Retired and now full time Jeeper. Since I Learned of the Jeep badge program and app about a year ago, it is not only exciting but genius. As more Jeep drivers become aware of this program it draws more enthusiasm as evident through conversations and amazing trail badges as displayed on proudly owned vehicles. It creates a robust desire to obtain more trails and adventures as indicated on the app. The app programmers are to be commended as the information and options are well represented while fairly clear and understandable. I’m excited to further catapult this program to as many Jeep enthusiasts as possible. Thank you

Latest uodate. The BOH App was working juuuust fine and the developers decide to get fancy all the sudden and add some animation. Now yhe app won’t even open, and the second it tries to launch, it crashes. Way to go morons! Great update.

Appreciate the ap but pour response time. Truly enjoyed the badge of honor program, but disappointed in the lines of communication Did a trail back in March of 2022, badge was on back order and still have not received badge Tried contacting badge of honor only to get canned response and no updates.

Great idea for Jeep owners. I love it. I recently downloaded the app and realized I had 2 trails fairly near me. I used the directions to locate trail checked in. And enjoyed the ride. I requested a badge for the trails. I received both badges within 2 weeks. They look great. Highly recommend using this app and enjoying your Jeep. Have fun.

Still waiting. Looked on after 5 trails in Utah with my friend. He got his badges in 3 weeks. 9 months later still waiting for mine. Attempt to “contact us” it goes to a generic email where the reply is an automated help FAQ which doesn’t actually help. Would be nice if app was actually monitored by humans or there was a link for missing badges. That being said, navigating the app and using it to log in even without service does work great.

No badge and no response from Jeep. The app isn’t worth it. We checked into Turkey Bay OHV in Land Between the Lakes in July 2022. The badge is still being processed in December 2022. We’ve reached out several times to find out why the badge hasn’t been processed and get no response whatsoever. We even reached out to Jeep care, who assured us they would get this resolved, and still nothing. Don’t give Jeep your vehicle location history if they won’t keep up their end and give you your badges in a reasonable amount of time.

Edit. It would be nice to give subscribers a way to edit the badge request. While on a trail at Poison Spider in Moab, UT., I checked my status and it inadvertently allowed me to check in to Pritchett Canyon. I did not request for this badge and will not if I never have gone through it. There is no feature to take it off.

Proud Jeep Owner. Jeep, this means so much to the majority of us. It’s super cool so please don’t take the couple bits of negative feedback as the majority’s opinion. It’s free, I don’t care how long it takes to get my badges. I have the experience and the pictures than truly mean more at the end of the day. Badges are just the cherry on top. Thank you and keep the program running strong so I can keep it going with my 392 as I have done nationwide with my JK.

Not a very good app. Tried multiple times at SMORR (as well as others trying) to log into both trails last weekend but the app kept saying I could complete the process when I was connected to a network. Was connected all weekend and up until Thursday, I haven’t been able to complete the process. Thinking I needed to delete and reinstall the app but now I can’t remember my password. Tried the forgot my password link twice and still haven’t received the link to reset my password as of this morning (Saturday). The only good thing about it was my wife was able to complete the process last Saturday and we got our badges yesterday (Friday).

Great app. I stumbled on this app after doing the Rubicon Trail. I thought, if I had this all prior, I could receive my badge. So I decided to install the app and contact customer service regarding checking in on trails I have already completed. I stated my scenario and they requested GPS tracking info or pics. I gave both and they were happy to check me in on my trail so I could receive my badge. All in a mater of days, I had my trail check-in pop-up on my app. The only flaw I would state, I wish there were more trails near me that are approved as “Jeep” quality trails. For instance, Slick Rock, in my area. It’s a great technical ride and deserved a badge. I’m sure there is a process to adding trails. Other than that small issue, it’s great!

Still waiting for my badge…. I’m a New jeep owner. Wasn’t sure about switching up my diesel pickup for a jeep, I have to say it’s not a truck. I love the jeep gladiator but it’s definitely in its own class and not comparable to any full, mid or light pickup. It reads of adventure… you want to drive it everywhere even though the fuel mileage isn’t great. You can’t help but say, “let’s take the jeep”! I have a Gladiator Overlander High Altitude I’ve started working on. Took for some light trail riding in Ocala, Fl. My badge rubber mount came without the badge. They said they are backed up? Idk Anyways the app is really cool. I enjoyed having something to look at before planning a trip. I love reading all the trail reviews and seeing all the photos on trails. I hope get back out there soon.

Badge issues and lack of updates. I did the Windrock BOH trails November 2021 and I still don’t have my Trail 16 badge and this is now December 2022. I even went back and did all trails September 2022 hoping that would kick it and still nothing. I have been emailing every couple of weeks and no response. I have had 3 case numbers. Still nothing. Also I did the Gulches BOH trails and I did get my badge for that one but on the app it still says it’s pending. Not updating. Not sure what’s going on but would love at least a response to what is going on with my case, emails and badge.

Absolutely love it. I absolutely love this app I’m so thankful that Jeep has enough love and respect for their customers to offer something as cool as this cost free I recently rolled my jeep totaling it I’m looking to purchase another one and I asked about the badges they said they would send me a whole set of badges absolutely cost free I am so pleased again excellent group of people working for Jeep thank you for all that you guys do in this free program !!!!

Traveling with a Badge. By following the badge of honor program, we have been able to travel and enjoy much of the western part of the country… We look forward to the next badge of honor trail.

Don’t bother. No support. Maybe a badge, maybe not.. The app has no support whatsoever and does not respond to its only means of contact which is an email that repeatedly goes unanswered. It’s completely hit or miss as to whether you ever receive a badge or not. Some are shipped quickly or correctly. Some never ship at all with no explanation as to why. Sometimes an empty pack will be shipped to you with no badge. There’s no way to contact anyone to remedy any problem.

Family. If you want a place that makes you feel and be part of a family. Badge of Honor it it. Allows you to dream and then make those dreams come true with family.

App doesn’t let me log in on IOS (iPhone 11 pro up to date on software as of 4/8/21). I was so excited to find out there was an app specific for jeeps. I created an account and it will not let me login no matter what I try. It always says “something went wrong when trying to login” when I went to the app page to contact the developer it took me to a jeep sales page to buy a new Jeep. I already have a jeep lol I want help on this app not a whole jeep purchase. One star for ease of access and the fact that I can’t use the app.

Good experience and great support. Love the app as it’s an awesome way for new Jeepers to find locations and entice them to challenge themselves. Thank your team for a well designed app with minimal bugs that I can see. Feedback: I wish you could edit your captions on photo submissions after the fact. Could not correct a spelling error after I submitted.

Gone down hill. My first badge was processed in 6 weeks. However since then I have not received any more badges. I have 5 pending badges going back to April that are stuck in the Request Received status. All my inquiries are replied to with a form letter.

Great app in combination with your Jeep!. This is a great app to get you out with your Jeep and bring you to amazing locations! There are 49 trails currently to challenge your Jeep to it's limits! I have had an amazing time of the 5 I've done and I can't wait to do more! Plus once you complete them (first time completing) Jeep will send you a hard badge to put on your Jeep, free of charge! That is an awesome, not to beg, way to show what your Jeep can do!

Remote attachment. Even if I can’t check in to a favorite trail as often as I would like, I can check this app and live vicariously through all of the contributors to feel like I am still in touch with these great trails. It’s also helpful in serving as recon for the next endeavor. Great for planning a trip or getting feedback on how hard a trail might be in real time. I am one of the non-Wrangler users yet feel COMPLETELY part of the community.

Dropped my info. Prior to the latest update I really liked this app (4-5 stars for sure). I’ve had my first Jeep for about 5 months and in that time I’ve completed 3 BoH trails. Now all my data is gone. My profile shows that I have uploaded 7 photos, 3 check-ins, 3 badges earned but there are no photos under the photos section and no badges under the badges section. I get that it’s a free app but if you’re going to do it as an official Jeep product then do it right. Also, my first two hard badges came quickly but my third never arrived.

Trail info. Thank you for a great app and the insite it brings to the trail. It was nice to see pictures from others and hear their story and experience on that specific trail. The badge was a added bonus to going on trail thanks Jeep, love my Jeep

For a free program, I shouldn’t complain. I keep seeing numerous folks of FB that are waiting months; even one said a year for a badge WHILE someone else claimed they got it in a matter of weeks. Speaking for everyone, we realize it is a free program and we all are thankful for it, but we also look forward to being recognized for our accomplishments. So you guys started this program, at least maintain it.

Amazing Customer Service. New to the Jeep world. Went and did a pass with my Rubicon last weekend, but didn’t even know about the app and program until after. Reached out to the customer team and they helped me verify my ride and give me credit immediately. Very prompt and professional customer service would recommend the app just based on that. The interface is slick, cool little animations of an old school Jeep going over little hills while your are submitting information. Really awesome to help find new trails to take my wrangler on, and the difficulty rating system is great for newbies like me. To be fair, I would like to see a larger database of trails. Being in Colorado there is only like 8 rides that are certified, but I have to imagine we have plenty more than that. Outside of that, this is great app for any Jeep enthusiast. The badges they send you (which I saw out on the trails which is what sparked my journey to find this app out) are awesome, they look like they would come stock on the Jeep) are great quality. Definitely sure yo download the and get out there and have some fun.

Review on last update. On iOS I lost the ability to track the status of my badges after this last update. Please fix. There were also some issues with the app freezing and force quitting prior to the update, I am not sure if they have been fixed yet. Otherwise it works well, I really like that you can check in without data and upload it later.

Pretty awesome app. I was skeptical about trying out the app and chasing badges, but it’s about exploring, and seeing new things. after seeing the beauty that is out there, you send off for a badge to remember it all. We Truly enjoy driving our new Jeep Overlanding to get to our (never before seen by us)destinations.

Awesome concept - failing execution. As the President of the Georgia Jeep Alliance I have been organizing club trips to acquire these badges with members of the club in group excursions often traveling many hours and investing multiple days with the goal of earning the badges. The concept is awesome, however after organizing 6 or more of these trips with members of our club, many including myself are disappointed having not received the majority of the badges earned. Multiple calls and e-mails have had no results. Personally I’m waiting on badges for almost a full year now, and many from the club are as well. While I enjoy the trips, we have traveled to places we likely would not have gone to if we had known the badges were not going to be sent. Social media is rife with this disappointment from many other people as well.

Need more trails. So I live in Arizona. Currently there are only two trails in all of AZ. One in which is a graded dirt road. Funtreks has published an entire book ranging from easy to hard trails for AZ, CO, and UT. I would love to see more trails for AZ and others and would love to write a better review. I love the app and the concept of it but please keep improving it. Thank you.

Wheres my badges?. Requested my badge from Hells revenge 10 months ago. And I think golden spike since February of this year. I have sent numerous emails requesting information and never got anything back I’ve seen several people receive their badges on these trails since then. I understand it’s a free service but come on man be consistent. I actually take a lot of my trips specifically to go ride these trails I would like to have the badges……..

Need more trails. As a few others have stated, this app is a super cool idea but doesn’t have an even spread of trails. Yes I know it’s much cooler to go off-roading in Colorado than the Midwest, but I know for a fact there’s some good trails around here that aren’t included. Would like to start using this app more without having to drive 10+ hours! Lol. Also, minor suggestion but I think the map would look better and easier to read if they marked state lines? I’ve never seen a map of the US that doesn’t show state or even country borders

Badge Of Honor. My husband and I really enjoy earning the badges. The trial’s are a Challenge, but that’s what makes it fun. And to know that once it’s been completed you can earn a badge for doing something that’s fun is awesome!!! The only sad thing is that sometimes UPS will leave our package by the door and others have left a note saying that no one was home and won’t leave the package and doesn’t come back. We’ve had that happen. 😌. And we know they can’t be replaced. 😌 Other than that it’s been fun and exciting. We love and enjoy the trials… Thank you for giving out the Badges.

Old style badges. I think this program is awesome and great for the jeep enthusiast. However I do like the old bed style a lot better they are more recognizable and draw a lot of attention. I have traveled all over this country and I currently have 18 trail badges I plan on getting more. Thanks, Dixie Wolf

New update. After the latest update you can no longer see the progress of missing badges. I have been waiting a year for a couple and now it no longer shows if it’s processing or received or anything. Makes me think I may never get the badges. 😔

Removing Trails, Why?. I along with many others made a trip to Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Texas. We checked in, received confirmation and ordered the physical badge. Today I login and the badge has demoted my ranking and removed the trail from the badge of honor? What the heck is going on?!!! What’s the point of using the app and getting a rank just to have them removed a week later? Jeep do the right thing! Honor our login and our progress. If you no longer want to reward a trail discontinue the trail but don’t just remove it!!!

Easy to use. The app is easy to use, just punch in the name of the trail and put your info in and that’s it! It even gives you a reminder if you can log into a trail due to signal and you can finish the check in after!

Amazing Jeep Benefit. The app is easy to use and it is really great Jeep sends you badges you earn. Two complaints. First off the directions to the trail head isn’t always accurate. On one trail, it actually sent me down some guys driveway that wasn’t very happy I was trespassing and met me with a shotgun. Not the app’s fault the guy was upset, but the app did send me into it. The other issue is with the description of the trails could be better.

Super Cool App for Jeepers!. We love this App! Wish we had found it sooner! I needed some help getting a badge for a trail we did before we knew about the app and had a great experience with the support! We were able to get our badge and can’t wait to add it to the collection! Thanks Jeep Badge of Honor! We are ready to knock out the next trail!

Two down, many more to come. I’ve been on two Jeep Adventure adventures and I have nothing but positive things about to report. Both in California, both in great places that weren’t normally accessible to the public and both terrific!

LOVE this!. This program is so awesome. It’s brought all of our Jeeping friends together for a purpose. We’re having so much fun planning our next adventures and earning badges. I just wish there were more trails close to home. Definitely plan to suggest some like Deep Creek and Heartbreak Ridge in Big Bear California.

Could be cool but….. I have been on 4 badge of honor trails. Submitted for all. I received one pretty quickly 2 years ago. The scone took almost a year to receive. The other 2 are still MIA. One says back ordered over a year later and the 4th still says processing for a year. And nothing gets fixed with it. If they are that hard to get made they should contact me, I can make them. It’s what I do.

Great app for Jeep owners until last update!. I downloaded this app shortly after purchasing my Jeep. I absolutely loved this app (and even recommended it to other Jeepers) UNTIL the last update when ALL the new parks/trails were deleted. Please fix this glitch, and give credit to those of us who have visited these parks/trails that have been deleted.

No one responds to issues. A round May 1, 2021 a group of friends and I decided to go to an off road park called “Hidden Falls adventure park” to get a badge that they had JUST received a few weeks prior on the app. Three days before the trip the badge was gone and none of my emails were ever answered on why the badge was gone. To this day the badge is gone and neither I nor even hidden falls knows what happens they said “the program people never even told us we had one or that it was removed, our guests told us and BoH isn’t responding to us either.”

Jeep is Awesome. Jeep is an iconic brand. The first car I owned when I turned 16 was a 1969 CJ5. Now I have a 2013 JK unlimited. My Grandpa has a 1947 CJ2A , Dad has a 1948 CJ2A. Going Jeeping is a family tradition for 75 years in our family. The badges of honor is an awesome way to display the pride and accomplishments that comes with owning a Jeep. My 13 and 10 year old kids are excited to earn more badges , and more importantly can’t wait to own Jeeps so they can earn Badges of Honor on their own. Thank you for keeping Jeep at the forefront of technology and innovation, but more importantly maintaining the tradition of what Jeep means. Keep on Jeeping!!!

Great Adventure Program. Great idea and very well done. It’s user friendly and I like how it’s all put together. It allow people to go chase their dreams and see this beautiful country. It keeps people on point while keeping all the Jeep people plugged in, which makes us feel like we are part of this lifestyle. This is a movement not a moment!! The customer service is excellent- I mean really good. If you have problems you just email them and “magic” it’s done!! Great job BOH leaders keep up this journey! Jail Bars Off Road Club

Missing badges. I love the concept of this program. When it works, it is awesome, check into a trail, request a badge, and it arrives a couples weeks later. I have 6 badges on the side of my Jeep. I have 3 more requested, and they don’t arrive. Every couple of weeks I email asking for an update. I’ve only received a form letter response. I am at 144 days waiting for my Dickey Bell badge.

Enjoying the Badge Program. It helps plan my family vacations to areas of the US that we may not go to. It has brought us together closer and we are enjoying the wooded/rocky outdoors way more. I just wish that the process of shipping out the badges was a lot faster. Up to 30 days is understandable, but having to wait months and/or a year is way too long.

Understaffed?. I love my Jeep. And this is a really cool idea to connect the Jeep community and award actual, physical badges to put on your Jeep after taking it out on trails. I will most definitely continue using this app, but it could be a lot better. It takes a looooong time for badge requests to get processed. So if you’re moving any time in about 12 months from when you complete a trail, wait until you’re at your new address to request it. It’s really confusing to me why it takes so long for delivery in a day and age when next day delivery is common. My guess is they’re understaffed. That guess is also supported by a lack of responsiveness to email. It’s been three weeks since I sent an email trying to tell them that I’m moving, and I still haven’t heard anything back. The trails Jeep selects for this app aren’t distributed through the country very well either. For instance the Moab, Utah area has half a dozen approved trails, but not a single one anywhere in the upper Midwest (MN, WI, SD, ND, IA, NE, or KS). A Jeep driver’s ability to make full use of this app really depends on where they live. Overall, Jeep has a foundation of great features in this app, but those features need some improvement.

Way better than previous versions. When this program started is was frustrating and didn’t work at all and getting ahold of someone was almost impossible but now it’s great and customer service is way better, took less than one day to work though a problem I had thank you for making it way better

Management Problems. I have been involved with Badge of Honor since the spring of 2020. The problem I have with them is they do not respond to any requests you have. I did Backway to Crown King on October 6, 2021. I was thoroughly disappointed in that trail as it was rated as a 10. My opinion was a 5 at best and it ended in a resort area. I wrote my opinion of it and Jim Morrison has been pouting like a child ever since. He refuses to send me the badge I earned for it. It remains stuck in the requested part of their listing. He withheld my badge for Turkey Bay for a year and then claimed it was shipped but I never received an email telling me it was going to ship. I could have informed them beforehand and got the shipping address changed. I have informed them of address, phone number and email address changes tree times so far with no response or changes made in my account. I offered to pay for the second shipping of the badge. The first time I sent them the new email address, a new message showed up in my profile stating they will only respond to the email address that you contacted them with originally. A hacker locked me out of the old email, so I can’t access it. I just did a really good trail in Nevada, Rocky Gap Rd. I gave it a good review and my badge is in the requested stage. I guess I will never see that one because Jim Morrison is still pouting.

Left out in the cold.. No Canadian trails. So unless you want to travel south don’t bother downloading this app. At least they make it easy to delete your info.

Disappointing.... Requires sign-in before you even see the app, then nothing is Canadian. I'm deleting the link to my Facebook and deleting the app after this... It's useless if I need to use my passport and drive 13 hours to the nearest trail...

No Canada. How much harder is it to include Canada on this? Cmon eh!

No Canadian trails. All the trails are mostly big ones in the US. Which is great is you live in the US. For us up north this does not help. And we cannot submit trail info to create new ones.

Where are the Canadian trails???. Canadians have amazing trails all over the country and none listed on here?!?!

No Canadian badges😡.. Why does Jeep hate Canadians. No Canadian badges.

US only. What a waste.

Screw You, Jeep!. Spent over $72,000 on a 2019 Rubicon and another $18,000 on accessories and Jeep provides zero trails and badges to Canadians. You know, the country just to the North on the United States. Don’t want to give us the full Jeep treatment? Sell Jeeps for less. Absolute joke of a company.

Nothing in Canada. Great app for USA but no trails in Canada!? I live in British Columbia and we have soo many amazing trails. This needs to be updated to all of North America

🇨🇦. Needs Canadian trails wtf.

Wish it had CDN trails. This is a great app, awesome idea! But I wish it had Canadian trials on it. It's so hard to find decent trails here that are more than a 15 min river passing. The closet trail on this app to me is 700miles away! I'm in Edmonton Alberta.

Bad update?. Latest update is botched. App won’t even open anymore. So much for bug fixes, lol. It worked much better without the last two update.

No canadian trails marked. Are you kidding me Jeep USA?? Your Canadian brother in arms that spilled blood along side you in WW2 ?? You can’t extend the Jeep experience across the border??

Canadians. If like me you are from Canada you can still get the badges by emailing the support email address. Just make sure you check in on the trail when you are there so they can validate.

Is Canadian support coming?. ?

Still Can’t Pick Model for 22 or 23 Jeeps. Have a ‘22 Rubicon, but can’t pick model - drop-down boxes are blank for ‘22 or ‘23 model years. Not a huge deal, but a persistent bug even in the latest update.

Washington State?. I feel like people in Washington State are getting the shaft. Lots of awesome trails here with zero recognition on the app. Don’t have any reason to keep the app at this point. It’s a great idea and I was looking forward to getting some badges from local trails. Hopefully in the future more trails will work their way in.

Crashes after update - fixed. After the last update the app crashes upon start. I was able to fix the issue by deleting and reinstalling the app.

Good base but limited functionality. As a multiple Jeep owner it’s a bit frustrating that we can only add one vehicle to the profile, I have a total of 6 jeeps ranging from CJ-7, YJ buggy, XJ, WJ, KL, and an MJ. It would be nice to have multiple spots for vehicles in the App as well as text boxes for the mod lists.

Cool idea- just doesn't work. TLDR; don't bother - it doesn't work. Just get out and enjoy the back country. I wanted to gather some badges on this weekends trip to MOAB. For each of the trails I tried I just get the message "SORRY". I tried at the trail heads and several points along the trail itself. Oh well, still have great pictures from along the way. And of course the best badge of honor- my memories with the family.

What!?. Jeep takes care of its community. Received my badge days after completing my first trail. Excited for more!

Badge of honor.. The concept of badge of honor is sound. But, first trail i hit the badges are back order so thats s little disappointing. But definitely still cool. Get more trails in florida!

My BOH Experience. My personal experience with BOH has been top notch. I started running badge trails last year. Made new friends on Drummond Island. Drove from WI to Moab in May(EPIC trip of a lifetime) planning to hit Redbird and Windrock this spring/early summer.

Disappointed. The concept of the app is very cool. Unfortunately is does not deliver. I submitted a badge request months ago after completing one of the trails. I have not received my badge and I have tried every email address I can find trying to obtain an update. I have not received a reply email or my badge. Dont waste your time using this app and thinking you will receive a badge for your Jeep.

Happy Wheeling. What a great app to have on your phone. While out traveling it will help you find the trail near you. Forth five trails so little time. Happy wheeling.

Connected with the Brand. Jeep did an excellent job of connecting its core customers to the brand with this app, Bravo! It gets me that much more excited to wheel when I can.

Well Thought Out. Have the App on my iPhone II and did a trip to Moab. Appreciate the fact that you can log in a trail even though you don’t have cell service. BE SURE YOU LOG IN TO THE APP BEFORE YOU LEAVE CELL SERVICE!!!

Notifications for new Badge trails. I might have missed the feature but it would be great to have notifications of new trails and Jeep community info.

Newbie jeepster. I love the app! I’ve been working on my TJ for 15 years and have finally started trail riding. The app is a great resource for trails throughout the USA and fuels the fire to get out and see new places. The badges are great incentive to get out there!

Awesome. My Only wish is that we got feedback about recommending trails and there was an offline map download option, gps tracking and trail recording options. Love the app!

App doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to use this app for almost a year now and have never been able to get through the sign up process. But, what is more frustrating, is I’ve reached out to customer support three times and nobody has ever responded. App is a joke and a big waste of time!

Great program!!. Has us going to places and doing things we probably wouldn’t have ever seen or done.

User-friendly. I love this app! I love how easy it is to navigate around on it. for a free app, I’d give this app a five star all day every day. the only thing I wish they would add is on trail GPS.

Awesome app, need more trails!. I just got this app and love the concept, but how are there no trails for Washington? There are some amazing mudding / crawling trails up here I’m just surprised there aren’t any on the app. Still love it though. Ride on everyone ✊

Love the app. The one feature that would be nice is if you planned to hit a trail you could connect with other Jeepers that also planned that trail as well in the case you’re a lone Wolf traveling out of state

Genius branding and challenge motivator. I’d keep buying trail capable Jeeps just for this app and the ability to earn badges. The challenge to obtain these badges is a motivator to set goals to trail ride, get better and go.

Was great, but lately no badges. This is a great thing jeep does for its customers but to have badges stuck in request for months is kinda disheartening when you hear of people getting the badges that went months after I did. It’s like they don’t process the older orders before the new ones. Jeep can do better.

Seeing the country. This app lets Jeep owners know where they can off-road. I am always proud to display the trails I complete.

Badge of honor. This is such a great idea! It rewards you for getting out and conquering trails! It’s no cost except the carnage of defeating the trails. The maps have been perfect to follow and exact. I love to share the app with anyone with a Jeep.

4.0.7 revision is broken. This revision opens briefly and then closes. Although the process is still running as it show up in the list when you double tap the home button. iOS 12.4.1. iPad (6th Generation).

Great program. It’s a great program that I have really enjoyed since I found it after I got my Trailhawk. I really just wish there were more trails to do in Texas.

Disappointed. We loaded the app and registered our Jeep. We ran Black Gap Trail in Big Bend National Park. We were unable to check in at the trail because we had no cell service or data. I later emailed Jeep Badge of Honor about four times and sent them pictures of us on the trail to see if we could possibly get badge. To date I’ve had no reply. Disappointed with the customer service.

I don’t think anyone is home lol. The app is pretty cool in itself but as far as getting a badge... I desperately wanted one, planned a trip, checked in and completed the trail. The badge request has been processing since opening weekend! I read some people do wait a while but this is extensive. I have emailed a few times with now responses. Basically if you wanna badge, maybe but maybe not

Still waiting on a badge. Still waiting on a badge after six plus months. This is a free service and is great, but if they are going to offer it they should follow through.

Fast and responsive. My experience couldn’t have been better. My questions were answered within hours and my badge arrived a few weeks after completing the trail!

Love it!. love the app especially being a beginner at this all. only request would to have a way to change my address/ personal info on the app so i can still get my badges i worked for :(

No Badge of Honor. With the app unable or unwilling to load previous rides, leaves out the trails already been to. Also very limited on trails that it has.

Not bad, not great. Seems to work ok but a little buggy. Kind of annoyed that trail comments after 2017 don’t show up because I really was hoping to see the open/closed status when I went to Colorado this summer. Other than that, can’t complain. It’s a free program and Jeep has no obligation to do it.

JEEP BADGE OF HONOR APP IS SUPER!. It’s awesome to have an app that helps build your off road confidence! It gives great details of what to expect and super directions to trail heads. Being able to earn a badge is a lot of fun!

Used to be a good app. It used to be a good app until the recent December 2022 update. Now on and iPhone you can’t track badge submissions, it doesn’t allow you edit vehicle information anymore. I am still waiting on several badges that I haven’t received yet after months of waiting. The support team is a joke, they don’t even respond back to emails so it’s not worth it anymore.

Could not login -waste of time. Got the email on the new version. Dowloaded the app. Registered. Got confirmation email and verified. Now it won’t let me login. App support link is no help. Waste of 20 minutes of my time

Removing trails. Several trails removed and saddens me. There are not many trails in Texas and they are so far apart. As soon as they added hidden falls everyone was excited to start ranking up. Now the trail is removed and no know has an explanation. Very disappointed.

Fun!. The badges and app is really smart move by Jeep. I’ve enjoyed learning about and exploring the badge trails. The social aspect is cool too. I like showing off my badges and seeing badges on other jeeps, great conversation starter at Jeep meetings.

Makes you get out there even More!. This is an amazing app! It totally makes you get out there even more and is also great for beginners! And once you complete one they send you a badge for free!! One more reason I am a huge Jeep Fan!!!

Fast response!. Every trail I have logged and submitted I have received my badge of honor very quickly, sometimes before I even get home from my trip!

My opinion. I like the app for what it provides but there are so many trails in Arizona that could be badge trails is disappointing there are so few on the list.

Love it but now getting badges is very slow. All works great. And at first badges came very quickly but now it is taking months. I wish there was at least some sort of indication when to expect it even if a long time. Better than not knowing a thing.

Does not work on iPhone 12 Pro Max. It seems like a good app that I’d love to use, but every time I try to login, it uses a third party website, which is fine. But when you create the account or try to login in any manner, it just says “something has occurred.” And describes that the website is not working properly. So I can never sign in.

Great concept, needs more.. I live in South Dakota in the Black Hills. I would love to see more trail options. I want to participate but don’t want to have to drive forever. I can appreciate the app is free and it really does look awesome. I guess I’ll have to drive down to Colorado to use it sometime.

ZERO customer support, lacks critical features. If you never have any issues with BoH and never move, the app is ok. However, I have moved and there is no way to change my mailing address. I am also awaiting the ‘Snake’ badge that was requested a year ago. Weekly emails to BoH for the past 6 months and all I can get is tue canned response.

Can only use the app without logging in, and can’t find support. Can’t seem to get logged in. Every time I try I get an “oops something went wrong” message. Pretty disappointing after buying a lot of aftermarket parts specifically to earn the badges, which I can’t get without logging in to the app. So much for my new hobby… can’t find any support for the app, so unfortunately I’m out of luck..

Great App. Great app , having a bit of issues with the update. I’m currently not able to log in Via FB. Gives an error that the app is not compatible With FB .

Login Error. Just updated and after the app starts the login screen just flashes using iPhone X. Unable to use the application.

Crap. Absolute garbage. I have been in a requested status for 6 Hard badges. The oldest request is going on 8 months and the newest is a month and a half old. Fix the app, or the fix your broken system for delivery.

Hidden Falls Badge. So I went to Hidden Falls as it was recently added as a badge. I paid my entry fee and wheeled for about 7 hours and checked in while I was on site. Did the whole request a badge thing just, just to find out they removed Hidden Falls but won’t say why. Jeep? Badge of Honor? A simple, “This is why the badge was removed” would be appreciated.
