Bugs. This app could be a lot better! Every time I get a GIF and if I’m in the middle of texting someone I get booted off of the app and I loose everything that I texted! Even if I receive a GIF I go to open it and then I get booted off again. I have to go back into the app to see what it was. Please fix!

The messages are not organized wells. When I send a message it appears On top at the right hand of the chat. And when the person replies it also appears at the top at the left hand side of the chat. With this it’s hard to identify which is the new message cause of the disorganization. I deleted and installed again but it’s still the same. I will be happy for a quick feedback cause I am loving this app.

Trouble blocking. I give you a three because when I try blocking scammers and identity thieves on you app, the other party apparently is not getting blocked. They still text me. And when I delete for everyone, they do see the messages were deleted but I am not blocked on their end!! Please remedy because your app is a 5 other than that!! Thank you in advance!!

Zangi problems updates. I feel like Zangi could please update more and I could get my messages faster and include fixing more bugs on here as well now. It will say in the morning I have a message on my Zangi but when I try to get it right now it’s gone now. Zangi still not updating itself to the lastest version of it for April right now.

Network. Message won’t allow send sometimes and someone can’t receive messages why Zangi

Liars. Bought into whole "messenger that uses the least data for voice calls" hype, article written by Zangi themselves, as i discovered later. They claim to use only 216kb per minute for calls. That's a blatant lie. downloaded to try, made a few test voice calls - no video, no pictures - according to their own app's log history, 10 SECONDS took 307kb of data. Moreover, when calling another zangi for free, the call does not go through (my husband is literally sitting next to me with his phone out while i'm calling him) forcing u to pay through using "zangi out". Deleting.

Great product!. Zangi turned up to be a pretty neat app after all. I was somewhat skeptical at the beginning but after using it for a while and in certain regions the connection has been very very good.

⚠️scammers on this app⚠️. Scammers are using this app to target older people who may be less tech-savvy and more likely to believe what they’re told. One of my friend’s grandmas has given out personal information like candy. Make sure your loved ones aren’t falling for the same tricks. If you find this app on their device, either delete it or check it to ensure they’re not talking to anyone asking for gift cards, personal information, banking details, or anything similar. For the developer of this app. Please make sure there’s some kind of moderation going on this app. Literally stinks with musky scammers.

Delay in text messages receiving. Please can you work on the time arrival of receiving texts to one another on Zangi. Sometimes my friends tend to complain that they don’t receive my messages and I do see them online and it just keeps ticking one and not two until hours later. I think you need to get your technical teams to fix this issues asap. I love this app and would love to invite people more to it but what good will it be if you see your friend online and your messages are not going through and even the other party is having the same issues

Your mismanagement. Your app seems nice but to me now it’s rubbish….how will you disable my app coz someone blocked me and it’s the same person that insulted me which I didn’t say anything…can’t you people check and review the chat before going to disable the app …other friends that I don’t have their number we chat there and also some files and others sent to me has been gone because of your mismanagement and ignorance

Network issues i can’t see the picture my family sent to me. I like this app but why my family are sending me pictures and i can’t see it on my Zangi that bad poor network I really hope you people will upgrade your network

Great app, excellent quality!. I have been using various phone/messaging apps for over 10 years and can confidently say that Zangi’s quality of voice calls and text speeds are unmatched by the closest rivals like Viber or WhatsApp. High recommend the app!!

Scary Experience. I had the app for a while then recently on 2/6/25 some Arabic person started messing me in Arabic I called the number and told them to leave me alone but the person claimed to not speak English I had blocked more than 1 number with a Arabic person. Finally I deleted the app so I could have some peace of mind and get this person or persons to leave me alone. I will probably end up changing my phone number completely. Don’t use this app

Not sure how private this app is. Over the past month I have been getting strange people asking to be friends and then showing me strange photos. Saying that I gave them my Zangi number from TikTok or other social media in which I have never given out because I myself don’t even know my Zangi number unless I go into my app and look for it. I’m just not impressed by the security of this platform anymore.

Need Improvement. First I will acknowledge the idea behind this very great idea and as a messenger application to connect with friends and family seamlessly. But lacking the ability of having multiple log accounts into two or more devices been able to access your accounts into multiple devices without logging out the from the previous account but to be logged in as same time. I tried using my iPad to login my account and I was logged out from my other phone.

Me love it long time. So far I love this app. I use it to talk to my fiancé in the Philippines and we constantly deal with dropped calls when using WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Viber but when we use Zangi we almost never get dropped calls. Sometimes we get reconnects but it never drops. This app is a must for international communication to counties that have poor connections due to bad data throttling polices like Philippines does.

Very good, but problem. Very good app, highly recommend. You can video call, call, text, and group call. But whenever I’m not in the app and someone is calling me, they can’t hear me and I can’t hear them. But when I’m in the app and they call me, they can hear me and I can hear them, please fix.

Few Changes. It would be better if we could have easy access from an icon on our desktop. Also, it would be nice if we could type in a contact name and access their number, to make the phone call flow more smoothly!

Needs to be faster and also improvements. Background checks as the person is in the site to see if they’re real and also the with real pictures, constant updates on the sites improvements the videos and recordings should be better if you can get an HD I would appreciate it very much and the messages need to be faster

Zangi App - simply the best!. I was frustrated every time when I was using Viber where fast internet wasn't always available. Zangi App overcomes this deficiency, it does NOT drop the connection, instead it lowers the transmission bandwidth and maintains the connection. This is the best app. for international travelers where fast internet availability may be limited.

Not perfect. I have a scammer that won’t leave me alone on this app. I’ve blocked them But every twenty minutes I get a new text from them. I go and look to make sure it’s blocked and it still is. I have a premium account and should not have to keep getting messages from scammers after I block them. I went through the settings and there is no option to contact anyone involved in this app. So I thought I would leave a review and maybe that will get some one’s attention

Why I can’t do this. I would love to have ways to clean my phone and get rid of junk mail, but, I do not have a checking account. Since I am at my age, my daughter controls all my income and outgoing. So if you are free, I can put it on my phone, but you always need a following payment which I cannot send to you from my checking. Thank you for offering, but I just cannot accept. Bonita Julius.

It doesn’t lunch. I love this app and it has been useful but all of a sudden today the app is not lunching , it keep bring me back out of it when I click and have try deleting and reinstalling it but it did the same again. I can’t get in my account now

Upgrade. This app is great when it comes to private and storing of messages and files without involving the third party,but recently it seems like you guys did an upgrade and not seeing last seen of people I chat with,is this a single problem or it’s general? Kindly fix this and return it the way it was.

Compatibility with voice Over is very poor. I have tried to use the app after setting it up with voice on iOS, the setup process is completely accessible. However when I navigate through the interface, I have to enable the voice screen recognition option just to be able to interact with the app that is the reason why I say the voice accessibility is very poor with the Zangi messenger app, I think more work needs to be done in future versions to fully optimise it for VoiceOver.

Can’t open app. Hello Zangi team. I can’t open my Zangi app after downloading. It keeps telling me that I’ve created multiple accounts and should wait after 24hours but it’s still same issue after the time given. Still can’t open and it’s still asking me to wait after 24hours it’s really annoying please can you guys help fix this i really need this app for my business my clients are complaining.

Error. For the past few days,I haven’t been able to login back into my Zangi account and I can’t create a new account. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.

I can’t see my chat back up. I mistakenly uninstall my Zangi app and i login in back and i was unable to restore my chat and i can’t see my friends who have been chatting all this while what’s happening?

Missing Messages. Hey my name is Michael, a I’ve been using Zangi for an couple of months now, and when I went to log my Zangi into a different Zangi with some of my chats missing, for some reason perhaps, I am not sure, it seems to have deleted a couple chats that I have had in the past, as well as for some odd reason, some of the things I send don’t send right off even though I have perfect signal, Wi-Fi, could you please possibly look into it, it’s the app I use mainly to contact people I need to contact

Nice app. One of the best apps for communication but it needs some improvement for example making a server and people can join from a link

Frozen Account. My account has been working fine without any problems and I go to retrieve a new message this morning and I can not get in to my account. It is Saturday, July 13th 2024, and I’m still unable to open my Zangi account and retrieve any messages or send any messages

Major problems. I cannot bring up my messages which I want and see any my message the page splits and goes different directions. There is no one to call to get any help even the shake to side doesn’t work. This app is really broken. I cannot type a message to someone. It targets one friend and screws up. I have lots of trouble switching to another person on the app if you do to switch is a real problems. Like I said it’s broken and no one to help fix it. I do not recommend this apps it has more bugs to fix than any app on the app pages. It’s one of the worst messenger apps I have ever used. Do not get this app!!!!

Signing out. This app is just perfect,I love it,the only problem I have with it is that whenever you you’re signing out of you account,there are these two options (keep history and delete history).Immediately you tap delete history you’ll loose all chats and it’s so bad,I suggest when you tap the delete history,there should be a pop-up to confirm or something

Best texting app ever. this is the best text messaging app ever, even though if you have slow wi-Fi connection or a bunch of people using on the same wi-Fi router it doesn’t matter you can still use the app to text your friends, even though if your Wi-Fi is slow or a bad Internet you can still do calls on the app too it shows Crystal clear HD Videos calls and HD audio calls

There’s a lot of scammers. Do not accept a friend request from Rupert Carpenter on this site. I do not use it. I do not ask for personal information nor do I ask for money the scammers, and the hackers have taken over my Facebook account and Facebook and WhatsApp will not fix it I’ve tried everythingto get it fixed I sent a selfie with my ID and they still won’t accept it. Something needs to be done so I have to do it this way.

Love it. Works flawlessly. Uses less data.. Uses less data and unlike viber does not eat a lot of ram... if you have a viber on an old iphone you know what I mean. Totally happy. Hope they will not screw it up.

Terrible calling qualitie. So I tried to call someone on this app with the private number that this app gave me turns out the calling qualitie so bad when I called the person back that I met on the app it was just a bunch of static and then the call dropped. I don't know if it's the app or if it's the person not answering never use dating apps. Or it says the person is busy.

SCAM APP. This app was found to be a dark web phishing scam app. It doesn’t allow you to remove it from your device! I made the mistake of installing it to see what it was after being mislead to believe it to be a secure text chat and it immediately attempted to collect from my cashapp!?! Cashapp Support is who informed me of what it is and helped block it from future attempts. My Service Provider did the same. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!

Someone threatened me and children. The app was wonderful until I got a unknown number. Who threaten me? Which I did not give them my account or phone number. I was told if I reported to the police that my children and myself would be killed. I use this app for my job and to have a stranger threaten me is very scary.

Great texting app. It was the best texting app I have ever come through but you need to get it updated so you can send messages faster and while will some messages disappear

Scammers. I don’t like that fact you have scammers on here who are refusing to give someone their package delivered to them after taking the money. If zangi reads this I hope you guys punish them by telling them to give me my package they took. The United States customs has my package and is forcing me to pay more and more money to get my package

my thoughts. I like the app the problem is when you block somebody they can still message you. That’s a problem because normally when I block somebody it’s because they’ve asked for money or something inappropriate or something illegal but when you block them if they message you, it still comes through. It’s almost gotten to the point where I’m ready to just delete the app altogether so I don’t have to deal with it.

Missing key features for an encrypted messaging app. First, I need to say that this is a good traditional messenger app. Links show up with nice previews, gifs auto play, "FaceTime" and the rest of the usual bells & whistles. Now, as an encrypted messenger app, it's good because it has end-to-end encryption, nothing is stored or passes through any other party. However, I did give it three stars because I believe there are at least a couple necessary features that are missing from this app. Zangi doesn't have disappearing messages, you can't put a Touch ID or Face ID lock on the app, and you can't use a decryption key of your choosing. I've also noticed some really strange behavior like random pictures from my photo album being sent when all I type is text. Also, I've found that many of my text replacements won't work if I type and send the message quickly. Honestly, I prefer the messenger app "Signal", but I have friends on both, so I use both. I will admit that Zangi has the better GUI though.

Zangi App. Zangi needs to do another update and the profile picture is same for the other person side but someone changes it is still stays the same from the picture before not the update picture and needs fix bug fixes like close out from Zangi on it is own when someone is typing

The new scammer special. Scammer I met on a dating site tried to get me to use this app and I looked up this app and everyone is saying this is a new scammer favorite. I warned you all just now. If someone you met online that you can chat with already wants you to switch to this instead. They are scammers. Do not download if asked by those people. I’ll say it again do not download if asked by those people.

Message. Zangi messenger as been a great app till it started showing so issues which is annoying, I had to uninstall it and install it back but the problem still persist , the problem is that my message doesn’t stayed according , for example all my messages maybe be up and the personal chat I g with maybe down instead of the message to be according to the time it is sent please do something about that

Gifs. They freeze the ones I use often . Than I can not delete them . The app switches my conversations backwards

Dropping out. Lately when using this app it been dropping out after I have typed in a message. Then sometimes I go back in the app keeps shutting down. Anyway great to chat privately and I enjoy it but just get annoyed it shutting down.

Best app. It is even better than WhatsApp tried finding a app that lets you call Samsung phone because my friend has one this is the only app

Why has Zangi changed. Why is Zangi no longer free?

Excellent app. This app is best for saving data while on roaming or expensive data plans. But this app requires lots of improvements like when switching from video call to audio voice become to distorted due to extreme low consumption of data. Requires many time to cut and reconnect call to able to hear clearly other person also Bluetooth disconnect in between, this app also stops many times when running in background and many other bugs if sorted out perfect app

Calls are cutting off. It’s an amazing app!! But there’s just one problem the calls are cutting off multiple times an hour! :( also when I try to do a group call it says the call doesn’t exist..! But ignoring that it’s a rlly good app!! :3

Excellence at its best !!!!!. These guys deserve a lot of credit. This app works where all others fails, including FaceTime and Line. I travel a lot and this is the go to app hands down!

BEST MESSENGER EVER. Easily the best messaging and calling app there is, no questions asked and I've tried many.

Meh. I wish I could give this app a better review but it spams you with notifications (like I’ll have a friend reply once but I’ll get notified literally five times) and if you delete the app and redownload it, good luck trying to get that same account back. I can’t get in with my email or my old Zangi number and there isn’t a password they make you put in so anyone could get into your account even if there was a way. Also, don’t even bother contacting them. I emailed them and guess what? No reply. At all. Not even from a AI bot. So we’ll this app was really good aside from that, I would strongly recommend using a different app to contact your friends.

Messages. There seems to be a problem with Zangi staying on line as some of my messages to my friend don’t go through. I think Zangi needs some updates as even when my friend sends me a message it’s 2-3 minutes later than my time so when I reply my message is behind my friends. Otherwise it’s a good app I just wish they would fix some issues.

Can’t download photos from my library!. This app is really getting on my nerves. It never seems to download my photos. I don’t see any support for this problem. The support section is vague and lame. I’m not impressed!! There is nowhere to contact anyone. Please fix the problem!

No credit card. What do I do?

Multiple Devices. Good app, but I wish it handled multiple devices more gracefully. It insists on logging you off the first device when you log onto a second. I had to scramble to find the Zangi number of the person I’m chatting with (which I have not shared with my Contacts). Simultaneous logins across multiple devices should be allowed.

7amoudi. There are some errors, please fix them, such as flipping the Send button and the error of disappearing the lower part of the texts when sending and receiving

Not happy. The app worked great at first, then it started to fail. I no longer get notifications from the app, I no longer get sounds and haptics either. Phone calls are not great, it’s hard to hear the other person and the calls drop very often.

Login. How do I login to this app? I accidentally deleted it and now that I am trying to login it doesn’t tell me what I am suppose to put in that area? How do I know what to use for my login information ?

I can’t rate this app. This app keeps taking off their internet connection here so many time I don’t know when I send messages it takes like 3 hours till it send I can’t rate them I used to enjoy their serves but this few past months it is getting worse

App has declined over time. Can’t see when messages are read or when the other person is online more.

More bugs need fixing.... If I have to Uninstall and reinstall the app because it stops working properly (functions), then it won't let me sign up with my phone number. Totally disrupts communication.

Text arrangements. Why is it that my messages lineup and the people I chat with theirs line up one place it doesn’t so like WhatsApp or Instagram when you’re texting it arranges my conversation accordingly but this one it’s just separating my texts from my chats mates

24 lock out on registration. I accidentally I guess tried to register one too many times So it said your locked out for 24 hours that was around 10 AM yesterday I try to register 4 pm it says locked out for 24 hours again. Please help me understand when exactly I’m eligible to register.

Change font. Please change Zangi font to default font for iPhone

For scammers. Was asked to download this app by someone who said in the navy. 2 days later, this person saying from Texas, somehow got a credit card number and used it in Texas. But it’s totally trace free right?

Bad. It won’t let you use 2 devices. When I log out and back in it had deleted my profile and contact info. Then it wouldn’t send all my messages. Then it wiped out all my previous chats from today.

Login. Can I login the same account on different devices

GIF pictures. The application is very useful but i just have one comment on it..it says 4+ my kids have it but there is GIF’s that are not appropriate for their age at all. Is there a way i can delete some of the GIF?

Push Notifications doesn’t work.. I’m not receiving any push notification. I have to go to the app then see that I have new messages.

Video issues. I love this app but my problem is that an edited video or a screen recorded video will be sent to the receiver just as it was and it’s very bad. I hope this problem can be fixed

Worst, most user-hostile app ever. No support at all, if you want to stress yourself dealing with the process of setting up an account I advise you to spare yourself the frustration. And why do they need access to my contacts? They lead you to a blank screen and no messaging capability. No support at all..
