Very useful!. Very helpful for keeping track of all of my numbers when playing the Cashflow board game.

Faster and Easier. Long time player of the cash flow game, first time user of the app balance sheet. It's great! Makes the game more fun and faster. User friendly and easy to use. Please make a version for fast track phase of the game.

Can't save custom professions. This is a nice app. I wanted to save the secretary but the app did not let me. The overall look and feel is nice. I will increase stars when there is an update to the functionality.

The app doesn't do what it says it does. It is supposed to work like the real cash flow game but doesn't ... It doesn't even do what it says it does in the tutorial like paying less of the principle loan for example....

Awesome!. Sure it could be better but these reviewers need to shut the heck up. This tool makes it incredibly simple to see YOUR numbers and achieve financial freedom. If you think the app should be better then learn to code, spend hours doing it, pay Apple money, and submit your app for reviewal.

Please fix. It would be nice if the money you paid in the expense column was actually deducted from the liability column. Example credit card balance $1,000. I receive my Salary and under my expenses is my credit card payment of $20. My new credit card balance in my liabilities column will now be $980.

No Flow. You can't advance from one month to another to eliminate debt and gain assets. If that were fixed it would be worth while.

Old version. The Purple-colored CF financial statement is better!

Help. The plus button to buy assets is not working.

Needs sounds for confirmation. Please add sounds to payday confirmations for audit purposes. Audible confirmation can help knowing you only pushed pay day once.

Missing the Game. I love the board game, and while I agree that this would help the game go faster, why not spend the time and money to develop the game portion so that you could play the full game on your phone solo or against other people? That would make this a million times better and I would be willing to pay for it!

Great idea, needs an update. I think the board game has been updated to a new edition and the app's professions no longer match.

One bug. This is great however there is one bug. Anytime I want to sell an asset I can't see or move to click sell the asset. The box is static meaning won't move up or down. So for example I can buy a stock but when I want to see it I can do selling price and how many but that's all I can see and do. Anything else for this feature does not work.

Very helpful. I think this game could use really time stock prices. Dividends/interest to what they are in real life. I can't wait to find else I learn from this :)

Great App!. This is a great app for those that play the Cashflow 101 board game. It dramatically speeds up the game and makes it more exciting as you don't have to spend time doing the calculation by hand, writing them down and erasing sold assets. This app keeps track of everything for you, so you can concentrate on more deals! When we play we don't even use the play money that comes with the game, we let the app track it all for us and that really speeds up the game. Plus It's FREE!! It's a shame that people would one star this app just because they don't understand the purpose of it.

Cashflow game!. Thank you for creating a great app for the Cashflow game. I've played the computer version for quite some time now and it's time to break out the board game again! This is my 2nd app this week from these same developers! What's next??

Great but needs fast track. If the “fast track” is trademarked, can you just name it something else? This is a really good app but it is incomplete without the fast track. Call it fast lane or something. Also instructions on how to take out a bank loan would be good. The turtorial is a little confusing on here.

Frustrating. App is missing most of the professions in the game. Adding your own helps but it doesn't do it correctly. Fast track missing. May as well use paper

Cash Flow 101 aid. This App is AWESOME!!! It's not the board game; the Cash Flow board game costs $80. It's a free app to help you play the game faster, and it works phenomenally. You use this instead of manually writing down the balance sheet (which can get tedious). Great app... super helpful...well done!

Great way to play. We've enjoyed playing Cashflow for years and greatly enjoy how this tool simplifies the book keeping. I don't see a way to use it in the Fast Track, however. So we just start again using the 100x passive income rule to create the salary. Not too hard, but this function should be added.

I don't think prev. reviewers understand what this app is for.... This is an excellent app - it is meant as a companion to Kiyosaki's Cashflow(TM) educational boad game. Insofar as the "Rat-race" portion of the game, it performs flawlessly. Once you get the hang of playing the game with pen and paper, this is an excellent tool for speeding up gameplay. I would like to see full support for the Cashflow 202(TM) expansion, including options trading, short selling, 1031 exchanges, etc. A Fast-track mode would be nice as well, maybe as an option upon defeating the rat-race to move into the fast track. That said, this can also be an extremely useful but basic personal finance tool as well, however, it does not handle partial principal payments on liabilities or amortization. I believe there are other apps better suited for that level of detail. But who knows - with the ease of use and simplicity of this layout, it might be nice to have a "reality-mode" in the app that handled a higher level of detail so you can make/see gradual progress on your mortgages and other debt balances. I actually was going to write just such an app but you guys beat me to it. Good job! Won't ever play the game without this app again!

Good concept. The concept of this game is sound but it's a little confusing to use. Maybe use some more set variability for assets and liabilities like in the original game. Keep up the good work though guys. I like that I'm able to use this on my iPhone since the original cashflow game only works for iPad.

Needs more fixes. Does a good job up to a point. Began misbehaving on adjusting cash flow on business activity increase, and couldn't sell a business as bottom of list frozen. Couldn't pay off portion of mortgage. Doesn't transition out of Rat Race.

Disappointed!. If any of you have played the actual game, this is not it. This app is an AID to playing the real game. The developers have created a financial statement app that enables you to play the board game faster, alleviating a given player from erasing a lot. This would be INCREDIBLY hot if you could play the board game here and against people virtually. I'm a professor and would like to use this game with students too.

A great help. This great free app lets me enjoy the game more because I don't have to worry about making accounting errors! And at the low cost of FREE what's not to like?

SWEET!. The whole premise behind the Cashflow game to to ultimately insert your own personal income, assets and liabilities to get out if the rat race based on your own realistic criteria. This is a quick, fun and easy way to track those things while on the go. Good luck and see you on the Fast Track!!!

Love the idea.. This is a wonderful asset to have while playing this game. My boyfriend and I love sitting down with it for a couple hours on a nice night. Unfortunately the app has a couple of bugs that we would BOTH love to be fixed so that we can, in fact, use this when we play. Whenever we try to use the assets or liabilities, we run into a problem with the menu that pops up. It isn't allowing for the selling of my asset and even when I try to deal with it and just set everything to "0" it won't let you get rid of the positive cash flow anyway...so now it really is unusable. Please fix this!,,

Interesting concept. It's nice to have an app (it's not really game) where I can create my own balance sheet. But it'd be better if it were more editable. For example, being able to adjust your salary...since in real life it may fluctuate. Or changing an expense that may have been entered incorrectly or that changed. You can't delete an expense once it's entered...other than a child. In fact, not many items are editable once entered, which means having to start all over. Also for the liabilities, interest rates are calculated without regard for duration of loan. This should be data that can be inputted/changed, for someone to truly be have a picture of their own balance sheet. Could be a good app with some fixes.

Love it!. Now if you make an app for the fast track, we'll be all set. For the reviewer who complained that you can't pay off part of loan, you should read the rules that came with the game - when you pay off the loans that you start the game with, it's all or nothing. This is a great app for playing the game!

Errors!!!. Allow me to start off by saying this app is a wonderful app. I love using it when playing my finance games. ONE BIG PROBLEM: you can't sell your assets. There is no sell button for the assets and so when I'm playing I have to make a liability equal to the value. It is a PAIN IN THE BUTT!!!! Other than that I have no complaints with the application. Please fix this issue.... For me and all the other people that use this app!!

iOS 8 broke it.. iOS8 has broken the ability to sell assets in the iPad app. I am looking forward to the update so I can use this app again.

Waited a long time for this app. Was very disappointed. Looks like it was slapped together I one day. Not very functional and full of adds.

Where's the second sheet?. Where's the fast track part? I enjoy using this app to play Cashflow but the second part is missing...

Might be okay if it included a board game. It would be better it it had some real life examples to work with within a realistic world.

Great App. I don't think the person below knows what this is for. This is to replace all the paper sheets for the board game Cashflow 101 - works great, saves erasing or printing of more sheets. Easy calculations and nicely put together.
