Used to be great. Last few trips, it’s become useless. Does not display updated flight time on bookings, does not support voucher claims, boarding pass unable to load/add to wallet, incorrect checkin status/unable to checkin, cannot upgrade, cannot view seat layout. All of these example features were once working or maybe have never worked. My app is up to date and OS is not far behind.

Worst App I have ever encountered for a customer service company. Does Airfrance have a technical team or a CIO or anything around that? The app wouldn’t pass a QA test. You can’t delete your passport information, and if you modify it, it adds a new passport on top of the older one. If you add any frequent flyer information, it won’t be saved. It says it’s saved, but it won’t save it. You can’t modify your credit card info even though you can try multiple times. Just a waste of time and energy and really disrespectful to anyone flying your airline. Take some lessons from Emirates or Qatar airlines. Even Delta app is way better.

Notification button not working. I have the most recent updated version of the app and I cannot open the little notification bell in the top left corner. There are six notifications there and it’s driving me crazy that I can’t read them. Help how do I fix this? If I cannot get rid of them, I’m going to have to delete this app.

Scam. After picking flight with price and inputting name and other information, the next screen tells you “since you selected the flight the price has increased by ……”. This is something close to bait and switch scams but after booking 3 flights with the same price increase after selecting the flight it is clear Air France and KLM are just scamming customers with misleading prices on flights. These airline companies would be better not doing business at all. If we didn’t need to use them there is no way we would chose these two disreputable companies.

Not as bad as people have said. I just downloaded the app. Signed up for an account and downloaded my boarding passes all within 5 minutes. Maybe I got lucky but it would appear that they have drastically improved the quality of service through the app.

Miles. I had to change my password and had to open a new account since I was not working for the same company. All of my miles were lost from the other account , I was a silver member in my old account and now I am just a beginner, funny though my account number never changed???When I called flying blue to try to get my miles linked to my new account they literally said I had to find all of the old flights!!!! I am talking about at least more than 10 years of flying with Air France… my compliments… nice way to treat a long time member.

just doesn’t work. Can’t log in. Spent 30 minutes on the phone, a number which they hide, working with someone trying to get things going. Finally got a temporary password which only allowed me to login on Safari on my laptop. Something has gone terribly wrong. The same holds true of the KLM app which is basically the same app with a different color scheme. The switch to all computers all the time has gone very badly. Not reassuring for travelers.

Much improved integration with Sky Team elite plus. Until recently booking online did not seem to offer elite plus benefits for Delta elite plus status. This trip recognized my elite plus status from my Delta Skymiles number, and automatically noted 2 free checked bags and selection of premium seats without charge. Kudos to whoever managed to improve the booking software to accomplish this miracle.

Like a bad joke. This app is almost comically bad. Did they try their hardest to make a worthless app? Select a flight get to payments check flight details notice wrong flight time. Think I made a mistake but over and over again same wrong time shows up. Next day it magically shows correct date when I try again. But payment doesn’t seem to go through. Shows up as booked but with no ticket issued. I’ll never take Delta for granted again.

Lowered the quality from previous App. The latest update lowered the quality of services that we used to have before on the same App. There is no multi destinations option, I was not able to pick a seat and pricing were different from the website. Usually updates provide improvement but in the case of this App it went on the opposite direction.

Keeps logging me out since update. Hey Air France, your most recent update keeps logging me out of my account after almost every use. This was not the case before the update. Additionally I was not able to check in for my most recent flight using the app (I was told to check in at the airport) but I was able to check-in through the KLM website and get my wallet boarding pass that way. You need to fix this asap.

Can’t book multi-city flights; advertised prices aren’t available. It’s not possible to book multi-city flights when choosing the multi1city tab. The app limits travelers to flying to just 2 locations, without letting you book a return flight as a third option. Clicking on the cheapest advertised price in a class often generates an error message, forcing travelers to choose higher-priced ticket options.

It’s just bad. Seriously a terrible App. Took my wife and I an hour to change our seats in the app. In order to get a duo seat you have to book each person separately, which is annoying in the first place but then the cost for the „upgrade“ is displayed as 29$ initially however when you add the second passenger increases to 59 dollar for the second seat, which is borderline scamworthy behavior and very much a bait and switch. Hate the app and honestly also won’t use Air France again.

Misleading advice. I was due to fly back from Paris to San Francisco on a flight at 10:25 AM tomorrow morning. I was checking for an upgrade at about 8 o’clock this morning and they told me that I wouldn’t be able to find one until 1025 or later. Fortunately, I went back to my computer to try to access the upgrade ahead of time because I was worried that I would miss it. At about 1015. I saw an upgrade available and indeed there were only two seats left where I was told at 8 o’clock this morning that they were 12. I took one of the two seats. It wasn’t a window seat as there was none available and that’s what I would’ve preferred. However, I was able to get one. I’m sure that if I’d waited till 1025 I would not have had a seat the information the person gave me this morning misdirected me and almost caused me great disappointment. I am disappointed in Air France for basically almost tricking me out of the upgrade.

Passenger Info Screen Not Functioning. Even when I am logged in, the passenger info screen that pops up when I try to book flights includes none of my personal data and won’t even let me add my Flying Blue number (All other SkyTeam partners are presented as options in the drop down list.) Weirdly, Flying Blue IS an option for “Passenger 2.” (But there is no way to access my profile’s “travel companions.” I used to use this app frequently and never had this problem until recently. Until this glitch is fixed, I’ll book with other airlines.

Oops! our app is useless. Haven’t been able to log in for at least 6 weeks. Clicking log in takes me to a page that says oops that page doesn’t exist. Tried accepting all cookies, opening link in another browser on my phone (not that that would log me in to the app anyway). There have been 2 updates since I was logged out and the problem first started—neither of which solved it. Oh and I also tried submitting page notes and emails to no avail.

Can’t save bookings made elsewhere. This is a general problem with Air France’s database, not just the app (at least they are consistent!). Even though I was able to find a booking (made via another internet travel site), it wouldn’t be saved into my bookings, which means I have to search for it each time I use the app. (I have an account) . It probably also means that it won’t notify me if there are changes etc regarding the flight, even though I made sure to add that information. This doesn’t happen with, say, JetBlue. grrr...

Terrible. This app crashes constantly. I have input information several times and when you get to the end it wont save. Trying to check in and enter passport info. The scanner portion does not work and when trying to enter a loyalty program as Skymiles, it wont recognise it.

Crashes worse than the Hindenburg. Trying to log in to get my mobile boarding pass for my flight and not only did the app take forever to download on WiFi (I’ll chalk it up to slow WiFi) but every time I try to open the app it crashes. Every. Single. Time. I just want my boarding pass for my flight, and even the Air France is unresponsive. My mom was able to get her boarding pass after a while but my app still crashes. Both of us are using the latest app version on an iPhone 15/15 Pro. Just let Delta handle our check in and boarding passes instead of sending us through Air France and their crummy app

“Sorry, something went wrong…please try again”. I’ve gotten the “Sorry, something went wrong…please try again” error more times than I can count. I’m trying to plan a trip and rarely get all the way to the final price screen. There are no software updates and I’ve removed/reinstalled the app, powered/repowered my phone but nothing helps. I can book the tickets online but will need the app on travel day and fear it won’t work.

Worst App. It creates bookings that you can’t pay for or cancel out of and strands you in the midst of other bookings after putting in all the information… only to tell you can’t continue the ticket processing online. The app is awful, the website is too (I tried 3 different browsers , two computers and two people’s log-ins to get around the issues). Then there are more minor issues like the submit button is hidden in a dark blue bars. Overall the UX/UI is a nightmare and there are clearly semi-hidden kick-outs to block you from making a reservation (like saying you need a wheelchair).

Un Grand Problème/A Big Problem. SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH Si vous lisez en français je suis désolé si c’est un peu difficile. Ça n’est pas ma première langue. J’avais besoin de vérifier de l’information concernant mon vol et j’ouvre l’application, et il dit que le vol est annulé. Naturellement, j’appelle la compagnie pour demander ce que je devrais faire et pour demander pour que je n’avais reçu un email ou quelqu’autre message. Ils me disent que le vol n’est pas annulé, et il y avait un problème technique. Évidemment je suis content que le vol ne soit pas annulé, mais si ça se passe, à beaucoup plus de personnes ça pourrait être très mauvais. La compagnie doit réparer vite ce problème. I needed to check some information concerning my flight, and I opened the app, and it said the flight is cancelled. Naturally, I called the company to ask what I should do and ask why I didn’t get an email or some other message. They told me that the flight was not cancelled, but that the app had a glitch. Obviously I’m happy that the flight isn’t cancelled, but if this happens to more people that could be very bad. The airline needs to fix this problem quickly.

Boarding time is misleading. All in all, it’s okay but there are some major flaws. One it keeps stressing you out sending you updates every 15 min 6 hour before your flight. Totally unnecessary and very annoying. But most importantly the English version displays boarding time. Well fun fact it’s not when you boarding starts it’s when the gate closes. Don’t learn it in the hard way.

The “Scan Document” feature has no “Scan” button. Also…. Firstly, I was unable to enter a second passport’s information correctly using the app. I ended up having to log on to the actual website. Mind you, I have been a member of Flying Blue for two decades, and had both passportd keyed in twenty years ago. Why did your system delete a whole second passport from my account? Returning to the app, I was prompted to add an image of my passport. It took me a moment to figure out why the scan screen partly grays out the actual window— you don’t explain positioning to the user anywhere. And worse: post-scan, I now see that the app has entered my name completely misspelled! So I had to correct that… Another minute of unnecessary frustration. Lastly, I must mention: my one current booking, although listed on the app, is missing from my AirFrance account in the browser window of the same account. What’s even more disturbing, despite entering the booking number several times onto the website, AirFrance refuses to recognize its existence, which I find troubling. (And yes, I typed the capital “O” correctly— why you put “O”s into a booking number instead of a more sensible zero “0” is frankly unintuitive!)

Worst company to fly with. I’m just gonna make it simple. I booked to connecting flights and both of them was late, first one 2 hours and second one 40 mins. When I arrived to my destination my luggage didn’t arrive then I made claim in the airport and online and started calling customer service no body knows nothing. After 10 days my bag hasn’t arrived and I’m out of my medicine now. Called them again they say last update was 8 days ago and we don’t have further information. I figured this happened to dozens of people every day with Air France. The worst company ever you won’t travel with. Since I’m out of my medicine abroad I can’t buy it again without prescription. Probably I have legitimate case to sue soon.

Cluttered & Inconsistent. While visually pleasing, practically it’s difficult up for basic things like seat assignments and checkin. It doesn’t allow you to select separate seats when traveling with someone forcing you to sit side by side. Why are seat maps pulled several days before departure where no assignment is possible? Where do they go? It’s inconsistent and often unable to do seats on partner Delta in the same record.

Seat Change on Web Site. Our seats were changed on both departing flight and return flight. Tried to change seats on the web site and while there were open seats, the web site would not allow the change to go through.

No alerts?. Why does a 1 appear over the bell/alert? I can’t get rid from f it! Please fix. Update: thank you for fixing the alert button problem. Now after reviewing the notification screen it removes the alert!

Check-in doesn't work. When we needed to check in for our flight, the check-in flow was totally broken. We are a family of four and we all live in the same place, but the online check-in process made us enter our passport details for each person even though they are saved to our account, AND forced us to enter our same home address four times, once for each family member. And then finally the app said that our documents were "not valid" despite all details matching exactly and refused to check us in. Because the app is broken, we had to wait in a long queue at the airport for no reason.

Fix Your App. I’m going to Europe shortly on Virgin and Air France. The Virgin app lets me right in without making an account. Air France makes you jump through hoops to set up an account and whats to know what gender I prefer, how about using what I was born as? Anyway, I made a typo on my last name so the app won’t find my booking. No way to edit it so I deleted the account. When i went to create a new one it won’t let me use my email because it us all ready in the system. Guess nobody in France ever makes a typo?

Unreliable functionality. I downloaded the Air France app in the Stuttgart, Germany to check in and manage my return flights to the United States the the prior to my departure. At first, everything worked well. Then, on the day of travel, the app ceased functioning at, of all places, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport in the Air France Lounge. Its symptoms were simply the app would begin to open then stopped and closed. Repeated attempts to use it resulted in the same failures. I tried deleting it from my iPhone and reloading it, but it still failed to open. Fortunately I had a hard copy of my boarding passes and had saved soft copies on my iPhone. I have no suggestions for the app’s failure as it worked on my iPhone the day before my flight, only to crash and burn the day I actually needed its services.

Excellently designed app.. This app is really well designed. The developers and designers should be proud of themselves. It’s really easy to navigate. When planning travel, it’s easy to see other options on different days. I would like to see the ability to book multi-city award travel. Great experience overall.

The worst app ever. It took me 2 hours to reset my password and get it to work. I finally booked my ticket then I get a conformation email then another confrontation email. My ticket was booked twice. I called the support line, I was told the system is down, and they asked me to call back after 2 hours. I called back the second time, their system is till down. The third time I called an employe answered me, I told her what happened and she started to laugh. I am not sure what was funny about my horrible experience. I got upset and hang up, and called back again, this time I was able to speak to a supervisor. She then voided one ticket and now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for the refund. I could choice a different airline but I have always traveled with AirFrance, however it’s a big disappointment this time, this is has to be the last time I travel with them. Customer service is what makes a company or break it. When I choice a company, I choice them for their Belief as company and their customer service. You guys are a big disappointment, and this will be the last time I will travel with you. I hope you technically improve your website/ app and so as your customer service skills... most of client pay extra money to be treated good or at lest right. BTW this the first time that that I review an app or a service ! You can only imagine how horrible my experience was.

App crash. I use my Airfrance app a lot to book flights to France, but now I’m having g a problem with Airfrance app! The app keeps crashing for 2 months now, I cannot use it for anything. What is the problem with the app?!!? Can someone please fix this issue?

Bad app. This app needs to be improved. I book a lot through Delta and their app is amazing. When I travel to France and book through Delta but the airline I’m flying on is their affiliate Air France, I have to check in on the Delta app then log onto Air France app which does not pull up your booking confirmation. I have to find my flight confirmation # and add the Delta flight # and takes forever to pull up. Then I have to add my checked bags on the site. Horrible. Wish they would spend some money like Delta on their app.

Worse app. Have not written a review in years but this Air France app deserves a special mention as it is so bad. After entering my ticket number, passport information and all they requested, i have yet to be able to get a boarding pass on my phone. Instead I get some offer to email my boarding pass, which I ultimately accepted out of frustration but have yet to receive 2 hours later. As for getting the boarding pass on my cell i keep getting some stupid error message, which makes no sense. Air france, please pay your pilots less and spend more on your programmers!

Crashes and bugs. in booking search, trying to switch from Business to Economy results in crashes. Also, when checking the profile details, the screen goes upside down... Really poor interface.

date entry absolutely needs to be fixed!!. To enter a passport expiration date, the way you have date entry coded, a person like me has to click about 100 times to get to an expiration date that is 10 years out into the future. Please don’t make people click through 120 months please instead allow people to change the date. this is an easy software change.

Seems like they haven’t improved at all. Tried this garbage pile of an app 4 years ago. It was intensely buggy and difficult to use. Even basic things like logging in was an issue. Tried it again today because I have an upcoming trip. The app literally won’t even get past the login without popping constant errors and making you log back in again. Reading the other reviews I’m not surprised at their experiences. It appears Air France just doesn’t care at all about their customer experience with anything outside of the actual plane. It’s been years of issues and still no fixes.

Can’t even check in. I would give it zero stars if I could. It is not very good. It cannot complete international check-ins because it cannot scan / complete the travel document portion. It’s (in my opinion) one of the most important aspects of an airline app. It is definitely buggy and limited on other functionality too but that is definitely my biggest pet peeve. It’s basically an app because they feel like they need an app but it doesn’t function well.

Fix the latency. Je sais pas si le développeur lira une revue dans le store anglais mais bon, j’essaye… je suis membre Platinum de Flying Blue et j’espère que mon opinion vaudra bien quelque chose. This is overall a pretty good product and I like the new design that came with the latest releases, but the app suffers from serious latency issues. It takes forever to load content on flight reservations, which is so inconvenient while using on the go during travel. The KLM app has the same problem, which means the two probably share the same infrastructure. Please please please fix the latency on both apps. If you have to sacrifice quality and refinement of the design, so be it. This product serves frequent flyers with no time to waste. Function over form is key. S’il vous plaît et je vous en prie.

impossible to login - Air France irresponsible. this App has been out of order for more than a week. Just no login. There is a spinning wheel (grey) on the login page and it just does not work. The help desk has been told to tell passengers to reset their password, and of course that's useless (we can login on PC - it's the App that's screwed up, dummies). As usual, Air France is a poorly managed company: no reprinting system, a clueless CIO that got his job through clientelism ; IT services managed by nepotism and incompetence. No reporting system. No response from customer service. Welcome to Air France

App is horrible!. It’s after 1 AM on the East Coast and I have spent at least four hours today trying to book this flight. That included 30 minute wait to the 800 number only to be told that my flight was being booked within the EU and I would have to wait till tomorrow until, someone was in their European office to help me. Unbelievable very disappointed as I have always loved Air France.

Did anyone test this?. If someone tested this app before releasing it, they were not nearly thorough enough. I cannot check in to my Air France flight even after providing all the information the app requests. The app says Frequent Flier program is missing. It is not. It’s correctly input into the app. Furthermore, it is optional info that should not prevent passengers from check in. Their online systems are equally useless and frustrating. No error messages appear, but passengers trying to check in for flights are mysteriously redirected to pages from earlier in the process. Inexcusably poor. So now I’ll wake up at 2AM and go to the airport to check in there. And possibly get stuck in a middle seat for both the trans-Atlantic flight and my connecting flight. Oh, and Air France also misplaced my bag for a week. It still is somewhere in CDG/Paris. No communication, 60 min+ telephone waits. It’s like Waiting for Godot. I can, I guess, understand the misplaced bag. But when software is tested superficially and doesn’t provide any remotely sensible error messages, that’s harder to forgive. Please do better.

If only it would reliably enter travel documents reliably. Unfortunately I have had nothing but trouble entering Flying Blue numbers and residence cards. I enter the data and it typically says something went wrong. After doing this numerous times and force quitting the app, it somehow eventually saves the data. And then I can proceed to check in. But the prices takes 10-20 minutes. Inexcusable for such a major airline.

Horrible Service. My wife and I had tickets booked on this airline for literally over a year in advance. Two days prior to our departure, I received a text message that our aircraft had changed and we were assigned new seats. We called them immediately because the seats they assigned were separate from each other. Over the phone (after a 30 minute wait) we spoke with an assistant who provided us new seats TOGETHER as requested. We arrived at the airport with info in hand only to find out they moved us into the middle rows again telling us a new aircraft was assigned which we already knew. I explained the entire debacle again to the agent at the airport. The plane was completely full and there was nothing they could do. Thankfully my wife calmed me down and we asked for some type of refund or credit. There response was the “WE have to fill out a complaint form”. Why do we have to fill out the form when they are the ones that are lacking the customer experience? Absolutely totally unacceptable. Air France is a JOKE. I will never ever fly this airline again. Changing aircraft’s is one thing, giving your customers the wrong information and knowingly misleading them is another!!

Low grade. I would expect more quality. There’s always an issue when trying to view the seating map and selecting or changing seats; I almost always have to refresh. Also, on the phone they say to use the app to make the same changes, but that’s not possible. I always have to call the phone number for upgrades and this is 2022 not 1980. You can’t say on the phone to use the app instead if the app does not have the same functionality. And if customers have to keep calling for assistance then it might be helpful if people would answer the phone.

Good app, just a bug reported. App support link is not working. Check the timezones in flight changes view. I have a flight for May 20 23:55 and in the changes screen it says my original flight is May 21 (it will be 21 but in the destination timezone) causing an error during the change request.

Poor card services. After attempting to process a payment 7 times I kept getting taken to the Home Screen no notification from my bank so wasn’t my card.

Delta and air France are The worst airlines period. They trick you with cheap prices.I booked my flight in the 12 th of April 2023 , but They canceled my trip because of a technical problems in the plane . After letting us sitting in the aeroport of Raleigh-Durham for more than 6 hours. MY TICKET THAT BOOKED I DID PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR EXTRA LEG ROOM AND MEAL IN ALL MY TRIP. Plus more money if I want to cancel my return .They declined it and rebooked it with no extra things that I booked the first flight and no refund … I CALLED THEM THEY SAID YOU NEED TO CALL DELTA. I CALLED DELTA THEY SENT ME BACK TO AIRFRANCE…NO OPTION NO WAY I AM FLYING WITH THEM .Not only me MOST THE TRAVELERS THERE HAS THE SAME ISSUES ,ENDS UP WITH ME BUYING ANOTHER TICKET FOR MY RETURN .

No English language option?. Try as I might I couldn’t find the switch to English option. Perhaps they think everyone can speak perfect French who travels their airline??

Disaster of an app. Why don’t they fix the app , it’s the worst

Check in on Line is terrible. Check in on-line is terrible. I entered travel doc half a dozen times and it didn’t work. I tried scanning my passport. It didn’t work

Jamie Chen review. Lost my luggage on the 24/7/23 on the way to holiday, was unable to deliver to me and was sent back to Australia. Terrible communication about my lost luggage. Over 3 weeks with no personal items and a lot of $$$ cost for me, I would at least expect an UPGRADE on my flights home for the inconvenience.

US $?. Tried to book using this but price defaults to US $, I Am in Australia. Even when I continued to putting cc details in, address still defaulted to USA, wanting a state, and wouldn't let payment continue. I then booked via website, strangely enough price was higher, even considering exchange rates:(

Very Frequent. AF is a very fine airline. Fantastic staff. I’ve travelled on approximately 100 long haul flights (from 6 to 11 hours each) in the last. 4 years. Hopefully I’ll receive a free upgrade soon 👍🏼.

Can’t login - No keyboard on iOS 18 on iPhone 14 on English OS (Australia). The apps doesn’t show keyboard on login screen, so can’t enter any email address or account to login. How can your member login if you don’t show keyboard when user is in the login details field

Mr Kieran Murphy. The app won’t let us change the kids meal option. We want the kids to have the kids meal and the adults to have the standard meal. We keep changing it on the app but it doesn’t stay and reverts back to the start.

Very poor Seat selection system. Selection of seat within the last 24 hours is impossible unless you pay. Travelled in various airlines and every airline allows you to change seats in the last 24 hours if the seats are available, but not Air France. Terrible. I cannot believe these reviews .. this is the worst Airline App I have. Can’t get my home location straight even though I have booked numerous flights with AF. I keep getting notifications for “deals” from the wrong departure Airports .. I can’t delete nor correct them! Up your game!

Cost Difference unexplained. When booking was being made, the cost was shown as $6191. However, in order to confirm and pay for booking at the payment page, the cost was shown as $6285. No explanation of the difference was made available

Poor. AF deserves a better app ( Great Company and fantastic PNCs). It starts with login: SMS doesn’t work. Password recognized on my iPhone but not on my iPad! No Face ID or permanent activation on your device. Bookings done on their website don’t appear automatically (you have to enter them manually). Profile info (Passport, Address, Phone number) doesn’t work: you still get questions about your nationality, passport info despite having scanned those things into the app. Regarding iPad use, you only get a vertical display, not very handy when you use a keyboard (landscape position). Get an APP done by a true professional company, not some school project of the administrator’s son!

App Crashes on iOS. I’m using iOS 26.2, app is crashing like hell. I’m afraid to depend on this app while travelling. However it works flawlessly on my brother’s android phone. Are guys aware of?

Can’t even create an account. Have tried for several days to create an account, I had 2 verification codes sent to me, both did not work, and now it says I cannot get any more codes. There is no where to contact them about tech issues either.

I booked a flight ticket which is changeable(Only pay possible fare difference) The rate on their website is the same but While I try to change dates they are asking for $471 extra why because they said it was a promo fare $741. Well mention it on the website. It is no where mentioned.

Lagging updates about the flight. That’s the most important feature to have the app, to get updates about the flight. When I check my flight online I see the gate changed, in the app it’s all the same. The app is way behind the competitors. I have to walk around airport search for a tableau to understand what’s true. Now imagine you’re out of time.

UI and UX is unparalleled, and everything is at your fingertips and updates practically in real time. AF KLM App navigation. I find navigation on the app not intuitive. Tapping on some items that should take you to an option does nothing. By accident I found how to switch between passengers when selecting options. Have those managing the app watch a complete novice navigate the app to see why it is difficult to use

Notification bug. The app constantly says I have a notification but I can’t even click on the notification button to see what it is. It’s completely unclickable. So is the little question mark (help?) button. It’s very annoying

This is how it’s done. AF operates the way we expect an airline to operate. Customer service is excellent with prompt and clear communication. The check in procedures are efficient and despite how good the pre flight experience may be, the in flight experience is even better.

Mais il faudrait pour cela que vous preniez le temps et le sérieux à les lire, les prendre en compte et y apporter une réponse. En commençant par indiquer clairement ce que vous délivrez à chaque version (et non un message standard et inutile). Puis, en délivrant ce que vos clients vous réclament depuis des années (sans exagérer), comme l’ajout des détails des vols aux agendas avec les autorisations d’écriture uniquement ( et non l’accès complet qui est un risque de sécurité). Ou encore, ne pas imposer de publicités à vos utilisateurs lorsqu’ils désactivent les publicités dans les paramètres, pour ne citer que ces exemples (mais prenez aussi en compte les problèmes de connexion, de rafraîchissement, de lenteur d’impossibilité de modifier un billet même lorsque le tarif le permet, etc). A la vue de votre rentabilité sur ces des derniers trimestres, vous devriez être en mesure de satisfaire vos clients avec une application fonctionnelle, à l’instar de vos concurrents. Très probablement un retour de plus qui restera avec une réponse standard.

Can’t login with flying blue on the app. The app never sends a security code and then crashes. I can login on pc but now with the app

Full of forced advertisements. Although intuitive by design, the app features are way too intrusive. There are many annoying pop ups and a bunch of advertisements constantly interrupting your searches. Unpleasant and feels dishonest.

Unable to deliver the offer. Unable to deliver the offer online. When I called their agent, the price went up 40%. This is a second time that airfrance is not able to deliver what they offer on their website/app. Very disappointed.

Very useful. I found it very handy. Auto booked-in, and boarding pass issued automatically. Let’s you know when boarding happens and at what gate and tells you how far in advance you need to show up at the airport.

Impressive improvement..!. The App is completely redesigned. Inviting and very appealing. Easy to navigate and find all the features. Service onboard is very competitive thanks to well trained crews. The only aspect that requires attention from AF is baggage! It is still a complete struggle to deliver luggage to destination and in good shape! Air France did not recognize Delta App, and when I tried to create a Air France Account, it redirected me to KLM, which I already have an account for, but would not recognize the Air France Flight. Also, when checking in, would not let me continue without destination address, but would not tell me it was missing until I clicked on documents three times.

Not even half of what one has one to expect. You see a pop-up window telling you “Sorry, this function is not available right now” about 75% of the time: No remote check in, no seating maps available, no schedule updates, no… any of the functionalities you would find on the average airline apps out there. Mal fait quoi!

Guys, you really should do something about the IT director. First they did a major rollout of the app at the beginning of august last year….where it was not possible to use the old version of the app…. Smart at one of the highest moment of the summer season, don’t you think ? Then the new app is just a huge pile of bugs. I have tried to make a reservation and it failed not less than 5 times in a row !!!!!!! Not to mention I am a Gold member because I flight from the USA to France back and forth every month at lease…. I love Air France flight attendants, but the administration guys and especially IT are amateurs… Please guys take actions and fast please. I’ll probably try another company next time…. Too bad

Slow, clunky, too many pop-ups. Interacts poorly with sky partner apps. Too many “buy this, buy that, allow notifications” pop-ups when i just want to get on with the business of checking in and getting a boarding pass. Take a breath, stop besieging your customers with pop ups and offers.

Getting better but still buggy. Delta is my standard for airline apps. AF is pretty good, but buggy for a few reasons. I will start with a note that I prefer the app experience over the website experience for managing existing bookings. - The app logs you out after every session. You need to re log in each time. - Several critical features (seat & meal selection for example) are web based experiences that appear to be I-framed into the app. So they don’t work seamlessly in the overall experience It’s a mandatory for AF fliers in my opinion, and it works - but it could be better.

Upgrades. Interesting site with no options to BUY upgrades seat business or first? Scanning passport doesn’t work?

Improved. Much easier to use the application.

No boarding pass. Air France has the best UI design of any app. That said, the UX falls short on the most important : for some reason didn't give us a boarding pass, making us waste time at the airport. The same trip I got boarding pass from Lufthansa and Air Canada.

Paying for seats?. Why do I have to pay for seat after paying for the ticket? It’s just stupid and robbery. Why was not the seat price added to the ticket so that I pay one price. Please change your policy.

Not user friendly complicated to navigate. Super cumbersome platform to use - it is hard to find where to type a confirmation number The upcoming flights are not showing automatically

Passport issue. I added my Passport by scaning it and have to edit expiration date, so I did. Then after plying with this app I went back to check my Passport and the expiration date was wrong again. So I fixed it. But then the date vent back again. Is this app a joke?

Extra Requirements from Air France. Having to go through the stress of obtaining transit visa when I have a valid visa to my final destination for my vacation as a regular traveler. That may affect my choice of Air France for future overseas trips.

Love Air France!. I really think that it is one of the best airlines. I find the service in Business and La Premiere to be exceptional. Gray quality food and drink on board but mostly classy, warm hospitality. The crew is fantastic.

This App is Terrible. Don’t bother trying to download, it takes forever and once it’s downloaded and you signup, it continues to take you to the website to login. I’ve tried multiple times and no matter what I do it just keeps looping me back to the login page and I’ve never actually been able to get in yo check into my flight. Waste of time.

Spelling. This update should also include fixes on your spell check bug

Easy to use. The phone app is easy to use! I struggled with the laptop version (trying to enter the passport info), but it was easy on the phone!

Confusion. With all the bad reviews I hope I’ll get to France on my booked ticket. Now Air France asks me to scan my passport. Why? It says scan your passport now but the app doesn’t get me anywhere to scan it. During check-in they check the passport anyways why do they stress us on top of the stress I booked my flight on-line. Now I cannot even send my rating! Now any nickname I choose is taken.

Lots of Bugs. The app and the website do not work for checking in when there is an international flight with Covid information needed. Please fly with another company as their response times are also very slow. Whatever response they will make to this review is also false as they want to do damage control

Calendar switches back to economy from business class. It switches you from business class to economy class so be careful

Prices different across devices. VERY DECEPTIVE. Prices are different when looking on computer browser vs. phone vs. tablet. Also, app *conveniently* throws an error when trying to book the cheapest ticket. It is deceptive and most likely illegal to show differing prices across different platforms. Classic bait and switch as others have mentioned. I have screenshots to prove this.

Bookings. Fairly complicated, takes forever. Plus the phone number given is not in service. Way too time consuming

Worst seat. I had picked my seat four months ahead and they automatically canceled my seat and now just two weeks before my flight they are telling me to select my seat with hardly anything available. They also canceled my connecting flight and then had to reschedule all my connecting flight. Worst worst worst.

Can’t book flights. Every time I tried to book my flight it would be cancelled because payment didn’t go through. I used the website and removed the app and everything went through. Many times the app showed no return flights when there are always return flights from where I am going. It was horrible. I hope they fix this app.

You still can’t search for business class flights using miles. When you click “use my miles”, the app automatically switches to “economy” and you can’t choose any other fare classes. FiX issue with API, cannot check-in online. French citiZen, green card. cannot check in online to US (used to, and am Flying Blue Platinum, have done this about once a month for years). error is “you need an esta” - i dont, and i have entered greencard info. btw, at airport checkin, they need to delete all the info and start over to make it work. if i cannot check in online, AF, you’re toast: i’ll use Delta and BON VOYAGE. fix your app!

Awful. It just doesn’t work. Throws errors all over the place, doesn’t show you information, asks you to reenter information you already entered... Appalling. If you’re lucky some things may work. The website is in the same state, so sometimes I’m not able to check in ahead of time.

Not working. There is always bugs that prevent me from completing my booking. Iam using iphone max pro ios 13. This problem doesn’t exist on my other iphone max with same ios 13.

Not very user friendly. Possible this app works well if flights don’t change? But we had a few changes to our itinerary (due to Air France and partner Delta) and then we found the app horribly confusing for managing the itinerary and checking in.

Not Updating Flight Status. My flight has been delayed over an hour and the app has yet to update it. I didn’t get any notifications about the delay. Also, it didn’t allow me to check in or choose my seat before the flight. Frankly, it seems like it’s just frozen.

Air France. Every time I went to book in or check in whatever one you wanna call it. Every single time I was unable to check in because when I scanned my passport or my drivers license, the app wouldn’t verify it also at the airport they lost track of my bags, wouldn’t recommend.

Customer Service Ticket Change. Very patient and very friendly and the service was done quickly. Love them!

Works well- Pick a seat, get the ticket on your phone. This app works well. I use it to review my upcoming trips, pick a seat when I want to, review my mileage balance and to get my eTicket!

Slow to load reservations. : Overall it’s a good reliable app. However since they revamped it some months ago it is very slow to load the list of reservations. Very annoying 10 second wait as this is what I do all the time.

What a shame!. This is a black eye on Air France standing. While all their competitors have 5 stars reviews apps, Air France is not able to afford a technical team that knows what they are doing! I’m locked out and they are not able (though they pretend “success!”) to e-mail me a reset password! That’s the fourth time I try that sorry App and the fourth time I delete it!

Incredibly slow loading. This is an app that people use to inform themselves about flight updates, but the app loads incredibly slowly and crashes constantly, so it’s useless and if anything it causes additional stress to passengers. How does a reputable airline not invest more in a proper app? This is basic customer experience.

Keep getting logged out with the last version. Have to recreate a new password every time. How annoying and unprofessional

Terrible app. Had issues trying to book my return flight but had to keep trying to get it to work. Tried booking my flight there and it kept throwing an error when the prices were low. Tried again the next day and the same error. Now the prices are double and customer service is not answering. Terrible app and company.

A really hopeless attempt from an airline. There is a lot to desire. First when asked for either loyalty number or email, the app doesn’t allow for the loyalty number. Then you are asked for captcha for every transaction. And then authentication method is so warped that I have given up. If I had a known this before, I might have chosen a different airline as the airline apps are more and more important.

Reliable. Good enough but didn’t allow me to choose the seats I wanted even when it’s in bleu color

Information input. Currently you cannot enter personal information in your profile. Also you cannot add a passport or payment method. When you try a red x appears and says "Error" "an error has occurred during the process of your request"

Necessary for air france but crappy ergonomics. The app used to be good. Several updates later, it doesn’t keep you log-in which is a pain travelling abroad when there is a need to access your boarding pass quickly, the cool statistics features no longer work (error connecting verified on several users and phones). IT of Air france needs to step up its game.
