Great App!. This app is simple, quick and truly effective. I’ve been using this app for years and I’ve never had any problems. BUT, there is one major downfall if you’re not careful. If for ANY reason you loose or have to get a new eSIM and number all your KYMS data may be erased. I recently got a new iPhone and number and was able to recover most of my iCloud data. It was a fail for everything that was on KYMS. Just a warning.

I’ve had this app for years.. I pay $25 a year or whatever for this to not happen. I’ve lost 1,000’s of pics and videos bc it says the app needs to be updated to the new iOS. I need some help. The app use to look and work like a calculator. It still shows up but won’t download. I Remembered it was called Kyms and this is what I have now. Tho it didn’t update my Archices like it says it does automatically. Please help me with this.

Not good. Got this when the face was a functional calculator, little extra security for any snooping people, decided to purchase the full version, not long after they dropped the calculator face and gave it this note at all conspicuous look. Gets worse, had it installed on phone and ipad, always updated by the cloud, got new phones eventually and all files were automatically added to the app on them, no changes, got a new ipad recently, installed the app I own but the folders were never populated by the cloud, no matter how many times I installed and reinstalled it, the app shows I own all the features but my files aren’t in it, it worked on multiple devices previously, but now only on my phone, no help on their site, guess they just decided to make my previous multiple device allowed app only useable on one device. Wouldn’t recommend this product for the app face switch and the biggest flaw or purposeful restricting of devices after purchase.

It would be perfect if. Love the app itself, but the one gripe I have with it is that it is extremely annoying to scroll through a lot of pictures because the app is extremely sensitive when scrolling and will select rows of pictures as you scroll, causing you to have to go back and deselect them, making you waste an exorbitant amount of time on scrolling. Developers, PLEASE FIX THE SCROLLING. Update: Haven’t received a reply or any acknowledgement. Obviously they haven’t fixed it. Nearly impossible adding pictures from library because it selects a mess of pics from just scrolling. Would give 0 stars if possible.

ALMOST PERFECT. Been using this app since high school and it has always saved me a lot of drama lol. BUT one big feature that people need to take this over the top is a backup option. I broke my phone last year and when I got a new one and downloaded the app again... ALL my photos, videos, documents, etc. Were all gone... It's sad because I had some really good stuff on there that I will never see again. Please read this and help the customers out!

Slowed Down. Ok so the free version was ok but the advertisements definitely distracted. So I purchased snd everything was really cool and worked great. Then after about 9 months an update came out and everything works but slowed way down. Just loading the app now takes way to long. Go figure!

Utilizing for years. I’ve been using the other app for years and just noticed there’s another (perhaps newer) version? Is there a way to migrate data from one to the other and restore purchase? Is there any difference? I’ve downloaded this one and noticed the UI is faster and Touch ID actually works. If I may make a few suggestions: can we get a way to have the photo albums/collections be listed as a List instead of Thumbnails, it would make organizing waaaay faster (for example I like to keep my collections in an alphabetical order to find them easier). Also add the ability to add a collection within another collection (folders or something), it would be greatly appreciated! Lastly, a way to have Touch/Face ID without the Pin for those that want to do without entering a password all the time. Overall no complaints and I understand why we can no longer have the calculator feature.

The best vault app. Absolutely love this app. Easy to use and I’ve never once had problems backing up my data when transferring to a new phone. I do have one suggestion though… I have sooo many passwords and need to look through my list every day. Is it possible to maybe get a search function for the passwords tab? Just a keyword search would be absolutely fantastic!

Can’t view pics or gifs. After downloading I tried to save pics and gifs. It shows place card for each but no picture is visible. Contacted support and get no response. Tried reinstalling app and no change. Frustrating because it is an all inclusive app (web, gif and pic viewer and storage). My iPhone had a recent upgrade that won’t work with this app causing this problem. Then my phone software upgraded again and now it won’t save anything. Please upgrade this app for iPhone software as it was an excellent app before the upgrades!

Perfect one with a one time premium. This app is a blessing, not only is it cheap for ad removal and premium features, you can still use it for free to try it out and lets you do most things. It lets you create groups for folders and easily sort them like they are app icons (BEEN LOOKING THROUGH EACH APP FOR A FEATURE LIKE THIS). It also has an interesting feature in which you can create a parallel vault in case you are forced to open it for whatever reason. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!! Edit: I have some pet peeves now, I noticed GIFS if you save them here don’t play at all and importing photos doesn’t copy over the name. Not only that I wish I could loop the vids too!

Nice Privacy!. February 6, 2019 - It's been a while and the App has changed. It no longer has a calculator on the front end which was nice cover. The app had what appeared to be a simple calculator and you had to enter four numbers and then it would open to another security firewall that needed a longer password to enter the vault. I liked the calculator, but it would have been nice to have a more meaningful calculator...perhaps an interest bearing calculator where one could actually use it. Example: a field for the interest rate, a field for principal, and a field for time.... This is a useful device to have and then one can use it as cover for searches...and files. 2012 It is nice to have a program that keeps your searches and files associated private. Like the reviewer before me said, there needs to be different faces as this grows in popularity.

Used to be the best until lost calculator!. Was a great app. Includes its own browser and downloaded. However they have now eliminated the calculator that hid the secret storage. Other hidden calculators are still being offered. This no longer conceals the presence of hidden materials!! Bring back the calculator!!

App freezes. App freezes a lot whenever I am importing pics from my gallery. It makes me start from the beginning and repeat the steps to freeze again at the moment to choose the picture. Any suggestions how to solve this would help a lot.

Needs Update. I have been using this app for a long time and it has been useful. However, since the last iOS Software update, I can no longer save things like photos! This app needs a software update as wel to fix this. I dropped it to two stars since it lost its functionality for me.

Screen messed up. Often when I log in the screen comes up disarray and I have to log out and back in again. It’s frustrating. The other thing is I thought I would be able to hide an app inside of your app for example kik app does not allow you to sign in from the internet so I have to delete it every day to remain discrete. Creating something to hide an app would be epic. No charge for the tip!

Beautiful App, Doesn’t Play Saved Gifs. Of the many hidden photo apps I have tried, this one has the most attractive UI by far. My one gripe is that it can’t seem to play any of my saved gifs and displays just an image instead. This functionality is so important to me that I would happily increase my rating to 5 stars if it were implemented. It really does seem like a great app otherwise.

Where’s the working calculator function?!. I’ve had this app for years! Though there has been bugs with it from time to time, I loved it. Mostly because of the working calculator. If I wanted an app that says “hidden photos” or “hidden content”, I would have downloaded any of the billion other apps that run much smoother. I use the calculator portion daily as an additional calculator, and I love my content is not advertised as hidden. This update and change failed miserably. If not added back soon, I’m uninstalling this app!! Horrible!

Bring back calculator please.. I use this app to have a browser, pictures and videos that is HIDDEN from my wife and kids. Yesterday my wife was helping me do something on my phone and she came across this blatantly obvious icon that screams, “I’m hiding something in here.” Busted again. The app works great, but the most important feature, the fact that it looked and acted like a calculator has been taken away, why?

Mind as well get photo fault. When this update happened I see that the calculator is gone and that was the main reason I had this app... so people wouldn’t notice it’s a app where you keep secret browsers and photos ect. but now people can obviously see that I’m hiding something due to the fact that it clearly says I have to enter a 4 digit pin. On top of that my pin doesn’t even work. It says it’s wrong every time I put it in and idk why smh it doesn’t matter though, I deleted the app because it’s useless to me now

Newest Update concerns. I’ve been with this app for years, I’ve paid for premium. I love the app. But this recent update removes the apps “innocence”. Let me explain before the app picture was a calculator, it had a different name. Now it’s “Ky” with a picture of Their logo. The app isn’t hidden in my phone anymore anyone can definitely pick this app out as a photo vault.

full function security box but want a little improvement. The app have almost every functions I need for a security box, with browser, video player and album, what I want for an improvement is, I just want to arrange the photos by name, but there is no choice for that. If the developers could make some changes on this point, this app will be perfect.

Terrible customer support. I have had this app for several years, and I was generally satisfied. Around two months ago, it stopped working. Every time I try to open, it just immediately closes. I have reached out to customer service on several occasions and I was completely ignored. When someone finally responded via email, they gave me some boilerplate answer regarding resetting my password (and my issue has nothing to do with my password). NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Where is the Calculator????. Please please bring that back. The calculator was what made the app inconspicuous. Now it is not! One of the app’s best features is gone. 5 stars before. 1 now. You responded that apple will not allow disguised apps. BUT many other apps still have the hidden calculator feature (see “secret calculator” for example). Your app just worked better. Still very disappointed.

You’ll lose everything if you have to restore!. I lost all my media, photos, videos, contacts that I saved on KY Calc over the years when I had to start fresh with a restore on my iPhone. The apps tech support said I’d be able to recover all my stuff so long as I had it set to back up to the cloud. Well I ensured I had it set to back up to the cloud and after I restored and synced up with the cloud there was my KY Calc app but it was empty! Nothing! I even had made a recovery card and nothing! Contacted their support and they seem to careless! Do not use!

Buyer Beware!!. No difference I can find between this one and the older version. I suckered and went for the newer shinier version. Neither one works properly as described. I paid the $5 to “remove ads & get ‘premium’ features” on both. Neither of which are different than the standard app. I am an honest guy who tries to support developers. Oh well, as stated above BUYERS BEWARE! I feel like I’ve been suckered… I guess that it is my fault for trusting developers to be forthcoming and honest with their descriptions of apps. The only difference I visually see is one has purple logo lettering the other one has brown.

Need a way to organize. Would be great if you had a folders option for passwords so you can organize them according to category or at least a search option to find the one you are looking for. Or if they were alphabetical instead of just in the order of entry. With all the passwords you have to have for everything you do it would make it a lot easier

Only app that encrypts it’s storage. This app is incredible in that it’s database on the phone is encrypted on top of the phone being encrypted on top of iTunes backups being encrypted. Really gives me peace of mind in protecting my private content, which also includes media types such as documents and notes too. I’ve been using this app for years. The last update in December broke video viewing from websites though. It seems like the browser spoofer is what’s broken but I can’t figure it out. On my jailbroken older phone I downgraded the KYMS version to the previous one and everything works fine but on my 11 Pro I can’t downgrade the app. Can we get an update that fixes video viewing/browser spoofing? I will immediately update this review to 5 stars when this happens.

What happened to the calculator?!?. Ok, so first I was upset to basically extorted by this app a version or two ago because I had to agree to personalized advertising (on an app designed to protect privacy!), pay to remove ads, or give up on the app... I decided a one time payment wasn't too bad to get rid of the increasingly annoying and frequent ads. Fine. NOW with the latest version, the calculator feature is gone!!! The one feature that made the app appear inconspicuous is gone now?!? I liked keeping my secure password protected documents hidden behind a calculator rather than within an obvious vault app. Bring back the calculator. This paying customer is very unhappy.

Getting worse by the day. There have been some ridiculous updates recently. Moving pictures into this application requires one to add photos to an album first. The photo Library is no longer accessible - only albums. There is a forced survey at the top even in the paid app now. The features for future versions being surveyed make no sense - this app used to do one thing well and now I don’t know what they are trying to become.

Works well for all intended tasks.. I started using this app for only a couple features but I’m now using more of the other features as well. Updates have fixed some of the issues I initially had so thanks for fixing them. Keep up the good work.

Great upgrades. This app is perfectI have been using this Ap for 8 years now . It’s fantastic!for all your items you need secure. The support staff takes suggestions very serious and acts on them to make this app truly yours. Very impressed! I have had some issues, but when I have them, it is typically because I don't know my way around my iPhone. I've contacted support on a few occasions now and they fix me every time. I really love the app... Great Job!

Number configuration different. The latest update to a keypad entry versus calculator provides a number configuration that is different than a calculator. I had my password memorized by pattern (muscle memory), which no longer worked. Only when I looked at a calculator did I realize the change and recovered my numerical pin.

Ruined by personal advertising prompt. I can handle advertising it's fine and the devs need to make money, but there is this issue wherein frequently when you try to access your files, the pop window of the personal advertising prompt appears and you have to agree with it or you won't be able to access the app and it's contents which would be fine the first time you agree to it. The most unbearable issue here is that it pops up EVEN if you don't have internet and if you already agreed to it the first time. If you are in a situation where you don't have a wifi connection and afford to use your data you are pretty much stuck with a blank loading screen that you cannot exit nor can you access the contents of your app leaving you with a brick. What's the point of having the app if you can access it. Please fix this at once I am tired of not being able to access the app because your pretentious agreement window keeps popping up (even if I agreed to it the first time) when there is no internet connection thus leaving the window not loading and not letting you proceed any further.

Should’ve known better than to update. From 5 stars to 4. Never fails. Every time I update something it loses a feature I like and gains two that I don’t have any use for. Guess I had an old one, still had the calculator skin. Still works fine, but now is more conspicuous. Figures. You’ll prob eventually reintroduce the cover, only we’ll have to buy it or something, even though I paid for the app to begin with.

Finally recording again. For the last couple of years I have not been successful in saving videos. Late this year it started saving again and still is!

What once WAS great, as fallen!. I have used this for years. Lately, I’ve seen AD ‘s increase a lot. Now they stop what I am watching back me out one layer and when I click the browser I have to wait. It is probably a good idea if you buy the service to remove AD’s but I am thinking about removing the app instead. I wouldn’t say they are bad but I am wouldn’t recommend them to a friend unless that friend was going to purchase the ad-free version. They do deserve to be paid. Yet for me since this an app I chose when it was free because it was free I am no longer happy with it.

Man down. I got this app cause there was some important pictures and videos that wanted to keep and keep private but a bug of some kind cause me to have to remove the app and lose my photos. Then I thought it was just my phone so I installed the app again and got new photographs but it happened again it seems to come right after a pop up add is the why you pay to remove the adds ?

This app rocks, and yes, IT WORKS!. I’ve read a bunch of the reviews here and the ones which laud this app are *correct*. For those who slammed it, the problem exists between the chair and the keyboard, not in the app. The app does what it claims and does it VERY well! Uploading works, as does sync’g between iOS devices - I’ve done both multiple times, even up thru 11.2, and everything functions flawlessly. There was a huge amount of thought and time put into this app to make it work so well. I’ve paid for both in-app purchases and feel they’re well worth it. If you want an excellent app that lets you keep multiple types of personal media extremely well-hidden yet undetectable in plain sight and easily accessible *to the correct person*, this is the app for you. You’ll love it!

My special things... I absolutely love this app. It is so very easy to use while storing special things, pictures, videos, and even the most private moments, thoughts and pictures. KY is unaffected by deleting pictures, videos, memes gifs and most private recordings from my iPhone library. I simply love it.

Previous version was better, but still good. Previous version that has a secret calculator was better, but it’s still good. Maybe you need to explain that it’s not allowed anymore to disguise the apps so you needed to update it. Otherwise people will wonder why you removed a nice feature of a calculator in update. But still good to have a parallel screen.

Something needs to be fixed. The video link for video download doesn’t work anymore. I remember all had to do was play the video and the download option would appear and tap on the downward arrow to download the video. It still shows up after I play the video but it’s just when I tap on the downward arrow option to download the video it doesn’t work. Please fix this issue.

Used to be great. This app used to be easily the best hidden photo/file vault on the store. Now the calculator disguise is gone. I had this on my home screen and regularly used it as a calculator, which was nice. Now it’s just an obvious vault. I even paid for the premium features which I believe included other disguise skins such as a fake antivirus which I can now no longer use. This is no longer the product I paid for. I am highly disappointed.

Needs ability to sort and search. Files are not imported according to file name (order appears random) and there does not seem to be a way to sort or search files by file name, or any other criteria, which means that large archives are painfully difficult to hunt through. Was told a fix was coming in the next update. Last update was over a year ago. I will update this review if a fix ever happens.

I loved the Calculator. I love the app in hole but I like the Calculator more. The calculator with Better than all the other calculators in the App Store. I seriously use The Calculator more than I use any other app in my phone and I’ve been out of school for five years. I wish they didn’t take the calculator off in the new update and if there was someway I could go back to the old update I would in a heartbeat. But I was in them taken off the calculator I still love the safe app but now people know it’s a safe app and I not just a calculator.

Good Program - Password scrolling is insane. This program won’t let you reorder Passwords in the list. They go into the system in order of entry. As a result, my list is outrageous and takes too long for me to find what I need. A simple Alphabetical ordering option would fix what I think is the biggest problem with this app. I like the double security feature to get in.

Needs album upload and file sorting features. I was looking to replace my old photo vault, which has become increasingly unreliable. This one looked good, so I thought I’d try it. I like the browser (no more “incognito” mode, and I can save sites) and the ability to add images/videos/documents by downloading them directly to the app. However, where the app fails is it does not allow for upload of folders and sub folders. I have photo galleries on my computer sorted by primary and containing secondary folders. I can’t upload those to the app - all galleries are self-contained. Also, the images are displayed in random order, with no way to sort by file name, or date, or anything else.

Back up. If I delete the app Is there anyway I can back it up ? Or downloaded it again & have all my stuff still in my vault? Because I had to delete it before thinking I would still have everything & lost it all.

privacy policy not acceptable. nice features, but had I seen the privacy "breaches" before shopping, I would have never purchased this app. I do strongly recommend that any user reads the policy before "liking" the app. update: after a recent update from appstore the app now crashes every time launch. This rendered the app completely useless, all my data stored lost, and the payment I made a joke. update2: also look at the in-app privacy settings, under vendors. The default settings list 600 vendors with legit "legitimate interest", all turn on by default, and no button to turn them off at once. So either you click on "off" hundreds of times, or you share your data with hundreds of "benevolent" companies for the better of mankind. One star is too much.

Super awesome but be careful!!!. Been using app for a couple of weeks and loving it. I absolutely love the alternate password feature, genius. The problem is that I was going to pay to remove the ads today to support the developers. The problem is my Bitmoji keyboard is now stuck as the interface for XY and therefore I can no longer login. I removed bitmoji and restarted my phone to no avail. After multiple restarts and trying over and over the keyboard finally came back. I can’t have 100% faith, because if my keyboard did not come back I would have lost all of my photos, scary thought.

Private stash. I be like how I can use this app to browse my favorite sites and keep my activity hidden. One of the best apps I’ve used. I like the feature of fake password if anyone gets nosey. Another feature handy is to send your photos to your computer just by typing in a given IP address.

Wow. The best secret folder ever. I love the panick gesture feature as I only cover the top part of my phone to close everything to go back to the calc. Now i don't have to worry about annoying sisters goin thru my stuff. iPhone 3GS.

The best way to keep stuff hidden. I travel heaps & have thousands of pics/vids on my iphone & am always handing my phone to friends & family to look through pics & I do so knowing all the pics & vids I don't want anyone to see is safely hidden :)

Good but browser needs improvement. The overall app is fine but the browser needs a lot more tabs and it's not too difficult a change but other than that solid app

Minor bug but excellent. Been using this app for years now and absolutely love it, only 1 issue I’m having with it, that is when I go to an image I’ve downloaded in the app, if I tap save image it crashes and doesn’t save the image.

Blah!. Look I get it, you make a great app and you expect to get paid for doing so, but I don't get why the double purchases. I'm willing to pay to use the app but to pay that sort of money and yet still have to fork out more to remove the adds, well thats starting to be greedy. I for one won't be paying for the removal of the adds, because you will in the long run see the error of you ways and stop doing so. Come on guys do the right thing by us the consumer.

The Perfect App. Just all round a great app! The designers of this app thought of everything. The only thing that is annoying is that with the pop ads they can sometimes be a pain to close and sometimes won't close at all. Apart from that just perfect!

Imported videos do not have sound when played. Can’t find any way to teach support. Generally good app but imported videos have no sound when played via the app. Export them out to IOS photo library and they play with sound fine. Hopefully developers continue updating this app.

I LOVE IT. I really really like this and its better than other secret files as they come up with passwords if someone decides to open it and that's very suspicious. I really like how it comes up with a calculator and u can just type in a 4 digit number and also works as a normally functioning calculator! I rated it 1 star and I think everybody should because if we all rate it 5 stars (what it deserves) it will end up being on the top 100 list and I don't want this app to be well known coz then everyone will know its not really a calculator and they will know its a secret file. Please I want everybody to rate it 1 star if they see this message! Please do not delete my review staff because then if this app becomes well known it will defeat the purpose

?????. The app keeps cutting out and I have to reboot it all the time... I’ve had this app for a while now and it has started doing this reciently... Not happy jan

No support. Wifi transfer does not work. Support never responds. Unable to search on archived files either. Backup is painful as you cannot choose and select the specific items. The app is not supported at all.

do not use this app. Do not download this app. I broke my phone for a new one and none of my kyms transferred over and had one reply from kyms when I contacted customer service asking me to explain my issue and my email had clearly explained my issue and now 10 days later and 4 emails trying to get help has had no one reply. So now I have NOTHING that I had loaded into my KYMS from 3 years. I would never ever recommend this to anyone

PLEASE MAKE PC VERSION. Hey guys , this app is brilliant , but was hoping if you could also make a PC version so I can continue using this amazing app on the PC.

Previous problem with iOS 12 now fixed. I’d given it a 2 stars before, but thought the author had abandoned this app after he didn’t reply to several support emails over two months. Wish he’d be more responsive but it’s still a great app.

no disguise. no disguise in therecent update is forced i do not want that at all..hate it to the core

Annoying pop ups. It is fine on my iPhone but on my iPad, adds keep popping up before you even start....then asks you to pay to stop the ads!!! Seriously?

Good but hindered. Great app but the ads are so intrusive even just trying to open the app they block the whole screen and take a while to close

No more calculations. New version removes the calculator disguise, presumably due to violation of app store rules. Which is a pity because disguises are cool, and it was a handy calculator app for iPad. Developers, please implement the touch id function as a replacement for a pin, as opposed to a supplement to one. And maybe change the app name. Ky kynda syx.

Very Good. Easy to use and does most of what it claims to do. However; the whole thing tends to get blown away when they send updates for the app as it comes with the picture of the girl appearing from behind the calculator with a finger to her mouth which would give the whole secrecy thing away to anybody with half a brain. Fix this and I'll give you five stars.

Data disappeared. Hy My all data disappeared from the app but storage show data in the phone plz sort my issue even I send a multiple email

Double whammy cost. Buy the app then pay again to remove tha adds. The app is good. The adds after a purchase is just rude. Plenty of other apps to use for a better price point without the double hit. This app is fine

Personalised advertising. I love the app. However it is stuck on personalised advertising and won’t load. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Where is the calculator????. I brought this app under the impression that the calculator was a function hence the Kycalc name... now you have taken it... same app as the others now...

Calculator. It shouldn’t have been changed the feature of calculator to hide the things behind that calculator. This version has broken the uniqueness of this apps and has become similar to other hiding apps. It is not worth to hide showing that I am hiding something. Hiding means that someone shouldn’t know that I am hiding something. I request apps developer to retain the feature of calculator mystery.

I lost my photos. I download the free version of this app and I had a lot of photos in the app. Yesterday It wouldn't let me go into the app because it said my session was expired and I have to download the full version to continue. I downloaded the full version and I still couldn't get all my photos back.. What do I do! Please help me 😢

Does not automatically save. I enjoy the concept of this app. I prefer when it was disguised as a calculator and I’m not sure why that’s no longer the case. The biggest issue I’ve had with this app is that a text file does not save automatically. This means when you exit the app, not even close it but just press the home button and then enter the app again, your text file has not been saved and everything you’ve written has vanished. Surely we should be able to just resume our writing if the app hasn’t actually been closed?

Perfect...detection icon. I use this app for 3 years but in last update it has some changes and about icon...its to easy to find what going on in the program... Please fix this problem in new updates and use calculator old icon Thanks

Great App once you Pay to remove the Ads. This app is vastly improved and now includes some alternatives to the still very rudimentary calculator gui. It features heavy encryption, is more stable and the panic action works well. Good also is being able to re-arrange images into chronological order. One gripe, the title "Ky" is a bit of a giveaway if you are storing "naughty" content. I thought the original "KYMS" was a little less obvious. The free version is a pain, but pay for Ad removal and it's a great app. Pay a little extra still for premier features such as onboard sound recording, etc. It's well worth the money.

Good system annoy adds go forever. The double security is great, and now has sound on your saved videos, just annoying the adds go on forever

Great Apps. Bring the calculator back and add hide apps with in the apps.

Degrades picture quality. Beware, this app (like many others of its kind, for some reason) severely degrades the quality of your photos. Take an 8 megapixel photo with your iPhone camera, import it into KYMS, then export it again and it has turned into a 0.8 megapixel (1024x768) photo. And that's with the setting "Scale image from roll" turned OFF. If you turn it on, the quality is even worse! If you care about your photos, avoid this app.

Does not work on an iPad 1.. Be warned that this app does not work on an original iPad. It crashes after only 10 to 20 seconds. Another issue is that some videos stored on the iPad will not play smoothly. The video will play for one second, buffer for one second, play for one second, buffer for one second, and so on. And then the whole app will crash. If you have an original iPad, I recommend that you find an alternative app for your private media.

Calculate. PLEASE PUT THE CALCULATOR BACK. I liked the idea of a working calculator. Password entry was just as easy. Now everybody knows it is not a calculator,and it is not as secret. A pity that it was changed.

Love this. I truly couldn’t survive without this as a password vault. I wish I could choose to organise them alphabetically or in a chronological order. I can move them around to sort them but often they just jump back out of order. Very frustrating.

Not bad. Overall happy as s free user. Latest version has an annoying bug though. Screen on my iPhone X just goes black. I can’t back out or anything. Have to close the app and restart it. Hope this can be fixed fast.

Good app but..... It seems that Live Photo’s are not stored as “live” photos and when reexported that feature is lost. Likewise gifs don’t seem to be supported. Or is it just me? Otherwise it’s a good app.

Try it you will buy it. Buy it because it works great. I use the in built browser instead of safari. The only very small negative is there is no setting to turn the sound off on the calculator front screen. Thanks for a great app.

Bring back the calculator. Not happy with the update. Why would you remove the calculator disguise? It’s now like any other app that you can download to hide files in. The calculator made it unique and it was a great disguise. Such a stupid change from you, the developers. I’ll be looking for a replacement app. 1 star

Okay, new support, still worthy improvements. For example, a panic "Button" would be great. I know theres panic "Gesture" but that doesn't work on iPods, only iPhones. So a button that sits in the top/bottom left/right (preferably interchangeable) would be handy to tap and send me back to the calculator. Overall good app for its "purposes" (like hiding my cute cat pictures)

An excellent app. Perfect for handling your sensitive files. Works as expected with a surprising amount of features. While there are ads in the free version, they’re unobtrusive and fairly cheap to remove should you decide to upgrade. Couldn’t ask for a better app.

Can’t get in, crashing. This was my favourite app by far. But for the past month I can’t open it, as soon as I enter my password it crashes every time.

No calculator. I loved it and would’ve given it a 5 but yu took away the calculator which made it truly private now people looking at it may guess what it is!!

Poor operations. Too many adds and redirects that won't cancel

Automatic alphabetic storage of passwords. App should automatically alphabetize passwords to make them easier to find. Even after I manually arrange the order of passwords the program mixes them up again when I reopen the password tab. Other then that the other functions are great.

Good app but stopped working, can’t access now. App was great, but now when I try to open it it goes to a blank page that says “personalized advertising” and it keeps loading forever. That’s nice that I trusted the app to store lots of sensitive documents and pictures and now I can’t access any of them. You had one job.

Bring back the Calculator Skin!. The whole idea of this app is first not to attract attention to the app itself. The calculator skin was perfect. Opening the app, (as someone else will do if snooping), shows a PIN entry page - seriously?! Try and explain that one away to your significant other.

Good app but has liabilities in disclosing it's true nature.. Bring back the calculator logon. It isn't concealed the way it is now. Also, in the app store under "update" it shows the app name as "Secret Photos - KYMS". This also is a liability if anyone looks there. Fix these 2 issues and you get 5 stars. You get 3, as it is now.

Doesn’t Support Audio Properly. Had to pay extra to store audio files but still couldn’t import audio files into into the app. It only allows you to store audio recordings taken with the app.

Very useful app. I like it and have transferred all my photos saved in other apps to this one. I upgraded to premium and ad free. One complaint... I can’t see how to add document files from my iPhone, I’m only offered access to ‘library’ but my documents are not stored in photo library. A great feature would be access to iCloud files. Good. I’ve been using this app for many years (IPad/IPhone). It’s not perfect but it does what it is meant for. There are two versions of this app by the same dev in the Apple Store. The description seems identical, not sure what is the difference. One seems newer; previous purchases on one version won’t apply to the other. Suggestions: - Sorting option in media folders (drop down, including intact custom manual sequencing) - Info display option in media folders - Playback options (e.g.: play next; repeat; repeat1; stop) - In-app basic video editor (cut & paste; etc.) - Improved version of in-app photo editor (though current V. is good) - Bring back the calculator app decoy - Increase max tab in browser (now max is 9) - Set favourite search engine for browser - Export bookmark archive (url) in text file - Thumbnail size slider - Folders within folders - Search function within folder/all folders - Identify media duplicates (either size; duration; title; etc.) - Select multiple media items to move within a folder; and faster movement - Manual cookie management - Multiple browser systems with respective cookies - TOR client and browser

Great app!. Great app for storing documents and for storing photo reference for my art. It’s got some nice features for editing photos and downloading images from the built-in browser. I removed one star because they clearly removed the ability to download videos and never told anyone. If it were just a glitch they’ve had plenty of time to fix it. If that option isn’t available anymore just say so and remove it from the app. Don’t leave it in there when it doesn’t work.

Frozen. I love it but as of late when I sign in none of the icons open to show me my pictures or internet surfing ability. Very very frustrating

Crashes sometimes. This app worked great, but not with the newest iOS (18.1) I can no longer view photos. I see them as a thumbnail, but when I try to view them full screen the app closes. Please fix this because otherwise it’s a great app!

Great. It’s a very good app, near-perfect. It’s fine as is, but it could use more features. I’d like to see a break-in report, sub-folders, and the ability to move photos and folders around, but otherwise it’s 100% worth it

Good But Needs Work. Missing pieces (in order of importance): 1. Ability to sort photos. 2. Ability to get photo properties (dimensions, file size). 3. Ability to crop images for cover photos. 4. Ability to like particular photos. 5. Ability to import photos from USB flash drive.

Pin code isn’t working. I’ve been using this app for maybe 3 years now. This app was amazing I don’t even care about the calculator missing, I just enjoyed having a place for photos other than the apple app. After the recent update I’m not able to get onto my archive, I’m locked at the pin code screen and my code that I had before the update doesn’t work now and I never got a recovery card because I had the app before that was a thing or it just never gave me one so I have no way of getting my pictures back. So please developers, fix this bug please or help me at least get on mine please.

Was good.... Files are no longer hidden, yea you can argue that they weren’t hidden from those how knew what KY calculator did, but now it’s just an app that blatantly says I’ve got things hidden here. Not to mention too, I liked and used the calculator function often. Oh well it’s not like the files are secure anyway, it just blocks access THROUGH the app, the files themselves are not encrypted just access to them are. I’ve easily found the pictures that are “encrypted “

Locked out?!. I have a bunch of pictures on my account and information that’s important to me and I had TRIED using my previous pin but now it says it’s wrong. I had just used the app recently and I know it’s not wrong. Yet, I can’t get in. Help? Also, I don’t know why you guys changed the skin in the first place for the start up. The calculator was best.

Why the Change from the Calculator????. I don’t understand why they changed the calculator into a immediate passcode page??? Now the App is not secret!! Also it seems to be glitchy all of a sudden and won’t let me import photos anymore even after authorizing in settings! I HAVE to say this update is horrible! I will change to a different App because this is the worst possible update ever! Was a great app but DO not get or pay for until they fix it!

Great app. This is a great app I’ve had it since 2015. The reason I got was the calculator security feature why change that it was the best feature and totally unsuspecting now it is like every other vault app.

Highly Recommend. I use this for all the saucy and sometimes NSFW pictures I have on my phone. Good storage, quick sync, and it quickly deletes all the imported photos from the camera roll.

Great. I was the guy who suggested making the parallel archive with additional pin which I think is great, thanks for adding it but I really miss having the calculator login screen. Is it possible to have both? I hope so for future versions

iOS 13 Not supported, no response from developer. It looks like the App may be dead. Since Iis 13 update, you can’t save images, I contacted the company without a response. It could be a dead App?!?!

Videos downloading issues. Downloading videos are not working, can it be fixed?

Calculator. The only reason I BOUGHT this app was for the calculator feature. Time to pay for a different app. Plenty out there. Shouldn’t have changed what was working.

Crashes frequently. It would honestly be a great app if it functioned properly but it gets really annoying when things go wrong. It crashes a lot trying to load ads all the time and sometimes when it crashes it closes all of your tabs.

Well, I thought it was decent. Got this app years ago, had pictures on it, but hadn’t used the app in a few years, it’s just been sitting on my phone. Well, I opened it today and there is nothing on the app, all my pictures are just gone. I’ve searched all through the app and there’s nothing there. What’s the point of a photo vault If the vault can’t even keep pictures safe that are in the “vault”.

Best app lock ever. Whenever I open the app it locks up with a password and no one knows it and I put passwords in there so I can remember my password and my photos it locks it I love this appThank you

Lost pin. The apps was recently upgraded and the pin I used to open is no more working , I said forgot pin but it says to scan a card which I didn’t understand which card to scan n get back the passwords , please help

Great for the most part. Support is all but non existent. For some reason it stripped out all of my Audio on all the videos, but it does a great job other than a few bugs.

Terrible customer service. I have this app set to backup to iCloud. It was backed up the morning before the app froze and would not allow me to gain access to my data. I had to delete the app and reinstall. In the past, my data would automatically reappear in the app. Not so this time. I’ve contacted support twice with no response. Would appear customer service is not a priority for this app. Extremely disappointed.

New version even better 👍. It's very desirable to have a very secure and reliable app that creates a secret spot for storage of data. This app does that. Never had a bug with it in several years use.

Review. I love this app and have been using it for a long time. The parallel archive is an awesome feature. I don’t like the keypad though it seems like it’s an out of date key pad in a up to date app. Also I enjoyed the calculator of the old version.

Question for developers. Does anyone know if there’s a specific algorithm for the numbers? I had the calculator version up until about last week when I updated all of my apps and now it’s just the PIN number structure but I don’t have the password?

iPhone XS Max editor !!!please FIX!!!. The edit button has ceased to show up on my new phone, I had to transfer everything to my new phone, but the edit button for cropping and such is no inherent available! I have had this app for years and absolutely love it!

New phone. Been using this app for years. Recently got a new phone but the video I loaded into this app doesn't play sounds. Still trying to figure it out but other than that great app.

Do Not Buy - Lost Everything. With the most recent update, I’ve become locked out of the app and it immediately crashes upon trying to open it. Years of photos and videos lost. Everything. I can only hope that the developer releases a new update that fixes this problem, but that seems unlikely given their history of taking years to release changes.

There’s Should be more options. This app is amazing and i love to use it to hide my stuff in it, but i loved to be more option on this app like luck album by password too, it will be more helpful and more safety too.. however i loved it👌

It flakes out. If I’m reviewing images and turn my phone slightly the app will shut down and turn off. Sometimes when I zoom in on pictures the app will shut down.

Disappointed. This application was the best in the world when it was a calculator and nobody suspected about hiding photos. open the application and now ask for a password lost the fantastic thing of having a calculator where you put your hand and the screen went off was the maximum. Pay for this application and defraud it. thank you very much but I bought a fantastic calculator that hid photos. Now is the regular hide picture app.

The app used to be better. I liked it better when this app utilized a working calculator. That’s the whole reason I bought it. Then an update came out which got rid of it and just made it a vault app. Liked the calculator better. Bring it back, or at least the option to use it.

Good app, but needs a sort function. Pictures download into the app in nearly random order and have to be viewed that way unless you spend a great deal of time manually putting them in order. Very annoying. A sort by file name would be very helpful.

Good but could be better. The app works perfect as designed. It hides pictures passwords etc. The only thing I wish you were able to do is categorize or alphabetize the passwords to find them easier. I would also like to be able to move the picture files around to be able to find them faster. Maybe even a Favorites.

Bugs. The application is good, but on every iOS upgrade there will issue some bugs, and every time I report the issues for them, but unfortunately they don’t respond neither find a fix for it, you have to wait a long time till they release a new version.

Old info. The app is great except when I got my new phone I couldn’t get my old stuff to load on my new phone from the cloud. I’ve sent numerous emails to figure out why it won’t download to my new phone. However no one responds.

Use to be great. The point of this app was to hide info n no one knows it’s there now soon as u tap it u have your login...sooo clearly it’s something hiding there lol PLZ change it back so you can use the calculator to login!!!!!!

Pay to get rid of Ads. Love this app, love all of the different functions and things I can keep private. I used to get annoyed with the ads but didn’t want to pay to get rid of them. At the end of the day it’s easier to pay it than fighting with it.

No longer able to download.. Used to be a great app. Now you can no longer download photos or videos. Would not recommend.

Great but needs a few things. It needs gif support and also needs to fix the issue where it doesn’t upload photos in the order you chose. Other than that, it’s absolutely perfect.

Update failed. First they add a personal advertisement prompt that if you pick no, they try to get you to buy the other version. Don’t put that in the app, it should be known. Now they remove the calculator from the pin screen. It no longer hides, just pin and password protects, which would leave the question from those ythat I might be hiding something from to ask what are you hiding. Guess it’s time to find a new one and delete this one.

Why remove the calculator front end?. The entire point of purchase of this app has been removed via this latest app update. Developers, what could possibly have motivated you to remove the single most attractive feature of this app to your (purchasing) clients?? You have rendered this app almost entirely pointless for the majority of your client base with one simple change. It would be impressive if not so ridiculous and infuriating.

Free version picks bad times to lock you out. I need to move a file to private storage rather quickly, and for the past 30 minutes I’ve been locked out. Everything else on WiFi is moving right already and i have a white screen saying personal advertising.

Need Help. Say if I were to upgrade my phone and wanted to get the photos from my old phone onto the new phone, would I need to send the pics or would the vault somehow retain the pictures?
