Impressed! 😊. I’m impressed with the young man Quinton and the other one that I don’t remember his name. He’s usually there in the morning always keeping the coffee bar as clean as he can. Both of them have stellar customer service. I’m impressed with them both! Royal Farms, thank you for hiring two superb employees!

Horrible app experience. I have downloaded my share of crappy apps from Apple’ App Store; but I have to say this one bites the Big One. This is definitely an app that will get deleted immediately after writing this review. I would have expected the poor design & lack-luster experience on the Royal Farms app 10 years ago... but it is now 2021 and every app should be 100% at this time. It’s not even worth the bandwidth in my opinion. It really should just be marketed as a Digital Loyalty Card only, it’s useless otherwise. You cannot even use the digital card at their gasoline pumps, therefore you still have to carry the physical card too which totally defeats the purpose of having a digital loyalty card. Also, I tried to add the worthless RoFo card to the Apple Wallet on my iPhone and of course that wouldn’t work either; just error messages when trying to add it. I have added three other digital cards to the iPhone Wallet without an issue (although the Apple Wallet is severely lacking overall with digital experience in mind, should be much better at this point as it has been years).

It doesn’t work on older iPhones!!. They upgraded the app and unless you want to buy a new iphone, you are out of luck. Most apps allow you to download the older version of an app but this doesn’t work with this app. So long Royal Farms! I’m spending my money elsewhere.

Needs improvement. I don’t understand all the good comments about the game. I have such a long delay that I never get past 3 matches. I also don’t like that there isn’t a way to get discount if you forgot your card. Most reward programs go by telephone number. I understand that probably isn’t possible because the purchase is debited from your account but the cashier could verify your identity with license. I also would prefer to have 2 cards on the same account because we the account being debited is a joint bank account.

App is becoming better. So I never want to review an app, right when it’s released because there are always bugs that need to be worked out. This app is pretty solid, and has considerably increase in its reliability. I do think when you are ordering from the app, it seems like they could do a better job for having the menu in app be more uniform to the menu screen at the store. Perhaps there are reasons why this can’t be done and for this reason I choose to only order at the in store screen. I would recommend picking this up. I have benefited a good amount from their loyalty rewards program through the app.

Unusable. We have been trying for 2 months now to try and get into the app. When we follow the step to forgot password to link our card to the app it never sends an email. When I try to set it up manually, it says my card is reported lost or stolen.(no it’s not !!!! We use it every couple days for gas!!) even if I get an account set up manually, the next time I log in it says my credentials are wrong and won’t let me in. For an app that I know worked great in the past, this is a major let down

Love RoFo rewards. Love building up points to get free food and drinks. I use my card all the time for gas and in store purchases. Never have any trouble redeeming rewards. Just wish we could get points for purchasing tobacco products. However that is not the fault of Royal Farms to my knowledge. I think that’s a state of New Jersey law, just like we can’t use coupons or stores can’t run “deals” or sales on cigarettes in this state. I never have any problems with the app. I Highly recommend RoFo rewards.

Greta app but has minor flaws. This app is actually not bad, but it has room for improvement. It does what it was built to do and the digital card is such a convenient feature, it definitely makes it easier to just open the app and scan the digital card. My only issues are with the user interface and the add rewards card to wallet feature. I just wish the app had a more modern look and the add to wallet feature doesn’t work. Every time I try to add the card to my Apple wallet I get a response that says “Error: Unable to create pass for Wallet. Please try again later.” If these issues were to be fixed the app would definitely be worthy of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Favorite App. This is one of the few reward apps that you can use more than one reward at a time. You also get things added at times that you don’t have to buy something to claim. Plus they have my favorite coffee and love the iced tea.

No Star. This has to be one of the worst applications for a gas station. 7-11 is better. What should I expect from a company that only offers points towards their food and not gas. Their Rofo rewards program doesn’t work. I have been signed up for a year and no matter what location I go to, it says I do not have an account. Yet, I have spent over 2 hours talking to Zipline (who manages this program) and they state I have an account. Therefore it’s the app. Go to Wawa or QuikTrip. Sheetz. They are all superior and have my vote.

Can’t import import into Apple wallet no matter what. Nobody wants to carry around yet ANOTHER physical card, and it doesn’t support paying at the pump with the app, so what is the purpose of the app? Also, tried every possible way to import the card into Apple Wallet and it doesn’t work. Try it from the app and it says “error”. Try to import it manually via Apple Wallet and it says the card type is not supported. Even went as far as marking my card “lost” and replacing it with a brand new card. Try to import it to Apple Wallet? Nope. “Error”.

When it’s working, it’s great. Easy to use, easy to earn and spend rewards; when it’s working. Still new app will crash and no earning or using points at any location. Has cost me out of probably a free meal at some point. Good variety of deals. Miss having the memory match game.

Good but can use improvement.. Good but could be better. There is no functionality for online orders which the other major convenient store in Southern New Jersey has. I also don’t like when I purchase coffee the punchcard is not working. I bought coffee twice and the purchases are not showing (one time I scanned the coffee cup barcode to the scanner and the second time I selected the coffee from the touchscreen kiosk). I have to keep looking on my receipt for the number of coffees I purchased.

Rofo rewards. We love love love the rewards. We have used the rewards for drinks and food. We love the little surprises of an offer of a drink or candy. If we are in area we always stop by to get what is offered. Love the 10 cents off a gallon these days everything helps.

Best App Ever. If you shop Royal Farms, you have to get the app so you can get all the free giveaways and manage your points to get free food from the kitchen. Definitely worth the 2 minutes to sign up. And don’t forget about the age verified tobacco deals that they have available. It’s the best value for your money if you use tobacco.

Since update unable to use. This app is terrible with iOS. I called help desk and someone said they would call me back they still haven’t. The app is telling me wrong password and to reset but never sends email to do so. I went on a computer and logged in with the same email and password the app told me was invalid and changed the password. App is still telling me the password is incorrect. I have deleted it and re-downloaded the app and still no luck. Awful and no customer service on the help line.

Really not what I thought at all. I downloaded this app b/c I go to Royal Farms daily if not twice daily and the cashier kept telling me how I could be getting every seventh cup of iced tea free. So I finally downloaded it, added the card the cashier gave me and went on about my day. I forgot my phone in the car and the cashier told me to enter my phone number and it will bring it up. I did and it said invalid. I left and double checked my phone number was right when I had my phone and it was so I don’t understand y it won’t recognize me with the “alternate option” of providing ur phone number. I also have been trying to add it to my apple wallet where I keep all my cards and it won’t allow me to, it keeps giving me an error every single time. So what I have learned is that this app is the same as if I carried the actual card in the store with me and scanned it in that way, which is pointless b/c the reason I downloaded this was to have the digital app and receive my punches with my phone number. If not fixed within a week or so I will be deleting to make room for an actual digital reward card app that honestly just does what it says it will. Really disappointed in this app

Needs to add one more feature. ROFO rewards are the best hands down and you will not find better gas prices anywhere. Even better then UpSide. I only wish you could use your phone to pay at the pump by scanning the barcode on the app. I would then give this app a 5 star rating.

Great until…. I really enjoy using my Royal Farms Ruffo rewards program. The reason I gave it a three star is because if you lose your card, they have made it absolutely impossible to get a new card and activate it in your app. It’s really a pain it’s not very user-friendly. I still don’t have my new card activated, it is not always convenient to try to call customer service especially when they’re closed on the weekend

New customer. My son tried to get me to use this app in Royal Farms long time ago. I just recently moved to Delaware and I use the app all the time now great gas prices fabulous chicken unfortunate thing is every time I stop there with my grandchildren we get more than guess but I felt a nutritious meal

Customer service is horrible.. I am hung up in their system where my online account shows my rewards points etc, but that doesn’t translate to my store card. Have tried several months to speak to a real person to get it fixed, I’ve called, visited on line, emailed customer service and get no response. If I delete the entire account and try and get a new account, I lose the rewards point and risk upon reentering same but new card information being told my personal info and email etc has already been used.

Amazing. Sometimes, you can get rewards for just HAVING the app! Generally you should get the app. I got a free any size coffee for downloading and making a beginner account! Some of these terrible reviews from other people that want to make their own rewards app and are trying to get you not to download it. But don’t stress! Because those are their own opinions. Overall, imo the app is great/AMAZING

Great addition to Kinston, NC. I recently stopped by the Royal Farms gas station, and I must say, it left a positive impression. Here are some highlights: Convenience: The location is convenient, especially if you’re on the go. It’s easy to access from the main road, and the layout is well-organized. Fuel Quality: The fuel quality seemed excellent. My car ran smoothly after filling up, and I appreciated the competitive prices. Cleanliness: The station was clean and tidy. The pumps were well-maintained, and the surrounding area was free of litter. Friendly Staff: The staff members were friendly and efficient. They greeted me with a smile and promptly assisted with my transaction. I also like the convenience of self checkout. Food Options: Royal Farms is known for its delicious chicken. If you’re hungry, consider grabbing a quick bite from their deli or checking out their selection of snacks. Ample Parking: There was plenty of parking space, which is essential when you’re stopping for gas or a quick snack.

Service is always amazing. When you have issues & someone steps up and resolve them correctly, shows they care about customer service, but most of all they care about their customers. I had a problem reported it and it was resolved immediately I will continue to support them because the way they treated me which is very unusual in this age. Ms Joyce. I would like to thank your manager n staff I went in to store on fire road in EHT New Jersey very impressive. I was looking at the chicken n it look good I was like fix they have any coming up. The i manager named Brian told me he said if you wanna wait I can make you. We'll have some coming up in 25 minutes. I said sure wait for. The Cook that was in the back with staff. He was putting the chicken down till and I walked through the store. The bathrooms was clean. The store was nice and tidy everything. I was just amazed at this Royal farm. It is truly and they were very, very personal very professional and very nice. I will recommend this Royal farm to all my friends and family. Thank you again for Brian and Drew Drew was his staff that chicken thank you again and you should have more of them and some of your stores going south this was very nice in my own hometown the wonderful staff you have Joyce Dillard

Rofo. The app is cute and have a lot of great features. Security is strong on the app as well, the fact I went through so much to add RofoPay. The $.25 and now $.10 off gas was worth all the hassle when I signed up for RofoPay. I drive an Infiniti QX 80. RoFo gives me 325 miles and my gas last for almost a week. Thanks Rofo! 😄⛽️💕✨

Disappointed. My first time coming to this facility on Rohrerstown Road. My boyfriend lives it, and they do have great Mac and cheese. Saw they had broccoli cheese soup for limited time. So I ordered one. The customer before me needed a fork, all out, I asked about spoons, all out. If someone orders these items and they don’t have the proper utensils, us customers should be notified. I am attempting to eat soup with a knife. The soup is actually very good. However, trying to eat it with a knife is not so pleasant.

Pretty great!. This app is quite convenient. It allows me to scan a digital card and offers rewards frequently. There are two annoyances, but they could probably be fixed in an update fairly easily. The first is that I see a notification badge with the icon on my phone, indicating there is some message to read…or multiple messages to read, but when I go into the app, I cannot locate any new messages or info. The second is that there is an option to “add card to wallet”, but it never successfully loads to my wallet! Since these issues don’t prevent me from using the app or receiving/redeeming rewards, I give the app 4 stars.

Use of App. As an employee for Royal Farms I strongly recommend the app to all customers who visit the stores. Personally I have the app installed and use it regularly. It is convenient for me and my children to use. I know at first the app can be a little overwhelming and even confusing however once a user logs in and plays around and becomes familiar with the app it is easier to navigate.

Tyler (worker). Tyler was the most helpful person I met at RF. I walked in and my app disappeared on my phone. I went over to the counter to ask the cashiers if they could help me. What was I thinking to ask them who looked like they didn’t even want to be bothered. So I walked away and I saw a man filling the sandwiches and I asked him if he could help and he stopped what he was doing to help me, he walked me through the steps to get it reloaded and as a senior citizen I am computer illiterate, so I think Tyler your worker deserves recognition. Nice, but could use one thing. This app is nice. If the team could add a way for us to view a ledger of our points, that would make it 5 Star. I don’t want to keep my receipts... too much paper clutter. I’d like to look in my app to make sure everything is posting properly. Every other rewards program I’m in offers that feature. Please add😊

Awesome rewards are on!!. So from the time I started using my ROFO card for purchases and gas etc… I would enter my phone number each time I made a purchase cash or charge I’ve accumulated over 5,000 points! Who knew until the rewards were in effect I was able to get my fav fried chicken for free!!!! And so much more . So don’t forget to add your alt ID (phone number) to gain points when purchasing.😉

More than Chicken. …but who needs more?! RoFo has their annual ChickenPalooza and we line up for it, plus t-shirts. I scan all my purchases, gas, etc. save up points and splurge. You can get a free coffee or water almost every other visit. It’s a nice touch. I’ll drive past other gas stations looking for a RoFo, just to go inside.

Free Stuff. The app is great and Rofo actually gives you free stuff unlike other places. Definitely use your rewards card at the pump too. They give a great discount on gas. You earn 2 points for every in store purchase and 1 point for every dolllar of gas. And who doesn’t love their chicken!

Love the rewards!. I enjoy getting and using the rewards I earn with purchases and especially like the special random rewards they offer (although I wish they make them last a few days rather than just that one day because I often can’t make the trip on that particular day)

Always fresh #7. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I have a problem for years with my ROFO card to the point with nobody helping me to figure out why when I use it is still says invalid loyalty, so I opens a new account and the same thing is happening to this day ! I spend about 150 to 300 a week in gas as I have a company vehicle and no one will fix this , so I have moved on to another vendor ( your loss ) I did get a response but they just told me I need to contact a different number which I did and got no where . This is inexcusable, so to this day I still cannot rack up any points , very disappointed with this company. Sad . Brad

Great app. App runs smoothly and is easy to use. Only thing is when you go to redeem a reward, make sure you redeem the reward on your phone then scan the barcode then scan your merchandise. It has taken me a few times to learn. Great rewards!

Useless. It is impossible to order chicken on the app. This is the ONLY thing I want to do, because my local store can’t handle my large orders if I just walk in without warning. They suggest I use the app - and I’ll probably end up at KFC instead. I can find what I want to order on the app easily, and nothing at all works from there. I tap “add to bag”, and instead get an error message saying I have to complete the other 6 options first. THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS on the screen or anywhere else I can find, and all I want is the chicken that’s on the screen above the button “add to bag”. I’ve tried this now on 4 different occasions on two devices over the last month, it’s always the same. I tried to log the complaint with them via the app, but the app’s option for “app feedback” makes me choose among 12 different “subject”s, all of which are absolutely not about the app … “Complaint about store” “Jobs”, etc. … but no version “App feedback” and you can’t send the feedback without choosing one of the totally irrelevant options. THAT’S how poorly designed this app is! I’m deleting it now.

Great App. This app is great. It clearly shows you your rewards and what products are available based on the number of points you have. The higher points rewards are greyed out but you can see what ‘cost’ so you can choose to keep saving points.

Easy To Use. We love the new ROFO app! It is easy to navigate and use. Keeping track of your Royalty Points is a breeze. Even better is when you get notification that a freebie item has been added to your account!

I love rofo rewards. I frequent Royal Farms 4 days a week because it's close to my job. It's great to get rofo rewards especially on days when I forgot my lunch or just want something special to add to my lunch. They also give you birthday treats. I think it is awesome personally.

BEST reward program around. Easily the best reward program around between all the free meals and free surprise items every couple weeks and then turning my points from all purchases into more free stuff I mean, who doesn’t love free I know it’s my favorite price plus I’ve been hitting a few new store openings and that’s a whole Nother wonderful Free event they have for reward members where you literally get to eat any food and drink free free, free oh yeah, I just was out there 300 store opening where I got tons of free stuff from food and drinks Maryland lottery tickets even won two tickets to a crabcake festival this weekend from the radio station so Royal Farms is easily my number one pick plus they’re open 24 hours and I’m a Lyft driver who eats here lots!!!’ if you haven’t gotten the app then you just don’t like stuff for free seriously it’s so easy

Worst Rewards App I’ve Ever Downloaded. I’m not much for installing lots of rewards apps that hog up space on my phone; so when I do, I want them to at least function. This cannot even fulfill that. I downloaded this for the gas rewards, as I live in a remote area and this was the closest and most convenient gas station in my area to reach. Created an account. Went to login. Password’s wrong for some reason; so, naturally, I use the “forgot password” tool. It tells me to check my email. I tried probably five times and received nothing. Screw it. Make a new account. Wants a physical card number (I don’t have one; isn’t that the point of the app???). I uncheck the box so this question disappears. All seems well until I hit submit, and the app tells me an error has occurred. I can’t even create an account, let alone use it! Tried using my phone number at the pump today. Said it was invalid when it most certainly was the correct phone number. Worst thing is it doesn’t even let you try again or try an alternative method. At this rate, you’d think they didn’t want you to join their loyalty program at all (Congratulations! You’re succeeding!). What an utter waste of resources and time. I’ll be ecstatic when the Carroll Fuels opens next-door.

Great App!. Have used this since it first came out. It works well in store and you can’t beat the gas discount. I also think the Customer Service is tops. They have resolved any issues I may have had and did so in a timely manner. Deals are great! Highly recommend this App!

Disappointing Chicken. I’m used to getting really great fried chicken at ROFO but not today. I believed I had ordered the 8 pc special in my app but when I arrived it wasn’t ready. I asked they go ahead and put a basket together and I’d check my phone as to the issue. The order had never completed so I went ahead and completed order and sent. When I walked back in, they handed me a basket and I was on my way. I was home within 15 minutes. I immediately was sharing pieces with my grandson and we realized it wasn’t even hot, not to mention very dried out. Sadly, I am already home and not interested in driving back out for more food. As titled, very disappointing.

Please release an update. I’ve never had any issues with this app until these past couple months. Everything on the app works except for 2 specific pages, I’ve tried everything to get them to work I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded, I’ve signed out and signed back in, I’ve downloaded the app and signed in on another device, again on someone else’s phone, I’ve refreshed, etc, and still can’t get these pages in the app to work. One of them is the age verified offers, I’ve had 2 saved tobacco offers, one stayed, while the other needed to be re-saved (which happens every so often and never had an issue until now) but it won’t even show me any offers at all to save them. Please help? I go to royal farms specifically because of the coupons on tobacco through the rewards app, but now can’t even use them. Apple wouldn’t let me report a bug so I figured I’d mention this in a review. It shows up on other peoples accounts that I’ve checked but not mine specifically.

Love it.. Been using the ROFO app for years now. I completely forgot about my rewards points building all those years. Realized after updating a few months ago that I had enough points to buy my own ROFO. (Just kidding). But I did have thousands upon thousands of points that I forgot about. Anyway. I love that I can use my card at the pump and in store. And also scan my phone if I forget to bring my card. And ROFO gas prices are usual a few cents cheaper then other gas stations in the area. And you get a few cents off per gallon for using rewards. How can you not love it. Reduced gas. Points building. Which equals free food and drinks. Keep up the great work ROFO.

Nice and Easy. It’s really easy to use, and I love racking up points for free stuff, for shopping somewhere I’m already shopping. I live next door to a rofo so I’m using this app a lot, and I love that it feels like almost every other day I’m offered some random free treat. I also feel like compared to other rewards apps, the stuff I can get with points is way cheaper than the competitors.

Very unpleasant experience. Had a free birthday meal. Asked if I could get two breasts and she nodded yes. When the meal was ready, there was only one breast and a wing. When I went back there was another person at the counter now who said the meal was correct. When I told him she had acknowledged that I could get two breasts. She said “no I did not”. In addition, there wasn’t a a biscuit ! Also, there were no napkins in the store and we were told they ran out??? She was a person of color with long weave braids Without a name tag. She was absolutely miserable and it was apparent that this was the last place on earth she wanted to be.

Points gone after transferring to new rewards. I had over 4,000 points before they updated to the new rewards when I logged in and followed the prompts to transfer my points to the new rewards system and my rofo pay card, used same phone number and email like it said and when it logged me in I had 0 points rofo pay turned off and no linked card at all. Disappointing cause for the last 5 years I strictly only went to rofo for gas and snacks to use my rofo card.

Disaster. This app is broken, rofo pay is broken. Can’t login, can’t get card to work, won’t send me reset password, points don’t show up, will update with more issues as they arise…. Oh and guess what.. not even a single bit of customer service to resolve and issue. Literally will go miles out of my way to avoid royal farms because I’ve had rofo pay setup for a year and have not received a single cent back. It’s a bait and switch. Good luck

Royal Farms Website. Love the app. It’s easy to use and and easy to see the rewards. Using the card for fuel, is easy and I love saving 10 cents per gallon every time. It also counts towards your point for rewards. Highly recommend.

Great Changes. I enjoy using technology whenever I can, and with the updated I can now use it when getting gas or buying my favorite chicken. Nice job on the overall improvements.

Takes some time, but effective. I love the points & what you can get for them. The only issue is, you have to redeem items separately. Which takes time. You should be able to redeem more then one item per transaction.

Love the app!. I love the app! Super easy for redeeming special offers or getting a reward for my points! RoFo gives really decent rewards! No skimping! There are surprise bonuses, too! Just stopped for gas the other day & had a free Celsius drink I was able to redeem! Nice surprise!

Very generous. ROFO is very generous with their rewards program! Better than any others. I’ve been able to feed my family of 4 dinner for nothing using saved up points!

Fruitland Maryland. I frequent the store almost daily. There’s a new manager there who’s name I think is Trevis or something like that. She is extremely rude. Seems to have an attitude all the time and I’ve also overheard her making sly comments about other races. Like, “those people or you know you have to watch them”. It’s very off putting especially since I’m also a Caucasian gentleman.

Very inconveniently complicated!. Royal Farms made this rewards system so complicated it’s downright inconvenient. I even called their tech support and it seems like it’s a one man operation. He explained how it works and it is very confusing. To lay the low ROFO price, they want to link a bank account or debit card. That’s definitely a security concern. Why can’t we just put in a phone or account number like every other gas station? Simple and convenient! Overall 1 star for this terrible app and rewards program.

App throws error when opened order screen on VPN. It threw an error, and dumped the rest of the script for whatever file caught the error (likely the script that loaded the map/nearby location) Easy thing to miss, rating not effected heavily

Can’t order on the app. A new RF opened near me a little over 2 months ago. I waited for all the excitement to die down and decided to download the app. Unfortunately I can’t order at my store since I downloaded. Not really worth having the app for now and will delete but will try to download again in a couple of months.

Fast and easy. If you go into Royal Farms often this app will help! I lose track of all the different offers and club chips and this helps me see what I can get! The game is easy points too! Best rewards program!

Great App. Love this app, because you collect points for everything you buy in store and at the pump. They’re always sending freebies and it makes you feel like a truly valued customer. It’s why I’ll always be a ROFO Gal!

New update. The new version is nice, I’m glad they kept all the features I use most - especially the matching game! I love getting free food just by playing a 1 minute game every day. Keep the updates coming! I still wish I could use my digital card at the gas pumps

4 Years. It took four years to get here and I can’t wait to go there! I’ve been to a couple of ones down south, and I love the food.

Rewards. Didn’t realize reward’s had an expired date until I received an email letting me know and appreciated the notice so that I was able to redeem them for items offered

App A must Have For Everyone. Started using the app to scan when I get coffee. You get notifications that they’ve add free stuff to your card. The time to claim is very short, but who cares FREE food including the western fries.😎

Great rewards. Love the fact that you get great food and very good prices on fuel, also like the idea of getting points for all purchases to use for other rewards great app.

Horrible. They updated the rewards and all it’s been is a hassle. I verify online, and the app doesn’t update. The app updates and now it’s saying my email was already used. Of course it is, I’m an existing member trying to log in?? Ridiculous and it shouldn't be this hard to keep my points or have to call customer support just because your update launched before it was ready. Now I’m locked out of my own account.

Miss the game. The app is easy to use. Happy my old points converted easily. Have enjoyed all the free chicken from my points. I do miss the matching game that would award a few points daily. I’d love if that were added back.

They’re great. Royal Farms best fried chicken around. I only wish there were more stores. Not just the chicken though the prices are pretty good too and I have good experiences every time I have been there.

No delivery. We placed an order to Royal Farms store # 323 last weekend and NEVER received the order! They are telling us we have to get our refund through Uber Eats! No, we ordered the food through Royal Farms. Can’t get anyone from corporate to call us back since the manager at the store hasn’t helped us! Horrible customer service! All this hassle over a $100 order! Ridiculous!

I have enjoyed ROFO app for years. I have my account linked with a bank so easy to pay for purchases. Gas prices are very competitive and ROFO rewards helps even more. Modern self serve lottery machines too.

Much Better!!!. I’ve Albert using the RoFo app for years. And I’ve always hated the setup of the app. This new app and new look is wayyyy better, easy to understand. I love how the current points are displayed and how I am notified when I’ve earned points. 👌🌟

Love Royal Farms. Royal Farms always has low prices and good deals on food and other products they have pretty much anything you need and the point system is awesome as well I definitely recommend Royal Farms

ROFO is great!. Love to use my ROFO rewards! My only issue is that I cannot always get there for 1 day only deals or they are “sold out” when I get there. Love to see my points go up & I have more to spend! Thank you!

Doesn’t work as advertised. Added my bank info to the rofo card to get the reduced priced gas. Paid using the rofo card and I was still charged regular price for gas. Went into the store to ask about it. I showed them my payment confirmation from RoyoPay in the app and on the receipt. They said I need to call claims and open a claim to get a refund “if I believe I was over charged because the store can’t handle this issue”. This card is false advertisement. Don’t waste your time signing up.

App support. There is no real app support or customer service number to call. I’ve had the Royal Farm app for years, but it seems within the last year something has gone wrong. I cannot log in to the app. I cannot seem to reset my password as it doesn’t recognize my email. when I go to set up a new account, it says my phone number is already on file.

Best Rewards. By far, the best rewards program that I’m in. Love that they give special treats randomly, and a little something for your birthday! I think I was able to score a full 2 piece meal, I mean, who does that?!?!? ROFO rewards are awesome!

Love ROFO. Use my card at the pumps and save. Use my card inside for food and beverage purchases. Points add up and perks. Love sporadic give aways. Wish they were available for a longer period instead of one day only.

Bad for ordering, good for reward. Pros: easy to use the card feature and select rewards Con: bad for ordering food. No ability to use Apple Pay. Food ordered has a much longer wait than ordering in person. I’m literally sitting at the store watching them hang around rather than make my food because the pick up time is 20 mins after I placed the order.

Enjoyable. I have really enjoyed using the Rofo app and rewards. Love the reward point system, and purchasing items with rewards is very rewarding and so much more reasonable then other chain stores. Download the ROFO app now if toy have not already done so.

Love the surprise rewards. I am happy with this ap. Used it several times to redeem rewards. My only problem is that the stores don’t always have the item to be redeemed.

Great for traveling. This app for great for traveling across states I am able to receive great rewards at any Royal Farms location I visit. Which is great to be able to bundle rewards on gas and in store items. Then redeem those points as a choose.

Needs improvement. The logic behind the workflow is bad. The use case is a person who is ordering on a mobile device. So what should be the first question? “Where do you want to pick up your order?” Not, “what food do you want?”. Just because I have a store within a mile of me, that doesn’t mean that is the store where I want to pick up my order.

Disappointed. Very disappointed with my first attempt to use my TOFO Rewards card. After needing 2 weeks to finally get it activated, the first time I tried to use it in the hopes of saving a little money on today’s gas prices. No luck! Paid full price anyway. Then, as if I wasn’t in a bad enough mood, I get a message telling me how many rewards points I got. As off to verify that YEP, your card works but no discount for you!

Royal farms review. I love the mobile app because it’s easy to use and I don’t have to do anything else to receive my rewards points ordering through it also is a great addition

LOVE this app!. I LOVE the Royal Farms app! It keeps track of my rewards. I can pre-order on it. It is much better than just using key card like before app. Also love getting points/rewards.

I use this every time I go there!. When I go to the RoFo right near me to pick up some things, I always use the app for my rewards, and they always have deals!

App is great. Love the app. The order ahead function is a welcomed addition, however, there doesn’t seem to be a way to link the Rofo Pay to the transactions. Also, it would be nice if you could add the store card and Rofo Pay to your iPhone wallet.

Customer service at ROFO responds. I received a response to my not getting my birthday perk. It was put on the card the following week, supposedly. Not sure if it’s there, but at least they listen. SEE BELOW: I just made a fool of myself, holding up the line, on my birthday. There WAS NO PERK. I even ordered the one they said you’d get —400 points for 2-piece white meat meal. Otherwise maybe the app works OK.

Pretty decent. That’s what it is designed to do. Bugs are absolutely minimal. There’s a few things that could’ve been done differently or better but overall pretty solid.

Love It. I love how you earn points for savings but even more, I love that you reward your customers with items. With the cost of everything today, it’s nice to get a free fry or a coffee. Keep up the great job. 👍👍👍👍

Updated App Not Working. Unable to sign-in to my account via the app. It says that my email is already taken. Also, can’t figure out how to get RoFo Pay working w a new card. Calling the helpline was no help. They told me to submit the issue via ‘contact us’ on the RoFo site (I did). Also, regular web site is super buggy. Things were working ok before the rewards update. In-store staff are great but no help w this matter.

Getting better. New update helped, at checkout it’s a little confusing, coupon does not come off until you are ready to pay.

Hello Wallet integration. So much faster than it used to be, but the best new feature is the ability to add the Rewards Card to my Wallet, so I don’t even have to open the wallet. Since I use Apple Pay at the store anyway, it makes checking out so much faster.

Works for me. I like how the app has my current rewards points. Never really had an issue thus far. No issues in store either.

Easy to see rewards. I needed help a few times using the app at the store to redeem rewards, BUT the staff were super helpful each time and were very patient showing me the steps involved.

ROFO Pay doesn’t work. I’ve tried setting it up multiple times online and it won’t let me. I’ve called the help desk and they were of no help at all. They didn’t know why it wasn’t working and couldn’t offer any advice and one time I was told that it may or may not work where I was, which makes no sense. Highly disappointed with the ROFO Pay because ROFO is what’s mainly in my area and it annoys me that I can not save the 10cents a gallon because no one can figure out the problem.

Robcox123. I have been long awaiting for Rofo to add mobile ordering and so excited that they have it available now!!! Bummed about the game but overall really pleased with this update.

Great. I use ROFO rewards all the time. I buy a lot of gas and the points I get from it are awesome. I use the points to buy coffee and gas. You really can’t beat it. They will randomly give you free stuff as well!!!
