Can’t load my car into the App. Got the app due to the old one being replaced with this new App. Unfortunately the app will not load my vehicle after entering the VIN #, it continually says “Error occurred while loading, Please try again”. Until this error is corrected the new app is useless.

Just About Useless Unless You Pay. Like other reviewers I replaced the old white app with this one as Chrysler instructed all users. After initial signon problems were solved I can’t see my odometer reading or vehicle health. Chrysler IT team says that’s the way it’s supposed to work unless you pay for a subscription. I thought Chrysler was a premium brand but apparently not. My Lexus app has all those features without needing a subscription. Even my clothes washer’s app provides more useful real time information than this waste of time, and without needing a subscription.

Does not update data. Very dissatisfied with APP. Despite all my efforts and multiple phone calls to customer service, this APP doesn’t update my mileage or oil change gauge. I had my oil changed in July 2023 and it says I’m past due for it. I have Guardian as my vendor and they can’t fix the APP problem.

It should be 0. I can’t even get into my account. I changed my password at least ten times now and I’m locked out of my account according to the app and website but my Uconnect app accepts my old password and faceid set up. So I actually rate this app as a 0 star since I can’t even use it. What a waste of phone space.

Doesn’t Compared to Chevy. Freezes up often and is way over priced 25$ a month is almost double what Chevy charges and Chevy offers more.

Literally useless. Like many others, I downloaded this app because the old one says it’s being discontinued. But this app does literally nothing other than display my VIN and show a button to call and activate a subscription. Why does scheduling service or viewing service history require a subscription? The old app would at least do those things.

Works on occasion. App needs to be updated. Occasionally logs me out. Not as many features as the previous UConnect app I used for my 2022 Chrysler 300. Also no longer has my model car in app, has a van or something instead f my sedan. I’m not very satisfied with this app

Unreliable and almost irrelevant/not useful. Since the last update of the app the request to the vehicle for charging status has stopped working. Beyond that; I’ve used the remote lock feature in real time once or twice. Without any real detailed charging data, unreliable status updates, and not many other features of value - I don’t see a great case to renew the subscription to this service. At minimum a paid service and app should consistently and reliably provide the services being offered. Especially from a global publicly traded corporation with deep pockets. We’ve had cars for around 100 years without a screen telling us oil and tire pressure status. I for one, could go 100 more. What’s the value add of this service?

App Issues. At this point can only give a one-star review. I have a 2020 Chrysler 300s AWD and I am having issues with the Chrysler Mobile App. I signed up for SiriusXM Guardian on December 21, 2023 and I have been having issues with the mobile app since day one. While the app does show a picture of my vehicle none of the remote applications within it the app works such as the correct fuel level and odometer reading, door unlock/lock, remote start or horn blowing or vehicle location. I called customer service about this issue and I was told it could take upto 6 days for all vehicle to sync with the app, which seems kind of weird since previous vehicles I have owned with Mobile App features would sync with the vehicle, in fact it would sync within seconds. I had to manually type in the preferred dealer via the Mopar Website, as the app crashes each time I have attempted to do so. I am emailing you all in hopes that this issue can be resolved, because Customer Service seems to be at a loss with resolving the issues and from looking at reviews I see other Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Owners are having similar issues.

Garage. I’m in my car and it won’t allow me to add my vehicle. Useless. I was forced to switch from the Uconnect. Now can’t even get my vehicle loaded. Not even giving me the option to enter manually.

“Upgrade” won’t even let me connect my car. So I bought a used Pacifica, I’ve had it for a couple of weeks, the car itself is only about 5 years old. The old app, the one for “owners” worked great. This one literally won’t even let me enroll my car into the app. I called customer service, and while they helped me with some car questions I had, they weren’t able to get my car entered into the app. Until this issue is fixed, I certainly can’t recommend it to anyone.

Upset and confused. I Connect just kicked me off a couple days ago, without enough of an explanation to understand fully why. I downloaded this app, as directed by them, but there’s zero explanation, no carry over, etc.. my car still has U Connect features all over the screen. Will this new app start, un/lock my car? It doesn’t mention it at all. The page is blank where it says “links to services”…. Very disappointed all around.

New version is terrible. The newest version has taken away remote start?!?! I paid for it on my car, and now I can’t even use it??? Can’t find any options I used to have Going to app support only takes me to marketing for Sirius FM, which I do not care about. Why can’t they just make things intuitive and user friendly, and make the options people actually want to use available in the Home Screen, and LOOSE THE MARKETING stuff. Didn’t love the old one, but HATE the new one.

Subpar not too helpful. Keep signing you out so you always have to sign in. There is a lock and unlock buttonBut it doesn’t tell you what position the car is currently in so you’re not sure if the car is currently locked or unlocked whenever you sign in.

Useless. I was forced to “upgrade” to the new app. The only thing I was interested in it was for the odometer and oil life. Now, I can’t even see that without a subscription. They got plenty of money from me with the vehicle purchase and continue as I go to the dealer for service. There is no reason for me to continue to pay them so I can see my oil life from my couch. I think they overestimate what they are providing.

Disappointing app switch as a plug in hybrid owner. Was recently forced to make the switch from the Uconnect app and this one has been an absolute disappointment as a plug in hybrid owner. I no longer have visibility to the miles run as hybrid vs electric, charging information is extremely limited, not intuitive to get to and all I can see is how much time is left charging. Please give us back visibility to battery percentages, mileage breakdown, etc. If I didn’t own a plug in hybrid I would say the app is great, one improvement over Uconnect is that you only need to enter your pin once every 10 min to do commands like start the car, lock doors, etc. Please consider your plug in hybrid owners, and give us back the features that existed in the app we were forced over from.

Bring back the old white Mopar app. Can’t get the coupons or deals from the app so I don’t have to spend almost $200 on an oil change. Still can’t get a service appointment through the app like the old white Mopar app. Stellanis has only gotten one problem fixed out the many. Still can’t see my extended lifetime bumper to bumper warranty and they say they won’t do that. Stellanis is the reason my Chrysler will be the last Mopar product I will buy after being a loyal Mopar owner since 1969.

:(. I cannot unlock or lock or remote start my car even though I apparently have the option. This app doesn’t show anywhere to get subscription to add any of those, it’s an app to remind you what type of car you have. This is ridiculous.

Face ID not working. My wife and I both have the app. She was able to setup Face ID without an issue but as soon as I select it and enter my pin it comes up with an error. Face ID could not be validated. Face ID works for every other apps it has been enabled for.

Needs An Update. The app is easy to use & I like that it’s also available on my watch. It’s infuriating not being able to use a Siri shortcut to remote start the car. There are no options to adjust my climate settings & the app requires a passcode instead of Face ID. This app doesn’t feel modern.

Uconnect was better. I recently decided to renew my Sirius Remote services thru the winter months and besides initially downloading this app and setting up the account, I’ve never been able to log in again. There’s always an error. I’ve been thru all of the steps and have even contacted support with no resolution. I never had these issues with Uconnect.

Serious problems. Bought new Chrysler, couldn’t upgrade to new car. Couldn’t delete old Chrysler, so I deleted account. Tried to start fresh to register new car. Said my email was already used. That is as far as I could get because I have only one email and I have no other option . Bummer.

Can’t get it to work. I expected more from such a reputable company. The app could benefit from significant improvement. Update: Thank Rob. Appreciate the response. Glad some is reading these. The issues are so common that I believe it is a waste of time for consumer to call/email. If you read other reviews out there you will see pattern and your QA team should be able to catch these before release. It will be great to read what is being addressed to fix. Also, will be a good idea to list all existing issues on a version. For me trying to add a dealer was problematic. It keep disappearing. 20 minutes into it, I got frustrated and decided it is less effort do live without this app. Thanks and Good Luck!

Zero Functionality of Prior UConnect App. After messing with this app for a solid 30 minutes, I have realized that I have almost zero functionality compared to the prior UConnect app. I can’t even lock/unlock my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. I basically just get mileage and oil life. No idea why this is supposed to be better, but my guess is that this platform will allow Chrysler to charge for functions we used to get for free. Bless.

Just got the new car. App looks pretty cool will tell you more as I start using it

Charge Event not considering the schedule. We are using schedule to charge the Pacifica hybrid and also using ChargeSmart MA app to receive discount from utility company when charging Off-peak. However, Chrysler app only sends information to ChargeSmart app if the charger was plugged in or unplugged. Is not sending information about the schedule itself! This is very unfair as I'm losing credits that could lower my bill a little! This should be improved! Other than that the app is very good.

So so …. I downloaded app and I am a subscriber. The app used to allow you to refresh and request new data but that functionality has been taken away. When I plug in to charge the automatic refresh doesn’t always happen. Also I’d like to turn off email and text notifications and only get a push from the app but so far I have not been able to do that either.

Good luck registering your car. I can’t decide which is worse, the salesman who didn’t send the right email or the tech support from Sirius XM who you need to call to add your car to this app. To add a car, you can scan the VIN, except the app does not work and can’t scan the VIN. The next option is to add the VIN manually but it does not recognize the VIN and tells you to call a number. Two long phone calls later, I had to Fax (what year is it?) proof that I owned the car. After faxing, I was told to call back tomorrow because faxing takes a while to process. Still don’t have access. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Doesn’t work on my car. I purchased the SiriusXM guardian package a few months ago and it wasn’t working in my car (Chrysler 300 C 2017) I’ve tried every app and everything they suggested. So I canceled my subscription. so two months ago I end up getting the subscription activated again because they said it should be working, which is still not working. Recently took my car to the dealership and they told me that my car is no longer compatible with this feature because they took down the 3G towers. So long story short, I’ve been asking for a refund because I never got a chance to even use it at all. Two months of subscriptions going down the drain. Smh🤦🏽‍♂️😡

Not worth the extra yearly fees. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. I have been on the phone with them multiple times and it magically works whenever they send codes to my car but the next time I go to use the app it does not work. I had no problem with my uconnect services when I had the uconnect app to start my car. Now that it’s transitioned over to this piece of crap app it works maybe 1% of the time. Customer service makes you jump thru unnecessary hoops every time you call with no resolution and honestly I’m not paying to renew my service ever again. I will just get a reliable after market alarm that has app access that is worth the money because this app is useless!

Recommended improvement. The new app is a great step up from the old guardian app that was lacking. A suggested upgrade that would be amazing is the ability to schedule a remote start. For security reasons maybe a notification comes up earlier than the scheduled time to confirm the intent to start at that time. Let’s make this happen Chrysler!! :-D

Clunky, unreliable, slow. The app forgets me all the time so I always have to log back in; always forgets facial recognition; is slow to respond when trying to get updates on charge level. I find that it’s easier to go to the garage to check whether the vehicle is charged as opposed to trying to get this app to work.

Miami LaKes Auto Mall Chrysler. It was a very positive and enjoyable experience. Andrew Allen, the salesman was terrific. He try to help on every step. He was and is an exemplary individual. My total experience was extremely positive. I have returned twice for questions and the sales manager was very accommodating. If you buying a new car this is the place.

doors locked or unlocked status. Vehicle status doors locked or unlocked, engine running, etc. should be viewable from the opening page on the app.

New Black App is Horrible. The old white Chrysler App was perfect, which showed my extended lifetime warranty and I was able to get coupons and set appointments to my dealership. At first I was excited for the new black app, but as soon as downloaded it was horrible. I kept using the old white app until Chrysler disabled it. JUST DO ALL CHRYSLER OWNERS A FAVOR, AND BRING THE OLD WHITE APP BACK.

Complicated infotainment system.. Ridiculously complex infotainment system. Had the 2023 Chrysler Pacifica for approximately 30 hours and probably spent close to four hours getting the radio in order with Apple CarPlay. The wireless pad does not seem to work well and will be dealt with when I have time to bring it back to the dealer. I did have good luck with Chrysler support and he did have me reboot the radio and helped out to the best of his ability. With a cord things are operating properly, but the is wireless is not doing well at all. My 2019 Pacifica Limited was Way easier to operate than this one. I would think would be just the opposite Possibly there’s too much technology. Hopefully I’ll get use to it.

Missing Information that was in UConnect App. All of a sudden I don’t see if my van is plugged in. When it did, the app showed how much time remained to fully charge and current battery level. Also gave options to turn on the vehicle and lock it. I have a SiruisXM subscription with the remote package. Other than that, all other info provided is great.

Cannot use. Like so many others leaving bad reviews, the existing Mopar app insisted that I install this new Chrysler app. When I enter my VIN into the Chrysler app, the car is discovered but "cannot be added" to the app, presumably because I do not have a Sirius Connect subscription. Frustrating. I can’t believe this app wasn’t tested more.

So. I tried to login and it kept saying account locked and I try verified my email and it would never load so try again later so I waded for maybe an couple hours and then try again and it kept saying account locked so then I used my other email and it also said it was account locked and I also again tried to verify my email but it would never load so then I just gave up so now I’m righting a review of my experience

Useless without SiriusXM Guardian. The old Mopar app gives me useful information for my car without forcing me to subscribe to SiriusXM Guardian. I installed this app because the old one that works prompted me to die to it being discontinued. Now all I get on login is a non-dismissible screen for my 2018 Pacifica that says I don’t have an active subscription and to call them to get one. So the app is utterly useless for me. Added to that is that I can’t even add my older 2015 Chrysler 200 to the app at all. I just get an error saying my vehicle can’t be added to my account. Either the app is just broken, or they didn’t account for older vehicles that don’t support Guardian. Either way, in its current form this app is useless and is getting uninstalled.

What happened?. I’ve had the app for 6 weeks. Loved it. BUT It didn’t want to update the location yesterday of the vehicle and it usually does it in the background without a refresh. Then, today…Suddenly it has decided to sign me out (for the first time) and lock my account. Now I cannot even log into the website portal. I’ve tried resetting the password through the website and the app did the same thing. There’s no way to report an issue than this revue because there’s no help link on the main page of the app other than resetting your password. Today is my birthday and instead of enjoying it I’m sitting here frustrated and trying to fix this.

Issues with app. I’ve try to add my car but there’s no option for me to click somewhere to add my information it just shows a blank page telling me I can add my car with the vin number but it doesn’t show any option to click it so I can add it

App not accepting VIN. I used the previous version with great success. The new version of the app does not accept my VIN. I tried calling and the phone menu is only about subscription services and not the app. It doesn’t even display the full error that is occurring. It appears some error info is covered by the “Return to dashboard” button. Old app is obstructed by constant reminders to use/ download the new app. What happened?

Upset. I have the app and I’m connected to Uconnect, but when I go to log into the Chrysler thing because it was updated from the Mopar app, it won’t let me sign in at all. I created like three new passwords and it still doesn’t let me. so now my Uconnect app is worthless. I cannot start my car or anything with my phone.

App Doesn’t Work. I cannot do anything within the app other than add the nickname for my car. I tried to connect my car, app can’t locate it. I tried to set my preferred dealer, it won’t show up on the list and when I find it on the map I can’t select it. When I enter different information to try to find it, the list of dealers disappears from the screen and the only thing visible is the map. There is no option to refresh the screen or back out of it. It just crashes. I am having to close the app, reopen it and start all over. This process has had to be repeated more than a handful of times in the past 5 minutes alone. The app is basically unusable. It simply does not work.

Can you add more that one vehicle?. I have a 2021 Ram and 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. They were both in the UConnect app and everything thing worked fine. When the UConnect app was no longer supported and I was forced to download this app, the Pacifica was already shown when I logged in for the first time. I was unable to add the Ram to the the Ram app. Sent an email to the address that is always mentioned in the developers responses. After a couple of days, the Ram suddenly shows up on the Chrysler and Ram app but now the Pacifica is not in either app. Both vehicles are there on the Mopar site. Contacted an “Agent” and they couldn’t get the Pacifica added to the app. So I am paying for SiriusXM Guardian and I am currently unable to use it for the Pacifica through this app.

Battery Charge % missing. When the change apps my hybrid battery charge is now just a mile bar graph with no charge percentage. I got a totally unacceptable response when I emailed Chrysler and Uconnect to re-add my car in the garage of the app. Now they have disabled the old app and I now have no way to remotely view my battery charge%. I no longer have a reason to pay for Uconnect. Either add the battery charge % or I will not be renewing g Uconnect!

Info did not update correctly.. I just signed up for the service again. I consulted it to see if the Pacifica was fully charged, and the service reported that it had not been charged, and in fact was unplugged. In reality, it had been plugged in all night, and was fully charged.

Disappointed. On attempting to open the U connect app I’ve appreciated for years, I learned Chrysler updated to this new app and was prompted to download. I cannot log in. I didn’t receive any notification that told me about this change or to create a new account. Do I need to register for a new account?

Doesn’t remote start. This is the second time in a week when the app says the car has been started and it wasn’t. The weather is -23 real feel and having a cold car when you pay for an app to start it is ridiculous. The car starts just fine once I get in it so it’s not like the battery is bad or it’s too cold.

Good but…. Schedules are not working and this is arguably the best feature. I need to go in the car to update charging schedules and planned start.

VIN Won’t even Register!!!!!. Literally tried my VIN millions of times and if would not work, it kept saying it’s invalid , I would do the last 8 and even tried the first to see what happens but nothing works and I have found nothing online

It’s Ok, but a far cry from what it could be. Overall design is laggy, and isn’t very user friendly especially for the PHEV. -App shows that the vehicle is plugged in, but you have to tap the status box to confirm if it’s actually charging, and even then, it’s a bit ambiguous. What if the app showed an animation (little electrons flowing into the car or something like that)? That way, you get the live status at a glance, without the conflicting or ambiguous info - is it plugged in and charging, or just plugged in? -The app allows you to change the charging schedule, but it doesn’t sync to the vehicle. So you have to go to the vehicle to actually make the schedule change stick. -Location is slow to update. -No charging stats or data - just how full the battery is (or isn’t), and how full the gas tank is. What if it showed the odometer settings like on the hybrid info page in the driver display -miles/km driven on battery vs driven on gas? KWh used, or even better, electricity cost? -On the Health page, if you tap any of the categories, the next level down menu just displays “power train. Engine malfunction” and a blurb about the indicator light. This might lead a user to think there’s an engine malfunction while everything is working fine. It seems like someone said “make an app”, but didn’t think through what users actually might want. Or ask the users what functionality they want. Have a look at the Tesla app to see what a good car app could be.

Most recent update break everything. The most recent update is not showing the charging percentage and also the vehicle location is not updated at all. Even after multiple try to refresh the charging status it doesn't work at all, Open door and close door function sometimes come back with error.

Chrysler app is garbage. This is the worst app ever! After taking almost a month and probably 30 phone calls I now am connected to the app, and nothing works! Doors don’t open and can’t start it, what a joke! And they want money for this service!

Refresh sucks. Very bad to refresh battery status. Door lock/unlock, ok. Remote start ok

Chrysler app. Your new Chrysler app is terrible! The Uconnect app much better and easier to use. Who was the idiot that created it.

Remote services unavailable.. The app is professionally designed but it’s missing one key function, the remote services are not working. For whatever reason it cannot remote start my vehicle or find it’s GPS location. The only thing that works in the app is my fuel gauge percentage.

Pacifica Hybrid Schedule not working. This new app isn’t working to make changes to the Climate Schedule of my 2021 Pacifica Hybrid. The old UConnect app still works but this one doesn’t. It just gives an error or something.

Starts the wrong vehicle. I have multiple cars on my account. The app continuously picks the wrong vehicle to start. Very poor condition for garage storage vehicles.

Won’t recognize VIN. Scanner for VIN doesn’t work and when I type it in manually, says it’s not valid.

Unusable.. Terrible. Couldn’t even search for the vin #, app immediately crashes once type in. Scanner also didn’t work jus immediately calls it an invalid vin.

Literally does nothing. This app literally does nothing. It tells me there is no active uconnect subscription for my vehicle and displays no other information.

App just crashes when entering VIN. Useless at the moment. Mopar app used to work well. I have an iPhone 14 Pro so it is not a phone issue.

Not Working. I got a message that app for owners would no longer be supported. Can’t get past entering my VIN😥

VIN not valid. Downloaded app as update to other Chrysler apps and the app will not accept my VIN either scanned or manually input. What are the years and models that this app recognizes. Am not rating really any stars as I cannot use.

Doesn’t work. Same as other comments, won’t register after entering VIN.

App doesn’t work properly. I have two vehicles in my garage at mopar.com. If I login with the Jeep app I only see my Jeep in the garage. If I login with the Chrysler app it opens the Jeep app and only the Jeep shows Please fix the Jeep app to show all vehicles or make the Chrysler app open Chrysler and not Jeep.

Customer Service. Worst ever. Reps don’t even know how their own system works.

No Mopar Vehicle Protection data?. Why does this new app not provide the customer with MVP data? MVP was available on the previous app.

Simply Awesome. This app is fantastic!!!

Pretty good. The app functions appropriately, but the one thing that is a joke is the contrast on the PIN number dots on the pin code screen. Dark gray to black? You cannot tell what numbers you are pressing. I’m pretty sure a11y standards require more than 4:1 contrast ratio.

Vin number not found. Bar code scanner for Vin does not work and manual entry says vin number not found.

Vehicle cannot be added. Entered last 8 digits of the VIN (as requested)...now stuck at the "this vehicle cannot be added" message

Will not accept VIN. I rarely write reviews but feel I must this time. I have a 2010 Ram and a 2006 300 Touring. I had the old Mopar app and it worked fine with both vehicles. Now that it’s unsupported, I downloaded the Ram app and the Chrysler app. I added the truck to the Ram app just fine. When I logged into the Chrysler app, it shows Dodge on the screen (same on the Ram app) and vehicle on the header is my Ram. It looks like the same information, just different window dressing for the icons. I had to drill down to add a vehicle - not very user friendly - and for whatever reason, whether scanning the VIN or entering manually off the VIN plate and service records, I get an error message saying “vehicle not found please enter a valid VIN. I’ve deleted apps and reinstalled and still get the same problem. Same error message each time. Lastly, it would sure be nice to get service records through the app, I take my vehicles to the dealer, so records should be simple, right? Not to mention parts and accessories. What happened? The My Mopar app was so much better.

garbage. Your VIN can’t be added call agent. Also old app was great I can see dealer, get coupon etc. This app forces you to buy a subscription, why? To. Schedule a service. no thankyou. My next car won’t be a Chrysler that’s for sure.

Updated and no longer working.. I was able to use the app remote start and unlock my car. Now I can even add my car.

I can’t log in. I reset my password twice but it won’t let me log in. After a few tries it locked my account and doesn’t give me any recourse for fixing it.

Can’t add vehicle. It says my van vin is not valid

Terrible. Old app was fine. New app can’t find my vehicle. Why didn’t you just update the old app? Useless.

Worthless. App won’t accept my vin and I certainly am not going to waste more time sitting on the phone with some agent.

Doesn’t Work. The second I type in my VIN, the app crashes and restarts. Loops this forever.

Can’t log in. Clicked forgot password, uploaded with new password, system locked me out.

Review. It takes forever for the door to lock/unlock

Gas level missing in the app. The new app doesn’t have the gas level in the app.

I can’t find the driver profile QR code?. I have a 2019 300S and I can’t for the life of me figure out where you find this code at. It’s not under settings nor vehicle user guide.

Cannot use without Sirius subscription. Could not register VIN without active Sirius subscription

App doesn’t refresh. Why doesn’t the charge section of the app refresh? It’s been stuck on April 2nd, it’s now April 7th and I can not refresh the fuel and charge level.

Nothing there. I have been unable to add my car to my Chrysler app. It keeps telling me the vin is invalid. When I called the number on the screen for help all I get is Sirius and Sirius radio help numbers.

No charge status for hybrid. Where is the charge status for hybrids?

Worthless app now. I used to be able to see my maintenance records and schedule appointments at the dealer and also see things like recall notices and the owners manual. They updated the app and now my car doesn’t show up any more at all on my account and when I try to register my car to my account again, the VIN scanner doesn’t work at all, the QR code it mentions doesn’t exist in the connected services app on the car’s touchscreen, and when I type the VIN manually, it tells me it found my car but can’t register my own car to my own account. This app is totally worthless now.
