Ubidisk's wifi transfer worked better. Everytime I try to transfer a photo or video to my ps3 over wifi, the download sticks at 99% and just never finishes. What changed when the app got it's makeover? When this app was ubidisk the wifi transfers were flawless. I'd try using a computer but I don't own one and my ps3 is my only device I can use to download media files and back them up to a usb drive. If this doesn't get fixed soon I may start looking for another app to do what I need to do.

Great!. it works well with Microsoft word and Adobe PDF, I don't know about the other stuff. Whenever I create a word document, I change the background color and save the same file under PDF and the color of the background shows up only with PDF but not word.

USB Pro. It is a great app but you can only add files via iTunes. It needs a folder structure to better organize PDF, office files, audio/video files, etc.

Good app useful. I have use this app a little on my palm tx and now on my iPod touch, very good but would like more of an desktop app. Thanks.

New USB Disk Pro update breaks OneDrive access…. I updated USB Disk Pro earlier today and it breaks OneDrive access… iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 15.5… I was able to relogin my Google Drive, as requested but I use OneDrive extensively…Please fix as soon as possible…Thanks!…I will redo my app rating when this is corrected… Steve

A very helpful app. I have been using this app for some time and keep a lot of files on it, particularly song lyrics (I am a professional singer). It has been very helpful to have information in my fingertips (or at least on my I-Phone).

Mp3 downloads rock. I have mercury web browser to download mp3s nd then I open it up in USB disk pro… much easier than computer connection and syncing… finally organization like a computer :D

Close but.... Organidocs is a better app...as it has google docs connectivity and a better interface. I should have done more research before buying this one.

Recommended. I have found this app highly useful. I like that I can move word docs, pdf's, mp3s, and other files from my computer. It gives my phone a desktop/laptop feel almost. I actually like to listen to music from my mp3s instead of the iPod in the phone. I also like that I can move files via email into the app and bypass having to sync up with iTunes on the computer. One improvement I'd say would be able to add files into a specific folder of choice. You can only drop files into the general place where all the folders and files are. It's a little cumbersome to then cut the files I've added and paste them one at time into the created folder for it. It would be nice if an update solved that. Otherwise, a very practical app that I use daily, and would gladly recommend.

Great app, but I have a q. I love this app, it's very useful!! I just recently updated this app, but every time I open my app I see these time stamp files.. And other files called flurry current, flurry sent, and flurry stored. Is there any way to fix this or is there a setting that I can turn off to get rid of them instead of deleting them everytime?? It's very annoying!!!

Outstanding. Very we'll written. The protected file feature is very much useful as well. The SFTP feature is quite useful. A must have utility.

Review of your App. The most useful app that I have. Only thing that I cannot do, I cannot print from inside the App. In order for me to print, I have to send the document that I want to print to my email to print it. This is such an inconvenience. Can you fix this please? Thank you.

DOES NOT work AS advertised!. Haven't been able to establish a "mapped network drive" connection on Win XP Pro, Vista, or Win7. Dropped firewalls on all platforms, after giving port 8080 an exception, STILL Nothing, So I attached to my computer and attempted a connection like I did on the Basic Free version and that works, BUT when I attept to open ANY it say that I have to PURCHASE. Well "iTunes" forward my payment info to this app provider! Don't buy unless they provide money back gurantee!

Please. Could you add a feature where you can add photos from your camera roll and the photos app into a folder in the usb? I used to be able to copy and paste them into the usb pro app but now after updating to 5.1 I can't.

Very awesome!. This is a great app and I use it all the time! I love how you can add your dropbox account on and access files there too. It would be awesome if you could add a transfer feature from the USB to Dropbox. Also it would be great if you could add a few more features to the music player like shuffle, repeat, and continuous.

Don't be lame.... Just get it, it's not that expensive and it does everything you can reasonably ask of it. Totally compatible with the most effective document modifiers like Goodreader and the like. Extremely helpful for use as a student that needs to read a multitude of PDFs

Needs bookmarks. Best doc viewer I've seen. Would give it 5 stars if it had a search function and bookmarks. Hoping to see those on updates.

Unwanted in-app browser. They forgot to mention that this update adds an in-app browser to USB Disk Pro, forcing me to reject it on devices that need Parental Controls (Restrictions) to block Safari. All apps that have in-app browsers will sabotage your Parental Controls by giving children an easy way to get around them. Parents beware!

Disappointed in FULL APP functions. Tutorials with detail on how to use all the functions would be nice. Honestly, it would serve as proof that it's capabilities aren't just wishful thinking. I'm an advanced computer user and I can't seem to make this App function with even half of what it claims to be capable of...This app was A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! I suggest looking elsewhere if you want an app that functions.

Great app. Esp for when you need to send a file from yr computer but have no wifi - just save to the app, put it on yr phone, and send from there. It's been a lifesaver.

Yay the second to last update made voice over work within files again.. I got the warning to turn off passwords, and made sure they were off. Took a deep breath hoping voice over would still fully function in the open files after update, and it did! Very happy to have access with voice over, without having to open in a separate app to read the file.

Fantastic app!!! A++++. I use USB disk for motivational audiobooks purchased on MP3 and this app allows a place to save and play them securely without connecting to outside sources. Brilliant. I don't mind buying iphone and ipad versions separately for such a well written app. I have used this app for 2 years now. Highly recommended

Great.... I was looking for an app that would allow me to open email attachments and store them on my phone without having to go into my email. This app is great it also allows me to open any documents and store them without hassle. Perfect for my daily use.

Password lost, files lost. I have been using this app for a few years and it has been great until they totally botched the last update which locked me out of my protected files. I saw no such warning to remove my pass codes. No way to retrieve files. No way to ever trust this app again for protected files. I wish I could select a zero star rating.

Satisfied. I mainly got this to send and receive .pdf files, and it does that well. I had some issues at first that their support was very helpful with. I was able to import a .mp4 video that iTunes refused to import, and it played from within USB Disk Pro very well. It also inferfaces well with other programs I am using. Great product.

Could not live without it!!!!. Completely disagree with a previous review. My main files are Excel and I can view them just fine. (Maybe that reviewer has a glitch?) Good but. no way to sync files from computer to device using wifi only (without itunes or cable). Hoping to add the function of uploading files in the http page and the feature of making the device as a FTP sever to organize documents casually and locally in the computer explorer like the way another app "FileApp" does, and that is the reason why I still using the lite version of FileApp though I own this pro one. Anyway, this app is powerful.

Good. Pretty good. Had a lot of trouble getting the wireless file transfer feature and still can't use it. Instructions for this could be a lot better

Great, amazing. Great app, worth the money. The Dropbox is a bit confusing, but I haven't really taken the time to figure it out. Would be cool if it could work without iTunes, but it's an iPod, so Apple probably wouldn't allow it anyway. Definite 5 stars  It is also great if you have mp3 music and are having problems getting them onto your iPod with iTunes, just click and drag! now you can listen to your tunes!! 

Simplified my life. Now I can read me ebooks with ease by just copying them to the program's folder! If you have linux, you don't even have to bother with iTunes, it acts just like a flash drive! Wish it were that way with Windows. Great app!

Great app!. Very handy and works very well: makes it very easy to transfer files between the phone, a computer, and dropbox. Very useful if you need to transfer an email attachment or dropbox file to your computer without a wifi connection. Also, it's under active development: the author has updated it repeatedly adding nice new features. One of the first apps I'd put on a new phone.

great USB disk. This is exactly what I wanted. Easy to transfer documents .avi files play flawlessly and I can put videos there I don't want the kids watching on my ipod part. Keeps the resume handy and access to some important files should I lose access on the computer. Great design, and implementation hats off. Only thing is maybe something of a different icon, but it does the job haha.

Terrible. So many flaws with this app. Takes forever to upload a file. Nothing uploads to the Apple Watch. Long upload times. All for nothing. Serious bugs. Developer team needs to get on that ASAP.

Just what I was looking for.. Can finally use my iPhone for file storage. Works as advertised.

Great App, Worthy Upgrade From Free Version. I just upgraded from the free version and am glad I did. Shell integration is noticeably better (ie, the "send to" and "open with" options in other apps). Now, for example, I can access my files with Ubuntu One, send them to USB Disk Pro, and email them with that app (because Ubuntu One doesn't give you the option to email).

Bad security, needs work.. Incredibly slow to load content from a webdav server, over 10x slower than other apps I have. No thumbnail support for images on owncloud servers. Prior review: Only option for webdav servers is either to have a full cert or completely ignore the cert. Terribly insecure, needs to be able to validate self signed certs (display cert info for verification) and then be able to store and check that it is the same from then on. Doesn't seem to be any way to sync files/photos to webdav, only simple upload/download which is a pain. Also doesn't use the server name you set in the top of screen status, just calls it "webdav". Can create text files but can't put anything in them or edit them? What use is that?

Yes.. Been using this for years now on my iPod. Does what I need it to do perfectly. If I wasn't a PC gamer, my iPod would be my laptop (it kind of already is with this app).

Great. This app has the potential to one of the best.... It is laggy but seems to smooth out over use there are some issues as far as memory is concerned during file transfers but once you complete the transfer and delete cache it's plays well. layout,3D touch,file viewer, are top notch.

Perfect. I use this app every day at work. From PDF's, customer quotes, pictures pertaining to their accounts, it's easy to move copy and paste to folders. Then simple to email right from the app. It's become a filing cabinet at my digestion at all times. I can even see ways to use this for my personal records too. I can't even think of a way to improve this app. I'm not one to comment often but this app is worth it.

Disappointing, $3 wasted.. App requires iTunes do no good for Ubuntu. Couldn't get Bluetooth sync with Mac to work. Was hoping for this to enable iPhone to be a USB drive, it doesn't. Fell for the name I guess.

Not worth the money. Hasn't opened one thing I have wanted it to, always get this program cannot be opened, really this does nothing the iPhone can't already open. No point to getting this program says it can do all this stuff which is really just what the iPhone can do, nothing else!

Nice app but can be slow to load. I wish it loads files faster. There isnt much room for other use apart from file conversion.

USB Disk Pro. This app is an iPhone battery killer. If you forget to shut it down completely your iPhone will drain its battery and die.

Lawyer. Sometimes it cuts out and the screen goes blank then it goes back to my home screen. Only glitch ive found so far. Helps me keep my clients work in order.

Great app, minor prob with latest update. After swiping the app closed, on restart it now asks me if I want to Reset Application. This happens about 90% of the time, every now and then it behaves normally. Otherwise excellent app as usual.

Good app. Would be a 5star if i see cloud support for BOX and some enhancement on transferring large files from camera as it crashes when files are bigger than few MBs!

One of the best file apps!. I've tried quite a few file transfer apps but this is my favourite so far. It has a nice clear interface and connects simply to a number of cloud storage, viz. Google Drive, Box, DropBox, OneNote and Evernote. It also opens all the files I've tried, and when you play mp3s a player appears with a nice visualization. My only faint gripe is that it's obvious how to copy/cut a file by long-pressing and selecting COPY or CUT, however you can't paste into a different folder the same way, you have to press a less-than-obvious icon at the bottom. A very small complaint though - you soon get used to it, but it would be nice to although the context menu method in both cases. It might be an iOS issue though, not being able to long-press on a blank space. But all in all a very nice app!

Terrible update!!. I have to resize the page every time I scroll to a new one!! Previously the whole doc autoresized to the previous page. The update makes this app useless for reading.

Great!. Great app does everything it says however it would be good if the app had an option to save files through mms. USB pro would be even better if it supported more file formats like wmv for example, well even better make it open all file types and you will have an awesome file storing app.

Cant open large .txt files...Please, Please fix. This is a Really great app. I upgraded to this version from your light version, because i wanted the ability to put a lock on, so noone can look at my files. It works great, but, a new problem has arised that was not in the light version. I can no-longer open large .txt (notepad) files above a KB. I hope you can fix it in the next update or it could just be my ipod.

Very Good - I use it very often. Pretty good. Handles a wide variety of file types well. One of the best features is that I can map a drive letter from windows over to the phone through wifi with no drivers needed on windows. It handles a great variety of file types well and it's quick once the files are on the device. Well worth the money for the pro version. Only changes I'd like: 1. It would be even better if the app could connect to a UNC path (\\serverrname\sharename\). This would be awesome. It can use Dropbox and similar apps like google drive, but being able to connect to a UNC path to a Windows file share or Samba share would be perfect. 2. Icon is a bit ugly. The blue one for the free version is a nicer icon. Maybe allow a custom icon by looking for a specifically named file in the app ? Actually I wish iOS would let me custom choose icons.... sigh. 3. Quite slow transfer via wifi. Much faster through USB cable with iTunes. I really wish I could map a windows drive letter through the USB connection at the higher speed. iTunes only cable transfer is annoying, because I don't have iTunes on every PC I use, so on most PCs I use wifi transfer, which is slower.

Great App... Couldn't live without it.. Absolutely ridiculous that you even need an app like this on a phone that does so much... But since you do, this app is great. As a freelancer I rely heavily on this app to carry & send out invoices, resumes and other important documents.

Good for reading, storage, studying.... Indispensable. One improvement I could see is for links in PDF documents to connect to the pages they reference (e.g. A table of contents takes you to the page/chapter). I would also like the option to have swiping left/right take me to the next/previous window rather than between documents in a folder.

Twice. Every time I try to save something I have to do it twice

Slow. It is slow to respond when looking through large files. I was using large PDF's and found it frustrating when trying to scroll through them. As well as others have stated - where are the extras that the free version promised. I purchased this product (USB Pro) and can not find the extras. If I had to do it over again I would just stick with the free version, it pretty-well does the same thing as the paid version.

Content unavailable. The recent update made the access to USB Disk via Files impossible. The error message is like “Content unavailable...The folder contents could not be displayed because of an unknown error “

Rip off. I'm giving this app 1 star until it stops giving me ads when using Web mode given that I paid for this. What did I pay for if not an ad free experience? Not just any ads either, but the kind that make it very hard to type anything without redirecting to the App Store. I would never download anything shoved at me that way either.

Lyric, paroles. Tout fonctionne bien mais ce qui serai vraiment intéressant dans mon cas c'est d'être capable en plus de faire jouer mes trames sonores (Mp3) trouver une façon de voir en syncro mes fichiers LRC pour voir les paroles défiler en même temps comme mon logiciel showplay merci.

Bug: Cannot open a ".txt" file. I open a ".txt" file in the free app: It works. I open the same ".txt" file in the paid app: It crashes: "The operation couldn't be completed. (Cocoa error 261.)". To be fair, I downloaded the paid app just 1 day after the release of a new version (v1.3.3, 2012-12-20) so we may expect a quick fix!

DONT UPGRADE. After I upgraded my phone it's wouldn't accept my password so now I am unable to get onto the app and access certain things

Glitching Audio. Love the app and have used it for years. Recently I updated and when I have an audio file playing on lock screen waking up the phone will glitch the audio for a moment. (Also I’ve been hoping for an A-B repeat feature on audio/video files...?)

Good start. Let's beef it up. Just started using it and am pleased with the capabilities. However, for an app that accesses my Google Drive (handy) it doesn't recognize any Google docs/sheets etc. I can't read them. What's the point?

Great product. Works well but it would be nice to know how to sync the pro version with the free version of this app.

Organizing tool. This app is great for students who's schools have chosen to be more tech savvy. It allows me to save digital textbooks and worksheets that I can use in class instead of bringing in the hard copy.

buggy. Try to upload a file of more than 300 mb to dropbox and it will freeze the phone or it will give an unknown error after wasting allot if mb on cell plan :( The software does not even have an gauge yo see if the file uploads and at what speeds it uploads ! Complettley crap

This is a great, 5-star, app. After using it for a while now to listen to music/audio: - I did discover that it will remember where you left off (you have to turn that on I options). - media player could be a little simpler with bigger buttons and a little more descriptive icons. Great app!. This is a great app to keep documents on hand in a separate storage area. It's easy to transfer documents into this app and then easy to manage them inside prodisk. I find this the easiest to use and it's something I couldn't do without. Worth buying!

Great. Handy program

Issues with changing pages. I use it for books, but cannot use the little icon at the bottom of the screen which opens a shortcut menu for the book I am looking through. Each time I tap the icon, the app closes. Please fix this mess-up

Works well, but needs improvements. When it comes to turning your iPhone or iPod into a virtual USB disk, this app makes it easy! Drag and drop from your desktop right into the app through iTunes. Unfortunately it does not allow for folders to be added, regardless of what the pictures show, making it harder to use if you want files to stay sorted on your device. Make this possible and your app will be well above the rest.

Dont upgrade! It screws up your password. after upgrading, i cant use my old password to access the app. If this is a known problem, the password should be automatically disabled instead of recommending to be disabled!

Update Made App Worthless. I removed passwords and turn them off before updating. After updating All my files and folders are gone! The settings button or anything to modify anything does not exist when opening app. All I see is the word "empty". The app has no functionality at all.

GET IT. This app is awesome, I use it everyday and it's better than a flash drive.

Upon using the app for the first time. a notification should pop up to inform the user that the app sends usage information by default. When you buy a new iphone and use it for the first time, apple asks you if it's cool or not to send diagnostic information and I think this app should too

Good. Does what it says it does. Transfer files easily, all you need is iTunes on the computer.

Browser not good. Polish it up a lot more. Crashes. Glitches. Lags. And URL bar gets in the way all the time when I'm typing on something else.

Really good app, but.... From time to time the icon will get mangled, and I have to actually RESET the ENTIRE APP! They don't recommend you reset the app, but sometime it won't work if ya don't!!!

Problems. App crashes on iPad mini 2 when deleting a file. Probably other file management problems as well. Works on iPhone 6, however. Needs to be back-compliant.

Upgrade help. I liked USB disk, so I bought USB disk pro. So. How can I transfer my files from USB disk to USB disk pro? So I can delete USB disk.

Can not edit txt files. Claims you can edit txt files. No, you can't -- or at least I can't figure out how to do so, even when I've created the file within the app itself.

doesn't do what it claims. Can you get refunds if they just plain lie to you? don't waste your money even if it's only a buck! doesn't play files or recognize media types it claims to. completely worthless for me.

Wont open PDF files correctly. Needs to improve in opening PDF and word files correctly

Inability to delete files from ICloud. Every time I try to delete a file in iCloud from within USB Disk Pro the app freezes and the files are not deleted.

V 2.2.0 Lost Password. Lost password and local files with it. No good. Freezes on windows 8 when exchanging files on mapped drive. Does not save PDF from email to dropbox.

Best buck I've spent in the app store. This app will change the way you use your iPhone. A must have!

Great App!. I use this app a lot, it's been very helpful and efficient.

Works good. The only things I don't like is sometimes it needs to be reset and it as of know cant transfer lots of pictures with out crashing . And there's no play list. But it keeps getting better. Not bad for 3$ Can't wait till all the bugs are fixed And wish they would add a play list. And support so you can play and browse your files.

Disappear Files. Downloads randomly don't save or won't allow me to have enough time to chose a folder to put them in.

Not bad. It's getting better. I'm able to use this with drop box by editing txt files so that's great.

Let that be a lesson. Remove passwords before updating first time this happened with this app but not the first time ever

Good overall. Latest update states iCloud capability now enabled but I can't get it to work. Pretty good app for local file storage but without cloud storage I will no longer be using it.

Skydrive support. Unfortunately video streaming doesn't work. Would be nice since Apple won't let Microsoft update the Skydrive app.
