Lifesaver When iBooks Stopped Working. iBooks doesn't like loading .pdf's or books after 1,009 or so. This application let's me save the .pdf's until Apple fixes iBooks.

Third update still not working. I no longer can see videos or documents. This is the third update in the last couple of weeks and they still don’t have it working.

Need more file types. Greatest file sharing tool if u have 64gb ipad. Take away 1 star for not being able to share more file types like .psd or just plain folders. Please fix this!

Overall, A Good App. Overall this is a good app to view and annotate PDF files. The only reason I wouldn't give it more stars is that some functionality that was very important to me was lost in the latest update. I know it may not be important to others, but to me, it was one of the final factors that made me decide to go with USBDisk. When in landscape view mode when you went to full screen mode the app previously displayed the document at full width. Now it displays full page and my docs are then too small to read. Then I have to spend time trying to re-size the view. It would be very helpful to have a setting that would allow docs to be opened at full page width every time, if the user prefers. Thanks for a good app, but please, please add the requested functionality. . . And soon!

Works very well. This app does precisely what it claims to do. I haven't had any setup/connection/file moving issues at all. Works very well.

Great program. I love using this program...it is easy to understand and user friendly! I definitely recommend it.

Great Update, but. Could you please add a shortcut to get to the search field (at top of the documents list)? When you have a big list of documents takes a lot of time to get to the top. Alternatively, add an alphabet index to get fas to any letter. Finally, add cloud support.

Storage. A wonderful way to preserve and export data.

Complete FAILURE!!!. Fix this CATASTROPHiC update!!! Your message about turning off protection was TOO LATE! Like other customers, I'm now unable to access anything withing the App. Remove this rotten update and restore the last version. I sincerely hope you QUICKLY provide a solution for this!!!!

Was awesome, airplay stopped working. With the last two updates there have been problems, two updates ago you could protect folders but it did not matter what 4 digit pin you typed in to open it. Now that this problem has been rectified with the last update you can no longer play videos full screen via Apple AirPlay. It all used to work... Once AirPlay is fixed I'll give it a 5.

Fixed it!. I updated the application to the version 1.1.0 and its crash and hang away. fixed it! pleaaaaaseeeeee!

Mixed. Copy files? Move files? Trial and error to figure out how, or which. If your first guess is wrong, then you have to clean things up and do it all over again.

Not impressed so far!. Just got this app to open and store files mainly from emails. First document that I tried to open app said it was an invalid file. It was a simple word file............

DOES NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS … Total waste of money. Played with the lite version a while and decided to upgrade. Big mistake ... Simply put this app dos not do what it says. All you can do is transfer files files while USB connected to iTunes !!! It says iDisk and Dropbox … not available It says wireless transfers … not available It only sees my printers and none of the iPad, MacBook Air or Vista 64 computers all inn the shared networks. Welcome and help files followed … no luck … IMHO … fraud advertising and pumped reviews. Total waste of money … Save your money … Look elsewhere Robert9001

Apps review. Great app no doubt but needs improvement on file formats it supports and flexibility in page opening. Welldone!

Cons. It doesnt open video files which is the most frustrating.

Unique Features. This App has some features that I do not find in other file Management apps. While most apps unzip zipped files before looking at them, this app can view the file in their zipped format. It can play back zipped Audio Files. While other file managers have to download cloud files to view . This App can view them in their cloud location!

Essential. Unlike the office Dropbox app, this one can create new folders!

Great app. I use this app all the time...it has become very useful to me especially when downloading and sending attachments.

Excellent. This is my go-to app for recipe files. I have been using it for years on an early iPad, and it does everything I need it to.

USB Disk Pro. Unfortunately, this app doesn't work very well...I liked your free version but this version has some flaws; among them, it looses information without any rational reason. I had transferred several hours of work from my laptop only to loose it for no apparent reason...it has some bugs-- I am going back to the free version. :-( Harry Powers

Easy to use. A simple way to transfer individual files from computer to iPad. Would be great if there was an "Open In" function that accessed other apps.

Highlighting or annotating?. The app is great. However, I'm trying to use it for school for viewing PDFs. Adding a way to highlight freehand on documents would be an amazing update.

Great support!!. I love this app and use it often. I recently had a problem and the support team responded quickly and persisted until the problem was identified. They offered a good solution until the issue can be resolved in a future update. This is what app support should be like!!

Files not backed up. Unfortunately you can only recover your local files by recovering the device full backup. This doesn't always work because sometimes the IOS is buggy and the fix is to start with a fresh IOS. When you reinstall this app your files are gone.

USB. This app works very well to be able to transfer files between your IPad and laptop\desktop. The other thing that is awesome about it is that you are able to create folders and seperate your items.

Good, except.... I loved this app so much. I was looking at all the other apps and even though this one was a bit more money when I bought it, I liked the features so I spent a little bit extra. I haven't used this app in forever and when I opened it for the first time in a couple of months, I noticed something about the new update that bugged me. When I pressed the full screen button at the top left of the screen, normally the page opened so that is was covering the full screen. Now I press that button and all I get is a full page, not full screen and a useless gray area on the sides. Then if I want it on the full screen I have to resize it, but then I can only look at one page at time and overall, it's just a hassle. I would really like it if you changed it back or, if some people wanted it that way, make it a setting, full screen or full page. Anyways, with that being said, all of the other features of the app are great. Nice app.

False Advertising. Will not read USB. Although the description say it will read a lightning USB drive and play MKV file, the application will do neither. Don’t get deceived. If this is what you want, this is not the app for you.

Been using it for 5years and it only gets better. This is my fall back app when I need to get data to and from my devices. Over the years more access has been added such as google drive, sftp and others. Even if you purchase it an let it sit for months, the onetime that you absolutely need - you will realize that it is worth the price.

Easier crash open big file. Easy crash when open a big file, PPT support not good, can not display embedded excel table in ppt, strange symbol displayed in ppt, need to improve loading speed...

Like it. I like it so much... Sometimes it is hard to look at big files in full screen mode but other than that it works great.

Frustrating. The extension file is dead. I went back to the free apps instead. Files were gone and can not be retrieved. There were bugs. Im afraid if affected other apps I want my money back. This is not working. Now I cannot see my files when I connect my iPad to my computer. So much data I uploaded now gone.

Well, this was a waste of money.. This was a waste. In spite of its name, it will not see or access any usb drive. And although my iPad IS seen by iTunes, there’s no “apps” icon or button anywhere. In short, this app doesn’t do a single thing. Well, except take money. It does that.

Does not work. This application has a serious bug. I tried to open documents from email and will not accept them.

Won't allow "Open In". Liked the app on my iphone but the ipad app won't show me "Open In USB Disk" when I try to get email attachments. I tried to reset the app but that didn't help. I have written tech support, so we'll see what happens.

Amazing until the recent update!. This app was absolutely incredible until the recent update. I can no longer send email file attachments- it just freezes up and holds up all of my outgoing emails. Please fix!!

This is a mess for a paid app!. I am locked out of my stored content, without going back and doing some backups and restores, which I am not able to do where I am. I will be looking for another app to do the storage on MY DEVICE, without locking me out!

Works for me every time.. I use mostly MS Office formats and PDFs. Have not had ANY problems to date opening, reading, or editing. I actually have Dropbox which is great but I can't always rely on wi-fi access. This does not require that. Also have Evernote but I find it useful to collect themed stories more so than documents. Wi-fi there too. Challenge.

Great app especially when I don't have an internet connection. This is a great app that allows the transfer of docs without an internet connection (files can be transferred over a ad-hoc wi-fi network). It supports the file types that I usually use and haven't had it crash even once. The only thing that I wish it would do that it doesn't is integrate with iWorks files directly. It would be nice to be able to wirelessly transfer newly created iWork files to another person's laptop without a internet connection.

LLC in Saigon. I switched after iBooks crashed ... Very pleased now.

I Like This App. I bought this app to sort out my pdf files in a way that iBooks wouldn't do. It works very well in that I can put folders inside of folders. The only thing that I have noticed is that it doen't open up my large .pdf files very well. It closes the application on me, probably a memory error of some sort. Overall, a good application if the .pdf files are less than 10 pages.

Works great. Tried the free version first. Worked great and performed the operations I needed. Upgraded to the Pro version and still does a nice job. Very satisfied.

My review. I do not have a lot of experience with the iPad, I am a PC person but have found this App to be ideal to store and work with certain business documents, such as Spread Sheets that I might need in a meeting, where I take the iPad as a notebook, rather than a PC. Less cumbersome to go around with the iPad, than a Lap Top.

Pretty good app. Drop Box is good , also like the audio files

Awesome idea. Great idea. I had some problem with the app remembering multiple connections, but tech support helped me out and things are working well. I can copy between SkyDrive and Dropbox and lock certain files in case my iPad is ever stolen.

Good all round app.. This is a great app for viewing and storing PDFs, word documents and videos. I especially like it's ability to secure documents with a password. (such as academic transcripts in my case). My only criticism is that the app occasionally freezes and crashes. After a crash, when you go back into the app, all of the files appear to have disappeared. The only solution I have found to this issue is to reboot the entire iPad, which can get a little trying. Hopefully this issue will be ironed out in future updates. Aside from this however I've been very impressed. Easy to use and very functional. I would defiantly recommend it, especially to students.

F*@%ing Brilliant. My Computer and Back-up crashed which is a very rare happening but as I had sync my iPad with all my photos,contacts and music and important documents I was able to retrieve the most information I had lost thanks to USB for iPad and the iPhone version. Mega tanks.

Overall OK. Oval the app is ok. I find that it freezes on occasion and that can be frustrating. A good addition would be the ability to make comments and notes over documents and save them. Like taking additional notes in a lecture for example when a paper has been provided.

USB Disk Pro. I wish I had this app before I had purchased a lot of other useless ones, or those that have fewer great features. Using it all the time now. The only improvement I find I miss and essential is a simple photo editor inbuilt into the viewer, and another nice feature would be perhaps a choice some personalized folders, but not too colorful. To top that off would be a way of going back to the top folder or file automatically. Perhaps I am not finding the right settings for this. Took a long time to work out why the movie started automatically, and played at awkward moments. The settings just need a better or more simple explanation for each one. Just need to try it out for my drawing and scetching apps to see if it works with them as well. If so I'm happy happy happy.

Save in folder. I coldn't save in folder on this application. Just by format dokumen one by one. I would like save in one folder.

Usb Disk Pro. Not bad haven't had the need to use it a lot yet.

One request/criticism. I have used this app for years & my only request/criticism is that it is not universal.....this app would achieve excellence if it became universal, of me anywayz :)

Incredibly easy. This is just the thing I needed to transfer my PCM files to iPad ,easy to use and cheap

Good stuff. I use this frequently, it works very well.

Page View. Using an iPad Air the new version pushes up documents so you can't see the top part of the document. You can pull down the document but it pops back up. If you select a new page then cancel this the document sits in the correct position.

Good app. Helped me a lot today when I can't open my huge PDF file in my iPad from Dropbox, I just transferred it from my PC to my iPad.

Long time user. It’s great to see an update.. I finally decided to go the full pro now I’m using iPhone iPad iMac. Yet it took me to $14.95 payment which on veterans pension. Was a big Chunk to this pay, then at the bottom it showed same USB pro for $7.99 yet it was just iPhone lol. Hope that there is no more charges on iPad. Great program as said long term user. I hope there is no fee if you have made a version to match up on my OS iMac computer and possible gift of a MacBook Pro older version to help my photography. To help my ptsd treatment and get out of my house more. I do recommend the app highly as it’s been working really well. Hope you guys stay up with the updates. Cheers.

Crashes. Constantly crashes after opening a document. Very annoying when in meetings!

Great memory solution!. I would have to say that this app is so much better and more convenient than carrying a memory stick. I just download what I need and next time I sync my iPad or iPhone, it's transferred to my PC. That simple!

Not worth it. Constantly crashing, not worth the $2.99 to switch to the "pro" version. I would rather deal with the ads in the free version. Very disappointing

USB PRO. This is a fab app, especially if you just want to access files when you are away from home. Just drag and drop, how simple can it be.

Excellent. This is a really good app for organizing files and documents. Syncing with WIFI is very handy and this app works well with many other apps, including iBooks and Safari to name a few. It has many user settings built into it, including security settings for the app itself, folders and individual files. I use this app to transfer files to and from my iPad and as an archive for documents removed out of my e-readers, which means my other reader apps don't get overly cluttered. I have this app on my iphone too. My only gripe is that you have to pay twice if you want it on your iPad and iPhone. But I suppose it's been worth the price! I tried out the free version first, which is also good, but the Pro (or full) version has so much more functionality, which I actually use. I use this app every day, it's easy to use and so far it's worked seamlessly.

fair to reasonable. I’ve had it for years, keep forgetting I’ve got it. Then try to use it. It is interesting but needs a lot of work, unable to type into a text bubble on a pdf, and some minor glitches , it will freeze quite easily. No comparison to PDF Expert, GoodReader etc. Rather pricey. I guess its hard to build these things. But if it doesn’t work well we can hope they fix it. Wait and see.

Perfect the way it is. Sadly tried to refine the app which was perfect for many years, used to make my life so easy. Used to be able to export pics into iOs camera roll and it would name the pics chronologically/numerically as IMG_001 IMG_002 ...and now it gives some random names and uses date chrono only with some random name such as JHV83ST AOGH19 ...instead of naming numerically. What a mess now. I'm sure it's caused by iOS primarily but this app used to be save us from these kind of iOS crap. Now the app follows iOS bad metrics.

Solid Program. Does exactly what it advertises. Allows copy/pasting of files, views most common file types, allows for folder management to organize your files, USB and wifi data transfer. Haven't played with iDisk, etc. but this app does exactly what I need. Could improve on the PDF viewer though.

Superbe!. Finally i can acces to my files locally! Very well designed.

crashes. when it works it is ok. but has crashed on me 3 times in the last week. all of a sudden stops working and logs out. also, sometimes only opens half a file i.e. in a 100 page file it may stop at page 76… for no apparent reason. next time it may decide to open up to page 81. it is random. disappointing and wastes a lot of time as you try to reload docs.

Usb Disk pro. Pretty hard to link to the likes of Dropbox and Evernote. Needs a bit more work.

App update request. This app is great. It would be perfect if there were a bit more refinements. Please add more controls in video player. Eg. Fast forward or backward. Slow motion. Zoom Basic edits in picture viewer. Thanks for listening.

USB. Great app

The Best APP turns IPAD to an external Disk. I have used many applications to help me do what I want such as reading and editing pdf files, reading all kinds of video format even windows formats, also I want to manage my hard disk(ipad) wirelessly through a desktop file explore. This application meets all of my expectations even better, I want read or modify multiply files at same time in full screen mode or splitting mode. I used the free version for almost one year then I passed to pro version to have all features. I think it is a little bit expensive. I would pay 10$ rather than 13$ but no choice I need it. The only thing missing is it can read .fla format (flash player). But overall, I recommande this APP to everyone who want to turns the ipad to an external hard disk and manage files through local server network.

USB Disk Pro. Mistakenly thought this app would allow me to access files on USB flash drive. That capability would be helpful.

Constantly Crashes. I was excited to see this app could connect to dropbox. Unfortunately, EVERY TIME I click on the dropbox file location the app crashes.

Fix needed. Locks up since updating to ios 9. Needs a patch. Please sort this out quickly. Crashes every time I try to create a file or folder.

Well designed. This App is very useful in moving files and viewing them outside of iTunes. Particularly useful is the ability to xfer files wirelessly. Included documentation needs to be improved, regarding wireless xfer, but the information is on their website.

Great application!. Really like this app; use it quite a bit. After setting up folders and transferring files into them for a while it is not hard to figure out the controls for "copy", "cut", "paste". Thank you for a very good app and very reasonably priced. Worth every penny.

Network shares. Needs support for local network shares via Samba, AFP, etc. See FileExplorer app.
