Does NOT work. Code supplied never works. Does not work. There are no reasonable English instructions on how to use

Doesn’t store the tokens. I have added multiple account including the Dashlane twice and the Authenticator keeps deleting them. It’s very frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t work.

Not a fan. It is a little silly to require 2FA for the regular Dashlane IOS app. If someone has my phone, managed to get it unlocked and the authenticator is on my phone… all a person has to do is open the authenticator app to get access to all my passwords. So all that functionality does is annoy the user- I dislike it greatly so that is why I turned off 2FA and deleted the app. Otherwise- it is a good app, plenty of time to put the authentication code in when it is required.

How to use. I can’t figure out how to use it. Dashlane wants, “Enter the 6-digit token from your Authenticator app. “ I open the app and all I see is something about MFA

Yet another Authenticator app to confuse the masses. The world has plenty of Authenticator apps already, thank you very much. Also, it seems that Dashlane on the phone now just will not let you login without it. Epic fail.

Integrate into main Dashlane App. Love the idea of pulling these all into one place, but this doesn’t need to be a separate app. Should just be a section in the main app.

Amazing. Love that Dashlane offers 2FA for extra security.

Dashlane authentication codes missing. Dashlane authentication codes keep disappearing from the app. The other codes for other accounts are there so it seems to be a Dashlane problem….

Horrible. All of my 2FA tokens just disappeared.

I literally fight this app every day. I have a technical background, I’m highly educated, I’m old enough to know what I’m doing. I don’t have time to deal with this app. It is incredibly over engineered, very difficult to use, not intuitive. For example, every time I want to use my credit cards I have to login with my Dashlane master password, but I also want to have a master password that is complex and not memorizable this is not to be easy to type in. So I generally can never use Dashlane stored credit cards. Dashlane needs to become useful for security, but not so difficult that it’s impossible to take advantage of its security features.

Two Factor Authentication For Your Own App Is Awful. Works great for other apps. If you want an Authenticator for Dashlane itself, it works terribly.

Everything disappeared. This authenticator had been working perfectly but yesterday it lost everything. I had to spend a couple hours using recovery codes to reaccess my accounts. (It doesn’t help that the Dashlane app froze every time I tried to input a recovery code.) This seems to be a problem tied to the most recent update, but 2FA is rather useless if it’s this buggy and locks me out of being able to use my password manager.

People paying for a service like this should have telephone support. I’ve already set this up and set up multiple accounts to use the Authenticator. Then a couple weeks later, randomly, for no reason the authenticator lost all of its information, and I was locked out of all my accounts, and had to go through a bunch of extra steps to gain access back to them.

Love Dashlane, but the Authenticator needs work.. I came from google authenticator. It’s simple to use and reliable but does not support Apple Watch. So I’m trying Dashlane’s since my whole family uses Dashlane. I’ve set it up multiple times on my phone but it would only show up once in awhile on my watch. Sometimes for one account, sometimes for another account, sometimes not at all. As a security app these things must work well all the time.

Disappearing 2fa tokens!!!!. I have had two different 2fa tokens completely disappear from this app! Only use if you want to get locked out of accounts.

Flawless integration with Dashlane password manager.. Moved all my codes over from my other auth apps and wow, staying secure just got way easier, especially since it auto fills the codes. Thanks for building this!

Good security. This app helps give an extra level of security for logging into websites and the password program we use. It is easy and reliable to use and install.

Fatal Flaw. It is not possible to edit the names of the accounts. I had an account get automatically named with my username rather than the name of the site itself. This will cause all sorts of confusion the moment another site does the same thing. Authy lets you edit account names; it’s hard to see how this could be overlooked here. I’m a heavy Dashlane user so this flaw is disappointing. If it’s fixed I’ll amend my review and come back (unfortunately this is far easier than dealing with their support, which requires you to email twice, or have your ticket auto-closed.)

This app stinks. I am trying to log in on a computer and it thinks my 2FA is a recovery code. Then it says the code isn’t right. It doesn’t work AT ALL.

Great Authenticator. This a great authenticator but one thing I’d like to see is to be able to categorise the MFA in to categories like the main Dashlane app.

Great aap. Really good integration with dashlane app. Very easy to use and when using computer you does not need your phone around to login to different account when you have setup 2FA with this app. Really happy with this app :).

Mobile set-up and access. Simply doesn’t work… keeps trying to set up a 2FA, asks to scan a QR code that doesn’t exist anywhere.
