Terribly glitchy, no response or attempt to fix. Cancelled my subscription after laboring in vain to get Vogue to fix this terribly glitchy, non-responsive app, which fails to perform the most basic functions—unable to read pages in landscape mode, can’t open links from newsletter in the app. Vogue needs to start from scratch with their app (and fix their print magazine delivery system ) or they will continue to lose customers.

No more print. I love this app. Now I just give my print magazines to my sister. But the app doesn't freeze works perfectly for me. And it does take a while to download but you can start using it instantly once the app starts to download.

The Best!. A superior App for the only mag that I use as one of my top motivators to go to the gym-- I don't get to use the App unless I am exercising, so I AM going-- 5 days a week. I get lost in the well written articles and stunning photography. I ration and savor.

It works!. After reading the reviews for this app, I was wary whether this app will actually work. For some reason, this app works perfectly fine for me...so far. I am able to download all the past and present issues onto my iPad.

White dot overlay on all pages. The app functions fine, but all the print is illegible, because there's a fine white dot overlay over all of the pages. When you zoom out (multiple pages on the screen, for scrolling) the pages look fine. But when you open up one page to fit the screen, like you would to read a magazine, it's illegible. Not like this for any other magazine I subscribe to.

Works perfectly. I'm not sure why others are having problems but my digital subscription works perfectly. I don't have a print subscription so never had any confusion with logins. I'm using an iPad 2 and am very happy with this app!

Annoyed. This used to be my favorite app when I first downloaded it with the lady gaga issue because it worked perfectly fine. The product is still amazing, yet I am slightly annoyed at the fact that there hasn't been an update in months for it. It's not like they have an excuse, what with the new release of the September issue (which is pretty darn fantastic). I just hope that the next update is amazing, otherwise I will be very disappointed. That's all.

Stalled App!. Haven’t been able to open the App for 4 days. A white bubble pops up suggesting I refresh the App (didn’t work). I am paying for a subscription I cannot use. Seriously?? And why do I find myself on the phone with Vogue every few months. Ridiculous.

Paid but can't view anything. This is SOOO frustrating. Every once in a while I try, again, to get this app to work so that I can view an issue I PAID FOR when I subscribed, but no can do. The in-app link for ipad subscribers to access their account doesn't even work. I haven't seen an actual issue since maybe the summer and, what do you know, it's almost time for me to renew. Also, submitted customer service form a couple of weeks ago and, big surprise, no response!

Great. I can't find anything wrong with it. It beautiful on the new iPad. It's the full magazine and you can jump right to the content your interested in with a click. It saves the page of the article your reading when you skip it. Haven't tried zooming in and out, but the display is big and bright enough already.

Amazing!. I'm an aspiring fashion photographer and my wife recently got me the print subscription for Christmas. I was super excited to find out that I get the digital issues free. Vogue looks absolutely amazing on the new iPad with the retina display and the layout is wonderful. I like the fact that you side scroll through the ads and then scroll downward through the articles. I think the designers did a fantastic job and it is the best way to experience Vogue!

Love Vogue, but.... I've been a reader for years, and was excited about the app when it first came out, but I've since given up. As stated by other users, the storage requirements are ridiculous, the interface and experience is frustrating, and it's not worth the pain to read. I would re-subscribe for this if it were not so godawful clumsy and space intensive.

Wonderful.. As a long time subscriber to the Vogue prints, happily I would read my issue then archive them in very clean condition to have them man years from now. Once I found this app I was very pleased I could now read it everywhere without worry as the tool it essentially is to me, with my subscription to print luckily I have all access to the digital issues which just awed me with the true innovation that simplified everything. Once reading the April issue on my I pad everything has worked fine, the work the staff has put to not solely adjust scans of the standard magazine, but to specifically fix all the text, images, pages to pit a iPad.

Frustrated!. I'm having the same problem, the last issue that I was able to load was July, my four month of a year subscription. Customer service could care less. I won't be subscribing again, and will let my friends know to be aware of Vogue practice. Also will not subscribe to "the New Yorker", "GQ", "Vanity Fair", "Wired" and "Glamour" they handle by the same app developer.

Issue sizes are needlessly HUGH. Once the issues actually download, they are great. But there is no reason why, even when using a strong, fast wifi connection, an issue should take hours to download. The file size for a single issue is ridiculous. One issue took up over 1GB of space, and the smallest was still 500mb. I have quite a few magazines with FANTASTIC newsstand apps with issues that never go over 100mb, and the content is still great, clean and high quality with interactive elements. Even other Conde Nast magazine apps, such as W, don't have such huge file sizes. There is nothing in any of these issues so far that warrants such large file sizes. Something needs redesigned.

App doesn't work, and doesn't allow you to cancel subscriptions. Not only does this app not work on my IPad (pages are white. Hundreds of pages are blank.) but Vogue is refusing to allow me to cancel my subscription. So essentially I am paying for ONE WHOLE YEAR of white pages. I actually like vogue but this shouldn't be happening on an updated new iPad. I will continue to try to recoup my money but they are making it impossible so far. Download at your own risk.

Can't access magazine issue. I purchased a year's subscription but couldn't even access the current magazine issue. I've been in touch with Customer Service who couldn't help me because all they can say is that I should turn the app off and on again, which doesn't work. I've told them it doesn't work but they just asked me to do the same thing. I paid for nothing and I couldn't even get my money back. I've subscribed to other magazines but never encountered this problem.

Impossible for subscribers to access. Clearly the print and the digital people are not thinking about a joined up experience for their print subscribers. And what I mean by this is as a print reader, if you want to dig deeper into the web content it's almost impossible to get into the site. In order for readers to access to magazine online you have to input either your subscription number or your name and address EXACTLY as it appears on your mailing label or your not getting in. Well, what the digital folks don't seem to appreciate is that the magazine no longer has the label stuck on the actual magazine. The magazine comes in a plastic bag with a slip of paper which has those details, and I like most people tear it open and then throw it away. My name and address have been altered in some way to fit on the label, because no matter the number of combos of abbreviations it won't work. You would think that with all the pressure Conde Nast must feel to get their digital operation creating as much readership and revenue as possible they would get these fundamentals right.

Doesn’t correctly delete issues. The app doesn’t correctly remove/cleanup removed issues. Even though I have no issues downloaded into the app, the usage settings still says there’s 150MB of issues present on the iPad. My preferences are set to have issues be auto-removed as well, but still the pile of invisible issues grows on my tablet. Sloppy.

WARNING!!. If you think that you’ll be able to read the digital edition on your laptop, make sure you can before subscribing!! As we all know the paper version may neve get delivered to your address or if it will, not every issue. I was okay with that and looking forward to reading the digital edition only on my laptop, but I can’t. You have to have M1 chip Macbook or whatever to be able to read it! I have the latest software but Macbook pro without M1, so I’ll just have to forget the whole subscription!?!? Crazy.

Waste of MONEY! Don't BUY!. The images are stunning! I love Vogue magazine but my biggest complaint is that the magazine only offers ONE STORY! Glad I downloaded it to find out. This is not an entire issue of Vogue, this is only about one person, a few photos and a short story. This is a BIG FAIL. You can do better Vogue if you want to enter this market. Martha Stewart and Oprah's magazine cost more but a much better value. At least you get a FULL magazine! I'm VERY UNHAPPY with Vogue. What you see if just what you get. ONE STORY!

Innovative. This is an amazing app… this far exceeded my expectations! I was reluctant to download it since I really did not know what to expect – pictures? A video? Words from The GaGa? What could a ‘coverlet app’ be??!! This was the ENTIRE feature done in an interactive way and with so many bonuses! This is a major coup for VOGUE. Expertly done…a great segue into upping the bar in the digital world of magazines. Hopefully this will be a monthly feature, and maybe Vogue will give the option of having other sections available (ADS ONLY?? Sounds crazy, but I’d love an interactive Advertising Only section…maybe give it free with a download???) - free advice! I know I’m gushing, but I really was looking forward to a way to entirely put the hardcopies down without losing the ‘wow’ of the publication. This clearly is a step in that direction. Nicely done Vogue.

Difficult to manipulate. Each page needs to be a PAGE. A mess trying to figure out where you are by scrolling this way and that way to determine if you have missed anything. Can't seem to download first issue. Needs refinement before being offered for sale. At this point I still have to buy the hard copy.

Stop The Scroll. Please stop the “scrolling” aspect! Not only is it annoying if you don’t scroll to the exact spot you’re supposed to stop at, its a lot of work when you’re simply trying to enjoy the magazine! Other than that, the articles/editorials are not interesting. I will continue to but in September an March. For now...

No ZOOM. Are they crazy - they eliminated the ability to pinch and zoom in the newest version with JLo on the cover. Also too confusing the way they have you scroll through articles -- there is vertical and horizontal scrolling and scrolling within a page - so easy to miss things and completely illogical. Disappointing after waiting so long - they are trying way to hard to put every trick in the book in this magazine which just distracts from the articles and beautiful photography. Let fashion be the star and sit in the front row NOT technology. The tech should be invisible - logical - fluid - and maybe surprising at its simplicity - think Apple - this is not what a product for an Apple device should feel like.

Ms. I am beginning to hate this app. Somehow my subscription is messed up and neither Vogue nor Apple seems to know how to solve it. When I first bought it - it worked perfectly - just like the other mags. I would get the push notification, the cover would appear in my newsstand, I would click on it and it would download. Then suddenly it all changed: now I have to log in to the Vogue site and try find the issue and get it to download. Impossible. I have had to resort to purchasing the issue separately and asking apple for a refund. Each time I write to ask for help - I get the same response. Not working for me. Wish I had never bothered.

The Bible of Fashion Magazines. I have observed fashion since the age of five years old. I know this because I remember having a very strong conversation with my mother at that time about insisting I wanted the dress with the spaghetti strap shoulders! Nothing else would do because I wanted the latest in trend dress at the moment.. and I knew it would be something else later and all that mattered was now!!! This is what Vogue Magazine is for me! It has always been about what is now..with a twist of classic. You can show a little of the past and where the future might be headed, but for the most part it’s about now. Fantastic. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. As gorgeous as the print edition and you can download new issues before they even arrive in the mail. Love it!!!

Love it!. This app offers high quality photographs and an interactive design that I just cannot get enough of. I always look forward to the new issues on the iPad! My only problem with this app would be the tremendous file size! I have to constantly clear old magazines in order to download new ones. At times, I even found myself deleting other apps to make space— I love it that much, but I wish didn't have to delete other apps to keep it.

Magazine Does Not Always Download. Three months into my subscription, the magazine that should automatically download into the app no longer does — you can’t even see the current edition as a “for purchase” option.

Downloaded issues not in Newsstand. I am a print subscriber and the first issue I downloaded went onto my newsstand, so I could read it offline, ( like on an airplane). But while my subsequent downloads are accessible while I am online,they are not on the newsstand and I cannot get to them unless I am online. But they take up space on my iPad . I have auto delete turned off because I want to reference several months. Either the app is broken or you only have one on the newsstand at a time. Either way, this is pretty lame.

App is easy to use, intuitive, and Vogue is Wonderful. Read the magazine as easily as turning pages without all that paper piling up in your house and weighing down your carbon footprint.

Love it!. I love this version of my subscription. With the addition of the videos, it brings the magazine to life! And the ability to mark and easily access your favorite pages... Basically everything I need!

Looks great, but crashes constantly!. Hate carrying around huge magazine, so having Vogue iPad app should be fantastic. However, the update crashes constantly and while the pages look great, the 'special features' offered rarely work, and when they do, the app freezes and disappears. Please, Vogue! Fix this asap!

Cannot download September issue still. Why is this the only issue I still cannot download. Every other issue works fine. Please fix this!!

Beautiful app. Vogue has created a beautiful app to read magazines. The interface is actually tablet friendly to read from such that I don't have to zoom into everything I'm reading, which I find annoying to do on other magazine apps. The reading experience is often enhanced by the addition of exclusive video interviews and moving images.

Vogue. The new digital interface is not user friendly and honestly, is terrible. The previous interface was really terrific. This one is a distraction. I travel so much that an iPad version is an imperative. I hope you can make it better soon.

Confusing layout but good content. Beautiful crisp pictures and great content. Unfortunately its a maze to scroll to the right and then down to see image/contents.. And the videos look like an photo, the only way i can tell if its a vidoe is by the play arrow icon.

Unable to download. It's impossible to download the September 2018 issue. Error message pops up stating to try again later. It's been three days. All past issues downloading without any issues. In addition, I am unable to send the online form to customer service through the app. It crashes and shows another error message. Please fix.

Can't get in. I have a print subscription to Vogue, Vanity Fair and Lucky. No problem with the apps for the last two magazines, but the Vogue app DOES NOT WORK. I have been back and forth with customer service and no matter how often I reset my password, I still get the same "authentication failed" message when I try to download the current issue. Considering I can barely lift the print version, I will not be renewing my subscription since I can't get the digital version to load.

What happened?. Is this the usual update nonsense? App was fine with August issue and now I can't open the Sept issue .. App keeps asking me to subscribe. When I sign in I'm told my account is "not recognized!" Why is this harder than It needs to be? And where did my past issues go?Why can't Conde Nast pay attention and gets these apps squared away? Vanity Fair is a horror show that I gave up on las year. And I'll probably kick this one to the curb as well.

Can't read it horizontally/landscape. You used to be able to read Vogue in landscape mode. No more! Conde Nast claims they have no control over this. Apple says that's ridiculous. I agree with Apple. A fashion and design magazine cares DEEPLY about the way it looks. I find it very awkward to hold an iPad in portrait mode for very long, so I won't be resubscribing to Vogue.

Great Idea/Poor Execution. I like the idea of the Vogue app and downloading/purchasing only the issues that you want. When I first installed it I thought that Lady Gaga content might be a little on the light side due to it being free however when I purchased the Rihanna version I was met with the same light content. 60-90 seconds of video w/no dialogue does not a "behind the scenes video" make. Vogue should take a cue from Vanity Fair when it comes to a behind the scenes video; they are longer than 60 secs and actually some dialog. The images are great but I'd like to see a little more content for my money, video shines on the iPad but not here.

Very good app. American Vogue often inspires a visceral reaction from readers - either they love it or they hate it. This app is not going to change anyone's mind, since it's just the same content in digital form. For those who enjoy the original though, the Vogue app is a great step forward, being easy to use and surprisingly stable compared to some other Newsstand apps (not a single crash while reading cover to cover). This is leaps and bounds beyond anything appearing on glorified PDF reader Zinio. To clear up some confusion, Vogue DOES support retina display for the new iPad. Editorial images are sumptuous in their clarity and detail and article text is pinpoint sharp. However, none of the advertisements are in retina-friendly resolution, leading to lots of jarringly pixelated pages in between content. And as with most fashion magazines nowadays, a huge chunk of Vogue is advertisements. Hopefully, Condé Nast will lean on their advertisers to submit high-resolution ads to match the rest of the otherwise beautiful magazine.

A mess. The upgrade has never worked for me. I have been unable to upgrade and unable to access a copy go vogue on my iPad since the upgrade. I informed customer service and was told to follow the easy steps....Ha! No such luck.

neat app!. At first I thought this app was pointless, because I thought I would be able to get Vogue issues. Once I downloaded the free Lady Gaga exclusive I saw how cool this app really is! it has interactive video, audio and pictures. I bought the other 2 exclusives issues (I have an iTunes gift card credit). Out of the interactive magazines I've used, this one I think is really great!

Nice app. The Vogue app works well for me, and what I particularly like is the option to view several pages at once (little icon on top right), which not all tablet magazines have and which spares the reader from feeling lost in the virtual magazine.

Fashion frustration. I have downloaded Vogue app and purchased a 1 year subscription with includes a few months complimentary. However app will not update and none of the buttons in 'my account' work. Regards, Fashionably Frustrated.

No access to digital content. Subscribed to print + digital access and verified my subscription within the app but still asking me to pay again to view magazine, contacted support twice with no answer.

Hmmm..... Often gets stuck and so slow to download.....

Vogue. This mag download is great .u need to download all versions and subscribe but it is the new york mag. Not Australian. The exclusives are wow.. Video and music . Mags of the future are unreal digital. One word amazinggggg

Worst App. Like the other reviews, I subscribed for 1 year 2 months ago and now cannot access the vogue store or current magazines on line. Not the on line experience I was looking for with a magazine like Vogue.

It's Gaga. It's Vogue. It's Fabulous. I LOVED it. I've been searching for Vogue in English and I've been searching Lady GaGa's Vogue edition. To have the two simultaneously is mind boggling! I love this! My one concern: when there's a new person, do we still get to keep the Lady Gaga Edition?

Very happy. I’m very happy with my American Vogue app, it has delivered seamlessly all that I hoped for...unlike Paris Vogue which I love, but they wiped my 5 year archive and now want to double $$$ me to see my magazine!

Cannot download new issue??. I've subcribed for one year and its been ok for 2 months but now the new issue cannot be downloaded... And there is this pop up that display nothing everytime i opened the app... Please help...

Beware: Subscription doesn't work!. wow what a screwup! I tried to subscribe and received an email saying I was being charged, but the app wouldn't let me see the current issue. it insisted that I "sign in" (an extra layer of annoyance that neither Vanity Fair nor the New Yorker require. I suppose they want to resell your address.) In any event, I created an account but then it wouldn't let me sign in to it -- "verification denied". I tried to get a password reset but received nothing. I tried to register a complaint on the "assistance" page but it kept insisting "incorrect state" even though there's no option on the form for state, and so wouldn't let me send the query. By that point I didn't care if I ever read Vogue again! So I took the only option left to me and cancelled my subscription. I like Vogue, I hope some day they fix this.

Impossible. Same issues as user above. I have paid but do not have access to the magazine, the app is impossible to navigate, help is unavailable. Not what I would expect from Vogue. Massively disappointed!

Download feature inaccessible. The app forces you to download the entire magazine onto your device in order to read anything, which for someone like me with seemingly perpetual internet connection problems, seems like a really inaccessible way to deliver the product. I haven’t been able to access my subscription yet because it has remained at about 5% downloaded for several days.

This is better than the magazine. This is a fabulous way to read Vogue. The photos are vivid & the articles are easy to read.

It's okay but. It isn't the full magazine, just the GaGa article. Elle US in contrast, gives you the option to download four previous full issues.

Don't buy this app. I can't download the mag and the support team never help me!!! I pay and never get a single mag.

Why so slow??. It takes soooooo long to load. I haven’t been able to see the covers of the magazines and I would love to view them before subscribing.

Don't get this!. The App never downloads, yet u are charged!!!!!!!

Really slow download. It takes way too long to download. I gave up on it and deleted the app.

Works fine. If you subscribe to the print Vogue, no problem logging in and downloading. That said, I DID have problems with Vanity Fair when I inadvertently logged out and couldn't login again, even though my information had not changed. Note to self: never ever log out.

Perfect app!. No issues, great app! I especially love the app exclusives. I thought I'd miss flipping through Vogue in paper form but I really enjoy discovering the unexpected interactive elements in the app.

Digital Subscription Disappointment. Succinctly: The digital subscription is not available for download until days after the magazine appears on newsstands.

Bad Move Anna Wintour. Cancelled my subscription Deleted this app If i need to see K&K (useless celeb) I'll go buy People, Ok and Hello magazines not vogue Super disappointed. Why damaging vogue image of high fashion magazine by placing a fake reality ppl on the cover they are not even quality to be a commercial models in the Sears catalog

SO disappointed. I was so excited to subscribe to both the print and digital copies of Vogue. Being a fashion student, this means I would have a permanent copy on my iPad and the print version to cut up and use for inspiration and mood boards etc. However, I am extremely DISAPPOINTED in this app!!! I have never been so frustrated trying to use an app. If simply DOES NOT work. You sign up with your account number for the app, create an account... And that's the furthest you get. The app does not allow you to sign in and download the current issue. I emailed customer support 3 days ago and was told I would get a reply in 24 hours... Nothing came. The only good thing about this situation is that I was able to cancel my subscription and get my full refund (or so I'm told - it will be a couple of days...) Come on Vogue, you are the queen of fashion magazines and you can't get your app to work!?!? I haven't had a problem subscribing to any other magazines thus far on my iPad. Vogue will probably be the last magazine I pick up off the news stand now... DON'T waste your time or money.

Great app and better than paper issue. The additional features on the app are worth the price. Every issue there are several add on's that the printed issue doesn't have. Buy both the print edition and iPad edition.

Do not buy this!!!. this app simply does NOT work.....DO not buy....it is rip off. perhaps Conde Nast needs to take some of their advertising revenue and put it into an app that delivers

Poopy. This does not work. I paid $19.99 for the subscription and it wouldn't download any magazines. There is clearly a problem. When I phoned Vogue support they were no help. Do not waste your money on this.

Devours storage space. Obviously high quality photos consume space. And the mag is beautiful. But then they include video extras that gobble up the little space remaining. Constantly have to delete issues and apps just to make room. Think about the user, Conde Nast!

Nice, but where are the 2 page images?!. Did I miss the double truck ads/images? That's why I subscribe to fashion mags- for the pictures. I feel like I'm seeing half the magazine.

Love Vogue. I've been a loyal reader for a long time now switching to the iPad app.

Not as promised. I'm a Vogue subscriber but still paid for this app. I downloaded it in anticipation of the Met Gala. The promised updates have never materialized for my iPad. I can't access them. The update icon never appeared in my iTunes. It's the only app of scores of apps I've ever had this problem with. Feels like I've been cheated.

Bad Application. The magazine is wonderful, but I cannot create an account to change my payment methods or cancel my account. The "my account" section does not actually let you manage your account. I submitted a customer service claim and I'll change this review if I get helped quickly.

HORRIBLE!!!. I just subscribed for one year. The app won't let me download and says I have not active network connection. This is nothing to do with my network, this app just doesn't work!!!! I wrote to the customer service and I was told to quit and restart the app,which obviously was useless. Get it fixed pls or it'll just be a total rip-off!!!

Do something please. When I first tried to run this application, I had to restart my iPad, and the developers have a pretty strange idea ​​how to read the pages in this app. I am tired twirl my device in the hands of 10 minutes in an attempt to read something. Fix it please

Out of Style!. I recently subscribed to the print edition, so I got access to the tablet edition for free. All was well until it was time to download the February issue--I couldn't! I reported it to CS and was told to delete and reinstall the app. Now, in addition to not being able to download the February issue, I can't restore my previous purchases! Way to go, Vogue!

Horrible App. The downloaded issues took forever to get fully completed and after a couple of days they disappear and you need to download them all over again. Atrocious design a d poor coding.

No Zoom. Please put back the ability to zoom in on photographs. This was the best feature of the iPad version, and now it’s not even possible

Nice start, but.... I'll pay for full issues! When can we expect them? I don't read the print version, by the way. I'm done with magazines. But I do read digital. I buy Wired and NYTimes—let's add Vogue to that list!

no. Why does it actually look like an app off of an iphone 4? sorry maybe it’s just the millennial in me but this is beyond confusing. I get it the magazines are wonderful, however, that doesn’t mean create a crappy app and just go on with your day.

app is unusable. This app is terribly designed and crashes constantly! It also won't ever let me log in and tells me my credentials are invalid - I've even reset my password numerous times but I'm still told my psword cannot be authenticated! Horrible service and I'm one of their last remaining print subscribers!

September issue. I purchased the september issue, but there's error when I was downloading and installing it. I've been deleting the app and redownloading it for multiple times. But it just didn't work! It's so disappointing! Can anyone fix it?

Shaddy app. The app does not allow me to control my paying method. I spend three hours trying to fingure out how to turn off auto renewable. "my account" function cannot do anything. I will throw away this app as soon as i can get out of the auto renewable function. Think before you.

The same. The same lazy app Conde uses for all their mags. Another bad attempt at trying to port print over to the iPad, instead of building something smarter for the iPad entirely. Error-prone 420mb downloads that take forever to download in twice the time it takes me to walk to the store and buy the issue. Crashes constantly.

Really disappointing. I am a print subscriber and did get several issues on my iPad and LOVED it. However since April, I have been trying to get this to work with no luck. Cs is irritating and extremely slow. When it works it was great, but now I may have to say goodbye to ms. Wintour's magazine.

I love Vogue.. I think the images are very fantastic and the writing is also very compelling and simple and effective.

Improvement needed. The magazine takes too long to download. Do not like the format of the online version. It does not flow right. I would like to go through the pages like I would on a printed version. The back and forth to the front index is a problem.

Will pay for full issue!. This was disappointing, I was hoping to read issues on my iPad regularly rather than buying the paper version. I would be happy to pay per issue or subscribe yearly like the paper issues. I love how Elle magazine app does this, but I want Vogue, too!

Hbrudz. The downloading ridiculously slow. I wish I had just bought the hard copy. I've contacted tptb through the App support link and hope that someone can help. I can't get the message that tells me to enjoy reading vogue to go away when I press close, so I can't open the magazine!

Vogue. Why can't the Vogue app work as easily as the Vanity Fair app? Finally the April issue can be downloaded, but still can't access any previous issues from my subscription.

doesnt work on my ipad. Because i have an older ipad and can't update my IOS - thanks Apple - I can't download the new issue of Vogue. Good thing i get print also. Please change it to make it accesible again. I don't want to get a new ipad yet when the one i have works perfectly well

Please fix iPad version. Can only view in vertical, making it such a pain to read it on my iPad (has a keyboard so I want to view in horizontal). Surely this can’t be that hard to fix...

Pathetic. I would also give this 0 stars if I could. It doesn't work!!! There isn't a single button or link working in this app. I cant even hook up my subscription. I purposely got one for digital and print. I intend to cancel. Total waste of my time and money.

Worst app. Don't buy. I purchased the year subscription & never received an issue. I was back and forth with customer care who were never helpful. They said after the update it would work & I am still having the same problem. All my other magazine apps work just fine. Such a waste of money!

Where is the app that actually has the monthly magazine?. Vogue is Conde naste's benchmark magazine and still no app to view the monthly magazine? what a letdown. I have a subscription to a number of their magazines and they ALL have an app for each magazine EXCEPT this one. Really? Bad move and bad app. Don't waste your time on this one until it actually has content.

Cool app. More marketing than actual app.. But they have occasional cool features and articles. No, it's not the entire mag for free. But they do give you some stuff.

No support for iPad Retina display. Although I'm very happy that you guys rushed out an update, but updating only the UI of your app doesn't call this "Support for iPad Retina display". The magazine pages continue to look pixelated on the new iPad. >.<

A disaster! This app was working perfectly until the update!. Now, it is impossible to sign on- the app continues to offer me a subscription and will not load the current magazine. And forget customer service- it's misnamed. No service at all!

Not what I expected. This is huge let down. It only provides the cover article but none of the rest of the magazine content. I hope Vogue will soon put out an app version with their full content. In the meantime, I am deleting this app.

This app doesn't work. Like other reviewers here I bought a subscription and the magazine won't load. I've gone back and forth with Vogue customer service for a week and they just keep repeating the same thing that doesn't work.

Horrible app. No matter what you do, you can not restore issues that you've purchased and read. There is no going back. The app is very difficult to maneuver. If you want this magazine buy the actual magazine. The app is horribly disappointing!!!

It’s best to have the app compatible and reformatted for mobile devices.. The app is clunky, weird and it lacks a certain kind of Je ne sais quoi...I expected better and got this in return. Where is my magazine. I signed up for vogue months ago and still have not received my hand held magazine even after attempts of contacting them. I appreciate the option of digital but would like to receive the magazine as well.

Worst money spent. Do not download or subscribe!!!! The app won't download and it would say to restart and download again but no progress. The positive reviews you see are all lies probably people who work for either vogue or even apple to get their ratings and money up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Don't like the changes. I no longer have any of my purchased back issues. It also has to be downloaded every time I want to read it and therefore cannot read it on the subway.

Love it!. I got free subscription through a frequent flier account I was no longer using and I just love greeting also the iPad edition! Beautiful images!

Wish I could do zero stars. Tried to download September issue. Crashed. Deleted app and reloaded. Now most recent issue appearing is July...crazy and disappointing for the big book issue. Can't even restore my August issue. Similar things have happened with earlier app updates. You need to do better.

Difficult to read, cannot enlarge text. The small black text on white background strains the eyes when reading from the screen and cannot be enlarged nor can the colors be reversed.

Library button has disappeared. I can no longer access the library to download new issues. If you look at the iPad apps for Vogue and Vanity Fair, two Condé Nast magazines, side by side, it is clear what’s wrong. I just want to read the new issue of Vogue on my iPad as I always do but I can’t get to it. I can’t be the only one with this problem. Please fix it!

Broken. App never installs. It gets about 60% loaded and freezes. Was hoping to take advantage of digital subscription, but no luck. I don't understand how some pee-wee guy with a high-school education can build a functional app, and a well-known company like Vogue can't get it together. Weak!

Slow downloads. I love Vogue but hate slow downloads. In the time that it takes to download the 340mb July 2012 issue I could read the whole hard copy mag. I subscribe to several magazines via Zinio and the downloads take much less time.

Only a few articles. I expected the entire magazine, but it's only a few special ones.

Low res. The latest September issue came in such low res so it looks so bad on my iPad retina screen. please upgrade the picture quality and the text in some of the scrollbox.
