Unusable on iPhone X. Please update the app to work with the iPhone X. I should have to pay for a service that won’t work with my device.

Terrible!. I log in just to get a blank screen… Dude! Where is my car! 😂😂

Exceptional App.. This App is really awesome, I can track my vehicle, get alerts and much much more, this is my other new toy... :-)

Works when it pleases.. Everything in this over one year old app works when it pleases and has yet to be updated for iOS 8. It logs me out randomly, along with not letting me set my EVTS system or disable it causing multiple alert issues.

Doesn’t work. I cannot log on. No error message no invalid password/username message- nothing just doesn’t do anything.

Slow and unresponsive. No search function, slow, and horribly unresponsive. I'll just stick to computer tracking.

Needs some work. The app is pretty glitchy and desperately needs the TouchID activated to speed up the login process. Love the concept of having all these capabilities on my phone. Just needs some work! Cmon Mopar!👍🏼

Deserves ZERO stars!. This app never works - totally worthless!!!

Problem. Your car security system has a problem when Apple is able to show your exact whereabouts before EVTS updates the location. And honestly, Apple GPS is always behind, how much more late is the EVTS?!?!

Works like it’s supposed to!. The app works great, no glitches. Highly recommend.

Waste of Money. Definitely not worth the money

iPhone X Fail. Guys, the iPhone X has been out for a year now. If you're going to charge an exorbitant amount of money for your service please make the app work properly on these phones.

Garbage. Map won't load. Constantly logs out. Doesn't remember password despite having the box checked.

Nothing like pictures. Alerts page is totally blank, but shows on my computer. Options page doesn't have the same options as the one pictured. Total let down on the app side. Only saving grace is that it's a free app.

Zero stars!. App wouldn't even open after downloading. Just says "loading..." forever.

Terrrible product and app, buy something else. The app crashes all the time and the product is a waste of money. What is the point of buying a recovery tracking device that plugs into your diagnostic port where it is so easy to find and remove? Dealer failed to mention that...

App doesn't work. Ever since the upgrade from the previous version, the app hasn't worked right. It won't let me know if the notification was sent successfully to my car or not.

Unusable. I wanted to track the vehicle using my iPhone, so I found the app and downloaded it. I opened the app, and logged in. The vehicle was leaving the house, so I figured the app would track it. After logging in, I pressed the button to locate the vehicle, and it entered “Locating…” mode for around 30 seconds. Way too slow, especially when the web version locates the vehicle almost instantly. But then, rather than locating the vehicle, it erroneously showed the vehicle at the house. I re-checked about 5 times after that over a period of 25 minutes. The website shows the vehicle where it is, and the app shows it at home. 100 failure. C’mon guys, test your app before you upload it to the app store! And don’t tell me the fix is to delete the app and reinstall it. Then I’ll dislike it even more. Better luck next time ;)

App not working. Cmon guys...update the app to the latest iOS release. Nothing works on my 6+.

Must-Have App!. The app is definitely a must-have! The dashboard is cool and it tracks my car no problem. This will be invaluable when my kid starts driving.

Scam. I paid for the lifetime subscription but haven’t been able to use it for months - today they tell me that they canceled my account over a year ago - no notification - no refund - no service Total scam - don’t waste your money on this scam

Doesn’t work. I downloaded the app and when I try to open it it says error loading. I’ve deleted and installed multiple times and it still doesn’t work. It’s a waste.

Scam big ducking time. It’s there a way I can get my 625 dollar back! I have a gold! And this crap every time I try to used the alarm it’s just loading and unloading! NOT working! Why people stole people like this !!

Very bad. Every time i try Its says Login attempt times out !!!

Does not track. The problem with this app is that it will only locate on the initial start up. Any additional attempts to locate your vehicle do not work. This app has to be fixed in order to use it. Otherwise we have to go online to track from a computer. For now, this app is useless.

Terrible App. The App takes forever to work, finds my truck but then keeps the location even though my truck had moved. Please fix this app. I pay for this service and can't even use it from my mobil phone!

Can’t login. I can’t login to app on iPhone. When you press the login button nothing happens. The rest of the screen is reactive.
