Rude workers. My favorite cefco is usually pretty good , however some of the staff are rude and don’t listen or pay attention to me as a customer and several times I don’t even get to use my rewards because the clerks don’t want to be at work it seems and ignore my requests or just don’t seem to be paying attention and rush me and ultimately I lose out on my rewards and then they get even more rude when I ask them to correct their mistake … not all of the clerks , some are very helpful and attentive, and the same ones are very rude and just unpleasant

Love Cefco’s reward system.. At Cefco, you earn rewards much faster than other places that offers rewards (or it seems that way to me). They have great offers too, in store & in the app.

Excellent Customer service. I found myself in a situation requiring me to reach out to Coorporate. Through navigating life, I found myself with two separate accounts utilizing the same email address I have gone years without the ability to burn my rewards points. I was not able to complete my profile on the second account, which is the only active account so all I could do was a mass reward points one to a corporate representative honestly, didn’t expect to get a return call, all was rectified. She knew immediately what was going on the situation and sent me happily on my way. It’s too often that you get someone who is not knowledgeable about their own processes that however, was not the case for me and I was in good hands. In my excitement, I forgot to record the name of my savior, but you know who you are. You’re much appreciated and thank you.!!!! #amilli

Great Customer Service. The employees at this Cefco stand out as they are always friendly, polite and make customers want to come back.

Pointless Rewards. I enjoy earning rewards but when I try to use them for gas or in store items the employees never know how to use them on there side. Most of the time I just lose the points and get nothing in return. The employees need training if there is going to be a rewards program. Mcgregor, Tx.

My localCEFCO is amazing. I usually stop by at least 3 mornings a week. The store is always clean and the breakfast food available is delicious. All of the employees are friendly and helpful.

CEFCO university rd Tyler. Always great service, all staff is very nice especially JACK and Teena, bathrooms always clean. The only thing is the fountain machine is broke to many times. Besides that I love the place, thank you all your the best of all the cefcos I visited.

Best store for in Freeport Florida and Walton County. CEFCO in Freeport is the best store around, they are only place I get gas as well as snacks an food. Great staff and the new manager goes out of his way to assist you.

First visit. The cashier was very pleasant. You don’t always get that from a corner store/gas station

Truck driver and car driver. The rewards are awesome. We have a job in Kemp Texas. I get hundreds of dollars worth of gas and diesel everyday. Along with snacks. My only problem is the diesel and gas are separate. And on top of that, they don’t know how to give me my rewards for my diesel. That’s on a card.

Excellent customer service. Was just in the highway 90 pace/Milton store and Nicole Jones was the cashier there and was absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions about the rewards program and help me get set up on it.

Right close. Thanks for being around the corner. It is so convenient to stop for gas and such. Nice store and employees

Miss Jackie. Miss Jackie is such a pleasure each and every time I roll through the door at Cefco in Fairhope near the high school. No matter how busy she is or the store is, she always greets everyone with a smile on her face!!! I’ll be back!!!

This is not useful for points when they don’t let you redeem on fuel like it says. This has happened before but why when I redeem points for fuel it never even lets me have it when I check out in store then lose those points every time . It says it gave them off my purchase but it’s not true . Store clerk said contact customer service . I did over two weeks ago not even a reply to my email

Can’t log in. I used to be able to use this app and I liked it but now I can’t get in. Every time I open it, it says put my number in and they will text but the text never comes. I used to get texts but now none. So today I deleted it and downloaded it again and now it says try again when I open it.

Points. Constantly buying fuel and other. No points are being added also my local cefco does not recognize the few points I have for signing up …. Have emailed 3 times .. No reply

Digital barcode. I would like to see a digital barcode added to the app soon

Happy Customer. The cashier was real cool and friendly and helpful. I was having a bad day and his good customer service was nice.

Burn em failed. I have had $10 credit twice that it would not redeem toward gas. I even showed employee and they couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. Very frustrating!

Kind associate. I didn’t get associate’s name, but was kind enough to tell me that the X-Large fountain drink was the same price as the large after entering your rewards phone number…. Nice person!

Favorite. CEFCO is by far my favorite service station. I love their rewards and you even get a free donut every day!!! I haven’t been in a CEFCO that wasn’t clean. Quality gasoline and products is what you’ll find at CEFCO.

Amazing crew!. The Cefco that i visit regularly has an amazing crew. Everyone is very friendly and the rewards app is very useful! The only feature i wish would be added is preordering from the Cefco kitchen, that would save a lot of time and would be very convenient. Nonetheless, I never thought id have a favorite gas station chain but now i do! “Y’all” water from Cefco is also amazing and tastes very fresh. 10/10 establishment.

Misleading. This app and Cefco rewards are both crap and misleading. I had nearly 10,000 points and have attempted to redeem my points for rewards more than once. I have yet to be successful in that. My points are reduced but the reward is never applied.

Professional, Fast, Knowledgeable Team!!!. This Team is the Best! Friendly, outgoing folks. If it’s directions you need these folks know the way. If it is a vehicle issue, these folks know who to call. If it’s help with a pump, these folks are here to help until the issue is resolved. Bathrooms are immaculate and always stocked. The store is clean and tidy. The parking lot is clean and tidy. The trash receptacles are always dumped before they are overflowing. This is a great place to get fuel, snacks and drinks!!

Funny guy. The guy that works nights at this store is so funny and nice he will have you leaving with a smile every time

Love the Bagby/Texas Central Location. From the time the station open it has been go to location. I will pass other Cefco and other stations to come to this location. Reason behind it is simple. The staff at this location are GREAT.

I really like my CEFCO store. Michelle, Nikki, Mike and every other employee at the Mexia, Texas location on MLK street. The store is always tidy and the pizza is so good we’ve stopped ordering from other places. I feel safe enough going there to get gas at 5:00am. Please do something nice for this store, they really deserve it!

Freeport Florida Location. Since this location opened, I’ve been impressed. Sure, the fuel is a little less money than other brands, but what stands out is the crew. I've never seen anyone get nasty with customers, even when I could tell they were running thin on patience. Coffee and food is always fresh, and I should know I have gone by at some really off times to the busiest. Well that's about it this time! Living An Epic Adventure, Troy

Reward not received. I had enough points for $20 in free gas and I tried to purchase it at the register and they told me to key in number at pump and would automatically deduct the $20. Did not happen, took my points and my $20 in free gas. I never received my reward.

Login. I have an inactive phone number on my account and would like to update it to my new number but that’s not sub option so I feel like my points are being stolen career I can’t login without my phone number

Can’t Log In after 12 years. Can’t Log In??!?! I’ve been a Rewards Membet for 12 years and I got a new phone. Transferred all the data, but now I can’t log in to CEFCO Rewards App? It keeps taking me to a screen that requires me enter my mobile number, states you’ll text a link to that number… YET I NEVER RECEIVE THE TEXT/LINK. I even deleted the app and tried reinstalling, same thing occurs. WHAT IS YOUR FIX FOR THIS???

Cefco 1013. Cefco in big Sandy has improved it look and how well it’s cleaned.. working for cefco for the past 3 years has been an life changing experience.. I’m able to be notice about my performance and show them how hard I work and the challenges it may bring.. I enjoy working for them.. they really do care about you

Points. They are great , but the restrictions on the time to use them can be a hassle sometimes. Overall glad to get them. 👍

Simple and Clean UI, User friendly!. Easy to login! The rewards program is easy to understand and I earn points on almost all of my gas and store spend. I love being rewarded for being a loyal customer.

Good but NO INTERNET. So I was in the car and I was on my way to my local cefco and I was seeing how much points I have and it said NO INTERNET and i have internet on my phone so I was really mad but other than that this app is really good.❤️❤️😭

Clean/Friendly. I appreciate how clean this place is including the bathrooms, and everyone is really friendly there.

My 2 cents. Lines are too long during busy hours, leaders are very slow to react to an influx of customers. Managers are invisible in my store. Get the chip readers working at tge pumps please . Oh and pizza sits out too long, gets dry and uneatable. You make it impossible to avoid by adding individually packaging the pizza now. Won’t get it anymore.

Very good experience and good people. Just reward deal is amazing. Save me some money. If you don’t have it I recommend you get it.

Spam Calls. I have had my phone number since 2007. I have the occasional spam call like everyone else. However, I provided my cell number to create an account after downloading this app Thursday night. And my phone had been blowing up since. The next day (Friday) I received 11 spam calls, Saturday 2 spam calls, and so far today (Monday) 9 spam calls as off 2:20pm central time. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR NUMBER

Just links to website?. Does this app do anything but link to the website? Registered for an account and all I get from the app is a single screen with instructions to enter my phone number to receive a text which will allow me to log in to my account. This link just opens the website in my browser. What a useless app.

Price changes. I love getting my Espresso Roast Coffee with hazelnut coffee from CEFCO every morning. It’s a great routine my wife and I enjoy every day. And with the price changes, I’m happy more than ever to be a rewards member. The price stays the same for me no matter what size I get. And I save money. So it’s a win-win. I love CEFCO.

Staff and Store conditions. Staff always out going and ready to help. Store is always clean and orderly,well organized.

Wishing. I would like to use my reward points when I’m buying beer and tobacco

Burritos and beer. The parking and gas pumps are well lit, which is a plus on the dark West Highway 98! Staff is friendly. Burritos are out of this world. Haven’t gone back to Taco Bell since CEFCO opened in my area. Beer cave is well stocked.

Super easy to redeem points. The app is great! It’s so easy to see how many points I have and redeem them for rewards. The store locator is a nice touch, too. The whole thing is simple and easy to use. I can’t wait to see what’s coming next!

Worthless App. All it does is ask you to put in your phone number and then send you a text message with a link to a webpage. Why even have an app?

Rewards. I love having the rewards but it takes way to long for them to be activated it’s usually like 24-48 hrs if not longer to use the rewards that I burn wish it was instant

Update your locations please.. Wanted to use the pay at pump feature in the app. Says I’m not close enough. I’m literally at the pump. When I check to see where the nearest cefco is (the one I’m parked at) it shows it as being on the other side of the highway.

CEFCO. The employees there are so pleasant and helpful. Always smiling and greet me with respect which makes me treat them with respect.

Love Cefco!. I love how clean the stores are. I am a transporter and I’ll stop at Cefco before a truck stop every time!

Services and Pricing. In spite of the high cost of gasoline, CEFCO does its best to the keep their cents lower.

Not working. There’s no ability to log in to the app. Will change my review when updated. Users can only send login links to their phone via sms, after which opens up a mobile site.

Flat doesn’t work. The app does nothing, no text is ever sent, it’s a fake rewards program. I get 50 spam texts a day, but CEFCO can’t send one I request?

Do not use it!!!. If you use this app at the pump, they hold a hundred dollars, sometimes for several days. It is so suspicious that my bank calls me asking if this is a fraudulent transaction. Very cheesy app. You Have Been Warned!!
