Beginner’s Gold. I think this app is amazing! I’m in 6th grade this year and next year I’m taking Spanish, but I didnt know anything. I downloaded this app after getting Duolingo and it’s Amazing! My only problem is it doesn’t provide sentence structure and there are no quizzes to see if you are improving, rather that that it’s great!

Best language app. I'm very impressed! I have tried multiple different applications but this has worked the best for me!!!

Beginners only, not super effective in general. I wanted to refresh my Spanish because it's been a while since I used it. I like the play back feature in this app but it doesn't tell you how accurate you are, so unless you know the nuances of the pronunciation, that's not even that helpful. There's no way to test out of the basic stuff. I took four years of Spanish, I don't need to be taught "hola". Possibly helpful for the most beginner of beginners who doesn't know how to introduce themselves and ask for the restroom. Language softwares that even bother to teach "hola" actually make me really suspicious. I guess I'll be sticking with duo lingo because it actually has conversation practice now! Memorization without usage is pointless. Don't waste your time.

Memo Espanol. This app has been absolutely my favorite so far. When it comes to practice on the go this is a really good choice!

Great learning app. I somewhat already knew how to speak Spanish but this is really helping me to read and practice.

Best method yet. I have tried for years to learn Spanish in lots of different programs and apps and computer software and this has been by far the best and easiest way to learn Spanish! I can remember it then or I can repeat it better it's just all-around great

Practical and Effective. A good app for learning and reviewing vocabulary and pronunciation. Comes with practice tests and optional reminders to do your daily study/review. Voices are clearly recorded and I've found no errors in the material so far. I recommend it as a tool for reviewing Spanish.

It’s okay. I wish it had more words or had it to where you could look u any Spanish word. I have to keep another translator available to do my homework.

Love it. This is a great way to pick up basic vocabulary in a hurry. I use it along with one other app. This way I never get bored.

Solid way to learn Spanish. Works well in the car. My only quibble would be a setting to legnthen the amount of time the Spanish phrases are shown on screen. Even a second or two would help on longer phrases. Overall, easy to use and good pace to increase your vocabulary.

Great vocabulary builder!. I've been using Nemo to learn Spanish in the car on the way to work. Initially used the free version until I learned all the words then bought the full version. After 8 weeks my vocabulary is getting stronger and I can understand more Spanish at work with coworkers that are bilingual and only Spanish speaking. Although I have learned basic phrases, the app does not teach typical responses to phrases, so I get stumped by every conversation I start when the other person's response is unknown to me. The app also does not provide sentence structure, verb tenses or conjugations so knowing the word may not make sense when trying to put them together to make a sentence. I would like to see the app add a typical response feature that can analyze the student's response as correct or close to correct. Also a sentence structure building feature and flash cards that show a picture of the object or activity and then force the student to say the correct name, word or phrase as a response. Since I drive an hour both ways to work the ideal app must be hands free. So far that hand free operation of Nemo is excellent and that is why I use it over Duo Lingo.

Best online language course!. Memo is muy Bueno. I play it all day, learning new words and perfecting my accent. Helps me put up with traffic and waiting in line. Useful words, great methodology and terrific teachers. Best online language course I've tried

Like it a lot. This app is great bc it will quiz you and then say the answers hands free. Great for driving or housework etc.

Is there an update for this app?. I have been using this app to keep my pronunciation sharp and to practice words I do not use often. Very few people speak Spanish around me! Muy Bueno?. See? I'm learning a little already. I work in a Mexican Restaurant and I thought it to be wise that I attempt to learn the language that three-fourths of the kitchen speaks... And this app is pretty good so far.

Good but…. Love the Flashcards and the playback… but there doesn’t seem to be a way to make it know that it’s learn. Like hola yep got it … it keeps showing again, again and again.

Great for the commute. I wanted an app I could listen to while driving or doing other tasks, and this has been extremely helpful. I'm using Memrise as an interactive app, but this has helped me really nail down the formal and informal pronouns. Very useful.

Good for vocabulary review. Easy to use. Add new words and phrases at your own pace. I started with the free version and after two days bought the full version. I really like this app.

Nemo review. I really like this app. The daily reminders and word list allows for routine practice. I've learned so much with this app. The upgrade could be cheaper, though. Nemo should consider discounts or special offers.

Self improvement. Has been help for me to get to know and understand the basics of Spanish which in turn had helped in opening up to speak in Spanish and help those who do not English to talk with me.

Thank You. Need to learn how to say words and it's very difficult for me! I also need to be able to start spelling the word for communication with someone. Google translator does not work as well as I thought and it really make large mistakes that can easily be taken out of context. This app makes sure you complete understand what each phrase or word means so that you do not butcher sentences. I looked though a lot of apps and this one is truly amazing!! I want to say that you for giving so many options to speak, write, and learn! Very well laid out and so easy to use. Thank you again for this app!!

Good but theres a little problem. after a day of two when looking back at the words i studied under "words for today" everything before the current date would show "this list is empty" this has been a problem for all of my nemo language apps

Beginner. I learned Spanish in high school, however, that was Over 20 years ago. Nemo is helping me get back in track. Actually I didn’t forget as much as I thought. When you snooze you lose.

2 Things. 1. separate volume controls for Spanish and English speakers. (For some reason the English is way louder than the Spanish) 2. Control for how often new words are added. (I just use it hands free and it is just giving me too many new words. I would like to slow it down just a bit.)

Two thumbs up!. I’ve been using all the Nemo apps for Spanish, Greek and Chinese. They are easy to use and offer a great variety of vocabulary. I just need casual greetings etc. and the ap more than takes care of that. Two weeks before I travel I just brush up and feel like I am not completely lost.

Great App!. I am using it on the IPhone 6s and it all works very smoothly. I thought I should try and exercise my mind maybe by trying to learn a second language, like Spanish. Very flexible. I have only used it for 45 mins so far but I love that the speed of which new words are added can be adjusted, words you already know can be excluded, and other options. I'm liking this app a lot so far!

Perfect app for long commutes. I've been using this app while commuting in the car and it's perfect given there's no direct input required (safety first). I'm also confident in the ranking of the words it feels I should know. I purchased the full version and have been very happy with the quality for the money.

Free and greatly useful. I have many of these Nemo apps and they all are good, especially if you girlfriends parents don't speak the same language.

Oom?. Quirky interface, not user friendly. EG: my daily words used to start with English then the translation. It changed overnight. Choosing how pages are structured is a mystery.
