Great App. WHAT?!?! All of a sudden I have to PAY? $3 a WEEK?!? Clearly all the creator of this app wants is $$$$$$$$. What a total rip-off!!! I deleted the app from my phone. DON’T BE FOOLED. DON’T GET THIS APP!!!

This works excellent!. Very fast processing and works great, I always needed one of these.

Well.... Works ok. But $2.99 a week is way too much for a seldom used app. I likely won't need to identify a plant or leaf but 2 or 3 times a year. And that's not worth $144. I'll use PlantNet instead. It's free, and works really well.

Paywall now prevents any usage at all. I paid for this app once when I bought it. Now it requires weekly subscription to function, at all. It’s fraud. Use google lens. It’s free and just as accurate.

Works well!. I used it outside to identify crocus flowers and it did so with ease. May God bless the developer of this app!

I love nature!!. As a nature lover, I absolutely love this app, it’s incredibly useful. I have a lot of fun seeking new species and identifying plants, trees on my trips. I would definitely recommend this app to my family back home and would love to share all the new plants that I found with them.

so great. this app should be better called Plant ID other than Leaf ID. Because you can identify a plant via both the photo of its flowers and leafs

Providing Scale Seems to Help. This app has been pretty accurate for most of the things I have tested. I did find that for at least one plant, it had some trouble, but putting my hand in the picture seemed to help. I’m thinking that maybe my hand provided some scale for the app to help it figure out how big the leaves were. I also like that the app brings up example pictures, since that helps to determine if you have the right plant or not (especially if it’s truly an unknown).

$2.99 PER WEEK!. It’s a great app, but $156 per year for an Apple app is WAY out of line. Count me out.

This app not working. At this time I would definitely would not recommend this app. Down load the app because of high reviews. I did two different leaves under the free trial time. The ap did a great job on those two, because a friend of us confirmed that the app was exactly correct. So I went ahead am/was willing to pay for the subscription- big mistake (at this point). As soon I brought up the app (with subscription mind you) it quit working. Looks like I will cancel my subscription and delete app yet today or tomorrow unless company can notify me as to what went wrong. Just terrible- now wondering if positive reviews are totally bogus. This is why rating is a 1 star. No thank you until unless they get this fixed.

Great app!. I’m beyond impressed, I have never known that there are so many kinds of plants and flowers in my mom’s garden, some of them look just the same, but turned out they are not. This app does such an amazing job, it can identify the plants very quickly and also shows great photo examples to make sure that you’re getting the right results. Now I just love being able to read and know more about all the species around me. Just love it, a simple but excellent app!

Was a great app until they got greedy!!. Was $2.99 for the app. App was awesome, worked better then other ID apps...was very impressed until I tried to use it this morning and am being forced to now sign up for a Pro version at $2.99 a WEEK!! That's ridiculous! Super Thirsty and Greedy!!! I don't use it that often to make that kind of investment. It's a shame. Now I gotta find another app.

More misses than hits. I was excited to try this app and was disappointed immediately. it incorrectly ID’d 3 of the first 5 plants I tried and got stuck in a scan loop with the 4th. Correctly identifying 1 out of 5 isn’t very good. Then it stopped working—apparently I’m supposed to sign up for a $/week subscription. Huh? Maybe my problem is that I’m trying to ID wildflowers? The app did get the common garden flower I tried right. Worse for me, though, is that the app apparently requires an active Internet connection, and those can be hard to come by in remote places.

Forces subscription after three pics. Mentions nothing of it, then locks you out unless you pay. Avoid this deceitful garbage.

Subscription based. Took one picture and it worked well. Was never able to use it again without be prompted to purchase a weekly subscription. For the few times I will use it it wouldn’t be worth 155 dollars a year

Nice app but……Hidden charges. I’m okay with the $2.99 charge for the Pro version HOWEVER, there is nothing in the information provided that tells me that once I purchased the $2.99 Pro version that I would be charged an additional $2.99 per week to use the app.

Leaf id. Quick and accurate program!

Useful, but two things come to mind. Super. But if it fails to identify, it gets stuck in scanning loop with no evident way to stop besides force quit. And an impossible request: as the user library of plants is saved, it would be AWESOME to be able to attach notes to items. Thanks to developer!

Scam. Had pro, now it’s a subscription. Best of luck. Deleted.

Forces you to expensive pro version. This app now forces you to use the very expensive pro version at $5 a week ($260 per year!!). There is no way to use at all any more without upgrading. This app is now Bait and switch..!

Its good but you need to pay.. no more free version. force pay to use an app is not good.

What a scam. This app was first offered for free, without any subscriptions, now suddenly you have to pay a weekly subscription fee to use it. Don’t believe the high ratings, they are only high because it was initially free to use. There are better apps out there including. Also, what some may not know, iPhone does this for free, take a picture of a plant, swipe up on the picture and you will be able to identify the plant.

Bait and switch. Was $2.99. Now they want a weekly subscription.
