Very angry.. I downloaded this game because it was different from the other games I play. You make a lot of progress in the beginning which is nice but just like every game. You reach a Plateau Point. I decided to spend 1.99 on a starter pack just because, but I didn’t receive half of the items I was promised. I’m gonna give it a little bit if I don’t hear back from the company. I’m reporting it to apple.

Purchase failed.. I got charged on my banking stuff for trying to purchase two separate packs from this game despite the game itself saying my purchase failed. I am upset, and I can’t find anyone to properly talk to about this.

Ads won’t quit. Now the ads require you to interact with them, so the game you deleted because it was stupid? You have to play it every 5 minutes as an ad. You have no choice. The game you hated because it’s stupid and boring? Shut up and play, slave.

Okay. I really enjoyed the game but once I got to level 4 I could no longer get into the game it would load then kick me completely out I’ve restarted my phone three times and it was still doing the same thing login then it would kicked me out of the game I had deleted it twice and it still was doing the same thing would start all over then get to level 4 and it would kick me out would have given it a five star but with all the trouble I’ve had I didn’t think it deserved a five star sorry please fix the glitches

Keeps crashing. I love this game and want to keep playing. For the last week it crashes as soon as it loads. I’m on level 22 and really don’t want to have to start over from the beginning.

In App Purchase. So I made an in app purchase and it said all set but then didn’t deliver the purchases - the only way to reach support is through Facebook which I don’t have or in app support that doesn’t list the game on it? I will be watching my bank account and if the purchases clear the bank I will contact apple and lodge a formal complaint but until then you guys should fix your in app purchase options.

Game stoped working. The game will not stay open I’ll open the game, it would call partially load and then close. I tried deleting it and reinstalling and one I sign back in it does it again. It’s annoying because of how far I got! Hate buggy games

No space... There are too many items and no room to work.. not sure if anyone feels the same way but half my board is generators.. ugh..I would live it with more room but might delete..sorry

Game. OK here’s the suggestion maybe you should let the player. Play the game on their own. having the stupid hand or finger however you wanna put it show you and tell you how to play the entire game is obnoxious and it’s not fun to play the game, so please take the hand away and don’t force us to play that way.. we know how to tap the thing we know how to do the things so let the player play instead of telling you how to play the whole game. It would be a lot better game if that wasn’t there.

Change it back!. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put 5 energy bolts as an option on the guessing game part should be ashamed. Also why did you guys take away extra energy as the prize for watching ads and replace with it money?? Lame! This game has gone downhill!

Bad Changes. I use to really like this game and even spent money on it but they’ve done a number of changes that make it less fun to play, first off you earn these red coins and can no longer do anything with them and now they’ve changed it so you no longer get daily energy chests, can earn them from daily challenges or get them from the train, instead they’ve replaced them with gettin the cash pile some of which you even have to watch ads for and as in game 50s is virtually useless (for the lower price upgrades you’d have to watch like 9 ads getting you 50s to put in perspective or like almost 30 for the bigger ones) it’s insulting and a pointless cash grab that makes me never want to spend a cent on the game again

Crashes. It’s worked great and I was having fun until I updated it and now I can’t play cause all it does is load and then it crashes. So I deleted it not worth the hassle

Should we expect this from your other game?. Used to love this game. You used to get energy every few hours. The daily gift made it good to play. You even got them with trains. But now it’s hard to come by. Your other game Makeover Merge is still like riverside was. Should we expect this same change with that game? Now I’m less motivated to play riverside.

Sigh. I love merge games, and this one was going ok, just downloaded it about an hour ago. I was given a free amount of time on energy, but I am also being forced to watch ads in the middle of my game, taking up my “free energy” time. I am this () close to deleting the game.

Great game, but tasks can’t be completed any longer. I love the game, but now I can’t complete any of the tasks because the all include toys that I can’t merge, since the box that created them are not available. I’m not sure if that’s an issue that needs to be solved or if it was done on purpose

Keeps closing. The game keeps closing itself out when ever it reaches 80 something percent and my Wi-Fi is just fine please fix I’m at level 5 and it closes on me. I really like this game

Good game. I really like this game but at level 23 it says I’m at max level but the game board shows up the level 60. Every bit of XP I’ve gotten is just getting wasted

Won’t update. I’ve been waiting for close to 2 weeks for part of the game to update. Really enjoy the game but if it doesn’t update soon I’ll have to delete it . If it’s fixed I’ll change my rating

App force quits. Well after playing and purchasing things with actual money the app now doesn’t even open! It opens and loads then force quits! I’ve restarted my device issue persists! I’ll be requesting my money back from Apple! Then deleting this game! I was loving it until now!

I feel scammed. I purchased 2 packs (thinking the first one was just a glitch) to remove ads. Purchase went thru on my end, charged my account and everything. But I never got anything for my purchase because it said purchase failed after loading, no gems, and ads were not removed. Very disappointed.

Need update please. I’ve gone as far as I can go level wise but I know there is more I’m stuck at level 70 and can’t really do anything else right now. I love this game it is very calming and relaxing but I’m losing interest not being able to unlock anything else or live forward other then that 100 percent recommended!!!!

Where’s an update??. Why hasn’t there been an update in months?? It’s become really boring because it’s the same tasks over and over again.

Updated and lost everything. After I used the backup feature by logging into Facebook it repeat crashed after just a few minutes of me playing. Since then it would crash before even fully loading, or get loaded and as soon as I would click anything It’d crash. My phone was completely updated, the game was fine, closed all apps and I even turned off my phone for a while. (10+ min) I emailed them for support and waiting over a week…. I have still received no response. I loved this game and played every day throughout the day… anyway, so I figured my download must have had a glitch after updating so the last resort was redownloading the game… considering the ‘back up’ feature, I wasn’t worried too much thinking I was covered but as soon as the app opened and I was level one I got nervous. So I went right to settings to see about re-logging in to Facebook to get me game back…. Nothing. Their Facebook page won’t even open and there is not a place to log in anymore for me… so, I’m done with the game now unfortunately.

Leveled Up Not Collecting Points. Leveled up to next level and noticed not collecting points. States level is at maximum which I just leveled up to. Do not use Facebook. Should have better way to reach support.

Won’t load. I love this game! However, it suddenly won’t load past the special offers that pop up at the beginning. If this is fixed, I will change my review, but I’m not hopeful, based on all the other recent reviews

Keeps crashing. Its a pretty fun game . When i try to watch videos for rewards it crashes but other than that , I love it

Closes down. The app opens then closes immediately after, thinking about deleting even tho it’s a good game otherwise

Too many ads. Really love merge games and had high hopes for this one but every 4-5 moves there is an ad that pops you and you can skip it.

Support. I love this game. And I always watch the ads to get the added bonuses. But, I must say that Whispers ad is so so repulsive and offends me to pieces. Your audience includes minors and this ad is very inappropriate for them to see. If really need to advertise such an adult game you should close down this game. Just one mom’s opinion.

Ugh. So look … I’ve had this game on my phone for a few months now. It’s actually stayed longer than most merge type games. However I’m starting to really get frustrated with every couple of moves and then an ad and then every couple moves and an ad. I get it … you guys have to make money but when you have that many ads in a game you are going to lose loyal players like myself. Which is going to happen if there isn’t an update fixing this. Another thing … when you are on a time limited free moves don’t throw an ad in and make us lose the time!!! It is frustrating!!!!! It makes me want to say goodbye to a game when you don’t care enough to think of things like timing of ads. Fix this.

Annoying. I can’t stop that annoying music! I went to controls and I have the music button muted but the game still plays that annoying music! I have turned the sound off but now I can’t hear the game sounds. Time to delete the game I guess!

New update ruined energy. Before this new Update you get get energy constantly by trains, jackpots, etc well even spinning and getting a jackpot you don’t get the top level energy box anymore you get the lowest. You don’t get a energy box a day you get some cash, I loved this game because I could be able to play it for a few hours at a time …. Now what’s the point….?

FIX THE CRASHING PROBLEM!. Three + weeks now, and I check every day. Since having to connect to Facebook games, it’s the same thing: open game, & have game crash immediately afterwards. If you aren’t going to fix the problem, don’t bother with updates. I won’t give a better rating until the crashing issue is finally fixed.

App crashes when connected to Facebook. Fun app to play and pass the time. I like how it’s a little more than just merging things. I get to fulfill requests from the items I merge. My only problem is that every time I open the app now, it crashes upon launch. I didn’t start having this issue until I connected to Facebook.

PRETTY PLEASE. id love for the bubbled items to have the option to get rid of them without an ad or gems… simply getting it off my bored because it’s in the way………. i’m expecting this to be fixed within a week… i don’t want to delete the game because it’s fun… but that’s kind of a deal breaker……

The new update erased one of my things. Before this update I had the item that produced toys and when I opened the app after the update the item was gone

Annoying. I love this game . Unfortunately, as soon as I connected to Facebook to save my progress it kicked me right of the game. I uninstalled the game and shut my phone down then reloaded the app and it did it again as soon as I connected it back to fb. I’m glad I didn’t purchase anything. I really like this game

Too many ads. The game would be cute except for the forced ads. Right in the middle of playing an ad will pop up - not something you get anything for (like get an item for watching an ad) - it’s just strictly a random add. Deleted it after day 2.

Crash Central. It is constantly crashing. After several times, I deleted the game and had to start over. It worked fine for a week but is now back to crashing each time I open it. Annoyed.

New Update Crashes. Ever since the new update, the game will not run. It stays open for a few seconds and crashes.

Love this game!!!. I love this game, I even got my husband to download it. The only issue I’m concerned about is why he downloaded the game weeks later but he gets the sport box and the kitchen selection but not me. I updated the game and my phone thinking that was the issue but it wasn’t and I’m still just merging the same things over and no new items.

Nothing to do. I’ve been stuck now for 2 days with nothing to do, and I’m not spending energy creating what I don’t need. There are no buildings to complete, no tasks to complete, nothing. I’m not going to uninstall/reinstall for fear of losing the diamonds I just paid for. If nothing happens in another 24 hours, I’m going to request a refund from Apple. Not happy !!!!

Too much stuff. This game has gotten oppressively overcrowded with items. It is no longer fun to play. Their game algorithm is to keep throwing things into the mix with little space to spare for it. It’s become annoying to play. One makes only baby steps in progress. It’s a snooze fest.

Horrible updates. I sat here for months waiting for the update, the update came finally and leveled up just to not be able to open the app. If I open it, it closes out. Unable to play for months now and I’m ready to delete this game.

Not happy right now. I do like the game, however, mine has a glitch. It says I am opening another box and won’t let me open any other… but I’m not. I waited a few days to see if it would fix itself but it hasn’t. Please help.

Stupid ads. Don’t bother there are too many pop up ads. I don’t mind if I can get an item by watching an ad but these ones just pop up randomly and I’m so sick of games that do this just let us know before we download it, give us a choice.

Shocking.. Get to level 10 and I’ve finished all the jobs no more are coming up I even got myself to level 11 to see if then I could get more task but not even leveling up helped me.

Adds interrupt gameplay. Unlike other games which offer rewards for viewing adds this one has adds jump out and interrupt gameplay ruining the game experience

Could’ve been good. But way too many pop up ads. Deleted game after 15 min of play because of about 10 pop up ads

I’ve enjoyed this game however. It would appear that once you get the hang of it, it almost blocks you from getting ahead. I didn’t like the circus so I ignored it. But when you are sitting at level 59 and that’s it…. We’ll less incentive to play. Game over…. Boop boop.
