“Crash” Being the Operative Word. Fairly fun game, but boy does it love to crash. Usually you can just open the app back up and redo the level you were on, but I’ve been working on level 34 for two days and every time I reach the last room the app crashes. The other issue with this game is that it pushes you into having to pay to progress fairly quickly. Unless you want to dump money into the game you have to wait until the next day for your free chests to reset, which won’t improve your characters much.

Little bug. Love the game. After I watch the ad to get more adventure tickets the game hard closes and doesn’t give me the tickets, although my ad counter keeps going down as if I’d received them. Yesterday it hard closed but gave me the tickets, today is as such.

Great game riddled with bugs. This is a fun game but I’ve lost progress 2 times, game restarts and then everything is lost. This is the third time I start from scratch and now the game is stuck on level 34, every time I beat the level it kicks me out and have to restart that same level. Like I said, it’s a fun game but it’s getting to the point where I’m not gonna play the same level forever. Really needs to be fixed soon especially when they want players to spend money but then lose all progress.

Dead game… no support. UPDATE - Been playing since day 1. Game was buggy at start but at least Devs tried. There has been ZERO response from devs in many months. Game is basically abandoned so i am officially deleting it. Too bad really because it WAS very fun. Either support your game or sell the rights to someone who will. Clearly there is a player base after interested in this game but they are increasingly more dissatisfied with your lack of attention. You need to communicate the status of things with the player base because they are getting frustrated and are going to drop your product. I for one will not spend a single cent until I see some more active support of this product!

Crashes all the time. I would give this a 5 star review because it’s a really fun game, but it crashes. I’m on level 34 and after the 4th fight when I go through the portal to the 5th and last fight, it crashes. I get kicked out of the game and when I load back in, I have to start level 34 again. Not a big deal but this has happened about 5 times now and I can’t progress. Hopefully the developer will fix and I can change to 5 stars.

Terrible pay wall game that crashes. I originally put over $30 into this game. After the update, the developers wiped out everyone’s progress and I lost everything I purchased. On top of that the game constantly crashes and unless you invest more money you will absolutely be stuck without any progression. Shame on this company. I doubt they will read this, but they were a bunch of slime ball developers who deserve to have their app ripped from the store. Update, the developers reached out to me to apologize, but provided no solution, nor any I game reimbursement for the money I’ve invested in this game. They are not taking responsibility, which is a little bit frustrating.

Crash heads - literally crashes non stop.. Don’t play. Game does not have in-level progress keeper which is a huge problem when the game crashes almost every other time you play a level. Trash! Deleted. Update for future players please. Besides that, great game. Really fun. But look at the reviews devs and fix. Everyone playing this game has a crashing issue and it’s almost always at the end when you finish a level and walk thru the portal. No progress saved. No problem, just play the level again. You know, the one that took you 20 tries and finally beat…but didn’t really because it crashed. Bigger problem is, the events cost stamina and you lose that stamina when the game crashes. Not worth it. Devs needs to do better. Lastly, coin income not enough at all to keep up with game progression. Becomes boring for sure. Rewards are pretty lame. A lot to take in devs, but please do and please fix. Cheers!

It’s been half a year and still only 60 levels.. I’d love to give this game 5 stars. But they’ve been saying they’re going to add new content for months (literally, look at previous comments, people complained about being at level 60 for a long time). It’s a fun game, but with how long we’ve waited for new levels is crazy. Played level 60 a thousand times just for coins, played the other adventure and event game modes and I still haven’t unlocked a new character since I got to level 60. “New Content” can only take you so far when it’s only a new event every single time. If you haven’t played it and just want something to pass the time then by all means try it, but you’ll get bored with it if you get to level 60.

Great game but CRASHES A LOT. I like this game so much and I was playing it a lot until eventually I got to a specific level where every time I tried to enter the last phase my game would crash and exit the app. Whenever I would go back on the app my progress was reset and I had to do the level over again. I tried restarting my device and deleting the app history and relaunching it, it kept crashing without fail. Eventually I deleted the app and reinstalled it only to find out all my progress was deleted and I have to restart from the beginning. I am currently going to take a break from this game, but if they have a major update where there is no bugs so the game doesn’t crash and progress can be saved I may return.

Game resets data spontaneously. Twice it has happened to me. Twice I have played this game from the beginning only to spontaneously lose everything and have the game start from zero again. Incredibly fun game, one of the best, but being unable to save your progress or continue with the levels and resources you have is incredibly disheartening. I will be starting from scratch AGAIN in hopes that this doesn’t happen, but won’t spend any money until this problem is fixed and addressed by the developers.

Clash Royale knock off and crashes too often. The whole menu is just a blatant rip off of Clash Royale’s menu. You can even see they stole the background for the deck page from clash. The format is the same in the shop too. It’s good that the ads aren’t forced, some of the cards are pretty creative but there appearance has a clear counter part in clash. Still pretty enjoyable thought. I’ve gotten to level 34 on stage 4. When I try to walk through the portal the game consistently crashes. As the game currently stands, it is unplayable after a few days. Fix this

Crashing problems. I can only get to a certain level before the game crashes, this has happened twice now, once at level 60 and now at level 30, seems like plenty of others are having the same issue, I would have no problem spending more money on the game if it worked, amazing concept, terrible adaptation, step up your game, you guys are literally being given cheat codes to making more money if you’d pay attention to your reviews

Pretty fun, but gets annoying after crashing a few times. It’s a pretty fun game and all, but it kept crashing when I was doing an event. What’s most annoying is that it takes aways the tickets after every crash and doesn’t give me any kind of reward or let me continue. If there was an option to continue a level after the game closes that would be great.

Don’t invest cash in the game. Fun game but the chances of having to restart from zero are constant and there is no way to report bugs or crashes and no developer communicant …. So it is a fun time sink but not a safe app to spend real cash on (only 5 stared rating to try and up the odds this review is seen)

Pretty cool but has a flaw. Overall I enjoyed the game. Even though it may recommend you to be a higher power level to beat a stage, it’s generally still easy to beat so progressing isn’t too hard. However, I had to uninstall the game and when I reinstalled it, all of my data was gone. Currently there is no way of saving your game so if you delete it for some reason and try to reinstall it, it will restart you from the beginning. NOTHING will be saved.

When will next level open?. Love, love, love this game!! But getting really tired of playing same level over and over again. When will it expand and when will you be able to use the clan feature? Thank you!

Stuck. Did they stop working on this game? I got to level 70 and it says new things are coming, but that was months ago. I can’t even purchase the pass. And it’s stuck at saying 26 days 19 hours till new season. Are they don’t working on this game?

Game crashes. Started out as a pretty fun game, but I’ve made it to lvl 38 and I cannot get past it. I get all the way to the 5th room and every time without fail the application just crashes, making it impossible to have any further progress. Anyone looking to download this game, I would recommend under no circumstances should you invest money into it, because eventually it’ll get to a point where it’s just unplayable.

Good game until…. I’ve been playing this game for a few weeks now and it’s fun so I decided to spend a little money on it. I got the pass and started playing some more and I died for the first time so I used the video to respawn. Well the game crashed so I opened it back up and it started me all over again. What do I do, keep playing and hope everything comes back or did I lose everything??!! I hope the developers read this and can help because I want to play but not start over☹️

Shouldn’t be 4.5 stars, constantly crashes.. People must be reviewing this game BEFORE it starts crashing on them. I’m surprised it made it into the App Store. I have had to replay the same level multiple times and can’t pass it because it crashes on the final mission. The developers don’t even list this game on their website. Shows how much faith they gave in it. I’ll probably delete it soon as I won’t spend money on such a buggy game. This was also my 2nd time restarting and it doesn’t have a login ability so you can’t play and continue from different devices. Pretty lame.

Has potential!!!. This game could really be great, but as is, the progression is mundane and there seems to be little support. 1: The events seem to be good ways to earn cards (I’m still newish to the game), but the game says “Event will start soon” and it has a 98 day countdown. That seems far from soon. It’s been at 98 days for a week haha. 2: Adventures are programmed in a boring way. I’m pretty sure it takes your power level, and adds difficulty such that once you have your cards maxed out, it never feels rewarding. Always annoyingly difficult for no great reason. Ex) my power is 6740 and the easiest adventure is 8520 and the hardest is 9120. If I had more power, the same issue would be present. There simply isn’t a great reason to get a better deck except to progress further in the battles… but for what? Again, this game has tons of potential. I want so badly for this to overtake the other greedy mobile games out there. The devs could make it happen! Time will tell

Game crashes frequently. I thought this game looked cool, so I downloaded it. It’s great, except the game crashes mid level. I tried closing the app and reopening it, restarting the game completely, and even restarting my phone.. none on if worked! When you first see the app you would see a 5 star review that says you need to delete the game and re-download it. THAT REVIEW IS FALSE!!!! Do not listen to that review, because I also redownloaded and the game still crashed in the exact same spot. I even went to the developer’s website and THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE GAME LISTED! This game is fake, do not spend money on it, do not download it, and do not support the developers.

Love the game but….. This game is awesome but since the new update I can not complete a full level that it hasn’t crashed and now I can’t get passed this certain level! Can’t even continue level 34 or the adventure games that it doesn’t crash! I tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it but I had to completely start from scratch and it STILL won’t let me go any farther than level 34!

How long?. I’ve been playing this game since the start and it’s been months so many months I’ve been looking at infested lands will open soon .. SOON that’s a straight up lie and the game had a tab for clans but what’s the point if your not gonna out it in the game anytime soon there’s also no rotation on the events like in your app profile pictures it shows stating events but I have only seen one my whole time playing this game . I just want to know if I should just quit playing if this game isn’t being cared for plus I saw on a comment you all said we have lots of new content coming that was back in feb

Crashing. I’m free to play and have been really enjoying this game. I got up to level 34 and when trying to get to the final stage of the level, I walk through the portal and the game crashes every single time. Really hoping a fix comes out for this issue. I want to continue playing but can no longer move forward.

Really fun but crashes constantly!. I really like this game. It’s a lot of fun. But the frustrating thing is it constantly crashes. It doesn’t crash just because it’s overloaded or something. It crashes at one part every single time. Last save I had it crashed last room of level 46. Over and over again. Could not advance at all. Deleted my save file after the update and restarted from the beginning hoping that would fix the issue. Same problem now on level 34. Cannot advance. If I like a game I have no problem spending some money to make it more enjoyable. But this issue unfortunately is what keeps me from doing that. Hopefully this is fixed soon because this game is easily 5 stars but the constant crashing kills it.

Good gameplay overall but some issues. I installed this game a few months ago and besides the ads it’s a pretty good game overall. I have encountered some issues and bugs where I am in the middle of the game and suddenly I lose all progress because the game crashes. Just a few moments ago I spent 12 of my 15 tickets for the Magic Forest Epic Battle Event and also 20 gems to continue and suddenly the game crashes and I lost 20 gems and can’t continue progress due to that. This never happens with other games and has happened multiple times. Another issue is obtaining cards to continue playing the Level mode. I have decided to be F2P and want to progress naturally, but it seems impossible to obtain cards to level up so you match the requirements/recommendations to continue through the levels. I like the game in general, but these issues have caused a bit of frustration

Needs work. Updated 18 DEC 2022 - Most recent update seems to have fixed the crash issue. ------ Original review: Fine when it works. Way too easy for player progression to outpace the card+gold rewards, leading to “underpowered” decks when compared to the recommended power level. Though in practice, many of the levels can be beaten with less than half the amount of recommended deck points. The game will reliably crash when porting between level maps. Very frustrating. For the adventures that require admission tickets, you will find that the game will still have “charged” and deducted the tickets upon restarting. Frustrating. Recommend fixing the crash issue. Recommend increasing card quantity rewards and/or gold rewards so that cards can be upgraded closer to the suggested power level. Or consider adjusting the difficulty to slow progression. Even the ad-play rewards don't feel like they make a difference.

Update killed it. Update: I changed my review from 3 to 1 star. I deleted and then redownloaded the app, which forced me to start all over. Fine. I spent $7 on a legendary character and $2 on other things to catch back up; then a few hours later, the app crashes and forces me to start all over again. Previous review: I really loved this game until the recent update ruined it. I went from being able to progress to immediately being to weak to beat anything. Every time I attempt to click the tab with the question mark, the one that accessed ticketed challenges, the app immediately crashes. If the bugs get fixed soon, I’ll change my rating to 5 stars because it was a great game otherwise.

No updates and expensive. I’ve played for a while now. I’ve gotten to level 60 farmed a lot of characters to their level 10 and maxed them out. All the in game purchases are very over priced in my opinion for what you get. I could see if the game was longer but you can by their highest pack @ $99 and walk to the end of the game in 20 min with no new content in sight. I now only play maybe once every 2-3 weeks just to see if it got the newly promised content it has posted everywhere.

Dead Game. This is a really fun game and it has amazing potential but it is a dead game. There are no updates, no way to sign in to secure your account and has many glitches. Yet, they still try to sell by giving you the option to pay for chests, etc. I bought a few chest here and there but once the game glitched and I had to reinstall, my purchases were all gone. In addition… they have a game event but you have to wait 98 days until the next event???….

Fun game but crashes ruin it.. The game itself is fun and I have progressed through to level 60 twice now. The first time I deleted to try and get the crashing issues to stop, but it just reset all progress and still had the same issues. Last night, I was playing and the game crashed. I reentered the game and found that all progress had been lost. I had built up a decent deck and gotten some cards to high power, but all of that is gone now. There has got to be a way to connect to Game Center and save so that the crashes don’t make you lose everything. There are cards that show as available, but they never come up in any chests, even after two times playing through to level 60. If they are only available for pay to play, that should be indicated (and I would not spend anything on this game with the current crashes and resets). That is like throwing money away. Great game concept. Fun play. Terrible issues with crashing and resets and no way to save progress.

Games fun… but. Enjoying the game. Different from other move to dodge stop to attack. However there are some stages that crash the game randomly and it’s pretty consistent. Not able to get past lv 31 currently due to this.. Edit:::: Any plans to update this game so that it does not constantly crash? Still can not progress in levels due to crashing in the same exact spot every single time. Game is fun but not worth it if it is a dead end.. dropping to two stars until fixed. Edit 2:::: thank you for addressing the crashing. I have been able to progress more in the game. However, now I am running into an issue with the daily quests not being accessed due to not completing level 7? I’m on level 49… lol

Fun, could be better…. Enjoying this game so far. Not to much to it as of yet. Progression gets real slow real quick. However it’s still a nice 10 minute play every day. My biggest issue is, I started playing this game halfway through an event. That was fun, now the timer is saying 98 days till next event. That’s a huge disappointment if events are that far apart. Update: just got to lvl 60 and that’s it, wasn’t expecting that to be the final lvl. Also still 98days till the next event, not real sure what’s going on with that.

Fix the crashing issues and I’ll come back. Great game but it crashes after a certain point. I have been playing for a few days now. It is a good leveling system, just needs to fix the crashing issues. Playing a lot of rogue like games, I feel the gameplay is smooth. The game def needs more character buffs besides leveling up and spell cards. Although for the game starting off, this is a great launch to something good. I would spend some money, but the crashing issues and losing progress is big to me. Fix it and I’ll come back.

Updates not saving data. Updated review: I am still keeping it at a 1 star. The game is great and while my game does not reset anymore it does crash every time after you beat the 3rd stage on lever 34. None of the other ways to play crash the game. If the crash issues and if they add a progress save feature, where you can go back into the game at the same spot I would happily change my rating to 5. Original review: When I first downloaded the game I loved it. Got to level 60 and had a great team. However since the latest updates all my progress gets deleted every 24 hours and I have to start the game over. If that gets fixed I would happily change my rating. But it will never be a 5 since I actually spent money on this game but that is all gone since the resets.

Awesome game!. This game is so much fun. The only problem that I do have with the game is that I have reached a certain level and every time I go to finish it the game shuts down. I’m hoping the developer will see this and actually fix it other than that this game is so much fun I enjoy playing it, and I will spend money if this gets fixed.!!!!!!

Should be 5 stars. This is a great game, but I cannot give it 5 stars knowing that their support is as poor as it is. I purchased the monthly pass and encountered a known bug of progress reset, losing me all game progression and purchases without being able to restore. I submitted all the of requested information in a support ticket a never received a response from their support team for what should be a simple fix or refund. Aside from my support issues, the gameplay is highly enjoyable and does not feel pay to win which is always a bonus.

Crash Heads, more like crash constantly. The game has a crash that will not allow you to progress after so far. I have now played through to lvl 30 with the game crashing before I can I finish it EVERY TIME. So I hear you can start over and it will work. So I did and of course on level 34 when I progress through the final door the game continues to crash. I have now spent money in this game TWICE now hoping it would work and it was all a huge waste so far. Please don’t waste your time until they fix this. Mildly infuriating

Don’t spend money or time on this game. My game just crashed again . Lost my info twice now also have spent around 15 bucks not a lot of money but still to lose all the levels I completed plus the troops I upgraded just lose everything in a sec. It will not restore . Just kicks me back to level 1 again …Not happy at all .. I was enjoying the game a ton . But after this 2nd time of losing my game . Not starting over again PS would love my money back . From in app purchases.

Bug issue. Game is really good can’t wait to see what new cards they come out with but there is a big issue for me at least I can not keep progressing the main adventure because the game will close out randomly and I have to redo it but then it will do it again like it is stuck then I give it a few hours then it will work the the next mission it will do it again

Too many micro transactions. This game is fun but after a certain point you can’t grind to get better cards for characters which I think is ridiculous. They make it almost as if you have to buy three different packs or characters every few days to even come close to progressing farther in the game. The cap when you have to start grinding other modes just to get a reward is about level 75 without any purchases other than the welcome pack. I was so looking forward to another legit plagendary game, turns out it’s just a money grab.

Great game… BUT. This is a super fun game, don’t get me wrong. BUT, I have lost progress twice. The first time I was as far as I could get. I had played level 60 probably 50-60 times at least, just collecting coins and player cards and constantly playing events. Getting ready for the update to get ahead. Then came the update and poof all that work down the drain. The game was so fun though, I just started over, kinda excited just because it’s fun and had updated graphics. Then around level 30-40, something like that, the game reloaded and all progress disappeared again! I started over again but with a lot less joy. If I have to start over again I’m done. Super fun game besides that though.

Super fun game but lacking in content. It’s a blast to play and I would really like to support the game financially but having no new content for over a month is really disheartening and makes me second guess spending money on this. Definitely hoping you give better support to your game

Crashes. I enjoy the game a lot. There are a lot of different characters with unique abilities and I can’t wait to get more. This would have been a 4+ star review… However, the game crashes a lot. I found that it crashes when the shielded giants on pillars spawn or on levels where they spawned. It may be that the only time it does crash is because of that giant specifically. I have had crashes when they spawn and headed to the exit afterwards. In all cases those guys were on the level.

This game WAS fun. If you like games with not a lot of content but fun content this is the game! But it just doesn’t have a lot of content, after level 60 there’s no more levels. It’s been over 2 months still no new content (but says more coming soon, but don’t hold your breath). The game style I totally enjoyed, and if a dev team member replies to this, yes I know I can still do the ticket events, but really what’s the point if there isn’t new levels to use the gems and stuff in, all in all the game was great but after level 60 best to delete the game make new room for new games.

Game-breaking bug :(. I enjoyed the tutorial, and this seems like the kind of game I would enjoy playing for a little bit before going to sleep. However, after finishing the tutorial, the game dimmed everything except the button where I am supposed to claim my reward for tutorial completion. The problem is that this feature is bugged, and after pressing the rewards button, everything remains dimmed so I am unable to claim the reward and continue playing the game. I tried relaunching the app, but the bug is still there. I would have certainly rated this game higher had I been able to play it, so I will be waiting for the bug-fix.

THIS GAME IS SO GOOD AND HAS POTENTIAL BUT. I started playing this game Monday, really great game until I got to level 34 I keep getting kicked out on the last level. This game is great and all but it would’ve been better without bugs, so I suggest to fix those bugs. And maybe someway to save progress, really good game tho just all that.

Fun but…. I really enjoy this game. It has good characters, strengths and graphics. It doesn’t take forever to upgrade and the different modes and challenges are original. I do however have a complaint. The game crashes at level 34. Can’t go passed I been on 34 for a week and while I know I would beat that level the game has crashed everytime and so I am stuck!

You need to start from zero. Everyone is experiencing problems after the recent update, no doubt. I was very close to finish area 6 of the game, which I believe is the last stage available before the update. I completely lost access to the event/daily section after the update, and crashed every time I try to access it, otherwise the game was still playable. While I patiently waiting for the developer to fix the problem, I brute force myself to the last stage and beat the boss and then it crashed. I lost everything, the game resets. Of course, I was really upset. But this is a FUN game, so I did not give up and try to see if thing will magically come back. And what I find out, everting is working fine again, with all the new updated features. So, I think the bad news for ALL PLAYERS that started playing before the update is that you need to delete the game and just start over again. In other words, your current saved game progress is not compatible with the new game version. I don’t know if the developer will reimburse old players, but I think this is what happened. You can choose what you want to do, but for me, I am restarting again.

Fix the game. Game closes almost as soon as it opens, been this way for over a week now

Do not download. Game tends to crash when you get hit by certain amounts of enemies and this happens very often, and one time when it crashed I deleted all of my progress, and since there is no profile page you can’t possibly get it back, so I lost about 5 weeks of progress in 1 second

Update reset. Don’t update! Game just resorted to the beginning frustrated!!!!

The game erased everything I had. I was playing this game for a long time and today without any updates it started from the beginning without any chances to get my progress back. Good graphics, challenging and funny. But I’m very disappointed with that.

Smooth but major bugs. + Super smooth gameplay, feels solid + Awesome job on the graphics and visual effects - After finishing any fight, whether it’s an event or normal - after completing the final stage as soon as I hit the doorway it’s an instant force close. Game breaking as my progress has stopped, will try it again in a few days but will probably uninstall in the near future.

More issues again. After season finished I can no longer do dauly quests as it says unlock after lvl 7 and I’m lvl 52 🤷🏼‍♂️ and had previously been doing them. Also the new event time is now 98 days 23hours

Game crashing. Level 19 - every time I get to the 4th round on this level my game crashes. I’d love to play the game more but I can’t do anything to get past this round as it crashes the app

Badly optimised.. Put countless hours into this game, and don’t get me wrong it’s fun and all but it just **** itself and deleted all my progress which in turn took me back to level 1. Pretty frustrating to say the least.

Next update for new levels ?. THANK YOU FOR FIXING THE GLITCH. !! I have now completed all the levels possible, and says more coming soon. When are the new characters and levels becoming available? Thank you for all your hard work !

Good but more content needed. Enjoying it but there is very little content. I want to progress and play the game. At present there is less than a demo.

The name says it all... Crash head and the game crashes A LOT with the 2x xp troop and in some missions when you teleport I CANT WVEN PROCESS IN MISSIONS cuz every time it crashes me on the last stage You need to fix this asap it crashes a lot

Lost all progress. Thought the game wasn’t bad ( a little repetitive with to short of levels) but otherwise good…. Until the game erased all my progress and started me from the very beginning again… would not recommend

Good start... This game has came out recently and it’s hitting good notes. Good and progressive gameplay, pvp and clans, and little to no advertisements. I hope the developers continue to update this game

More like Crash App. The game crashes constantly. I am on an M2 IPad Pro so it is not a problem with processing….no specific trigger, sometimes happens at end of round, middle of round, or just because. Needs a fix

Fun, but crashes way too often. Always crashing after watching ads. Crashes during gameplay laggy at times. Great game otherwise, enjoyable style of this type of game.

Where is the promised update ?. Still stuck on level 60. When will the update that was promised weeks ago, going to be released ?

KEEPS CRASHING. I really enjoy this game and have been playing nonstop but it keeps crashing!! I played the same round 5 times and every time, it crashes at a specific point. This is so frustrating!! The developer needs to update the game and fix the bugs!!

Crash Heads keeps crashing (no pun intended). Always crashes on level 34. The level is unpassable.

Like having a diamond and finding out it’s fake.. Great game, most enjoyable, good job. Unfortunately… Utterly garbage when you can’t progress past level 34 nor partake in the lightning duels because the game crashes every time you go through the last door or a soon as the second round of mobs spawn in the last room. Can’t make money, can’t level troops, can’t progress through levels. No point to play. Hopefully it can be fixed without a hard reset. Guess I’ll check back in a month and see if it works by then. Other wise…. delete!!

Need to fix level crashes. I really enjoy this game but I can’t progress because the levels bug. Devs, please fix these issues.

Game crashes too frequently. Game is pretty fun overall, the thing that just destroys the fun are the frequent crashes, they happen too much. It starts getting annoying and non enjoyable, was playing and event which cost me 12 tickets and game crashed making me lose them and not getting the rewards. Crashes need to be fixed immediately, just ruins the whole experience

Too many bugs. I am annoyed having beaten this level several times and each time the app crashes just before I collect my reward. The the suggested power levels for each stage are far higher than anything you can get without paying money and I can’t even complete my daily challenge I’m stuck on because it wants me to choose a rogue and I have none. I’m done playing until the game stops crashing.

Unplayable game bug. Great game until you get to level 34, as the game will become unplayable for you then. Upon completing this level, or I should say attempting to complete it by going into the last door, the game will crash every single time. Have sent a email to their support but no reply, and no announcement/fix I can find anywhere online. Do not download this game until this bug is fixed or you will be frustrated at not being able to progress at all.

Crash crash crash. Ad and purchase driven game that doesn’t even work. Made it to level 30 and started losing the ability to upgrade cards, then near the end of the levels it was a gamble to play for fear of crashing. Seems the game was made to get whatever purchases it could and never mind the actual gameplay which is a shame.

Good game. Coming from someone who enjoys spending a little on games, it’s fun, great thought, but even after update I can’t progress do to crashing everytime I complete any level, event, or other. Tried uninstalling and that just lost all progress, re did levels and again non stop crashing.

Enjoyable but nothing makes sense. 98 days until the next event? Only way to really upgrade your characters is by watching ads over and over again? Clan button available but no clans to join, game basically ends at level 60. This game has promise, but a lot needs to be added.

Crashes a lot but fun. Game is fun and it crashes a lot. There comes a point where I can’t click on the ticket dungeons and it keeps crashing. I reset my progress once and started over but I don’t want to do that again. I’ll try again in a few days and if it still keeps crashing I’m done. Fun game when it works though

Crashing. Level 38 and some other levels keep crashing when I get to the final boss. I’ve played level 38 several times now and it happens every time. Please fix so I can keep spending money

What’s the point?. Like most of the games I download, I saw an Ad for this game. Why would they spend a bunch of money on advertising for a game that crashes every other time you play it? It has potential. It’s a fun game, but the crashes kill your progress. Unlike other games of this genre, there is no option to pick up from where you were, when it crashed. I’ll give it a 2 for now, and will adjust accordingly if they fix the game soon.

FINALLY!. Was just about to give up but the bugs seem to be fixed. Still slow at times but not during game play!

Game crashed and I lost everything. I made it through a few tiers, had about three legendary cards, spent some money, and was having a blast when the game started glitching and shutting down. It then shut down and I lost all of my progress. It’s my opinion that if a game has payment options it ought to be at least playable without losing everything you’ve worked for. I’d like a refund.

Too much crashing. Crash crash crash!! Great game but it crashed when I reached to high level then suddenly it restarted the game and lost all progression. I had to start from zero. It also crashed during duel. It crashed during a gameplay. It crashed when I click on one of the menu tabs. Hasn’t seen any game crashes at everything!!!

Can I get my account back?. Game is fun, was enjoying progressing, even though mobs don’t scale with difficulty. Season came out today and I had spent enough time playing to justify supporting the game. After I paid money, the next time I opened the game it was reset and now I have nothing. There isn’t a support or feedback option, so I leave it as a review and see if I get my account back.

Game is ok. Game could be better has some flaws like the devs don’t get back with you when the game crashes resets or any other issues I like it don’t get me wrong but ieve had to start over twice and it’s irritating that they don’t get back with you in a timely manner it’s been over a week now since the last game reset crash meaning I had to start completely over so be carful around lvl 28-34 just crashes and don’t let you complete lvls sad really

Nice game if they will take care of it. -when you reach level 20 of the normal game-throw you can’t continue cuz your power will be away do the required power to pass the level ^^ -Level 34 , always the game crashes before entering the last stage … -You need high power to beat the levels To get it you need to upgrade your power To upgrade it you need money To get it you need to beat the levels ^^ An empty circle ⭕️.. -And you can’t check out the cards info before you get it It means .. legendary card info are unreadable till you get it. -You can’t play previous beaten levels -No way to shift your progress to other iOS device 😂

Crashes. It’s a fun game, but it crashes occasionally. Which would normally be fine, but when it crashes you lose all saved data and have to start from scratch. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Fun until it starts you back at tutorial.. Had a few cards lvl 9 and at stage 60( the final one until next update) played some this morning had fun then got back on an hour later to be back at stage one going through the tutorial with everything lvl 1 so basically playing this game to the end was a waste of my time bc I’m back to nothing in the game after having so much.

Fun but too many glitches. Really fun game. Sadly I get to leave 34 and every time I’m in that level it just exits out the game and I can’t finish the level. I restarted and uninstalled the app and i installed once and still doing the same thing after getting back to level 34 again after starting new game. I won’t do it a second time. Hopefully it’ll fix itself.

Fun in the beginning. Of course like all games like this it’s fun at first then it becomes 100% impossible to continue because it jumps into a difficulty level that you can only beat if you spend $50 then you just keep going level to level getting destroyed and having to pay to move forward. Don’t bother playing.

Love the game besides ONE issue. Overall the game is a fun interactive and grind-able game but it seems to have a continuous issue of in middle of a game it’ll crash and close the game almost every time I play now

Why is it broken. I just started over for the third time. My progress is lost and I’m on level one again. I want this game to work it is great. Please fix!!!

Bugs made me loose purchases. Lost battle pass. Progress and more when my data got corrupted. Redownload the app because I wasn’t able to progress any further. Messaged support and got no message back. Try the game but do not buy anything. The game is fun but will bloat you with in app purchases every time you reach the home screen. Update the app please. Add account recovery. Add refresh app purchases. Felt robbed.

Fun game but to many crashes. Overall a fun game. Biggest issue is that after I complete the higher tiers of Adventure modes the game will close out and I don’t get any of the rewards yet I’m charged the energy. Also you progress the main levels to fast and can’t level any of the cards enough to keep up. Without paying to acquire gems for currency I’ll be stuck on level 26 for a while.

*WAS* a really good and fun game.. This was a really good really really fun game until this last update. Now it bugs out like crazy and just quit Sonia more and more so. Unfortunately, I am almost at the point where I’m done even trying to play it. Please fix these bugs!

Bags. Great game so far, but lots of bugs. Hero challenge 6 is not achievable, because it says pick rogue 6 times and there are rogues in this game. So I got stuck. And since yesterday every time I try to go to quests, it just closes the application. Great game, good potential but lots of things that needs to be fixed.

Bad update. I like the game and have spent money however once I hit level 34 and 35 the game started crashing on me, I did what normally works delete and reinstall only to find out you don’t have progress saving. So I had to restart which is not fair after putting time and effort and money into the game. I did not find a place to even contact the developer or support for the game

Crashes a lot. The game is really fun! But… I have gotten pretty far and then the app started crashing a lot. After a while the app restarted and I had to start over. Now I’m into the 2nd time getting to the same level, and it’s starting to crash, and no where to save. Please fix! Update: Just crashed again and lost my progress. Uninstalling and never playing again

Needs MAJOR work!. Don’t waste your time or money on this game. There’s only 60 levels that you can beat in a couple hours and the events are bugged to constantly say they start in 98 days and 23 hours. Also quest are bugged for me at least to pick a character that isn’t even in the game!! I’d honestly give this zero stars if it were possible. Could be such a great game but devs don’t care.

Keeps Crashing. Game constantly crashes especially when doing the events that use tickets. Very frustrating because you lose out on tickets and lose the event levels so you get nothing for it except frustration.

Good concept. The game is a great concept. However there is no way to send the developers issues that are happening in the game. Like this new update, I go open the game this morning and it had started me over from the very beginning and I have spent some decent money on this game. But there is no way in the game to fix this. And half the time when you click the events button it shuts the game down. But for real I would really like all my progress back.

Crash is the right name.. I rated 1 star not because the game is not enjoyable but because it keeps crashing. It has reset on me twice. So after I spen a lot of time and a lot of videos leveling up my guys. Then they reset the whole thing and I lose everything and have to start all over. And no place to contact or extra gems to replenish. Nothing and no backup. So I’m done with this game.

All Progress lost, royal pass purchase won’t restore. I have been playing for about a week and a half. I had progressed to stage 40 and had some decent units unlocked. I purchased the royal pass this morning and while claiming prizes the game crashed and I lost all progress. On top of that, after starting over I am unable to restore my royal pass purchase. It is unfortunate because I was really enjoying crash heads and exploring my new units. Hoping the devs will read this and make it right.

Game Crashing. I see another person provided a similar review, the game is crashing for me as well. I am on level 31 and have not been able to progress . If timing matters this started this started on Dec 16th. This game is super fun! I would like to continue.

Super fun. This is a really fun game! It would be really cool if there was some type of national competition though or some more pvp type stuff. It would be cool if there was a huge raid where it was 25 versus a huge boss or something!

Lost everything. The game was fun and I reached level 60 (which is the last level), then I saw there was an update for the game. I thought new levels maybe… nope they just changed the look of the characters and minor changes. But the biggest change, I lost everything including items I actually purchased and it completely reset my game. What a waste!!

Don’t waste you $$$. Game crashes and you lose your progress. And it makes you start over I’ve made the mistake of spending money and you can’t restore you purchases when the game crashes and resets.

Frozen. I have advanced to the desert chapter 3 different times and every time I get there, I can no longer open the treasure chests. I have deleted and restarted every time and the same thing happens. Without being able to open the rewards, advancing in the game is pointless. Fun game if the bugs were fixed

Crashes constantly. Crash heads is an accurate name for this game because it crashes constantly. It’s a really fun game but is borderline unplayable. I got to level 36 without issues but could not advance. I deleted and restarted and am still having issues.

Fun game, but crashes at level 31. This game is pretty fun. You can go a decent way on skill alone, it used to crash every time I beat level 29 as I went through the last portal. That is now fixed, good job! But now, on level 31, every time I beat the red egg looking thing that spews out tons of orbs like a volcano, it crashes. I will check back in two weeks for the next update!

Full reset out of no where.. The app kicked me out randomly and when i got back in, I had started all the way from square one. This app had already crashed a couple times prior but no weird side effects aside from momentary frustration. Crash Heads is named that because you’ll be crashing your head into a brick wall with the frustration of this game.

Crash Heads = Perfect Name. This is a really cool game. Very fun to play but there are a bunch of things, even with the new update. I was CRASHING last week. Read the reviews and it said to delete and reinstall. Did that but lost all progress. Now it crashes every time when I go to the events missions. And makes quick buzzing/malfunction sound. I agree with several reviews about the low coin rewards and lack of winning really any new characters ever. I want to keep playing but it’s impossible to level up without the missions. Thanks!

Game Crashes at Lvl 35. I’m having a good time vibing with this game. Unfortunately, every time I attempt to clear lvl 35 my app crashes. :-( Easy 4.20 rating once fixed. Update: I tried deleting and reinstalling the game to try and fix it. Now I lost my account I had been grinding out. I’ll be hard to give this one another try if I can’t get my stuff back. Hope y’all are able to get the level progression fixed for others!

Fun Game, with Bugs. This game is really fun actually. The fighting components to the game make it fairly entertaining and the characters make every chapter nuanced. However, it’s very obvious that this game crashes a LOT. For example, I’m on level 34 and cannot get further because the game crashes every time I reach the last stage. With bug fixes, this game has a lot of potential.

Crashes. You beat a tough level and walk through the portal and it crashes on you. It would be better rating if not for that and the lack of ability to keep up in the upgrade game.

Game is fun but constantly crashes. I was enjoying it but it crashed 3 times on level 6. I restarted the game, made it to end of level 9 before it crashed again. Sorry, get your game working and maybe I will give it another shot but there are too many other options that actually work.

It’s fun but needs work. So far it’s fun and all but needs some work I got cheated out of my tickets by it crashing and getting nothing in returned I just bought the battle pass too. I hope I’m not regretting it
