobile platform, the paywall it has set up has killed off the joy of playing the game for me. For those who can afford the paywall, this is the best racing game that can get you playing hours on end, for those who can’t, I’m sorry but give up on this game, racing games on mobile platform aren’t in the best shape right now.

Game Loft is slipping. After getting a new phone I synced my data with Facebook and then wiped my previous phone clean. Then after setting up my new phone and downloading the game again it says there is no previous data to download. So I figured it was being dumb and I played a race and then tried again and then it said the same thing. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and to my utter disappointment the previous data it provided was the same one I just deleted with a total of 5m of play time and 2 cars. As opposed to my original data which for some reason will no longer provide me with has 27 hours and 32 cars not to mention a couple purchases as well this is utterly stupid and to any players thinking that they can come back after a while and pick up where they left off I highly doubt you will be able to. Fresh starts aren’t what we all want.

Latest update (v3.3.1) hangs/crashes often & is 100% reproducible. Problem does NOT occur in v3.3.0.. Title statement has been verified 5 times in a row. This is definitely exclusive to v3.3.1 only. problem did NOT occur on the same device running 3.3.0. In fact I have never experienced a crash or hang of any type prior to this build, in over 1 year of consistent play (I always update to latest build as soon as it's released), so I'm actually impressed that it took me that long to hit a "crashing" bug! ;-). So, kudos to your QA team. Can't catch 'em all! (Though you do catch most of 'em!). My device is an iPad 3 with 64 GB of RAM and after installation of latest update, still has 12+ GB of free Ram. I'm on the most recent IOS this the device supports, which is v9.3.5. ...But just to reiterate, the previous version did NOT have this problem. I have now fulfilled my civic duty. I'll update this "review" when the next build is released. In the mean time, thanks to all (SW developers and QA, etc.) for an awesome game!

“Free”🤔🙃. When I first got this game it was great😄🤟! Then one day I deleted it then got it again, as always my stuff was saved and everything was good. I update my phone and it un downloads🤔😶. Ok so I redownload the game and it restarts everything😱, at this point I’m upset b/c I spent so much time in to unlocking everything then it’s gone😠. I get bored of it and deleted it, now that I know not to do that it’s all good🤟. Not to be picky but if you’re going to make a game that makes you have to buy to have everything, don’t make it free, not saying I don’t like free but saying if you have to buy anything, then it’s not free. So yea, other than the fact of my mistakes and realizing that some stuff isn’t free, this is a cool and amazing game. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s plus the respect y’all earned Great game ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💥 Because of the fact that it’s not actually free And respect for the game itself✨😁⭐️🤔💯😎💥✌️😝🤘😅⭐️

Love and hate. I have been playing this game for years and still never get tired of it.. well..... except for all the ad’s. They are a bit excessive. The freeze up my phone sometimes. I hate it when playing an event and the ad’s pop up utilizing your bonus time. The count down continues during the pop up ads. You lose time having to watch an ad that taking time to load an it can be between 15 to 30 seconds long. That’s it it loads up. I have lost so much bonus time in tune ups and double credits anything with a countdown... then after you win an event you have to watch another ad to obtain bonus points which half the time has already been repeated several times in pop-up ad’s. That’s if it loads. Losing more time. I would gladly pay a cheap price for it just to lose some of the ad’s and to keep my phone from freezing. In short I LOVE this game but I HATE these ad’s.

Great game, BUT. I really don’t like how the system puts players together, like motorcycles and cars should be in different games, cause 99% of the time there is one motorcycle out of all the cars in the game, the motorcycle will win 1st place. It’s unfair for the people with cars, the developers, should either make motorcycles less over powered over all the cars, or divide cars and motorcycles. Your opponent can be way faster than you. And the graphics are a little “too” good. I’m playing on a iPad Pro 10.5 inch, and I still get a little lag here and there. Also the game is a little too expensive, I really do like how you’re not forced to watch an ad, but some things are just really pricey, it’s almost $100 for a skin pack for the cars, which is kinda ridiculous. And the tokens are extremely hard to get, unless you pay. Don’t get me wrong, the game is great, it just needs improvements.

Overall pretty good.. There was a problem with accounts though. I wanted to restart but it didnt let me. It said do you want to continue on your remote account. There was no option for no. The second option was local account and all it did was remove all your cars and put negative 1mil coins. So i basically couldnt get back any money and buy cars. Please put another option to restart. Anyway overall the game is pretty good. Amazing graphics, the controls are smooth and you might think the game is pay to win because of the prices but if you know where to click youll earn tons of money. They add spectacular events which makes it more exiting to play. Just please let us have a option to restart. I forgot to say i cant even earn anymore starts because i cant buy anything

P2W. Racing pass forces you to spend money in order to obtain the actual good rewards and cars. If you don’t you are stuck with random wildcards that you don’t need and low tier part upgrades. The “Car hunt” events also wants you to pay money in order to get the rewards they plaster all over the screen and is purposefully made so it is hard to level up. For context you need to get to level 37 to get a mid d class car that you could otherwise get for around 100k fusion coins. And if you pay money for premium you can get a S class car almost instantly (Porsche 918 spider) and some other good upgrades. Lastly, the World Series event is broken. I joined the match and finished 3rd. I saw that first place was taken by a BUGATTI VEYRON. The Veyron is a S class car and the race was supposed to be only C class cars because the race said that you get paired to similar skill point cars. TLDR Asphalt morphed into a broken and p2w game.

4 stars. I love this game, fast paced racing, beautiful scenery with vastly detailed tracks and backgrounds, and the best part: REAL CARS! (Though there were a few exceptions, such as the unusable despicable me 3 “car”) a few downsides are present, though, such as high prices for the cars meaning that your going to be doing a lot of grinding if you don’t have much i tunes money on your account, as the coins and tokens are in-app purchases and in-app purchases cost real money. Another thing is that not all of the tracks are available for quick race mode, meaning that if you want to race on those tracks, you’ll need to do events or multiplayer. One last thing is questionable class choices: mustang in d class? That would make more sence in b or a class. But still, this game is awesome, even if gameloft is milking it like it’s a cow, it’s even got mercedes hovercars!

iPhone 11. When I had my iPhone 7 with the haptics the gameplay was so so much better. The feature when you press harder to drift was awesome, but with the iPhone 11, you have to use the break and if your configuration is set to “tap to turn” it is no good on this phone. When you hit the break and then tap to turn into a drift, that is also a feature that makes the phone screen smaller and it if you are just playing other than multiplayer it either pauses the game which in turn messes you up, or makes you crash. In multiplayer it is worse, it sends you into some sort of float and you crash, or it disconnects you from the race. Hopefully you guys can fix this, I gave 5 stars b/c I still love the game even with the fusion coin madness, but it is give and take because when you play the festivals it is so easy to get a car, but tuning it up is the hardest.

Best game ever! Played the crap out of it!. I’ve probably played this game since it’s release and have been playing it since then! If not by then I’d say maybe little after it’s release date then. Either way it’s a great game and the graphics are great and no one else like game loft can beat their amazing asphalt series you just can’t get any better than asphalt series! The asphalt series will always have place in my heart for it’s amazing graphics and gameplay and futuristic cars! The devs are very very helpful people and tend to respond within a like two or three days wich is rare but that’s what I like about game loft their community is super cool and they make great games and devs if your reading this keep up the great work!

Developers please read. I’ve been playing Asphalt 8 for a year or so and I’ve been very impressed with the various updates. One thing I wish would come with the next update is a new race mode so that the player can input his or her car’s stats and top speeds etc. for example I own The Bugatti 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse and have gully upgraded it (and then some) so now most of the offline races I compete in don’t even give me a challenge! I don’t even need to use nitro! So just like the quick solo races where you can pick a type of race and what car there should really be a mode that once you input your car’s stats a race is generated that is at least a little challenging. I hope the game’s designers understand what I mean. Also, PLEASE add the Bugatti Chiron to the game so the fans of the car can at least have a taste of what the Chiron is like ;)
