Get rid of the character limit and open more land. Hi - I’ve been playing since way before your first birthday. Seriously doing a disservice to those of us with every single character, every single attraction, and every piece of land. There are so many plots that are unavailable - open them all up. I have about 30 attractions that I don’t have room for. I’m not even going to figure out how many concessions I have just sitting there not being used. Get rid of this character limit. I have 150 that I can send out on tasks to get tokens for leveling up characters from the most recent events - now I have to pick and choose which ones I can keep. I can’t send any of my characters out for the guests requests because I still can’t weed down which characters I need to keep and which ones I can send away right now. So many of us have spent actual money during the events to get the special characters in order to complete the event and make sure we get everything available. Refund us or take away the limit. If people’s games are crashing, that’s honestly their problem because in the many years I’ve been playing this game, I RARELY have a crash. If I do, I close out and just reopen with no problem. Most ridiculous update ever. I want all of my money back from the times I’ve spent it on the events and chests to get the special characters for events and ones that I didn’t end up getting during the events.

Why do you want more money. Ok let’s just say I know mobile game always have money but Disney you know the people that made so many movies money and own other people like marvel Pixar and star wars ok that’s good but having in game that is time based so they said ok let’s get more money by using a app that’s time based that’s like among us when you have to kill you can skip the cutscenes but it’s worth money Mickey Mouse your rich what do you want now more a house of mouse wait you do and it’s one of the Disney shows that is still on Netflix and Disney made gravity falls wonder over yonder ok more gravity falls then wonder over here doing the bone breaking dance Disney has a show that makes you ask look at one of the main characters Soos the soos (wow his name is good) his shirt has a ? A book around gravity falls has a ? Heck the main baddy is the triangle the has a eye in the midle so Disney get the thanos snap and kill the money asking and make the game fun who’ll your waiting for Micky slapping his hand on goofy Your fan of gravity falls Aaron and also make the world more fun to look at like the having Aldine in a Aldine land of sorts and make the story more funny and wacky other than oh a bad guy made land dark now you are here to save it

The Disney chest. So I just want to say that I absolutely love this game it’s fun I love all the characters and everything that comes with this game but I only have two complaints one I wish you guys can make it a little bit more easier to expand your park because it takes forever just to expand one part so I was hoping there was a way you guys could work with all your fans and trying to make a little bit easier because I have so much of my storage and it’s really hard to explain my park without spending money then to I’m curious to what happen with The Disney chest usually it gives you an opportunity to try to click on the thing you want but it doesn’t do that no more and I don’t know how to describe it but usually it will flash different things and you had to try to hit what you want out of that chat was not doing that no more and I don’t want to spend money on the characters chest because it gives me the first thing that pops up it doesn’t give me a chance to try to click on the character I want. But I didn’t know if there was a glitch or if that’s something new but if it is something new you guys need to drop the prices because if you’re stuck getting the same thing over and over again because you don’t get opportunity to click on what you want there’s no point but besides that this game is excellent I love it and thank you for creating this amazing game...

Loving it but I don’t wanna spend real money. I am loving this game so far, I downloaded it and didn’t touch it for a month.. than all of a sudden got hooked! I have spent some real money so far.. & it was worth it for some favorite characters. But I don’t think it’s fair that some of the characters you can only purchase with real money for example when a legendary chest comes up for Lion King.. there’s no way you are able to earn those characters other then making a purchase.. I am only level 19 or 20 so far.. but as of now.. a good group of characters you are able to earn by playing & making progress in the story… but even some of them you have to purchase (for example I only got Toy Story’s Rex because I bought his bundle) . And I bought the legendary pack for Winnie the Pooh and got most characters except for Roo & Piglet.. but when I click on the shadows to see what I need to get them.. it says “this limited time content isn’t available” - that’s not fair! I would rather get to earn some special characters cause I can’t always afford to buy the $10+ packages! Otherwise I love the game! *Edit after playing 200 consecutive days, you earn rewards for that but I still feel the same about legendary chests and characters.. and if you buy a pack of chests or multiple even you still may not get all characters but get 3 of the same decorations/concessions! They need to take concessions and decorations out of chests people pay way too much for!!! It makes me mad!

Good but could be better. I have been playing this game almost since it was released 3 years ago. I enjoy all the characters, attractions, and detail that is put into making the movies come to life within the game. I like how the various storylines interact with each other and all of the animations built into the game itself. My only complaint is land and use of space. Why should I continue to spend gems or complete tasks to achieve content when I cannot put it anywhere? Sure there’s a storage option but I didn’t just spend the last 20+ days finishing an event to earn a park ride only to not have it fit anywhere unless I clear out existing items. My main complaint is the Space Mountian Zone. This could be smoothed out significantly to create more areas to hold items. As-is there are random curves or islands that prevent larger attractions from being placed in that zone. Same with the California Screamin’ Zone. Areas are sectioned off haphazardly thus making it difficult to arrange the multitude of park rides and concessions. Yes, I could sell the concessions and decorations back to Merlin but I worked hard for those, why get rid of them? And for what purpose? I know the creators hear this all the time but please, please reconsider the layout of the game. This could be a great game instead of just a tolerable one.

It’s ok but.... After over a year of playing this game it has definitely gone down hill... they add great characters but you have to spend a fortune to get the main ones you really want. I don’t mind spending money on games but this has gotten ridiculous. Spend $10 and get... almost nothing! You RARELY get to unlock new spaces, new land challenges are apparently a thing of the past... you get a new character for a challenge and get past one mission for it and I’ll be a son of a... you have to update the character for the next mission..so you wait a week maybe two to get what you need to level us the character and by then the challenge is almost over and it was all for nothing 🙄 ..and the updates.. my goodness the UPDATES! I can’t update my app half the time because the updates are HUGE and can only be updated through WiFi. (Could just be iphones, I don’t know) I don’t have WiFi at home so I rarely get to update it. Which means I never get to play.. by the time I get a chance to update it’s a week or more into the “new event” the update is for and it’s half way over. I JUST updated this app yesterday, now there’s another one today. So I got to play for less than 24 hours. I used to love this game. We are big Disney loving family so this game was awesome...now it more of a hassle than it’s worth. It’s really disappointing. 👎🏼👎🏼

Play Daily. Loved! Every update less fun.. I want to play the old game I signed up for years ago. The app description still says, "Create the Disney park of your dreams. Decorate and customize the Park your way!" I was so happy when I could have my park grouped and decorated the way I wanted. Even once we couldn't have out all our attractions and characters, I could still have out my favorites and place them where I liked to see them. Now you have to put away your favorites to have out things they demand. If you don't, you miss out on new characters or attractions you may need in the future to get something you really want in your park. I would quit playing, but, I keep thinking they will fix it and I will enjoy the game again. But, this latest update is a giant leap in the wrong direction. I don't need anything except points for happiness from this mess, but thought I'd play to learn the ins and outs of the new tower system. Please let us go back to creating our own park our own way, as per the game description, playing for fun, without the stress. We don't need extra stress in our lives. Please fix it soon. Those of us who have played since the beginning or soon after launch and are on level 61 know this CAN be a fun, relaxing game, and we really don't want to stop playing .... But, it is not worth adding stress to our lives.

Horrible Update-I’m Done With This Game. I have been playing DMK since the beginning. As frustrating as some of the past updates have been, I’ve always wanted to continue playing because of how cute the game is and all the time I had invested. With the latest update, I am officially over it. I’m done. The changes made to the Happiness portion of the game are ridiculous and confusing. DMK has always been a simple game that you could check in on a few times a day. It is now complicated and time consuming, with daily, weekly, and event challenges. Season Passes? Get real! The play is completely different. Why have wishes for characters that are not even in play? And no way to get to those characters without searching for them? What happened to the ability to be taken directly to that character? Keeping up with the daily challenges is much too time consuming now as the requirements are totally unreasonable. The changes are completely designed to earn money for the developers, which I can understand. However, there is a point at which you need to understand the worth of your product. This game’s lack of kingdom space, which creates an inability to design your true kingdom, this horrible unplayable update, and the monetary amount it costs to succeed is in no way worth it. The developers like to feed users the garbage excuses about the necessity of “balancing changes.” We’re really not that stupid. This is no longer any fun. So not worth precious time.

Fun But Frustratingly Expensive. I have been playing this game for years (since the first day it was available actually). It is fun getting to build your own park, and developing the characters and their stories. My one complaint is that it can be expensive to play. When a new storyline comes out with new characters, there is always 1 character you have to buy with real money. Just like all games, you can earn gems needed for tasks, but you can never earn enough so you have to buy gems every so often which can get expensive. I got fed up buying so much, so I stopped playing for a while and missed a slew of new characters. My niece got me back into the game, and I’m having fun, but once again am getting frustrated with how expensive it is to play. It’s great that you can open chests to get characters you missed, but it is expensive to do so, and you need past characters for challenges that they run. I’ve spent $60 trying to get all the Lilo & Stitch characters available right now just to be still missing Stitch from the chests I open. I’m getting to the point where I want to quit again because I hate how much I have to spend to be able to play. If you don’t mind spending money on a game, this one is fun.

I enjoy playing this game. I really enjoy playing this game and been the new stuff and new characters that have been coming to the game. However the gems costs of the premium characters are too high and the magic cost of land is also too high and since the characters tokens rarely drop its become extremely difficult to level up the characters and welcoming new characters and getting the main characters during the events. And I feel like nothing has been done to stop these annoying random ads from popping up and people are starting to get upset about it and since the update it’s gotten worse can’t even send a character to do a task without an ad popping up and no one wants to have to pay real money to stop seeing these ads and something needs to be done to fix this or more and more people are going to complain about it. And I’m still waiting to hear back when the glitch with the characters is fixed. Something seriously needs to be done about this random popping up ads during each update they’re just getting worse and worse not only it made the game crash, some of the ads causes the whole game to rotate, and when you try to exit out of them they send you to the either the App Store or to safari, and they’re still making the game sound staticky and now they’re causing glitches on the characters. And customer service has been zero help on fixing this problem they just keep saying the exact same thing which is no help at all do a bug fix update for this game like sometime today

Best game ever. I love this game but I have a few complaints.l. Events are super hard. In a limited time event I usually only get the first character (at the very beginning of the event )and then I get nothing else done. 2. I agree with other players TOO MUCH SPENDING! I mean, come on, opening a limited time -legendary chest and only a 2% chance of getting a character for ten dollars, RIP0FF!!! Plus I’m only a kid and I am not falling into that trap. 3. I HATE GEMS. Come on, 100 and something for Pluto for example. My final complaint is again about the limited time EVENTS. I mean, I looked at the storybook and a bunch of movies I loved were in a limited time event that has already passed. Other than that, it’s a simple relaxing game. I like the attractions and characters and, one more thing, I had this on my iPad but then I undownloaded and then I got into it a few days ago but I don’t have any storage space on my iPad, so my Dad’s going to let me play on his phone. But we’re in Mexico right now and I have to wait 6 days. I hope Disney fixes my complaints because I am a BIG Disney fan. Bye! UPDATE: people who think the legendary chests are a scam are W R O N G. I opened six the other day and got three characters 1 attraction 1 float and a confession. Thanks for lying to me every one else🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎

Fun, But Frustrating at Times. I’ve been playing this game for about 18 months now. It’s a fun game and it’s a game you can keep playing for a while without it getting boring. However, there are some things that could improve. For example, when they do events, it’s absolutely impossible to get the last character without buying anything. It’s extremely frustrating because you could work so hard to get them, but you never do unless you buy tokens or the character itself. It’s not very fun to play the event when it’s impossible to work toward that last character. It’s also super frustrating when you’re trying to welcome a character and only one character can provide the tokens at “Legendary” status (the chances are low of getting the token anyway, so it takes FOREVER to get the needed tokens). It gets old after a while. Also, there are some character groups (aka Star Wars Sequels and Mando characters) that never get offered for you to buy in chests and that’s kinda lame. I’ve been wanting those characters so I wish they would make them available. Oh, and one more thing. If you buy a character chest, expect to get concessions and decorations. That is super frustrating too. If I wanted decorations, I would buy the decoration chest at 20 gems instead of 60 gems just to get a dumb decoration multiple times.

Fun to play ( wait, i mean pay). Now I’m not saying that the game isn’t fun, but it has issues, and a lot of them. Now, let’s start the list. 1. TOO MUCH PAYING! I mean come on Disney, it’s ridiculous, I mean, wow. The thing is that one tomorrow land zone fun land area costs $100+! And don’t get me started on the chest packs! I mean $10 FOR LILO AND STITCH! A CHANCE AT MY STITCHY WITCHY IS $10!???! But come on! Also, some cool stuff like land pack A is only available for just 1 day. Too much paying, and too much waiting. 2. The events are too hard without paying. Now I could make the entire thing just about paying, but still. Anyway, the princess and the frog event had a huge problem ( and this problem is probably spread across multiple events) There is way too many tokens, so basically you have to be far in the game, or PAY. Just to get a character, but dang it, in the mentioned event, I only got Eudora and naveen. The only reason I got Louis is because I payed for him. But still. And then there is the stupid impossible tower challenge events that are impossible to complete. Again, paying issues. Now other issues are that blah blah paying paying. But good parts are events and it’s just a good game in general. But still. Now inside, 5 star review, but without the fanboy inside me clouding my vision, 3 stars. Still a good game though.

Fun for all ages. I really like playing DMK I’ve been playing for about 3 years. I like collecting all the Disney characters and the cool graphics. Once I finally got myself to a good level it got a lot easier however on the downside game loft wants you to pay for bundles and prime characters all the time which is very disappointing. Everybody loves Disney but it shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. I am not rich nor can I play 24 7 because I have a family and a full time job. Also they entice you to play by making you think you can decorate your kingdom the way you want but they don’t give you enough land to place all the buildings , stands and decorations out. Seems to be a very common complaint on the message boards. Please listen to your faithful fans we love the game just give a little. One other pet peeve is all the events one after the other doesn’t give you time to level characters up which is very frustrating. I would also like to ask if we will ever get to actually have a real confrontation with Malificent it’s always the same tower challenges and nothing new. I also would like to finally open the mountain and release the yeti that would be awesome. That is one of my favorite rides at DW. Also would like to see the country bears and lady and the tramp. Fun, but keep your head. This game is a fantastic way to not only have fun with a rollercoaster tycoon, but the little details and world building truly do create this game. So many interesting references and hidden features that honestly it can be quite impressive. Though people may look at it and see the many transactions and purchases and feel a bit overwhelmed; just remember that they don’t matter. They truly won’t make a difference and it will feel much more rewarding to actually work and plan for the items you want. If I could suggest anything, I’d honestly like to see a bit more literal Theme Park representation. Everything is ‘vaguely’ related to them however even though it’s pretty much useless; possibly adding some sort of nod to the hotels of the theme parks or even having certain gift shops be creatable as opposed to just concessions. Another thing is the characters in the park. Due to only being the Magic Kingdom, it limits itself on its amount of characters. Maybe separate the different areas a bit more to where there could be something of an Epcot, or an Animal Kingdom so you don’t feel weird and jarred when the Carousel of Progress is right next to California Screamin’. And possibly some more unique and obscure characters would be nice like Oswald or even Br’er Fox and Br’er Bear. Heck even the country bear Jamboree could both be an attraction and set of characters. Overall a great game though opportunities are missed

Worth playing. I have been playing this game for months now and have enjoyed it so far. There are only 2 things that I wish were different. The pricing of in game purchases and the pop ups. The pop ups are annoying and happen often. They take a while to load and freeze the game time to time. The pricing is also a downfall. It is very expensive to buy chests. Especially ones related to the events happening in game. Sometimes you need a specific character from the chests, but there is only a chance to get said character. At $10 for 6 chests, you may have to buy 2-4 times to get what you want. And realistically, many families do not have that kind of money to spend. I do however like the rotation of the chests, if you miss an event with the character you most like, the chances of that character being available again soon are plausible. The season pass seems expensive but lasts months and is well worth it if you play regularly. The length of the game is also astonishing. You cannot finish the quests within a few months, probably couldn’t finish it within a year, which makes it a game less likely you’d get bored with- along with the ever lasting addition of new characters. Overall, it is a great game to play for both kids and adult.

Do NOT SPEND MONEY!!!. I've played this for a long time. So I thought I'd throw a couple bucks in to try and get some items in a chest. Each time it gives me a stupid confession stand and not a character. If you want to use real money, it's basically gambling. You are playing slots when you buy chests. They keep you from buying specific things in a chance chest so that you will keep spending currency. They keep making "balance" updates to make it harder. They do a really good job on the look and feel of the world and characters. But ultimately it's one of those games where things will take you months to accomplish without buying something. You never really level up because the cost of things rises quicker than your earning power. The actual actions are basically one of only a very few. Click on this, harvest that, send a character to do X. When you send a character to do something, you don't actually see them do it, they are just in accessible for any where from 30 minutes to 24 hours. Building something that produces resources takes many uses and a LOT of hours to pay itself off if you do the math. Again, beautiful game. The voice acting and feel is charming. But they understandably so funnel you into spending money. It's just that, if you ever do, the pay off is not worth it because you are just more able to do the same monotonous actions and not new ones. Still a beautiful game and it feels great to roam around the park.

Fun game for the most part, heavy money driven though. I’ve been playing off and on for a while now and for the most part I really do like the game. The further on you get though the longer quests take and the longer it takes to not only gather tokens but to actually level characters up, which I don’t mind overly much. The biggest drawback for me is that it is heavy money driven. I like the month long events where you honestly get a shot at collecting all the characters but the other events you have to dedicate heavily to have a shot at them. And after an event ends the only way to get missed characters and costumes is to pay real money. The permanent groups have one premium character each which is fine but with event limited characters more than half the entire character roster has to be paid for with real cash and the chests only offer a CHANCE at the characters, you’re more likely to get concessions stands. With the 6 chest offer you’re more often going to come out with only one character, to get the entire set of just one group can be costly. It would be a lot better if the events came back periodically or if after so long the event characters were folded into the storyline and made permanent characters. At this point I’ve resigned myself to only getting half the characters and with my job most events are unattainable so unless it’s the month long ones I don’t bother anymore.

THIS GAME IS AMAZING!!!!😍 But..... I’ve been playing this game for a long time. And so far I have no complaints with this game! I’ve grown up with Disney and I just absolutely love it!!! I like the quests and the fun limited time events!! I like the gameplay a lot and it’s fun to follow along a journey with my favorite Disney characters! But I do wonder if they could have the big hero six people change out of their outfits! That would be 😎!!! But honestly I’ve been reading these reviews and guess what? You don’t have to pay!!! I have not paid a single penny for this game!! There is a way to play free. And you do not have to pay. 😡😡😡😡 I’m honestly angry and stressed that some people don’t know how to deal with finances. I sleep, I work, and I have a LIFE!! Yet I still have not missed a day and I did not have to pay anything!! So there. Hey I have a complaint about this game I love it but it would be so much better if everyone could speak and say there catchphrases. Why can only Mickey and friends and toy story do it? If you could fix this I would blessed. But I just love your new update. I just hate that everyone is just big winers I must say that I’m just a kid and most of these guys are adults crying like a baby. It’s doesn’t have to pay to win. You guys are not patient at all!!!! Oh and also can you just make concessions give you magic. It would be so much better.

Ads ruin the game. I really like this game! I played it a few years ago and stopped and recently picked it back up. I still enjoy it and yes, it is difficult to upgrade characters, but I get that because they can make money off of people that get frustrated and just want to pay to get their characters. What I don’t get is the absolutely excessive amount of ads that pop up. I had noticed that there were a lot, so this morning when I was collecting my resources I counted - FIVE ads popped up, just while I was collecting resources and my kingdom is not very big! Plus, most of the ads are the kind that make it difficult to X out of or just freeze your phone, so then you have to close the whole app and reopen it. I have also had a few times where I have gone to open a chest and an ad pops up and when I get back, the chest is gone and I didn’t get anything from it. I understand needing ads to fund programming, but this is absurd. I feel like there is a better way; maybe limiting more resources and watching ads to get those resources such as with the gems and the silver/bronze chests? Or even just having the ads more strategically placed rather than popping up at random. I also feel it cheapens the game the way it currently is; it is getting to the point where I am seeing more of the ads than I am of the game. Please try to find a better way to generate revenue or I think people will stop playing out of frustration and you will lose even more revenue.

Why so expensive. I’m realizing now that they are thirsty for money doesn’t Disney have enough money already My point is they are trying to get you to spend money by giving you a “good deal” because most games diamonds are more expensive and you use a lot more but they give you a good deal so you buy more and use more The chests around the map once a day are very nice and all but the character chests are also expensive for what you get I mean 10 dollars for a IN GAME character that you use maybe once or twice to unlock another character Kingdom quests I’ve been playing for a little while and I think that the kingdom quests are good at the start but just end up getting dry and boring I’ve deleted and downloaded this game about 3 times because I don’t play it for like 5 months I get really bored of the bass line kingdom quests I think you could add a little bit more More characters at the start I think (my opinion) that it should be a little easier to get characters, upgrade them, and just have more abilities and kingdom quest or even side quests for them to give us more to do Separating rides I think you should separate different rides into sections like animal kingdom, Epcot and more Hollywood studios rides it’s kinda weird having Star Wars then Californias adventure That’s all I have

Best game ever BUT progress lost.... I’ve been playing DMK for the past 3 years and I progressed a LOT into the game and I almost had everything and every now and then I even invested money into the game, for example, when I needed a legendary chest for a character that isn’t out yet and stuff. It really is magical and the best game I have ever played! BUUUUT about almost a year ago my phone started acting up or more like the app was closing randomly after it freezes but I realized that I just needed to update my iOS. I didn’t update until after I had my progress lost for good. Yes I did connect through Facebook AND Game Center but when I tried to log back onto my game it started me off from the VERY BEGINNING OF THE GAME. My phone had frozen and the game closed by itself and...my progress and everything I worked for it? Gone. I tried so many things to get it back including signing back in 1000 times, contacting support, commenting on fb posts in hopes of a reply and nothing. I became very upset after that and stopped playing. I literally didn’t even bother to start over and I didn’t get the guts to play DMK again until my cousins encouraged me yesterday (more than half a year later). I’m gaining the confidence to slowly rebuild my whole kingdom again but geez that problem REALLY UPSET me. If it wasn’t for that, I would have given this game 5 stars. 😞😞😞😒

Fun game, but recent updates stink!. I’ve been playing this game for the last three years and it’s been a lot of fun! I don’t think you need to spend a lot of money and can virtually play for free which is what I’ve been doing all this time. My biggest complaint would be that the recent upgrades regarding the chests, enchantments, and happiness wishes are terrible! The chests used to be cool and not complicated and gave good stuff, now not so much. The enchantments don’t seem to do anything except clutter up the playing field. And finally, happiness wishes are impossible to maintain at a high-level. In the past, as long as you played regularly you could maintain the top tier level, but now it’s virtually impossible without spending money. I would also make the suggestion that they should offer all the characters for sale by using gem tokens, in addition to actual money for the hard-to-get ones. I definitely enjoy playing this game and you can do so without spending any money which is very cool. Only problem is that you will not advance quickly without spending money. So if you can deal with that this would be a good game to play specially if you love Disney! I am looking forward to the Star Wars update!

Amazing App, but needs a small fix. I have been playing this game for almost a year now, and I have noticed that after the last update the character chests do not work correctly. Before, you were able to try and time the chest to select the prize you wanted. However now it selects it for you. I would normally not care about this, however every single one of the chests I have won or purchased since the last update has given me a bench. I truly feel that since the chests are so expensive/rare, the prize should be something exclusive to the movie theme. I have been so disappointed to not receive an attraction or character like normal. All of the decorations have a separate chest, which it why I have been so disappointed with the prizes. I would hope that the next update would either switch the chests back to how they were, or eliminate the non-exclusive items from the Legendary chests. Overall though, this game is one of the best I’ve ever played. The best part about it would have to be the ease of getting the gems. I always love apps that you can play without NEEDING to pay real money to advance the game. Well don’t with this one, just a small minor fix for it to be perfect.

Character capacity. Hello, I have been playing this game for a few years now and it was really fun at first but now it’s almost impossible to have all your characters out at once because of the park capacity with the characters. Before all my characters could be roaming everywhere and it was easier to collect magic but now I have to have them sent home and can’t even have them all out because of the park not being big enough. It’s really difficult to expand the land at high magic prices. And can’t collect enough magic to extend the park to begin with because a lot of my characters were sent home. Can you please work on expanding the capacity so we can have more characters out on the land. Also I haven’t seen any character chest in a while did that stop? And why doesn’t it allow us to manually pick? Now when the chest opens up it’s the very first one you get and their usually concession stands. I haven’t got a new character in a while at least one that I really want. Is there any way to fix these small things to make the game more enjoyable. Would rate it 5 stars but my rating is going down because of these things. I wanna keep playing but it’s getting to the point where it’s not as much fun anymore.

Not fun. This game just isn’t really fun. It is maybe mildly entertaining for the first day or maybe even first week. I got bored of it really quickly. This game is definitely a long con - you need to have a lot of patience and delayed gratification for this game. I know people who have played it every day for years. I really don’t know how they do it because this game is so… for lack of better words, it’s just a dumb game. But I guess it’s not for everyone. Just not that fun at all from the perspective of a true gamer. My response to the developer: This type of game just isn’t for everyone. Some people like it, some don’t. I would classify this game as one of those “Idle Games”. It’s just overall really boring. Probably because it’s so simple. I don’t feel compelled to collect more Disney characters or attractions. It would take forever to do that. So maybe what I am saying is that the game is too hard and too time consuming, which is what leads to the player getting bored and deleting the app. The only ways to be successful in this game are to pay your real life money or be patient and in it for the long haul. I don’t know if “long-term” was the idea that the developers had for this app, but I don’t think it’s a good game format. Because if you have to wait TOO long, then you lose interest. And yes, this game does seem like it’s just an easy cash grab for Disney.

I want more characters(:. Love this game buttttt I am a f2p player. I *cant* pay for anything. It’s not that I *wont*. I simply *cant*.. so I know missions are going to take a little longer and I won’t get all the perks and that’s fine. But I want some more characters. I don’t want to spend 60 gems on a concession stand! I would at least understand the bigger destinations.. but a hat stand?? For 60 gems?? Don’t get me wrong I think 60 gems is a steal for the characters, that’s not the problem. But rarely do players buy those 60 gem chests for anything other than characters. I get it’s supposed to be a gamble but I can’t gamble like that and still buy the other characters that are only available through buying with gems. I get the characters are supposed to be special and they are but can’t we make them more accessible to those that don’t buy gems. And the ads are overwhelming. I can barely click around without a pop up. And some ads are over 30 seconds.. that’s crazy. I get it’s a free to play game but really y’all?? I love this game.. just maybe some updates on chest contents and different types of ads.. if the ads have to be long can they be better please?? Thank you for your time <3

Too much. I’ve played this game since day one. I made the mistake of going on vacation during an event once and have forever been behind with no chance to get missing characters unless I want to spend tons of gems (and $) for a possible chance at maybe getting one. Since then the events have gotten harder and harder. My husband and I both play and he is frequently rewarded for playing less because the contests that run are unfair. If I log in at 11 when the challenge/event/contest starts, I get put in a very competitive server with no chance of winning a top prize. He comes home and forgets about it until after dinner when I ask how he’s doing in the contest and he’s now at the top of his server many many hours later with significantly less points/currency/statues collected/etc, than I am and I get penalized for playing consistently. We almost always pay the few dollars for the misc. characters and yet the basics are getting so hard it’s almost unavoidable. This latest update with the happiness is an absolute nightmare. The game is at the point of not being fun anymore. It is a chore. We ask for more land and get more events, more frequently, with no time to finish leveling while other events start. It has begun to feel like if you aren’t going to consistently feed more and more $ into the game that you will continue to be underwhelmed with what you are able to get.

Disappointing. I have been playing this game for five years... some times I check in more often and other times less. I love the variety of characters and the quality of animations. I like that when you zoom in you can see the wonderful eye for detail that was put into it. Yes, they have become more money hungry as time passed to keep the game profitable but I am patient and only occasionally spend money to try to support the game. The last update has been so bad that I can’t even open the game and I know from checking Facebook that I am not alone. After a few days of getting only the loading screen I stopped trying for almost a week then was surprised when it opened for me on Saturday. I was able to use the game for half a day then it stopped letting me in again. I am disgusted at the lack of response on Facebook by the developers. This is a major coding error or an intentional effort to weed out some of the users. Even the users who can get in are having major glitches. I was able to start the event a week late and even used gems that had been trickling in from ads to buy the premium character but otherwise only got the first event character. I haven’t seen the movie but am disappointed I will be sitting this out indefinitely. I wish I knew if they were even working on it since they barely seem to acknowledge that this the worst update since I joined.

it’s just way too long. i have been playing this game for years. i loved it when i first got it, but it progressively gets worse as you play. i would say it’s one of those games that’s more kind to it’s paying users, but the amount of gems or magic you receive is not good at all for the prices. the only ones that are considerable are the $100 purchases, and the majority of people aren’t going to pay $100 on a mobile game. however my biggest issue with this game is how long it takes to progress. there are too many items needed to upgrade characters, too many OF each item needed, and the worst part is that you’re not even guaranteed the needed items from designated character activities, and these activities are upwards of 12 hours which is just ridiculous. not to mention, you have very limited character activities to choose from (to add to that, that’s even if you have any available) unless you upgrade those characters, needless to say that this goes full circle. overall, i love the design of the game, the story, the layout, but the “work” of the game is just way too lengthy. it’s difficult to enjoy a game that’s majority of activity is just telling someone to do something (with no specific reward guarantee) for twelve hours over. and over. and over again for days on end if not weeks.

Extremely disappointing. To start off I love this game but I'm extremely disappointed in how it is being ran. The newest update where all these attractions need updating and more land is so expensive. You expect us to be obsessed with the game. Just like these chests to open, paying for them and not getting the characters you actually tap on, that's not right. But nothing will change with that. It's messed up. Of course their needs to be updates because Disney is always updating but does it have to be such a money racket? This newest update not only costs you money to get it unlocked but Everytime there's an update my characters that are ready to be upgrade lose half of their tokens I've already worked for abs I have to start over. It makes no sense. Now the new update you have made new changes to where you can't get coins/happiness as often without these "magical" tokens and that takes forever to get or you have to buy them. Not exactly helping your case here. I've spent way too much money now to get this game where it is and you keep trying to cheat people out of more. Why?? I get it that some games need to make money, okay, so why not full access to everything for $1 a month. Then people could get more stuff on top of that if they choose but this is ridiculous. Please reconsider.

So long and yeah you might as well pay. Look I love the concept, the disney theme parks are my favorite place, and I don’t fully mind paying in game for most things. This game, however, even if you pay $20 that will only give you maybe a couple new characters and an additional 5 minutes of playing session. If you DONT pay, you have to wait forever to accumulate gems to purchase more exclusive things and resources, and you will also be waiting a minimum of an hour for each character’s task to finish. So you play for two minutes, then come back in an hour. And that concept is the most annoying thing. The longest quests are like 8hrs and there even 24 hr wait times for other things which is baffling. It’s hard to really into the enjoyment of growing when you can’t even last 5 minutes in the app then having nothing else to do. Honestly there needs to be more things to take up time and less “cooldowns” for things. Then paying wouldn’t seem so drastic cause people would WANT to pay for the more exclusive things. But when even growth resources cost $20 for a MAYBE of getting the thing you need it’s not very motivating to come back and keep going in an hour. Just saying, make tasks a little easier to accomplish and I think this would be an awesome game.

Hard to play if you dont pay. I have only been playing this game for about two years i love the the idea of the game and its enjoyable to do but as a person who honestly am not going to pay actual money for fake stuff to purchase more fake thing’s with find this game and especially the evens almost impossible to deal with for in all regards is a child’s game. my top complaints are that there is to much event requirements in a limited amount of time and without dropping large amounts of money i can not complete said events which then happen right after the other, Which makes leveling up characters impossible. Also the joy meter goes back to zero with in an hour of being on the game. So whats the point in trying to keep it up. Another is the chests i spent gems on opening up stops for chests and you take it away with out compensation for the gems spent on a now worthless thing. And probably the most infuriating is the probability for item drops, i under stand that rarity plays a role but when u spend a week dont a task every 6 hours for 1 item and it wont drop makes me want just get off the game or delete it. Especially for events and you spend half the event trying to get one item to level a character up and the event ends before it even drops. I play pretty much every day and check in at most 3 times a day. Even thats not enough to get things done.

Too Much.. Too Bad.. MAJOR problems lately with game crashing, through the past few updates. My iPhone is fully updated and I’ve done everything Gameloft recommends to fix, but it still crashes. Constantly. Even besides that, the fun has greatly diminished. I’ve been playing this game every day for years (level 60), and it started out really cute and fun.. great story line where you casually collect characters and magic. Stress-free and perfect for Disney fans. And I was very pleased with most updates, like finding magic chests, and having Merlin collect everything. But they’ve gone for too much and I’m sorry to say have really damaged a good thing. They’ve made this a stressful game. Too many challenges too often.. now all of the buildings have an enchantment thing that is frankly useless and looks cluttered, Merlin has more spells than should be necessary, even the magic chests that were once a nice surprise have a stress element where you have to try and tap what you want to get (and never do). I hate to complain, but I miss the fun, cute, easy game where you weren’t pressured to spend real money, and weren’t cluttered with pop ups and timed challenges and over the top everything. Every time it crashes from a few seconds of playing, I’m tempted to delete the app again and just forget it. It’s too much data costing too much time and money causing too much stress. Too bad.

Happiness is flawed. Please fix the happiness. I’m stuck between content and cheerful because once I reach cheerful, every time I collect happiness, I only gain one more percent. When I come back to check the wishes I fulfilled not an hour later it’s already gone back down to content. I’m dying here. I used to keep it at 100% ecstatic. Now I can’t even get past 4% cheerful. UPDATE: Still trying to get my happiness level up to no avail. It’s impossible to keep it up. Every time I exit the app for a couple of hours it goes back down. The happiness used to be easier to keep up which made getting tokens easier and made the game worth playing. Now I’m struggling to finish this event and might not make it and I have so far progressed in the game you would think that would help. Would definitely help if I could keep my happiness up. UPDATE: I’m getting very tired of having almost all the characters in the game, while being progressed over 400 days of gameplay consecutively, and still can’t complete events! And I’ve went and set timers and followed them religiously because I wanted all the Nemo characters! But nooo the Happiness is what screws you in the end because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get it to the top! I used to KEEP it filled up but since they change it it’s impossible!

Magic kingdom. This game used to be really fun but has steadily gone downhill. If you like a free game that you have to pay a lot of money to ply then this is the game for you. It has more micro transactions than a call of duty game. You have pop ups that constantly appear I. The game and the only way to get them to go away is to buy something and eventually they come back and the process keeps repeating. We have been requesting more or cheaper land areas for years now and still get the same responses. We are working on the issue you think if they haven’t figured it out by now they either never will or are doing it on purpose to get us to spend more money. They have events that very few people can finish without having to spend money to complete and now they have added a season pass that cost $20 and people still can’t even finish it it shouldn’t be that hard. They want you to do nothing but give them money and spend 24/7 playing the game. And let’s not get into the drop rates. They are horrible but you need them in order to progress in the gamer . If you have to spend 6 hours or more on the you should get the token not just a chance of getaway ing it. So just find another game that is really free to play unless you like spending money. And yes Disney kingdom I know. You want to thank me for my input and you are always trying to make the game better but after years and years of say that you only make it worse and worse

Fun, but Incredibly Depthless. I’ve had this game since 2016, and since then I’ve poored an embarrassing amount of money into it. While this game has had its moments, it has two big issues. Welcoming/leveling up characters is a tedious process. All I do now in the game is setting hilariously long activities, and waiting hours for the slim chance to get ONE item for ONE section for ONE character. Of course, this can all be avoided with gems. Premium currency has become a staple in mobile games and I never see the premise in the perspective of the player. Gems are extremely rare and opportunities to obtain them are slim. Of course these tedious tasks can be accomplished with a simple button with real money transactions. I’m not recommending dropping prices on shops, or decreasing the time it takes for actions to complete, I’m saying gems are a horrendous inclusion and at the very least, make them more accessible to us players (ads hardly work after 3 gem pulls.) I’m incredibly thrilled by this game, and enjoy the time I have playing it. However, I wish it was more than simply waiting hours for a character to complete quests. I’d love for something more IMMERSIVE to be introduced into the game. If you ever read this, thank you for your time!

Great job Disney! 👏. This app is amazing it’s fun and addictive me and my mom play it together a lot but even though Disney has done an impeccable job with this game there are some things I’d like to point out. So, seasonal characters. There are certain ones that come back about every month or so, like The nightmare before Christmas, Snow White, Aladdin, and more but things like Wreck It Ralph are not brought back often I have to admit they’ve been doing better about this lately but not better enough. I really want the comfy costumes for the princess to come back. I used to be annoyed about the price but gems spear more often and it’s easy to get enough gems for the chest you want and if it goes away before you have enough to buy it don’t fret because there are more wonderful chests with great opportunities. It would be great if you add the three Caballeros with the exception of Donald because he’s already in the game and maybe you can add Darkwing duck characters like Goslynn Launchpad and Darkwing Duck himself with 2 costumes his civilian form and his superhero persona he should come as Darkwing duck though. But apart from all of these things that I’m mentioning this is actually a really great game I would be lying if I said I wasn’t addicted to it 😂

Too Expensive. I really love this game, it’s a pretty creative idea to allow people to make their own Disney World, but it definitely has some flaws. the first one is that if you wanted to unlock a character that is bought via gems, it would probably take a good year and a half to save up and buy them, but if you want to buy them with real money, they give you only one character and 120 gems minimum for like $10 which is a bit much, I suggest they either make it somewhat easier to earn gems or lower the prices of some characters. Second is that the blue potion stuff is hard to save up cause right now all my attractions collect only 6,000 of the blue stuff, they should just definitely make attractions produce a lot more of the blue stuff, also land is way too expensive too. Third, the fact that some Disney characters in certainfranchises are only unlockable via a chest that cost 40 gems or around $5 is pretty ridiculous especially since you have a chance of not even getting a character. Other than those three things I really like this game, I just hope, despite Disney is a huge company and probably wont see our complaints, that they will take these changes into consideration because no one will want to pay for in-app purchases and inevitably they will want to delete the game and never recommend it to others.

Used to be fun, now it's pay to play. I've played this game a little over a year now and lately it's been taking a turn for the worse. Game events have been made deliberately more difficult and/or impossible to make progress in unless you spend money on exclusive characters or extra tokens. The chest reward system has been changed to provide players with less happiness points and tokens that go towards characters, and instead created an upgrade system for attractions that the token requirements are unattainable and take months worth of collecting chests to get anywhere. The happiness system has been altered so that players must play the game

Only serious, rich gamers need to download. I cannot recommend this game. Yes, it is cute and it has its moments. The frustrations, though, far outweigh those benefits. “Upgrades” really mean they are changing the rules to the game. “Events” are psychological advertisement ploys to make a free game expensive. Video ads to get bonuses do not always play or just shut down the app all together. Even regular play sending off characters can be too much for the app and it shuts down. Yes, it is fun to see beloved characters do favorite activities, but when you have to send Jessie to do the “Hey, Howdy, Hey” for the 200th time (I wish I was exaggerating), it is a chore and no longer fun. The almost limitless number of tokens that you need to collect to level up a character takes away the enjoyment. And you are not building the kingdom of your dreams - the game rules have put restrictions on what you need to do to be successful. My kingdom feels more like jumbled mess of requirements that I have to meet to maximize play, not one that I would want to visit. I could continue on about happiness scores, space limitations, impossible expectations for the casual gamer, and more. I’ve sadly lost count the number of times that I feel disappointed, defeated, and anything but magical. The real parks give me hope and are a happy place. This game can be a disappointing chore devoid of magic and joy.

No longer fun. When I started this game about 2 years ago, I honestly enjoyed it so much! I am a huge Disney fan and loved getting to build my own Disney park. However, the game makers have made it impossible to have fun with it anymore. I used to not have to spend any money and still got most of the characters and rides, but they have gotten ridiculous with it. Each event now requires over $10 if you want all of the rides and characters, and the difficulty levels have increased exponentially so that a new player would never even get close to getting what they need in the event’s 26 day time frame. Also, they keep giving new rides (3-4 with each event) and hardly ever release new land to place them on. I have at least 15 rides in storage that will never see the light of day. We also used to get a lot more time off between events to level up characters and other such things that you can’t really do during an event. Now, the events are back-to-back-to-back! And to top it all off, the latest update with the happiness rapidly decreasing so you would have to log in constantly throughout the day to keep it up, is absolutely ridiculous. I have never complained or even left a review on here for anything. I just am trying to be honest and say it’s just not worth it anymore.

Pay to win. I haven’t been playing this game very long (a few weeks maybe?) but I can already tell that it won’t sustain my interest for long. As a die-hard Disney fan, I do love the concept of getting to build my own theme park with all my favorite characters but in classic Disney style it’s all about money. For starters, it seems there’s some characters you can only get from chests that cost real money, and you’re not even guaranteed to get one if you buy the chests! Second, the costs to do anything (unlock land, build a building, etc) are astronomical, and (so far) the currency you earn doesn’t scale appropriately. You get very little from these quests that take 12 hours! Then, it’s nearly impossible to progress because there’s just a series of doors in your face. It’s like, you have to unlock a character to progress, so you do the same 6 hour quest a ton of times until you get the items. Then you do one quest with that character, and for the next one, you have to build a building. But you have to level up the character to build the building, and the whole process starts over. I don’t mind in-app purchases, can’t complain about that, especially when an app is free. But, it should be set up so that people who don’t spend real money can still progress at a reasonable rate, and can have access to characters without them hiding behind a pay-to-unlock wall. This app needs to make some major changes lol.

Need space & reasonable $ or gems to purchase characters. Enjoy the game but I need more space to place attractions and concessions. It’s so frustrating trying to fit them in and to lose magic, gems and potions. Why only a 10% chance of getting a token. How many times do you have to do a 6 or 12 hour task to get the token? And why do you have to make it so difficult to even get a chance to earn the last character ‘s tokens? I have been so close and then lose all the tokens for the last character. Why don’t you allow us to purchase the character? A pro rated amount of money or gems like you used to. I hate the legendary chests. I won’t buy anymore. Spending 60 gems and then getting another stupid decoration that I don’t even have space for. Set a gem or purchase price like it was in the beginning. Most of the chests are a disappointment especially the silver, gold and platinum. After waiting 6, 12, 24 hours, it’s a big letdown to get the same decorations you get for a bronze chest or could get for magic. I missed out on Christopher Robin Ariel, Chip, and the queen of hearts when I was so close. I have spent hundreds of gems and never received the character. Please put the fun back and give us some room to place things. All the spaces say coming soon. What is your definition of soon?

Last patch has ruined the game. This is not a game of skill. It is simply a process of collecting things. I have played since the beginning because it required ver little time and effort, and bought something every month to help the developers. I have paid more money for this “game” over the last few years than I have paid to play real games, but it was fine because it was a way to kill a few minutes every few hours and see what new features or characters are added. “I will play until the Black Pearl is added” or “Let’s see which characters get added to promote this movie.” It was stupid and harmless. Now I would need to constantly play to maintain a level of happiness where I could get new characters, or I will need to be constantly paying real money to allow me to keep collecting. So this has switched to a model where I would have to pay to “win” a game where there is no skill or actual winning involved. None of the rewards actually exist, so paying even more money for them is stupid. It was fine when it was a little bit, but it’s tipped over into a place where the amount of money involved is just too much. “Stupid but harmless” is now just stupid expensive. I guess the developers need to make money, but they can get it from someone who doesn’t mind paying what is actually a lot of money for very little reward. Or they could make a game that has actual gameplay and requires actual skill and might be worth the money.

Good game, bad game.. To be completely honest this game is very good. The only problem is in order to get characters you either need to buy chests, drive yourself crazy trying to win every mini game and tower challenge you can to get characters or get lucky enough to get the characters or rides your waiting to get. Many of my characters are missing due to the fact that I didn’t win the tower challenges in time. Now we are told that free chests are going bye bye and no new land can be opened for less than 750,000 blue magic. In order to get items from Merlin’s shop you must save all items you can so that you can over time save up, and purchase your items needed to get characters or rides needed. It takes too long to get magic from items sold at Merlin’s cauldron. I personally think more mini games are needed to allow us to get the characters we didn’t get during the tower challenges. I also think we need things to be lowered in price and the availability to get characters outside of buying chests or tower challenges. Maybe side quests put into the game so we can collect rides and characters or allow all the characters to come back through tower challenges so we can obtain the remaining characters we don’t have??? Just my opinion.

Love it buttt. Hey Disney Magic, I just want to give you two thumbs up for your fantastic game. It’s like I’m re-living my childhood. But i have spent lots and lots of money and its not much content i would like to recommend lowering the prices off legendary chests and put more in for calendar streak rewards because i used to play but then it got deleted and now i have spent lots of money trying to get them back in legendary chests. And I’m not even mentioning that i don’t get them because of the fact that there are so many countless and worthless items like benches! Not many people want benches when they are paying for a character in my case at least. And with the consesion stands, if you win one why cant it be only one. Like the characters you can only win them once but why can you with the same consesion more then once. And, please bring back events so people can get more characters more. Like the incredibles and Snow White. Just so kids and adults can get the chance of getting characters and attractions if they join in later. Or make more red ribbon chests, or even calendar streak rewards that are more rare like attractions and diamond or limited characters. $$ Pit. Beware, only download this app if you have an unlimited budget. This is not a typical "game, more of an activity that I downloaded for my learning challenged grandson who loves all things Disney. The game heavily promotes "Legendary Chests". They are roulette style actions you have to purchase in order to win characters. Instead, rewards are almost solely useless decorations. My grandson (nor would any young child) does not understand why we can't keep buying chests (at $10 a try), jewels, or other in-game opportunities to get his favorite characters. There are elements you can earn for a limited time but said time runs out before you can actually get them. If you are able to get Kingdom houses/buildings etc., there is no land to put the ever larger pieces. If land does become available it costs an exorbitant number of blue elixer bottles (my last opportunity was 2,000,000) which is the in game monetary system along with red jewels. It is an obvious attempt to force their purchase $$. My grandson is obsessed with Kingdoms and I have already invested too much $$ or I would delete. He will have to be content with the characters and properties we've already accumulated because I've spent all the$ I'm going to spend.

Great game, and here’s an idea!. I’ve been a fan of Disney movies for a while, and even though I just got this game, it already seems promising, with great graphics and the characters are fun and act in character. I actually have an idea for a new town building game! I know that four characters from this movie are in the game, but I would LOVE a city building game about Zootopia! It’s one of my favorite movies and it would be the perfect candidate for a city building game. It could be about building Zootopia from the ground up, and adding facilities and homes for animals in all the different districts! Over time, you could purchase characters and have them move in. You would start with Judy, but you would eventually move in the other characters from the movie, including main characters (Nick, Chief Bogo), side characters (Flash, Clawhauser), villains (Bellwether, Doug), and even background characters. Even just generic animal characters would be cool. That’s my idea for a new town building game and I know you could do it, since you’ve made other town building games in the past. That’s all for now. I hope you read this and get some ideas! Edit: Thanks for the response! If you make the game, I would be super happy! I just hope you don’t make it an Apple Arcade exclusive. That way, anyone can play it!

Used to be fun. Been playing this game for a few years and the quality of gameplay has really downgraded. Decorations and concessions can no longer be purchased with “magic” and can ONLY be purchased with gems, which are hard to come-by in the game or otherwise costs real money. Plus you can’t even select a specific concession, it is randomized with the chest. Also the exchange rate is ridiculous - 60 gems for 1 chest that will give you ONE concession; in terms of money that’s about $2.50 per, and some of these challenges are requiring you to have 20+ concessions - complete rip-off. While the playing field is large with great detail, the inability to zoom-out of the tight frame is headache inducing and forces me to cut down on playing time. I think overall this game would be much more enticing if they just brought back the ability to purchase parade floats, decorations, etc., with the in-game currency and generate more rewards or bigger variety from character quests. One great thing about game play is that it doesn’t cost any “energy” or limited moves, which is popular among certain game. Also ads are minimal so playing time is not heavily interrupted. Update: gifts and rewards are essentially worthless. I just recently reached level 36 and my reward was 1,050 magic and ONE gem! ONE!

Great game if. It’s a really good game, but Disney please allow children to find ways to earn gems because I kept getting hassled about purchasing stuff which can get frustrating. If they cannot earn or progress in the game, they will get bored with it and stop playing. Also if the game allowed you an option to go “into” the ride and go on an actual digital replica of the real rides... that would be awesome!!! This game would be the best if you could ride the rides in a vr world 😂👌🎄🎄

The challenges are Ok but if you buy a feature character early you would think you would be able to complete the whole challenge… nope… You get to the final character of the challenge set and there is ALWAYS icons you have to get to ‘welcome’ then… If you complete all those other tasks that character should be instant… also I hate wasting gems on legendary chests because you rarely get a character, it is usually a statue or a hat stand… Either make the characters more accessible or decrease the costs of the chests

Mmm it’s alright I guess.... The visual effects of this game are great, the characters look super amazing and so do the buildings so over all, the game looks super cool and all and I can understand that the devs have put a lot of effort on the visuals of this game and honestly they nailed it however this game wants your money! In order to get event characters you need to spend gems/diamonds which are extremely hard to gain meaning that if you want to get all the characters then you are willing to spend a large amount of money! I would also recommend if the app had mini games like the my little pony game, then we would be able to do other things than just wait for the quests to finish! Thank you for reading and over all this game is alright and I can’t wait to see some more improvements!

Gambling and Tech Addiction Waiting to Happen.... While I am a long time Disney fan and I think Disney Magic Kingdom is adorable bringing much loved characters to life in this mini theme park, I am fairly concerned about the potential for children and adults alike to “gamble” money on a slim chance to gain items. It also contributes to technology addiction because to get the free characters you need to spend a large amount of money/ gems or you need to attend to the app every couple of hours to succeed in getting the timed/free characters and event items. I have begun to use the app less and less because these are not positive things, it is taking advantage of current social / behavioural issues for corporate financial gain.

Not do magic. I am very disappointed with new upgrade. People have spent a lot of money getting characters which they now have to retire because of new character limit. You advertise the game of building your own magic kingdom not any more according to new game rules. Which means we are not building our own kingdom. I have bought many chests and only received 2 characters. All I can say is that Disney is teaching kids to gamble. Chests don’t always give characters because there is only less than 20% chance of getting a character so you have to buy more chests, this is called gambling. This is not what you should be teaching children. This should be a guarantee that you get a character if you purchase chests with cash or gems. Now that we can only use 75 characters it either takes longer to earn magic or you have to buy magic to progress in the game. Disney Kingdom is now only about money. This is not a game for children as it costs too much money to buy chests that don’t have a guarantee of getting a character. I have heard of children spending their birthday money on characters which they now have to retire. If you don’t get featured characters in special events you have to pay a lot of money to get them. Upgrades to games should enhance the playing of the game not make it worse. I have read a lot of people are now deleting the game. All I can say now is shame on you Magic Kingdom. Take a look at all the negative comments in Facebook sites etc.

It’s great but..... Had this game for over three years now and I play it everyday. I would not recommend for small children as I don’t believe it is designed for them due to the time limits and the challenges of getting limited time characters. On that note it would be great if those characters we missed out on we didn’t have to purchase chests and hope we might get them. The ones in the challenges that cost gems, would be great if they still cost gems and it didn’t prevent you from getting them without the purchase of the random chests. The others it would be great if there was a shorter challenge every now and then for each set to earn the stuff for those characters to make it more interesting. Even during the maleficent ones I managed to purchase Milan with that currency as I didn’t have her which was great, really made my day because she was part of the characters involved. Gems are generally easy to earn with upgrading characters so not too bad there. Just some of the more useless characters especially if the rest are level 10 in that set take a lot of gems and really can’t be bothered getting them anymore until I have the useful ones. My biggest and really main annoyance of the game is you can only level up one character at a time, would be fantastic if you allowed levelling up of at least 2 or even 3 at once and that would be the best thing you could change first!! I love this game- just one problem.... I have had this game for 3 years now. I stopped playing around a year ago because it was on my Microsoft computer. It’s such a fun game, and I believe if you’re patient and okay with time limits, the money isn’t an issue- I have never spent money on this game! I was so so far into all of it and I would hate to lose it all. I’ve decided I want to play again but I don’t know how to transfer progress onto my iPad from a Microsoft computer!! It’s such a shame. I hope the creators of this app can figure out a way to do it.

Developer action needed. Look this stars out as a good game. But after a while you run out of land, which is fine as you normally just have take the time to earn token/points what ever you want to all it to open up more space. But after a while that’s not enough you need to send certain characters on quests. Now that would also be fine if you had access to those characters. But in some cases you can’t access them, you can’t purchase them with gems either. It’s like the option to open them has passed even before you downloaded this game. When you contact for help it asks for your email. They refuse to help you without, which is kind of frustrating. Other platforms have a help centre that doesn’t ask for this. Sometimes people can’t give an email. Maybe they only have a work one & their child is the lover of this game but can’t give out their email. It’s like the developers had a great idea but then just gave up @ the end.

Love this game!!!. I love playing this game! Happy to pay for additional content every now and then, but my only problem is land progression and how things fit on the land. Its not very practical with some items to need so much land when the actual item is tiny. Lots of small spaces that cant be filled which just makes the game frustrating. itd be great if you could turn it and see whats behind all of the attractions you lay out, or any items to tap on. All in all though I really love the game! Just small fruatrations :)

Please change the character limit back :(. I adore this game and have played it everyday for about 2 years now (sad I know) and a fair bit of money but the most recent update which I believe was today or yesterday I’m not a fan of. I have 234 people in my kingdom currently and have had a lot of people in for a while and yes it can be tedious sending everyone on quests but I love all the characters and they give different rewards. You’ve now put a limit on how many people in the kingdom to just 75 and I have to send the rest out of the kingdom? What a waste!! Still takes forever as it is to build the magic up to the millions which is needed to expand but with only 75 characters it’s absolutely ridiculous. And what about special events and tokens and things?? It’s really tedious sending so many away and then having to sort through sending more to bring others back. There really is no point to having the “home” feature when it renders the rest of the game useless. There becomes no point to wanting to play, to collect more characters or purchase buildings or expand the kingdom. PLEASE remove the limit it’s so sad as it will ruin a much loved game for me.

Curious. Love this game, but very rarely can get gems from parades, makes it hard to get them especially when most of my characters are maxed levels. Wish it was possible to level up more than one character at a time. 24hrs is so long. Wondering if previous event characters will be available again other than buying chests for them. Eg nightmare before Christmas, frozen, beauty and the beast. I started playing after those events so I don’t have them. I have paid twice for their chests when there is a promotion buy annoyingly only got statues.

Events. I play this game far too much and always finish near the top in leaderboards. Yet I can’t get the mayor in the current event as I don’t have all the extra characters needed. This game penalises newer players who joined after the events where those characters were gettable. You can’t buy them with gems, you have try and get them through chests and the drop rates make it basically impossible. Game needs better balance for newer and older players

Happy yet unhappy. I’ve been playing this game for 6 years now and I’ve sent feedback in numerous times; I find it dam near impossible to successfully complete a tower challenge or special events when I’m working not to mention not even getting close to getting a gold trophy for the same reason. I liked when it used to be 1st, 2nd and 3rd world get gold trophies. I love the game very I wouldn’t be playing it for 6 years if I didn’t but it’s very disheartening to not be able to obtain beloved characters because I’m working, I’ve missed out on entire events because I could only log on and play a couple of times a day.

Was a great game but sadly a lot has changed. This game is a shadow of its former self, it’s wonderful collecting your favourite Disney characters and seeing them walk around the park you created but there’s not enough space to actually decorate it with the attractions you collect. Recently parts of the game have changed for the worse and playing the game has become a chore. Many of the characters aren’t available unless you purchase get a chest which is either available for purchase or if you collect gems and even then there’s only a 2% chance of getting them. Characters that were available in the main storyline a much harder to obtain and often can take a solid few weeks of gameplay before you get them. I’m very much on the verge of deleting it due to the fact it’s become too involved, whereas before I could play for several minutes a day and still make relative progress.

Love it, but.... I love this app, but with the latest update (July 2019), there’s no longer any incentive to stay inside the game. There used to be tokens to collect every five minutes or so on different attractions, now it’s a minimum of an hour. So now I just drop in, set off challenges that take an hour or more, grab the tokens that are there and then close it down while the time passes (and go and kill zombies instead lol). Hopefully, they’re just not thinking enough and it will change in the next update.

Love this game but..... I’ve had this game going for years now and hate to think how much money I have spent on it to collect special items or characters, but now I’m disappointed in the game. I have most of the objects in the game but have no room to put it all and now it is going to cost 1million magic to clear a small space or half a mill for a ride/attraction/character... it now just becomes unrealistic to be able to play the game at it’s full potential now without spending real money to supplement your magic... it’s almost an unrealistic goal to buy anything with spending real money. Which has put me off the game for some time now. I feel it is just greed!

Managing characters. I have been playing this game for quite a while and have been very happy with it to date. However now having to manage the number of characters in the kingdom requires a level that most children will be unable to contend with as most of the characters are intertwined in the fact that you need them to be able to upgrade others. As this is one of the only goals (to upgrade your characters) unless there is an event on, I feel this is not a great feature. I will give it a try but this is probably going to be a game deleter for me.

Addicted to Disney. A lot of fun and extremely addictive. To add... it’s losing the charm it once had. Events are becoming more and more based around funds not effort. To get anywhere in events you have to be awake and in game for almost the entire day.... that’s just not possible. There’s a subtle line between challenging and ridiculous. Original post was 5 stars.... dropped to 3 and now down to 2. Hope they get it sorted, they are pushing away their older players. To add, the new tower challenges are ridiculous and virtually pointless for older players. The last challenge I didn’t spend any event currency, completed all 3 chapters and still didn’t have enough currency for the character. Beyond a joke. Old Walt would be turning in his grave

Love it!. I love this game! The characters are so cute and funny! Many people wouldn’t like the fact that you can only play the game for five minutes at a time but it suits me just fine! You can’t get addicted that way! I enjoy the detail of the houses and scenery and the dialogue between characters! The events are very amusing! I laugh when I see plates and cutlery strolling around! The only thing about playing this game is that you need to have patience! It takes Goofy 12 hours to eat a sandwich etc If you love Disney then you will really enjoy this game! I am an adult and I still do! 🤪

One Year Player. So, my first ever impression of the game was that it was fantastic! I loved unlocking some of my favourite disney characters and the story seemed slightly more engaging. Land and upgrading characters was more accessible. As the game has progressed over the year and some of my friends have started playing my new opinion is: MONEY HUNGRY. You frequently have event chests come back across the months, offer deals to spend gems or real money on the potential of never getting the character missing from the set! Instead you are given a bench, ride etc. This is pretty silly considering some of these events have long passed now and people would gladly pay gems just to buy there favourite character or missing character outright. Or perhaps implement it in the cauldron trade and change what characters drops you can get per week or something. The game itself takes up a lot of space as well. How about actually spending more time into considering how to make the game slightly smaller and run a bit faster. I’m stuck on the loading screen for five minutes and I know other players have found this to be an annoying issue. The game becomes laggy and slow, making it less engaging to players. Once you have the characters there aren’t many storylines or things to do afterwards. You spend more time collecting drops for characters but beyond levelling and collecting what else can they do? Surely there is more potential for a slightly better storyline or side story arcs.

A Disney Lover's Delight!. It didn't take me long to get totally hooked on this magical game! I have now been playing for 2 years! The detail that has gone into the characters and buildings is amazing. I love collecting all the rides that I have been on at Disney Parks. Yes it can be frustrating if you don't want to spend real money on gems to collect certain characters but if you play it right, save gems, watch a few ads and put some extra effort into events, you can get everything you want and have a lot of fun. This game is NOT just for kids - it's for the kid in all of us! Only improvement I would make is to add mini games to earn gems so that there is something to do while your characters are busy on tasks 😊

Good game, here is my feedback.... I absolutely LOVE this game! For those who do not have the game yet, it is basically building your own Disney land and unlocking your favourite characters! You need to free Disney land from Maleficent’s evil curse! You can level up your characters by using tokens and magic, which are like coins. There are gems you can collect and spend on some characters to get them. Here’s where the problem lies... When I saw that the characters like Pluto, Rex, and even Wall-E cost gems, I thought that it was too much. Honestly, 300 gems for some of them is very upsetting. No hate towards the game, I still play it all the time. It would make me so happy if the characters all cost magic and not so many gems, if you do decide to keep that feature! I also have a problem with the chests. It costs so much money to get the gems, and then it doesn’t even let you get too many chests for it! Don’t get me wrong, I understand that since the game is free, you do need some in-app purchases to get your money. But for the age you aim the game at, I feel it needs to be lowered a bit and made easier to earn gems. Again, no hate towards the game, I love it and play it EVERY day. I just think that taking into account everybody’s opinions would make the game much better. If even one of these suggestions I gave get fixed, I will be more then happy to give this game five stars. Love the game but..... I love this game, play it all the time but am so disappointed with the new upgrade where you don’t let us tap the screen to pick our lucky chance in the chest! Specially the chest you have to pay for with gems or money ☹️! I will still play the game of course but I will no long purchase/use gems for the chests. Other than that and it uses a lot of battery I love this game. Thank you

Fun but be warned.... It’s a fun little game in the spirit of The Simpson’s Tapped Out. Overall, a game requiring regular brief visits. My kids like it. Just, if you’re planning on spending real money to buy chests, I’ve found the gamble isn’t worth it. After purchasing a lot of beauty and the beast, frozen and Nightmare before Christmas chests, I’ve received NO characters and almost nothing above rare. They falsely advertise what’s in them and you end up with worthless rubbish like decorations that you didn’t even know were in them for a map where space is at a premium; or just smilies and magic. Avoid buying chests and you or your kids will probably enjoy the game otherwise you’ll likely end up with a serious case of buyer’s remorse love like me.

Love it! Been playing for years. I’ve never been so interested in a game for so long! Playing for 5+ years now, best suited for adults or older children. There’s regular events to keep you engaged with the opportunity to get new characters and always keen to see what the next theme/movie will be. Some events are impossible to get ALL the characters without paying real money but still attainable to get some/most of them. Highly recommend for any die hard Disney fan ❤️

Disney Magic Kingdoms. It's a great game most of the time. The Tech-team try their best to sort out bugs asap. A lot of that also comes down to making sure the device you are playing on has plenty of free space. There's definitely room for improvement but overall I'd say it's definitely worth 4 stars in my book. The Biggest problem for me and many others is the lack of available "disney" land available in comparison to how many rides/attractions that need to be displayed for the Disney characters to enjoy all their fun adventures.

good but….. i really do love this game and have been playing (on and off) for over two years but my god it is so difficult to do anything or get characters without spending gems and hence REAL MONEY. many others have mentioned the fact that the timed events are hard to compete without gems and i strongly agree. the ratio for players EARNING and SPENDING gems is WAYYYY OFF. So you’re telling me a LONG (30sec+) advertisement only gives ONE gem but i need 60 gems for a legendary chest, or 4 gems to speed up a ONE HOUR activity. i know this app needs to make money but i am pretty sure it’s raking in a MASSIVE profit by taking advantage of players who enjoy the game.

iPad not uploading. I love this game & have been playing it for almost 2yrs. Unfortunately I broke my phone I have now put it on my iPad however once I click it over to my account it gets right to the end of the loading then kicks me out not happy. I have deleted the game & reinstalled several times however it keeps doing it. My iPad it up to date with the correct version that is required please fix this bug have not been able to play for several days due to this issue. Will be about 2 weeks before I get my phone back 😂😂😂

Paying for Characters??. I love the game BUT! When there are timed events it’s almost impossible to collect all characters without spending real money. You basically need to be playing the game 24/7 to have any hope of collecting the characters for free. I just spent $45 on the special for 6 legendary chests to try to get stitch and I missed him every time. It’s ridiculous that if you missed on the timed event, there is no chance of ever being able to complete the series. Specials come up every now and then but don’t do what I did and go for the chests. What a waste of money!

Good but can be costly.... This game is amazing - graphics, music, story - it’s got it all and I’m pretty obsessed. But the cash grab in this game is ridiculous. You need to use real money for certain characters, attractions etc, or even if you want to progress the game faster than snail pace. This is meant to be child friendly (in assuming) but I’m disgusted that they actually have gambling in the game, in that you use real money to buy chests which may or may not give you a certain item/character. Should this really be encouraged?? I would prefer just to pay for the game outright but instead I think the developers are a little greedy with how much they need customers to open their wallets, and shamelessly encourage gambling in young people. Update - HATING the latest update that limits the characters you can have in play. It took me ages to get all those the characters, and I’ve been trying to level them up - this new feature makes it really hard.

It’s the most amazing game but…. Hello! So I was the person that wrote the problem I had with not getting the Ariel chest which is the same problem but a little different. This game has been a beautiful place to me and feels like I am in the real Disneyland BUT when my cousin started the game and went to the legendary chest, He actually got an ARIEL chest but when I checked in my IPad, I didn’t even see it at all and I thought it was glitching so I decided to swipe it and went back but when I keep doing it over and over again I just don’t see it anywhere. So please please fix this problem for me but I still play this magical game! Thank you!

Kingdom of Magic and MONEY. I have been playing this game for nearly 2 years, it’s fantastic. BUT, I find it frustrating that you need to play 24/7 to be able to collect characters for collections or spend lots of money. How about instead of asking people to spend money on chests or use hard earned gems (that take forever to accumulate) bring back those characters and tasks so we can try and earn them again. I have spent money twice now but still seem to miss out as the time runs out, things just take too long. Oh and one other thing, what’s with getting only 1 gem when you level up but you can get up to 5 gems when you level up a character, we have spent so much time in your game and to get 1 gem at level 30 seems a tad cheap. Would give this game 5 stars if it weren’t for these problems. Pretty sure the developers don’t even read their reviews as there are many others that have expressed the same issues as myself!!

Good game but way too pricey to enjoy. Like most people on here the game is great but way over over priced for what you get (Or in most cases what you don’t get). It’s actually a gambling game to mind, as you pay money and hope to win a prize (Normally a character), but 80% of the time you get a lousy park bench or so,left disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, developers deserve to get paid for their work, but this payment strategy is a joke. I would have spent $100 on this game and maybe got 2 or 3 characters. Would have been better buying a full game upfront. I don’t play as much now, and definitely don’t pay any money any more, it’s just not worth it.

Addictive love it. I’ve been playing this game for over a year and still love it. The more characters I get the longer it does take to press everything, but who cares. The quests are cool and they keep adding more characters !! I have such a cool collection. The only thing I would change is that further into the game land is more expensive and takes forever to get to! Maybe put some big money and gem prizes in there that prevents needing to buy them.

Still loving this game!. Love love love! This game is awesome! It started with me downloading for my daughter… then I may have taken over because I enjoyed it soooo much! It has all the beloved characters you know and love and some you don't (gotta have some villains to spice things up). Great game play, challenges along the way, great rewards and the best bit is you don't have to buy your way through the game with real $ if you dont want to! Earn your gems and magic etc and although it takes a little longer it is still so rewarding. I love seeing my faves come to life and the quality is all across the board. I highly recommend even for time poor adults who are big kids at heart👍🏼🤩

What a blast?. This Disney game is a magical experience for children of all ages. The events that are displayed occasionally display something fresh and new to the game per update but, the event tokens slow down the gamer’s progress on the original story. This can be frustrating as the gamer can be too low of a level to even get half way through the event if they participate. The building in this game can be improved on as the lot boundaries are not in a straight line which can be annoying as you can not place many rides in the lots spite the high cost for both the lots and the rides. The characters really bring you back to your childhood days as well as the fancy costumes some characters can acquire which can be great. Some adoring characters cost gems which can be annoying as the main way to get gems is through in app purchases (or by spending months on end to earn half of the total price). This game is really fun and cheerful though there is still quite a bit of room for improvement.

(Un) happiest kingdom. This game has gone from amazing to just money grabbing. Push push push to buy things to keep up. Newest update now requires you to push to keep your happiness at 100% but the only way to stay in the John numbers is to either not sleep or spend precious hard paid for elixir ms and when you run out you need to pay with gems which are hard to earn or costs real money otherwise don’t expect to be able to progress!! Supposed to be a kids game but with adult costs. What kid has lots of money or allowed to clock in every hour??? It’s bad enough every two hours in done events to get decent prizes. Please fix what wasn’t broken or many people will end up walking away... pity there isn’t a minus score.

Change of mind. I am a long time player from the beginning. I have since pulled back playing in the last month due to the fact that, I can’t keep up with the constant events and tower challenges, especially since I can’t afford to play all day, physically and financially. I’m finding there are too many hoops to jump through. DMK call it challenging, which is true, it is challenging, but it is now starting to become too hard to play and I’m finding it hard to progress in events and that is not enjoyable. It is much easier to play if you spend money, unfortunately that is not in my budget. 2 stars because I like the main story line and Disney 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Money Hungry. I added this game to my iPad but found after ten minutes I had to pay money to go on when I’d only just started playing the game. I was disappointed as several of Disney are the same. One of your games which I liked you had to pay money when before downloading it didn’t say anything about paying that it was free. I deleted it straight away and I’m careful when they put up games free, I look at what is said about the game and read reviews before I download any game. Ok if you want to put it on your device or any game for that matter, check it out before you do and then give it a day or so, so you can think is it worth the money your going to pay out and if your heart and mind says no then don’t download it. Also remember that you have to pay the bills and mortgage if you have to pay li, So kids if you’re parents say no that the bills come first then if you behave as a reward you may get a free game of choice with your parents permission. Money doesn’t grow on trees.

Chests Get Stuck? Platinum Chests are wasted. For weeks now every time I open a chest it gets stuck and I get the first thing that appears when the chest opens, without even having to touch anything... is this a glitch or an ongoing thing? Also because of the recent tower challenge I just purchased 2 platinum chest packs (costing me $30!) hoping to get characters to support the last challenge. Inside 12 platinum chests I got ZERO characters. There are 5 characters and 1 building left in the chests for me to get however in 12 chests, I just get the cherry stand or sugar arcade repeatedly and other pointless things that don’t support the challenge whatsoever. It’s really disheartening and I feel like I’ve completed wasted money that I would never normally put into a game... I love this game, but it’s hard to not feel ripped off and angry when real money gets put in and no reward comes out.

Now I’m not gonna lie it does make you pay for gems if u run out but it’s completely Optional I can buy them wich is the quick easy way or u can do it the hard way and earn them 🤓YEA EARN THEM by Levelling ,up watching the online videos they provide (only works with wifi or mobile data) doing quest/task and course not being lazy and waste your money 💰. But bedsides the money I Highly recommend to download this game and try it out ! It’s also really great for kids as it’s of course Disney land! Love it but …. I absolutely love this game, it has become my addiction but why you have to wait so long for what seems like small amounts of rewards. For the amount of characters and land you have to unlock and the events it can end up being really boring waiting forever for just one thing, and if it’s something for an event, the event is nearly over before you can even get enough resources to participate. It seems like they really want you to spend money to buy things for upgrades. Besides that it is amazing and have so much fun playing. It’s a nice game to pick up and check on from time to time

Not happy with the heavy money factor on a child’s game. My daughter really wanted to play this game and I thought it was great because I knew being Disney there would be no adult content (ie no swearing, violence, graphic imagery etc) but I didn’t appreciate the fact that everything is associated with money and the only way to complete some of the challenges is to spend a minimum of $12 up to $180 to complete - umm no thank you, I have a mortgage and bills to pay so if that continues I’ll be deleting the app from my daughter’s device. This limited time for characters is ridiculous, why not make them always available and give children alternatives to achieving them rather than spending money or a futile chance only to receive a stupid item like another stupid park bench that my daughter had to fork out between 30 to 100 gems for - no thank you. I’ve tried to give this app another chance for my daughter’s sake, but unlike My Little Pony where there are challenges and games to play to test skills to earn gems - this app is solely corporate greed based because I guess Disney doesn’t already have enough money they have to always go one step further, I’m not happy with this app and I don’t know what’s the deal is but they are going down a long dark path to nowhere good which is very sad - I mean what exactly is it teaching kids? If you don’t have a fortune to fork out daily to play this app you’re worthless? Yeah great msg Disney! 😔

Don’t download if you can’t play all day. Used to love this game. Could come in once, twice sometimes 3 times a day and maintain happiness level so tokens would drop. Now they have taken away a number of ways to gain happiness, and made happiness level drop faster so those players that play around their real life only drop in happiness no matter what they do. I used to be able to play fairly often on weekends and get back to the top tier then drop a little through the week. Now I can’t even crack the bottom tier as reliant on one way to earn it only which means lower drop rate of tokens. I’ve been playing this game from the start - have premium characters, never missed an event, bought gems - the whole lot - I have supported the game and developers but honestly - no more. They are getting greedy wanting more and more players to buy things and not remembering that we all can’t play 24/7 - we have jobs, sleep, kids, and other things going on too. Love this game - but honestly they have made it so user unfriendly with changing things to make it harder that it’s like what’s the point anymore

BEST GAME EVER!!!. You should TOTALLY download this game it is amazing and fun. What happens is you have a whole entire DISNEYLAND that gets cursed by by the evil maleficent 👿 what you then have to do is unlock spaces and bring light💡back to your kingdom. The best way to do this is by buying and unlocking attractions and Disney characters YEAH DISNEY CHARACTERS! They have characters from toy story, frozen, Peter Pan, Cinderella and so much more ❤️❤️❤️ the way you buy things is with magic which is tiny little bottles of blue stuff so the magic is practically coins there is also gems 💎 which are harder to get tho. You get gems from leveling up and claiming your currency from attractions you buy. You can also buy with gems chests which you can get decor, rides and even characters in! This game is the best and I play it everyday. Ps this game also works with no internet but it means you can’t get your daily calendar prize or unlock chests

Creative game and lovely but it contains a crucial problem. I would like to comment the game which contains a creative part for children to enjoy the super lovely Disney characters, but the large problem is just ask game players for real money, especially some special characters that cannot welcome by magic, you have to use gems for the special characters, before that we could all just wait and collect more magics and materials for welcoming characters, now some characters we have to use gems. This is really harmful for kids that always use real money. The first issue for the game Second is when I’m in the game, the game always crashes and sometimes jumps out, so I hope gameloft corporation can solve this bug always crashes ! And hope this game can be good for kids to be creative not just be like ‘ Money Hunger ‘ So here I just give 3 stars for the game

I really enjoy this game.. I play this a couple of times a day. It’s the kind of game where you gain benefits if you play every day. Some really cool attractions. And when you unlock Merlin and get him to level 2 you can trade decorations you don’t want for more ways to gain fun attractions. Watch two ads per day for two gems per day. Daily logins give you gems too. You can use real money to gain things quicker but you don’t have to. I’m really enjoying this game. I’d rate it 5 if there were more ways to gain certain characters.

And whoever is reading this, I think you should check in daily too, meaning download. About a month ago, I reinstalled the game after it was deleted for about a year, because I was always aiming to get Cinderella, but it was IMPOSSIBLE! After AGES of trying, about 2 weeks ago, I acturally GOT CINDERELLA! :):):) And now, as I aim to get The Fairy Godmother, I do ALOT of Cinderella's and Prince Charming's quests, and I feel im getting closer, and closer. Great game but. Used to love this game! But unfortunately I don’t play it as often anymore.. the challenges and time restrictions and so forth. I’m forever finding myself with a handful of new characters that I’m never getting anything they need to enter the game.. unlocking new land feels like an impossible task even with every possible attraction and character at work. Not getting any new tasks to go further with my characters or story line. Just stuck and very frustrated

Ad Central. Fun game but the amount of pop up ads is insane. Hard to get an period of enjoyment going because an ad is popping up after you do anything.

Game has become a money grab. I’ve been playing for 5 years now. The developers have made it near impossible to get certain characters unless you’re willing to spend a decent amount of money. It’s become very frustrating and not fun anymore. The events are constant. If you want to get more characters you have to play throughout the day every day. I advise you to not download. Save your money and your time.

Scam. The only way to buy rides is to pay money for the Gems! My daughter spent over a thousand dollars and thank god we got the money back! Horrible game never play if you want your money stolen for gems.

I’m done!. I played the game for more than a year, logging in every day, multiple times a day. It was fun trying to get new characters and rides. But i could see a change over the last few months where they changes it in a way to force players to pay more and more with real money. Last update was what makes me decide it was enough. The happiness system is ridiculous. Even playing multiple times a day, almost every hours or so, i couldn’t keep the happiness level in the 4th level. How to make it back to the top? By using gems or potions. How to get enough gems for this? Buy purchasing with real money. Even tower chalenge are getting ridiculously hard to complete. Anyway, was fun but not anymore

Land desperately needed. How much point is there in playing to get concessions and attractions when there is no land to put them on. I have storage full and no place to put anything

Fun, but getting to be a money sink. The game is fun, but it’s become impossible to get important characters (ie: Moana, Vanellope, Ariel...) without spending a lot of money. They’ve started offering the final challenge’s characters several days before the end because they know you’re unlikely to finish it - and those characters are the ones you’re most wanting to collect. I am refusing to spend anything else on this game.

101 dalmations is a total scam. I am literally getting a cruella token one out of every eight times I try. Conveniently she is on sale for 13.99. Game is totally rigged to have you purchase. What a cash grab. Bad form Disney!

Rip off. For the most recent events you can’t get ahead without spending hundreds of dollars, and customer service is non-existent.

A Second Job. To progress, one must either spend RL money to purchase characters, buildings or chests during events and/or play ALL the time. For many players, watching videos to earn gems or free chances in a chest is impossible. Good game for people who are okay with getting some characters and buildings from each movie - but not for those who will feel compelled to collect everything.

Gems. The amount of gems needed for anything is ridiculous.

Greedy Guts. This game is all about the money it makes and not the players who love Disney and just want to build a park. Buy a sim city game or a console and don’t bother! I played for 6 months and it’s a let down. You can even get half the characters in the game without spending money.

Greedy. Used to play everyday, multiple times a day, for 2 plus years. Now it’s way too hard to complete anything. Killed all the fun of the game. Not to mention they didn’t make the park big enough to place all the rides and stuff. Very disappointed at what they turned the game into, and I’m sure they don’t even care.

Awesomely Amaze. I think it was awesome.It was magnificently fun and I love fairytales and Disney characters and this shows that exactly and I loved the quests.The only concern I have is the quests when you are wait take too long

Gone down hill. If you are a new player, there is no point! They pretty much only do timed events where you need past event characters to pass but here is the catch, if you don’t have the past character from previous timed events there is really no way to get them. Even if you buy “chests” all you ever get out of them is crapy decorations that are completely useless. For the record I am a huge Disney fan and loved this game in the beginning, but now they are making it into only a money grab. The problem is when they started the game they were gearing it towards children and now they are gearing it towards adults so they can get more money!

New Owners Running it Into the Ground. I started playing this game ages ago. It used to be fun but it was sold in about early 2020 and has gone so far down hill since then. They made it so it takes 5-10 times more points to buy characters and lands, and it’s way harder to get those points since you’re only allowed to use a fraction of your characters at once now. Just getting a new character can take months when you need 70 legendary items and 80 rare items to unlock one characters. Super disappointing. Not worth your time!

Impossible to complete events. You would think 30 days to complete events would be more than enough but when it takes hours upon hours to get tokens, you don’t get far. It’s obvious they want us to spend real money on the game to get these event characters. Not happy

UPDATED REVIEW: Gameloft, this game sucks now.. I’ve been playing this game every single day for the past 3 years and I’m so disappointed with this new, very obvious, cash grab aka Season Passes. This game used to be so much to play and help pass the time but now it’s a complete chore. You have to be able to babysit it and you won’t accomplish much without forking over A LOT of money. I stopped giving them money about a year and a half ago and in that time the game has gotten even worse. Don’t support this company, keep your hard earned money to buy groceries. Edited to respond to developer comment: “It’s not always transparent for players, so we understand it may cause some frustration” wow, no guys, players can very clearly see how you’re only interested in getting our money now and how little you care about what we players actually want. You don’t listen to our feedback whatsoever despite always asking for it. It’s a shame to see how you’ve ruined the game with these Passes. No way am I giving you $27.99 CAD every 3 months for only a chance at these Kingdom Pass prizes when these things used to be free by just completing events.

My park is ugly :(. I do really like this game. few complaints. But... can we please reduce the area that items take up? it won’t let me place items even tho it’s ages away from anything else, but the blocks(that aren’t touching anything) are red. the objects areas are way too large. also, why can we only rotate between 2 angles? my park looks weird with nothing facing left. more park/item customization plssss!

Too many ads. I used to love this game. I deleted it over a year or two ago. I decided to reload it this week and remembered why I deleted it. Waaaaay too many ads. It’s not even fun anymore. Cash Grab. I have been playing this game from the beginning. I’ve seen the changes that Gameloft has implemented over the past three years. The game now requires you to log-in at least 7+ times a day to earn new characters and complete special events. If not, then you must spend real money on gems. Not cool Gameloft! This game is no longer fun and if you check out any of the social media sites dedicated to this game you’ll see the same complaints over and over. Don’t waste your time.

Don’t bother unless your rich. I used to really enjoy this game, but the last event, the Moana event, broke that. I spent really money on the premium characters and attraction, as I do in every challenge because there is NO way to complete events without spending money, I still was not able to finish the event. I spent tons of gems on speeding along tasks, and I still couldn’t finish. So, I can officially say, that even if you pay this game upwards of $25 an event, it won’t be enough to successfully complete the challenges which happen monthly. If you have money to blow then by all means download, but in the end it is an app that will leave you extremely disappointed. After playing consistently for nearly two years, the sunk-cost fallacy is hard to break, but it’s really not fun to play once all you can see reflexed back at you through the screen are the dollar signs required to play. 0/10 would not download ever again.

Event exclusive to new players and low level players update. I am so angered and so offended and incensed by the poor planning and poor implementation of this event the exclusivity of these events to new and lower level players and by gameloft ONLY catering to select high paying higher players, that gameloft cares only for the privileged , the abusivness of the community to newer and struggling players and the abusivness of the discord server community moderators and staff, the banning of players from discord for dissenting opinions, I am deleting this game in protest and will NOT be recommending gameloft games , I will pass the word around about how terrible this is. And your refusal to make these events and your games, more inclusive to all players equally your games need to be more equitable to all.

Was a good game. This used to be a great game, my favourite. However, now it has become a huge money grab. Characters are essential to progress and with the latest update some were only available in chests and it would cost you around $80 for each one due to rarity of getting characters. Small mini-events have also become a money grab because only one person can get the big prize and the only way to compete with other players is to spend huge amounts of money. Unless you’re willing to spend hundreds you won’t get much from this game now!

Game update. The game is getting harder and harder to complete tasks. It takes forever to get tokens to drop. During the last event Moana didn’t even unlock until the last day. There was no way I was getting 50 tokens in one day. And now since the new update the happiness meter is insane. There’s no way to raise the happiness meter before it drops. Very unhappy player!

So many recent glitches have made this unenjoyable now. I have been playing for a few years now, and with recent updates came all the glitches. Customer Care has been extremely slow to reply. Would not recommend this game as it is now. So disappointing and sad. Was fun, it is not any longer.

Frustrating. I lost a lot of interest in the game. They try to make you buy packages to much. I did buy a few, but they always give you $h!£... Used to be fun, but not anymore.

Very disappointing. I’ve been playing this game for 688 days and am getting increasingly frustrated with all of the changes that are being forced through. The update last night eliminated any wishes in my park to grant and my happiness level has now reached almost 0. The levels drop every 30 seconds. You won’t allow players to “win” epic or legendary tokens unless happiness is at almost 100%, but you’re now preventing any happiness. This game is getting way too expensive to play. It is no longer fun to play.

Isn’t this considered gambling?. The chests are real money for the chance of something desirable? Children are being taught how to gamble with real money in this game. Be careful.

Why are the kids’ heads enormous?????. It was a great game until the children’s heads were enlarged. Very frightening!

Needs improvement. First of all, I love this game. Ive been playing on and off for about 4 years and I’ve put a lot of time, (and money) into this game. However, I will say that there can be some improvements. One being characters that you need to obtain to advance take way too long to get. While I enjoy the wait game, I don’t enjoy waiting months on end for one character. Second being that once you have said character, you can only do two quests and they have to be updated again to continue. Frustrating to say the least. Third being that events are too short and it’s nearly impossible to obtain all characters in said event. Then a month goes by and you can pay $9.99 for 10 chests to hopefully complete the set, if you’re lucky. I get that games need to make money, but I would rather spend money on things like character tokens to get the character than waste money hoping I get one in a chest. Fourth thing would be the ridiculously high number of diamonds you need to instantaneously finish a character. If I’m missing 5 Elsa mouse ears, it’s 200 some diamonds to complete her. I will continue to play because I’ve invested so much time and it’s fun to see what I get, but I’m hoping these improvements will be fixed! Thanks!

Do not recommend. I honestly can’t understand why this game is so highly rated. I have played this game from almost the beginning. When it actually was fun. It has now become so expensive to play it’s ridiculous. For example there are so many premium characters and other items that cost gems or real money that it is impossible to get everything in an event (which events are the only time you can earn these characters). If you want them later you can only get them by buying chests and chance that you might get those characters in the chest. Most times not. You may have to buy 6-8 chests. In the past there were no premium characters. Then there was one, and now there are multiple characters. Putting it into prospective, you earn gems in ones and twos with five earned by max leveling a character. Premium characters are up to 500 gems. You cannot get them without buying gems. These events also are impossible to finish even the non premium characters unless you are on the game ALL the time which last sometimes for 25 days. You should be able to play a game, be successful and not consume your entire life. I have decided to say goodbye to this game. There is more to life and money than a game

Addictive but WAY too expensive. I was all right paying for Bruce, Rex, and even for Pluto because I love the game (btw, Pluto & Rex totally worth it. Haven’t noticed too much on Bruce) but when you have JACK SPARROW offered and the only way to get him is $20?!? He’s one of America’s favorites. Who wouldn’t want him? I still do but I REFUSE to pay that much for a game, for one character. So I thought I’ll watch the videos and eventually the gems will add up. Watched one and got ONE gem. To put it in perspective, Jack costs 450. To top that, Lion King, you know one of the most successful Disney movies right now and most likely ever? Oh it can only be gotten through legendary chests, meaning you take a chance at getting which character you want for $10. Last time I did that (for Alice In Wonderland) I ended up with Caterpillar which did exactly NOTHING without paying more money. My ideas to improve this game? Somewhere we can sell characters back we don’t like or that do nothing. Mini games where we can earn diamonds or maybe let us purchase diamonds with magic; I’ve always got gobs of that.

Love this game.. but. I have been playing this game for years! It’s one of the few games you could play and unlock characters by completing the challenges and if you spent a little time and effort could do so without having to spend money. When an event was held like say Big Hero 6 you could make good progress in your spare time however I put in quite a bit of time and still did not end up with Batman:( I was still happy to have gotten most the other characters. After playing for years I can say they have now made it when an event takes place that unless you are able to commit a full time job worth of time on this game it is very hard to progress. I have felt this way for some time. I got frustrated with an event a couple years ago and stopped playing for about a year and obviously missed quite a few events that has made it even harder because for example I don’t have the Snow White Characters which help with current events. Moana has been especially frustrating because I can’t just sit on my phone and play this game 24/7 which apparently is the only other way besides spending money that you will be able to progress a lot:(

Loved until this latest update!. I loved this game and even set a timer to play it every hour to earn potions with ALL 199 of my characters. I delayed the new update because they were limiting the characters to only 75 until the game forced me to. I had all of my characters out when it wouldn’t work until I updated it. When I opened it after the update, it took away the potions I earned from the majority of my characters. It didn’t even give me a chance to collect the rewards before putting them in storage. I lost over 12,000 in potions. I already have land I haven’t opened because they cost 2-3 million each. You limited our characters to give us unattainable lands costing 4 & 5 million, which you just made harder to earn because we can’t earn with everyone. Yes I have spent money in the past, but not now. I thought the purpose of this game was to have have people play it more, not less. I will only be playing it occasionally now, instead of every hour. I may delete it.

Don’t waste time like me. Have played for two year. The treasure chests are a scam- you have to swipe to collect and third option never matches something decent. This is especially upsetting in the limited time chests where you need character to progress. Paying in diamonds or money is not okay to get a friggin light post instead of big building or character! Happened to me a bunch and I now need three limited item characters to progress so I refuse to buy chests to try and get them anymore!! Also - having to click on every character when mission is finished is stupid and time consuming. Should be able to use Merlin like you do to collect blue coins from buildings. Have played for years and I have finally given up and will be deleting. Have collected daily reward for I think almost the whole 2 years and now I feel bad I wasted all that time! I kept hoping they would take people’s advice and make some modifications to improve. But it is not reasonable to 9.99 per character to accomplish missions- not even 3.99 with a few “specials”. .99 would be reasonable, but even so, what is the point? It takes to long to collect items to level up- like Peter Pan! Because they are listed as rare. Ugh! Will go back to candy crush or solitaire games where you think and accomplish a puzzle and can level up! (And can earn all you need over time or pay reasonable amount)

Finally Reached the End of my Rope!. I’ve been a longtime player of this game since almost Day One and, over the years, this game has just become increasingly more difficult to enjoy and has become mostly Pay to Play! Which is a shame, considering the game has also become extremely Ad-Driven! Events have become increasingly more difficult and necessary items have shifted to “Epic”, “Rare”, and “Legendary”! Not sure what that means? Just play the game and it will come to you pretty quickly! Not only are these items almost impossible to get, you can now only get them from 2 or 3 other characters (out of hundreds) and you’re not even guaranteed to get anything - in fact, you mostly have to struggle through receiving “Multiple” rewards and these usually have NOTHING to do with the current Event. Character purchases are now anywhere from $5 and $10 real money! Chests cost 60 Gems and upward (you get about 2 a day) and you’re lucky if you get a BENCH out of a Chest, let alone something you actually need! Land is almost non-existent, so you can’t build anything anyway. And when there is land available, it takes 48 Hours (and, literally, MILLIONS of earned magic) to open up the space! I’ll never play this game again!

More of a chore than a game. New players beware!!! 1. Don’t get this game to begin with and 2. I don’t see how a new player can advance in this game without paying money. It’s already hard to do anything for a someone who’s been playing for awhile. I understand the developers need to make money but that’s what ads are for. For people who want to pay money, your money should give you something useful. This game more often than not doesn’t deliver. I’ve been playing for over 2 years now and it’s gotten less and less enjoyable. I get that games are meant to have a challenge but the goal in this game is unreachable. The only way to advance in the game is to pay money and even then it’s a gamble that’s not worth the payoff. I used to think at least this game lets you get gems pretty regularly (which can be used for special characters and buildings) But when you try to get a higher chest, you’re basically throwing those gems away for a useless decoration. The same gamble goes for when you actually spend real money. There is no real reward so I refuse to pay real money. You can’t even design your park the way you’d like as advertised because they don’t give you enough land and everything costs so much. I do not recommend this game at all.

Fun but is getting to hard !. This game is fantastic! There are so many things to get like 200+ characters! 50 + buildings and more ! But then after you get farther you need over 1 million magic and you can hardly make 50, 000 a day ! I would say it’s fun but they make it a little to hard that in a lot of events if you want to get the very last character you have to pay or spend gems ! I also think that a down side to the game is for the 60 gem chest because a lot of times I get those chests I get a decoration and if you think about it you just payed 60 gems for 1 decoration ! I also think that the tower challenges are to hard to get the character that you have to get 30 of each thing ! For me this game is fun but is taking some of the fun away when I have 3 + buildings put in storage and I’m only to the character called tony ! Also I think that we should be able to get malifacent at the end of everything like after you have completed the game ! So I give this game a 4 ! But I do recommend this game !

Used to be the best game ever. It’s pretty embarrassing, the amount of money my husband and I have both spent on this game. We’ve been playing for 3 years plus, so at this point I’m sure we’ve easily spent close to $1k combined. The funny thing is, I’m more than willing to spend that kind of ridiculous money on a game. I understand that it costs money to keep developing a game and I’m willing to pay for the work that I know is involved in that. However...the lack of land was bad enough, but ever since they “fixed” the happiness, the chests, and now this stupid enchanting of the attractions and...even worse...the “zone thrill levels”, it’s been almost unplayable. I thought the whole point of the game was to have the freedom to build your own park? Then why am I being dictated as to how many stupid benches and lamps I need? And don’t even get me started on the events. There are WAY too many and they are unachievable. Don’t they know that the people that are willing to drop a lot of money on their game, like my husband and I, are working adults that need their games to be leisurely and not anxiety provoking? Adults with expendable income generally have lives outside of video games. Gameloft - you’re really fudging this game up big time. Take a few steps back please, and I’ll continue to keep the money flowing to you. Otherwise I think I may be out.

It never changes. I used to love playing this game but I stopped playing about a month ago. I hate the fact that it’s so hard to get more land. Even if another section of land opened up for me, it wouldn’t be enough for the rides I have in storage. I only have one of each of the food and souvenir stands... well one one of each of decorations as well, because the game is so stingy on releasing land!! I’m also super frustrated by the events. I’m not a stay at home mom. I’m not available to play the game for hours a day. I really wish I could opt out of events but instead I have to sit through the countless pop ups and look at empty character slots that will never get filled because it’s so ridiculously difficult to complete events. Some characters used to be available with gems but now I have to buy chests and magically hope that it accidentally lands on the character instead of some worthless decoration that I don’t have space for. I have played this game since it first came out and I’ve offered feedback on the stinginess of land every time (and noticed similar feedback from others)... so I’m done. You’ve taken what should be a fun game and turned it into a frustrating nightmare. I hope you take this feedback and STOP being so ridiculous with land so that future players can actually enjoy it.

Love the app a lot. I love the app but how do I get more gems 💎? (My favorite app 🤣) and it's hard to get people. Now it says I need to delete it and buy it again, yes I did write this when I was younger but I've been playing for like two years now and I've had barely any progress in the game, and I play it everyday! On the other hand, one of my family members plays it and he's getting Sleeping beauty and I'm still getting toy story, and He's only been playing for a couple months!!Oh Also I wish you could go into the rides and things like that. Instead of just setting it and leaving the app. I love the app and I tell ever one I know to get the app!! And add more Disney/ Disney Pixar characters and it's really hard to get people I'll think of some other characters and get back to you!! This game USED to be fun. After playing this game everyday for over a year (I think I missed 2 days) and spending money on most of the events, I am ready to call it quits. As other reviews state, this game used to be fun. Now it is boring and tedious. I started playing because I wanted to build my own kingdom, I was led to believe this is a kingdom-building game. Building your own kingdom requires land, which the game developers no longer give us. Every event is the same and oh-so-predictable. Yawn. It is incredibly dull to try and collect tokens just to get characters and buildings, but then you have nowhere to put the buildings because you have no land. BORING. Oh, and the treasure chests are ridiculous now, having to “tap” on the item you want to get. I seldom get the item my finger actually taps. My husband has watched me and is a witness that I did not get the items my finger actually tapped. I have not been able to get the Bambi parade float - I would actually just buy it outright if I had the option. Same with the character Syndrome - that is the only Incredibles character I don’t have. I am unwilling to spend an unknown amount of $$ and not even be guaranteed to get the character I need. Goodbye Magic Kingdom- I have moved on to other games that actually have a point.

Random changes to upgrade tokens??. I have been playing this game for multiple years now. But recently (and it started with the Pirates of the Caribbean characters a little bit ago and has continued to the last few updates…) the app developers are changing the amount of tokens needed to upgrade a character. So because I haven’t upgraded some of my characters yet, (because I’m trying to proceed with the story), I now have to wait even longer to upgrade the characters because they need more tokens then I had already stored up for them. Why would you change the tokens randomly?? And I did and do appreciate how you changed the chests to be less random items and more things that I actually need, including a lot of character tokens; however, this is getting ridiculous on this last update to Belle and the Beast. They have risen so astronomically high that it’s going to take me weeks to be able to upgrade them. This makes no sense considering that they would’ve been upgraded fine yesterday but because I waited I can no longer update them without major time input?? You should at least give warning or something. It’s seriously ridiculous.

If you haven’t started playing by now, no reason to do so this late in the game.. I’ve played for over 4 years (I don’t have a few of the beginning time limited characters but do have quite a few and all regular story line characters). I bring this up because the time limited updates use past characters. These updates used to be manageable but lately are not fun and extremely hard to get unless you use real money or your gems-which then would take away chances of getting premium characters. I don’t see how someone just starting out would ever be able to make it very far during time limited updates. Updates were spread out reasonably before but lately you no more than finish one before they are getting ready for the next event. I feel like this has become a chore requiring full time attention if you want to make progress. Truly disappointing because it used to be a fun game. Also there are a bunch of social media groups that share cheats/loop holes that in return make it hard to compete in challenges. Prizes used to be good but now unless you come in first-they are not worth your time (every 2 or 4 hrs depending on the challenges).

Utter waste of time and money. Mostly money.. After 35 levels of futility with no meaningful progress made, I have decided to delete this awful cash-grab. It starts out cute and slowly becomes a never-ending grind for collectibles which you obtain just long enough to bring in a new character which makes you collect all over again to level them up. But this time you need twice as many collectibles as before. And you can’t even overstock most of the collectibles because it takes that collectible away as a quest reward the second you have enough of them to level up your character. Progress through the storyline all but stops halfway through and it is very difficult to see what you need to do next. Leveling up characters seems to be the only path forward and the reward for doing so is more collecting and leveling. Even paying to speed up this process does not help much. And now with the adds and legendary chests costing a ridiculous amount of money and gems, it just isn’t worth playing. The game just does not leak you the gems you need frequently enough to be anything more than a cash grab. Do yourself and your family a favor and never download this game to begin with.

Great, but there are some things.. This is a wonderful game, I have had it for a couple of months now, and i love this game. but after the new update, things have been glitching and freezing up. One reason is they keep walking me through stuff i have already been showed, like how to find the chests hidden all over the kingdom. The main reason why I’m writing this is the parade tent. Every time i open the game, it has an arrow pointing to the tent. When i click on the tent, it’s telling me (again) about how to add more parades to the lineup. But when i push “assign” (the button is always grey, it’s supposed to be green) it doesn’t work. There is no way to exit out of the tent by now. I have tried exiting the app and going back in, but it does not let me do anything with my characters or buildings or anything really. So the only option i have is to click the parade tent. This frustrates me, so i can only assume it’s happened to other people. I hope you take this into consideration, and take action to fix this. Thank you, Player

This game is frustrating on purpose. I picked up this game because of the Encanto event. If these events are meant to draw in new players, they’re pretty ineffective because this event isn’t friendly to new players at alllll. The only way to get all the characters without massive delays is to be a longtime player who already has a bunch of high-level characters and resources to spend. If you’re a new player, you have to spend hours upon hours doing a series of arbitrary tasks just to get ONE measly token to unlock the next character or story beat. All while the clock is ticking on the event. Otherwise, you’ll just have to fork over money. And I’m pretty certain it’s designed this way on purpose. It’s meant to frustrate the player and take advantage of FOMO so they’ll spend money on limited-time stuff. I really hope they’ll take a step back and make events more self-contained and not rely on past progress to complete. Because if you’re using events to draw in new players, they’ll need to have a good experience so they’ll, you know, keep playing after the event ends. If their first experience is frustrating, they’ll just throw the game out like I did. But I guess as long as you have your whales, it doesn’t matter, does it? Well, at least the music is good.

From the start to today. My daughter and I began playing DMK about a month after it came out. I b came addicted to the game by accident (just helping to keep things going while she was in school, etc). The animation is great and we have nearly all of the characters and attractions. I’ve dived deep and purchased parade floats and characters for events, and up until a few events ago, I was always able to obtain the remaining characters IF is was *slightly* persistent. However, they have changed so much about the events and game that it isn’t fun anymore. All of the snowgies/frogs/etc that used to be the quick and easy tokens, but needed in higher quantities, are a pain to get. They even more recent change to get the key characters, like Winnie the Pooh and Stitch, by amassing ridiculous quantities of tokens that take 4-6 hours each, has made it impossible. I don’t care to have Nani, Cobra Bubbles, and angel walking around my park with out the central characters of their story. Forcing characters to be gem only (do I really want to spend $20 for one character in this game? Um, no thanks). Sorry Gameloft, it was fun while it lasted, but we’re reclaiming our time and pocketbooks and closing this park down. We’ll miss you!

First time users, please read. This game is so fun and even though I’m a teenager now, I’m still addicted to Disney and I love this game! It has so much you can do and unlocking and levelling up characters and removing the curse from some places is really exciting but the main problem I find is that the tasks are for hours and hours. I once had to remove the curse from a place and it literally said that it will talk 24 hours to do and I was excited because I thought I was getting a lot of land but when I removed the curse from it, I got so so so little area uncovered. It was really frustrating. I’m currently trying to get will turner and for that I had to send a character on task but the character doesn’t even bring me the thing I need to unlock will Turner. I only need 1 more object to get will but the character just won’t get me that 1 object! I’ve tried so many times and when I’m ready to spend the gems, it says I need 28 just to cover up that one object! That is so wrong! The gem payment and time needs to change! Not everyone in this world has patience!

It’s fine. It’s a good time killer, something I have a lot of, but there are some things that need to be adjusted. It’s very difficult to save up magic and gems, and everything costs so much. I started not too long ago, and I have 7 attractions, yet I haven’t even gotten more than 2,000 magic yet, due to buying characters, attractions and concessions to complete quests. I feel that either some attractions should take less time to give you the magic and other items, or the ones that take longer should give more magic. The time it takes to complete tasks should be cut down as well, and maybe not pile several multiple part quests for the same character all at once. As I’m typing this right now I have 3 separate multiple part quests that require Mickey, and then I can’t keep my parks happiness up because Mickey is always constantly busy. Finally, for parades, it’d be better to buy more spaces for floats with magic instead of 35 gems. I understand why some floats are 35 gems, but I think spaces for the parade shouldn’t also cost gems. With how much everything costs and how long wait times are, progression is really slow for people who don’t play for countless hours a day

We need more Star Wars content!. Love this game. The only issues I have is that we need more space. They keep adding content but there is no room to put everything! Especially in the Star Wars area, it is impossible to fit everything from Star Wars in that little area and with all the new content that they could add to the Star Wars section with new shows being added not to mention they still have not even added the prequel trilogy yet! Which I am patiently waiting for and hope that they add it. My only other complaint and this is a BIG one is that they never made it possible to obtain Grogu through legendary chests. He is the ONLY part of the Star Wars collection I have not been able to acquire and would really like to finish my collection. If not by chest make an event to acquire him when the next season of The Mandalorian airs on Disney+ or something. I want GROGU!!!!! Also waiting for them to add the new Ashoka characters to the game, I know it’s new yet but I always loved Rebels and would love to see them added as well!

A Long time player. I’ve been playing for almost 4 years now but my devotion is more about getting use out of the money I’ve spent than my enjoyment of the game. It’s a daily collection game that occasionally has events. The events are a way to get more characters but mostly for the developers to get more money. I play because I wanted to see how they develop the storyline and the references to things from my favorite movies. The rest of the time when we are struggling to fulfill all of the requirements for an event are just tapping on things to collect them and it takes a while when you’ve built up over a 150 characters. My main disappointment is that I’ve paid money for rides that we have no room for so they sit in storage unused because the developers say they can’t open up new land or it makes older phones crash. We’ve been begging for more land for 3 years and they have given like 3 new squares but not nearly enough for all the new rides( attractions) that they wanted us to spend time & money trying to get. If you want to hand your phone to a toddler to let them touch all the blue things for you it could keep a kid distracted but at this point it’s more like a chore except when I’m stressing over the time limited events.

Disappointed :(. I agree with many other reviewers, this game USED to be fun. I’ve been playing since it’s release and I have almost all content that’s available, but in the last few months, with back to back events and loads of new content being released, I’m just getting exhausted and bored. It started off as a great way to keep my Disney spirit up, until I can visit a Disney resort again, but now its intent is made clear, rip people off! I do play daily, but I also have a Life, which is near impossible during an event. If you are not 100% dedicated during an event, you will end up with next to none of the limited release content. And now, during events most of the characters will literally cost you anyway. Things are just set way too pricey! And now you also have to upgrade your rides! So you have impossible characters to attain, impossible rides to attain, impossible rides to upgrade and impossible ‘happiness’ to maintain. Love the concept still. Hearing the Disney themed music and watching my characters do their thing, still makes me happy, but seeing the developers turn money hungry, really irks me.

Magical but.... I love this game but I just want to see more characters. Like Pocahontas characters, Moana characters, Finding Nemo characters, and sooo much more. I also would there to be more ways to get gems. I love Disney and I am sure other people could disagree with what I say and others could agree but I just felt as if the game is missing something. I know they just added the Princess and the frog characters which are awesome, I feel the need of more characters, more ways to get gems and I will leave the rest to the reader. I think the game is definitely worth the download and really fun but there is probably quite a few complaints. I wouldn’t count this as a complaint. I also believe that the prices could some how be lowered because to me the prices for certain things are a little bit too expensive. Other than that this game is AWESOME! I would have gave it a 5 star rating if the things I listed and other people’s reviews would have made it into the game. One more thing though: Splash Mountain should have been one of the big rides in the center of the area. Well that’s all. Thanks for reading though.

A Grandma’s Guilty Pleasures. I’ve just finished a sleeve of chocolate mint Girl Scout cookies as I take my afternoon respite to see if I managed to get Crush and C3PO to the next level. I am a 70 year old grandmother with two beautiful grandchildren. My granddaughter introduced me to the Disney Magic Kingdom games several years ago. In this technology driven world I was proud to find I could still keep up with the younger generation and be included in the fun. It has become a daily routine for me to play this game so I’m able to not only relax but also use my mind by problem solving my progress in the Disney Kingdom. It also fosters connections as it is great fun to chat with my granddaughter and compare our progress. Please note that I am retired so I proudly have not used any real money over the years to get to my star level of 45. Another perk in playing this game is how wonderful it is to revisit the Older Disney characters I grew up with and be introduced to the new. I call it my guilty pleasure but there really is no guilt involved. I love this game ... it is ageless and I am happy to recommend it to all seniors!

Predatory Cash Grab of a Game. I’ve been playing this game for 3 years. I’ve put money into it and I support the creators by paying for premium content. I in no way expect to play this game completely free. But all the most recent updates to this game have changed it for the worse. It relies way too much on loot boxes to progress or to spend the premium currency in the game (gems) to move forward in the never ending onslaught of events. The most recent change came with a change in the game’s Happiness System. You increase your happiness with every wish you grant in the park and it is maintained for better drop chances. They said they were updating it based on “the players feedback” to help us with our drop rate percentage. However nothing was changed on the higher end of the happiness scale. It stayed exactly the same. Now your level just drops dramatically. Every 2-3 minutes you drop a percentage. You literally cannot sleep at night without losing 1-2 levels of happiness. All in an effort for Gameloft to make you spend MORE money to safeguard your level. This is super predatory and I can’t handle this level of the abuse Gameloft puts on its players anymore. I won’t be changing my review score until these changes are reverted and some balance is restored.

Game. This game takes a while to get going. It’s very hard to anything when you first start playing but as you start getting better, you start to gain more magic. The only problem is when you start to get more, the amount to buy land or buildings increases exponentially. Everything is way to expensive and it would be great if they fixed that because it took me a month to get a character recently and that’s logging on 4 or 5 times a day to do new missions. I’m now stuck trying to get Donald who is pretty much Impossible to get right now and I have to level up 4 different characters to level 8 to be able to do missions which can drop his items. And those missions all are 12 hours long. I get Disney is trying to get you to make in app purchases but it’s kind of ridiculous after a while. I would like them to make everything nag cheaper, because first of all, I think they get a lot of players who try it and get bored after a couple weeks. And 2 they get people, who can’t or won’t spend money on the game, which is like at least of of the people. So Disney fix please

Simple relaxing game.. Ive been playing for months now, (level 46), and I enjoy just the simple patient pleasure of playing. It is a VERY simple game, maybe designed for small children. I do spend a little money for the extra characters during events, but its not very much, maybe 10 to 15 dollars per event. Its worth it but not necessary. I dont mind waiting weeks to level, clear land or days to level up characters. That might be frustrating for some. This is the first game Ive played in a long time that I dont really feel pressure to play for me to enjoy it. EDIT: Now, the game is getting greedier so I lowered my review to 3 stars. I really really hate the treasure chests. Unless you spend every part of your day on top of the events, its almost impossible to unlock the costumes at the end, even if you spend a bit of money for the added characters. These new events, like the one going on now for Nightmare Before Christmas, is my least favorite. It requires those impossible chests, and nothing drives me more crazy then spending 30 gems for a pumpkin decoration I cant even use because I have no space in my kingdom. Im not going to spend money on gems for a “chance” (and very small one at that) of getting a character I need. Ive even come close to deleting this game...

Used to be fun....then they turned GREEDY!!. I’ve played this game for almost 3 years. I have spent a lot of money on it and I understand you have to make money but the changes you have made to make the game impossible unless spending money and the money you spend doesn’t guarantee you to get the things you need is ridiculous!!! The fact you can technically play without paying money but if you do that you won’t finish the events, and then you can pay the money only to hope you have the chance of getting them. If you’re paying that much money $9.99 you should have it be guaranteed. Instead you pay that much and still don’t get the items. I can’t believe how many steps back they have taken where before if you logged in often and did the tasks paid little money occasionally you were rewarded. Now you can’t even come close to finishing an event without forking out A LOT of money and still not guarantee. I’m about ready to delete the game and realize the last 3 years of dedication, money, loyalty was a waste!!!!!!!

Please be reasonable. I have been playing the game for a couple of weeks and I have to say, for just a game that you play a little bit once or twice a day it can be a fun and a enjoyable game! However I just wish there were some more affordable things in the games currency. For example I would really like to decorate my kingdom a little bit and put some furniture and stuff like that but I can’t because I have to use “crates” which is the only way to get stuff in the game. (You can buy attractions with magic but not any normal decorations that you can put into the park) and also many other things that just don’t make sense to me, like how the lands that you can get (more room) One of them that I saw costed 50,000 magic which by the way is ridiculous and one cost 25,000 magic. Either way no matter which one it is still not affordable. I only have about 1,000 Magic however this game is charging me way too much for what you’re actually getting. What I’m trying to say is please be reasonable because you can’t charge me a lower price and then make it go up for the exact same thing it’s just simply ridiculous. I don’t really have any other problems about the game except for this. Sooo please make some suggestions :)

Good game, but they botched the newest update.. This game has been enjoyable (hence why I’m not giving it 1 star) mainly because you spend your time collecting some of your favorite classic and new Disney characters. You also have the opportunity to “build” your own park with some movie themed “attractions”. I’ve been playing for quite a while, so I have most of the characters unlocked. The newest update changed how many characters you can have out (max 75), which limits what you can do, and how much you can progress your land and characters. Because of the update and character limit, I was unable to send any characters on tasks until you get under the limit. I get the concept of having limits on the number of characters out. However the problem is, when there are events (which is pretty much all the time) you need approximately anywhere from 15-40 characters to do well in an event. Which means you’re pretty much either focusing on the event or progressing your characters/park. You really can’t do both well at the same time, unless you use a “pay to win” model for the events. I understand that game developers want to make money, but the blatant push to that model in for this game, or any game, is just disgusting.

Game has been having issues with crashing. During this Star Wars event, the game has had several issues with slowing and crashing multiple times while I’m playing. It’s gotten worse this past week and is to the point where I can’t have any other apps open in the background and still crashes. Now this afternoon the game won’t even open before it crashes. For the amount of time and money I’ve invested, as well as other players, in this game this should not be occurring. I will echo other reviewers in that the game has gotten a lot more expensive to play and every new event seems to have at least two characters and one attraction that you have to pay between $4-$10 each for. It’s also annoying that every new event has at least 7 new characters, mostly minor characters who don’t add to the game. Plus besides the one plot of new Star Wars land just released, there hasn’t been new land released in over a year. There’s no downtime between events to upgrade characters. And I still am frustrated at the new changes with the happiness levels. I have played this game for 2-3 years now and while I do enjoy it on the whole, these things take away from the enjoyment of the game.

Highly recommend. Developer please read.. Hi, I have been playing this game for awhile now and am completely obsessed with it. But I do have a few suggestions. When characters go into a attraction I think you should be able to see them interact with that attraction. Like buzz going into the Astro orbiter yo could see him doing stuff while completing that task. Another, is the comfy princess costumes I think you should let those be permanent I do not have any Disney princesses yet but I do know I would like to have their comfy costumes so I can work on getting those items to do so. I also think that the Maleficent tower challenge is kinda boring and so is the quests where you get tokens to defeat like frogs or robots I don’t like those. I also miss the chance where you can get gold chests and legendary chests I like how we don’t have to wait to open them but I want to get those chests to without paying gems. I also think that you shouldn’t have to pay gems for characters. And lastly, I miss going into the hot air ballon and visiting someone else’s kingdom I think you should bring that back. Thank you.

Not a fan of the update. I used to love this game and it was the only one I kept on my phone for the past few years. I got married back in June and with everything getting settled and life adjustments, I haven’t been able to play in a couple months. I finally came back to play just the other day and so much is different now! I was saving up all my gems to get special characters and to unlock certain parts of the park but now with the update, I have to use all my gems to get chests and hopefully have enough decorations or food stands to do all this extra stuff and it’s frustrating. I really liked this game cause I felt like I could earn everything with some patience but now there’s so much other activities they want you to do with it that it feels impossible to just grind through the game without spending real money. I get that there needs to be a real money element cause the creators need resources etc but I kind of liked the way it was a couple months ago. I still want to play, I just wish they wouldn’t make it so difficult.

Beware of this game...one giant money grab. Recently, DMK has taken a nose-dive. The 101 Dalmatians update & the current WDW 50th Anniversary/Haunted Mansion update have introduced more pay to play strategies than ever before. The events now require premium content (both characters & attractions) to be leveled to be of any use. The leaderboards are only for the top 1-maybe 10 players & allow massive amounts of gemming (in game currency that's difficult to obtain without paying real money) so players can essentially buy their way through, leaving everyone else behind with no chance to earn the content by gameplay. The Spooky Chest, which is the ONLY way to get 3/5 Haunted Mansion Ghosts is 150 gems each (equivalent to $7 US) with an up to 5% chance of even getting a character. They are essentially glorified concession chests with concessions most players already have...for $7. These same chests are banned in other countries, so some players are allowed to buy 2 of the ghosts outright for 500 gems total (about $20 US). The rest of us can spend upwards of $100 & never get a character. This is extremely unbalanced & gives an unfair advantage in gameplay. Until Gameloft addresses these huge issues, future players beware. This game has turned into a full on money-grab & has lost all of its Disney magic.

Good game but the costs are ridiculous. Love this game. It’s relaxing and I love being able to collect all my favorites from Disney but the two issues I have with it are 1) the cost to open new areas of the game is crazy. I am waiting to open frontier land because the cost is 250,000 magic. How am I able to upgrade characters and open new lands with this cost? One area costs 750,000! The second is past events, those of us that joined the game later, that may not have had the opportunity to finish a event, such as beauty and the beast are left screwed because they haven’t opened it back up yet. Why can’t these events come around more frequently? It’s fun that it’s a limited event, but why not bring them around more often? The game is great and colorful the story is interesting and entertaining but it’s just sad how difficult they make some of this for us. I get making it challenging, but at least make it obtainable so that we can continue the story. Right now I can’t upgrade anyone due to waiting to have enough to open the new land, which I need to build to continue the story. Right now I’m stuck in a land of boredom because of this. Please fix it! Keep the fun going while making it a little bit of a challenge.

Money is all they want. Honestly I started this game cause my father showed me and it wasn’t too bad at first. I’ve played for a while now and I haven’t missed a log in, or anything and yet I’m finding myself annoyed beyond belief. They just had their onward event to get the characters, and after this event I’ve been left dissatisfied. I logged on every day when my characters would be done with their stuff to try to get as many as I could, and I didn’t get them all. They make the game almost impossible to do unless you spend money to buy their diamonds, and are willing to drop RIDICULOUS amounts of money for the CHANCE of a character. For example the Nightmare Before Christmas chests are out, and I got excited because they gave away a free chest with the chance for a character. I got a lollipop stand, they draw you in with the hopes of getting a character and when you don’t want to buy a chest. The chest is like 160 diamonds for the chance at a character or $10 once again for the CHANCE of a character. If I’m dropping 10 bucks to get a character I want a guarantee, I love the premise and it’s fun but the amount of time you have to put in to make it work isn’t worth it unless you’re willing to drop dumb amounts of money. This games priorities are many kinds of messed up. It’s ridiculous and angering

Pay to play game just got worse 😡. I came to update my review again THEY ARE STACKING THE COMMENTS IN THIER FAVOR. Clearly some of these are fake comments who complains about an issue but writes a five star review. the new update is crap and they know it. They are refusing to fix it. 😡 I can’t play the new event because I don’t have the characters for it. (I would HAVE TO SPEND MONEY) in order to even play the event. The happiness meter completely changed it no longer has benefits of more magic and you have to use gems (hard to come by unless you SPEND MONEY) to keep it up. They took the ability to buy concessions and decorations that you need to use in Merlin’s shop in order to get certain tokens and attractions. Now you need to SPEND MONEY in order to get more chest to help you get the things in Merlin’s shop or wait most likely a month to get all the things you need. Unlocking characters was hard enough because tokens don’t always drop but you at least had your happiness to give you a better chance now with them taking the happiness away unless you use gems (get them by SPENDING MONEY) good luck on ever getting enough token since it already take a month to get some characters. Unless you have time to go on this game every hour including at night or HUNDREDS of dollars to spend don’t bother with it.

Fun But Limited Characters.... I downloaded this game about a little over a week ago because I saw that it had Galaxy’s Edge. As a big Star Wars fan, I was thrilled. I was also excited for the Hercules update, as it was one of my favorite movies as a kid. When I looked through all the characters, I was happy to see that Poe Dameron was in the game, who is one of my favorite characters. I also found a bunch of other beloved Disney characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas and The Princess and The Frog. However, when I started playing, I quickly realized that you can only get 3PO and R2 from all of the Star Wars characters, and all of the others like Poe were for a limited time only. And when I finally unlocked the Galaxy’s Edge portion of the game, it shows that you could have a boost on items if you place Star Wars attractions in that area. Yet the game offers none in the store. I would also like to point out that this game is a bit of pay-to-play if you want to get all of the characters from the events or any special characters/attractions. All-in-all, I think that this is a good game, however, the limited time characters from events shouldn’t be for a limited-time, or have one or two that are limited and have the rest where anyone could get them.

Disney Magic Kingdom. Playing this game has been a lot of fun and it is very eye appealing! I am almost level 50, and I’ve really been playing this game hard trying to get the characters without spending real money (setting characters practically every 1-2 hours!) During the EVENTS to get characters…I have tried SO hard to get all the items/characters offered in the event and there is NO WAY to get the last character without spending real money! To the developers…I would like to suggest that for people who really play and spend time in the game, that there be a reward of releasing the items to be able to get the character! This last event which lasted 1 week, I tried so hard to get the last character, but the items would not release without spending real money! I am so disappointed to the point of quitting the game! For those people who really play the game like me, there should be more of a reward! I would give this game 5 stars if I could see less of a lock down on getting the characters especially during the events! Not sure how much longer I will play unless I see a Reward based playstyle, as opposed to getting characters solely on REAL MONEY spent in the game. It’s sad because visually for me this game is so amazing!

It’s ok. Like several other reviewers, I’ve been playing since the beginning. It started out rough, but they found the grove and the game was actually a lot of fun for a few years! Earning new characters, spreading out, getting your favorite attractions, and a good spread of events that weren’t back to back so you could chill a a week or two between events. And there were Big month long events and smaller week long ones, a nice mix. Now it’s constantly wanting money for new characters, and $10 bucks a character is a bit ridiculous. There have been a lot of updates and additions, but for those of us not glued to babysitting this specific game it’s almost impossible to expand land and get the building upgrades. It wipes a lot of my resources out just working on upgrading characters let alone expanding or enchanting. The happiness meter was awesome and worked perfect, now unless you are constantly checking this game there is no way to keep it up, again unless you are willing to pay real cash to get the stardust to hold it. I’ve given up and just play randomly at this point. It went from being my favorite game for awhile to just ok. It’s hard to keep playing a game diligently when you know you just can’t “win” with it.

Fun until…. I like this game it has all things a Disney fan would love to have but there is a few thing that I wish they would do One. Have for room for the characters, I would love if they would update the max characters in the park so that it would be more easy to buy land and other stuff for the park Two. Hats , now this is the point here I would hate to say this but grinding for characters like Donald or sleeping Beauty is hard cause you need to either but the hats or buy the characters that have said item for the characters but then there’s the chance that you would not get said item 3 the challenges, so the good things that would happen ever so drops is also somewhat annoying cause some rides have the gold thing and if you go a day or two with our playing someone would get that gold statue and then it’s not fun or not even Worth the effort to try to get the gold statue Some that’s all I have to say for now but I do wish the Disney would update this game to make it more fun or add some new characters from the cartoons but it’s Disney so it’s not going to happen I guess

My daily Disney dose!. Funny story—I actually played this game briefly before, but uninstalled it because I was less patient and didn’t like waiting for tasks to complete. However, I’m so glad I decided to re-download it and give it another chance. The cast of characters is delightful. You should have seen how religiously I played this to get the “Finding Nemo” characters during the recent event! (I ended up getting Nemo, Crush, Squirt, and Dory. I hope to get the remaining three one day.) Additionally, it feels much easier to get jewels now, and I’m thankful for it. I only have one question: in a future update, would you guys consider overlaying “seasonal skins” over the park? I love going to real-life Disneyland during the autumn and winter seasons, and part of it is because of the special decorations. Given some of Mickey and the gang’s currently unavailable outfits, I assume this has been done in this game in the past. If so, I’d love to see it come back with seasonal decorations, quests, costumes, and area changes! All in all, I love the smiles and the comfort this game provides. Thank you for giving me a daily dose of Disney. ❤️

Very Disappointed. I want to play the old game I signed up for years ago. The app description still says, "Create the Disney park of your dreams. Decorate and customize the Park your way!" I was so happy when I could have my park grouped and decorated the way I wanted. Even once we couldn't have out all our attractions and characters, I could still have out my favorites and place them where I liked to see them. Now you have to put away your favorites to have out things they demand. If you don't, you miss out on new characters or attractions you may need in the future to get something you really want in your park. I would quit playing, but, I keep thinking they will fix it and I will enjoy the game again. But, this latest update is a giant leap in the wrong direction. I don't need anything except points for happiness from this mess, but thought I'd play to learn the ins and outs of the new tower system. Please let us go back to creating our own park our own way, as per the game description, playing for fun, without the stress. We don't need extra stress in our lives. Please fix it soon. Those of us who have played since the beginning or soon after launch and are on level 61 know this CAN be a fun, relaxing game, and we really don't want to stop playing .... But, it is not worth adding stress to our lives.

This review would have been different weeks ago. I started playing DMK when the game first came out and i had an amazing time playing it. With constant updates and events for new and old players to enjoy it made the game feel inclusive and amazing. However, recently with the tactic to put “never released” characters behind a loot box paywall just hasn’t sat right with me. 150 gems a chest for a chance of a chance to get two characters never before released. This seems just like a way to get the collector at heart to want to collect everything the inability to do so. I understand the concept for previous event items to obtain them if u weren’t playing or missed them. As well recent events with insane drop rates and long story lines have made me almost not complete the past three events in game. With the current tower challenge, all characters to level 10 and using all refresh tokens i get i’m barely gonna make the almost impossible 48,000 currency limit to unlock. Honestly this game seems more and more like a cash grab everyday, yes i understand it’s a business and yes all parties need to make money. But unfairness and the recent challenges that even veterans can barely make, makes this game a disheartening mess. I use to wanna endless play and now i don’t even wanna pick it up.

Frustrating. I’ve been playing this game for almost 3 years now and I started out loving it and the different quests or challenges that you could send various characters on. Just like every game, Initially it’s very easy to get tokens and character ears to level them up but eventually it takes more time which is fine. My honest opinion about this game now, is that I cannot continue to grow my kingdom as the land is locked and only states “coming soon” like for years!!!! It doesn’t make sense as now I am at the point that I have attractions sitting in my inventory that cannot help me. I believe that land should constantly be available atleast one plot of land at a time. They have also added events in which you can attempt to get a new character. I say attempt as I have never been able to complete one of these in the allotted time (usually about a month) and I am a frequent player (I play sometimes close to 5-7 times a day) and unless you complete the event you have no opportunity to get the character back. They make you do they chests which are a COMPLETE rip off. I really wanna continue playing t this game however there seems to almost be no point to... I can’t grow my kingdom and I can’t earn characters

It’s all about the $$$$. Right now they’re offering a creepy chest for 150 gems and when you look at the picture it suggests that you’re going to get a character. It’s a big fat lie. What a crummy game. Get the chest 6 pack only 9.99. Promising epic or better. And it does if your idea of epic is a lion king mask stand times three and a gummy stand. All I needed was Scar and all I got was useless items that I already had with a ‘better luck next time’ from customer could care-less support. I liked playing and didn’t mind spending a little here and there but this last purchase was a class A rip off. So now I’m done. Set you standards low and you won’t be disappointed. UPDATE: A coconut smoothie stand is apparently an epic prize. I think the gods that manage this game should have a better understanding of what the word epic means. The dictionary defines epic as of unusually great size or extent, impressively great, spectacular, and very impressive. I’m sorry I just don’t believe a coconut smoothie stand qualifies. I guess it really depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is? Another UPDATE: The developers responded I assumed it was a computer generated answer. My reply to them and to you-you can get the game, you can play it and you can enjoy yourself and most importantly you don’t have to spend any money to have fun.

Addicting but a lot of problems. This is a good game in theory but it has a lot of problems. Instead of adding onto the main story they introduce new characters in month long timed side stories. After the side story is done, those characters are useless because they don’t further the main storyline. They don’t do anything except run around aimlessly and to help get more magic. I love the new attractions but they don’t give extra land to put them in. Everything is crammed together. I had hoped I could be creative in building my world with the decorations they give you but there isn’t the space to put them in. The chests are great for happiness and magic but there are a lot of useless prizes as well like the fore mentioned decorations. It’s a waste of time to try progress the main story if there isn’t the space you need to add the attractions to do so. I’m having to store the attractions from past month long stories to make room for the part I’m working on. Great game in theory but not well executed. The developers should concentrate on developing the main storyline instead of the quickest way to make $. They should think of their long term players. It’s been online for 2 years but it won’t last if most of the players leave because of lack of progress. Does Disney know that their name is attached to something so badly executed?
