Okay game, needs some improvements, not much DIY. The levels are too hard after 100 and way too hard after 200. You have you play them again and again to totally randomly get the right combos to be able to beat them. Many of the levels just feel impossible. The actual DIY aspect is not that fun. I wish it were more interactive. All the paintings are super ugly with not very many options. Putting the furniture together is just tapping two or three screws into place. Sculpting something out of clay or stone is too simple and easy, impossible to mess up. There’s no challenge. And all the projects take tons of stars (and of course more as time goes on). Could be fun but is mostly just another candy crush.

Perfect game for evening relax.). As a single mother of two girls, I don't have much free time, but when I do, I love to relax with a good match-3 game. This one is my new favorite! The levels are challenging, but not impossible, and the mini-games are a fun break from the matching. Plus, the graphics are stunning. Highly recommend for any busy mom looking for a little me-time. And please add more locations and superhard levels!

Another fake ad.. The game does reward you BRIEFLY to make your artwork (which I’d hoped would get more challenging ). But it is just another Match the Same Colored boxes ast it’s core! They take much longer to do than the artwork they reward you with. It also has a heavy marketing and buying angle on it, but I didn’t stay long enough to know why money would need to be spent.

Pretty good. I like the puzzle aspect, but I wish I could do more of the crafts. They’re pretty easy, which helps me destress and be chill. It can sometimes get bothersome with how many levels I have to do before I can do another craft. In general, it’s a good game.

FUN FUN FUN!. This game is a lot of fun & really addictive! Its a fun game if your waiting in a grocery line, doctors office or just at home relaxing. It’s a creative game and if your the creative/artsy type you will love making stuff in this game. Wonderful graphics and allowing users to make more items more frequently in the game might continue it to be more fun! Great game, team!!

Fun challenge. Yes, it’s a typical three match game, but the graphics take it to a different level of funny and levels are not always that easy. My husband and I enjoy challenging each other to see who can get the furthest on a daily basis.. Question, and hopefully it will get answered When will there be an option to add friends to get more lives or to send lives to other people? Is that even in the works or a possibility? Please, please be honest and let us know

Grand League. I got a pop up saying I qualified to play in the grand league but it says I have to complete all areas first. I’ve clicked around on everything to find out what areas to complete and there’s nothing. I can’t play another level without the grand league notification popping up. I love this game, but I’m not able to play anymore apparently.

Good game. I like that’s there’s no ads and most ads you see are false advertising their game . The main reason why I’m keeping this game is because there’s no ads which is good so I don’t have to pay for it . I agree it did look more fun in the false advertisement which made me get it but it’s a trick to get you to get it . Overall I’m not trying to make it seem like I hate the game I don’t I really like it . I was just explaining what false advertising is anyway I hope each and everyone who reviewed this app has a great day ahead

Could be more “diy”.. I like the match three puzzles and all of the different daily events, but I wish there was a little more choice and actual “diy” to the projects. Not a bad game, overall.

False hope. The game offers a $1000 cash prize for getting first place in an event, but it seems to be filled with bots. I was over 100 points ahead of everyone, and the next thing I know I’m in second place out of nowhere. I didn’t even fail a single level in over 100+ levels, and yet a “person” is able to catch up in an instant.

Better than expected. Guys it’s a match three game that also has diy simulation elements. It’s not a bad game but the big turn off for me is the guy LOOMING over every level. He creeps me out and kinda makes me not want to play. Maybe have an option to toggle him on or off?

Cool design game!. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I had to share my love for DIY Projects! As someone who's been burned out on mobile games lately, this one was a welcome surprise. The match-3 game is challenging, but not so hard that it's frustrating. And the design aspect is what really sets it apart. I love being able to create my own interiors and exteriors, and the graphics are so beautiful and stylish. But the real highlight for me is the DIY mini games. They're so creative and fun, and I've even learned a few new crafting skills! I used to play games like Homescapes and Gardenscapes, but I got tired of the same old thing. DIY Projects is a fresh take on the genre and one that I'll be playing for a long time.

Addictive. Great game! Just make sure you have time to play because it’s hard to stop once you get going.

Being charged money for a free game? & false advertising. I downloaded this FREE game and absolutely loved it until I was CHARGED a random fee of $6.99 and when I went to the in game support no one responded. How do I get rid of this reoccurring purchase and why does your in game support not actually do anything?? Also the art style is trash (I made better art in elementary school) and I wasn’t expecting having to play a matching game when I thought I was creating vases and stools. The game isn’t worth the headaches.

DIY Project✨. This game is way better than Candy Crush Saga, Homescapes, and Royal Match! I fell in love with this game from the first minute. Firstly, it's really fun to draw pictures and make pots with your own hands. You can create any design for your picture and it will be placed in the location, which is much more interesting than what I've seen in other games. The developers came up with this and I think it's really cool for developing creativity. You can make any picture, choose colors, and it will all be with your unique design, and most likely it won't have any analogs. I've never seen anything like this before. Secondly, I love the main character, he speaks so cool, like I'm playing with a real Italian, I find it very fun, I even speak these phrases with my kids. It's a lot of fun. And of course, there are realistic interiors, they are so interesting that every time I play, I wonder what the new mini-game will be. But there are also problems, the game has a lot of bugs. I play for about 20 minutes a day and encounter bugs every day

Can’t Play. Got the Grand League “invite” but I can’t play. Says need to complete all levels, but there are no levels to complete. Not sure what’s going on. Been playing just fine for 580 levels and today can’t don’t anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling…nothing. A little frustrating. AND I purchased one of the items and would like my money back since I can’t play the game! Really frustrating. I’ll be deleting this app. Can’t play it. Very upset with this.

Frustrating. I hoped to have found a game like Royal Match, and while the functions of the game are nearly identical, the game is created with far higher costs for extra lives and power-ups, and the power-ups are much less effective. I got my hopes up too high. It is just not as compelling as it’s near-twin, Royal Match. After enjoying Royal Match so much this version is frustrating. And the character… so incredibly annoying!

design is great there!. Look, I've played my fair share of match-3 games, but DIY Projects has quickly become my favorite. It’s surely not ideal, there are issues with productivity, but after all it’s fun! The levels are not too frustrating, and the design aspect is so much fun. I love being able to create my own interiors and exteriors, and the graphics are really beautiful. The DIY mini games are also a great addition and make the game even more enjoyable. The game can be a bit repetitive at times, but it's still a good game. I played Gardenscapes for 5 years and it gradually was getting more and more boring. Yet DIY Projects offers a fresh experience. Overall, I recommend giving this game a try if you're a fan of the match-3 genre.

More mini games please!. I was hesitant to try another match-3 game, because I got tired of them being pretty similiar, but DIY Projects exceeded my expectations. M3 is challenging and the design aspect adds a unique twist. And I love the mini games! I would say, the best part of the game! However there are not so many different mini-games, at some point the game become repetative. I would be really happy, if the developerts would have done more of them, not another 100 m3 levels. Yet, it’s still a bit of a fresh air, comparing to the majoriry of m3 games I played lately.

too difficult…. It’s a good match-3 game! I’m not fond of design aspect, but match-3 is dynamic, animations are cool! I used to play Homescapes and Gardenscapes, and match-3 in these games is good, but DIY Projects surprisingly gives better experience! However, some levels are way more difficult! And I never pay in mobile games, so to pass them is very hard, sometimes too hard for me. So, to conclude, game is fun, but stop making these levels that difficult, that you can only get through them buying extra moves and boosters!

Fun Stops Quickly. I got this game because it seemed unique. It is not. It is a standard match three game. The unique, to me, was the bonus portion. Players are given projects to decorate different spaces. Initially? So much fun especially creating paintings! The last level I played..I “screwed” screws. So much fun /s. The game itself seemed to be able to determine when a level had been played over and over and over AND made the level passable so I could move on. Awesome!!! Then, not surprisingly that goes away. Then, I was just stuck in levels needing bonuses—only by paying money could I hope to progress. So much money. There are better art apps and better match three games. I am off to find them.

Relaxing game. Easy to play. I play to unwind when I am stressed. And can’t sleep. Some levels can be challenging, but still fun to play

It’s not bad.. It’s really not bad. It has various things to offer to keep you busy for a bit. That’s not to say it doesn’t have some drawbacks, but overall it’s good. I’d like if I could finish the little crafty things, rather than having them suddenly finish when I’m only about 80% done. I’d like the opportunity to choose my designs in the rooms, because honestly, I dislike the design. Anyway, it’s cute but could be better.

Would be better if decorating offered more customization. This is about average as far as match-3 games go. The fun part is decorating different spaces in between games. Unfortunately, that mode is extremely limited. For example, you can create paintings using splotch marks and drizzles, and you can create flower bouquets using a few different colors of flowers and vases. Unfortunately that’s where the customization ends. You cannot choose the color of furniture items, you can’t even choose where to place the furniture items. You can make sculptures out of rock and make pots out of clay, but you cannot choose how they look, the shapes are predetermined which completely defeats the purpose. There is even a part where you get to name your boat, but even the boat name is selected for you. You don’t get to make up your own name, you don’t even get to choose from a list of names. The game would be a lot more fun if we had more freedom and input when it comes to customization.

Best ad free, money free game ever. This game is always satisfying and fun. New features are always being added and new ways to win. I wish all free games were this well made!

Magic here. I've tried many similar games, but nothing compares to this one. Unlike Candy Crush Saga, in which I've completed over 3000 levels by the way, the levels in this game are much more interesting, they have some kind of magic. Absolutely recommend!

Needs improvement. You need to provide some incentives for coming to play daily. Like a daily gift. Life’s are limited and all I do is wait for Bellagio to come up to enjoy an hour. Do something. Besides that it’s a cool game.

Good game. I’ve played a lot of match three type games and this one is up there with the best. However, upon reaching about level 200 I have to constantly shut the game down and restart it every 2 levels. It just freezes up and won’t let me continue or press any buttons. I’ve tried everything I can think of. If this were fixed the rating would definitely go up.

No more levels. This is a super fun game, but I’m stuck with no more levels past 781. It just says I’ve qualified for the Grand League, but doesn’t let me play any further. So I’m just stuck not able to play at all. Not sure if I’ve reached the end of the game or if it’s a bug, but I miss playing! I wish I could play previous levels or something. I reached out to the developer weeks ago but never heard back. 7/6 Update: Developer said I have to complete all areas to enter the Grand League. But that’s completely impossible because there’s not enough stars to complete the tasks because there’s no more levels! So the game continues to be useless. Very disappointing.

Too Hard. I thought this was gonna be a relaxing diy game. I love the whittling and painting but the games you have to play to do that are not fun. They’re incredibly difficult. I just want to paint and wood carve and do sculptures. I wanted a low stress creative game and I’m so over having to play the matching game to do the creative part. Please get rid of that part or make it an option for those who like it. Otherwise I love the game without that part. Please make it an option. I beg you!

Typical match game with a fun twist. I was interested in the game because the ads looked very fun. You can make clay pots and shave wood, but it’s more limited than the ad seemed to convey, since you can only do it after you’ve won a match game and it automatically finishes when you’re close to the shape. So far it’s quite fun, but I’m sure that like with every other match game I’ve played, I will make it to a level that I cannot pass.

Better than most app game. One negative thing is that it kicks me out of the app in the middle of the game. Other than that no other problems it’s a good game.

Even better than RM!. Finished all Royal Match locations and was craving more. Found DIY Projects and it's even cooler - match-3 plus design is quite a great match, if you know what I mean.)

Pretty Good. This review has been edited after the developer's response to my previous comment (in a good way): I've been playing it for the last couple of months and I love it. It is a good way to clear your head or dilly dally among your normal busy day. It is fun enough to keep you playing but not addictive so you can put a stop when you need to. It is hard to earn money though, and everything you need is kinda expensive/hard to earn. But in general I like the concept and the challenges

Best. I love this game! Seriously this should be number one! The colourful design adds so much fun and I made my own art, vase, table, room etc. I'm not the best in painting and combining colours tho , but I will improve!! My brother was laughing at me first but now he plays diy projects as well 😂😂 We are competing who's designs are better🤪

Glitch. Having fun with this game but there some kind of glitch happening where it freezes and im unable to click anything after playing for a few minutes. I have to restart the app every time I want to play another level. Really frustrating especially when i spent money to have unlimited lives 🙄

Not what I expected. The ad shows that you get to make a vase and use a lathe to make a small stool. I thought why not give it a try since it looked like fun. Problem is having to play a matching game to be able to do that, along with a very bizarre form of painting that I didn’t like whatsoever. Bottom line is that it’s not the game that it’s made out to be with the weirdest style and art I have ever seen that looks like a child painting, and it’s hideous. When you show a game that looks like you’re going to make a face and make a stool or something, make it about making that stool or that vase. It’s that simple it’s not a difficult concept to grasp. And if that matching game is part of the game, then make sure that you advertise that part of it too. Otherwise, it is a form of false advertising called half advertising, and that’s not right. If you’re going to advertise a game, you make, then advertise all aspects of it. if not, you’re going to have a whole lot of upset people wanting to play your game and then quitting without going too far into it just like I have. Advertise properly, and you’ll get better than one star reviews.. Quite frankly, if it was an option, I would have given a zero star review.

It’s a fun game!. It’s a fun game but it seems like the longer you play the less fun the “mini games” are. In the beginning you have interactive painting of canvases and more hands on ones, now it seems I just get to tap a button and it decorates for me.

Copy of other games. There are a whole bunch of games out there in the market with the puzzle aspect to it one thing that this game does like every other game is they hid the fact it is another one of those puzzle games nothing original about it besides the concept of the game yes there are projects but there all the same painting sculpting and chiseling. I’ll play a different game thanks

False Advertising. I downloaded this game after seeing an ad but I’m deleting it after what happened. The game itself is pretty fun and I like how you can pick the designs. They had a contest where you could win a “real $1000”. I’m currently out of work and I could really use that money. I played for like 12 hours straight. I was about 200 points higher than anyone else I was competing against. Within a matter of MINUTES, the AI bot shot up to be higher in the competition than me. It is literally impossible to score that many points without manipulating the game. This really bothers me because they lied and said they would pay somebody money and then they manipulate the game so no one will actually win it. Meanwhile, they are boosting their game play up in the App Store due to me playing so much to win that prize. I could have spent that time doing literally anything else. I feel played and manipulated and I will be deleting the game after this because clearly the developers of this game have no integrity and only care about themselves and their profits.

Fun but glitched out. If you dont like tile games I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not all just doing cool crafts and sometimes it wont let you even FINISH the craft completely before it gives you a ‘win’ So you’ll spend time on the tile puzzles and then you wont even get to fully reap the rewards

No Ads, But…. This game is great for having no ads. That is a big bonus for players who enjoy playing a game. No one likes a bunch of ads before or after each level or needing to purchase an option to remove ads in a game. However, the levels are not given enough moves or bonus items to use to succeed in each level without the game’s self assistance. And sometimes only playing the level following along with the assisted hints is not enough for the level. You can use the coins you get from previous levels to get more moves, but you only get five extra moves for 900+ coins. The coins don’t last long when you are given only five additional turns to complete the level at a price that high. The other problem I have with this game is the DIY projects are too heavily assisted. You can do very little work on the DIY projects and the game will finish the entire project for you. The premise of the game is “Do It Yourself” projects and the ability to “Do It Yourself” is greatly diminished by this assisted feature in the game. Other than those two disappointing qualities, it’s a pretty good and somewhat addicting game.

Fun. Fantastic match game. If you want to play for months for free a few minutes a day or spend all your money and play for hours, this game is great fun. Beautiful graphics, more so if you have an iPad. Kudos to the developers.

Like this match-3 game. Holy cow, DIY Projects is a match-3 game on steroids! I was getting bored with Candy Crush Saga and Toonblast, but this game has me addicted. The DIY mini games are a great change of pace, and designing my own interiors and exteriors is a blast. It's not perfect - sometimes the levels can be frustratingly difficult, and there are quite a lot of mini bugs and freezes, but overall, it's a great game!

Great game BUT…. It keeps crashing and won’t open back up. Today is 4/9/23. Hopefully it will be fixed with an update. I lost my free hour of playing 😭❤️

Not so Great. Not sure it was worth the download... Seems like egret other level is hard or super hard and given impossible tasks with such high numbers of things you have to wipe out but no real chance of defeating it unless you poor a bunch of money into the game, and even with the added boosts there's STILL little chance of defeating the level. You only get 5 lives and have a long waiting period to get even a single life back. Thinking about just deleting this app because I liked it at first but now that I'm higher up in the levels seems like it was purposefully made to be impassable on every other level... Really running the fun and relaxation part of playing the game.

Is not at all what I paid for in the ad. I saw a really other fun game in the ad and it didn’t show that I had to play something that was related to candy crush… I had to tell my mom that she paid for the wrong app isn’t at all what I paid it for far from what I paid for like what are all these tasks that I have to do ??!!

thanks for this fun puzzle!. Oh my goodness, I just have to tell you about this amazing game I discovered - DIY Projects! I'm a 60 year old woman from Perth, and never really played any mobile games before, but my granddaughter showed me this game and I am completely hooked! The match-3 aspect is so much fun, I love trying to match all the different colors and seeing the boosters light up. But what really sets this game apart is the design aspect. It's so satisfying to create my own interiors and exteriors, and the DIY mini games are just the icing on the cake! I especially love the painting mini game - it's so relaxing to just swipe my finger across the screen and see the colors come to life. And the pottery game is just so creative, I feel like a real artist! I can't believe how much fun I'm having with this game, it's like a whole new world has opened up for me. Thank you DIY Projects for bringing some joy into this old lady's life! I highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a fun and engaging experience.

DIY PROJECTS. A great little game

Wow. Very addictive from the sounds to the graphics. However whenever I try to do a DIY mini it crashes so I have to keep going back into the game to to said levels. Can this bug please be rectified? Thank you.

Where did the rooms go?. I was enjoying decorating the rooms as I worked thru the levels, but where did they go? Now my only reward for finishing levels is watching the piggy bank fill up…

Frustrating. After a few games it shuts down and even in a middle of a game, so I have to start again. It’s annoying when I’m finally winning a hard puzzle after heaps of goes and then it just closes. But I still love this game

Another match 3 game. I really wanted to like this game. But instead of just DIY levels like the ads, it’s another match 3 game, like every other game and you need to beat multiple levels just to play one quick diy puzzle. Could have been good, not worth your time.

Yet I have a few questions and concerns: Why are the loading times so long? Could you add more variety to the boosters? Some levels seem to be unfairly difficult, any plans to adjust the difficulty? If these issues could be addressed, I would have no problem giving DIY Projects a solid 5-star rating. Keep up the good work!

False advertising. Another candy crush type game. You can’t do another diy unless you match the symbols. Doesn’t show this part of the game in the ad or anywhere in the pictures listed. Disgraceful and deceitful.

Rip off!!!!. This game is just like royal match but on steroids! I have been playing for months but I have been noticing how the game basically tries to make you lose! Just now I bought 5 extra moves and I had to hit one thing to win however every helicopter I made to go hit it just hit at random spots, nowhere near the object I needed to hit!! Seriously stick with Royal match and royal kingdom! They are way easier and way more fun with lots of different games on the side to win extra stuff!!!!

Diy projects. The game is fun, don’t get me wrong. But they are fooling you about the fact that you play against other real players. The « opponents » are all bots players and they make you think otherwise leaving you thinking you can possibily win real money in a game that’s rigged. I guess they do so that people buy power-ups and coins to play as much as possible. That’s wrong!

Fun but gets challenging. This game is super fun, you don’t get interrupted by ads. The little art games are cute but get less frequent the further you go. But after level 100 there are levels that are super hard (they even say it in the game) and if you don’t buy power ups it can be super difficult to pass the level. Sometimes it takes me like 50 times before I can finally pass it(and there are time outs to wait out when you play through your health lives). Sometimes I do wish there was an option to watch an add to gain coins or power ups to help pass the super hard levels. I also find the amount of moves your given to pass the game is sometimes super unrealistic unless you have many power ups.

Beautiful game!. This is one of the most beautiful games I've ever played. You get to do match-3 puzzles and then create Art works to decorate different rooms. So far, I haven't seen a single ad (although I have only been playing for a short while). But I'm just blown away by this game!

Actually Wonderful. This game is actually fantastic. It’s been nothing but a generous joy to play. I think the app icon gives this game a slight injustice to it’s possible appeal, as a Frenchman with a mustache gives me no incentive to enter the game, but thankfully I put that aside and did. it’s fun, so fun, just simple (very fairly challenging) fun, and I can progress without feeling forced into any secondary advantage requirements. i’m in the mid-200 level area and I have chosen not to take advantage of any bonuses that didn’t come automatically, and bonuses do come often for free. One complaint I have is that I cannot return to an old scene in order to use it as my background while I play. I spent a long time in a certain setting and it’s somewhere I would like to revisit. I don’t know, I’m just glad I found this game because it gave me a place of peace and enjoyment where I otherwise couldn’t find it. i’d like to give a sincere shout out and thanks to the developers of this app who blow my mind with their commitment to adding more levels and truly making this a stand-out of fun from among all the games I have encountered for a phone. i’m pretty much over and fed up with the superhero trope because it’s clear to me that the worlds heroes don’t (or at least probably don’t) ever wear capes. This game’s developers are some generous, remarkable people whom I hope others can give thanks to and celebrate. I didn’t say it before but this game is creative, the levels aren’t just rehashed, they are well considered, and they introduced new elements at an adaptable pace so that you can get a taste of it, adapt to it, and then be challenged by it. This game deserves to be recognized.

Is not at all what I paid for in the ad. I saw a really other fun game in the ad and it didn’t show that I had to play something that was related to candy crush… I had to tell my mom that she paid for the wrong app isn’t at all what I paid it for far from what I paid for like what are all these tasks that I have to do ??!!

Not like the ads. The game was actually just like those candy crush games where you match the things but, that’s not what was in the ad. I think if somebody makes a game, they should be honest on the ads at least. But yeah, I don’t really like it. Maybe there’s a way to make the ad show the actual game that’s all.
