Newest Version Crashes. Have never had a problem in the time I've subscribed to the magazine. The new version tries to start but then crashes. Multiple attempts, same result. Don't get this app until they fix the crash problem.

Possibly a total waste of money. It worked ok the first day, wish I had time to have read a little of the first free issue. App will not let me read it at all now and totally blacks out at times. Buy the paperback or get a subscription the app is a waste

Good Photo Magazine With A No Frills App. The magazine is well written and provides useful information for new photographers. Have no problem with the app on my original iPad using iOS 5.1.1.

Love the magazine, but... Love the magazine, but the app has a hard time turning pages. It takes a couple of times of swiping before the next page comes. My other magazines don't do that so I doubt it is my iPad.

No Content With Purchase. You are paying $2.99 just to have the ability to pay $4.99 for each magazine. You do not actually get any content or magazine for this $2.99 purchase. Would have been nice to know this beforehand.

Mr. Downloaded and was charged but was unable to review beyond their advertisement then they asking for me to pay for a subscription. I don't trust a company does things like this.

The best outdoor photography magazine out there. Not only are the articles fabulous, but there's a generosity of spirit in the writers of this magazine, where exact coordinates for "magical" photo places are given in every issue. I don't live in the UK, but I still love to read it cover to cover.

App crashes. I love this magazine - I've been buying the printed version for a couple of years. When I bought an iPad a couple of months ago, this was one of the first iPad magazines I subscribed to. The first download went smoothly. But now I have just purchased a second issue, which I can't open. The app crashes every time I try to open it. Don't buy this app. What a waste of money.

Love the magazine. Used to get the hard copy of the US magazine of a similar name, but prefer this one, maybe because the locations seem more accessible and I can probably get to them. I love the clarity of the photographs, and the articles are well written.

Outdoor passion. If you love photography and find yourself getting up early or hiking for hours to get the shot, this is your mag. Love the insights. My favorite photography mag.

Good articles, app needs a little work. Great magazine, nice to get it in digital format, but the app could use a little updating. When you zoom in on the text to read it, it isn't all that clear. The app functions and I will get more issues, would like to see it update though.

Useless. This app opened..asked me to pick a free issue..then went directly to paid options telling me there'd was a problem. I was not paying enough attention..thought I was getting an app for Outdoor Photographer. Have print, looking for app. My bad, but not sure what this app offers..wish there'd w a way to get money back

No longer works. This app worked fine until today! Seems they have a new version which does not even open or load. This means that those who have a subscription can no longer read the issues that they already paid for and downloaded as the app does not open. I often wonder why these people release new versions of apps when they have not fully tested them........

Great information. I really enjoy the photography tips provided in this magazine. The only issue I have had is that occasionally it is very difficult to download the latest issue.

Crashes. Current Version Crashes resulting in no downloading of the magazine

Disappointing. Very disappointing app for reading this mag on the iPhone 4S. The Black and White Photography mag app is infinitely better. Can't even read this one without zooming right in. And the zoom in and out quality is equally poor. Will not buy another mag until upgraded for retina display support.

Rarely crashes these days. I did have a lot of trouble with this app on my 1st Gen iPad, crashing all the time and failing to load, but after the publisher's recent visual redesign the app works very smoothly, only rarely crashing, and I'm of the opinion that it's more to do with my iPad's age than the app's coding.

New app. Shame about the update which crashes before it opens. Keeps in a cycle... Update app..... And the there is a problem opening app.... Do you want to delete temporary files..... There is a problem opening the app..... Etc. you get the picture. Very frustrating. Please bring back old app at least it worked most of the time?

Not Good Enough. The developer needs to fix the bug that causes this app to keep crashing. The only time that I managed to open the app the magazine was very well laid out. Extremely disappointing. Wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing this until they fix the bug.
