So happy and relieved to see an update!. Like the other reviewers, I am delighted to see that this great app is still being maintained. I have been using Wallet for years on the Mac, and on iOs as soon as it came out. It's great to be able to share my password database across all my computing devices. Unlike other reviewers, I have no use for DropBox *for this app*. When it comes to my password database, it's all wifi sync. (over a a secure, private network) for me!

Needs easier logon. Please add fingerprint logon

Works great. I have used this app for years without problem. Updated to iOS 14.2 and it crashes immediately. Hoping Acrylic puts out an updated ASAP.

Excellent. Wallet for Mac OS and iOS work beautifully together to keep passwords, serial numbers, and even free form notes synced on my MacBook Pro and iPhone4. Both applications are clean and simple and easy to use (which means they get used more) and given the accuracy and stability of the synchronization I never hesitate to add information on either device knowing it will appear everywhere after a sync. Initially I thought it a problem that synchronization didn't work in the background like MobileMe but given the problems MobileMe has with duplication and accuracy I'm glad Wallet doesn't rely totally on it. Wallet is the best application I've found in a long time and I enjoy using it.

I Had To Give Up On Ya Wallet,BUT Today is a New Day. Spent a long time (six months) going back and forth with your very patient customer support staff trying so hard to figure out why the heck new enteries wouldn't sync. After trying endless possibilities that hadn't worked, it was suggested that I contact DropBox which I did. Again, with their customer service folks only to be told to go back to Acrylic and have them fix it. Well, believe it or not I have a life and I finally threw up my hands and said "I give up, I'm done." I'm going to find something else to lock up my passwords with. End of this story. Wasn't I very surprised to see a new and improved version out today with bug fixes for my very exact problem. What the heck took ya so long? Ya got too big now that Facebook owns you. You forgot about your end users Wallet. You weren't like that when I first bought this app. Too bad.

Look no further. This is a great application for saving passwords, account numbers, serial numbers, membership numbers, and just about any database you want to keep organized and encrypted. The groupings are customizable and the fields for each group are customizable. The app syncs to all your computers, iPad and iPhone (via DropBox, MobileMe or WebDAV) to keep everything accessible and up to date. You can export password protected data files if you're really want to be secure and back the database up. It might take some time to populate all your information, but it's worth it. I highly recommend this app.

Don't Buy This App! IT IS HORRIBLE!. I have been a user of this app for many years, but it has turned out to be one of the most horrible apps I have experienced. The owner has gone out of business and the app has virtually lost all of its significant features and functionality. For example, you are not able to sync data from your computer to your iPhone; you are not able to sync data from Dropbox to either your iPhone or computer; The Safari and Chrome plugins are not recognized and do not work and the customer service is the absolute pitts because even though the owner has left the website up it serves no purpose because no one is responding to the emails, including the owner. Many of his loyal customers, like myself, have been trying to reach someone in technical support for over a year and there is not at least the courtesy of saying there will be no customer support. Don't believe the false truth that is posted about providing technical support because it is very misleading and unethical in my judgment. So please don't waste your money because this product is horrible and I am shocked Apple continues to carry this product given all of the negative reviews of late. Don't say that I did not warn you!!!!!!

I would very much like to keep using wallet and recommending it to friends but I cannot continue to use an app that is no longer support.

A real life saver with a few quirks. I had the Mac version of this for a while and was psyched to see one that I can run on the iPod touch. It's nice to be able to have it launch a web site and log in with your userid and password. The synch feature works well, but for some reason, both the Mac and mobile version of the app do not reference your system preferences to find your mobileme account information. You have to put them in the application preferences. This caused some pain when I recently opened a new mobileme account. I had to erase my mobile database before it would resynch. The only other problem that I have found is that after a resynch, the new records are not sorted correctly. They are sorted at the end of their start letter. So if you added 'cat' it would be after 'czar' for example. If these things were changed, it would rate a full 5 stars.

A great start, but lacking needed features for an iPhone app. I looked at wallet to see if I wanted to switch from my current wallet application. I was attracted to Wallet's clean UI and the matching Mac application is also very nice. There are a few features missing before I could consider making the switch: 1. None of the fields are "live". Tapping on web addresses will not launch Safari. With no copy and paste, we need as many live links as possible. I want phone numbers to dial the phone, email addresses to launch mail, and web links to launch Safari. As part of this, I would want the right iPhone keyboard showing for each field (email, web address, numeric, etc). 2. Layout of longer field entries wraps in odd places because most values don't have spaces so you can't break on words. Because the name/value of each field is shown on the same line, there is little space for field values over a few characters. I would prefer to either modify the layout so the field name is above the value, or dynamically scale the font size (within reason) to try to make the value fit. 3. I find the default keyboard too small to enter my password when I'm in a hurry. I'd love the option of displaying the iPhone numeric keypad on the login screen. SplashID does this really well and really simply with a simple toggle on the login screen. 4. I'd love to be able to sync to other WebDAV servers besides Mobile Me.

I am sick about it….. My wife and I share Wallet on two iPhones, an iPad, and a MacBook Air. We are often on opposites of the planet so keeping synched is key. Wallet synced flawlessly with MobileMe. Since the move to DropBox we have found that Wallet does not sync properly. We have used the app for a long time. Whenever family or friend bought an iPhone, I would insist that they install and start using Wallet for their own peace of mind. I, too, have contacted Acrylic support and was told the only possible fix is to uninstall and reinstall the program. That was a useless exercise and only resulted in losing recent changes. We see once again that our devices are no longer in sync. With hundreds of account id's and passwords and credit cards and PIN codes and passports and SSN's, I am sick about the prospect of entering everything into another app. But what else can we do???

Great functionality. Needs new design.. App works great. Design was cool when skeuomorphic was in style, but that era ended 5 years ago. Would be nice to get a design update so that it’s consistent with the flat style of the more recent iOS.

Hey. I lost all my information in this wallet how I can’t bring it back !!!!!

iOS 14.2 renders app unusable. The app needs to be updated! I loaded iOS 14.2 and the app will not open. It crashes immediately

A little too spartan. I like the clean look of the app, and appreciate the effort to keep it simple. I don't appreciate the lack of detail about the product on the web site, though. I had to buy the app to find out what it could (or not) do - most products I can figure that out from the description. The help in the product is simply a link to the web site, which is no help at all. I bought Wallet because it can use WebDAV for syncing - a major point in it's favor because I have no desire to sync my password data to the cloud - even if it is encrypted. A password generator is sorely missed, a feature I expect to find in a password manager. A good one has options for lower case letters, upper case, digits, non-alphanumeric, with a configurable length. Disambiguation of confusing characters is helpful, such as O and 0, as is generating pronounceable passwords. One product alternatively specifies the format with placeholders, such as AAAaa000@@@, which made for easier to use passwords with the trade-off of reduced randomness. There needs to be a configurable time out to lock the app, rather than either always locking or only manually. My search for a replacement for SplashID is sadly not complete.

Very happy.... to see Wallet for the iPhone. I've been a long time user on my mac. It's an elegant, easy-to-use, program - both on the desktop and iPhone. The fields are customizable and I like being able to define the fields by group, so that the right template pops up when you add a "record" to each group. The customizable icons you create on the desktop look great on the iPhone version. Bravo. There are only 2 things I would change/add: 1. I'd love to see an (optional) additional level of security. Maybe an option to assign a second password to certain entries or groups. 2. It would be nice if we could choose which groups to sync. I have several groups on my desktop that I would prefer to leave off my iPhone. Overall, this is a great app.

Hooray!!!. This is a great app and we have a lot of time invested in it. (My wife and friends now use it daily.) It is critical to our lives now. So glad it continues to receive support, the model of Wallet is far superior to cloud based password platforms. The database is unto itself, encrypted and secure in the location of your choice. Syncing between devices is effortless. Thanks for keeping our privacy, passwords and making the world literally a safer place.

The Best app in the world!!!. I have been using this app for so many years and I thought they disconitnued it and at my huge and happy surprise, I saw they upadated it. I had tried to find an alternative to it but never found what I liked and God knows if I looked everywhere. I even tried so many of them but nothing compared to this Wallet. I really would love Acrylic to keep updating it and I would pay the price if needed. I see I am not the only person who loves this app and for a significant reason. I am sure I had already posted a positive feedback in the long past and never change my opinion since. Please, keep making your loyal consumers happy and raise your price if necessary/needed. I will be the first consumer to pay for your wonderful work. Long life to you Acrylic and thank you so so much for your latest update.

Love, Love, Love. I have used this app for years and love it! Is there a way that I can share the information (passwords) with the same app on my husbands phone?

Reliable & simple tool that works. I have used this app for many years and have over 300 passwords saved in it. This app does exactly what it needs to do, save passwords securely. It’s not fancy because it doesn’t need to be. It is a tool that works. I use it on my Mac and iOS. I keep track of passwords for work, home, and my kids all in this app.

Wallet for iPhone . . . just like the Mac version. Super great app. I have been using Wallet on my Mac for about a year. Just downloaded the new update, Wallet 3 and got Wallet for iPhone. Both sync up perfectly via MobileMe. One small tip: First, sync Wallet 3 (Mac computer version) with MobileMe. Second, go to iPhone Wallet and set it up to sync with MobileMe. If you want to import the data you have put up at MobileMe tap the "Replace" not "Wipe". I did this and everything came down to my iPhone perfectly. I check this prior to doing it with Acrylic Software. They responded quickly to my question regarding this choice.

Excellent App. I have been using and trusting this app for over 3 years, and it has worked almost flawlessly for me in that time. There was a short period in 2013 when I had difficulty syncing across platforms, but an update from Acrylic promptly fixed the issue. After reading some of the many negative reviews here, I am really scratching my head. I'm currently using it across 4 different platforms (iPhone 5, iPad 4, MacBook Air, and iMac 27" mid-2011) without any problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this app. I am not associated with the developer in any way, and I'm submitting this review simply to help others benefit from my own extended experience with Wallet.

Great app, as expected. I am a long time Wallet user on the desktop and finally upgraded to version 3 and saw the iphone/tough app and had to have it as well. The integration of the desktop app and the iphone/touch app, without mobileme, is not exactly intuitive with all the syncing. This is because I have nothing else that syncs like this, so the first time was weird. Once you get it, it works great. The missing step on their web site description to sync directly between desktop and iphone/touch app and without MobileMe in the mix, is to create a new database on the device first. Then sync it with the desktop app. Anyhow, that documentation issue aside (which I am going to email them about), the whole package works great and I am happy. as a side note, the cost to upgrade for desktop version 2.x to 3.x was $5, quite reasonable if you ask me and a no brainer. I just wish all software developers were as reasonable for existing customers.

Please update. I really like this app but when I upgraded to iOS 14.2 The wallet keep crashes.. please update🙏🏻

Great software but I think they have abandoned it. Great software but pretty sure they have abandoned it. Don't download expecting them to stay on top of things with updates. Not happening. Update: June 2, 2017. It appears Acrylic Software has updated the Wallet app. This makes me beyond excited. Wallet has been my favorite password software for many years. I have been looking at other password apps and don't like any of them and believe me, I have been looking long and hard. I’m very happy about this update and wish I knew how I could send them more money to ensure that they continually keep this app updated. With the new update today, I miss the ability to see how many records I have though. it was nice knowing that. I'm not complaining though, just very happy to see that the app does not appear to be abandoned after all. Thank you Acrylic Software.

Best + simplest. Wallet is, by far, the simplest and the best non-subscription Password Manager for cross-platform syncing with both iOS and MacOS devices. Only suggestion for improvement — allow syncing via Apple iCloud — instead of Dropbox. Keep up your updates and your support of this fine, clean UI, simple solution to Password management!

Best interface and simplicity. I thought this was abandoned, great to see an update. I tried a lot of other apps but nothing comes close to this. Glad I've waited and now to move back my stuff.

Works well, most iphone like wallet app, but feels unfinished. Ive tried ewallet, 1password, spashid, and now wallet and Wallet seems to be the best so far for its much more attractive UI and its great mobileme sync feature. Where I work we have a Cisco wifi network, so things like Bonjor wireless sync is not an option. Luckily we can do mobileme syncing, so being able to keep my desktop, iPhone and my home mac in sync is great! There is room for improvment though. The icon looks a little unfinished, there are very few icons for the items, and no option of catogories for home and work. Also would be nice if passwords/codes war stared out until you press them.

Thank you for updating this indispensable App. I've been using Wallet since it first became available and am thrilled and relieved that I can continue to use it. I use the Dropbox feature to share passwords with my wife and have encouraged my (now adult) children use it as well.

desktop app is $20, why do other reviews say $30?. Update: have now been using Wallet and MobileMe syncing to Wallet desktop for several months, and am very happy with it. No problems, and quick response from the developer when I email feature requests. Increased rating from 4 to 5 stars. ***** Not sure why two reviews mention a $30 desktop app? It's $20 Canadian, which is not even $18 US at current rates. Anyhow, I am committed to Wallet on the desktop (for the three-column view and the no-password ability) so this is my only option for phone use. UI is quite nice--Mobile Me syncing is behaving well although it does seem that I have to invoke it rather than it happening auto-magically. Got very fast response from developer when I emailed with a question.

Wallet - Syncing Not Reliable. MobileMe Syncing will only work reliably if you are accessing/using only 1 MobileMe account. If your Mac Keychain has any iDisk or MobileMe login information saved in it for more than 1 account, then neither the Mac or iPhone Apps can tell the difference. So, the tools repeatedly fail to authenicate properly and thus, no syncing between the iPpone or Mac is possible until this situation. I ended up getting stuck in several error loops before having to disable syncing services within boththe Apps. I was in touch with the developer fir 4 days back and forth via email trying to resolve the problem but he doesn't know what's causing the problem and currently, does not have a fix for it. He was apologetic but did not offer to return my $9 ($5 for Mac; $3.99 for iPhone versions).

Good start...not quite there yet. There's something to be said for Wallet's simplicity and flexibility. But, there's also something to be said for functionality that still needs to be added before it is a competitive app. The AES encryption is a nice feature. I created a field for an email address, and my email address wrapped around the display (even though it wasn't that long). One feature that would be a nice addition is a Window client. I appreciate the fact that supposedly they have a nice Mac desktop app, but the fact still remains that there are many Windows users to support. Currently, MobileMe synching is not a good option. MobileMe is a great service, but it's a bit overpriced, so it's not too useful for synching. Overall, a very nice product, but some additional functionality needs to be added to be competitive with others such as eWallet and SplashID.

Wallet. I've used this app for a number of year's and now it will not open on my iPhone. I'm bummed out because it contains my passwords

No Problems for me. This app has worked flawlessly for me. I'm not surprised to see others have MobileMe issues, I've had just about every other MobileMe issue, just not with Wallet. As I understand it though you could just sync over Wifi with this app and not use MobileMe. It's like a dream come true to have all my passwords and other important information sync between 3 computers and two iPhones. My wife and I put my MobileMe login info in Wallet on every computer and both iPhones. As a result we both have access to every piece of critical info and we don't have to maintain two separate databases for healthcare info, credit card info, bank account numbers, etc. We've both had computers stolen and phones lost, so a program like this is a requirement for us as we don't want to risk our personal information getting in the wrong hands.

Problems, so support. As others have mentioned, this company does NOT support their product. If you need help and attempt to contact them, you will be met only with silence. They are obviously actively developing it, so the only explanation seems to be that they just don't care. They don't feel that paying customers deserve any help if the product they bought does not perform properly. If you have any issues at all with this product, you are just out of luck. For this reason alone, I have to recommend that you stay away. Keep an eye on 1Password. Their iPhone app is due for a big update in the not-so-distant future to coincide with version 3 of their desktop app. Unlike these developers, the 1Password people having always been extremely responsive to any queries I have sent them. The sad thing is, Wallet is a pretty decent application, it's the people behind it that are the issue.

The app needs an update. The app usually works perfectly, but after updating to the latest software of Apple, the app won’t open. It needs an update

Excellent product at a reasonable price. I bought Wallet, the App and the desktop version a few days ago and am thrilled with the applications. Adding all of my passwords using a full keyboard with the desktop application made it so easy to get set up quickly. You can also import databases from existing applications. Secret! didn't have a database perse, so I had to enter the information by hand. But doing so was easy. It functions very much like the Apple Address Book, so its very easy to set up, use and edit. You can easily add new groups or categories and tailor them to your needs. Allows you to add additional fields for notes in any area. You can even attach files and photographs from your desktop. Very nice! WiFi syncing was also very quick and easy, it only took a few seconds to complete, to transfer all of my data to my iPod Touch. I used Secret for years in my Palm, this is so much better and very reasonably priced compared to all the other apps that I researched before buying this. I have not been this satisfied with a purchase in a long time!

It may change the way you deal with secure data. I've been a heavy desktop Wallet user for a couple years. I use it everyday- anytime I need to sign in to a website, pay for something online, look up a serial number, etc. It's changed the way I interact with such data. For example, since I no longer have to rely on my faulty brain, I can now have much more secure usernames/passwords and they can be different for every site. However, a portable version was always lacking. I've been waiting for the iPhone version ever since the app store was launched. This and OmniFocus were the two apps I needed most. I've finally got it now and have been using it for about a week. No complaints so far. I haven't had any problems syncing or accessing the info. Upgrading to Wallet 3 on the desktop was also painless. This app is a must for me!

iPhone 5 "Awesome". You guys rock. I read that you had abandoned this app, I guess not. Sync with Dropbox works fine with me. I love this app. I consider this app to be the best password app for carrying all non-website passwords on my iPhone. I use it for everyday password items like, safe codes, gate codes, copies of all bank cards with pins and photos of the card. Also I keep copies of important documents like SS card, passport, IDs. Plus copies off all my family members. It's nice so if I need to see my wife's drivers license I have a copy of it on my phone. Wouldn't mind getting rid of the hyperlink feature so when I try to copy a password onto the clipboard it doesn't think it's a phone number and try to call it. Besides that the app is awesome. Thanks for the update guys.

Happy Customer. Having moved from a PC to a Mac about a year and a half ago, I love little applications such as this. I travel a lot with work ... and my iPhone is helping me to keep up with my personal email, contacts, other private affairs. I discovered Wallet after a write up in Mac Format magazine and have found it great for keeping a central, secure repository of all my software serial numbers, bank account & credit card details, and other private info. This facility has saved me on many occasions from having to trawl around endlessly searching for documents, files, etc. Now with this application, I'm able to have my database with me ... on the road ... and at my fingertips without compromising security. Well done! Only sorry to hear that so many had difficulties when the application first came out. Perhaps a "soft launch" with selected current customers would have helped to iron out wrinkles before an official launch.

Must move on. Too bad.. I have used Wallet for a few years and it has been very good for me. I have it on all my computers and iPhone and iPod touch. After the iOS 4 update, the MobileMe sync stopped working. I have been trying to get information and status updates from the Acrylic website but there was no response by email. The website has not been updated since fall. The support is no where to be found. Because of this and the importance of a product like this, I might have to move to another product for my important passwords. I need to know that the product will work and continue to be secure. I also need to know if the company is still around. I'll give 2 stars just for the great product but no more because there is no support and has left me with the problem of having to transfer to another program. Apple shouldn't still have the app in the store if it is flawed.

Just what I was looking for.. Simple. Clean. Nothing tacky. Makes the rest look like they're trying too hard. Please add some more control over the type of input. I don't like it assuming account numbers are phone numbers. I want to copy not call. Please change sync to a discrete bar so I can continue to use it while it syncs. Auto sync would be nice. A PC app would top it all off.

Wallet is simple, easy to use and syncs without a any issues!. After spending an hour or so looking for a good password keeper program, i found wallet. Wallet was the only app that syncs using Mobile Me and can be used on my mac (for a one off fee) and my ipad and iphone. If you dont want to use it on your mac, you dont have too. Simply installing it on your iphone and ipad still enables to you sync via Mobile Me. The app is simple, but does the job and seems secure. If you put your device to sleep, Wallet automatically locks up. An excellent app at a fantastic price!

Great design. I've been using Wallet for about a year now on OS X and was a bit hesitant to get the iOS version (especially with the cost factor). But wow this just works really well and it's really nicely designed, this is what iOS apps should be. Perfect syncing with Dropbox, which carried all my custom icons with it. No longer will I have to hit up LogMeIn and open the app from OS X. Really hoping the developers keep this app updated.

WW. This app is so good! I ditched other highly paid apps for this, it's THAT good! The beautiful, crisp UI was the biggest selling point for me. It would have to be one of the most amazing UI's I have ever seen on iOS. I especially love how the user has complete control over the customization of the whole app, everything from being able to edit the default fields, right down to being able to choose the little beautifully drawn icon that is placed next to each category. So, wait are you waiting for? Stop comparing this app with a competitor and buy it already! You won't look back, trust me.

What a shame!!! Do not buy!!. How can the developer just pack up and leave!!! Do not buy this app as it will not be getting any updates!!!!

Simple, clean and flexible.. While it took way too long to launch outside the US, the wait was worth it. The UI is clean and very simple to use. Being able to add and remove any number of custom fields is really useful. You're not locked into a set array of fields like some the other similar apps. Also, desktop syncing is fast and flawless. 

So good to see updates again!. By far the best password manager I've used - on any platform. Really good to see the updates rolling in again and hope we see touch id support sometime soon.

Nice GUI but lacking key features and no support. I've used Wallet for several versions now and quite liked the interface. It is the first of its type I have used, on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Unfortunately it is let down by two major issues. The first is that it is missing crucial features such as Undo Delete or a Restore function in case you accidentally delete an entry. That is a major drawback when storing such sensitive information. Also copying entries between categories is not consistent or intuitive. Sometimes it copies the entry title but not the passwords; major fail. The second major issue is the lack of support. There is very little documentation with the app and absolutely nothing on the vendor website. I had plenty of questions during one of the major upgrades but there were no FAQs, forums, guides, etc. For a crucial program that you want to trust your confidential information to, this is not up to scratch. If the vendor decided to support it properly then maybe it would be worth hanging around for. I'm done waiting.

Still great and working strong. Have been using this app since it was created almost 20years ago. Basic interface and customisable entries, 256 encryption, but it does everything you need… and syncs with computer… Best feature: is it have been sustained with the current IOS unlike other developers that cash out after a few years leaving users hanging. Other features: is a easier way to update passwd to allow this to be easier for users to change when signed in.

Won’t open. Have used for a while and no problems but now it has all my info it won’t open at all on my phone and I’ve lost all the data

Couldn't live without it. This app is great - does what it says really well. Very easy to customise to suit different needs and works great across the cloud so all my Macs and iOS devices stay synched.

Great app however, Is this going to be future iOS compatible ?. My iPhone os keeps prompting me to contact the developer for future plan...anyone have any info ? I suggest you find out before you purchase...

Peter. I have been using Wallet on my MacBook Pro for years and found it a great piece of software for storing passwords and other info I need all the time but can’t easily remember. Downloaded the iOS app and had all my info from my Mac transferred across to my iPhone and iPad in less than a minute. I like software that works as stated, or I lose interest and don’t use it. This App has been good to me for years.

Not too bad at all. I initially rated this at 2 stars, because I was unable to sync with my Wallet on the Mac. It transpired that Wallet on the Mac had been updated but Waterfall software never notified this (or the change of ownership) and so I was several versions behind and didn't know it. I've now downloaded the latest, have synced via MobileMe and its all good. One star lost because for some reason I could not get a sync between the iPhone and my Mac. Update for June 2017: Thank goodness, Acrylic Software has updated the iOS versions as it did the Mac versions, and I can now stop looking for an alternative. I see my first review was 7 years ago, and I am still using this software. Its excellent and will sync with iCloud or Dropbox. Does not require an annual fee, and for that I thank Acrylic.

No longer supported. Been using it for Mac and iOS for years now. Great app while it was supported, but it's dead now. No longer syncs, so pretty useless. Developer should pull it from store and web. Pretty disgraceful that it's still for sale.

WebDAV sync not consistent. I liked the simplicity of the interface for this app (and the Mac app). But while the Mac app can sync successfully to a secure WebDAV server, the iPhone app just would not. Since I don't want to use Dropbox, and the wireless synching also didn't work, I gave up. A security application has to work flawlessly.

Disappointed. Very disappointed. There are other much better apps.

Sync Doesn't Work. I use this app on a daily basis unfortunately in the last update the sync stopped working. No response to emails from the developer.

Decent App. I've had this app for several years and I like it. It's easy to use. Syncs with Dropbox so I have it on multiple devices.

Huh??. Loved this app until this update. It wiped out my password & all of the information that I had stored. Poorly thought out. Joan

Decent design, lots of crashing. Decent enough design, very functional and works well. But It does crash a LOT, Acrylic really needs to fix this. I can verify that the only way to get your MobileMe Wallet synced with your iPhone is to "Create a new Database" when opening the app for the first time, and THEN syncing with MobileMe.

Non-Functional Wi-Fi Sync, Unresponsive Developer. Listen to the previous negative reviews and save your money. The wi-fi sync doesn't work and I'm not about to manually transfer all entries from the desktop version to the iPhone app - $4.99 down the drain. No response from Acrylic Software when contacted. What's New In Version 2.1.1? I'll tell what isn't new - wi-fi sync still has not been fixed.

Loved it till it I could no longer reinstall. Great app that would sync everything to my Mac but after a phone problem I can't reinstall because it needs 4.2 and I don't want to update my phone OS yet. Can't imagine what they need it for as it is so simple it should be able to run on ios 3

New Wallet Update. I am following up to my recent review. Within four hours of writing to Acrylic Software, I received the following reply: Sorry about that, this is a known bug that somehow slipped into v2.0.2 of Wallet. We're submitting a fix tonight to Apple, and hopefully it will be available shortly. Sorry for any inconvenience. Strangely enough, Wallet disappeared entirely from the iTunes Store with no mention of the problem. However, I am pleased to say that when the problem was fixed, Wallet reappeared. You will see a brief "IMPORTANT" message in the Wallet App description. And so the problem was fixed. However, I still have a problem. When I sync Wallet through Mobile Me the sync seems to hang as the candy stripe never stops twirling. I have to use force quite to close Wallet. I previously wrote to Acrylic Software about this but did not receive any reply. Maybe Wallet still has bugs in it.

Very decent needs work. Complete integration with iPhone, iPad and iMac needed; get in the game.......

Not Recommended. I purchased the Iphone app which worked fine. I ran into a problem installing the desktop demo - it always crashed. ALL emails to Wallet support and to the developer went unanswered. Don't waste your money - Its $4.99 I won't get back. Purchase 1Password instead - its far superior.

It used to be so good!. I previously reviewed this app for iPhone and Mac and really enjoyed the simplicity, flexibility and ease with which it keeps syncing. At some point, it stopped syncing properly. I keep getting a flash that the file in Dropbox has updated to the most recent version. Unfortunately, when I compare my iPhone database to the Mac database, they are NOT synced. Cannot figure out how to do it either. Contacted Acrylic for advice - 8 days later nothing. I guess when you join Facebook as a company, user-focused programming goes out the window. Goodbye Wallet----- Hello 1Password. >sigh<

Not satisfied. First and foremost, I want to be able to see my password, otherwise there is absolutely no point to it because I choose not to use my phone to long into critical websites, especially regarding finances. Secondly, very glitchy. Considering the price tag, I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

Sync works fine.... Instructions are incorrect You must setup a new database on iPhone first contrary to what is indicated Sync and product then work just fine

Sync Stopped Working. Initially worked fine and synced properly over Wi-Fi. Shortly thereafter, the app starting crashing the iPhone when I tried to sync (you need to force-restart the phone). Otherwise, the app works unless you try to sync. Contacted Acrylic Software and I've been told they're working on it.

Saved Me. I just purchased an FTP app to make a quick update to my website, but couldn't remember my login info. I bought Wallet for the iPhone and in less than a minute had it pull my info from MobileMe and was able to login to my FTP. Awesome app and a great compliment to the desktop version.

Terrible: buggy, doesn't work properly. This app either throws a password error or crashes every time it attempts to sync. DO NOT BUY. This app is not ready for prime time.... in fact, it doesn't work at all.

MobileMe sync worked after small glitch. I was scared at first to purchase because of some of the negative reviews. I used to use info.xhead for Mac but it stopped working once I installed Lion. Someone recommended Wallet. I purchased the desktop version and did a sync to MobileMe. Then I bought the iPhone app. During setup I choose to sync to MobileMe but I ended up with a blank database. Then I went into preferences and re-entered my MobileMe info and it asked to replace with data on MobileMe. Worked great after that.

Wonderful!!. I use Wallet on the desktop and have been waiting forever for the iPod version. it works just like you'd expect and syncs great. highly recommended!
