Terrible replacement. Does not show money owed. Does not show mileage. Does not show any details of the orders. Does not have in app signing/tipping. This is a downgrade from FoodTec in every way.

Huge step back. Everyone from drivers to managers are unhappy with the new system, and many customers refuse to comply with it. It’s a giant leap backwards. Whole thing feels like an obsolete and unfinished desperate attempt to cut costs.

Terrible!. Couldn’t be worse if you used Fiver to develop this app. Beyond frustrating! Bad move Marco’s.

Bring back FoodTech. This driver app is awful. The map doesn’t pull up half of the time, you can’t tip at the door, you can’t see any of your shift stats, and you can’t track the drivers as easily which can become unsafe. I’ve worked for Marco’s for many years and I have enjoyed my job, but this new app has caused me to lose tips and has caused me many problems. I get not wanting to pay for the foodtech system, but don’t try giving us a new system and driver app when it isn’t finished. It might cause you to lose hardworking and dedicated employees because it’s simply not worth the time to sit around and hope it’ll get better one day.

Wish I could give zero stars. I went driver to manager in half a year because of my hard work and due diligence, I would give up my tip money just so the store would run smoother and with the highest efficiency. All I was told was the new system was going to be user friendly and easier on all employees; I’ve been lied to for multiple months now. It’s hard to keep a straight face and an upbeat attitude while loosing money as a driver, app is completely broken and the store system is even worse. If corporate is seeing this, go back to paying FoodTec until you get your system under control, it’s loosing your stores money and valued employees. I’m going to find a new job now because of this new system. If you are a new employee working at Marco’s and are seeing this, think of finding a different job before being stuck with a system which is unreliable and will make your job extremely hard to do.

Needs work. Very limited on what you can do, gone backwards from the old system. Please update soon.

Why?. Please for the love of god fix this app or go back to the old one. This app is worse than the old one in LITERALLY every single way. And when I say literally I don’t mean metaphorically, I mean LITERALLY. Also turn off turn by turn directions please and thank you 😘😘

Cart Before the Horse?. Enhanced online experience? Maybe for the customer as I’ve heard a handful of good comments except for the payment screen. As for saying we’re a people first company I’m struggling with a counterintuitive app for our drivers which clearly is is not operationally ready for high speed low drag use! A pass could be given as a 1.0 stab at a “better” product but this currently seems to burdensome for the user and organization. We’ll give it some more time to become more acquainted with the ins and outs but not impressed at this point!

Zero Stars. There is nothing cutting edge about this. It could probably be improved if we dropped the source code of at technical school and asked a student to improve it. You can’t mark orders as delivered. It does not handle credit cards so we went back about 15 years there. There is no map, it doesn’t tell you anything about your order, not even the price or if it’s cash or credit. If you goto an apartment it doesn’t tell you the apartment number. It often doesn’t update with your current run without logging out and back in. I would tell you what it does do but it doesn’t do much of anything. Our FBL said just don’t use it and go back to old school with the paper. The whole moms system is a disaster from every angle and you get zero support on it even on day one.

ZERO Star Rating. “ Cutting Edge”? I find it extremely hard to believe and it is even harder to understand how a company who chose a “ cloud base platform” to be “ NEW Cutting edge, to be MORE ADVANCED, to have MORE FUNCTIONALITY “ chose for the delivery app to have Paper and Pen as an option ??? We have gone 10-15 years BACK. Even more so, keeping the “ contact less” option for delivery tells me it is understood that the world has changed and customers no longer wish to have much contact at the door, so why?? Why would it even be something “ tolerable “? This has dropped drivers income, and increased customer’s frustration. The app has sooo many bugs in it, drivers are in fact NOT able to end their runs at the door every-time. Most times, the app doesn’t recognize that the driver is in fact at the customers door, not sure what is used to determine the gps/map of the area. There is no visibility of “Driver instructions” on the app. Overall, highly disappointed.

Zero Stars. This app is TERRIBLE!!! You can’t keep track of anything. It doesn’t show any information. The maps don’t work. Directions don’t work and cannot be changed. No directions back to the store. Location must be turned on for ALWAYS in order to even use it. No more tipping at the door. This is a HUGE step backwards! I definitely DO NOT recommend! Absolutely awful!

Terrible app. This app is terrible. I’ve been a delivery driver at Marco’s for a couple years now. We used to have foodtec delivery IQ before switching to this one and it had so many more features and options. If customers don’t leave a tip, you were able to have them add one on the phone. Not on this app. It doesn’t show me how much I’ve made, how many deliveries are up, or how many drivers are at the store. If anyone at Marco’s corporate is seeing this, it is such a downgrade from our old system. I understand that you want us to have Marco’s brand apps but this one is beyond terrible.

Screw this. I’m not allowing you to have access to my location 24/7 FoodTec worked with only having access while using the app. Also the top review is completely accurate and honestly only talks about the big issues. There are tons of other flaws in this system that aren’t even mentioned.

App has bugs. I work for macros as a delivery drive the app is supposed to check you in automatically and show the store we’re we are and it won’t work all drives have the issue.App crashes a lot also. Please immediately fix this!!!!!!!!!!!

Worse than FoodTec in every way and more. While FoodTec wasn’t perfect and could have used some more additions it had everything you would need in day to day delivering. The developers of this app had an amazing reference to use to implement existing features and more but instead made one of the worst systems I have ever seen. This app is missing- -Stats screen to see how much you have made/how many trips/deliveries you have taken -A functional maps button. I cannot believe an app for delivery drivers does not work with any form of maps. CarPlay does not work and drivers with it are having to manually move the maps around to see where upcoming turns are which is very dangerous. -Delivered button rarely works and does not send any indicator to people in the store you are on your way back. -Can’t even view delivery instructions such as no contact or instructions on how to get to more confusing locations -Can’t contact customers anymore without manually typing a phone number now to text or anything which is slowing everything down. -THE BIG ONE. Customers now do not have the option to add additional tips if there is one on the order which is loosing all drivers money and absolutely needs to be changed now. Many customers have $1-$2 on their order and add extra depending on service and that option has been completely removed. -Customers hate it. Every delivery I have taken so far they all point out how the new ordering app is way worse than the old. Overall this app is absolutely horrible and there are many many more issues than these. Marco’s switched to this because FoodTec is raising prices and it clearly shows how little corporate is in touch with their employees and customers. It shows they are just money hungry and will screw over everyone else if it means they get what they want. This app and whole system feels like it was developed on scratch in a week for a school project. This app development history has 2 updates. 1 was the release of this app over 1 year ago and another over a year ago with “minor fixes”. They honestly should be ashamed if this app has been in development for that long and wash shipped in the state it’s in. I guess Marcos will follow Pizza Hut in going out of business because of horrible corporate decisions! :D

Will not work with my iPhone XR. Does not work with Apple products they told me it is much better with an Android last delivery product had same problem The mapping system is just plain crap Do not use it It will track you when you are not working It told me we have tracked you 13 times in the last 3 days I was NOT working The system seems to give you no extra time on a delivery for traffic - lights or stop signs I have to go 5 to 10 miles per hour OVER the speed limit If I could give it a minus 5 I would
