Didn't work. Full of ads. Downloaded it, approved network access but it did not connect to the Samsung TV. It saw all the Firesticks but no TV. Ads all over the place. Pushing their paid version over and over.

Cannot find my TV. Bought a lifetime membership only to find out immediately that the app won’t find my TV. I’m on the same Wi-Fi, I have turned on accessibility for my IOS16. Technical support is not so technical? No one seems to be able to help.

Redundant. The whole intent and purpose of this app is to serve as a tv remote in absence of my original remote. However this purpose is redundant if I can’t select allow on my tv with no remote.

Scam. Pay for something expecting it to work and it’s worse then doing nothing.

Works ok. It deactivate to much and you have do go through a whole process to make it work with the tv again and it’s frustrating

Charged even though I cancelled before trial. I was just charged for an annual subscription even though I cancelled before trial ended. It does not work unless you have the physical remote which is why I cancelled. I can’t find a contact number to request a refund

Ridiculous but it works so far.. I just downloaded the app and the first thing I tried to do was turn down my volume… but I couldn’t as that comes at a cost. Worst part is I have the physical remote control but for some reason, despite me changing the batteries multiple times it simply doesn’t work anymore. I guess Im just going to watch it at this volume. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible. My TV was recognized before I made the payment. After I paid it didn’t work at all. I tried all troubleshooting and asked for a refund but no one replied.

App cannot connect to device. I’m afraid this app is a scam to charge you fees for an app that does not work at all. I tried all the trouble shooting advice, contacted their support through the app and submitted the problem but there doesn’t seem to be any response. I’m contacting Apple to report this as a fraud app. Luckily I purchased with my Apple Card so they’ll likely return the fee . Do not download, doesn’t work!!

Don’t waste your money. Good for Changing channels only, always says video doesn’t support format when trying to display photos or videos.

Nice app, should be free.. This app works well with Samsung smart TV’s, but the developer charges a monthly fee. Ridiculous! When I downloaded it and saw that it was a subscription service I immediately deleted it.

The app has a bit at the bottom that says “you don’t have a remote to connect, no worries just press the power button on the tv” Load the of rubbish and a waste of $39.99 I’m sure this app would be fine if you can connect it, wouldn’t know as I can’t but the fact they say it’s all good to connect without having the original remote is very annoying! I could have spent the $39.99 to buy a new remote so I basically see this app as a con!!!! Unless they refund me then it was just a genuine app fault and not a con! Refund?

App does not work Sep 2022, don’t waste your time. Samsung Smart TV shows up as connection in the app, once connected the app remote is entirely unresponsive and does not work at all. It’s not a connection issue this app is simply useless. Don’t waste your time.

Will not turn on my TV.. I don’t understand what the problem is if it is made for a Samsung TV it should work every time. What’s the use of you have to get out of bed and jump in your wheelchair and go to the other side of the room and physically turn on your TV before the remote . I filled out the troubleshooting and sent it Samsung TV remote and got no reply. It was very disappointing. I have to turn on my TV first, so Samsung TV remote app can find it on the network because when my TV is off it’s Wi-Fi is also off. When you go to turn on the On button nothing happens. Once my TV is turned on it connects to the Wi-Fi network it does not broadcast or connect to the network until the TV turned on. for me to get up to turn on the TV it takes about 15 to 20 minutes. I am severely paralyzed by the time I managed to get my legs over get my wheelchair and the position hop over into my wheelchair roll over and turn on the TV and then roll backpark my wheelchair jump back in bed undo the locks push my wheelchair forward and then drag my tray back over and into place. It is completely and totally useless without the turn on feature. I am so disappointed.
