Great EP app. Great Fender Rhodes look and sound. I love the improvements from the last update. Small nuances like the key up and pedal resonance makes this app shine on stage. I hope with enough support the developer will make the mk sensation for the iPad as well. Great job to the Jamal Hartwell and MIDIculous company

Gotta have it. Simple and straight forward. That's what you would get if you went out and bought a real Rhodes. Likewise, that's what you get when you buy this app. Don't expect this to be some synthesis dream come true. That's not the intention. However, what it IS is an honest representation of the real thing with all its mechanical quirks fully adjustable. I'll gladly give this 5 stars.

Just saying. Now I really like ilectric piano by ik but the app is really good to so I guess if I had to pick one it would be hard because I like the clav's in ilectric piano so I guess I would use them both. Neo soul keys really sounds good coming out of my keyboard rig, now I'm going to say this....can you come up with a synth app for gigging to that's hot like the neo soul keys, if so that would be very cool for us dudes that likes synth sounds, this is my rig....... A-88 keyboard controller by Roland A-48 keyboard controller by Roland 2 ipad2's With igrand piano, ilectric piano for the 88 keys and for my top Keyboard I have sample tank for my synths and a 4 ch mackie mixer and a altos speaker oh yeah and my dx100 for my voice box and my iPads sit the alesis I dock . This is my live rig set up

Great Sound and interface. Connects well to bluetooth keyboard. You have to connect to garage and first and then it is recognized by bluetooth midi. Great app by great developers that know how to make musical and inspiring instruments meant to be played rather than clinical digital perfection. Requests: Would be great to have to ability to make all the adjustments on the mac plugin. Hopefully in a new version. Only other request would be to add the ability to adjust the velocity sensitivity since most of the mini keyboards that this will be used with need those adjustments made to be playable. Disappointed. Nice sounds but would of been nice to at least receive a discount offer for neo soul studio seeing as that one has auv3 support and this one doesn’t was hoping to use it with BM3 but the audio distorts and when using the keyboard in BM3 there is unwanted pops and glitches. would like a refund to purchase neo soul studio instead.

Fooled Me. I used to think there will never be an electric piano sound that could fool my ears into thinking it was the real thing, but I was ok with that because I just enjoy a great electric piano sound and have always enjoyed what different manufacturers and programmers have brought to the table through the years. There has always been a moment though when a song would come on the radio with a real Rhodes my ears would be like, oooooh Mufasa. Lol. But this? This could make me lose my job. Lol. I haven't tried it side by side with a real Fender Rhodes and could care less. As far as I'm concerned, this IS Mufasa. Running on an iPad Air 2 with ios9.

A Work of Art. Hands down the best app I have ever downloaded. Never worry about lugging your Rhodes or Wurlitzer to a gig again. The attention to detail and authenticity is through the roof. Really feels like a labor of love. Just plug in a midi keyboard and rock!

Unreal, like having a real Rhodes.... I tried the different models out with the free testing feature (very cool way for potential customers to really see the power of this app) and decided that the suitcase Rhodes would best for my needs and bought the IAP. With the full features and unrestricted time the true brilliance of this app came through big time. I brought the key noise up a bit and added a bit of drive, and with eyes closed it sounded like a real Rhod. es in front of me. Using it with Audiobus into Auria for some recording and the results have been excellent. Highly recommended. Thanks GM for bringing a version of 'neo-soul keys' to the iPad. It's excellent apps like these that have made the iPad/iOS platform a serious professional recording option.

Finally on iPhone!. I'm so glad that this app is now available for the iPhone! It's a dream come true to have such detailed vintage electric pianos in such a portable form. Please add inter-app-audio so it is even easier to use in mobile compositions. Also pleas add some more effects like adjustable chorus and phasers for the EP's. Great app keep updating and improving!

Great sounding app, and now with Audiobus!. Really like the initial release, but it was missing a few key features, including Audiobus and virtual MIDI. The developers listened, and now a month later they've got a great update with both! Sound is great, the best ePiano on the iPad. Love it!

Best EP in iOS... And beyond!. I have them all, and this is the best sounding electric piano app there is by far. Lots of controls, super detailed mutisample, beautiful sonic depth, and buttloads of grit. I have a 200A in my studio right now and this app really gives it a run for its money....which is a lot of money! Hmm....

Sounds great, but... Make the pianos download-later options instead of packing them all into a 1-gig installed app and it's a 5-star review. All I want is one of the pianos.

Excellent!. This is an amazingly well put together app. It does exactly what it says and does it with a very authentic rough at the edges sound. I think the developer mainly intended that this be for live performance laptop plug in alternative but the market for people to buy this would expand greatly if AUDIOBUS Was added so this can be integrated more easily into ios music making. Will be a 5 star app if/when an update includes that. All 3 keyboards are a joy to play

Needs Velocity/Pressure Sensitivity. Thanks for including an onscreen keyboard. It's helpful in being able to use Neo-Soul Keys with other music apps - especially if trying to lay down a simple piano track while on-the-go. However, that onscreen keyboard needs pressure sensitivity for one to capture the ‘bite' and other nuances that Neo-Soul Keys affords - when used with a MIDI keyboard. I really hope you all add that in an update soon. It would make an already great app all the better.

Best Electric Keys App. The sounds are great. The app works flawlessly. Unlike other apps, there are No ads popping up in purchased Keys! So you can use this app professionally ! I love this app

Cool cool. It has an amazing Rhodes Suitcase model! It would be cool to have multiple variations of the suitcase model though. Anyways, this will take care of any need for a "real" sounding Rhodes suitcase. Much better than iLectric imo

No Family Sharing - Buyer beware. Despite what the App Store tells you, there is NO family sharing with this app. The creators were not able to help me resolve this and I got nowhere with a refund from Apple. I’m stuck with a pricy app on my iPhone that I can’t use. Looks like I’ll need to buy it twice in order to use it on my wife’s iPad. This feels deceptive and is disappointing.

Brings the Funk - dynamics? Size? Still great!. I'm getting a nice full sound running in Audiobus with AUFX space "dark space" preset with the dry/wet a bit not so wet with the Wurlitzer and having not even plugged in my controller yet, I bought the Wurli. It's not SUPER DUPER but I dig it and since the Wurli i miss more than my ex (yeah it gave me more love so ponder that you soul-less tart...) ahem.. Other than the other most funky of electric keys, namely the HOHNER CLAVINET D6 (which - where the h is the HOHNER clav d6 app lurking that just let's you get all Head Hunters out like HERBIE HANCOCK's hands down most monumental contribution to that supreme sound! Disagree? Give it a listen and then again. Yeah this is cool. Would like to cut the fat of what I don't buy to reduce my limited space and the multisampling is nice but as usual there are some evident sonic brightness issues if you really listen. But for 5 bucks - I like it and the EXS sounds great too. It might get bought. So can we get the unused rigs deleted maybe? And at some point a closer evaluation of very soft Rhodes/Wurli sounds. Lastly. YOU GUYS GOTTA MAKE A NICE very carefully velocity duplicated Clavinette D6 with some kind of WaWa. The D6 -> Crybaby -> Mu Tron -> Space Reverb -> '59 Fender Bassman Combo I had just was a joy to jam on and the Mac plug in Lounge Lizard was very nice - you can do it better! Thanks for letting me ramble and thanks for the great app!

Need Audiobus. Pretty much the bar has been set for sound. If you love those electric piano sounds with a remarkable ability to customize, this is the app to get. Connections were a breeze. I've actually had less problems with connecting to iRig, than I did with SampleTank and it's other affiliating apps. Even when I needed to switch between the apps. Great job! Only problem, not compatible with Audiobus. Sorry guys, this is the new standard for these type of apps. 5 stars the second that becomes available.

Suitcase Beauty. Yes, sounds beautiful... Now usage: I’m triggering Neo Soul with Midi, and the first beat of every measure does not trigger. Troubleshooting reveals this is the only app that is having trouble. I played with latency to no avail. Tech team?

So great!. Man I love it!! Sounds so great and full and just beautiful. It runs flawlessly with room to spare on my iPad 4. I am planning on using it live with my keyboard controller. But as it stands now the only reason I can't and why it's 4 instead of 5 stars is that I cant switch between apps with this going because it always runs in the background on all midi channels. So if I try to use my bass synth I have to completely shut this down which in faster transitions doesn't work. I would like to either be able to change the midi channel and just switch presets on my controller or turn of background. But I still love it!!! So Good! Oh and a separate volume control for all the effects would be great. As it stands now I love the idea but fading out and releasing keys you hear the click and thump which is great for playing but not so much at the end of a worship tune. Still amazing and blows all else away

Bummed!. I was so excited about this, as I love the sound of real electric piano. And, I love Neo soul. However, being a blind person who uses the iPhone, I ran into some major issues. Number one, I couldn’t get this app to connect with my Bluetooth keyboard. Number two, I couldn’t seem to get it to play even when I touch the screen of my phone. So, I turn voiceover off temporarily, in order to see if I could find the keypad, and instead I accidentally ended up purchasing one of your packages. If I like that, it would’ve been cool, but I won’t purchase something that I don’t know will even be able to work for me. I’m sad about this app, as I really would’ve loved to have liked it. I hope some changes are made. One big huge suggestion: please, put the sound packs in a separate store, where a player won’t inadvertently purchased an item.

When's the bus coming?. I bought the Stage and love the sound. But frankly, I'm a crappy living room only musician and don't have much actual use for it until I can use it on my iPad created recordings. Can't do that until it's Audiobus compatible. I'll buy your other two offerings once the (Audio)bus pulls up to my corner.

I hope you're not gonna use sustain.... ...because you will discover how CPU hungry this beast is. Anything above 50% gives me annoying audio crackling. And it is so easy to get to those 50 percent. Especially with Dyno. So sad. This IS a gorgeous sounding electric piano. But...

Unbelievable. If you are a keyboard player, this is a must have , all three apps are well worth the investment. The sound on this app sounds better than any keyboard Rhodes I have every heard. The technology is cutting edge, and you can sell off some keyboards and travel much lighter. I'm just amazed at the app.

Miles better than anything else on ipad. Amazing electric piano samples. Nothing on the ipad comes closer to sounding like a real Rhodes piano (and I've tried all the others). Works perfectly with my midi keyboard. Download it and see for yourself. Electric piano bliss.

Where are the presets?. Just purchased his app with all the 5 modules, and I don’t see any presets in any of them. When I press on the “Presets” tab at the bottom on each module, a black empty window opens up with nothing displayed. Could someone please help?

One of the Best. Simply one of the best electric piano simulations you can find on iOS! I have played the real thing and this product does a wonderful job taking me places I have not been musically in years. It would cost a small fortune to purchase a real vintage electric piano in quality condition. Getting a real electric piano to sound great with amps, effects and microphones is no easy matter. If this is the sound you desire, Neo Soul Keys is the real deal for pennies on the dollar!

Rhodes Vibrato disabled?. Such fine sounds, but: using the free (ad-supported) version, the Vibrato has no audible effect at any setting for the Rhodes instruments [Suitcase / Stage / Dyno / Ex]. The Wurli Vibrato works as expected. Bug? User error? (Yes, I turned it On as well as adjusting Intensity & Speed!) Only available as an In-App purchase?

buy this. No-brainer. I use this with my CME x-key37 and it is just heaven. Buy the Suitcase keyboard immediately, sounds gorgeous with the key-sounds and the bite. Gorgeous app, thanks guys.

Very useful. This has several really nice e pianos. Users should experiment with each of them and work the controls such as key noise, reverb, chorus intensity. Many sounds are possible. I did not experience any delay issues - but suggest just running app by itself. Garage Band does recognize the instruments also. Bottom of screen shows your CPU usage as you play - my old iPad was about 30% Good sounding keys reminds of old Rhodes suitcase and Wurly sounds.

Neo soul keys. I thank God for your gifts to put this together and make it do what it does,is simply amazing. Currently I use the I pad 2 but I will move to upgrade to take advantage of the full abilities of this awesome APP. Thank you Jamal and GM God keep on blessing you and the family. Game changer. This is just as good as the KONTAKT and UVI versions. The sounds are the most authentic on the market hands down, and the expressiveness is also the most authentic on the market. Now that is is on the IPAD, it is as simple as a midi connection, and you have a full fledged EP suite. Very excited about this and future possibilities! Thanks for this app, truly a game changer!!

“free” version is a scam, no demo or trial. Sad to see developers tricking people into installing a free app that is nothing but a pay wall.

Error update. I liked the app from before. But today on the 7, it's been giving me serious issues. I can't use it, delete it or download or update any apps onto my iPhone after this app.

Best electric piano app on the ipad.. Definitely beats its direct competitor, "ilectric piano" hands down. Very unique sounding ep because of the flaws of the ep sampled for the stage ep. If you have an ipad mini or ipad 2, I would only recommend this for practice and not live situations unless you don't have a choice. Kronos still has the best and most editable eps but this is definitely the best on the ipad.

Best Rhodes Piano for the IOs. Finally a tine-based electric piano that has bark and growl and varying degrees of tine-e-ness. I love, love, love this app. I have owned a Fender suitcase E piano, and this app comes closest to that sweet tone. Is it identical? No, but it has all those quirky mechanical sounding effects that make a Rhodes a Rhodes. You can almost feel the tines being smacked. Hit it a little harder and it growls in the lower notes. I give it 4 stars because 5 stars would mean it is exactly identical to a Rhodes in tone, which will never happen in an IOs app in my lifetime.

Love it. Loves this app. Came to ask if there were plans to add midi out to this app as this version doesn’t send midi out and learned theres a newer version of this same app. Please tell me the newest version of Neo Sould Keys does send midi out?! An upgrade option would have been nice as well fyi.

All of this and nothing heavy to carry. I remember stacking my Fender Rhoades stage piano which was 2 Big oblong pieces and hauling them in a Chevy Chevett back in the dayI must say after seeing that this would be available for the IPad I was upset. After all I just purchased the Ik Electric and was pleased I conquered the Ep market for a real keys instrument that can be used anywhere. I own several apps Auria Beatmaker2 Sampletank and IGrand I use them with a Akai MPK 49 for preproduction when I'm on the road. Well I got this because of Jamal Hartwell whom I respect most highly and have been following him for years. I sowed seed into his products and they reap results. And this is no different. This IS THE BEST OF THE REST PEOPLE. All of my keyboard friends that I know who own a IPad will be informed. Universal sound especially the Stage version but all really stand out as a freak of nature coming out of an IPad as true as sound can get to the originals...I've had them all!! Jamal be encouraged my friend this is gonna rock at church. Love the knobs but you definitely need a keyboard controller with knobs to control them the way you want. Midi learn is easy setup and your good. Now all you need to do is get on the "bus" and it's a complete studio indeed. Keep it coming dude and be blessed for what you are doing............

vintage. Good for running Neo soul keys on older devices e.g. iPhone 5 or iPod touch six. with the added advantage that those devices had a headphone jack. question: is there any transpose option? I can’t find it.

Great sounds. The sound of the pianos, particularly the suitcase, are amazing! Needs a few fixes though - needs a stronger midi implementation, especially since you can't use it without an external keyboard - it loses the connection as soon as you open any other music app, and when your iPad goes to sleep. And please, you've got to get Audiobus support! Once these issues are fixed, 5 stars! Update: thanks for listening! Audiobus support, and has background audio. Best EP plug in I've ever used. I didn't become a fan of the Rhodes piano until a few years ago when I attended a Frank McComb concert. Since then, I've tried to have that Rhodes sound on just about every track I have recorded. I first started with Reason's Electromechanical plug-in, which isn't a bad plug in at all, and then moved on to Velvet for Pro-Tools. When I first heard about Neo-Soul Keys a couple of years back, I definitely questioned whether it could hang with Velvet. After watching enough developer videos by Jamal (in studio quality headphones) and comparing it to what I was hearing from my current EP plug-ins, along with classic songs from Roy Ayers, Patrice Rushen, and Herbie Hancock (to name a few), this plug-in is the best out there in terms of raw sound and samples from the SC73, Mark I, and A200 keyboards. I had concerns of how it would sound on the iPad, given that it does not have the same level of RAM and ROM power as a conventional laptop. I downloaded it last night to give it a test run, and suffice it to say, I bought all 3 after just listening to a few chords. The plug and play recognition of my Yamaha MO8 into the iPad 4 was instant. I still had all of my apps running in the background, and yet it still loaded within 5 seconds or less (usually 10 seconds or less on iPad2 from the vids I saw). The other thing that I liked was that it saves the settings that you left it at when you last opened the app, so if you left on the Chorus and the Spring Reverb, it will stay on when you load it back up. The only caveat is that you could not use this on a traditional MIDI controller as the iPad won't support having to power both the app and the MIDI controller, so you will need a traditional keyboard with USB MIDI capability (hint: best to use a hammer weighted keyboard to get a more authentic playing experience). Not sure if it's in scope with Version 2 (which Jamal has informed me is around the corner), but it would definitely be nice if some of the effects that are in the desktop version are included (such as Phaser, Wah-Wah effects) or even a group of presets that mimic certain styles (similar to Velvet). Bottom line, if you are a fan of EP sounds like I am, then this app is a must buy.

Needs a Re-Release. Bundle doesn't work on iPhone or iPad. On iPad Pro, the controls are all over the place.

Terrible!. Use to work beautifully with my iPad Pro. Used it all the time. Now the Bluetooth doesn’t function at all. They are forcing you to buy the $24.99 new addition. I already paid $29.99 for this one. A scam and a first!
