App crashes after trying to log in.. The app keeps crashing every time after trying to login!

Good cause with a glitchy app.. First thing, the app never remembers my login information. I find myself having to login multiple times through out the day, even though I selected to remember me. Second thing, I set up my heart walk app to sync with my health app and somehow I get completely different numbers for my steps? Today I walked 5,876 steps and when I checked my heart walk app it said I only walked 1,285. That’s a huge difference and I find it extremely frustrating. So next I tried to add the steps the app missed manually and every time I try the app does not process. If I click the X in the top right or cancel, the system processes immediately. I’m happy to walk for the cause, I just wish the world could see my correct step count.

App does not work.. First it showed that my donations were at 0% when I really had 100%. I read a review saying this was fixed but when I refreshed the screen, same thing. I figured if I deleted my events and started over this would fix the problem, second fail. I then deleted the app and still cannot log in again. Could never update Facebook with app. I hope the app is better for next year's events.

Not very functional. Every year I struggle with using the App and especially connecting it to Facebook. You need to make it more seamless.

Great Fundraising App!. So easy to use, and so user friendly! Very helpful to spread the word about the Heart Walk!

Not easily navigable. Just want to post to FB. Hardship to figure out

Fix!!!. I have a lot more team members than the app shows. It's like it doesn't want to refresh. Also, consider adding a link to the team page! If there is one, it's well hidden, so fix that, too. Shouldn't have to go through this much crap for a walk that encourages health and stress relief.

It's ok. It's good for sending out reminders. It doesn't update my amount raised tho. And it would be nice to see how my team, teammates, or other teams are doing.

Unreliable. App doesn’t remember login credentials and it freezes up often.

Gets stuck, doesn’t refresh. Nice app when it works. Doesn’t work well with the Fitbit app.

This app works very well.. I am very satisfied with this App. I do not have any of the issues discussed by other users and find it intuitive any very easy to navigate. It has not crashed; provides immediate donation information; and easy to use. Where is does provide social media notifications, I believe it should narrow the method, rather than in a full-blown broadcast. For FB users for example, allow for FM Messenger to be used allowing a select list of FB friends.

Heart walk. It worked great until today. The activity tracker disappeared.

Major Disappointment. This app has been a major disappointment since I started using it over two years ago. The app loads okay, but then freezes if you return to use it a second time; you have to delete and reinstall. The logon credentials are not retained, and the facial recognition has never worked. As one who has co-chaired a American Heart Association event (Lawyers Have Heart) for several years, I would have taken advantage of a decent app but unfortunately have been unable to.

The app shouldn’t time out. I haven’t had this app for long, I downloaded it for the 2021 Heart Walk, but so far, it leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t feel there’s really any information on there to keep secure, so I don’t know why you ever need to be signed out. I’ve tried to track activity in real time twice, but the app times out and just erases your time. Fortunately, I had tracked my activity in other ways and could enter it manually, but so far, my intention is to delete it as soon as the Heart Walk is done. In general, logging in each time to use the app is annoying and seems totally unnecessary.

Very good but room for improvement. The app should help team captains manage their teams and view team progress. This app is unexpectedly powerful.

Terrible App. Slow and clunky all around. Requires your password each time you open the application and it takes several screen taps to get the on screen keyboard to pop up so you can actually input your password.

Need some help. Updated the app as instructed but can’t sync to Apple health or any activity tracker. App doesn’t give me any option to track steps. I’ve reached out to your customer support three times with no response. Very frustrating.

Just awful. Where to begin? Does not keep me logged in. Does not stay synched with Apple Health, need to resynch data manually every day. Asks me every day if I want to connect to Apple Health, just like yesterday and the day before and the day before that. Forget your password? Good luck clicking the Forgot Password button, the emails never arrive ( and no, they're not in my spam folder). I'm glad there's only one Heart Walk per year. And before you ask, I won't be contacting you too explain whatever issues I might be experiencing. It's all in this review.

Nothing but troubles. I am the team captain again this year for the 2021 Heart Walk. Since launching our fundraiser, we’ve had nothing but trouble with this App. My team members have not been able to link to their FB page after joining our team, it states the App is still in development mode and they do not have access to it. In addition, the App frequently stalls, you get a blank screen and you are unable to access any Information requiring you to turn your phone off and back on. There are multiple delays in connectivity and it is slow to respond as well. Certainly not user friendly like the App was last year to use. Very frustrating.

Missing information. My app does not show the activity icon. I have connected my Apple health & there is no activity showing. I want to participate. Is anyone else having issues?

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!. When I open up the app and want to login it closes back up. Have changed both my user name and password several times to see if it'll let me in and nothing. FIX IT!!!!!!

iHealth connection. It doesn’t link some of my workouts. I only found that the “other” workout actually records.

Feedback App vs Online. Password never remembers. We have to put our location as always vs when using the app to use the app tracker is you do not have a smart watch the app decided to sync with. Online I can share on my Facebook, which we should be able to on the IG platform as well. I can share to my Linkin online but not the app. It’s frustration that’s it’s discouraging to have teammates rejoin.

Terrible. This app constantly freezes up and does not update! I have no idea what my numbers look like. Complete waste of time. 😩

1.7 Release - Fixed Thermometer, Added Thank You. Thanks everyone for your support and feedback! In the 1.7 release we resolved an issue with the 'Raised so Far' thermometer; it should now show fundraising totals in close to real time. Also, please explore some of the new functionality including a link to your received donations ... also try the new buttons for thanking your supporters via email or FaceTime!

Does not work.. Deleting without it ever working.

Can’t Log In. The app remembers my login, however, I keep getting a message that says that I’m not registered for any events. I am registered. After the message, the app won’t open.

Can’t sync steps. I don’t have the option to add my Apple Health step counter

Not connecting. Im trying to post to my Facebook and it keep telling me it cannot connect. I used the app two years in a row. Never had this problem. Please fix. This is a wonderful app.

Not Working. I’ve logged in multiple times and it continues to show the login page. The Send Message, Fundraiser, Edit Page, and Resources buttons show on the bottom of the page but none of them work.

Too bad - a good cause.. It never remembers my password, even though I have it set to remember. My whole team is having the same problem. Also, it’s supposed to have the step tracker, but it doesn’t - even though I’m told I’m supposed to update the app. It says there’s no née update. Ugghhh.

Agree w/others: OK. OK. Nice that I was able to send nearly 300 emails using my iPhone contacts instead of the cumbersome email method on the website. However, it doesn't update the total raised very well (need to login again), and your team amounts & members are not visible.

Broken. Buttons don’t work, won’t integrate with Apple health. Clunky

No activity tracking???. The pictures here show a tab for “get active” but the actual app doesn’t have that. It only has options for seeing how much money you’ve raised. There is absolutely no option to track your activity and the event I’m participating is kicking off today.

How to view steps??. I loved the app the first day I used it. I could see my steps. It synced with my Apple Watch. I opened it today and can’t find my steps. I don’t get it.

App is not able to pull active minutes from apple health. Heartwalk app is not able to pull data from apple health which i think defeats the purpose of the heartwalk as everyone using apple are being forced to log active minutes manually

Track steps button does not start. The start button is now visible. But click it does nothing. I linked it to Strava and that does not get the information either. I have to enter steps manually.

Err. Somewhat works, but continuously crashes and freezes

Crashes. I downloaded this app 3 times. And 3 times it would crash at log in. I was really excited about using the app but I guess that won't be happening...

Crap!!!!. It does nothing once you open the app. None of the buttons function or anything. It's like it's just a screen saver .
