Terrible news. This new app is so bad . The original version is the best. Don’t change anything. I will not use it. I hope to God you didn’t receive any money for this miscalculation.

Paper receipts. Taunton store never has paper receipts in pump. They always make us go into store.

Discount don't apply. In terms of operation, app works without problems. However, I'm going to be deleting it, since there's no way to apply discounts, and that defeats the entire purpose of getting it.

Worthless App. Downloaded because the Gulf gas station I use recently stopped allowing me to enter my phone number at the pump to get the discount. I guess they just decided to make things more convenient for me by making things more inconvenient for me. Anyway, I had hoped for at least a simple and straightforward interface that quickly let me interact with the pump as I normally do. Unfortunately, that is not the case. For a major gas company, this is an embarrassing app with no polish that provides no actual function other than forwarding me to an equally unpolished web interface. It requires me to enter my phone number, then sends me a text message that I have to open up which then brings me to a website in safari where I have to allow location services to detect the Gulf Station that I am at and then select the pump number that I am going to use. All this before I’ve even paid and my head is buried in my phone the entire time; not very safe in a gas station. This does not save me time at the pump and is an embarrassing implementation that should be completely overhauled. Gulf clearly doesn’t care about this app, so I don’t care about their gas. I’ll use the BP that’s right down the road instead; much easier to save myself 5 cents.

Always a problem!. Whenever I’m at home or at pump there’s almost always a problem with this app. Either no connection to internet, or just plain doesn’t load. I usually go to nearest station to my home, and if there’s a problem, a majority of the time the help doesn’t either understand English, at times have no knowledge of this App even existing, or have no way of helping me. I’ve called headquarters in Massachusetts and they’ve been wonderful in helping me after the problem. But I shouldn’t have to do this! Gulf you’ve lost me as a customer at times, and that’s just poor planning on your part!! You need to improve your App like BP does!

Loyalty code/number. The screen keeps asking me for the above information when I try to pump the gas, can you provide me with the code/number for my next fill up?

New app is terrible. This new version is terrible. Won’t let you use the discounts when fueling. The old version so much better because it actually worked.

The worst gas app I’ve ever used. Most of the time it works OK but half the time it tells me I’m not close enough to a gas station when I’m sitting right there. Also, it’s extremely annoying to have to verify via text once a month. None of the other apps I used to do this. Total garbage. Not recommended.

Price shock at the Pump. Gas prices are sky high again and glad I had Gulf Pay to ease the pain at the pump

Doesn’t work. It worked for me once and every other time it says error please try a different payment method… so I tried all of my cards and I tried cash and still no discount was applied to my purchase. There is no one to contact about this. Please help!!!!

Broken app. Awful app, completely broken. App declines payment over and over with no explanation. Card works fine. Developers just made a phony nonfunctioning app.

Cuts you off at $50. App doesn’t even exists really. It just texts you a web link. Then, it cuts you off after you pump $50. What a joke.

Great experience!. I wish there were more gas stations that offered the discount with the app that Gulf gas station offers!

Waste of time. This app didn’t work at the pump or at the counter. Ended up stranded with no way to pay (waiting on a new card).

What is the point?. All this app does is redirect you to the website for the web based version.

Not a 4.8 star app!. Have yet to have a successful transaction. Save yourself the frustration and skip this app, not worth the 5c a gallon savings claim.

Stopped working. My app stopped working after working flawlessly for months. I’m very disappointed. I hope they can fix it. If not I will go to another fuel station.

Lazy Owner, Poor Service. This Gulf Station never gives you a receipt at the pump. They make you go inside. Making a complaint

App has not been working for many months. At the beginning the app worked ok. The last few month the app has not been working and display error message. There seems to be no contact information to fix the problem.

Now it works. The app now seems to work, the past several times it did not and I did NOT receive my 5 cents off per gallon

Standing by the pump and not close enough. Literally standing by the pump and am told I’m not close enough. No ability to override or select my station. No savings for me.

The app never works. I was supped to get .20 cents off on my first 3 fill ups didn’t even get the .5 everyday discount. You can’t pay at the pump never works in the app. Also if you bring phone in no one knows how to scan the barcode to pay .. you guys have a lot of things to fix no way to contact support email says invalid that is provided in app. People download this to save money not have issues with every part of the app cause I’ve tired all the features of this app and none of them work not one .

Makes getting gas easier. No need to pull out my wallet and take out a card. Everything right at my fingertips plus I save money , win win

Never works. Everytime I go to the station and use the app, payment keeps failing no matter what card I use or even Apple Pay. Has been plain useless and I’m denied the 5c discount. Emailed gulf support and haven’t gotten any response at all.

Even the signup feature does not work. Can’t even signup, send me an sms says it contains link to my account, while it only contains a link to terms & conditions. Gulf really shouldn’t put out alpha software to public, test it first, please!

Discounts don’t work. No way to apply 3,10 or 15 cent off discounts.

That works great. I just started using the golf pay app. It’s the best app on the market. I don’t know of any of the app that allows you to go to the station pick the pump and it’ll activate the pump from golf pay. It’s cool.

This makes no sense. This isn’t an app, it’s just sends you to the web via a text link. This is too complicated just to hope that all goes well at the pump with discounts and billing. No thank you.

Awesome. Gulf Pay is so easy to use and Royer’s Gulf in Carlisle, PA is a WONDERFUL business. The owner will help you with the pumps if necessary and even pump it for you if you want! 💕

Fails. Payment fails constantly! A waste of time

Stole money. I used the app at the pump. Transaction said it failed. Went to go pay with my physical card. There was no money left on my physical card because the app held the money and is still holding my money. Now I’m out $75 with no gas, no food, and no way to make money.

Almost never works. Slow, too complicated, saves very little $$ costs more time. My lasts resort.

Inconsistent. It forgets my login info half the time and I have to re-verify, and lately the payment methods won’t ever go through in the app
