Email template. Easy to use and extremely easy to use. Great program

Great timesaver. Awesome app, super convenient for trade shows. Would benefit from being able to include hyperlinks in the body of the message. But don’t let that stop you from buying it. This app is a HUGE timesaver.

Best on the App Store. This is the best app I have found for pre-written emails (most others are just for HTML templates, and that's not the same) and once it's setup it's very easy to use. A few suggestions would be... - Basic formatting, even just bold/underline would be great - Support for hyperlinks - Way to sync across multiple devices at some point. Still, even without those things it's very useful. Thanks!

Just what I was looking for!. Email Templates is great! It’s very intuitive without having to deal directly with variables, macros, etc. Now although the app only accesses to iOS Mail app, that’s fine. It could be better this way instead of having a Share Sheet extension. Anyway, if you’re looking for Templates for emailing just get this app. It works very well!

Perfect for iPhone. iPhone email doesn't offer this and it is such a pain to type long emails over and over again so this is a great app.

Great app. One improvement request.. Overall this app does exactly what it states it will. I was searching for a template populator, and this certainly fits the bill. Other reviews complained about adding names to the address field within the template, however when creating a template you can leave that blank and populate within email program. The only request that I would make is the ability to customize fonts within the application, such as adding bold or italics. Other than that, this does a very nice job.

Great for teachers. I set up templates for two students who have behavior issues. I list each part of the day and put 3 emoticons after each 😀😐😕 Takes 20 seconds after busses leave to delete 2 of the emoticons and send that day's feedback to parent. HUGE TIME SAVER! Thanks!

LOVE IT!!!. Can't wait for this to grow, it's already great simple and to the point and does exactly what it says yet saves me a lot of time. I can't wait for the developer to enhance the app as time progresses, I know it'll only get better! It would be awesome if we could have fields to enter names and send multiple emails at once !!!

Supports my whole business!. I use this app to send pictures of invoices to all my customers on templates emails. It was the only solution I could find to work well with Gmail on my iPhone, sending JPEGS instead of the weird file type iphones normally use, and properly showing up in my sent folder on Gmail after sending. Thanks so much to the developer for this awesome tool!

Nicely done. Straightforward, nicely implemented app to allow you to create templates of content for e-mail messages. Would be great to have ability to invoke it from mail app with specified recipient.

Well done!. An easy program to set up and use. Very straight forward. If you have prepare repetitive canned messages, this is a great program to use. After building your template, save it. Updates/editing are very easy to do. Thanks much to the developer for this effort.

Simple and Awesome. This app does something that is hard to believe Google hasn’t incorporated into their app already and it does it well. It is so easy to setup and use.

Good. Keep up the good work. Worth the price :) was tired of creating the same email and this is great. If it is missing or something that you would like to be added don't low rate it. Just add it to your review because the app works flawlessly. Downgrade the rating because it doesn't have something you like is wrong that's what reading the description is for before purchasing.

Please, please. Normally I'll write reviews after using sims too for a while. I take my online crdibility seriously & therefore take a more methodical approach; specifically, like breaking in a saddle — using an app to where I'm confident that my critique is of value. This is the first tome I've written a review, not knowing the app well at all. Why? Well, like the truly homeless, this app hits me with deparation each time I use it, which might not be that long. Every time I.e. Ter I'm met with a plea for s good review. It's very sad, so here's my contribution,and R/, we delete it. In addition I can't see what I am typing so this is whatever does the it does the in addition I can't see what I am typing so we knows what this says whatever it does the action speak louder than words bye-bye application bye-bye college student high school student elementary school. Just promise me you won't cry.

My favorite app for 3+ years - but it just screwed me!. Update: This app recently updated and ALL of my templates were GONE!! I had to re-enter all of them. What a pain! Now I am scared this could happen again. May advice is to copy /paste all your templates into a doc so next time this app updates and potentially deletes all your content you have all your templates somewhere. Also, the updated app looks nice but I can't see that it does anything new beyond probably now being compliant with the latest OS. My original review: I am trying to run my small business just on an iPad and give up the laptop. The only thing making the apple email miserable for me was the lack of being able to create templates. I was trying everything - saved drafts, copy/pasting, forwarding, what a mess. This app is simple and works and I am so happy now. Thank you so much for this, really!

Thank you. I have a staff of 5 people that need templates to respond to medical questions. I have also set it up for responding to IG inquiries. I would absolutely pay for this.

File attachment?. Am I missing something here? I think it would be amazing to have a option to have a file attachment. In my business I need to send the same email over and over with a service contract..would love to be able to add that to this. Thanks!

I which I could give it 0 stars. This application just plain doesn't work. You cannot edit the text boxes, so you cannot create any type of template. I would say more, but that sums it up, I couldn't edit ANY text fields without the app crashing, the keyboard freezing, or no text being typed. I never write reviews but I thought it necessary to warn people of this unfunctioning application.

Simple App. Does what it says. I travel for work and need to respect me to leads via email. I set up three templates using copy paste. Works great.

Important App!. My business leans HEAVILY upon this app. I use it everyday for international communications. I sometimes notice some quirks with adding contacts to the template, but overall...this app works amazingly! Highly recommended!

Great tool, so usefull. This is a great app I really hope he updates it so it will work in iOS 11. If you run a business you will find this app so useful. It will even sync between your different devices such as an iPad mini, an iPhone or an iPad. Thank you so much for creating this app, I would really be lost without it. Daily, I have to send fairly long replies to potential customers regarding our products. We mfg. and sell Panflutes (panflute(dot)net) and people have a lot of questions. Now I can get back to them with ease while on the go.

Yes! Great app, especially for business. I wholeheartedly agree with RDS999. Also, please add support for filing templates into folders. As well as a link to open in a SMS message instead. Then I would give us five stars! But, in any case, this is a must-have and I wish it would be integrated into the native email app.

Basic and clean but missing “sender” account. Reviewing after initial use because there’s something missing that’s important for this type of app. When you “use” a template, it creates a new email message to be sent from your default email address. To select a different “from” address requires editing the message’s addressing. Why is this a problem? My iPhone is used for both personal and work purposes. Its default email address set to my personal account (to minimize the chances of embarrassment :). I’m more likely to use email templates with my work account. Thus, nearly every time I use this app, I need to modify the “from”/sender address. The point of templates is to minimize this type of repetitive, manual adjustment. So: specifying a default “sender” address/account for each template would be great. My second concern is that contacts are not auto-filled as you type them into a template’s address list. You need to press the “+” icon and navigate the “Contacts" search function to find a destination address. If the developer would make just these two changes/enhancements, I’d rate this 5 stars!

Simple email template for iOS mail. Very simple, but does exactly what I need, create simple email templates for routine mailings. Would be really cool if it could be set up to automatically send a message on a schedule.

Thank You. This app helps Soooo much. Funny how these big companies always leave out features that are actually useful. Who do they survey when they build these things? Anyway, this is just what I need for work. And I love the fact that it saves the subject and Cc/Bcc info as well. Most importantly, I love that this app utilizes the old way of selling apps - one time fee and you’re done. No weekly/ monthly/ yearly subscriptions. No ads popping up all the time. I HAAAAATE ads. And no free option with a million in-app purchase requirements to fully utilize the program. The only thing I would suggest is to offer the ability to choose which mail app to use with the program - if it’s not to difficult to implement. If so, leave it as is. I can always edit my Mail app as needed.

Are you going to update for IOS 11. Hi I think this app is one of the best apps I own, which I use for my business on a daily basis, however I just updated to IOS 11 and now this app won’t work. Can you please update it as soon as possible. Thanks Ari.

Great app. This app is perfect for helping me run my business while away from a computer. The ability to have a template email that I only have to add attachments to is awesome.

Business Owner. I own a Computer Business and use an iPad with cellular to take payment on the job and invoiceASAP to create invoices. After I do a job for a new customer, I have an email template that has info showing where they can go to write a review, etc. I have another I send when payment is not received according to my terms. This app is outstanding for what I want it to do and use it daily. Simple but does exactly what it should and nothing more. Nice job! Love it.

Clean and simple. I looked at all the apps for email templates and this one I found to be the most useful. Very simple gets straight to the point. There aren't 100 million buttons that you have to push just to write a simple email template. Extremely user-friendly inconvenience too!

Great App. This is a great app if you have canned emails you send people. I get a lot of request for pricing and brochures. So I have some canned emails and once I create them using this app I can attach my PDF's using iCloud.

Irritating keyboard issue. Love this app for what it does, but trying to create templates in it is a total nightmare. Every time I click in a field to add text, the app kicks me out of it and takes away my keyboard. I have to actually write the template in a DIFFERENT app, then copy and paste it into this one before it auto saves and rakes my keyboard away again. Please fix this?????

What's with the keyboard dropping in and out. Would be great if the keyboard wouldn't continually drop in and out whilst trying to edit. Makes it very slow.

Won’t send email. Nice clean design. But when I created template to use and then went to send it, I got no errors and assumed it sent. It did not. I tried multiple times and different emails and nope. Sad about this.

Not exactly mail merge. It works exactly as described. If, for some reason, you find yourself repeatedly sending identical messages to identical groups of people, then this might be your app. You can’t edit templates once you create them, but you can duplicate them. So, the functionality provided might be closer to mailing list with primitive administration features.

E-mail Templates. Great little app for saving time. Make templates for those you e-mail the most often. Use your time saved for something that you would rather be doing. Very simple to use. Lynda

Very Handy app.. This app is very handy and user friendly. The app does what it says and does it well. I like the fact that I can save these templates and use them when needed or when I am to busy to type our a email.

Very practical, but not perfect. It does the job you got the app to do. Somehow old templates stay in the app even when I wipe my phone which is cool even though it doesn't tell me anything about backup/cloud. Have had issues editing templates where hitting "edit" just gives you a blank template with nothing to actually edit except the title of the template, but duplicating the template and editing those somehow work fine. There is no CC/BCC option that I see for some reason, so I have to manually enter these every time which no, isn't a big deal, but does defeat a purpose of wanting to use a template for an email. This can also lead to forgetting to add CC/BCC contacts altogether. I love the simplicity of the app and use it every work day, many times a day. I would recommend this app to whoever wants a service like this.

This App Rocks! Saves me a TON OF TIME!. OK, it doesn't work well in landscape mode, doesn't make it worthless, Dude. It seems you were looking hard to find something that's not up to snuff. The programmer is a student who will put more into it if the reviews are good. I wonder if you had a kid that wrote an app like this you'd say the same thing. You contradicted yourself that it worked in portrait mode but not landscape then you said "useless", your review and attitude is useless as in ten minutes I've cut and pasted, reworded here or there and made 15 templates that work great. Oh and by the way I use portrait mode ALWAYS so I can see more of the screen and less keyboard which doesn't really give you that much more typing room anyway. Sounds like your beef is with Apple and their design and let's guess... Your an EX BLACKBERRY owner as I was and I find this iPhone a million times better than my superduper BB at the time. You owe this student an apology and get some help for being so negative. Rock on Dude! 5. Stars. Superstar!

BIG time saver!. If you send repetitive e-mails, this app is a must. It allows me to set up a library of templates. I start a new e-mail from within one of the templates and 90 to 99% of the work is done. (It would be 100% but I still have to 'send' the e-mail.) All in all, a great app; ROI is just a minute or two of time savings! How can you beat that!? UPDATE: Have to back down one star because there is no ability (that I can find) to add attachments to a template. Still a big time saver, but having to manually add attachments to each e-mail can be a hassle.

Not useful at all. There are no templates. You have create and save your own templates.

Design flaw. Don't know why there are so many 5 star reviews when there is a glaring design flaw... "Create template" button is all the way the at the bottom of the screen. When one goes through creating a template, the iOS keyboard pops up at which point the aforementioned button is blocked with no straight forward way to get to it. Clicking "back" takes you to the main page but at which point all your work is lost! Please fix! Perhaps its an iphone 5 issue!?

No landscape mode?. Seriously? I have a template created in which 1/2 the info is repetitive but the other 1/2 needs to be updated with new information. With no landscape mode within this app, adding text to the email template when used becomes tedious. If updated with landscape mode this app would be 4-5 stars. Until then worthless.

Seems A Bit Buggy. Installed this on my iPad Mini 2nd gen. Freezes up when I attempt to create the message body.

Good app. The constant remind to review is annoying.

Not that great.... Constantly bugs you to leave a review so I'll do just that....App is not what I expected. It doesn't even offer the ability to create templates where you CC individuals. They're all included on the main To: field.

No Hyperlinking?. Am I missing something? I need to hyperlink web addresses. I cant find an option to do so. This app is really really basic. Too basic for most business needs.
