This app could be great and I really hope things change. I paid 6.99 to upgrade to Pro for Dropbox sync, but there has been no sync/backup functionality after close to a week of connecting my Dropbox account. I've tried everything to get this to work. Experimenting with exporting invoices, etc. Nothing worked. I tried emailing customer support (listed on their product description) and got an automatic reply saying that their email account is full. I also noticed it's been more than a year since their last update. I misread the most recent version as being from 2016 instead of 2015. Developers, please do something about this, especially for people who've trusted that your Pro version would yield some sort of benefit (backups) and have paid the extra money to get that basic functionality. I paid for an upgrade that was essentially like the free version and have found no way to get any customer support. In addition to these problems with the upgrade to Pro, I'm also frustrated (like others on here) with how overtime is illogically reported. With such a high price to get Dropbox functionality that eventually didn't work, I really regret this purchase. I'm moving to a different app and seeing if I can somehow get my money back if nothing changes soon. Update 10/8/17 (changed from 1 to 3 star review) Syncing works, but I’m having trouble removing a photo from my Profile so it doesn’t show up on my invoices. I can only replace it with another photo, but I no longer want a photo since having one increases the size of the invoice PDF. Speaking of PDFs, I would like to see improved exporting options. Right now, I only have email and print. It takes forever to receive the email with the invoice and I send all my resumes digitally so I would prefer if I had the same export options (export as PDF, text, csv, etc. to iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, Gmail, etc.) that several modernized iOS apps have. Finally, I can’t change the Invoice Date like I used to. I would like that function back. Also, since I upgraded the free version to Pro from within the app, I’m fearful that I’m not getting the same exact app as Hours Keeper Pro because of all these lingering issues. Just a customer fear I have. Please make these slight, but significant improvements. I could see this easily being a 5-star app!
They ask that you write them before leaving negative review. Ok so 2 weeks and 10 emails later nada zip no response. Even their support page has no link to hours keeper app. This is a joke do not use find anything else if you use and then get locked out they ignore your requests. So DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR BUY STAY AWAY.
I use this to track how much I need to pay my baby sitter. It would be super helpful to also have this app be able to do a flat rate per day! My baby sitter doesn’t do it by the hour.

This app is great, but some of us get paid a flat rate regardless of hours.
Buyer Beware. This is a crippled pre-purchase demo. After a short while features are disabled and you have to buy the Pro app to continue using the application. This aspect was not made clear in the description. This item is not simple nagware which keeps asking you to buy the software. I tested features by generating some bogus time data and exporting invoices, and that looked great, but now that I have actual data, I have been informed that as I have already issued three invoices, that function is now disabled. This is also limited to a maximum of two clients. You have to purchase the Pro version for a third client. Reading through the reviews I am concerned that I may loose data if I update now. This all leave me with a bad taste in my mouth. I have just started using the app and for now it appears to tick all the boxes. I can set up multiple customers I have been able to enter some historic time data. I unfortunately lost the last data I entered because the request to rate the app opened while the keyboard was visible. The result was I could not see what 8 was typing and could not clear the "please review" pop up because the buttons were all hidden under the keyboard. I was forced to close the app and reopen. This lost the event I was working on.
App is great for recording normal hourly rates. But is there a way to differentiate hourly rates & penalty rates for certain hours of the same day/shift? For example, I get penalty rates on a Sat....normal hourly rate until 12 and then double time until 4pm. Can this be calculated???

So far so good that I used it you can add the daily rates but if we could please make it to add day shift and night shift calculations from certain times to times that would be much better also to add a section where u might get paid and extra allowance for the week or fortnight. Other than that it's a pretty good app.
I have tried so many time sheet/work log apps but this works far better then others. Very easy to use and have all I need.

I love the app however am unable to export any data as it continually says "No Mail Accounts" "Please set up a mail account in order to send mail". Now I have set up mail account and it still doesn't work. I have deleted app and re-installed....still nothing. I paid for the upgraded version as well. There doesn't seem to be any support for the app either.
Been using this for years. Very easy interface. User friendly. Simple and gets the job done. Really helpful for me to keep track of my work hours and pay.
I've been using the free version for a while and it is okay.
A whole crap
This app is somewhat easy to use and like all of the other apps it is mainly for people who are contract based this is not an app for someone who works say at a restaurant or in retail. You can't set a 40 hour limit per week and it calculate over time you have to do it manually and you also cannot set an every two week pay period limit. I do not like the having to select a client for each individual entry I do not like that I have to manually delete every entry, just to get a correct amount of pay. I am only giving t a one star due to these reasons.
I've entered my email to login and it's not working. Trying to reset my password and that is not working. It does not recognize my email address and I am certain of the email I use for this app. Please fix.
Needs a way to lock the start time based on time zone where clocked in. A way to lock times based on entered. I work on the road and when I work my time card I have to correct times because it was changed to current local time instead of keeping with time zone where clocked. It's a simple fix that accommodates traveling professionals. It is also a huge flaw for me. I can match hours of work if I have to go back but can't trust the clock ins
This is crazy, the app was accidentally Deleted and now I cant login with any of my email addresses.

Works really well for me.
Not sure what happened but when I went to sign in on my new phone it said account wasn't there. Emails stopped sending too. I use it everyday just wish it had been support
