Subscription cancellation. Hello I requested to cancel the subscription after the trial and I was still charged $19.99 for the year. Please cancel the subscription and refund the $19.99 or I would have to report the issue. Thank you

Cannot cancel subscription. I paid for 1 monthly subscription to see if I liked the app and now am unable to cancel my subscription. Every time I got into settings in my appleID and see “active subscriptions” Perfect365 video shows up. Even after I select “cancel subscription” it continues to stay red and active. Please resolve this!

Cannot save videos. I love the final outcome of the videos, but I can’t use them. I can’t save them on my MAC or on my IPHONE. I really want to be able to use them but the program is not working. Any help would be appreciated.

What Happened. this app only enhances videos now?

I love this app, but why the watermark. Love love love this app, it’s perfect for basic touch ups for my video Instagram reels, all I use is the soften skin & eye concealer touch ups…..BUT then I go to save my video & there’s a watermark of the app on my video (MY VIDEO) is there a way to remove the watermark without getting a subscription?

Who wants to look like that. It doesn’t do basic things like conceal dark circles under eyes or brighten the whites. It really doesn’t do anything well and then it has this whole makeup feature that makes you look like an 80s street walker. Many times the preview will crash and you can’t see the changes until you export or restart the app and then do all the settings again. So the functionality as bad as that seems to crash or stop responding to the filter adjustments and the final look is horrendous and shouldn’t be anything anyone wants to look like.

What happened. I have had this app for over 5 years now and it’s suddenly disappeared!!!

Can’t delete videos. I think it’s a big deal that I have private videos in this app that I have paid for and I cannot delete them from my library. I feel extremely uncomfortable, knowing that this video is there and that this company can access my data and I don’t have the ability to remove things out of my library. If it was a free app, I could understand but I’ve already paid for it, and I do not have access the way I should ensure my privacy. That’s worth zero stars but unfortunately I have to put one. Other than that the app is great, but that is a huge flaw and I do not feel comfortable with thisapp anymore

A video MORE than 3 seconds?. I didn’t need to go over 20 seconds like others in these reviews. I just needed a quick video of me holding something up to intro my TikTok. It won’t let me choose the video because it also needs to be LONGER than 3 seconds. A bit picky, aren’t we?

Pictures. Why can’t we do pictures as well?

Very limited. At first it was a lot more generous w no subscription but now I can’t do much. It’s a hard pass now.

Super tacky. The edits you can add are so glitchy for video and look VERY fake and rushed. Def not worth 20$ but I wouldn’t waste your time. YouCam video is way better

It was the BEST for Years!. It was the best app for years. I used it for around 10 years. Then they took away being able to do your body. And then they started changing the whole app completely and it worked better than any other app. Now it’s making you install video just to use the app to do Selfies? When somethings good just leave it alone. I would pay for the original app from when you originally started.

Doesn’t let me know not enough memory. When I start saving a video, it starts saving, very slow. Then if there’s not enough disk space on the phone, there’s no enhance video. It just quits after several hours of processing

Amazing filters. I had such a fun time with my sister applying all these virtual makeup effects. These filters are amazing and super fun to play with!! 😍

Wow! Really cool makeup effects!. It’s just what I have been looking for to retouch and edit my videos. The makeup effects are super realistic.

Too short for use. Very good if intended use is for 20-second (approx) videos. App doesn’t appear to support anything longer - I tried with a 10-min YouTube video and it only saved the first 20 seconds or so.

Awful app. Not as user friendly as previous versions

Skin softening turns orange. The skin softening feature turns my face orange. The 365 photo app does not have this problem. I even tried to do a foundation to offset the orange…no luck, I still look like a lobster.

Terrible.. Terrible! Cant do anything unless you pay mote money.

Waste of money. This app is a waste of $$. Trying to edit a video and the only features that work are the frames for the photo. Nothing else changes in the video. Don’t waste your $$

Edited video so short. Why the edited video only saves a very short range from the original video ? Whats the point of paying ?!

NoEdits. I thought it would be useful but once you get to editing everything good or even almost great is #Pro where you have to pay, basically you’re paying all back over. It’s basic it need more flaw

Was nice. Cute app free, download. But, y that changed they use to have a lot things free for you to use Now it’s pay pay pay for all the good things to make you look nice now you pay for each thing. I think I’m going to delete this app and find another for a few touch’s.

Decent app but not good for videos…. Doesn’t work well for movement which is what happens in videos. The edits start dancing out of focus with the slighted movement. Might as well just be for pictures only.

I’m confused…. Love Perfect 365 app…was hoping to fine tune a few videos using the same simple and fun features which also seem available on the video editor app. But I seem only to be able to access 30 seconds of any given-sized video clip I import. I cannot find info anywhere about being able to process a longer clip…someone…help! EDITED to add that I’ve been told an update will add additional video time?I’ve found a competitors app that allows 5+ minute clips with no need to watch ads…

Needs work. Can see a lot of glitching on the video when using lashes and not the same editing capabilities as the original photo editing app.

A disappointment. The app is very hard to use and you can’t select people within the video to edit. It is a huge failure compared to its sister app and is a waste of time
