Frustrating App is crashing. I have a serious problem with this app it continues to crash every time I try to retrieve my photos you guys are playing around and not allowing me to get my photos that is a problem so fix it this review is only for you to fix it not anything else I don’t care about what your app does any of my pictures will talk about it wet do it now. The app should not crash every time I try to load up my photos I sent an email to your main office and now I am talking to you.

Best speed cámara with best quality. It’s literally amazing. It will take pictures fast later once you’re done. You can save them as a video and it’s smooth. Photos are clear and setting allow you to do just about anything . Even filters !!

Great features. The feature set of this app is impressive.

Needs some compatibility work for iPad Pro. Not sure if this app was intended to work with the iPad but if it is, it needs some work to function properly on the iPad Pro. When you launch it on the iPad Pro, the image is does not rotate with the orientation of the tablet and when do you do rotate it the screen splits and two and has very odd behavior, and makes the app unusable. It works great on my iPhone and has for many years so I had hopes that I could use it with my iPad as well maybe in the future?

Easy to use. Lots of options.. Exactly what I needed. Easy to take numerous photos without having to hold down any buttons.

The Best. Hands down, the fastest and THE BEST camera app for taking pictures. I definitely use it to take multiple pictures then sort out the best ones of the bunch.

Intervalometer useful. I have been using this app for it’s reasonably flexible intervalometer function. It allows set quantity interval capture at a variety of resolutions with optional save to camera roll. I use it to record time interval measurements in a laboratory environment. A more flexible time interval selector would be nice, such as the ability to select day/hour/minute/decimal second intervals from a keyboard or rolling digit selector.

APP DOES NOT WORK - DO NOT BUY. Update: **App is totally nonfunctional on iphoneX. Broken. Zero functionality. I cannot believe Apple allows this developer to steal people’s money using fake + old reviews. This is FRAUD.** —————- This is like some kind of bad joke. (1) The app is perpetually broken, and remains essentially non-functional with iPhonex/iOS12; and (2) the app has removed stealth mode, which was THE ONLY REASON ANYONE EVER BOUGHT IT. Please, I implore you, don’t waste your hard earned income on this garbage.

Not photogenic?. Love this app, not just for selfies. Great for any thing/one not photogenic. When you take 500 pics in 2 minutes SOME of them have to be great. That is exactly how professional photographers do it!

SELF PORTRAITS. THE BEST app of dozens I’ve tried for taking continuous burst self portraits, other hold a low maximum of photos per burst causing you to constantly have to walk back and reset the camera every minute, this one has allowed me to have thousands of takes without stopping, also I love the different review options for selecting photos to keep. Higher quality than other apps I’ve tried also! This one is 12mp, others I’ve tried I could only find 8mp. Worth the five dollars!

Awesome!. Just like a highly professional camera. The shots are fast and very hi res. what I like the most is the stealth way in which it takes the shots. Not even I realized i was taking pictures the first time.

Good camera app for taking kids sport/ games. Easy to use. Lots of options.

It's fast. I'm still figuring it out. I tried low stakes- my cat grooming (actually, my cat doesn't seem to groom much so maybe they were important) and speed, light, focus was fine. Framing was terrible- that was on me. Next- parents feeding nestlings looked like the light was too low but the "film" was fast enough. I wasn't happy with the color, etc but the focus was good. I'm not clear on what deletes photos from the app and I'd like for the photos to sort into a smart album automatically so I figure out what I'm doing right and wrong with the camera. The UI seems a bit different than other cameras but I've only used it twice.

Dream App. everyone who takes pictures to capture moments needs this app. it has added to my quality of life, and that’s no exaggeration. i know that i and my family will enjoy spur-of-the moment memories forever, that were previously uncatchable. thank you so much foe this app.

REMARKABLE!!. The UI is simple, yet the images turn out HiRes and complex! IF you're green at photography or have years of education and experience on this matter this is the app to have! Worth every single cent and then some. My hats off to the developers!

Updates are great. Easily the best time lapse app on the app store. They fixed a bunch of bugs and continually improve the app. I had given its one star review a while back for how buggy it was but the updates have completely turned me around

GR8 options 4 shooting & saving. Very good camera app. Love the options for speed and image size. The review-before-saving to iOS camera roll is nice. App has been reliable over 2 weeks and 3 weekends of use. Only request of mine would be adding option switch for No Shutter Sound. When I get the update installed they may have added this feature. #RECOMMENDED Tested on iPhone 8 w/ iOS 12.4

Amazing possibilities. I have no complaints about this app and I think the only thing it needs is the ability to turn your photos into a flip book

Need to take a bunch of snaps quick. This app has come in clutch when I used to assist in XC racing. I’d position on the line and my regular camera facing the runners as they came in. If there was a question, we would compare pics from multiple cameras to get the winner for those tight finishes.

Used to be a favorite, what happened?. I used to use fast camera all the time, for several years over the course of a few phones. It’s great to use during storms. At least, it was. On my last phone I discovered that using the phone’s own fast mode worked a bit better so I stopped using the app. But now I have a new phone and decided to try this app again during a big storm last night. I caught an amazing sequence of lightning and went to save it but there is a different UI now it seems and all my pics got permanently deleted. Never caught another good shot the rest of the night. The app then froze taking pics even though I kept trying to shut it off. I’d close the app out and reopen it to find it still frozen and would start taking pics as soon as it reopened. It would freeze on review loads. It froze during focusing. Wouldn’t let me into settings or review unless I closed it out. I finally gave up and uninstalled the app again. Too bad. Was once a go to app for me. Now, we’ll if I do get a good shot, I can’t keep it!

Very functional and well-designed. I use this app to capture both mountain biking and road biking shots. The app is very well designed with excellent features to support all types of requirements (burst mode for action or slower duration for general shots).

Excellent with the features you want. I paid the small fee and downloaded this app after searching and trying out many free apps. This app turned out to be wonderful. Don’t even bother downloading all the free apps and save yourself the headache. I wanted super flexibility with a timer and the number of shots and the number of photos. This app met those requirements .

Does nothing but take blurry photos. This app does nothing but the pics look blurry. Total Waste of money. There are no tutorial to explain what’s on the screen. There is an (f) circle ⭕️ and an exposure circle ⭕️ and A white balance circle ⭕️ neither of them do anything when you touch them.

Fast Camera Ideal for Action Shots. Fast Camera does an excellent job of helping me capture selfie shots of me riding my bike. The 30 second delay coupled with many options for the number of shots and the interval between them is perfect for a bike riding selfie. I love it!

Fast but a little buggy. If you want an app that will get your iPhone camera snapping shots quickly, this is the app you want. But it draws a lot of memory and can get buggy if too many other apps are open in background.

Lost my photos. I downloaded this app purely for one special moment I wanted to capture. I used it, selected all of the photos i wanted to keep and deleted the rest. The photos never got uploaded to my camera roll and I lost all of the photos. A moment I will never get again. So very disappointed

Great. I am using this app for architectural work. Works very well for me, saves lots of space on disk as it allows lowering resolution. The only feature I'd love to have is saving photos to Dropbox.

Responsive Developers, Great App. I have been using this app for some time. I had some problems with the last few versions however the developers were very responsive to emails and the latest version works extremely well. The app captures photos very fast and the features in the photo viewer make review and saving the best shots quick and easy. Fast Camera is easily one of the best "burst" style camera apps in the App Store and is well worth trying.

Love it. 😊. It's a great app for getting that perfect shot. I'm no longer limited to taking 1 photo while some action is taking place in front of me and hoping I took the photo at just the right time. Now I just leave it running and choose the best photo from the gallery. Fantastic idea but would love an option to focus or reduce the blue of moving objects.

Great!. Amazing app that ive found incredibly useful when trying to capture kids parties. There will always be one or more kids who lose their attention or blink. If you save all the pictures, you can use photoshop auto align and then mask out what you want to keep and what you want to trash.

A Remarkable App. Exceptional quality, with well-written instructions and timely, helpful advice and assistance from the developer when needed. I downloaded this app with modest expectations, but found the range and quality of work it can do is quite staggering. Although this app might be bought largely as a novelty in the first instance, a little 'playing around' will suggest many useful purposes across fields from creative art to detailed documentation and analysis and to serious scientific enquiry. Value for money, and highly recommended.

Better than iPhone camera. Definitely faster than the built-in version, and it's great that you can control exposure and quick-shot. However that setting should be on-screen so I don't have to go into settings to switch between 1, 5, 10 photos etc. Also annoying that it stops your music when you open the app!

Excellent. Great app for catching those action moments you can never quite get with your normal camera. Great for stop motion too.

Its a video camera. Basically does what the video camera does, takes a heap of frames. The benefit is that it has easy access to the frames so you can choose what to keep. There are free apps you can get to extract frames from videos you take but I will admit this makes it easier. I wouldn't of paid for it, gratefully, it was free today.

Great but..... Great app, But found it unresponsive after an almost full library. Had to wipe it after multiple save attempts. Sigh. Then the reinstall. Still, A worthy addition.

fantastic app. This is a great app. So fast. In the beginning I had some trouble with it starting directly when opening the app. Unnecessary to tell you I had not read the manual that comes with it. After emailing the developer I got an answer back straight away. I was amazed. Then I realized there was a manual. This way it became fool proof for me. It works fantastic. Never miss a moment of the (grand) kids growing up or doing silly things again. Thank you. You made my day.

I have only one criticism. I love this app and find it's brilliant for getting that perfect action shot, my only criticism would be that you have to review the photos before you close the app or you will lose the photos you haven't saved. It would be great if you could save them to a "review later" folder.

TonyG. Great app, Stopped working but upgrade fixed the problem. I find it very useful for taking animal pics or crowd scenes, to use when painting a picture in oils etc. You probably wouldn't take your Daughter's wedding pics with it, but so many other uses. I bet there have been some great pics of the Diamond Jubilee taken with it. Tony

Fix. Hi this is a great app ! enjoy using it all the time ! But one thing I don't like about it ! Is that the photo are blurry ! When u zoom in the photo look all ugly and like a messy painting ! Hope use fix it to make it look pro camera

Fastest for slow. A focus option is needed. Moving objects are blurry and only catch a decent shot if the object pauses for that second. A handy app but not up to quality to shoot movement.

Does what it says well. If you are disappointed in some of your shots of fast-moving things then you haven't taken enough photos. Use the law of numbers and take more shots automatically with this app. Works great!

Quick and captures the moment. This is excellent for capturing those in-between moments that you can miss whilst your camera software is still starting up and taking its time to take a photo. Although its quick you do lose some of the quality of the photos. Overall it's great for what it was I intended to use it for.

Fantastic app for street photography. Fantastic app for street photography. You just start taking photos in the street and then pick and choose the best. The only thing missing for me is a full screen trigger to tap anywhere on the screen to start/stop taking pictures.

As expected. As expected the iPhone doesn't have a fast enough shutter speed to capture moving images well. So if you want to pay for an app that can take 1500 photos of still objects per minute then go for it otherwise don't waste your money.

Very effective. I found it above par when taking pictures of high speed actions, while the shots were sometimes slightly blurred, this was to be expected. Very good otherwise.

Does what it's suppose to.. Offers a really useful camera function, but when your moving the phone around, even really slowly, almost half the photos taken are blurry.

Crashes on iOS 8.1.1 & iPhone 5s. The app can take a rapid succession of photos, yes. But... The stock camera app in iOS 7 can do that too! My problem with this app occurs when reviewing the photos taken. The app crashes when I try and delete unwanted frames. It crashes if I select all, and try to delete all of them, and it crashes if I just select one or two, and try to delete those. It crashes.

Does What It Says, at Low Res. It is fast - starts to take shots immediately - and is very simple to use (two buttons). However, the trade-off is on the resolution: it's very grainy and a little blurry. But, for quick shots under bright lights, it does the trick.

Partially working on 11 Pro. Fast Camera defaults to the 2x lens and won’t let you select another until you switch to front facing lens and back. Then it offers the choice of wide (which is really 2x), 2x and ultra wide. The normal wide angle lens is never used.

Beyond Unreal !!. This app is crazy! Absolutely 100% focused shots at 1/10 sec. intervals. Tried it on a friend diving into the lake off a dock, and a friend doing a running jump into a pool. I've never seen anything like this. A still camera could NEVER capture images this amazing. It doesn't have to start taking photos as soon as you open the app. You can set it to start when you press the shutter button. Probably the best photo app in the world for action shots. LOVE IT !!

Wish I could rate higher. First I’ll say this is an awesome and unique app. I’ve not found anything else like it. It’s ability to shoot photos continuously is simply amazing! I would easily rate the app 5 stars if it was a stable app, unfortunately it’s not. They need to update the app to better perform on iPhones that shoot 48mp ProRaw images. As it is currently, the app crashes every time I switch between shooting “full raw-48mp” and “turbo mode—12mp”. And once the app starts crashing, I literally need to delete the app and reinstall from App Store again. I’ve found a workaround process to stop this from happening when switching between ProRaw-48mp and any of the other 12mp modes (turbo, portrait depth, etc) and that is to first change the “Rear Cam” setting from 48mp to 12mp, then you can toggle on one of the 12mp only shooting modes without the app crashing. The app developers should be updating their code to take care of changing this MP setting for you automatically when changing shooting mode. It’s simply a matter of writing the code to perform the correct steps in the correct order, so the app doesn’t crash… Aside from what I just explained, the app performs well. There are some other little things that the developers need to work on to make the app a little more stable; but these little things are annoyances that I can live with considering the value of what this app enables me to do. This app has AMAZING potential! Hope the developers continue to work on making it better as they have a winner here.

Not for iPhone 6. This version does not work with iPhone 6 plus. After taking the pictures, when you want to review them, all you get is a grey screen with no pictures.

iOS 11. Where is the update/? Can’t open it ????

Awesome !!. I'm not going to update as I don't have iOS 8, but the version I'm using now is FANTASTIC I can't wait to use this app to make stop motion videos !!

Don't Upgrade unless you have ios 8. I just updated and a once great App has been rendered useless as it is incompatible with ios 7.

Almost perfect. Update 11/19 – The developer’s decision to remove Stealth Mode dropped the app from one of my most frequently used to being tucked away in a folder as a last resort. Stealth Mode was fantastic and set the app in a class above the rest. It’s more than a year since they removed the feature and after several updates (not to mention, multiple unanswered emails to the developer), it doesn’t seem likely to return. I reduced my 5-star rating to 2 because of the feature removal and lack of developer response. I've been using Fast Camera for well over a year. The two main draws for me, instantaneous fast–burst pics upon opening the app and the stealth mode feature work beautifully. I often wind up with a lot of useless shots to sort through, but it also manage to capture ones that otherwise would not be possible. My main suggestions, which I sent to the developer who was quite responsive and receptive, are that it's too easy to accidentally touch the screen and exit stealth mode inadvertently, not even realizing. The other is the means for getting the pics out of the app and into your camera roll. The interface for this is a bit inconvenient because if a download is interrupted, which can happen with something as normally innocuous as a pop up from the iOS, exporting is aborted and you have no way of knowing where you left off or how much was completed. The pros far outweigh the cons. And although somewhat awkward, there are workarounds to overcome the minor issues. I do have high hopes for the future of the app based on my communication with the developer.

Does not work. iOS 12.1.3 and Fast Camera keeps returning to the main screen after tapping to start this program. Every time, without exception. This app does not work!

Awful. Can’t review images. Arrow keys don’t work. Try to save images but not able to select any. So basically the app is useless.
