Very impressive. Complete and impressive. Well designed and easy to use app for editing photos. Plus I really like the special features which allow me to add text so I can make posters of quotes with photo as background.

I am an artist and I couldn’t live without this app. Use ALL the time, probably use this for 95% of my photo editing except for the quick photo cropping that the new iOS let’s me do on screenshots now, but as for filters or anything else this is my go-to. Great for adding text also as many other features I use constantly.

Lots of features. I'm really impressed with the amount of controls and tools. You can do more with this app than other photo editing apps I've seen. If you do photo editing on your phone, you should definitely check this out.

Dazzling.. I have used many photo-editing apps, yet, am overjoyed with some of the unique features in this one! The distortion filters open up many possibilities for photo collage....and the interface, in general, is fast and friendly. My only wish is for more border options; i.e. Vignette or destroyed type borders....and, that the format could work in landscape mode. Thank you, talented developer, for a lovely art tool!

Fantastic filters & adjustments & sweet UI. First, the user interface is exceptionally well done: intuitive, attractive, and cleanly does what you want Sure, it's got the usual assortment of filters, with some standouts (E3, J2), but it also lets you manually adjust... Everything. I mean all those obscure photoshop things - with a clean slider and your photo previews it as you slide. There's an undo and okay as you'd expect, but you can also tap on the adjustment icon & return that value back to zero. That's the kind of deeper thought that went into making this app. I skipped over the excellent auto correct & unsharp mask, frames & text, rotation, cropping, etc, but you get the idea. Well done and recommended!

Awesome!. This is such a cool and unique editing app! Never have I seen as many editing options in this app in any other editor! Props to you creator(s)!! I'm a teen, and I need these many options, because y'all know how indecisive and picky us teens can be.😅 Good job, guys!! Thanks for the awesome app, and I hope there will be updates to come!! (Oh, some constructive criticism, um, I don't know if you would be able to put this in the app or not, but when choosing where to put like, the contrast, the scrolling? Well, could you make it a little easier to get the number you want? It's kind of hard with how small it is, and if you wanted 56 contrast, but it kept skipping over it, and it is a vast difference between 53 and 59, it's difficult to get it there in a decent amount of time. Hope this doesn't sound to picky, but maybe it'll help?) :):)

Amazing!. I am super excited to have come across this app. It is so simple to use; has cool filters, and many photo effects like mirror, and half-tone, to name a few.... All included in ONE app. Before finding this app, I would need to use several different apps to get all of the features in this one app. Great job.

Very nice. This App has almost every thing you need to edit your photos. Only thing I would like to see added would be a finger brushing, where just by moving your finger over the part of the picture that you want to fix. Like Apple did with iPhoto. Loved that about it.

Very useful, even for infrared. I have downloaded and tried MANY apps to try and work with infrared shots on my iPad. This is the first app that has shown any promise. It is quick and easy to use. It will probably be another go to app along with Snapseed when it comes to the editing of my images. Well done!

Lots of depth in editing options. Definitely worth it!!! One of the better editing apps if not the best. Forget the other apps everyone else uses (same old look), this app is fantastic and beautifully designed.

Elegant and accurate. I've just begun to explore this app. Here's what I've discovered so far. Thyra has a clear interface with a useful and accurate set of controls. The results are beautiful images. The learning curve is very easy and brief. I would like to see landscape orientation in a next upgrade. Good work.

Great App-Lots of tools packed within. It’s been years now and I STILL put this on any new iPhone I get. iPad too. Simply great app with all the basic photo tools & filters you need without extra fluff or eye candy. No banners, no “pro” edition, just a great no-nonsense editor.

WOW! I am SHOCKED how far above well known apps it is!. At first glance, because it doesn't have all the fancy colors and slick marketing campaign, one might be apt to pass this app up. DO NOT. I have now abandoned my Pics Art Rhonna designs and several other "fat" apps. This is SO easy, and yet SO MANY MORE OPTIONS then even paid Britain's and asd ins I have off others. No COMPLAINT! HOPE IT GOES BIG. WELL DESERVED.

So easy to use lots of tools & filters. I am a photo app collector - and this one has me so excited! It has a ton of filters that you can just scroll through with your photo already changed - and some unique filters I'm going to play with. Then the edit tools are extensive and easy to access- I haven't played with them all yet, but undo works like it should, so I will be playing with the few that have been a pain to use in other apps! I'll provide an update with anything that I find of note once I've used a little more. So far, an app it's worth paying a little money for!

The best editing app I have found!!!. All I can say is wow!! This app is the greatest!! It has made me seem like a pro. I love this app. I have gotten so many photo editing apps but now I can delete them all but this one it does it all simply and well. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Thyra. This is a fantastic program. I am always looking for photo editing programs that do a lot but are not extremely difficult to use. This one fits the bill and is my go to editing program. It does just about everything you would need. I would recommend this program for anyone, even a novice. It's very easy to use.

Makes Other Editing Apps Obsolete. Just got this app today. Wish it was available years ago. It has all the bells and whistles of the others but doesn't crash or lock up all the time like the others. Time to start removing those now unnecessary apps from my device.

Great Photo App. It is rare I take the time to write a review. However, this may be the best photo app I have ever used. Want to ad words to a pic easy, want to apply filters easy, want to make fine adjustments to that photo easy. Get the app why are you reading this review just get the app

Powerful and complete set of editing tools. I'm a professional photographer and avid iphonographer for work and my fine art and have downloaded or purchased a myriad of editing apps looking for a special or unique feature. On my Mac, I use Pshop and Lightroom for maximum fine grained control When it comes to my iPhone and iPad, depending on how much what type of editing I need to do, I have my favs like Relight if I want to quickly apply their stock or self-customized filters. For more control I use Pshop Fix, Lightroom and an arsenal of more specialized apps like Blur, xCircle, and many, many others. Until now. Since working with Thyra on both my devices I am now a convert. The sheer number of adjustment and filter tools is uncommon in inexpensive apps. The fact that I don't have to bounce between the Thyra editing environment and other apps streamlines my workflow, which is something both I and my clients appreciate. The Thyra interface is pretty straightforward and the included tool set offers enough firepower to handle the majority of editing I might need to do in the field. I do not work for the Thyra folks and I receive no compensation nor remuneration of any type except from my clients. Most importantly, I am not saying there isn't some other app you may prefer or like, or that's better. It's only my opinion and your mileage may vary.

Already impressed!. I have literally dozens of apps--from Snapseed to far more advanced photo editing--so I almost didn't buy this app. I am very glad that I decided to give it a chance: it manages to be both simple, elegant AND comprehensive, which is no easy feat. It is extremely user friendly is perfect for the editing-on-the-go, like Snapseed...but with far more options. Highly recommended for both beginners and experienced editors!

So far, so good. The app has a TON of different editing options and is performing well so far, but I'm only on my first edit. Why write a review now? Because I've already encountered 2 in-app popups asking me write one and I accidentally hit "now" instead of "later" the last time it came up. I'm optimistic about Thyra and I'll update my review after I've had more time with the app.

Easy to use, yet powerful. The interface is elegant and easy to understand, yet offers a dazzling array of high level photo-editing tools. There are a lot of apps for editing photos, and I've tried a lot of them. I'm very impressed with this one. It's a pleasure to work with.

Easy to Use. Just got this app and have worked on a couple of pictures. This app seems clear cut and easy to use. Some apps I've downloaded and took me a while to figure out. It also seems to have several ways to enhance the pictures. Looking forward to working with it more.

Not the best, but not bad.. I love the diversity of editing options available with this app, but it could use a bit of work regarding the amount and types of filters available. Pretty much all the photo editing apps out there do the same things...it's nice to see a little more variety every now and then. Overall, it'll do pretty much anything you need it to do. If the filter you desire isn't available via this app, it at least offers the tools to make it yourself. I have tons of photo apps...I've owned and tried just about all of them at some point and I only keep the ones I think I'll use. And this is one I'll keep.

Fun w/MANY ways to change any photo. As a novice w/app's like yours, I still can navigate my way around & spend hours w/my pictures. Thank you & as you cont. creating, plz. Remember some of us need directions to help us get the most from your beautiful, artistic endeavors.

Nice. I like this camera. It's fast and easy for those shots that are taken on the fly. Has loads of adjustments and such also. I'll be using it often. I would like to be able to have a selection of photo sizes, but being able to change resolutions is very nice.

Cool.... This app is really chill with great features. Its ability to allow you too choose different colors for the photo borders, adjust the size the border n the shadow of the edge curves was a clever n slick feature...On par with some of the best photo editing software and apps out there. One of the easiest..... Photo editing apps I've ever used. I've deleted all the others. Works great and I've never had a problem posting to Fb etc. I have the free version,I'm not completely sure you even have to pay to upgrade,but this I would/will. I'm picky,impatient and adult frustrated when apps such as these say,'easy','works' and then it doesn't!!! Argh. Try it! It won't hurt.

Love it!. I love how easy everything is find and then operate. I love that I can edit a photo in so many different ways and that within each edit I have control over how much is changed. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful!!!!. I am not a photographer, but this program allows me to do things I could never have dreamt! It allows me to take my most precious of moments and bring them life!!! Easy and has everything!. Love it because it's easy to use. You don't have to be a professional photographer. You can choose the color of the frame as well. It really is all there for you to use and I especially love the "distort" feature.

Love this app!. I thought I wouldn't be able to find a new photo app that was novel and had anything to offer. This app is terrific, has a ton of editing tools, a boatload of variety, and is easy enough for a monkey to use. I applaud those responsible for this app.

The best of all!. Out of the hundred or so photo editors I have tried, this is the easiest, fastest and most complete I have tried. This is the one I hoped to find some day. It goes right to the front page while several other photo apps will be deleted. Nice work, I am impressed.

Best Photo Editor Ever!!!. I literally just downloaded this app in the middle of a sleepless night. I chose a randomn picture from my library and played with the various tools. This app stands above any other photo editor app because of it's ease of use. I love how quickly you can move from one thing to another and can easily undo your work. Get this APP!!!

Astonishing. This photo editing app is very easy to use and offers an astonishing number of options. While it does not have masking or layers, you can undo or redo each edit in the order it was applied. It's lots of fun without the steep learning curve required by other full-featured photo editing apps.

Excellent app with wonderful effects - AND BORDERS. I love this app for its smooth effects, plentiful bokeh and absolute ease of use, but honestly the reason I love it most? I can create custom borders around my art which do NOT interfere with the actual print itself. You'd be gobsmacked to know how many overlay the border over the art. For this alone - five stars, but truly it's a wonder for many reasons beyond that. Please keep it updated!!

Well Fleshed Out. I have seen a fair amount of photo editing apps for iPhone, but this one is the most thoroughly done and professional ones I've used. You can tell that the developer knows what they are doing instead of just creating a cheapo app for Instagram filters. There is true customability.

Fantastic Baby. This app has got the fluff filters for simple users. When you have more time you can edit and upload as you please. For the more advanced users, it has all the filters and adjustment buttons that you need to really make a photo to your liking. I would definitely recommend this to any friend and co-worker. Props to the developer and his crew if he has one. 🎬

Great app. Very easy to work with. Only tried it on one photo so far. Didn't see if it had the ability to eliminate a mark on the photo that you wanted to correct. Maybe it's there and I haven't found it yet. Otherwise, great!

WOW! Really Great Editing App!. I don't know how many photo editing apps I've tried but it has at least been 25. Most of them are crap and pretty much have exactly the same features. I've only used this app once, basically to just check out all the features but so far, it is within the top 3 editing apps that I've tried. I'm actually thinking it could be the best. Not only does it have numerous options, almost all of them have a slider that allows you to change how much of the particular effect you want. Another thing I love, when you go from one effect to the next it doesn't remove what you already changed. So many editing apps will only let you make one change in each group so if you want another one you have to save it and start again. According to information in the app, this was created by a college student. Like I said above, WOW! Bravo to you for creating an amazing editing app!!!

It. Must. Have. Layers.. Jan 2022 I'm trying apps w/text & fonts. This seems to have … one, let me count… yes, one font unless you're using a faux "font keyboard". I may be It has the same bokeh as Gloomlogue and may as well have the same as who knows what other apps. Can't you do better? Add rotation to this or Gloomlogue? Or both? I don't need hearts but crisp overlay/underlay* lights that can be blurred, multi color … that would be handy. I have the color overlay and monochrome ~yawn~ in other apps but maybe not a lot of people do but could you spice it up a little anyway? There's one I can push to glow white in some margins at decently high contrast- it's an artifact, not intentional. I'd like to see subtle effects like that. It probably shouldn't be extreme. Gloomlogue is good. Thyra hasn't earned a spot on my phone for a year, at least. *Masking ___________________________________________This is one of those apps that should be able to do great things and I just can't interpret the icons. Maybe I should Google instruction but I feel like apps should be more straightforward than that. I should be able to find out what things do or ask where something is within the app instead of looking at it and thinking "wasn't that supposed to do amazing things? Why do I feel like that's a single purpose app?".

Something Special 📷⚜✳️ Get it!. Over time I've purchased many creative photo apps. This one though is different both cool and intuitive. There is no learning curve. I created the coolest photo from a picture I took in NYC of the Hearst Building - something unique with the distort feature. TY developer.

Avid photoshop pro. Amazing, best overview, easy tool and filter selection, small footprint. Fast, doesn't need a lot of resources. One of the best I checked out. Played with it for a while and would like two improvements. One would be softness and offset of dropped shadows applied and two when applying an image to text itself to be able to scale and position type within text. But that could be also of me not giving the right commands. Overall I am impressed with the whole interface and ease of use. Well done and my compliments to the developer keep it going I would love to see more of your stuff!!!! I will keep your app and enjoy the ease of use and info of what one is adjusting and enhancing!

Pretty good. Pretty good so far. Haven't used it much but the tools that they have is amazing. Only issue is that it is pre-crop to be the size of the Instagram which can be pretty annoying.

Review. Look i have no problem writing a review for you. But how am i supposed to write one when I've only JUST downloaded it and haven't had a chance to even use all of the features yet. I seriously only just opened it and wrote a bit of text on a photo n the app wanted me to do this. I decided to wait until i had used more of it but it kept hounding me to leave a review. Great app. But ... It's a great app with some really good features. I will enjoy using this app more. The only issue so far is the photos being cropped before you can edit them. It would be great if you could edit them as is, without them being cropped

Initial Opinion... Have only just downloaded this App. Easy to use...tick; variety....tick....I look forward to experimenting in more depth..Well done.. I want to give this App 5 stars as it is by far a wonderfully easy and creative App. There is no other like it ...I have searched. However; it tends to freeze a lot and when clicking on tick...takes a long while to move to next function despite a very competent internet connection. In addition I do not know how to add text without the 'insert text' being removed from the picture. At times my text is in top of this. Please... I would encourage you to keep working on it as it is a sure winner if you can improve. Well done on design

Great Photo Editor. A simple uncluttered UI, packed with tools and filters (all included), and no nag screens or ads. The devs nag screen begging for a review pops up even after I left a review so only 2 stars until he stops this nonsense.

A GREAT APP!!. You can do a number of things with this app. Borders can be placed around pictures, there are large number of filters and it certainly creates a great finished product. Well worth downloading and using it to expand your own creativity.

Love This App!. I downloaded this on "Apps Gone Free" and it has quickly become one of my favourite apps. I do a lot of selling on eBay and Craigslist and this app allows me to very quickly crop and edit the pics, that I post. Nice job by the developer - you really should be charging for this!

Fantastic App !. After having used this for a couple months, it has replaced my main app for editing photos on iOS (a paid one at that!). The simplicity of the interface and the vast amount of options is a perfect mix. It does everything I want a photo app to do without having to guess where to find things. Keep up the great work.

So far, very impressive. I've only just started to play with this app and I'm very impressed by it already. It's got some effects I haven't seen in any other photo app before and I appreciate that.

Looks like a keeper. I just downloaded this app. I've only used it a couple of times on unimportant subjects, but I think it's going to be a keeper. Extremely easy to get good results which is important to me. Keep it Simple and this is. Great App.

Easy to use. Recently discovered this app and used a handful of times. So far, love it because it is easy to use. It is broken down into different sections so that it’s not overwhelming. I intend to use far more often. Great job!

Favorite photo app. This is the only app that offers such an array of choices for adjustments and tweaks and changes. My favorite is probably the curves which I use all the time.

Great all-purpose photo editor, Thyra. App offers a wide variety of photo adjustments. I especially appreciate all the skew options (hard to find these in other apps). I’d definitely give it 5 stars if it were available in landscape mode for iPad use. Developer, please consider.

Nice app, easy to use. Quickly apply edits and filters are ice. Would like to have adjustment slider for the filters but they’re mild enough that they’re not overwhelming and look natural. Thanks for the hard work on this,

Excellent Photo Editor. Like others, I've tried many, many photo editor aps. This one has them all beat. Every editing feature you could wan't and I'd call the user interface masterful!

Slow down on review request. Give us some time to use the app before you bug us to death for a review. The app looks great and I am sure I will like and use the app quite often if you will let me work.

Great, really works. This is an editor that work as it was designed to, it is better than some that are better rated that I have used and have. Looks like I will be clearing some other apps.

Extremely creative photo editing. This fun and powerful photo editing app is among the best of all the many photo editing & "artsy" apps I have on my iPAD Pro. It has a slew of flexible options to manipulate your photos, many of which are unique.

Wow. Does the work of a dozen apps. This does what the mega-companies' photo apps do, and does it very well, but it's much easier to use than most. Fast, too. I have over a hundred photo edit apps, and this one is at the top of my folder. Excellent app!

Best photo editor. Very good, one of the best because it has so much options to edit your photos with lax, one Option I would like to add is a blur option to blur out small parts of the photo. Gave it 5 stars!

Awesomely Versatile. This is a great app! There are controls here to adjust just about anything. Wonderful tool! My only complaint is that neither the name nor the app icon are very good at reminding me that this is "that one app" that I like so much.

Amazing photo editor. I don't know how it works behind the scenes, but you almost do. I wrong with this thing. Sometimes I take a pic of my drawings and toss some effects or mirrors on it to get new ideas for how to make the drawing cooler. Love this app!!!!

So intuitive!. I've tried many editing apps. This is the easiest and most intuitive interface. You can turn your picture into a work of art!

Very easy and cool. I just had the app for a few minutes and I like it already. The only thing missing is the ability to work with transparent images. It saves them with a white background. If you add that function I would give it 5 stars

Only one complaint. Overall it’s a good photo editing app. BUT every 5 seconds (no exaggeration) this thing pops up asking me to review the app. It got in the way of actually editing the photo I was working on. It’s ironic that the constant nagging to get me to review the app is what made me give it a poor review. It’s almost as bad as having ads pop up constantly in other photo editing apps.

Impressed. This app is amazing, the first app for photo editing I have tried that I believe I can use with all my pictures. Thank you so much for creating it!
