Waste of money. I’ve only had it for a few hours, and it’s constantly disconnecting from the server and keeps saying try connecting again try connecting again try connecting again. I have 5G, and Wi-Fi turned on. This is nonsense, and a total waste. Very disappointing.

Great, Almost amazing.. Still needs a lot of work in ths 3-D world view. But very good to log into SL on the go. I've tested it on my M1 Mac and it runs really smooth Just lots of graphical glitches in 3-D view and a severe lack of features. Highly reccomended for a light experience, but would love to see this continue development. Maybe even let it become a full-fledged viewer!

It’s good. Wish I could view profile picks to easier teleport around. Low poly render is pretty decent but loads a bit slow. Would also be nice to change the account email for logging into SpeedLight . I’ve bought gold on two accounts by now though it’s nice to have the option of paying with lindens or PayPal.

A ripoff. This app is a ripoff because it won’t work at all on my iPod I would like a refund

Finaly !. Finaly there is an app that allows you to log into Second Life. The 3d view needs improving but it is there and it works. You can catch up on IM's. I look forward to seeing this app develop even more capabilities. Kudos

It’s Decent.. Good enough to get you online and chat. I only wish that the 3d models were actual and not stick figures otherwise this is a 5 star app. Lumiya allowed me to see my actual character and move around in the world. Would love to have that option and to change into saved outfits, control equipped huds. Maybe I am asking for too much but still a solid SL app.

Miss Not seeing avatars. I wish you could find a way so that we could view the game. These little stick figures are boring.

App needs some Changes. The app is ok to be able to log on when out and about to chat but it needs somethings changed. I use to use lumiya before took it off of googlepay and I now have a iPhone lumiya you can voice chat you can see everything I would see inworld and you could see your avatar and what your wearing on this app you can’t do any of that you avatar is the red little person figure this app needs to be updated to what lumiya could do on their app this would make it better

Not sure. I am not sure about this app. I can not see my body I just see a stick figure. I can’t hear music. I can not walk with lag. I’m using a iPad on Wi-Fi. I’ve even tried using a nicer phone same story. I lag so bad it’s not even worth using the app. I paid for gold thinking that would help. Not at all. Still lagged with my stick figure body.

Best SecondLife Viewer now. I bought this when it included free gold forever and paid much more than the current price but I don’t regret it. To me the features offered are the best we have in any iOS viewer. If you need an SL viewer for your phone this is it!

Crashes repeatedly. App is currently unusable due to frequent crashes

It’s good i just don’t think it needs a price. The app runs fine but $5? You don’t get inworld forreal not with good enough graphics, and 90% of people use it for money transfers

I cannot block people from messaging me in this app. There's a rapey bastard who typed a description of raping me in my IM's while I was AFK, and I can't even block them from messaging me on Speedlight. I would try to contact you but it's been made complicated instead.

(Updated review). So far I still use the app for when I’m going out and finally has the feature to see other users including my avatar thank you so much for adding this feature! ♡︎

Amazingly good for a work in progress.. I have daily use of 17 avatars online using a single browser tab, or using the iOS APP. The Gold status included with this purchase makes me wish I could buy more copies - it’s that good. Very responsive and friendly folks, too. Kudos. Keep up the great work.

Paid Subcription. Is a joke and there’s a reason why people keep using the much older and outdated app

Almost... but not quite.. Speedlight is ok... but, just. Notifications do not work; the developers are attempting to blame Apple, for their inability to make notifications work. If Apple took it off the app store I wouldn't shed a single tear.

BRAVO to the dev. Outstanding efforts to make this happen. It’s incredible I can load the world around me and walk around. Works flawlessly. Would love to see land textures load in. Not sure how this all works but I’m sure you know what’s needed.

Unusable. Failed to add any avatars to log in with. Just a crappy blank menu for $4.99. Also includes a pyramid referral scheme to "earn money"...... that screen works.... funny that

So far kinda disappointed. I paid for the app only to learn I have a pay monthly to talk in local. I also wish there was voice chat. 3D view is really laggy. I think local chat should be free. What’s the point if you can’t chat?

Very Good App. This app is very useful and allows me to chat in SL on my iPhone 14 Pro when I do not have access to a laptop. It has most features that I need to experience SL similar to the desktop viewer. Negative reviews as expected from cranky SL users don’t consider the process and difficulty of making such an app. You should see the nasty reviews with no merit on SL marketplace. I have been waiting since 2007 to be able to access SL on my phone. I am baffled as to why everyone thinks the app shouldn’t cost money (true for other apps out there). We should be happy someone is developing this app and they deserve compensation. I see the developers update this app regularly. It is also promoted by Linden Lab as a perk with premium plus membership. The app is far from perfect but I know it is constantly being improved. The strengths are seamless IM and chat, linden management, being able to teleport and see the 3d world. You can rezz object such as a chair and even sit. You can render your avatar and walk around. Very impressive on a tiny phone screen! The places needing improvement are as follows. The 3d world doesn’t completely load. You may see distortion and texture problems, especially on mesh objects. While your avatar does render as inworld if you select that option, I see my avatar may have compressed and crossed arm. You cannot really build things or move objects. This would be difficult on a tiny viewer anyway. My biggest problem is not being able to chat or IM at the same time as the world is 3d rendered. The small icon for the 3d world covers the send button so I have to constantly reload the 3d to see full screen rendering. There are other small problems to be solved and my comments are constructive criticism. I am certain these issues will be resolved eventually. In the meantime, bravo and keep up the good work. Thank you for making this app.

Meh. Does what it needs too but the layout could be better and actually more responsive when you’re trying to close dms

CAUSING BUG!!. ***This app causes the bug which is confirmed by Linden Lab*** I used this app while travel abroad on November. just several times. and it messed up my whole inventory. i was cloud for a month then almost gave up. i looked up the forum the other day there were people with same issues. i submitted the ticket and LL responded me shortly. "We have heard of multiple current issues with users of the Speedlight mobile viewer, caused by multiple Current Outfit folders being spawned by the viewer. These include login issues, troubles getting your avatar to rez properly in world, and the inability to alter Bakes on Mesh layers." LL gave me solution and kindly reminded me not to use this app until speedlight fix the problem. SO BUYER BEWARE. 12/18/21

Hidden reoccurring charges. They don’t tell you about reoccurring charges if you want to keep the gold version

Love super easy to use. Its a very good app yes no 3d but its very useful and super easy to navigate i love it so far

What’s going on. No no no I just bought this app and it was working and now I’m sudden I can’t even get it on my phone I have an iPhone I even paid the money so what’s going on

$5 and then they want you to pay!. So you have to pay $5 for the app and then they want monthly payments for lackluster features!?! What did I pay the fee for? There was nothing that said in-app purchases! This is false advertising! I want a refund!!

Worse than Lumiya was.. Why is my avatar a dude with orange hair? 3D view on my iPhone 13 really isn’t any better than it is on my 9 year old Note 4 running Lumiya and that old app still has more functionality.

Does nothing. You can’t teleport, even though it gives you the option to do so. You just get an Error message. What’s the point?

Promising but a disappointing drawback. I feel as though SpeedLight has a good future ahead of it, though right now I feel like an ‘early adopter’ because it lacks a few features that I feel are pretty crucial. 1. Voice chat I feel that if you really want to use SpeedLight as a proper viewer, it needs voice chat. However I have heard on the grape vine that they plan on adding this eventually, I just hope it’s sooner rather than later. 2. Unlimited gold should have an unlimited option in my opinion, however Speedlight were nice enough to grant my avatar unlimited gold due to the misunderstanding which shows they seem to really care about their users. Apart from those two things, there’s little things but I feel those will be ironed out over time. Although my review sounds negative, I’m just being honest. I actually am looking forward to this app/viewer progressing.
