Reliable and intuitive. Used this app for several years now. It does its job well and is a trusted app i always make sure is loaded on new devices i get.

Good solid stock app. Very good app, takes a little while to understand its operation, but mostly intuitive. Easy and quick to use, it’s great to have stock levels at my fingertips wherever I am. Needs an easier way to sync between devices, would take it to 5 stars if that was the case.

Needs that one more thing.... I agree with the guy above who asks for the ability to remove an item from the inventory by scanning it. That way we can use this at shows while selling things to keep our inventory straight. Scan the stuff a customer is buying and have the inventory update. Possible?

Need more updates. The software is good but needs more improvement like compatible with windows and sync with other accounts of iTunes Thank you

Excellent App. First off, to the people complaining about price... I've been looking for an inventory management system that I can use on smartphones. All of the ones I've seen have large monthly fees for using them. Granted, these other options have servers that enable different users to have "live" data, they still cost far more than a one time purchase of $10. A great thing I have seen about the developers of this app is that they are responsive to their customers. I've seen several reviews asking for features that are now part of the current version of the app. My suggestions for the developers is 1) If possible, make it more intuitive. I know that is a very broad and vague request, but it is a bit complicated. Once I get used to it that probably won't be a problem, but for now (and in the interest of gaining new customers) that should be a good goal. 2) Also, alerts for stock shortage should be exclusive to each group/storage location. Otherwise, it's not as helpful as it could be.

Add Dropbox. This app is excellent for an individual wanting to manage their inventory at home or work. The problem is making that information available to others. My coworkers and I are trying to find a way to have specific locations for our parts and supplies in our shop. This app can do that, but trying to share that info between each other is tedious. When one person removes the item, everyone would have to remove it from their inventory individually or try to use a csv file which requires syncing with iTunes (not available at work). If something like Dropbox was available, inventory changes could be shared between coworkers with little hassle.

IPad 3 barcode support. I haven't started using the app yet bit it has all the features that I need for doing inventory of different areas for my job where I am in charge of facilities. I have different areas that keeping inventories is a must. The only problem I have is I have the new IPad 3 and it doesn't have the barcode reading capability like my iPhone has. Now that the iPad has the same capability that the iPhone has as far as the camera goes when is this program going to have that same feature? Thanks for updating this app where it now has barcode reader with the new iPad. Works great, just what I needed.

Great but needs bugs fixed. Keeps telling me my iPhone and iPad email not configured. Doesn’t sync between iPhone and iPad. Although I like this app needs work

Not bad. I suggest 2 things. Add a better search filter, one where you don't have to type the exact name, but can type keywords and see all results with the keywords. Also, option to change how items are listed, whether you want the item name on top, or the category name. Other than that, simple to use. I wanted something for inventory only to keep track of what parts we use through the week.

Does exactly what I need it to. I needed an app that would not only track our inventory amounts but also their exact locations. I make several road trips a year making sales calls where I actually bring my inventory with me in crates with many drawers. With Stock Control, I can tap on an item and instantly see how many of that item I have and what drawer they are in. I was surprised that I needed to pay once I wanted more than 10 items but truthfully the app is so perfect for what I need that I feel the (under $10) price was more than fair. I think that it should be made more clear that you can use the app for a limited number of items to "test" it out and then buy it for a very reasonable price if you like it. That is exactly what i did but i bet they lose customers based on the shock factor. Just my opinion. Also, I found it fairly intuitive but in the few times I needed to ask a question by email they were very quick to respond and the FAQ section is really informative as well. I am very happy that I paid the small fee for this app. It is making my life much easier in regards to inventory control while on the road.

Amazing application.. Simply put, this is absolutely worth the $10 full version cost. It's saved countless hours this last month, and I can't wait to see how much pain it saves moving foreword in a multi-location retail business. The developer is responsive, as an added plus. Can't wait to see new versions in the future fix the few and far between struggles.

Excellent. An indispensable app I've used for a couple of years. I travel overseas for business and having the info of more than 2000 products at my fingertips has been a tremendous tool.

It's Actually Useful!!!. I spent well over eight hours searching for this app. All the other inventory apps were completely lacking in one way or another. This was the only complete solution that actually functions and did what it said it would.

YOU CANNOT TRUST THESE DEVELOPERS.. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I purchased another app from this company that contained the same “slideshow” that is featured in this app! It was the main feature that I used consistently! Then suddenly it disappeared! When I spoke with them about it by email, they said that feature was incompatible with current iPad/iPhone updates! THAT WAS A LIE! This stock control inventory is much pricier than the one I bought, however I bought it for the slideshow feature! Now, they have taken it away so they can gouge people into paying more, $26 for this app! This isInfuriating!

No sharing. This is a very nice app for inventory. ... however you can only share the info with yourself... though iCloud... if you send cvs files the pictures don't show... would get a much higher rating if there was a iCloud Drive or Dropbox feature... are there any better apps out there?

One addition for perfection. The app is great for tracking inventory. The only addition I would really LOVE to see is the ability to use the barcode reader to remove items from inventory. Scan an item to remove it from inventory, or scan an item to remove it from inventory. Ex: I have 100 bottles of shampoo in my inventory, I scan my shampoo bottle as I am packaging it to ship, app adjusts quantity on hand to correct amount.

Pretty good. I've been using this app for about a year now and it works perfectly for what I need. Although I would like to be able to change a quantity without having to go into the details of each specific item. Maybe increase/decrease button on the item lines??

Great inventory app. I love this app for its inventory and reporting. Would have given five stars and will change if the next update includes a register function. I want to be able to scan a barcode at time of sale and have it automatically reduce my inventory. With that...total 5 star!

Great inventory manager. This app is excellent for keeping track of pretty much anything you have. I use it to organize my Diecast collection and use the barcode scanning feature to be able to assign storage locations. The only thing I wish I could do is be able to disable characteristics like weight and dimensions when I run a report of my inventory. The report function does generate amazing looking lists.

Great inventory control app!. I paid for the in app purchase and its totally worth it I have a small business of iphone repair and this app controls all my repair parts inventory. When I want to know what I need to order it's simple as clicking a button they have this feature called "stock shortage" that you set on every item what's the minimum amount of stock you should have on it and once you go below that number it will show in that area. Button line Great app

There should be more reviews!!!. This is an excellent app. I'm shocked there aren't more reviews, especially as it's free to use. It has everything: Scanning, complete item information, pricing, stock quantity, pictures, sku, item location. Even added a calculator. Thanks!

Useful utility for small inventories. Software has been useful, however it isn't clear that once you add lots of images and records you can no longer backup and restore your database. CSV text exports and imports work OK. I purchased the OS X version of stock control and the limits don't exist there. Use the OS X version as the primary copy with images, and the iOS version to keep a copy of all of your data with you, but without many images. Technical support was quick and responsive.

Best app I have. I wish more Apps were as good as this one. I have over 15,000 items entered, value at over $140,000. This app does everything I've been looking for (and I've looked for something like this for over a year) This development company really knows there stuff. Tech support is awesome and importing from an excel spreadsheet is simple. Pulls up reports how ever I want them. Emails it or creates a PDF. I'm so impressed that I'm going to check out all there other Apps. If there anything thing like this one then I'm sure is good. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent app!. A great time saver for business owners. Does have an issue with a database export on some iOS devices and crashes on some with 8.1.2. Works ok with ios 8.0.2. CSV export and imports always work but a database export is the only way to really get all the data, Once fixed I would give it 10 stars,

Inventory Control. Would like to see more documentation as I don't think I'm using the program to its fullest potential. However, it covers the basics and serves my purposes. I have a large freezer and need to know what is in it, when it went in and be warned of expiration dates. I haven't tried any of the reporting features.

Great app but..... I bought the full version of the app to help my dad inventory a bunch of stuff he has. The idea was to use an iPad to enter the items in then export it so he could view it better on his PC. When choosing the app it was stated to have this feature: "Import / export all your data thanks to a CSV file (spreadsheet program) in order to use them on your PC or Mac." It would be really nice if the app maker would make this feature like they claim or correctly correct the description on what you can do with so other people do not waste their money on it. For this reason I have to give it a 3, if it did as advertised I could give the app a 5.

Transfer from one divine to other is not possible .. I love this app so much!! But when it come to backing up data or changing your phone and the information in the old phone want to be transferred in the one is so hard . Need to make it easier when backing up the info . Other than that , it’s a lovely app .

Serious stock and inventory control for businesses. After a week long search for something to track my inventory, this is really the only app that can do just about everything that works on iPhone and easily managable on a Desktop computer. It offers inventory management with locations, upc scan support, incredible amount of category and description fields without being overly complicated. I don't have much experience with inventory software, but the ones out there are usually incredible expensive and complicated. This app is able to give you most of the power and I was able to figure it out in one night. Also the support is excellent. I had a small problem, emailed the developer, and get a response in 30 minutes with screen shots of my own data showing me step by step on how to solve it. Simply incredible. The only thing missing is automatic syncing to/from other iDevices and Computer.

I like it, almost perfect. What is lacking is icloud sync function between mac and ios. The only thing i dont like about this app is when i scan barcode, It gives me the whole information of the item instead of giving me the shortcut to change the quantity of that item. I hope theres an option when i scan barcode, it will ask me what i want. 1: give item information. 2: quick access to quanity change. I give it 3 star because i cannot purchase mac version in-app purchase. Always giving me error message. So frustrating because this is the only inventory app that i tried that i like so much and gives what i really need. Kiwi never try to help me and answer my email.

Importing NOT- No apparent support. Importing Csv file does not work and apparently there isn't even a forum based support. Total waste of $$

Stock Control is great. I have been using stock control for a month now doing light inventories to document insurance loss's. I like the features like locations, ability to take multiple photos and add special notes, reports that can be emailed to you for printing. Great job stock control.

Great app!!!!!!. I have been using this app to keep track of how much cleaning materials are at each of my sites. It has helped me day in and day out, never failing me. If you are in need of keeping track of items such as inventory then this is a must and you will save money by all of the help this app provides in the terms of showing you your input so you know what you really need to purchase and what you don't need to buy more of!!! This is a must have app!!!!!

Owner. Stock control is hard to use, I can't locate how to input data information in a text form. I add and item for inventory to put on my web site, and will mis list the item in the wrong category. After reading the text on how to use stock control , I can't access the info to help me through a problem I have on setting up my categories and listing the data . Text support is weak. I will keep trying , it may be me , not a computer expert,

Needs "scanner" for custom attribs. Overall it's decent and automated several daily tasks I perform... except when I need to scan multiple barcodes for a particular item. I love I can set up custom attribs based on group but my attribs are needed to record 3 different barcodes (serial, internal, and external provided by a 3rd party disposal.) it would be nice to see the scan icon available at Ye end of the field

Business Owner. After trying out similar aps both free and some for purchase I chose Stock Control. Compared to the others it could scan all of our barcode types and I could literally figure it out in about 10 minutes. In an hour I created an inventory of about 50 products and was able to email a PDF or CSV to my coworkers immediately. I also like that I can adjust the amount of a particular item as it arrives or ships out. I can't wait to learn more about this app!

Has potential. Bought the full version because it's provided me with pretty good stock control so far. There are a few improvements I'd like to suggest which I think would bump it up a star or two. 1. Search function improvements - be able to search by barcode, having a barcode storage is useless if you can't search by it. Secondly, have something like "Not found, add new item" because too often I hit the search bar when trying to add a new item, it should be seamless to transition to add a new item when it's not found. 2. Printing option - this may be here already, but I may have not been able to find it; print entire inventory list with the suppliers and prices listed. So far I can only find option to print each item one by one, which is a bit time consuming. 3. Photo function - when adding a picture of an item, I can choose from existing camera roll with no problem, but when trying to take picture from directly within the app, the picture will not take, pressing the "shoot" button did nothing. Thank you, I look forward to updates and improvements.

Great software for managing inventory locations. I tried dozens of inventory apps. All were expensive and few had location transfer capabilities. I almost ignored this one as it takes a little getting used to at first but I now have been using it for a few months and it’s very powerful especially for those not wanting to pay hefty monthly subscriptions. I’m honestly surprised it doesn’t feature higher in online reviews. I create groups for stock of the same type and then have locations under each group. I also include sold as a location so I can track my sales. The logbook and changelog allow one to view history. The notes function allows for additional notes per item. It could use some improvements but overall it’s a really solid app and a great deal. I’m tracking over 50 types of goods or bundles across many locations all on my phone and can therefore pick up any discrepancies with the warehouse stock recon. Highly recommend!

Helpful for Hydroponics. Since I'm one of 4 people in America growing actual vegetables hydroponically, none of the apps are suited. Being a database guy, I figured "screw it" and got this more generalized app to help me track pertinent details I need to make sure my farm is working ok. Overall, I'd say this is 10 bucks well spent as my farm is in good shape and I've not had a single problem with this app. There are definitely some features I could use but considering I'm repurposing an inventory control system for a hydrofarm, I can't call those "missing", just "would be nice to have." One thing missing which keeps this from getting 5 stars, is necessary regardless how you use this app... MUST include a .csv export for the full database. Nobody wants to deal with a .db file, most folks can't deal with it, and Kiwi clearly made it that way so you'd have to buy their Mac app to use the db backup. That's poor salesmanship. That's a hard sell. Basically, I'm just gonna hack your file and convert it but that's a dickmove on their part.

Very Nice Inventory App. So far this is a very nice, clean inventory app. I am using it in my iPad, iPhone and MacBook. I just wish there was an easier way to sync the data other than having to import/export on each device every time. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Great inventory app. This is a great inventory for any type of business. I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve been using this app for the last three years and it has never fail is very simple to use and very accurate on all my information. Also what I like about this app is that you can do separate files to keep your home and work separately or you can Combine them all in one.

Excellent, high value solution. StockControl makes keeping track of my inventory a breeze. Did take a learning curve but it’s very powerful, cross device, and very flexible.

Pretty powerful little app. As far as inventory programs go, this is pretty great. You can put almost any info you want for an item, which almost verges on too much info. But, it makes it pretty versatile.. I use this for our Kitchen Resource Library, and some office supplies. But if you wanted it could be warehouse worthy, although I've never ran a warehouse.. I do food inventory and if we didn't have an enterprise system I'd be using this lol. Great for smaller companies I think. One improvement that would be great is being able to move multiple items to multiple locations. I have seen that in most any software I've used besides the one I currently use at work. My favorite feature is the slide show. So easy, along with the barcode scanner. Don't have to enter item codes, but I think you can if you wanted.. Great Job!

Great Database Implimentations. Working in the Rail Industry in the inventory management side of business this app has come in handy as our business system tools are at present not an actual indication of stock on the ground. So if you have excess stock from projects and expired contracts and your system is to complex to data migrant then this is the ideal app to use to have an indication of stock that is not on the books so to speak! Highly recommended and the .csv file migration works a treat!!

Icloud. Best app I have found for listing where I store items. But backup is clunky, and cannot copy storages to reuse . Difficult to find specific information for using efficiently .. needs a better help guide

Excellent app. I found this app excellent for our stock control. Coming from having no stock control software to the what we have now with the stock control app has been a huge task but the app has proved to be a success for our business. Plus having the ability to check stock anywhere any time is so handy. Great app, love it!

No scanner for all. I almost bought this app, it seemed to have everything I needed. But then read it didn't have a barcode reader function for ipad2 or iPod touch because they don't have autofocus on their cameras resulting in poor image quality. Rubbish. Poor excuse, Inventory Tracker and iCollect Movies apps have a barcode reader and it works just fine. Sorry, but you lost my custom!

Stock control. Really easy to use. Especially on farm where we can have items in different locations. Very impressed that you don't need much light for the scanner to work.

Moving House. I used this when moving homes, kept everything orgnised, bar coded boxes and took photos which you can add to the item. Great app!

Mostly a great tool..... I really like that I can drop inventory into different categories, but I wish there was a main category I could run from to see all inventory, without having to send an excel file to my computer. I would also like it if there was an ounce/litre measurement, as my inventory involves a lot of liquids in different sizes, as well as items measured by weight. Otherwise, an easy-to-use, functional app!

So far so good. Useful so far. I haven't tried to transfer over a large database yet. We'll see about upload, merge and sync capabilities.

Great program, simple or as complicated as you want.. Fairly easy to use after playing with it for a while. Then you discover a new part to the program. It would be nice if they had a guide to fully using this great inventory control app.

Customer Support is very poor. 24 July 2019 The app is working great now! I am able to put pictures from the web in the app and it uploads to icloud properly now. I am impressed with how the app works now. A nice feature now would be icloud sync. If I make a change on my iPad the data would change in my iPhone immediately. This would be an awesome feature. Good work, Kiwi. Aug. 2, 2018 It has been a year since any updates. I have notified the company of problems but no response. If the company can’t make updates they should remove the app from the store. I give a zero star rating for this app. Please read previous reviews. May 28, 2018 Still no response from customer support. The program now crashes when trying to export to icloud as my database has increased to 210MB. Sad, the program still functions, but it is proving useless as I can’t transfer data to my older ipad. Customer service is still 0 stars and I changed my rating to two stars. Perhaps customer service could over their snit and contact me! Older review I am impressed with the changes you have made to the program! I can export my database to icloud and download it to another ipad. I can also take many pictures and they transfer as well. Good job. However, I still stand by my 0-star rating for customer support After pointing out a problem with this app, customer support said to send a screenshot of the error message. I did. I was also asked why I still used the program since I only gave it a 1-star rating. At first, this app was great--it did what I wanted it to do. But I soon had a problem with transferring data from my old iPad to my new iPad Pro. I contacted customer support and they told me to reduce the size of my database by deleting pictures. Pictures were one reason used the program. It is obvious they have had other complaints as the company has pre-recorded responses they send out. I even told them I had tried other apps and preferred Stock Control as it met all my needs and was easy to use. Their response--use another app. Very rude, in my opinion. I notified customer support I would change my review rating after the changes they recently made to vastly improve the program and asked 2 simple questions, I thought. But they have refused to respond. The program works fairly well now and I do recommend it. But if have questions about the program, don’t expect any support.

Really good,near great. This app is good for keeping track of my small biz inventory. The photo utility is awesome, though i wish you could see thumbnails on the main screen. That and being able to switch items into different groups would complete this otherwise great tool.

Intuitive and useful. I really enjoy using it to track my inventory. I would recommend enhancing the search tool to allow searches with multiple keywords. The categories hierarchy is very useful to classify the items however, if an item is under a specific category, it does not appear under the categories higher in the hierarchy.

Great easy to use program. I wanted an inexpensive program to keep track of various items in the storehouse and this program certainly does that. It's easy to use and once you've entered your items to your database, it's very quick to transfer various items from one location to another at the press of only a few buttons. I would certainly recommend this program.

Just what I needed!. I love this app! It's perfect for keeping track of my small inventory. It's super easy to change quantities and it keeps a record of how your quantities change over time. Perfect!

Stock control. I really like this app it's been very easy-to-use. I've been using the app for six months now to manage inventory for racquet stringing business. When people ask what type of string do I have in stock I just send them the PDF of my stock.

Owner. This is perfect for what I need. I only wish I could add what I paid for it into a field. For now putting it in notes but would be awesome to see profit. Paid vs sold.

Limited to 15 item. Only get to put in 15 items then you have to pay 9.99 for the full version. If I knew it I wouldn't even bother to put my inventory in, what a waste of time .

Disappointed. This ap would be fine if you never needed to send a list to anyone. Who wants to receive a 15 page email to review inventory with one item per page. Needs to be able to export to device in spreadsheet format mad does not. Very irritated to waste $10.00

Great app!!. This app works great managing an offsite storage facility. Just keep up with it daily and train your team and it's easy. One thing that would be great is the barcode on the item lines for reordering purposes. Thanks again!

Best app ever. It took me a wild to figure out most of the parts of this App .but it is the best that I've ever downloaded I wish I could enter it straight on my computer. Anybody who emails to customers specs,prices and pictures this is the app to use For salesman and manufacturers BOBBY REID

Inventory Control. This is a great app. It helped me turn the corner and go to the next level with my company.

Nice App. We have a small trade show company and one service we offer our clients is storage and stock management of their give-away stuff. Stock Control app gives us a good way to manage the constant in and out control of the quantities of these items. It is nice that we can bar code everything for easy access in the system.

False hopes. It started out great but then I purchased it for $10 because you can't add more than 15 objects- didn't scan after that.

Very poor interface. Been using for 6 months now, still cannot figure out how to save data to move it to my phone, very cumbersome and time intensive. Tried everything and still unable to save the data.

Horrible app. I had high hopes for this app when I read the features and the fact that it would let me import my existing database. Unfortunately that is not what happened. This app butchered the imported file and it would take about a month to try and sort it out at this point. I am jumping ship on this app and deleting and kissing my $9.95 goodbye.

Could use some work. I would really like to see what stock is out or my shortages over all groups instead of having to look individually at each separate group. Esthetically the app isn't pleasing, but it works well and is good for the basic inventory needs for the most part. The scanner works very well.

Solid inventory management, great barcode scanner. Cheap, effective, and excellent customer service.

Hi. Fantastic and very useful app.

Art Gallery Manager. This is a superb program. The only thing I would like to have improved upon, would be the ability to export all of the photographs as standard JPEG files.

Best I've used so far, but could use a bit more. I would love to give this a five but I wish there were a way to get the total value of inventory, as well as for selected groups quickly.

Owner. For the most part, it is a great app. If it could: 1) send shortage reports to more than a PDF like excell so you can modify the report easily. 2) could send all reports and lists as a whole and not just each group. 3) had a place to set a order margin so that you did not have a fixed shot argue to go by. It would be the best app I got.

Really good APP. It will be nice if you can shear the inventory with other Apple account

Don't bother. There are much more better apps out there, it is really old fashion app with bugs.

Great app. Would love to see more of a Sync feature rather than import/export. Other than that this app is super solid can't wait to see where goes

iOS only. Love the app, wish it was compatible with both operating systems. Not everyone in our company has iPhones.

Waste time. Didn't work, not even user friendly.

Disappointment. It was going well, until I found out there was a 15-item limit unless you pay $10 for the full version. A waste! I wish it would have warned us from the beginning.

Good but Confusing. This is a good app for restaurant inventory but very confusing and not intuitive. Limit to 15 items before having to buy upgrade so could not fully test it out. 100 item test might be nice!

Great App!. Great app, best inventory app I have found on my iPad. Great for my manufacturing / web sales business. For 5 stars App needs barcode scanner function and ability to associate SKU and UPC for each item. 4 stars until then.

Great Inventory App. Take pictures of your products that your tracking. Bar code reader makes it easy to set up everything with Bar Codes. Knowing what your products cost and putting them into different categories very easily. Reports can be emailed to yourself or stored on Ipad. Can't wait to see what this company will do next. I did have problems with exporting and importing the data to csv file after i edit the file using Microsoft excel. But I can do everything on the Ipad easily. Hopefully I can continue to add more data to this app and finally be able to do our inventory quicker and accurately.

Good. Keeps my stock at my fingertips and it was easy to navigate.

Great App. The app is really great and it saves me a lot of headache. It will be best if you can be able to export all items barcodes on a single PDF and be able to view daily item usage on a single page by day.

Awesomeness. Worth the money

$9.99???. That's a little pricey for an app. Maybe $1.99, $2.99 but not $10. Be reasonable. The cheaper you sell your app the more people will buy. Why break even, when you can triple your profits? Other then that GREAT APP!
