Not ready.. 1) 128gb iPhone & it can't handle 2700 photos. It crashes. 2) Photos are distorted in the ring. 3) "Settings" can't fix the distortion which makes a 4/3 image distort to a 16/9 image (elongated). 4) Double tapping the image does not open the image. 5) Ring looks nothing like the perfect ring in the "sales pitch". 6) Love the concept but why spend $2.00 on a concept that doesn't do what it says it will do. 7) If there are solutions to any of these issues why are they not listed in the "help" section.

Slow with limited space. Cannot display more than a few hundred pictures. Cannot access full resolution. On my iPhone 6 it tells you to use less pictures per page, can't process. Upgrade please. Great looking tool but not useful in its current version

Nice Viewer. Very nice and most unique way of presenting photos. My only wish is that my preference choices would be remembered. It’s a bit of a pain to reset them after each launch.

Best Photo Viewer. I’ve enjoyed using this image viewer for several years. The ring reflection on the black background makes it look bright and stunning, it’s easy to use and consistently smooth. I like the option to view photo albums as rings, too. The ring also works great a cleanup / duplicate deletion tool, as it offers a unique birds-eye view of image collections. Selecting the best (or worst) from say, a dozen or so other very similar images is much faster & easier than repeatedly comparing a single image to 1 or 2 other very similar images. Thank you for providing and for continuing to update this treasured and so useful app that is such a treat to look at and to use!

Doesn’t work. I bought the color sorting feature and it doesn’t work. Requesting a refund

No longer works. This app that I paid for (at least for some extra features) won’t leave the selection screen, but always just bounces right back. It is now completely unusable. Is it a problem with iOS 14? Please fix! UPDATE: After deleting and reloading the app, it seems to work now. But I’m disappointed to have to purchase the “Color Sort” feature, when it used to be included.

Beautiful display, very good design, easy to use, plus quite reliable after 3 weeks of testing, BUT for me to use it: Needs, in order of priority -> #1 Ability to show a pleasant, full circle display when user selects a minimum of 36 images (12 photos per row of 3) #2 Support full, uncropped photo display for source folder containing just portrait orientation images #3 Ability to display just 1 or 2 photo rows as an option

Great to see many updates!. Five stars as it’s a super app with lots of potential for more features. It should be a stock app for iPhone. Could you please add auto-up/down so that the rings autorotate but also move all the way up to the top of the stack and then down, while rotating? I definitely pay for extra features, and I just did for see-through!

Really neat but.... I like this app and it’s a great way to find pictures...and in reference to those claiming picture limitations I have over 5000 pictures and it works great! I can only guess they were old reviews and the app has been updated since then...it’s a shame old reviews with misinformation come up first! For me, my only issue would be...I would love to have the ability to delete a picture. I use my camera for all sorts of things, not just selfies, it’s my sort of pictorial memo pad. Having as many pictures as I do and how I use the camera, trying to keep it organized is a challenge. This app helps with finding the disposable pictures, having the ability to quickly see them and delete would be a huge win for me. All in all it’s a five star app, but for me is missing a crucial feature that nudges it down to a 4.

Has the potential to be the best picture browser ever, except.... This App is currently nothing more than a novelty and I can't recommend purchasing it as a useful tool until the major flaws are worked out. Some of the problems maybe related to operating under iOS 6 but there are many other glaring and frustrating issues in addition to ones possibly related to the OS. While it's a great idea to be able to add layers of photos to each ring, to suit your preference, and have the ability to expand it to fill the screen, especially in landscape mode, the view you select does not stay locked into position. This means as soon as you select an image to view full screen and scroll forward or backward in full image mode as soon as you revert to ring mode it defaults to its original "small ring" view instead of the expanded one you selected. While in full image mode the pictures do not scroll forward and backward smoothly as we're all used to on our iDevices. Instead they jerk, stutter and snap to the next photo. This was aslo noticed on the company's Utube demo although it appears much worse on my iPhone 5. It's extremely annoying and I wouldn't use the app for this reason alone. Another major detractor is the default shape of the small icon images used to make up the rings. They're all perfect squares that truncate the iconized photos terribly. This leaves you to guess which image you actually want to select for groups of photos that look very similar. Personally I'd much rather see less layers in the rings for the sake of having actual icon images of the entire photo being represented in their original portriat and landscape views instead of useless cropped boxes. All said this app has great potential, but it's an unfinished work in progress at the moment.

It’s a good app if you use it for under 3200 images. “Too less memory” appears when trying to use it for photos collections consisting of of 3200 images. Sometimes it works, but then it crashes with that error message. Anything the programmers can do to fix this? If it was fixed it would be perfect.

What happened?. Since last release it just crashes seconds after opening. Haven't contacted support yet. Will update review once I contact.

Amazing App!. I love this App! Great look and feel and it allows me to find my fav pics in a split second.

Doesn’t work for me. This looked like a really cool app and I really wished it worked but all I get is the same message over and over “analyzing photos” but it never completes no matter how long I leave the app open. After giving it two days to complete analyzing I’m giving up on it and deleing it. I supposed if you only have a small number of photos it may work but if you have a large number of photos as I do it renders this app useless.

An update everyday?. What’s the story here? Why do you need to update this app constantly? One star for pestering me almost daily.

Great!. Great way to find your photos

App was updated and fixed. +2 stars. Thanks dev, it still didn't work when I reinstalled it but I changed some of the settings and it finally worked. Its a good app, but it does need to improve a little.

Huge disappointment. I was so excited about the concept that I (unfortunately) bought both the iphone and iPad versions. I have thousands of images and that sometimes makes it difficult to find specific images. By being able to visualize and sort by color or time, finding images should be far more convenient. However, it can only show 648 images. The adjustments for image size and number of rings do not work and I had hoped adjustments could increase the capacity. So the app limits sorting to a maximum of three rings comprised of 648 images. This app would be revolutionary if it actually worked. As is, it's more of a novelty and a fun way to look at a limited number of images. That's why I gave it two stars even though I threw out $4 for both apps. I hope the developers rethink this profoundly serious limitation. At the least you should mention that the app is not suitable for sorting more than 648 images.

Looks interesting. It seems interesting, I think I used this app a couple year ago. It seems like it’s missing a lot of the features it used to have like: changing the ring size and reflection size, making it a closed or open ring, being able to pinch and zoom into/out of the ring, and maybe more. I don’t even see a settings panel in the app, though I think I do on the screen shots. For example, I’m not too interested in the AR purchase, but my point is that I don’t even see that option in the app, though I see it as a purchase here on this app’s page. The app does work, I just thought it had more features. It’s possible it does, and that I’m just missing the setting area for some reason

Money wasted. Crashes immediately.. If I choose 1 album, it immediately closes. When I add the photo roll, it goes to a black screen and I have to close the app to get out of it.

Duplicate Photos. I love this app! I never realized how many duplicates of photos I have on my phone. Just one request, unless I am mistaken, there is no way to delete the duplicate from this app?? That would be a great feature!

4.5 stars. Need to be able to delete. People want to edit while using this interface. Please add that feature. Thanks.

More than eye-candy!. While it’s gorgeous to look at and fun to play with, this app is also a very effective way to scroll through tons of photos! Very responsive developer who keeps on improving features and functionality. I recommend taking the discount and getting all the cool features; I’m glad I did.

Good. Good app, but can be better

Really original and useful!! :). I'm working with an iPhone 7+, and the app runs pretty smoothly. I love that I can see more pictures at a time, and the color sorting feature really helps me spot a picture I have in mind way faster that scrolling through the standard time-sorted 2D. This is a really innovating concept! I'm very excited to see what future versions will do! :)

Not a novelty - a very useful tool. This beautifully crafted app might appear to be just a novelty, but it is much more than that - it is a tool that seriously improves management of large collections of photographs. Photo Ring can display more thumbnails at a time than any other app I know and provide a faster way of scrolling through to find something. Albums from Apple's iOS Photos app can be viewed in isolation or in any combination of two or more. Numerous settings options make it possible to adjust the display to suit widely differing uses and preferences. An outstanding feature found in few if any other photo apps is an option to sort the sequence of thumbnails by colour, which quickly reveals duplicates. For anyone whose collection of photos includes scans of colour slides or prints from pre-digital times transferred from PC to PC over the years and eventually to iPad or iPhone, this is a wonderful feature which will be worth its weight in gold when the developer introduces the option to delete duplicates directly in the Photos app (now permitted in iOS8) as has been promised in the next update, due shortly. Strongly recommended.

Just one thing.... It would be nicer if there was a speed adjustment on the turning of the rings of photos. Doesn’t seem to matter how slow I move my finger, it seems to spin too quickly for me. Otherwise it’s an interesting idea. Had good feedback on my query about a speed setting from the developers. I’m happy to make this 5 stars if that can be achieved ⭐️👍🏻 Update, speed adjustment going to be added. Yahoo! Thanks so much!

Import Question?. I have a question? I've downloaded 3D Photo Ring and it says I have 810 photos to import, from my Google Photos folder. When I attempt to download them, when finished, it by no means has 810 photos. It only has the 73(?) photos that are actually in my photos folder. Can the app only import from the photos folder? Can it import from the Amazon Photos folder? I attempted to email app support, but the address was invalid. Look forward to your response, thanks! Sincerely, Edward Willard

What a waste.. Don't bother. I just downloaded this App & I just have a black screen IOS 7.. Can't find any support. Lite version worked fine, which is why I PAID for this, don't waste your time or MONEY. I should get a refund.
