Good and frustrated. I got hooked into the game and it’s a blast! Got to level 9 in just a few days. Now every time I try to open the game it crashes. I’ve powered off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled- which works fine if I want to start completely over…no thanks!

Problem. I like playing this. There aren’t TOO many adds and it’s fun to kill time. But I just got enraged because I accidentally sold a maximum level6 shopping bag thing and the thing did have the redo button and I can get it back and it was VERY useful. AHHHHHHH I CANT I NEED THATTTTT!!!! And I don’t really get why it has to be online. Kinda annoying

Purchases suddenly disappear with no resolution. I liked this game, I spent money in this game and then my season pass disappeared during a tournament. Reached out with no response, I guess it doesn’t matter to them that it was only $5… (even though I’ve probably bought $50 worth of boosts in the game after only a few weeks because I can do it will nursing). Me and my money will head elsewhere. Bummer, because I really did enjoy playing- but I do not enjoy spending money without receiving what I paid for.

Missions. I have really enjoyed the game, however the missions constantly changing while I work on them is really frustrating. I’m very goal oriented so when my goals disappear halfway through it, I want to give up.

Very frustrating!. So many ads, and they aren’t even good ones! When I level up why don’t I automatically get 100% refill. Takes to long to recharge to 100% also. I think the game is fun, but change the settings with each person, give us options that don’t require diamonds that we like!

Misleading. I thought it was going to be a fun makeover game, but its just one of those stupid merge games. You have to play the merge games over and over just to get a chance to do one tiny part of a makeover. For example, I had to play merge twice, just to remove the girl's glasses, which is the only 1st step. You don't get to choose in what order you do the makeover or what you do. How does anyone find this fun? Remove from device! Done.

Eh. Storylines boring and only gives you like three options to do the “makeover” with. Rooms end up cluttered looking and doesn’t really let you design much of anything yourself. So the makeover option is actually more annoying to have to do between merging, since you don’t wanna do it. You run out of merges quickly, and there seem to be more forced ads in it than other merge games. Also, maybe I’m just reading too much into it, but the first makeover involved a small white female who spoke normally, whose room you were later designing. Then the second one is an older, bigger black female who stereotypically says “sugar” every sentence. The game also has you strip her into her bra/underwear first before dressing her (which it didn’t in the first one), there are no traditionally black hairstyles to choose from, and you’re designing a kitchen for her to cook in rather than a bedroom (or any other room really). Just all seemed a little off putting to me.

Disappointed. I do enjoy playing this game. I’ve gotten to a point in the game where all it generates for merge goals are either from the camera or the hats. This game would be 5 stars if I could still merge from the other boxes. Very disappointed that it’s stopped giving more randomized goals from all different boxes.

Get rid of the bubbles please!!. I love these kinds of merge games. Unless the games throw bubbles all around your board, because you can hardly even play the game with so many bubbles. Please take them out, they’re frustrating! Please remove them. Otherwise the game is great!

Frustrated. I have played this game for months if not more than a year. I am becoming very frustrated with all of the added pop ins the game does. I do not want feathers, dog bowls, or any of that popping in. What happened to earning money with the bubbles and I seldom get any crowns to move up. Most days I am ready to delete one of my favorite games.

Decorations. In the very beginning I was able to pick everything. Soon as when I finished the first persons makeover, everything else was picked for me. I don’t like that. The joy of the game is to be able to pick what you want and make it into your own. Why is everything being picked for me? Where is the fun in that? It might be because I needed to update the app but I don’t think that has anything to do with it honestly. This app makes me want to delete it because I can’t pick what I want my characters living area to be.

Ahhh!!! Frustrated but good concept…. So this game started out fun but then the videos started to freeze and I had to restart the game constantly. It’s a huge pain. My only other complaint is that things are a bit dated in the game as far as makeovers but it’s still fun. I am going to have to delete the game because I’m tired of having to exit out of the game and restart it and no one has gotten back to me yet. Give it about 6mo before u get it if you want it and hopefully they will have things worked better. Sooo sad :(

Meh… waste of time. I really wanted to love this game. Started out great but I’m now level 8 and I’m so disappointed. Here’s why #1. When you level up, your energy should refresh. It doesn’t. Most merge games do #2. 2 1/2 hours to wait on my item boxes to recharge is ridiculous. I mean come on now.I have to already wait a long time for my energy to refil but it doesn’t matter if it’s refilled, I still have 60 minutes to wait for my item boxes to recharge 🙄 I don’t think so. #3 decor and clothing are ugly! Sorry but it is. Gonna delete for now but maybe when it’s revamped I’ll give it another shot.

Need more “other things”. I love this game! It’s so much fun, but you need to add more things to so in game. Like you used to do special weekend people that you would have to make over. Bring some new stuff!

Issues with extras when truck comes back. Recently, I’ve been noticing issues when trying to buy “extras” when the trucks come back either by watching videos or using gems. I’ve watched a video, unlocked the reward, and when I watch a second, it locks the first one back up. If I try to re-watch it to get what I earned, it turns everything to a gem Requirement! The ads are repetitive and constant, and the tasks are getting ridiculous. May just need to walk away…

It’s better than some. This game is fun for the first few rounds but then the price of things increases to the point where it takes a long time just to remove things. On top of it being super expensive, it removes two small objects at a time in a very messy room. Another downside is earning money through the repetitive items. Once you merge enough to get some money, it sometimes wants the exact same thing you just did. I love this game but there are some things I wish were just a bit better.

It is pretty fun!. Sometimes the best outfits are the ones with the diamonds as payments, so you have to get creative if you do t have access or funds to continuously get diamonds. But it is an amazing game. It helps me when my anxiety is really bad, I’ll open this up and play it and I calm down and can focus and redirect myself to access better what I couldn’t before.

It’s a fun game.. but you spend more time watching ads. Overall I think the game is fun, however the amount of ads you have to watch are ridiculous. You have the option to watch an ad for a reward.. okay, so you watch it.. but then it doesn’t give you the reward and makes you watch another ad then pay diamonds for it. I thought it was a mistake at first but it’s getting worse. I do like the game but I’m deleting it. I understand they have to make there money and all but sheesh! You spend more time watching ads than playing.

Too many micro transactions. When I first got this game, I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the customisation as well as the storyline. However, I did not care the insane number of push ads. Not only were there rolled ads any time you reached a certain merge, but there were also a myriad of pop up ads promoting micro transactions, sometimes up to six at once. I understand developers need funding to get a game going, I just don’t want to have to click through pop up ads every two minutes. Aside from that, I thought the game was great.

A few bumps but I love it. I have been playing this game for quite sometime(level 32) and I love it, but I have some concerns, I have noticed money or diamonds missing or energy board only giving 15 bolts when it should be up to 150. I uncovered 3 boxes with the same amount in each(never happened) also, the levels are not fair, instead of getting the same items at each level, you should be able to merge and start at a higher level of items. Also , just the simple fact that you have to watch ads for everything. I don’t mind, but others may…that’s all

Slowly updating and fewer options. The updates are too slow and there aren’t as many options for the makeover anymore. The game is preset. I hated when it was stuck with the woman being in nothing but her underwear *facepalm* until an update was pushed out. Stuck on level 24… I don’t want to wait weeks to insta level up and wait more and more.

Addicting Time Waster. I’ve been playing this game for a few months now, and it’s genuinely one of if not my favorite app right now. I have ADD and usually need to be doing something like playing an app on my phone while talking to someone, watching a movie, etc. This app has become my default and is perfect for it. It’s simple enough it doesn’t require full attention, but is hooking and addicting enough that it’s able to keep me satisfied. My life has genuinely approved because of this. Is the game perfect? No. Every game has its flaws. Some of the generators run out way too easily and you have to either buy more or pray you get another chest or buy items to recharge them or get more. But there’s almost always something you can do, even if it’s not part of the immediate tasks. For example: the makeup generator almost never runs out so you can spam those to get xp crowns and bubbles (which give you cash). Overall: I seriously recommend this game to everyone. The devs clearly care about the community as well and the updates of new “episodes” (characters) are bi-weekly, so the wait is short enough and you can grind in the meantime as well! There’s also events which are fun as well!!

No more tasks to do. I have maxed out on levels. The next issue is I have a few tasks that need hats and I don’t have hats. It says I get them from from bucket but the 2 buckets I did have disappeared when with one of the recent updates. Also I the buckets I had weren’t high enough level to spawn anything. I really enjoy this game so I keep playing in hopes that more levels are added and I can complete the tasks that are available.

Levels. I love this game so addictive, but when it started updating more often I can’t go passed level 44. I need to be able to move forward is 44 the highest level right now or is it a glitch? Other than that I still play daily. Love it 10 out of 10

Makeover Fail. This game is fine. It’s still confusing what objects produce certain items. My main laugh-about moments are the fashion choices they give you to “upgrade” the characters. You get three choices for each upgrade, and they’re all just terrible. Especially the swimsuit choice for this girl I’m upgrading. Like who would ever pick that as a swimsuit option??? Please do better.

Orders. I play the game daily. But. Every single time I open the app or leave for two seconds to go to something then come back. My orders switch. I’ll build them up and get wheat I need them open the app again to do the next thing for that order and the one thing I just did isn’t on the order anymore and it’s something at a higher level. I think that’s kinda stupid. I’ve never had this problem before that I’ve noticed so I don’t know if the game is glitching but if I delete and redownload I lose everything I did.

Bad Updates. I would have given the game four-5 stars before the recent updates. You could use the purple diamonds to get more rewards and I didn’t mind buying them since it wasn’t that often. Now, the only way to get more rewards is to watch ads! What a horrible change! I’d rather pay for diamonds than watch stupid ads! As soon as my bolts run out I won’t be playing anymore.

Loved this game. I absolutely love this game but, it seems every time a new make over begins it gets more expensive. I understand the levels need to become harder but, at points the new levels have become unreachable. Also, now I am in the middle of a make over and the goals for the particular make over have disappeared entirely.

In my opinion. This game is very addictive. I assume that’s the purpose. I spend a lot of time and REAL MONEY playing this game. It is enjoyable but I don’t like that I’m not able to choose the layout of the house as far as color and decor. Also there should be more ways to gain energy opposed to spending real cash. This is what will make me personally and other people back away from playing the game. There should be an option for us to makeover our own character as well. I like that we can visit others players stations but everyone looks the same, that’s weird. We should have an option to choose what we personally look like also. That would be an awesome update.

Forcer Purchase. I was enjoying the game but then the host keept telling me to choose the gold package which is 4.99. There’s no way to close out the screen. I’ve tried everything I can, spare actually spending money. Every time the game loads it goes straight to pushing the purchase. I played for around 30-45 minutes tops before this screen popped up, so not long at all. It doesn’t even give me the option to look at other purchase packages. It has to be the gold one and it has to be now. Not happening.

Incessant and obnoxious amount of Ads Ads Ads required to play. The game itself would be a lot of fun if not for the absolutely disgusting amount of ads you have to watch for gifts, for pieces on the merge board, for changing to different parts of the game, etc. I would prefer to just play and have fun. In the last round of the game I think I had to watch about 25 ads and I’m not exaggerating. Maybe more. You have to watch an ad basically every 5-10 seconds to complete goals. I’m going to delete the game because of the insanity of the amount ads you have to watch just to play. It’s pretty obnoxious for the designers of the game to have sold out so badly. Why spend all that time designing a game that could’ve been fun and ruin it with the requirement of an incessant amount of ads? I’ll bet the designers of the game wouldn’t even be able to play this game without feeling exactly the same as I do. The worst part is, the ads just replay and replay. They’re the same ads over and over. Trying to end this note without adding a middle finger emoji directed to the team of “big brains” who thought selling out this badly was such a great idea. I’ve only been playing two days and I’m completely burned out on this train wreck.

Fun BUT…. At first it was really fun. I have been playing for a couple of months now and I have made purchases. There are no more tasks to perform even though it says it will be updated biweekly! I have been playing and all my crown points are being wasted. Do not purchase anything it’s just a waste of money! Also there should give more space unlocks. They are spaced far apart leaving too little room.

Just like the ads one of the best games ever. Not only does this game make me feel relaxed and have a good time you don’t need Internet and it’s a game where you make progress it makes you feel organized now there is ads but I don’t mind them that much if your mind adds in the slightest this might not be right for you but I suggest trying it I got this game yesterday and I wanted to see if it was just how it showed and it’s really fun

House plants. Who ever bright ahh idea it was to add house plants and make EVERY merge set require a plant we haven’t yet received the box for clearly was having an off day (the whole last year). This is wild. So much time and $$ spent on this game and I have to delete it. I will be writing apple about this issue because someone is going to give me my money back. How are we suppose to merge a plant we don’t have the icon yet for? Really… all 3 sets of merges I have to make have a house plant in it!! I’m done smh

Inconsistent and Buggy. The game board says there are 20 levels. I’ve completed level 19, but level 20 won’t unlock on the board. It says I need more experience to unlock. It also shows a Chef that needs a makeover, but after completing Lily, the florist, the chef didn’t unlock. The lower levels were fun, but once you reach the higher levels, you can’t continue what already appears to be part of the game.

The latest update has ruined the game. I’ve been playing this game since early spring 2022. I loved the game and although the many ads gets on my nerves, I’d watch just to get the extra jems, energy or items needed to complete the task. I had stopped doing the makeovers because it would cost unnecessary sums of cash to remove clothing and rid the rooms/areas of clutter. I would just fulfill the orders. Now you’ve taken away the extra options to gain the gems, energy and items. Guess it’s time to delete the game all together.

Where does it go?. I’m on level 19 now and there aren’t any other tasks to be completed, it says on the board that one area will open on level 20 but there isn’t this level or new tasks. Any idea of when you’re launching a new update?

Inappropriate ads. The game is okay. I can’t fairly rate it because I just started playing but the ads are atrocious. Not the amount of ads, the inappropriateness of them. 3 times in a five minute period was the same as of a girl telling me her girlfriend invited her to a BDSM party that I have to help her get ready for. That’s very inappropriate even for a 12 year old. If you’re going to have ads for a kids game, get more appropriate ones.

Great game!!. Love playing this game’ support group is jihnny on the spot answering questions of taking ideas. Love playing the weekemd trophy cgallenge. Nut, i wish there was a weekly update likemany other games i play, it gives you something to look forward to on a given day. Ive reached the maximum on level 24 and hope o retain a;; the extra crowms ive earned towards levels 25 and 26. Thank you for designing this fun game! I’ve decided to lower my review stars to 3. Loved the game, but now is the big mystery and no help from developers whatsoever. How are we suppose to get butterflies and plants? Usually when there’s a new icon, you get a mystery box and you merge to for the icon to play with. All I’m getting is boxes for hat fashion, furniture and home decorating. I can’t go further with matches because there’s no way to get butterflies and plants. This is ridiculous! Plus, they’re asking an awfully high price for what you pay for. So, i’ll just keep playing the weekend games until the put the stupid butterflies n plants in the challenge. Then I’ll just delete the fame and forget I ever played it.

It’s ok. This merge game is ok so far. I haven’t played long enough. Though, the things I’m taking out run out of items fast. What I find very annoying is the ads don’t work when trying to refresh those quicker. They keep freezing and I have to log out. So watched an ad for nothing because it’s still empty when I log back on.

Has potential but ultimately fall short. This game has so much potential, gives good rewards & energy opportunities, but it’s like the designers just gave up. You can’t customize the spaces after the first makeover and levels max out at 19. I’m still going to play bc I do enjoy it but would really love more levels!

Just Okay. I mean its a cute game for what it is, but it’s obvious that certain things are rigger to force you to spend money. Like the weekend challenges. How is it possible for people to have 90+ achievements accomplished on a Friday morning when the challenge only started 1 hour or less prior? Without spending money on diamonds, myself and my daughter (we play together) have been able to get 60 in a weekend. It’s not possible to get 90 in less than hour. Seems very fishy to me. My daughter quickly got discouraged with it as she cannot win her weekend challenger once. Next, the characters and story lines are rather blah. Boring. Some things are impossible to collect. Butterflies, & Fruits basically. I don’t spend money on these apps but it seems like all you can do to successfully play it is spend money. Not appreciated

Game not fun anymore. I’m at level 16 and out of nowhere it stop giving me projects to complete. I’m merging and collecting dollars and don’t have projects. It’s like I’m at a stand still with this game. Hopefully, the projects picks back up at level 17. The game needs an upgrade to add more projects. Please fix and I’ll give a better review.

Freezes constantly, now totally stuck.. This game was fun, but requires a lot of patience, because it freezes after almost every merge. Merge and wait. Merge and wait. The ads also freeze constantly. It has become very tiresome. I know it is this game, because my other games are just fine. No, wait. Your other game, Riverside Merge, freezes, too. Message to the developer: Please upgrade your servers and computing power. Now I’m stuck bec my 3 orders are for items in the Director’s boxes, and I was only given ONE. I have 2 pieces - a camera level 2 and 3. I simply can not proceed, and yes, I updated. It’s not going forward. Now i’m stuck in a buy a golden ticket loop. Why? I can’t proceed to play. Seriously.

Good game. I really like this game and have been playing for a while but I don’t like when I have almost every to finish the task leave and come back and the task has changed. All that work and items made now no longer needed. This needs to be fixed.

It’s was a great pastime but now…. Here’s my main issues with the game: 1. Not enough board space 2. Asking for items (like glasses) when I can’t even make them yet 3. And that stupid truck… like how many times do I have to send off this truck for it to stop coming back? Oh and the ads but I can live with that if these ^ were fixed.

Last update was disappointing. Key points- So many ads. I mean a ton of ads. Stuck at amax level of 24 now. Was 19 for a long time. There are more levels to unlock from what it shows. It’s “maxed out since it hasn’t been updated since for a bit. Character makeover had more choices. Those go away more and more as you know play. The last character was stuck in the middle of a wardrobe change for a while until the update today. They took away the makeover choices from the player. Room, clothes, from the character. There was no option given. The game did it for you. Only option was hair color and they were ( sorry to say) but not what I would have liked. Top only blue, white or a black/purple. Wardrobe, room, person had no other options. The game decided for you. I will probably delete if the next is like this too.. unfortunately. It’s not as fun.

False advertising. I understand that advertising the more fun parts of the game gets more downloads but when u show ads tell customers they’d be getting a merge game more than an actual makeover game. idk i just don’t like merge games but other than that it’s seems like a great game, just not for me

Each time before I decide to buy/real money support. Each time I decide to buy items/diamonds or the full pass play in this game. Boom I notice it lags. So yes, that is definitely now my NOT TO SUPPORT! Each time I notice the game freezes in between play, it freezes in between ads and the screen also go black until I reboot my device. I guess now the owner will give the typical, “I’m sorry you are having issues, please email us at ….” Blah, no no thanks, I just won’t buy items due to fear of not getting my monies worth as I am with the free version.

Beware. I loved this game. It was so addicting. And now all of the sudden, because I spent money on it a couple of times to get more energy or diamonds, and I am now seeing charges from days that I am not even playing the game. Charges that have the same exact total when I’m not playing. I don’t have a subscription to it. I got on today to delete my account after reading my bank statement, and all of the sudden, I got a charge for the same total, and I didn’t even play the game. All I did, was delete my account/progress with the game and then delete the app. I decided to see what this receipt was for and it tells me, there is no receipt available, but it’s coming out of my bank account and is shown that this app is the one that charged me. I am thrown off as I LOVED this game. I was able to play it for hours and enjoyed it, and now, I can’t play it or have it as an app on my phone. I’m greatly disappointed.

The ads are pretty much clickbait. (Backstory)I finally got this game since the ads where everywhere. I thought it would be like the ad; having a ‘glow up’ when your boyfriend cheats on you. I thought it was a interesting concept, so I obviously downloaded it. When I played the game, the first thing I noticed was that it was NOTHING like the ad. Barely anything matched it, either. The main character didn’t match, art didn’t match, not anything. When you do you merging game/puzzle , it’s just annoying. You have to keep on waiting for the charging station/loader to give you items, when you run out of items, nothing’s there for you to match. Even when you start there’s only 3-4 things to match until you use the charging station. Overall, this game needs many improvements and needs to change the ads.

The only thing that makes sense is the amount of time it takes to do anything. The first thing I noticed is how much the game is going on and how many times the game has changed

Good but. This app was good but when you were merging items you would run out of items and you would have to use the charging station to get more items but the charging station would not work after five minutes and you would have to wait for the charging station to do anything else

Glitchy and overloaded with pop ups. Really irritating to play. The amount of pop ups for game spend is just ridiculous. They don’t realise that the more you have, the more irritated people are going to get and just uninstall the game, which I’m going to do now, I’m tired of it. There was also none of the challenges that were in the ads, they were just really basic makeovers that you can get in any other game. Plus the design and animation is SO basic, not even nice to look at. Lately the game has been glitching so there’s a lot of jumping during normal game play, it’s just gotten too annoying to stand. Go find another game.

ADS every single minute. Good game but you legit cannot play for 01 entire minutes without getting bombarded with ads. Nearly impossible to make any progress if you don’t spend a fortune and watch ads every minute

Poor. Keeps getting stuck on purchase gold ticket does not let you go any further from that . Unable to play the game

Game designed for failure. It’s getting really frustrating playing a game that actively works to sabotage you. It’s a merge game & say you need a furniture option - you can chairs & lights. But if you NEED lights for a challenge, you will get an unusual amount of chairs. As soon as you need something, they make it a hard-to-get item. Then when you don’t need it, it’s available in abundance. It feels like the game is cheating & it blows.

My new favourite game!. I love this game so much! The only problem I have with it is since the last update (before the more recent one) it came with a hand moving across the board when I’m merging. I thought it was a new feature that was added or something. If there’s any way you can remove I will greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Levels. I had reached a pretty high level , I updated my iPad and lost all levels I already completed after an update . I had 14 days left on a purchase and lost all bonuses

Fun, but not as much choice. I like this game, it’s of course, similar to the others. But why don’t we get the 3 choices ever time when buying a new piece of furniture or decor??

Money Grabber. The game itself is good, but there are SO. MANY. ADS. and unrelenting pop-ups trying to get you to buy this, that and the other thing. It’s very clear they have no desire to provide a fun gaming experience, but rather just want to relentlessly annoy the begeezus out of you so you’ll spend money just to get it to stop. And I’m sorry, but $9.99 just to remove the barrage of ads is ridiculous.

Insane wait times. Overall, not too bad, but it’s unsurprisingly not anything crazy. Thus far my biggest issue has been probably the longest item recharge time I’ve ever seen out of this type of game. Same with unlocking chests, a simple level 1 furniture chest was to take 45 min, and when merged with another the wait time was then 3 hours. And those numbers are just the same with everything else. I also will always call out the very poor advertisement of mobile games, this one was probably one of the worse ones. Cheers.

Sucks. So many adds it unbelievable just a waste of time but overall the game itself without the ads is pretty good

Love the game but ….. I really love the game but having to wait so long for the next level is crazy to me. Also I have items like jewelry, that I can’t even use bc I don’t have the original box for it . How do I get it ? I

2 months no update. The last updates changed a lot of fun aspects of the game but now it’s been two months and nothing. Will there be an update soon or should I just delete. I’m at level 60. Nowhere to go from there. Pointless to keep playing.

Really love this game. Love this game can’t stop playing it. I really like this when my kids start to play games on their phones I’ll teach them how to play all the games

Need an update. Im on level 16. It says Im maxed out. Hoping to get more levels soon as there is a level 17 and 20 on the board. Its not fun playing and getting nowhere

Do NOT update. I paid for no ads after first playing this game cause I enjoyed the gam. Before you were able to get extra rewards from the truck by “paying” two purple diamonds…now you have to watch ADS!!!! Nothing is more annoying than freakin ads. Don’t bother reaching out to the support crew…they either don’t respond or don’t help.

Wrong level.. On my iPhone I was on level 30+ but I logged into my iPad and for some reason it took me back to level 20 on both my iPhone and my iPad.

???. There are exactly 3 instructions on how to play. There is nothing to explain certain things, like what “check marks” mean, what the strategic point is, what are the benefits and drawbacks of selling items, why the characters have certain items in boxes below their pictures, etc.

Great game. I love playing this game. Would have given it 5 stars if the energy would replenish after reaching a new level.

Waiting. Currently I’m stuck on level 25 for the past 3 weeks. Y’all need to make more levels or something. Only good thing about this game you really don’t need to spend money you just have to be good at it.

Glitchy. Was going good up until recent update. Every time I click on the game it force stops then closes

I like it, but need more. The game is limited, but it helps pass the time. The only thing that annoys me is that there’s only 19 levels. While the board says 20. Not helping with the ocd side. Want more levels and challenges. Thank you

Short Energy. The energy goes way to fast and requires you to purchase more. I will delete the game before I purchase things with my hard earned money. Otherwise it is fun.

Things cost too much. It takes so long to get enough money to buy things it gets boring. Things should not cost so much game would move faster be more fun.

Disappointed. Was enjoying it until I reached a point where I can’t go any further or do makeovers or anything…… says to check back in a fortnight…… after I’ve spent money to get the extra coins and gems to complete the makeover I was doing…… what a rip off 😡😡

only one pair of sunglasses. the game is fun, but this new update makes it impossible to merge the sunglasses. Before I could easily collect several pairs and now I can only collect one pair. Please fix this!!

Fun but too many ads. This game is addictive! My only complaints are there are way too many ads and the addition of new challenges takes too long.

It’s okay. I like the game but the ads literally lock my screen so I have to delete the app and redownload it… I may delete because it’s just annoying

Obscene ads!!. This is a game rated 12+ and a number of the ads are sexually explicit to the point of obscene! Not only are the completely inappropriate for a kid, some of them are demeaning and others are borderline abusive! One that came up shows a scantily clad woman sleeping on a couch and it asks if you and to undersea her!!! Seriously you need to filter the content here!!!!!!

Very upset. I was really looking forward to playing this game but it would not open. I restarted it three times even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same issue. Looks like I won’t get to play it.

My items are missing?. I love the game truly, but all the holiday room decorations I earned during Christmas time have been removed, and it won’t let me get them back unless I pay with gems? I grinded to get those decorations, I feel it’s definitely not fair to just take them away from me.

Fun until it’s not. Not far into the game, the cost to complete tasks gets so high, it will take days of completing merges to complete one task. It gets to a point where it’s no longer fun and clearly a way they try to get you to spend real money on the game to keep going.

DONT GET SUBSCRIPTION. It’s been taking my money even after deleting account and messaging them to delete subscription, still haven’t received any response or notification. I cannot even end it through my account.

Terrible. This might be the worst game I've downloaded yet. I get that they're never the same as the ad but this one is really terrible. There's no explanation. You just sit and merge makeup the whole time. Finally after several minutes of this I was able to remove the girl's glasses. Then back to merging makeup items. So incredibly boring.

Make over Merge. Fun game, but I have leveled up as far as I can, it will not open the last one 20. Or episode 5. Still will not let me level up. Needs more stories,

Maxed Out at 16. When will other levels be available? It is crazy to spend money then max out with no warning. Otherwise would be a 5 Star.

Too Many Ads. Seemed to be a good game then ads pop up right in the middle of gameplay. After you wait the 20 seconds until you can close the ad, another pop up appears asking for $ to get ad free gameplay. Deleted immediately.

Tasks. The game is very entertaining but it takes too long for the tasks to appear again for us to play. I’ve had to wait for an entire month for that

Update is annoying. I like this game but ever since the new update a couple days ago it keeps glitching and showing a finger that's telling me to merge stuff that can't even be merged. Really debating on deleting.

Not Happy. So I had my account set up on 2 devices and it does not update on one and you lose all your purchases that were bought, if you open the other device. I lost the 30 storage spaces that I had purchased and the items that were in it. How do I get those items back?

Bugs. I really enjoy this game, but every time I get the daily reward, it freezes up & I have to close the app. I had hoped the next update would fix it, but it hasn’t

Update already. When will there be an update? My daughters love playing this game with me however we have been waiting for an update for almost a month now. Ready to delete

Terrible updates. The updates to the game don’t benefit you at all. Now they just take options away and make you buy them to play the game.

Things all over the place. Too difficult to understand….same things keep coming up and there is no way to finish the job.

Progressively gets worse. The game starts off okay and is fun but since I got a camera and hat box its just stuck on those items. It doesn’t want me to merge anything but the camera items and the hats and glasses items. Its stopped asking me for makeup or furniture or decor. Just keeps asking me for hats and camera items. Sorry but I’m uninstalling it.

Where are the updates. Where are the actual updates for new episodes? The last 2 said new episode, but there wasn’t anything there. It’s gotten glitchy and way too many ads.

False advertising. Gold pass was listed as $4.99 went to pay and it said $6.99. Lower price was not honored basically was told it sometimes takes a while for the update to catch up.

Lies. I have yet to make to what they advertised the game would be like

I liked this game... I started playing this game about a week ago but now the start up even messages don’t go away which make the game unplayable. You just keep pressing “x” and they don’t go away. This needs to be fixed asap.

Could be better!. I really like this game, but there are too many ads/videos. I want to keep playing, but all the ads/videos are making me think about deleting it. That would be my only real complaint.

fun for the first day. i really liked this game to begin with. in order to do a makeover you need to earn money from the merge game and then you pick the makeup, clothes, hair, etc. however, once you’re done giving a makeover to your second person, everything takes a lot longer and you don’t even get to pick things out anymore. you have to spend a lot of time earning money just to take off a necklace, then earn more money for a necklace that you don’t get to pick out. completely defeats the purpose of the game. will be deleting!

Lives. I just think there should be more lives given then 100. And a little easier to unlock a new level.

Ads. There are far too many ads, and many are over sexualized and inappropriate. My 8 yo daughter likes to match with me and I have to be careful of the ad content. Also, there is too much wait time to regenerate lives and items.

Okay game but needs some changes. The game was fun and great for killing time,but I didn’t like how the women characters spent most of their “makeover time” in their bra and panties when the male characters atleast got a towel to drape around them while you played the game to earn enough money to buy them a new outfit.

Disappointing. I was completely hooked on this game and played it daily, and even paid the $7 to take away the ads. Which didn’t do anything so I don’t know what I paid for. Now it’s biweekly to even get any tasks for the makeover. I’m really disappointed

Fun and addicting!. I love the game but I’m at a stand still I have helped all the characters and have been waiting for a update with new characters, hopefully that’s soon!!

Impossible. So you guys added plants and butterflies to the game but I can’t get the pack because I can’t complete any of the goals and I can’t complete any of the goals because I can’t get one of those plant packs!! I pay money in this game now I can’t play!

I can’t stop playing!. There needs to be more characters ASAP, I’ve reached the end! Weekend tournaments are super fun and please keep the design so we can recharge with ads!
