App will not even load!. Until reading the other reviews here, I thought the trouble with the app I was having was on my end. I have installed and uninstalled, attempted to load the app on and off wi-fi. No luck. The app will not even load past acknowledging the user and privacy notices, only stated “error loading page”, and then proceeds to spin and spin indicating it is loading, but never does. Frankly, regardless of the price of the vehicle, if a feature is promised it should work. I definitely would not have expected to see such a terrible app with a company or car of this caliber, though. Very disappointing.

3rd leased jeep without a working app!. I recently leased a wagoneer and the app was setup at the dealer, but it says it's still activating. After setting up the app, I immediately got am email from Jeep saying my cancelation of the app service was successfully cancelled. I signed up for an app in front of the floor manager and didn't cancel anything. Ive leased two other jeeps and wasn't able to use the Jeep connect app with either. For such a expensive car, registering for an app should be the least burdensome thing you have to do. I should not have to call customer support for 20 minutes and not have the fix the problem. I'm deleting this app, as I've given up hope that the Jeep app developers know what they are even doing at this point.

Face ID Issues. Every other day I have to enable Face ID because for some reason, it just disables itself. Also, having an app support option would make sense.

Worst vehicle app. App won’t update to give accurate info and when remote started, you can’t unlock the doors without shutting the vehicle off. Hopefully they fix these issues soon. I’ve had the Wagoneer for a month now and love the vehicle but the app disappointing.

Replaced my Mercedes. Just picked up my Grand Wagoneer and the app and remote access is better than my Mercedes S Class. Well done - hoping for years of enjoyment

Frustrated already. I just downloaded the app today and every time I hit next after putting in the vin number the app shuts off.. I have tried deleting and downloading again and still the same issue.. this app is no good to me if I can’t even get it set up without closing down.

App is ok. They app is great. Until it comes down to not being able to use it because they want you to pay a monthly subscription fee. I mean you pay 100,000 dollars for a vehicle at last they could do is include this service.

Weak start. Great: - remote (un)lock Would be good if worked: - gas levels, mileage, engine status (these haven’t updated in 30+ days for me despite claiming to work in real-time) - parking location (have to manually refresh instead of ‘just works’) Bad: - sales pitch for dealerships & Mopar parts - pretty limited functionality but hopefully improves over time

App Stopped Syncing w/ Car. App worked great for the first two weeks however has now failed to update with the latest data from the car for over 3 weeks. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, nothing has fixed it. Remote start still works however so it gets 2 stars.

What’s the point?. It’s stuck on “activation of service in process. We’re configuring your vehicle. Please try again later” for months. It does nothing. It’s an expensive car to have a crappy app. Chevy app is so much better even after trial is finished.

Stops working & worthless. App stops working a few months after downloading. My app will not even recognize my vin number. Also it loves to set off your car alarm when opening the door even though your keys are in your pocket. Totally aggravating…

App not working. My app for my Wagoneer has not worked since I bought it. For the first 3 weeks, the app would come on and go right back off. After this issue seemed to be taken care of, now, i have the issue of it not wanting to do any of the remote functions to the Wagoneer. My experience has not been a good one with this app. Hoping in time that it will prove to be useful.

Possibly worst app in the history of apps. I have had the gym app the ford app the Lincoln app and I have never seen anything as bad as this app. 1)It doesn’t refresh 2) when you really need it it won’t work 3) it just spins and won’t work. We wish I had bought the Cadillac!!!!!!

App Crashes. App doesn’t work! Worked when I registered it and then stopped working. Updated iPhone, uninstalled/reinstalled and also tried on my husband’s phone and it does the same thing. Obviously problems with this app that need to be corrected!

Won’t update. My app is still showing my mileage, file level, and oil from march 28th and will not update. I’ve logged out and back in again. I’ve restarted my phone.

Worked briefly. Worked for 3 days and now crashes every time. iOS updated, did hard reset, deleted app and reinstalled and nada. 🤷‍♂️

App always needs updates before can use. Every time I try to use the app to start the vehicle I must 1st update the app then redo all the log in info. By the time I get this done I’ll be at my vehicle or close enough the remote works. It would be nice if there was consistency to sp work and notifications when the Spp needs updates.

This app doesn’t work very welll. The app is kinda useless. I try to use it to lock/unlock my Wagoneer and it just spins and never does anything. The app also shows my oil life as 30% so I didn’t complete a change before my road trip. Come to find out, the oil life was actually much lower and I got a “Oil Chang required” alert two hours into my trip. On a positive note, the app looks great. Just don’t rely on it.

Awesome. This is a great. I cannot afford a Wagoneer due to my low paying job as a nebulous electron traffic coordinator, but with this app I can pretend like I do. I was out at parcheesi night at the local Elks club and the app icon caught the eye of a drunken local. “Oooh! Lookie here we got a fancy guy here with his wagoneer, must be some kind of celebrity, mr fancy pants!” Before I knew it I was overdrafting my checking account buying rounds for the entire club. Great job developers in making an app that makes me feel special inside.

Worthless. My app was great the first 2 months I had my car. But it stopped updating in February. At least I could still lock and unlock my car, but for the last week I have not even been able to get into the app. It has been saying activation of service in progress. Ever since I brought it in for a software update. So as of now this app is completely useless

Does Absolutely Nothing. Bought our Wagoneer over 3 weeks ago and still doesn’t work. Gives an error when I try to sign in. Wont even let me forget password. Gives error every time! Dealership couldn’t help at all. I knew I should have bought another Ford. Their app for my truck works every time. Don’t even bother downloading this thing. It’s the equivalent of a digital paper weight!

Sales Pitch Fail. The app worked until 500 miles and then stuck for several months with the same mileage. Deleted the app and reloaded several times. Mileage finally started working and now the auto start and unlock features are missing from the app. I have had my Wagoneer for nearly a year and the app has only worked properly for about two months the whole time. No location either.

Intermittent. This app likes to go through phases where it will not work for two weeks, and it always seems to be when it is the coldest outside. Perhaps there is a correlation? Aggravating spending as much on a vehicle and then $15 a month on an app to not be able to start the Wagoneer when I’m at work and it’s -10 F outside.

Month subscription?!??. I have a Chevrolet and a BMW both those apps I can use to lock unlock and start my car without being charged a membership fee for app to do so.

Features don’t work. Downloaded the app on 2 different phones. All info like mileage and fuel level show to be correct, however remote start, door locks, etc doesn’t work on either phone. Pretty frustrating

Grand Wagoneer Sinks. I miss placed my key fob and got locked out of the app for one hour. Customer support was not able to reset my pin or unlock my car remotely. I am more frustrated than you could imagine. Now they want me to pay for this service after the trial. Not a Happy customer after spending over 100k on a car

Technology. Why doesn’t the Apple watch support connect on my watch face. GMC has been approved and forums and boards across the internet have been begging for this for 5 years.

App is pretty cool. So far haven’t had any issues with the app working properly miles stay updated locks always work only reason it’s not 5 stars is it shows my vehicle about 100 miles into the Gulf of Mexico other than that it’s been great!

Doesn’t work. Spent $120k on a car and the app doesn’t work. Now there’s a recall that no one reached out about and my sales guy tells me the way to find out if the recall impacts my is to check the app. NEW FLASH. This app doesn’t function, AT ALL. Fix it or at least inform your employees so they stop providing horrible customer service to your to customers.

Disappointed. Love the thought of being able to start or lock/unlock from a distance…..however I’m finding that the features hardly EVER work! So frustrating to have to pay for something that barely works 😩

Doesn’t work. This app is trash. It doesn’t work at all, my truck hasn’t updated in 3 weeks. HQ said in December 2021 they were updating and making the app better, I’m still waiting. How expensive the vehicle is the app should at least work.

Horrid App. the app doesnt work and it does not integrate with the Jeep app or the Ram app. Will not activate and the FCA support is a joke. three phone calls and they cant figure out the error, $100k for a vehicle and they cant get the app to work!!!

Great when it actually works. The app would be great if all the features actually worked! It worked for 2 months and now hasn't worked for 80+ days! Doesn't update mileage, oil, gas, etc. call support and they say "there is nothing we can do."

And I thought it couldn’t get worse…. I have had my Grand Wagoneer for almost seven months. For the first four months the app never updated. It just showed gas, tire pressure and all details from my purchase date. It then worked for two months, but for almost a month now has only said “Activation of service in progress. We’re configuring your vehicle. Please try again later.” It is even more useless now than before. Well done Jeep.

App features stopped working. We pay for the monthly subscription and now for the last two weeks we cannot remote start/lock or unlock. Vehicle health updates but nothing else works?? It feels like a waste of $15 a month.

Good overall. Some rough edges.. As there is no straightforward way to communicate with the developers of this app I will just leave this here: Overall the app is nice and helpful and gives good information and has decent functionality. However the requirement to enter the security pin constantly is incredibly annoying. What is worse is that the function to enable Face ID (rather than using the security pin) does not persist. Every time this is enabled, by me or my wife, it is reset at some point in the future.

Unstable. The app has sporadic glitches. Today I cannot access dealer information or my current Wagoneer services. On other occasions, features cease working and toggle to operational on their own without any action on the part of the user or update being performed.

Vehicle location. The location usally works but sometimes it won’t load the location! Is there a way to turn off the location from the car or only from the app?

Wagoneer app and what it doesn’t do. This app is ok for locating your car. But using lights and horns though is annoying in a world where gps is so accurate. Why not guide the phone to the car? Also being able to lock, unlock, and start your car is ok. But no being able to tell “IF” my car is locked, or unlocked from the app is stupid, and for a premium vehicle should be standard. Also time based notification should be available if my Wagoneer is unlocked during set hours. Being able to remote start, set the temperature control, turn on the heated / cooled seats for my family remotely should also be a function of the app but isn’t. For such an expensive vehicle such features should be standard.

I love love my new Wagoneer!. Once you experience the Wagoneer you will never want to drive anything else !!!

Worthless unless you pay $15/mo. Spend $70,000 on a car and it doesn’t even come with an app that car remote start or lock your vehicle. My base F150 has that capability, but Jeep won’t let you have it unless you sign up for the service at $15/mo. Madness - app is worthless.

Wagoneer. I love this app. And I hate apps and smart phones. This app is highly user-friendly and creates great convenience to keep an eye on vehicle health and comfort.

Doesn’t work. This app is terrible. I cannot get past the legal agreement page- every time I try, it says “error occurred while loading please try again.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried over the course of several days. I have no idea if the actual app is any good bc I cannot get past the registration.

Doesn’t work. The miles and vehicle health have never updated. I called about a month after owning it and they said they were working on it. It has been another month and it still has not updated. Update: I was contacted by the app support team from Jeep after this review. I gave them the info on my vehicle on 4.13. We will see if anything comes of it, but based on the multiple reviews over the past few months saying the exact same thing I am not hopeful. Pretty misleading that this app somehow has such a high rating. Also, the review at the top is obviously sarcastic and I love that they replied to it thanking the reviewer.

Grand Wagoneer. When I got my GW I immediately downloaded the app so I could start it with out having to use the key remote. But after a while it stop working. I went to the dealership and the manger told me to delete the app and re install it. But once I did that the option to turn on my GW did not appear anymore along with other features. The app is pretty much useless for me now.

Itinerary. When purchasing a new Wagoneer please make sure that you find out if any of the services (apps, subscriptions, connections, wi-if, etc.) have ever been in any one else’s name if you are being sold a ‘demo’. Wait while the dealership sends in the paperwork to Wagoneer with confirmation in hand that you are the owner. Make sure you ask before hand and get a detailed list of what apps and subscriptions are needed to access what features, what apps are dependent upon other apps and the instructions on how to get them and in what order all of the aforementioned needs to be done. Because of the dealership lying to me my situation has been going on with Wagoneer for over a month now. Wagoneer has been nice and tried to help me as much as possible so far. But just take this advice as you have been warned !!!!

Face ID. This app would be much better if Face ID could be used, rather than a pin every time I want to lock, unlock, or auto start. Other than that its a decent app

Concerned. I’m loving my Grand Wagoneer it’s got Moxie. But I’m very concerned because of all the problems that I’ve been hearing and reading about. Which I thought maybe myth until yesterday. I got a notification that my Battery was below the required charging voltage requirement. A lot of the problems I’ve read about seems to have something to do with Uconnect. The reason I’m saying this is because it was a week before I activated Uconnect. There were no problems until I activated services a day ago. I was going to go with the Lincoln Navigator I hope I did not make a mistake as I’ve never had any trouble with any of my Jeeps.

What am I paying for??!!. This app seems to never work consistently. For the past two months (in the dead of winter of course) it will never successfully start the car. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app, verified it’s on the latest version, logged out, logged back in…still doesn’t work. I would say that it probably works less than 50% of the time since I owned the car (bought April 22)

Great app! But. This app works great most of the time! One thing that I suggest is when you open the app it should show if the vehicle is locked or unlocked. Sometimes I will forget if I locked my vehicle. It would be nice to see that!

Haven’t been able to use it yet. Doesn’t go past the first screen and when I asked the dealership they said the app isn’t working right now. Sucks to be the free limited trial and not working… obviously I wouldn’t pay for this.

Would give 0 but I can’t. It says my vin number is wrong I have tried both the jeep and wagoneer apps multiple times and neither work

Meh at best. Land Rover app blows this out if the water. This is a glorified key fob at best.

Rip off for monthly fee!. Zero climate control. Kia connect blows this crap out of the water and it’s free! Drop 110k and a vehicle and this is the garbage you get. The demise of the big 3 can’t come fast enough.

App Crashing-Can’t even register. Every time the VIN is entered manually, the app crashes. Tried the scan the bar code feature, vehicle cannot be found. For goodness sake, they’re high end vehicles, they deserve high end app developers.

Does not work. We have tried more than once to try to start the Wagoneer via the app. It doesn’t work.

Service. Don’t believe this. Making an appointment is ridiculous, if you can even get one without waiting weeks. But I shouldn’t be so crass, it already has 251 miles on it

Never updates. The app never updates. Even if you delete it and start over, it still does not update.

Service is terrible. Lets start by saying I purchased a grand Wagoneer series 3 obsidian. In the 2 weeks I have owned the car I have had multiple problems. Screens in rear won’t turn on, car wouldn’t start on 3 different occasions, suspension has put out an error code and check light on for transmission fluid over heating. When it did start for the 3rd time I call in the app to get roadside assistance aka my driveway. They just plainly and rudely said take it to a dealer and have them look it. There was no sorry for your issues or anything. $120,000 car with 245 miles on with lots of issues, I expect a little compassion or empathy from the so called great service they say they will provide with the car. I had roadside come out and jumpstart the car and drove it to a dealer on Saturday at 10am and didn’t get any service 45 minutes. The service department then told me they couldn’t look at it until Monday. Now on Monday at 2pm I had to call in to get an update. They then told me no one has looked at it but I’m a so called priority. Both with the app and the dealer have said they are escalating it. No contact from anyone! I’ve been doing all the leg to find out what is going on! I’m so frustrated and would tell anyone don’t buy this car!

Needs a lot of work. Compared to GM and high line vehicles App needs a lot of work Gas tank and vehicle updates could be 16 days out I am sure its too new and updates will come

Not working !. So much for paying for $100,000. Vehicle ! This app has not been working since February so incredible , when I mean not working I literally mean not working whatsoever one but nothing works.

Will not update. I am on day 76 of the same screen. This app will not update. Yes I can still start my truck but NO information is available. Sad! $100,000 trick with a $2 app.

App won’t even open. Phone completely up to date on all software and the app won’t stay open, shuts down and closes as soon as I open. Cannot register my new vehicle at all.

Great Vehicle. The Hurricane Twin Turbo engine is superb. The Wagoner’s interior is 2nd to none.

App doesn’t work. I bought a 2022 Wagoneer and this app doesn’t work. I have deleted it and reinstalled and still doesn’t update the stats of my vehicle when I open it.

Does not update. Deleted app and reinstalled, still will not update, although the remote start will work.

Works poorly. Does not work. Sometimes the fuel level is correct but does not lock or unlock doors, start car or sound horn. Needs serious updates

Locked out. Make sure you always have your keys with you!! It’s locked me out more times than I can remember!! It will start but nothing more.

Hasn’t worked since I purchased my wag. Bought a wagoneer carbide 12/27 and the app hasn’t worked. Wagoneer escalates it and I get the same excuses. It’s weird it worked on my 23 wagoneer from day one. I’m over it.

Works some of the time.. The engine start works but the unlock doesn’t.
