TRASH!!!. I am a paid VIP user for Baidu Pan. However, I can't log into my account, no matter from this app or from the website. If you don't want to provide service to people outside of China, you should never put your app in the US App Store. Garbage!

Violation of personal property rights and privacy. This app is under surveillance of Chinese government and delate all things which they think not good for government, even it only exist in your cloud drive. Do not use this app unless you want your personal right get violated.

Works although slow for free version. At least it works and does not cost me a bit. Slow speed sometimes limited its usage. But that is fair.

Stupid app. This app is supposed to be a cloud file manager, yet it has a lot of useless craps, including money borrowing function. Yes, money borrowing. The craps occupy node of the interface and make the UI a mess and the file managing confusing to use. The file manager is also horrible, and there’s no way to open its file using another app on your phone or tablet.

Worse. The new version is worse that the last one, especially in terms of video playing.

Poor Background Management. It keeps running in the background and drains too much power.

Horrible cloud drive kneeing to communist government surveillance. I downloaded this app and signed up an account in the US. However, now it does not allow me to download some of my documents that I uploaded to the cloud drive by myself. Looking at the details of these cucumbers, they are ebooks about Free Tibet movement, about Tiananmen Square massacre, about stuff that the communist government of China does not like. If you want to provide service in the US, you should respect people’s freedom of speech, and stop being a guard dog of communist beliefs.

Stay away. I hope no one ever have to use apps developed by this company, if there is an alternative, stay away from baidu at all cost. It’s cloud storage will make the decision on whether to keep what you have stored on it, anything it thinks is inappropriate or illegal it will delete it for you without allowing you to back it up first.

International Version Please!!!. This is absolutely the BEST cloud storage app with free 1TB storage to use but so many great functions are all in Chinese. Plz offer a international version in English so that we can use it all. Very good job Baidu! Thumb up!

Change phone number issue. I no longer uses my old phone number, yet this app still requires the old number for two-step authentication... Is it logical to you at all? Also, the appealing time does not work for people live in pst time zone at all.

Unusable spyware adware trash app. Be warned !. Forced to download this app because a friend shared wanted to share some photos. What a horrible user experience. Every single time you open the app shows you an ad, download speeds are abysmally slow and it continually tries to upsell you on the paid plan.

You data will not be your data. It will be baidu’s. You are told you still own it, but it is too hard to get it back if you have no backup. The client tries to keep you and your data in baidupan app. Hard to use the data in other app.

Trash！. This App is literally TRASH and Apple Store should kick it out! If you are an overseas used which means you are not living in China Mainland and you don't registered under Chinese mobile carrier, you will never accomplished the verification ever. So why don't you just stay in China Store?

Functions were disabled overseas without notice. I am SVIP subscriber but I’m not able to share my files due to overseas IP address. Filed a complaint and here’s the reply I got from them: 您好，经查，百度网盘风控安全策略检测到当前访问IP存在敏感风险，因此限制使用网盘部分功能，给您带来不便请谅解！(due to current IP address, some of the functions are disabled) Shame on you baidu, how abt refunding my SVIP subscription?!

Why it doesn’t have English. Make it better with English language written instructions so that customers can download it and understand it .

My files disappeared. I don’t usually write reviews. I have used this app for years and there hadn’t been a problem so big that I would bother writing this. I did not open the app recently, and now when I tried to use it, I figure most of my files either disappeared or just wouldn’t show up. I used to have many folders on the first page for “Documents,” and now it is almost empty, apart from the system’s folders (which is new to me, popped up from nowhere, from the last time I used the app). I used this app to store videos and important documents, please restore them..... Very disappointed and helpless.

Horrible personal information protection and illegal sanctions. The Baidu steals my information and files in the net disk and some of them disappeared without informing me in advance. The files and videos have no trace that they were existing in my disk… And other videos have been replaced by the short video that says THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN SANCTIONED BY RELATED LAW OR REGULATIONS. And I don’t even know this action is based on which law or regulations… So just use other Net disk as soon as possible.

It's everyone's responsibility to stop using evil app like this.. Stop using Any Baidu products is to save your life (literally) and build up a better world. Tip: Before using Baidu Netdisk you need to know they have full access of your every file, every personal photo and video. Baidu cooperates closely with CCP government, there is no privacy at all. And the premium system of this app is literally ridiculous and extremely opaque, they just want to charge you as many times as possible meanwhile without providing any reliable service. (For instance, your download speed would still be very funny after purchasing the Speed Up Premium; You would still be unable to unzip a file online after purchasing the Unzip Premium and so on. They have tons of premiums but not a single good service.) At the end, RIP Pandownload.

Cannot even login anymore. 会员账户在美国不能登录。钱拿到了，服务就没了。 It has been more than a week, always shows connection time out. Customer cannot even login to their Paid service .

Closed my old account. They closed my old account because they need a Chinese mainland number to verify my identity. Now I can’t even view or download the previous files I uploaded! They also don’t allow international users to upload videos….. such a trash app.

Pay pay pay. You must pay $1 for extracting a zip file, and it does not provide an option to open them in other apps, which was originally available in old version.

Illegally wiping out its competitor to make profit. This is real news. Recently, Baidu company is not satisfied as someone developed a very good netdisk(Pandownload) than it does so they got very frustrated. Then they come up with a solution that they can sue the Pandownload to be violating users’ privacy then the people got caught and now he might be illegally detent by Baidu company. (Very shocking)Baidu company is now exploring to what extent Pandownload caused the loss of their company. They set up a fake Pandownload(without telling users) and see how many users would use it in a certain time to determine how much punishments the developer of Pandownload will get.

I bought the Hamgeek HGA 37 can’t figure this app to get the instructions.. I can’t find English instructions for the Hamgeek HGA 37 or programmable instructions in English. I bought from a U.S.A. distributor with no instructions except this app with no English.

The ‘downloaded’ file does not exist. I tried to download a zip file from the cloud to my iPhone, it was shown in the list of files that are ”下载成功” (successfully downloaded) in the app. But I cannot find the zip file in Apple’s own File app, it shows that zip file does not exist in my phone at all.

Great app. Easy to use. The storage for free is 1TB， which is adequate already. The night model is nice for late night use. Also the synchronization is pretty good between PC and cell.

You're being watched. Your documents uploaded on it are screened by whoever runs the app. Once the file content certain things they consider inappropriate you are unable to share the file to anyone.

Thief de personal information. This suspicious app implies me to backup my photos via their service on startup every time. One could accidentally leak their private photos, yes, that kind of photos, to the whole world just by one miss click. I can’t believe how Apple let this scamp stay on the store for so long. The worst app I have ever seen. My suggestion is don’t download this. The business logic is so messy. It integrated so many unnecessary stuff but could not do its job well like sharing and saving files. Waste my time and space on my phone

APP ALWAYS STUCK & FROZEN. Literally I don’t know what’s wrong with this app, each time I click the “News/Notification” tab, app is frozen and doesn’t respond at all. After restarting the app, the situation happens again. This is utterly inconvenient and frustrating. When my friends send me a download link, I copy it, and open the app, app is stuck again, and I have to restart it. Moreover , UI design is unclear and hard to find what I want. Overall, very unfavourable experience.

None of which asks for your phone number at all. Bought some content online and it came in a Baidu cloud storage, I can’t even download it without an account! Disappointed.

Huge free storage & user friendly. I got 2TB free storage which is fantastic. Background uploading is super easy and better than Dropbox because Dropbox stops uploading a few minutes after I closed the app. But this one will continue uploading as long as I'm connected to a wifi.

This app should be listed as illegal. The only reason I downloaded this app is because others shared something through it. I can’t download anything from its website application cause it deliberately prevents me from doing so. Even when I downloaded its useless app, it caped its download/upload speed at an abysmal speed so you have to purchase its membership. Load time slow. Overall it provides great value with 5tb for about $40/year. Lots can improve like speed of streaming is subpar even with paid subscription. Sharing should also be possible for other iOS apps. For example, reading epub, your tts isn’t exactly good. I wanted it to port to my other app that’s got great tts, but your app didn’t give me that option. Wanted to port mp4 over to VLC and that too isn’t possible. Just give us those options and that’ll solve 25% of your app’s issue.

Scam!!. No wonder Baidu is falling behind of Alibaba and Tencent. This is the worst experience ever. I tried to download a zip file and airdrop it to my MacBook. Sounds easy enough, right? You will need to pay $1 to remove the speed limit and another $1 to open the zip file. Unable to register with us number. Can’t use if I don’t have Chinese number

Quite difficult to use. You know nothing about user experience.

The world would be a better place without Baidu. No privacy at all when using Baidu products. Shame on you Baidu!

Trash. Simply not working. Can’t log in, can’t register, either. Why bother having this app anyway?

Trash. They are available here in the US app store but they don't allow people to register! Only allow mainland China users to register with a cell phone number in China. Disappointed

Not compatible with iPad. Even though it says the app is compatible with the iPad, it’s not indeed. You gonna seen an iPhone size interface centered in screen with four black bars around it.

Worst app ever. Don’t install this app! You could upload TBs files but you can only download at 10kb/s. This app is scam and you will be overcharged for their membership. It’s not too late to uninstall this app and turn to google drive or iCloud.

Poor Background Management. It keeps running in the background and drains too much power.

Hard to cancel account. If you wanna sign up for any Baidu product, be careful and know that it is extremely hard to cancel the account, so think twice before you really sign up.

Can’t create account. Only +86 phone numbers are allowed to sign up. To be fair, the baidu website has the same restriction.

Audio playback still not working... Audio playback still overheats the phone and causes crashes every 10min.. please bring back the old version!!
