It was fun while it lasted. I played a few fishes on my old iphone 5s and it was fun but this app does not work on iphone 6. There are menu options on the top of the display that is not working. Apple said that the app running on iphone 5s at the moment should automatically scale to the iphone 6 i was wondering what made this app so special that it did not scale correctly. Also the touch calibration is off as well.

Where’s all my progress. I downloaded a new update and logged in for some reason the game is called fish masters and not fishing superstars but when I logged in alll my progress was gone GONE 3 years of grinding just for it to all go down the DRAIN the game was fine why WHY

Updated fail. I downloaded the latest update and now the game crashes as soon as it opens!! Very lame. I loved the game up to this point but now I cannot play. On an interesting note my avatar is completely void of clothing before it crashes. Strange...

Fun but something is not right. This is a good fishing game in line with the rest of the Superstar Games. However, when I launched the game and it asked me to choose a gender, I chose male, but for some reason it has me playing as a female instead. LAME! And there are no options to re-choose your gender. I even tried reinstalling the game but it automatically has me set up as a female player. I don't really want to play anymore because all the equipment that you can buy is only for a girl. I DONT WANT TO BE A GIRL FISHERMAN!

Great graphics but that's it. Like the graphics but hate everything else. No matter how much stronger and the best equipment you have, small fishes will still be hard to catch 😤. I HATE these Asian games where upgrading something can be 50% successful 😡😡😡 and to make it worse the unsuccessful upgrade lowers your item level too. Wth is that!? Now that's total bs!! You spend stars (which cost you real money to purchase) to get the upgrade rolls for the upgrade to be unsuccessful!? Now that's greedy 💩 from the developers in order for you to spend again. Forget this game don't waste your money on this there's better real fishing games. I don't condone hacking but these are the type of games that deserve getting hacked because of their lame tactics to make people purchase things. Game evil fits perfect for a company name lol. Game deleted.

Love this game!!!. Love this game but recent update made app crash please fix asap. Other than that this game is awesome. So many prizes so much fun to play. Always a challenge.

Soccer Superstars. I love the Superstar series, and always have since some of the first releases on iPhone 4. I miss Soccer superstars it was by far the best game you guys had made. Maybe think about bringing it back would ya? I would love to play it again especially with the advancement of phones since then I bet you guys could work wonders! Please do not Bill my Bank Account without delivering the in app products I try to Purchase!. I just upgraded my iPhone to an iPhone 6 from a iPhone 5. Supposedly all was up loaded to iCloud to save everything. But when the Verizon store down loaded all my info and apps I discovered I don't have my fishing superstars v-3 back in the original status I had attained. I have to start all over again from level 1. I was on level 59! I lost all contacts with friends and can't find my Guild team! My team was Seawolves with my player name as Docjim MC. My Master on the game was Nucky or Nuckey. This totally upsets me as I have been playing this game for about three years! HELP HELP!!!!!

Can't request friends. I love this game but I hate that I all of a sudden can't request Facebook friends. It acts like it's going to load then just goes back to the main menu. And also I hate that the last two board with midnight fishing and the new one doesn't have any info for like collections and stuff. FIX IT PLEASE OR IM DELETING!!!!

Fishing. Good game been playing for about 2years now I've been neglecting but iam on it now. If you haven't played it yet give it a chance I know you will love it and get hooked on a line and sinker so get ready and hold on you will meet your fish big ones and small ones if you don't try it you scared of fish just kidding go on give it a try.

Too many pop up messages!!. This game was annoying with all the messages popping up about special items I won, levels passed, friend requests, etc. This barrage started just as I was learning the game at the first location and already I have to tap through a bunch of ok's to keep playing. Even with all that, there's poor guidance through the locations, levels and quests. The interface is weak, poor design. The two stars are for the fun casting and reeling technique. I guess if I took the time to learn all the ins and outs it might be fun, but I wanted to just play and have more help navigating the progression through the game.

OK, but far from great. The physics and logic in this game are completely ridiculous. Catching a 18cm fish in one location as opposed to another on the same gear yields widely different results. You'll feel like you have a marlin when you really have a minnow. Fish seem to be able to fight like they are invincible and really it is a small fish that in reality you could have pulled in on a hand line without much effort. When fish dive, and you have the ability to keep reeling, but distance doesn't change. Casting is completely hit or miss with distance. Graphics are ok though. Could be much better if they sort out the physics and logic issues.

Give it a try if you don't like it delete it. I played this game about a year ago and one of the updates would not allow my character to load anymore so I deleted the game. I was upset at first because I love this game but coming back and rebuilding my character again is so much fun. Highly recommend this game!

Need Developer Assistance. Ever since the new update I haven't been able to play/open game it acts like it's downloading and installing 6 update files then once it says successfully updated it starts them all over again repeatedly .. It been doing this for over a week now..I have been playing for a couple years now please help or fix this

Entertaining. The game is very entertaining. I love playing it. The controls are simple and easy to use. It is so much fun to catch fish and the game creators don't make it so easy for you to catch fish. Some of the fish like to put up a decent fight, but the challenge of it makes it so amusing. Downloading this app to your device would be a very good decision. You'll enjoy it.

Impotent purchasing.. I love this game! It’s pretty fun and I love the idea of a fishing rpg. I have one huge problem tho. One that will keep me from playing this game. I can’t ever complete limited time purchases. No matter how I try to get ahold of the devs they never answer. I just want to be able to spend a little money. Fifty bucks here or there, because I enjoy the game that much but I don’t have time to grind all the stuff I want. So that’s it really. If they ever get ahold of me maybe I’ll change my review. But for now I’m going to have to shelve it.

Great game, ruined by slow servers.. I played this when it first came out and loved it! Rediscovered it recently and looked forward to playing it again, however the games servers are too slow to play the game seriously. Please allocate more data for this game! I would pay to make this happen. Thanks!

Amazing game but one problem. This game is awesome and I've been playing for 3.5 years but why did you change the illustrated book? It was much better 2 years ago. I loved the music and it told you the order of the fish sizes from smallest to biggest so about 4.75 stars but please change back because I don't like the current illustrated book

IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED!. Like the game but it needs GREAT improvements! Crashes all the time. Wasted bait, coins, stars on catches just to have it crash on me! AND why are items WAY TOO EXPENSIVE?! For me who is just starting out and low on coins, stars, and equipment how is ANYONE supposed to continue and get far in this game with items. Costing over 1,000 2,000 5,000 etc coins with catches worth 100 or less coins?!?! Ridiculous! So, update the app and fix the bugs PLEASE and I highly suggest you drop the prices of items GREATLY or increase the worth of catches DRAMATICALLY.

Language. You can just change it back to English by going on settings and test out a few of the buttons to see which is language. And then restart either the game or phone to get the quest to also change.

Pay to play. Pay to play sums it up. At level 28 they stop giving you stars. The daily challenges for stars require high level areas that are out of reach. Fun while it lasted

Great game!. This is a great game, honestly it's the only game that I play on my phone. Leveling up takes some time, but the more you play the easier it is to make money. The only problem with the game is how unrealistic it is... A 4 foot long bass? Also, it would be cool to get stars for having one of the top 3 daily fish lengths (there really doesn't seem to be a purpose behind this other than self pride). Anyway, great game!

Looks okay, but needs some serious changes. The artwork is okay, but the graphics could be more realistic. I like that there's a lot of variety in the fish you can catch. The preferred baits thing doesn't make much sense though, especially because fish like bass and redfish will bite a wide variety of baits in real life. And at the beginning of the game, why does a fish that's only 15 CENTIMETERS long put up such a hard fight??? I could pull that in with no effort at all in real life! What are you starting out with, a cane pole and line weaker than 1 lb. test??? Another thing I was disappointed with is that the aquarium part doesn't look like an aquarium at all. I was expecting a nice display of all your aquarium fish together in a tank, not a stupid list of all your aquarium fish. What a let down! And what's the deal with buying bait? Once you buy a new bait, you should get an unlimited amount of it. It's a pain to have to save up more money to buy more bait. No matter what your in-app purchases should just be an OPTION, not a requirement to advance in the game. The player should have the choice of whether or not he/she wants to spend real money on the game.

Cute BUT it's PAY to WIN.... So it's JUNK. Good program, art, unrealistic fish hunting but they have a little system...this bait works on these fish etc. plenty of cute anime characters... And I think outfits if you pay or earn enough coins... Never happen... Anyways.... Would of been a great buy it game but they ruined it ... Trying to turn our devices into a pay per play arcade... Um sorry... As soon as I recognize this business model... Me and many others stay away as we find these deals sketchy... I'm a developer myself and I think this is a grubby way to do business... Sell ad dons... Not consumables... Nice business model... I'm not buying though... Too bad... Game is cute.

On2skmething. Hands down greatest fishing game out there! It will turn your world upside down! Yes, it's easier if you buy stars, but you are given them for free in the game as rewards so just be patient you little fishducks!

Amazing free game, brings back memories. Great game plays well for free, could see myself investing $5 in it, but i dislike having to pay over and over for mico purchases. Please add a one time have it all option :)

Great Game; Two Concerns. I've been playing this game for a while (a few years), and this is still my favorite fishing game. It's fun, can present quite a challenge, has great gameplay and graphics, and there's lots to unlock. I do have two concerns that I would like to be addressed: 1. Lack of cloud storage for save data. I would like to play the game on a new device with a newer operating system, but without cloud storage (like linking to Game Center), I may eventually be unable to play the game. 2. Revealing outfits. While I would honestly prefer none of the outfits to be revealing (especially since the game is rated 4+; honestly, if I had a 9-year-old, I wouldn't want him/her playing this game for the reason of the revealing outfits), I would at least like them to be where and in a way that I don't have to see them (the beginner's tutorial is something that I believe should change, for example; I was able to see the tutorial because I was attempting to see if the game would prompt me to use my game data from the other device). Like I said before, this is a great game, and I'm looking forward to the game becoming better and better. (Also, I'm running a version of the game that is earlier than 5.2.2, in case it shows that this review is for version 5.2.2.)

I like it but it does have problems. The only problems i have with it is super slow loading and energy use. Other than that i like it. I get to pic my char and dress her with good attire that will advance my skills.

Love the Superstar Franchise!. I've only had fishing superstar for a day now and it's safe to say I love it! The Avatar customization is great and lots of different ways to make your avatar unique. The gameplay is top-notch and very realistic. One of the best games I've played. I also got baseball superstar 2013 and it is SOOOO fun! Easy but fun gameplay and very nice graphics. BTW, are you going to make a baseball superstar 2014 soon? On to Soccer Superstar; it is very fun! I prefer Baseball Superstar more, but Soccer SS is neat! It also has great graphics and has fun and easy gameplay and controls. Very addicting. There are many other sports to expand to (I.E.- Football, Hockey, Basketball, Wrestling, and Swimming) I'm sure if you do ever expand to these sports they will be great!

Great but need to fix crash. Its entertaining and fresh i like the controls and everything but it just frustrate you because of the crashes pls fix it cause i cannot play a descent game with the crash i ended up carching 2 fish in 15mins

Great game. I really don't like to give a rank on a game till I have played awhile. Cause I want a chance to see if there are going to be crashes and so on, I've played a lot of fishing games on PS consoles, and so far I like that it is a game that is easy to learn and play, with playing similarities as the consoles. I'll give it a 4 for now but I need more time to play before I'm able to give a positive ratting so it my go up or go down? I wish they didn't hound use to rate a game until we have had a chance to play awhile not after the first couple LVL's and about a hour into the game!

Don't dload. Game was good at first but developers are more worried about costumes than content. I've played till there are no more fish to catch or areas to open and now they are even making the game more lame by changing the screens to the same bubble background as the aquarium. The game is going backwards and the bugs are still there and unless you're Asian don't expect to be on any leader boards. It's fun for a few minutes but I wouldn't waste any money or much time on it. There are better games and developers out there who listen to the Western players as well as the eastern players. All of us players over level 65 have no content and lose money because repairs become more than the gold you can make selling fish. It's just hit the end I think. Game over, fk you gamevil for caring about Asian players and money instead of making this a great game for all.

Newest problem. I had written a review before the first update and was not all too impressed, which was indicated by the two stars i had given it. Now the game is much better, I am experiencing far fewer crashes than before and am actually getting somewhere in the game. It's quite enjoyable and I like to get on at least once a day, but now I'm encountering a new problem with item requests. Every time I click on a gift to receive it, or help a friend, it says there is either a problem with the network or there exists invalid data, and then I'm sent back to the title screen. Hopefully this does not persists and is only temporary.

Boo. Crashes constantly , I never had an app crash so much . It's impossible to make any progress with this MAJOR bug . There is no way you could have play tested this . Also would be much better if you could actually reel in the lure and entice the fish to strike . You know like you do when you really fish lol . I'll give more stars when the constant crashing is fixed and the game becomes playable . C'mon Gamevil , fix this buggie ASAP I really want to play this game - it really has potential . Even though I think it's restarded that you can't reel your lure , I still like the fishing mechanics even though they are very simplified from most other fishing sims . lol well all iOS fishing games are , but some you can actually reel in the lure and set drag and depth . And I'm on a touch 4g 5.2 and of course the touch only has wi fi so the crashing has nothing to do with that . I've tried to pick it up a couple of times and just caught the bonus fish of the day and it immediately crashed after I landed it and once again I received no reward ( happened twice on the daily bonus fish ) . So it is quite unplayable in my opinion with it crashing 9 out of 10 times after I land the fish . Yes you get the experience but no reward and I can't even tell sometimes what or how big the fish was .

Automatic update when opened... Nothing works. When you open the app it does an automatic install of updates, small ones. I had just updated to the new version and it worked fine, then it did the auto update and there are huge black parts where info should be. The front page only has buttons but if you try to fish it only has name ribbon and no picture, does not let you fish...

Upgrade. It's impossible to upgrade your fishing rod to the max level, even if you use the amulets of success it still fails. After it fails it try's to make you go down 3 levels or you have to repair it for stars. I'm trying to complete that competition that your having and I have been playing every day to receive scrolls, but my rod is only on level 10. I was at 14 but my rod failed to upgrade. I needed 2 more stars than I had to repair it. Y'all took away the ads you could use to obtain stars and I'm not spending money on any mobile game. But the thing is that y'all have been having this problem for years and y'all knew it. What do y'all do? Y'all create an event that requires upgrades and see if it magically fixes itself.

crashing. The game keeps crashing right before I catch a fish... like others. I'm running the game on my 4th gen touch - iOS 5.1, cleared the multitasking bar and did a hard reset, and my device is NOT jailbroken... I've also tried deleting and re-installing the app, all resulting in the same crashing issue. Really hope this can be fixed in a future update.

Help. I would give a great review, but I've been playing for weeks and weeks, and the game has just stopped . Loads then goes back to my main screen like it wants to start over .. love the game . Very fun.. This game is very fun to play. My wife and I both play it. My only complaint is that it seems to crash on me often, normally right after I catch a fish. Also, I wish that this game was possible to play without ever using real money to spend in the game. I'd rather pay for the game and then use in game coins. But fix the crashing and the game is golden.

Fishing Superstars. This game is the best game EVER!!! I just have one problem! I can't play anymore! It shows up as a black screen and its soo annoying! Gamevil needs to fix that! But if it wasn't for that.... I can not get off of it it like before you know you catch a new fish. The recent update.... Good to see constant updates but the recent one slowed the game down a lot with countless loading screens that freeze sometimes and the bug after logging into gamevil live. There were also a problem I experienced where I could not reel in fishes despite how much I spun. But I love gamevil games in general and love to see new innovative and original games. Thanks

Another nice one from gamevil. game still haven't crash on me, but there's often that network error message. I actually enjoyed the game so far. I think the competition should be done separately and locally into continents. Fix the crashes so until then. Four stars for now.

After the update it only crashes for me!!!!. The game worked alright before the update. Some freezing but never a crash. Now I can't even get past the loading screen. I downloaded the new software or apple and restarted my phone but nothing. The loading bar fills, then a temporary pause, followed by a black screen and then I'm back to my main menu. Please help!!!!

New update filled with bugs. Latest update changed my game to another language. I managed to change it back to English and now when you go to fish there is no button appearing for you to cast your line or hook the fish or reel it in. So disappointed after spending money on a event to get extra items and now I can’t even fish which is the purpose of the game Also another bug where you regularly get no money for selling fish you have caught.

Greedy. This game was good once but now upgrades fail all the time and missions are impossible to complete so they can force players into buying stars. Even when you do buy stars, the lucky cards only give you the worst equipment. There are way better fishing games out there now who aren't as greedy as gamevil. Don't bother with this

My rods and money got restarted after the new update :(. I used to have a Vermillion Bird (Combine 50 and Upgrade 21) and an Ocean Tyrant. I was just about to upgrade both rods and it just quit... At first I thought it was a malfunction but it was just an update, I was relieved but when I opened the game my Gold, Stars, Rods and gems lost... Can you please fix my account lvl 60 Stars: 4000 Gold: 3,000,467 Whale Soul Gem and White Crane gems are both 2. Can you please please regenerate my profile it would be appreciated and I would give you more ratings Thanks :)

FREEZES. Fun game, but getting it working is a task.. Freezes at the loading screen.. Have to close all apps.. Disconnect , open the app, back to settings connect to net, back to app.. Mite work.. If not repeat... ANNOYING

This game i good but i always have network connections that are terrible.One time I hade to restart trying to get my gamevil live account setup and i got mad.Right now I decided to right a review because the network was not working! Update bug. I would love to play this game but I can’t. Won’t do the 300 mb update at the start. It gets to 1 mb remaining then just stops. My operating system is all up to date and my phone storage and internet are fine. What’s the issue

Good before update; bad afterwards. The game was fine until now where you have to login, so I login and tap the start screen again and it just takes me to my account information every time so I can't play the game, just stuck on the stupid start screen!

Great game but.... This game is great, alot of fun. only problem is right after i catch a fish, it crashes out and i lose the fish. i get all the XP earned. just not the money for the fish. please fix this and will bump to 5 stars.

Great Game!. Love the pacing, the things to do, the fish... Good game dynamics. And while they encourage real money spending... You don't have to to still have fun and enjoy. Altogether, a delightful game for hours and days and weeks of fun!

Fishing fun. Casting is a little tricky at first, but gets easier with practice. The Energy function imo isn't set high enough (ie it's too easy to run out of energy while learning how to fish). Overall, great fun (just like other Stars games)

Fun but few bugs. Is a really fun game, but always seems crash whenever a fish is caught it when it shows the results afterwards. Please fix!

Great Game. This is a very good game, the best thing is the difficulty, rewards, luck and upgrades are very well tuned to allow for a fun and consistent experience throughout the game.

Good graphics, awful game!!. I've played this game for a while and regret the time I wasted. The game constantly freezes and has trouble loading. To play, you need to upgrade your equipment and upgrading fails about 75% of the time, degrading your equipment even more. A lot of things need to be fixed to make this game worthwhile.

5 star game if it worked. Best fishing game on the App Store that I have played yet. Problem is that frequently after a patch the game won't go past the load screen without crashing. Overall great game and super addicting when it works. Gamevil quit spending time on zenoria 17 and work on making your existing games better.

Annoyed!. This game is fun and addicting however...... It's in Korean now so you can't read any messages or game direction and the casting button is gone something that is useful when trying to fish. It seems whenever the game is working great and I'm having fun they update it and it stops working. DON'T FIX WHAT'S NOT BROKEN!!!!!!

Good game but issues with the saving mechanics.. It's a good game and I would not mine playing the game but, I lost my file after the latest update and I can't get it back even though I registered with gamevil. I can't get my file back and it makes me annoyed since I can't play on that file.

Still Needs Work. I kept thinking Freeverse would come out with a more compelling version of Flick Fishing with premium items, this has some of the feel of it but is poorly localized and not well polished on even communicating why i'd pay to upgrade bait or equipment.

LOVE IT!!! VERY ADDICTIN'. Would gladly give 5 stars if less maintenance were performed.... Or if it wasn't 4-5 hours long. Waited all day to play and when I got home from work... It's under maintenance AGAIN this week.

KEWL. Just started playing and having lots of fun! The only real bummer for me is that you need to be connected to Internet to play.

Fishing superstars. You should make a new update and live the tittle screen how it was With your guy holding your most recent catch not like how it is know like a wallet or passport or something so I'm going to give it 4 Stars.

Worst app ever.... So many problems! First, the downloading took forever. Then, I wasted half an hour finding an eight letter name. Finally, it told me that there was abnormal data or unstable network and that I should reinstall the app. This made me so mad, I simply deleted the app. It stinks. Such a good thing that I got this app when it was free. Don't buy, at least not until it's free.

Great fishing game.... ...if you can get past the constant network issues these dudes have. It's great and addictive, but the server is always down, and I've had to reset many many many times...

Bad update. I love this game. It's probably the best fishing game out there. But after the last update all the game imagery is black. I've waited for 2 days and nothing. I can't fish, upgrade, feed the fish in the aquarium, etc. Basically, I have been unable to play the game since the update. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Gotta Love it. Another great game from Gamevil ;) if you love fishing like I do...... Well you'll love the game. It does take quite a bit of time to get up to par, but good times and very fun. Little buggy, but I'm sure there will be updates incoming.

Level 37 character got deleted.. I just downloaded the new up date and right off the bad I was having problems. I couldn't log in, so I left it alone for a few hours and when I came back my level 37 character and all his inventory hell everything is gone and now they want me to start a new game. Not gonna happen. Don't get if you don't want everything deleted.

Amazing free game, brings back memories. Great game plays well for free, could see myself investing $5 in it, but i dislike having to pay over and over for mico purchases. Please add a one time have it all option :)

Bs. I have spend over 150 bucks over time on here. After update I can't read anything and my gear and pole that cost over 100 is gone. Wrote support never heard back. This is the 3rd time I wrote them since I have played the game yet to ever hear back. I will never spend one cent on anymore games of y'all's.

Nice. Only thing upheld change so far is to be able to turn it over for to play on other side of iPad like all my other games.

Bugs. I would start the game and it downloads update packages and when I enter the game to the menu there's nothing just words like "Go fishing" and the link to the fishing sites. But no pictures my player isn't there or anything. I enter the shop and no costumes or rods show up just the names. Please fix!!!

Can't play. I love this game but recently it has been crashing a lot. I tried to log in but my character is completely nude and the program crashes and shuts down. I have to delete the game, reload it and then I can play again. It is getting very annoying.

CRASHES!!!!!!!. Would be very fun if I could actually fakin catch fish and not waste energy. Tried 4 different times thinking the first crash was just a minor bug, but no every time I'm about to get a fish in it crashes. Upgrade is a reel downgrade. I can't believe you can possibly have made this game worse. I can't X out of pop ups or anything. If I just wait to see if it just takes a second, it crashes. Lame. Who asked for this season 2 crap anyway?? Lost all my stuff, namely stars. I had 400, now 10?!?!?! I call BS.

Loading problem. When I play for about 10 min. the game has the loading circle thing and just freeze. But otherwise great game.
