Terrible. Complete waste of time

Does nothing. Ads and a overviews only, no control. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Went from 5 to useless. It was very useful instead of using the control to type you could use your phone. Now it doesn't even connect to the player and its just useless and junk.

Inaccessible. This app is very poorly Accessible. The buttons are labeled, but not very well. It crashes whenever voiceover on IOS Is on. It causes the TV to turn off when the app crashes. You have to reboot your iPhone and also reconnect to a wireless network every time it crashes. This app would be a great help for blind people trying to navigate the Samsung menu on the screen, but until the bugs are fixed. It is inaccessible

Disappointing. I was excited to learn more about our Smart TV, but the videos wouldn't load. I'll be deleting this app from my iPad.

A commercial app!. The old Samsung Remote App stopped working for me, so I decided to delete and try reinstalling it. This is all I can find now and it's basically a commercial! Annoyed.

Stupid waste of time. I hate this app

Just a crummy commercial. I have a Samsung smart tv, and after downloading this app, feel just like Ralphie with his decoder pin. I think I'll go make some ovaltine.

Absolutely useless. What is this app for? It does nothing but showing some random videos. The worst app I ever installed.

Such a waste!. I'm so disappointed in Samsung's apps for apple. It's like punishment for not having all Samsung devices. Why would you guys lie in the description and say this is also a remote? Shameful.

A waste of time!!. This is nothing but a collection of highly edited marketing materials. Commercials, advertisements, promos....call'em what you want...I call it waste of time and effort since it doesn't achieve anything at the end of the day...other than waste time because Samsung seems to think the general public is interested in seeing THESE advertisements. Oh...and did I mention it's a waste of time?

Dont download. This is an ad viewing app. It does nothing else whatsoever

It is not an app. Does not do anything, just a bunch of fantasy videos on how Samsung tv works. But none of their TVA work like that. Useless app

Nosey much?. I haven't even tried the app, but the security questions ticked me off. Why so much personal information, questions that are real security questions, for a marketing app?

Useless. I really thought this would help us learn how to use all the amazing features our new ES8000 offers. Some videos wouldn't load and NONE had audio. You'd think that people who designed such an incredible piece of technology could manage to create a useful iPad app. Ridiculous.

Great trainer. Before purchasing anything it is always wise to test your abilities with it first and learn as much as you can. That is what makes this a perfect app for anyone in the market to purchase the new beloved Samsung Smart TVs.

Good short videos re: TV'S features. Can learn about features before you purchase a Samsung smart tv, and can reference it to get to know the terminology during first weeks of tv use when you've bought it. It's also good to know about it's accessories that are available if you're interested in them.

Samsung needs to make better apps. Better apps for their smart tvs. I got excited to see this one before I read that it was basically a commercial app. Let down again.

Not worth the download. Collection of Videos on Smart TV feature. Mostly for High End units. If you are looking for a utility to control your set, try Samsung SmartView.

This a showroom app. You see what they don't tell you is that without today Samsung doesn't have a customer focused plan built on brand loyalty, they only want to sell. See there is no remote apps on iTunes that supports their TV's and if your dog chewed your remote (because the shape looks like a bone) you will have a 50" black expensive picture on the wall, until you pay for the 158$ remote.

Explains nothing. With the recent studies revealing the majority of people not aware of smart tv capabilities, one would think Samsung would capitalize on this. This app however only further spurns the problem of information fatigue by not answering the questions people most care about. DON'T DOWNLOAD...unless you just want to see an app with Samsung's logo all over it.
